This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, delighted to be joined today by Chris Weinert in Maine and Miriam Hennane in Florida.
So we've got a lot going on here, three different parts of the world.
We're going to bring you all the news you need to know.
The Democrats are having a meltdown over their electoral loss in Virginia, and they're doing their best to blame it on white voters.
Unbelievable.
It's not the economy.
It's not inflation.
It's not supply chain concerns.
It's not far-left educators brainwashing children.
No.
The real problem is the ignorant white voter, according to the liberal media.
Julian Castro, for example.
Tweeted, Youngkin has shown Republicans they can launder dog whistles through huge unregulated platforms driving base turnout, even while distancing for Trump.
Democrats need to better control the narrative with their own wedge issues with a positive forward-thinking message.
The media wasn't exuberant about relinquishing their group on the racism narrative in America either.
They went for the race card immediately when it became clear the Democrats were going to go down in a crunch.
Joy Reid may have been the biggest loser of them all.
With parents voting against McCullough for his ill-advised comments about how parents shouldn't have a role in what teachers teach their kids, her educational concerns were actually a racist dog whistle themselves.
I mean, look at this.
How can Joy Reid ignore the fact that the Lieutenant Governor of Virginia is a black woman who likes guns?
She's a strong supporter of the Second Amendment.
Education, Joy Reid said, is a code word for white parents not liking the idea of teaching about race.
This woman is just a disgrace.
She's such a blatant propagandist.
She didn't stop there.
On her blog, she blames Republicans for effectively messaging months of conservative attacks on non-white educators, denouncing lesson plans discussing racism and inequality.
Well, look at how the shift in the margin everywhere in Virginia.
The shift was in the direction of the Republicans.
Another column from Joy Reed discusses how Virginia flipped Republicans due to white ignorance.
The Unkin campaign discovered this contingent of angry, willfully ignorant white people as a key ingredient needed to elect a GOP governor for the first time since 2009.
Daily Beast columnist Waha Alley declared the election shows whiteness remains undefeated.
Former Democrat presidential candidate Julian Castro, I've already said, they laundered dog whistles through huge unregulated platforms.
But the problem is, The claim that white voters are to blame for the election isn't even vaguely true.
White women did shift toward the Republicans, but they also helped Biden win just 12 months ago.
In other words, they're the same people.
Virginia in 2020, white women, 50% Biden, 49% Trump.
Virginia 2021, white women, 57% Young.
50% Biden, 49% Trump, Virginia 2021, white women, 57% Young, 43% McAuliffe, a 15 point
swing to the GOP.
And we're white voters simply pushing their own racist politics by delivering a victory
to conservative Winsome Sears, who will become the first black woman and female to hold the
office of lieutenant governor.
Were white voters being racist when they helped rebel Republican Jason Mayers to victory in his race for attorney general, becoming the first Latino to hold that office?
I mean, actually, it was a Democrat diversity platform there of candidates.
You had a white at the top for governor, a black woman for lieutenant governor, a Latino for attorney general.
How could they make the claim that this was white racism?
Mariam, I mean, it's insulting to hear them whine and complain like this.
I mean, I believe that it's the go-to now, and that this atmosphere is actually breeding racism.
In case someone hasn't noticed, I'm not white, but I have felt more racism from Black people than white people in this past year.
I've had black people at a transgender Black Lives Matter rally purposely cough and wish me death from COVID and be confused and say whose side are you on when I'm on the side of truth and truth has no color.
So this is a you know this manufactured race war this go-to For instance, they blamed the medical examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker, that his autopsy results were the works of white supremacists.
So it's like that's the default now and it's absolutely cuckoo.
Yeah, Terry McAuliffe ran on two issues, racism and Trump.
Trump wasn't on the ballot and racism wasn't really the issue.
So, you know, he had nothing to stand on.
It's hardly surprising he went down in flames.
Meanwhile, OSHA is now giving workers until January 4th to comply with Biden's vaccine mandate, but lawmakers are teeing up lawsuits to oppose it.
Osha issued an emergency temporary standards giving employers with more than 100 employees until January 4th, covering more than 84 million workers, two-thirds of the nation's private sector workforce, a 490-page rule, which will be published in the Federal Register today.
It says, covered employers must develop, implement, and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, with an exception for employers who instead adopt a policy requiring employees to get vaccinated or undergo regular testing and wear a face mask.
Employees who choose not to get vaccinated must foot the bill for the test, however.
It also requires employers to report work-related COVID fatalities, OSHA, within eight hours of learning of them, and work-related inpatient hospitalization within 24 hours.

