Our first story, the Biden administration tell businesses to ignore the federal court ruling that halted the vaccine mandate.
This is incredible.
Last week, the White House announced a vaccine mandate through OSHA, levying fines up to $14,000 per violation.
The U.S.
Court of Appeals for the First District, in response to a petition by the Texas Attorney General and other parties, has blocked the mandate, suggesting it raises grave statutory and constitutional issues, which is, to put it mildly, They blocked it.
Nevertheless, the White House is moving forward.
We think people should not wait, said White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, when asked what employers should do with regard to the Fifth Circuit's freeze on COVID-19.
And you notice how they bring in a young black woman, so that if you criticize her, you're automatically a racist and a sexist.
The Biden administration has been ordered to respond by Monday.
That would have been yesterday.
That's when the messaging out of the White House shifted from defense to the open defiance of the court.
The administration claimed that pausing the requirement would cost dozens or even hundreds of lives per day.
That's not the question.
The question is, is it constitutional and legal?
Former President Trump was accused of ignoring a court order allowing the Deferred Action for Children arrival or DACA to continue.
That's insane!
That's a violation of the orders of Bill Ong Hing, Professor of Law, Director of Immigration at the Deportation Defense Clinic at the University of San Francisco at the time.
Businesses, by the way, John Cardilla tweets, need to tell the White House to go to hell for asking them to violate a court order.
Do Biden's handlers know the fix is in with SCOTUS?
People should not wait, said this Deputy Press Secretary.
They should continue to move forward, make sure they're getting the workplace violated.
This is a constitutional crisis.
People would be clamoring for impeachment had Donald Trump done this.
Now, Biden is blatantly violating the law in his oath of office to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Disgraceful, immoral, and absolutely illegal.
There's been a movement since the late 20th century to use executive orders as an overreach of executive power.
There's supposed to be a balance between the executive, the legislative, and the judicial branches.
That's how it's set up.
That's how it's worked relatively well, to obey the rule of law.
Joe Biden, the groping apparent pedophile who's an international criminal and a bad one at that, he keeps getting caught.
Look at his son's laptop full of all the deviances and scams they're running around the world to feather their nest to the tunes of hundreds of millions of dollars.
And Joe, as the bad mafia kingpin, gets his 20% on top of everything.
And so, Joe Biden never had the authority to implement this mandate.
Sadly, there's this globalist, they just have this burning desire to create this new world order, this great reset, this build back better with the lowercase b which is three sixes for six six six.
They are evil, they want a one-world government, and they're desperate to destroy the independent nation-states of the first world, especially the United States, who's heavily armed.
They are absolutely doing everything they can to destroy this country, and they're gaining.
I mean, there's a lot of things going wrong, and will continue to go wrong in this country.
But one thing that cannot be destroyed is the rule of law.
And for Biden and his cute little black mouthpiece to don't obey that court order, that is absolute bullshit and Biden should be impeached for it.
the fix probably is in with the Supreme Court, but so what?
Wait a couple of weeks.
This whole scam, Demick, and the death jab, quack-cination, if it actually worked you could
easily wait a couple of weeks. But they're so desperate because they know it's all collapsing
around them, that more and more people are waking up that what the hell, all the people in hospitals
suffering from COVID were double vaccinated, some with their third booster.
The hospitals are full of death jab victims, and so this whole thing's falling apart.
It's going to get so much worse, and it will especially get worse for King Gloryhole Joe Biden.
Yeah, I think this is a further sign that Biden has nothing to do with what's going on here.
He's just a sock puck.
But these are the actions of a non-American source.
This has got to be the Rothschilds dictating what's going on here.
They don't care about American custom, tradition, law, court practice whatsoever.
They're largely oblivious of it, but they're just going full steam ahead.
And Biden being meaningless Sockpuppet that he is is complying.

