And speaking of comments, I'm sure Holly has some comments on what we left over about the military.
Anyway, go ahead, Holly.
Well, we are seeing this within the military, but also in counties and states.
There are several states and counties.
Most recently, I saw several counties within the state of Maryland are now formally Declaring that they wish to secede from Maryland and join West Virginia or join another conservative county.
They wanna take control over their own local governments, their own municipalities, their own tax base.
And so they can stop funding what they believe are a draconian and fascist measures.
And I think as Scott has mentioned with other videos before we need to start finding communities of people
who are both unjabbed and people who don't want to go forward with this, the fascism that we are seeing right now,
this fascist socialist takeover that we're seeing.
And there was someone, I haven't followed a lot of his work but I've heard of the name of Max Egan
and he actually fled the country of Australia recently.
And how Scott was talking about how, we're in a phase two of like a three or four step process
that we're seeing continuing process.
Australia is like a step or two ahead of us and we see with the continued lockdowns, the two tier of society, everything that's been going on right now, they have no firearms, they have no way to break up the government, they don't have any sort of states rights or anything, they are completely overtaken and so Max Egan actually had to flee the country and other people are talking about Australians trying to leave as refugees right now the unjabs claiming refugee status which makes complete sense to me all these people all these countries who are being isolated and being targeted and they're talking about
creating concentration camps or wellness centers to put people in, that's when people need to get
out because you're not going to get out of those centers once they put you back in. So I'm hoping
with this, as Jim had mentioned with the DoD and Northcom, I am very wary of something like this,
but I would hope that would be the continuation of government under a military white hat
operation. I'm hoping that this isn't Northcom being used in some sort of devious way against
the American people.
I do think what we are seeing right now is pretty similar to what we've seen with the Federal Reserve Banks taking over the United States several times.
So this happened with the War of 1812.
It happened under Jackson.
There's a couple times when the central banking systems have tried these coups against the United States.
So beginning with 2008, we had the collapse of the United States system.
And in 2019, U.S.
Corporation officially went bankrupt.
People don't want to talk about that, but we are actually As a corporation, United States Corporation is bankrupt.
We're seeing the collapse of the Federal Reserve right now.
So I think that there is a jockeying of power.
And I think that the banks, one of their tactics is to try to kill as many people as they can.
Because, you know, we've got close to 8 billion people on this planet right now.
And if they can try to cull as many people as they can, They can reinstitute a new banking system.
I don't think people understand how important the Federal Reserve is and how much they really can control.
So ultimately, the military within the United States would be the only way that they could fight a central bank, just as our founding fathers told and forewarned us many times.
Holly, I think you're right, and it just reflects the seriousness of the situation we're in.
Meanwhile, Representative Thomas Massey questioned Merrick Garland about FBI agents and informants on January 6.
Turns out there was a key player there by the name of Ray Epps, a former leader with the Arizona chapter of Oath Keepers, who was functioning as an agent provocateur, one of the key people seeking to stir up trouble and create an agitated mob response.
He's interesting because he was never arrested or charged by the FBI, as pointed out by Sean Davis on Twitter.
At one point, the FBI had his picture up on its page of those that wanted a question.
Not only was he not arrested, his picture was quietly removed.
This is very, very striking.
Congressman Massey is doing a worthy job here.
Here we have a video where you can see that this guy is agitating massively.
Here's where you had the photograph.
Once it was up, now it's missing.
More, more, more.
Anti-law enforcement violent extremists may pose a greatest threat domestically in this year and likely in 2022, says Merrick Garland.
Domestic extremists.
Perhaps I'm wrong, but the only time I can recall in modern history that aggressive and illegal federal activity was halted in mid-effort was with the Clive Bundy Ranch in 2014.
Armed citizens force federal authorities, including the FBI, to back down.
In response, former AG Eric Holder vowed to revive a domestic terrorism task force.
Bad, bad idea.
Contemplate that response against a 2021 statement of the FBI saying domestic violent extremists represent the greatest threat.
From the worldview of the DOJ-FBI, law-abiding U.S.
citizens pushed to the point of taking up defensive arms against federal agents are a threat.
Ergo, the newest definition of domestic violent extremists to define who the FBI view as their most substantive enemy.
Two years after the Bundy ranch standoff, after all, the FBI shot and killed Lavoie Finnegan, Fulfilling their promise to eliminate extremists as defined by their worldview.
The FBI was fully aware of the Boston Marathon bombers as Sarinoff brothers before they executed the plot.