We have the vaccine injured speaking up, feeling abandoned by the government who's tolerated all these absurd mandates.

OSHA plans to send agents into the workplace.
To ensure employers are in compliance, and if there's a willful violation, can be fined up to $136,532.
This is simply absurd beyond belief.
Companies with more than 100 will have until January 4th to have their staff fully vaccinated with two doses of the mRNA vaccine, Pfizer or Moderna, or one dose of J&J.
Just outrageous.
In a statement issued today, Representative Virginia Foxx of the House Education and Labor confirmed GOP lawmakers in her committee will introduce immediately a Congressional Review Act to nullify OSHA's emergency rule.
More than three dozen Senate Republicans are moving to formally nullify Biden's vaccine mandate Now, when we're finally at kind of an equilibrium, you're putting an ultimatum on them, said Mike Brown, Republican, a businessman and member of the Senate subcommittee.
The mandate would be the single biggest disruptor in one fell swoop to the business community.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Announce plans to sue Biden.
Once this illegal unconstitutional regulation hits a federal register.
South Dakota's Governor Kristi Noem announced the state will join the lawsuit against Biden's mandate.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt announced he will file a lawsuit too.
Meanwhile, we have the OSHA rule reading like the manifesto of a mad tyrant.
We've always known forced masking isn't about science, it's about power and control.
And now the Biden administration wants it to be a federal punishment for choosing to not be vaccinated.

So I was, I've been keeping tabs at OSHA at the website and up until just recently, yesterday, I believe there was nothing on record, no press release.
I just posted their, they're offering templates so that you can go, a business can go and use the template.
If you look between the lines, they do say that they'll consider medical considerations
or religious exemptions, but you have to take a look.
The idea of prodding the nose twice a week, which is many businesses like in Hollywood
have had to succumb to is absolutely nonsense, and they're not considering natural immunity.
And they're treating this, I mean, this is called emergency temporary standard.
So we're still now under the guise of this emergency still, and ushering in these unconstitutional
policies based on what does it mean, emergency temporary standard?
Well, if we break that down, what does that mean?
So on my backup Twitter, I posted a link to the press release.
And you can take a look at these templates that they're just giving cookie cutter to all these businesses.
And maybe you heard they're now going to go after the companies that are 100 employees and less.
Are they going to do that as well?

Aaron Rodgers is being forced to endure a COVID test every single day.
According to Sporting News, unvaccinated individuals must be tested for COVID every day at the team facility.
If a player misses even one day of testing, They'll be required to test negative for COVID for five straight days before re-entering the facility.
That's what happened at Cam Newton before the final week of the Patriots preseason.
I hope Aaron Rodgers is undergoing spit tests, not nose torture.

We have the CDC saying some immunocompromised people can get a fourth COVID shot.
A fourth shot!
CDC said in updated guidelines some who've received either Pfizer or Moderna will be able to get a fourth shot.
People over 18 who are moderately to severely immunocompromised and have received three doses may get a fourth shot!
Worth noting, for immunocompromised people, the third COVID vaccine is classified as an additional dose by the CDC.
The volume is the same as that of the first two.
For such, however, the fourth dose is considered a booster, and the volume given is only half the amount in the first three.
Last week, the CDC approved Americans to get booster shots that are different from the vaccine they originally received.
We now return.
So here we have Joe Biden blatantly breaking federal law, Tucker calling him out for it.

The party continues to prove its hypocrisy and belief that Americans should do as they say, not as they do.

According to new court documents between January 20th and the end of March, for example, the Biden administration refused to take custody of 37 illegal immigrants in the state of Texas.
Many of them had additional criminal records.
Section 236C of the Immigration and Nationality Act requires federal agents to detain and hold any alien who is released from criminal custody if the alien entered illegally and is removable on any criminal grounds of admissibility, or if the alien entered legally and is removable on most of the criminal deportation grounds.