Well, yeah, I agree.
And, you know, old grouper Robinette Joe Biden, you know, he is sort of like a criminal mafia kingpin.
And I think this is how all these people that have sold their soul to the so-called New World Order are operating.
They're given essentially complete immunity for all their crimes and they're allowed to feather their nest to the tunes of hundreds of millions of dollars.
No question about that as they sell the country out and the people in it.
And what we're seeing here is really, we're seeing the complete and intentional breakdown of the rule of law in society as we knew it.
And because they, you know, obviously they want to replace us with a completely new system.
That is going to be based on science and scientism and, you know, sort of a technocracy, a rule by experts and a rule by scientists.
And this is, you know, they really they have to do all they can to intentionally destroy what is in place now.
And it's great that this court ruled, you know, hey, you shouldn't do this.
But of course, this could be overturned by the next court by SCOTUS.
So, I think, you know, people are just going to have to get in the non-compliance mode.
Nobody has the right to force you to take any medical treatment you don't want.
And, uh, unfortunately we're in this fifth generation warfare where the average person has no idea that they're actually at war.
That's the problem we face.
But like Giuseppe said, every day, more and more people are starting to figure the game out here.
And that's part of the reason why they're in such a hurry because they know their time is limited.
And, um.
You know, I just think it's great this one court ruled that way, but honestly, the next Supreme Court is going to uphold these mandates.
They've already done it in other cases.
So, it's just time to get in non-compliance mode, guys, and realize that this government is indeed your enemy.
Scorpio, this is such a blatant violation of the separation of powers that no one can miss it.
That's what's important here.
It's not to do with the ultimate disposition.
If the court is as corrupt as we believe it is, as it demonstrated by failing to take the Texas case over the disputed election of 2020, But the point is that Biden's proceeding full speed ahead as though there were no courts, as though there were no laws, as though there were no constitution.
And nobody can miss that.
I think this is an illuminating moment for the public.
And that's not to dispute your prediction that it may very well be that ultimately the court sides with the administration wrongly.
Meanwhile, we have a bombshell.
New York Times.
FBI has confirmed the legitimacy of the Ashley Biden diary that exposes incest and pedophilia by her father.
This is just stunning.
The 2019 diary of Biden's daughter, 39-year-old Ashley Blazier Biden, was obtained via Project Veritas Whistleblower, published by National File weeks before the 2020 presidential election.
Which, had it been an honest count, obviously would have meant Biden would have got even fewer votes than he may have received legitimately, which would have been minuscule in any case.
It seems the Biden family's forever caught up in rumors of sexual deviance and corruption, with Ashley's brother Hunter having the laptop he wanted repaired Abandoned, became in the hands of the authorities and displayed thousands of pornographic images, drug use, emails, talking about backdoor deals with foreign dictators.
In her diary, Ashley details past sexual trauma.
Was sure she had been molested by her father, who she wrote took showers with her when she was a young child, which he said was, to put it mildly, probably not appropriate.
I was molested?
I think so.
I can't remember specifics, but I do remember trauma.
There were several incidents, one involving her cousin Caroline.
She remembers being Hypersexualized at a young age.
She said she resents her father for his emotional manipulation, his money, and the control he has over her life.
Her struggle with drug abuse and sex addiction landed her in a rehabilitation treatment center.
She admitted her marriage crumbled because of extramarital affairs.
The diary and its disturbing contents offer a less than rosy picture of life in the Biden family.
It would have absolutely destroyed his presidential campaign had it become public at the time.
Creepy Joe's been making the rounds for years, inappropriately touching, sniffing, kissing young children and women when the opportunity arrives.
If someone behaves like that in front of an audience, on camera, what are they like behind closed doors?
The thought is terrifying.
The diary gives insight into the inner workings of the first family.
Ashley's painting an even darker picture.
After Hunter's hard drive debacle.
It's alleged nearly a third of Hunter's illicit images were of an underage family member.
Hunter himself has three daughters and a niece.
My opinion, by the way, is one of the videos with two young girls is him cavorting with the Obama daughters, who actually aren't theirs since two men cannot have children under the borrowed offspring of one of his physicians.
The press did the best they could to dismiss the hard drive in the diary as fake news and misinformation.
Now with it being Ashley's diary being confirmed as authentic, Hunter loosely admitting that the hard drive may in fact belong to him.
You'd think this would light a fire under Republican leadership to move toward impeachment, incest, and pedophilia, along with deals made with the Chinese Communist Party that benefited the Biden family.
Which Tucker documented with their business financial manager in spades at the expense of the American people.
Shows you why the Democrats had to resort to cheating, grand theft election to win.
There's no way in hell this man should be in the White House.

Well, that's exactly right, Jim, and the point I would like to make is when you have the level of unbelievable toxic dysfunction that the living glory hole Joe Biden has conducted his entire life, I have a picture, if I would have known it was appropriate, of Joe Biden who is Married at the time, on his lap, who he had an affair with, is a 15-year-old babysitter who turned out later in life to become Dr. Jill Biden.
Joel was Tappan, the teenage babysitter.
And so, that tells you what level of toxic, dysfunctional parenting that Ashley and Hunter got.
And so, Look at Hunter on his laptop.
It proved that after his brother died of brain cancer because he went to Iraq and was exposed to those experimental injections and then the depleted uranium weapons, he developed a high potent brain cancer from that, no doubt.
And so then what does Hunter do to Console his grieving sister-in-law.
He starts screwing her and also starts fornicating with his niece, again underage.
So Father Joe is tapping the 15-year-old future Jill Biden, then the babysitter.
Son Hunter does the same thing with his own niece, Jim.
The level of immoral Unbelievable deviants in this sick family and now this deviant, this sick son of a bitch is installed as the President of the United States by the Rothschild International Banking Cabal.
And by the way, In the last story, before I turn it over to you and Scorpio, in the last story you said that they're ignoring the rule of law.
Well, Rothschilds and all their minions only subscribe to one law.

So we are witnessing the attempt to destroy the United States rule of law and install Talmudic Noahide law.

Well, yes, I think we're just seeing the very tip of the iceberg here in terms of these people's behavior.
If you recall, the big new Brzezinski wrote in one of his books, I think it was the Technocratic Between Two Ages book, That the ruling elite will live without the constraints of the morality that the regular person has to live with.
They will live without that and so this is just an example of it and honestly I think this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I think a lot of these people are actually aligned to a dark power that many people would call Satanism.
And that their behavior is far worse than this little bit of what we're seeing, just like the escapades on Epstein Island that we heard about were just the tip of the iceberg.
I can guarantee you what really went on there was far darker, and that those children were disposed of, a lot of them.
So, this is just a little glimpse into the ruling elite, and believe me, Groper Joe's behavior is far worse than we're being told.
I can guarantee you that.
Great points, and all this I think explains in part two why you'd have an airhead political whore like Kamala Harris be nominated as a vice president.
I mean, there's no rational ground for doing that.
Meanwhile, a New Jersey Democrat who refuses to concede to the truck driver who spent $153 on his campaign but beat him nevertheless claims 12,000 ballots have recently been found.
This is just old-style Democrat politics.
New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney is refusing to concede after claiming 12,000 ballots have been recently found.
He's a high-profile New Jersey politician who lost re-election to a Republican truck driver.
When the AP declared Murr the winner, he had a lead of nearly 4% over Sweeney.
Sweeney, however, is refusing to concede and supported his decision by claiming officials had recently discovered 12,000 more ballots.
Guess what?
They're all going to be votes for Sweeney.
The results from Tuesday's election continue to come in.
For instance, there were 12,000 ballots recently found in one county, told the Philadelphia Enquirer.
Why, I'm currently trailing.
We want to make sure every vote is counted, especially the fake ones for me.
Our voters deserve that and we wait for the final result.
The claim is not only eye-popping because of the nature of the discovery.
Why would there be any ballots recently found?
But it suggests that up to one-fifth of the ballots in the race were somehow lost.
When the AP called the race, Durr had 32,742 votes, Sweeney 30,444, with 100% of the precincts reboarding.
Sweeney did not say in which county the ballots were allegedly discovered.
New Jersey election officials have not corroborated Sweeney's claim.
His refusal to concede has not stopped Durr from celebrating.
The driver who spent less than $10,000 on his campaign said he's ready to serve.
I'm absolutely nobody.
I'm just a simple guy.
It was the people.
It was a repudiation of the policies that have been forced down their throats.
If people are told they can't have a job, they can't go to church, they can't go to school, they can't go shopping, they can't go out and eat dinner, You cannot continue to tell people what they cannot do when we live in the freest country in the world.
And you think we're just going to sit on your hands and do nothing?
Governor Murphy kept telling you, no, no, no, no.
And Senator Sweeney sat there and was going right along with it.
So the people said, no, you're not doing your job, Durrata.