The Biden administration is legally obligated to deport According to Carlson, no president who Congress impeached ever faced the litany of flagrant and serious criminal violations that Biden has committed.
Of course, he's worried about the 2022 midterms.
With Pelosi and Schumer controlling Congress, he's safe from impeachment, but that could change rapidly.

I think, in fact, impeachment is a certainty if the Republicans regain control and deservedly so.

Top Steele dossier source arrested for lying to the FBI.
Federal authorities have arrested a key figure in compiling the so-called Steele dossier, a discredited report of various allegations and rumors suggesting Trump's campaign was colluding with the Russians.
Igor Danchenko, a U.S.-based Russian analyst, whom the New York Times has called the Steele dossier's primary researcher—that's quite a joke—was arrested Thursday on five counts of lying to the FBI.
The development comes as part of a special counsel John Durham's probe into the origins of the Trump-Russia collusion investigation.
He was appointed as a special counsel last year to continue investigation into the Crossfire Hurricane probe without interference from Biden by virtue of being a special counsel.
In a now unsealed charging document, his office alleges that Dushenko made false statements to federal investigators about conversations he had with sub-sources while the FBI was interviewing him about his role in collecting information for ex-British buy Christopher Steele, who had been paid by the Democrats to put together this phony pile of nonsense.
Axios reported some of the false information in the Steele dossier that came from Danchenko was later used to obtain a surveillance warrants against Trump aide Carter Page.
According to the AP, the indictment claims Danchenko misled the FBI by denying a relationship with a public relations executive and longtime Democrat operator and supporter of Hillary Clinton when he, in fact, had anonymously sourced one of his allegations to that person.
He's also accused of fabricating details of a phone conversation with someone who had described what he claimed was a well-developed conspiracy of cooperation between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Complete and total bullshit.
In a damning report released in December of 2019, DOJ Inspector General Horowitz Concluded that Steel's Democrat-funded dossier was a central and essential factor in the FBI seeking a FISA wiretap against former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page.
His arrest marks the third criminal action brought by the Durham probe Where, in September, Durham indicted Michael Sussman, a cybersecurity lawyer who represented Hillary, for lying to the FBI in 2016, and another against FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith for falsifying a document used to obtain a warrant against Page, where in August of 2020 he pled guilty to the charge.
Miriam, I think this is going to have repercussions too, and I think Hillary is not going to be happy about it.
I hope there are repercussions.