Meanwhile, the Racine County Sheriff here in Wisconsin has referred criminal charges against five top Wisconsin election commissioners in a nursing home voting scam.
This is really offensive.
The Racine County Sheriff's Office announced during a press conference a week ago Thursday they were submitting an investigation to the Racine District Attorney's Office The Wisconsin Election Commission violated state law in a statewide nursing home voting scam.
They did not follow the law.
This, by the way, is perfectly consistent with what I've gathered, including from colleagues of mine who are deeply involved in politics here in Wisconsin.
They took advantage of impaired seniors.
He believes the crime occurred in all 72 counties of Wisconsin.
They believe the WC committed a class one felony and numerous misdemeanors by abusing impaired seniors to get their vote.
The Washington Examiner reported.
Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced in a news release that he had referred recommendations for criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Election Commission.
Last week, Schmaling called a news conference to lay out allegations of election fraud against the commissioner, said he hadn't sent the investigation to the DA, was instead calling for a statewide investigation from Attorney General Josh Call.
After Kahl declined to open an investigation because Kahl, of course, is a Democrat, Schmaling sent his recommendations, including felony charges.
They allege when the WC voted unanimously not to send special voting deputies into nursing home facilities because of the COVID pandemic, they broke the law.
Special voting deputies are pairs appointed by local election clerks to go into nursing homes to assist with voting.
At the time of the unanimous vote, visitors weren't being allowed into nursing homes to protect residents from the virus.
So the WEC voted to forego the two visits.
SVDs are required to attempt to make the nursing homes and instead use normal absentee ballots.
On November 4th, Smalling referred recommendations of criminal charges against five of the six.
The Wisconsin Examiner reported that commissioners broke state law by preventing them from entering the nursing home to assist.

Well, Jim, the encouraging common thread of both these stories is the average person had enough of the internationalist Jew, the malignancy that's infecting this country.
And so in the case of Sweeney refusing to concede, It's giving me flashbacks to the Biden count in about a dozen states where, hey, all you counters, let's take a break.
Go ahead and go get eight hours of sleep.
And the video cameras show the corrupt Chavez goy reaching under tables for bins of phony ballots.
So, I mean, This guy thinks he can pull this now?
This is such an obvious scam.
It's obvious, uh, these, hey, these here, these are real ballots.
Hey, hey, what do you mean?
They're not, they're real.
And, and so, uh, hopefully Durr just, you know, disputes it and it's thrown out and he takes the seat because he won the election.
And that's what we really need.
Is people like Representative-elect Durr to get elected because they have no allegiance to the machine, they have no allegiance to the national corrupt machine, which is now controlled Lock, stock, and bagel by the internationalist Jew and the globalist Rothschild.
So we need regular people in every form of elected office, and they can't steal every election.
They're trying to do this.
And good for that sheriff, because that guy, Carl, is a classic Shabbos goy.
He attended Yale.
His mother was an operative.
In Wisconsin, a Democrat for a long time.
A dirty Democrat, I might add.
And of course, he's not going to look into this because his nest is feathered by being a Shabbos goy serving the Internationalist Jew.
But in both cases, decent, average Americans are stepping forth, and that's what we need.
We have hundreds of millions of decent Americans in this country, and it's up to us to take back this nation from the Internationalist Jew.

I guess he figures it would work for him since it worked for Groper, Robinette, Joe in 2020.

Electing people who don't have allegiance to this global cabal of evil, satanic Jews, just average working people who have loyalty to their family and their community, Because pretty soon it's going to dawn on the average person that we really are in a life and death struggle here and these people don't intend to stop.
So yeah, you know, that's a good sign this guy actually got elected and we'll see what happens.

And, I mean, I think the idea of trying to pull this stunt in New Jersey after all we've been through is insulting beyond belief.
Meanwhile, Biden angrily declares the illegal migrants separated at the border deserve payment!

Asked about compensation for families separated at the border, the angry tone in his response suggested frustration with those who don't understand why illegal immigrants have a right to taxpayer money from working American citizens.
Now, here's the thing.
If, in fact, because of the outrageous behavior of the last administration, you're coming across a border, whether it was legal or illegal, and you lost your child, Biden said.
After he seemed to muddy the issue, the White House shifted their message to suggest he was actually only talking about the amount of the payment, not the idea of compensation itself.
This same little schmuck, this Deputy Press Secretary Jean-Pierre, said Biden is perfectly comfortable with providing compensation.
You lost your child, it's gone.
You deserve some kind of compensation, no matter what the circumstances.
What that will be, I have no idea.
The Wall Street Journal is the first to report they're considering $450,000 to each illegal migrant who is separated from their family under President Trump.
The President Biden's insistence they deserve compensation is a remarkable turnaround since he initially claimed reports about payments were garbage.
That's not going to happen, he said.
Meanwhile, Bill Clinton's polling master predicts disaster for Democrats if they continue embracing parliamentary policies like giving $450,000 to migrants.
Mark Penn, a famous Democrat pollster, is predicting disaster for the party if they don't turn their ship around.
He believes that Democrats' embrace of far-left progressive politics will result in widespread election losses if they don't begin a wholesale rejection of their own policies.
Writing in the New York Times, along with former president of the New York City Council Andrew Stein, he's predicting Democrats will lose upward of 50 House seats in the 2022 midterm election if they maintain their current direction.
I will go further.
They're going to lose 100 House seats.
Swing voters and two blue-leaning states just sent a resounding wake-up call to the administration.
If Democrats remain on their current course and keep coddling and catering to progressives, they could lose as many as 50 seats in control of the House.
The prediction is especially significant because Penn helped Democrats in the 1990s.
He's, in fact, Responsible for helping then President Clinton recover after the party suffered widespread losses in the 1994 midterms.
He played a prominent role in Clinton's policy successes subsequently.
Not only were elections in Virginia and New Jersey a resounding wake-up call, according to Penn and Stein, the election proved voters reject the Biden administration embrace of the Bernie Sanders AOC playbook, And that Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are the very heart of the Democrat Party.
Practically, that means devoting attention to issues Americans care about the most, the economy and education.
It also means blaming Trump for everything is no longer a viable campaign strategy.
Indeed, they wrote, Democrats would do well to model themselves on the playbook of Glenn Young, who upset them in Virginia.
He based his campaign on positive messages, striving for excellence in school, reestablishing the American dream as a worthy goal.
Those messages tapped into the aspirations of voters in ways that in the past were at the heart of the Democrat message.
These are enduring values, as is reaffirming the First Amendment and the power of free speech.
Unless it recenters itself, they concluded, the risk is the Democrat Party, like the Labour Party in Britain, will follow its greatest success with an extended period in the desert.
I frankly have no doubt about it.
It's far beyond salvaging at this point in time.

Well Jim, remember back in the 70s and 80s they used to have those Polaroid instant cameras where you'd click on it and you'd get the instant snapshot after about a minute where you'd peel it off and there'd be the picture?
Well these two stories are the instant snapshot of clown world and turning the United States into a third world shithole thanks to the internationalist Jew.
Here's why I make that statement.
The internationalist Jew is full bore implementing the clergy plan which is to flood all first world nations with illegal aliens and immigrants, right?
In the United States, at the southern border, there are Jew caravans, literally with the Rothschild blue Star of David painted on the side, that these Talmudic parasites charge these people.
Huge micro-loans like, you know, give them $5,000 and add about 100% compound interest to come to the United States, so they get this thick wad of money from the Jew.
Then they drive them, they drop them off half a mile from the border, and then they say, okay, go march on, you know?
So they dump thousands of Kalergi illegal aliens at the border and send them on.
So then when they default, And they get they get picked up and sent back to the their
native lands The Jew gives them another loan this time
forcing them to sign away their house or their parents house just because they want to get in the US and they
think they're gonna Get get rich and they think they can go to Disneyland every
day It's such a deceptive scam by the internationalist Jew.
And then secondly, you've got Biden who is controlled and installed by the internationalist Jew lecturing people that if you are separated from your child, why didn't you just stay in
your country, in the home you own, and don't get convinced by the rabble-rousing
Satanists, the Talmudic malignancy, to come to the United States because you think you're going to get
rich?
Guess what?
Most people in the United States do not get rich.
And then what's hilarious about the Bill Clinton polling article is that all the traitorous
stooges when they did that photo op a year and a half ago when they kneeled before Bern
Lewton, murder Black Lives Matter, that scam.
They're wearing the African scarf and those colors are of the African tribe that kidnapped and sold their fellow black Africans into the slavery.
And who controlled slavery?
The internationalist Jew.
So if ever there was a little snapshot of clown world and what that satanic malignancy of the internationalist Jew is doing to this country, it's those two stories.