Meanwhile, we have a trial taking place right here in Wisconsin where I reside in Kenosha about an hour and a half drive.
Against 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who was there to assist in his role as an EMT.
He was chased by three thugs who were attempting to do him harm.
He shot and killed two, wounded a third, who expressed regret at not having killed him, not having killed Kyle.
Yet he was charged with first-degree murder in the case of self-defense.
There's a new angle of the video showing the Kenosha rioter was about to shoot Kyle Rittenhouse with a pistol.
The judge also ruled that Cage, Grosskutz, Joseph Rosenberg, and Anthony Huber, the latter two of whom were killed, could not be referred to as victims.
The word victim is a loaded, loaded word, he said.
Alleged victim is a cousin to it.
Notice, he's being kicked in the face on the left, in the middle, being hit with a skateboard, and in the third, he's about to be shot.
At one point, the judge rebuked the prosecutor for nonchalantly referring to acts of arson.
All we're talking about is arson.
We're talking about being loud and disorderly instead of Rosenbaum's conduct the night of the event.
The Kenosha mild challenge.
Here you have, he was being chased by a violent mob.
He had no gear, no spare mags, no backup, no moral patches.
He defended himself magnificently.
I'm so impressed with this young man.
Meanwhile, the judge slams a vast amount of irresponsible and sloppy reporting about the case.
The judge said a lot of fake news out there.
Speaking with potential jurors, he said those selected may need to disregard much of what they've already heard or read.
This case has become very political.
It was involved in the politics of the last election year.
To this day, you can go out and read things from across the political spectrum, most of which are written by people who know nothing.
He's read some things about the case that were perfect, but most of the reporting has been sloppy or deliberately biased.
The price we paid for a free press is a lot of irresponsible and sloppy journalism, he continued.
That is charges, not an attack on the media, but reality check.
And of course, Trump got it right.
This is just more fake news.
It can be frightening, he added.
The news comes only days after Schroeder ruled the men rooting out now 18 fatally shot cannot be referred to as victims, but can be called rioters and looters because they were rioters and looters.
They were aggressors and they were not victims.
Rittenhouse took a gun to the riots to defend local businesses against looting and ransacking in the wake of a white officer's shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man.
During the mayhem, Rittenhouse shot three men, killing two of them.
He was charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree reckless homicide, first-degree reckless endangering.
If convicted, he could serve a mandatory life sentence.
His defense team insists he was acting in self-defense.
Videos appear to back up his claims.
He later told a reporter he didn't regret taking a gun on the night of the shooting, that he would have died had he not.
And let me just say that we got more going on here.
The judge has ruled that a video of officers thanking Kyle Rittenhouse can be used at the trial.
They were expressing their appreciation for his efforts that evening.
Guess this, too.
The key players, the detective investigating the case, the city attorney, and the mayor are all members of the same family.
How shocking is that?
The mayor who let Kenosha burn, the DA and the lead detective in the Kyle Rittenhouse case are all members of the same family.
With Kyle Rittenhouse in the news again, we turn back to what really happened.
This is from Investor's Watch blog, a highly reliable source.
Day one, police shoot black felon in Kenosha, Wisconsin, while he was evading arrest.
They had a warrant for his arrest on third degree sexual assault.
Afterward, distraught clouds of black locals manifest and fought the police.
Later that night, they were burning down and looting shops throughout the city.
Day two, Protesters throughout the night included BLM, Antifa, and locals who proceeded to burn, loot, rob, beat shop owners and their stores, similar to the George Floyd riots in Minneapolis, day three.
Governor Evers declares an emergency, but turns down the offer to beef up security.
Local store owners and their friends protect stores to prevent another night of burning down the city.
BLM and Antifa mobs declare this act to be racist.
They attempt to burn down the shops and tensions escalate until violence erupts involving Kyle Rittenhouse, as I've seen, as you see there.
Meanwhile, Joseph Rosenbaum died fighting for justice.
He was practicing Judaism rights.

The footage released by The Human Events today clearly shows for the first time Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense.
This case should never have been brought to trial.

Kenosha detectives are testifying now Kyle Rittenhouse was even shot at.
The entire case is a miscarriage of justice.

In this video it's more proof on top of the proof that we already had of Kyle Rittenhouse trying to provide aid to again a bunch of terrorists trying to blow up a fucking gas station and then when he puts the dumpster fire again literal dumpster fire out this entire situation you can't make this shit up That fucking crackhead pedophile set a dumpster on fire with a bunch of those other tarts and pushed it in the direction of a gas station with the intent to blow it the fuck up!
None of those people again!
None of them have been arrested!
When Kyle Rittenhouse puts out that dumpster fire, they then chase him, and we have it all on video right here.

During the trial of the Kyle Rittenhouse on Tuesday, video was entered into evidence that showed the shooting, for which the young man is on trial, from an aerial angle.
The video had not yet been seen before.

This isn't a disappointment.
This is the FBI and the Attorney General's Office breaking the law.
The FBI maintains strict rules and guidelines for chain of custody for all evidence.
In other words, the only way for it to have gotten lost is if someone deliberately destroyed evidence in a capital case, obviously.
It wouldn't be hard to find out who the likely suspects are.
Given the circumstances, it's highly likely that multiple federal felonies were committed, not just by one person, but by a group of people conspiring to obstruct justice and, of course, violate the civil rights of a clearly innocent man.
The rule of law requires that the prosecutor's office must immediately turn over any and all evidence it finds pertinent to the case.
Give that they not only failed to do so properly and subsequently was lost, but failed to inform that offense once again, a major felony was committed.
The prosecuting DA in the case should be immediately arrested and charged.