Well yeah, certainly this whole influx of migrants or illegal aliens are certainly a contrived event to transform the demographics of the country, no question.
And it's absurd paying people who actually break the laws any kind of money.
But it just shows you the kind of desperation these people are in to do anything they can to destroy our civilization.
And I think we just have to face the facts.
That's what they're up to.
And also the fact that they even offer these people that kind of money shows that, you know, they're planning on crashing the dollar in some way.
They're going to just hand out nearly a half a million dollars to people.
That's insane, of course.
I hope you're correct about this turning of the tide with the elections, but I did find out some interesting things about this Youngskin character.
He is a CFR member, a Council on Foreign Relations member.
Uh, and also a regular attendee at the World Economic Forum, so we'll see what he actually does.
It sounds he said a lot of good things, but you know, frankly, the idea that we're going to reform the public schools.
I think we're so far away from that it's not even funny.
But those two facts about YoungSkin give me great pause.
The World Economic Forum of course is the thing pushing forward this great reset and they have all the major corporations under their umbrella and their agenda.
And of course the Council on Foreign Relations is a globalist think tank that has been putting people into high-level positions Really since uh the Kennedy administration actually but well well before that by but by Jimmy Carter's administration almost everybody in his cabinet were either uh CFR members or trilateral commission members so uh let's just see what happens with young skinny you know uh those two facts about his background are very concerning to me and I think you know
Maybe electing people who don't have $20 million to spend on their own money, like truck drivers and just regular working folk, would be a great step forward.
It's just don't vote for anyone who's part of the system.
Period.
Here are two more facts that also count against Junkin.
He was the former CEO of the Carlyle Group, which you yourself have mentioned, but also Phil Giraldi has just published on the UN's review that Junkin is seeking to kiss Israel's ass.
He's wanting their approval for what he's doing now.
Oh, of course.
You know, Jim, you make a great point with bringing up the Carlyle Group.
You don't get involved in the Carlyle Group unless you are a real insider, man.
That's sort of like a good old boys club of good old boys club.
You got to be deep, deep inside to be part of that.
Just like you don't get invited to the World Economic Forum meetings unless you're someone that's a player.

Stories that are all false or misleading.
Look at the CDC's own website.

Look at the Imperial College, the Ferguson models.
Quotations where the beginning or end have been deleted.
The person did say, but without the full context, it's not fair.
Common practice among Democrats and promoters of the facts.
Old images recirculated as if they were recent.
They do it all the time.
Cherry-picked statistics.
This is their principal message medium, to give you bias-slanted statistics that support the CDC but exclude all the negative information, for God's sake.
They're not even...
Informing those they want to take the vaccine of the risks associated with the vaccination, only the benefits.
They're not informing them of the alternatives that are non-invasive like ivermectin and HCQ, videos that have been edited to change the meaning.
In other words, don't share anything that doesn't fit the government narrative.
The document asks the following question.
Did you check with a CDC or local public health department to see whether there's any information about the claim being made?
Did you ask a credible health care professional, such as your doctor or nurse, if they have any additional information?
Did you type the claim into a search engine?
To see if it's been verified by a credible source.

Should you type a query into Google about vaccine side effects or death, you won't find much because the company is actively censoring such information.

Dr. Luke Montagnier, like this courageous NIH senior guy who's stepping down because he's
recognizing that children should not be injected with this death jab. That's real science.
Then the next level you have is corporate science and that's what that lowlife half camel, half

Corporate science essentially for decades now has been saying we want to get to the end goal
which is this vaccine or this magic pill is allowed into the marketplace.
So then how do we backfill?

So that's corporate science.
And then the worst is the third level of science, which is scientism, where it becomes like a cult, like a Jim Jones death cult.

The science is settled.
It becomes a religious dogmatic experience where people, these face diaper wearing, mentally weak people are now willing to subject their children because they're so convinced by the lies of corporate science and by their warped dogmatic religious beliefs.

Meanwhile, a new angle from a video clearly shows that Kenosha rioter was about to shoot Kyle Rittenhouse with a pistol that he was acting in self-defense.
Prosecutors scramble in the Rittenhouse trial after a train wreck.
Kyle Rittenhouse, now 18 years old, standing trial for killing two men during a 2020 violent protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, appears to have backing for his self-defense position.
On November 4th, a prosecution called eyewitness Richard McGinnis, who was present at the scene.
He recounted the events leading to the shooting, describing the now-deceased Joseph Rosenbaum as the aggressor.
He testified, the first man Rittenhouse shot was lunging at the defendant, trying to grab his rifle right before the shooting, throwing a monkey wrench in the prosecution's murder charge.
Here you see Kyle himself, who took the stand today and was being badgered by the prosecutor.
The case against the Illinois teen depends on painting him as a gun-wielding vigilante, shooting first and asking questions later.
Unfortunately for the prosecution, its own key witness may have torpedoed the entire narrative.
McGinnis repeatedly stated during his time on the stand that Rosenbaum lunged at the defendant multiple times.
In addition, he recalled that up until Rosen now shot his rifle, the accused had the weapon pointed at a 45-degree angle toward the ground.
Ryan Balch, a second witness testifying the same day, offered his recollection.
He said Rosenbaum threatened to kill him and Rittenhouse while acting violently and attempting to set fire in a nearby dumpster.
Both witnesses appeared to bolster the defense.
And there's more going on today that is going to further substantiate, thank goodness, There's a worthy judge presiding over this trial, a man of great integrity, which is not universally to be found in the courts of Wisconsin.

It was all legally justifiable and where even this guy who got shot in the arm Admitted to a friend at the hospital that his only regret was he hadn't shot Kyle Rittenhouse.
I mean, he admitted he had his hand on the pistol and he was raising it to shoot him when it happens.
I don't believe the judge would allow the jury to bring in a fake verdict that was inconsistent with the evidence.
That's my expectation here.
Meanwhile, NASCAR condemns Let's Go Brandon Chant.

A fellow named Richard Cordero has invited those who have suffered abuse at the hands of judges at the state and county level, right to the Biden Commission on Supreme Court Reform and to a group of investigative journalists and advocates of honest judiciaries, where I have followed up on his invitation.
Dear commissioners, journalists, and advocates, kindly below find my story of abuse of power by judges that I have suffered and witnessed as a pro se defendant.
My case is especially egregious because it concerns one of the most controversial and important events of the past decade, a purported mass murder, which has been exploited for political purposes to promote a vigorous gun control agenda that undermines the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.
I'm sending it to you at the suggestion of Dr. Richard Cardoro Esquire to support my request that you hear me and similarly situated abusees at the public meetings the commission is mandated to hold.
As he observes, you should allow your meetings and your report to inform the national public of how justices and judges behave in practice abusing the power for their gain and convenience because they are unaccountable and their abuse entails no risk to themselves.
I also agree with Dr. Cordero that if you limit yourselves exclusively to a discussion of the theory of constitutional law in the Supreme Court, then you will have allowed yourselves to be manipulated as a pretext for implementing the foregone political decision to pack the court.
It will have no lasting or substantive effect or outcome.
I also request that you journalists join forces with journalism, information technology, and business academics to expose judicial abuse of power at the unprecedented citizen hearings proposed by Dr. Richard Cordero.
At those hearings, Multidisciplinary panels of journalists and academics can take the testimony of abusees.
They can do so live at media stations and university auditoriums across the country, as well as via video conference to make it inexpensive and convenient for them and the public to attend.
This can launch a Me Too-like trend of public accountability here and abroad.
As Dr. Cardero has emphasized, this is long overdue.
In the 232 years since the creation of the federal judiciary in 1789, the number of federal judges impeached and removed is only eight.
For comparison, the number of federal officers on the bench on September 30, 2020 was 2,341.
Federal judges need not fear losing their jobs in practice.
They have turned public power entrusted to them into the power of a state above the state.
The meetings and citizens' hearings can expose the nature, extent, and gravity of judges' abuse.
On that factual basis, the reform can be undertaken if not only the Supreme Court, where in the October 2019-September 2020 fiscal year, only 73 cases were argued, 69 disposed of in 53 signed opinions, but also in the lower federal courts, which terminated 1,103,337 In the year of September 2020 in the year up to September 30th 2020.
I likewise agree with Dr. Cordero that the citizens hearings can be expanded to take the testimony of victims of state judges who are just as outrageous in their abuse of power as Dr. Cordero observes.
These hearings can lead to reforms that take from judges the unaccountability that they have irrigated to themselves and gives back to we the people.
The masters of all public servants.
What is our birthright?
Government by the rule of law where the people exercise their right to hold also their judicial public servants accountable for entrusted power and liable to compensate the victims of their abuse.
Therefore, I request the opportunity to be heard also at the citizens hearing.

Dear commissioners, journalists, and advocates, denying a defendant a defense.
My publications include co-editing Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, It Was a FEMA Drill to Promote Gun Control, 2015, 2nd Edition, 2016.
I brought together 13 experts, including 6 Ph.D.
professors, to sort out what really happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.
We discovered the school had been closed by 2008 and there were no students or teachers there.
They had conducted an active shooter drill presented to the public as mass murder to promote gun control.
The FEMA manual used to orchestrate the exercise is included as Appendix A.
The book was published on 22 October 2015 and banned by Amazon.com on 19 November 2015, even though it had sold nearly 500 copies.
Amazon had 20 books about Sandy Hook at the time, 19 of which held the official narrative.
In response to the ban, I released it for free as a PDF.
A colleague tells me it has been downloaded over 10 million times.
Access had to be stopped.
A complaint was filed by one of the parents to allege I defamed him by my claim that an uncertified death certificate for his son, which he had posted on a blog, was fake.
As I observed in briefs, under Connecticut law, not even parents are allowed to possess uncertified death certificates.
During the pre-trial conference, the judge declared he would not permit the defense that Sandy Hook had been a FEMA drill, stating, whether or not Sandy Hook ever happened or not is not relevant to this, the truthfulness or the accuracy of the death certificate.
Now, I understand the defendant's overall theory and believing that it never happened, and I'm not going to take the bait and let this case go down that rabbit hole.
The death certificate plainly states that the decedent died on 14 December 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School from multiple gunshot wounds.
So how could the defense that nobody died at Sandy Hook not be relevant to the truthfulness or accuracy of the death certificate?
I submitted four versions of the death certificate and the reports of two forensic document experts who testified.
All four versions were fake.
The judge consulted with a plaintiff's lead counsel and explained that excluding them could be grounds for an appeal, so he set them aside as someone else's opinion.
The most basic fact remained in dispute and negligence was never addressed, but I was found guilty of defamation nonetheless.
A trial for damage is awarded $450,000.
As a retired professor of philosophy, I normally detect mistakes in argument and thus avoid being played for a sucker and a sap.
In this case, however, I was misled by my naive confidence in the rule of law.
Of which I have now been severely disabused.

Texas school administrators says Holocaust has opposing sides.
Honest mistake or historical revisionism?
There is no debate.
The Holocaust happened, they declare.
While pushback was immediate, the school board quickly clarified that the veracity of the Holocaust is not up for debate.
As we mark Holocaust Education Week, it's never been more important to draw the line between truth and fiction and to protect the facts.

You know, so much of what we're told is completely unverifiable, like the Holocaust, like Sandy Hook.
There's no evidence to support it, just like global warming and this massive COVID hoax we live under.
Everything is done through deception here, and we really need to find a way to overcome this.
And Jim, you know, your books are a great start.
You have uncovered a lot of truth about what's happened at Sandy Hook, for example, and they're trying to rake you through the coals for doing so.
And you've been steadfast and unfearful, which is a great thing, and I want to commend you for that.
We need more people like Jim Fetzer to take a stand, because we're all going to lose everything if we allow this to happen.

Just for background, I'm also engaged in moving to intervene in a trial in Connecticut where Remington has offered a $33 million settlement to fake Sandy Hook parents based on the proposition that what happened on 14 December 2012 was real.
I'm seeking to pull the rug out from their carpet, but the judges opposed, and both of the parties, oddly enough, joined in opposing my intervention, which I'm now appealing.
There's another case in Connecticut where they're going after Alex Jones.
And while Alex and I have had our differences, he did invite me to be the keynote speaker at his 9-11 conference in Los Angeles in June of 2006.
And where four members of the society I created, Scholars for 9-11 Truth, participated in the C-SPAN program that they, you know, the panel discussion that C-SPAN broadcast eight times subsequently.
Alex has been on both sides of this issue, but he deserves a fair shake.
I'm moving to interview in that case as well.
And there is a third!
Over and beyond the $33 million insurance scam involving these Sandy Hook parents, there's a parallel bankruptcy action against Remington, also predicated on the false proposition that the shooting at Sandy Hook was real.
It was because a Remington-made weapon, an AR-15, was allegedly used that they're going through bankruptcy.
It's another scam.
It's another fraud.