The FBI took no action.
As we reported here, The Cernov brothers were merely patsies when the FBI asked, put up their photographs and said, don't look at any other photographs.
You could have been able to identify the Kraft International personnel who actually planted and set off the bombs, asking for the public's help in identifying them.
They'd already been under surveillance by the FBI for at least five years.
Wow.
...knew about the San Bernardino terrorists.
They were monitoring a trans female phone calls and communication before they executed their attack.
This was also fake.
The grocery store shooter, that was absurd.
That was almost childlike.
The FBI knew in advance about the Pulp Nightclub shooter.
Actually, the club permit had expired three years in advance.
It's when they replanted the club from white to black to show it was closed, just as at Sandy Hook.
The school had been closed by 2008, and there were no students there.
The FBI knew in advance about the Parkland High School shooter, Nicholas Cruz.
Another absurdity.
Because it was a holiday, Valentine's Day, they let the 3,500 students go early at 1 p.m., a common practice in Florida counties.
Only a few dozen stayed behind to participate as student crisis actors.
This is just insulting.
Consider the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S.
soil in Garland, Texas in 2050.
This was another spook.
Yes, you read correctly.
The FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold.
They took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away.
Remember, shortly before the 2018 midterm election, when Caesar saw it, the man living in his van was caught sending energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction.
That could be newspaper, that could be writing paper, that could have been a letter that's energetic material that can become combustible.
Remember how sketchy everything was, including the childlike perpetrator telling a judge later he was trying to walk back his guilty plea because he'd been tricked into signing a confession or a crime he had not committed?
Or, more recently, the goofball plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer involving 18 suspects, 12 of them actually working for the FBI.
Cannot forget the January 6th protest-turned-insurrection effort, which is clearly looking like an FBI-inspired and coordinated effort.
Have we forgotten Atlanta's Olympic Park bombing, the FBI intentionally setting up a transparently innocent Richard Jewell?
Then there's the entirety of the FBI involvement in Spygate, the effort to conduct political surveillance against Trump using their investigative authorities, and the downstream consequences of the massive institutional effort to cover up one of the biggest Justice Department scandals in the history of our nation.
And of course, The FBI still had 13 extra agents available to rush to the NASCAR racetrack to investigate a garage door pull-down rope that might have been perceived as a noose, but the serial rape of hundreds of teenage girls had not so much effort, even when they are standing in front of the FBI begging for help.
As an aside, the author admits He's increasingly convinced by evidence that the FBI itself or perpetrators involved in sex trafficking, human smuggling and abduction as a part of their operational mission.
Realize what happened in the case of the Olympic gymnast.
When the victims and parents told the FBI about what Larry Nassar was doing, the FBI did not bungle the investigation.
They did not investigate.
Worse, after the parents kept coming back to ask what was going on, report other parents were reporting new rapes and assaults.
The FBI told those parents an investigation was ongoing, except it was not.
They were lying.
The FBI was telling victims they were investigating Larry Nassar when it was doing no such thing.
They were lying to the victims and their families.
They weren't taking any action whatsoever to address a multitude of claims against Nassar.
After the FBI was caught lying about their conduct, they then lied to their internal oversight, the Office of Inspector General, about everything surrounding the case.
They didn't make a mistake or dropped a proverbial ball.
They intentionally and specifically maintain the sexual exploitation of teenage girls by doing absolutely nothing when the complaints they receive.
This is not misconduct.
This is purposeful.
And as though to add salt to the wound, what did the FBI do with the Hunter Biden laptop?
Absolutely nothing.
My point is this.
What the Federal Security Service says to the internal security of Russia, the FBI is performing the same function for the U.S.
federal government.
The FBI is a U.S.
version of the Russian state police.
The FBI is deployed almost exclusively to attack domestic enemies of those who control the government.
That is a clear and accurate domestic prison to contextualize their perceived mission.
Domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat to their objective.
Put another way, we, the people who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI's actual and literal enemy.
Let me be very clear with another brutally obvious example.
Antifa could not exist as an organization capable of organizing and carrying out violent attacks against their targets without the full support of the FBI.
If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa for actually conducting violence, they could do it easily and with slight effort.
The absence of any action by the FBI toward Antifa tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue.
Once you accept that transparent point of truth, then you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremists is something else entirely.
The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the Department of Justice.
The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that's now focused almost entirely towards supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.
Anyone who continues to push the fraudulent, honorable FBI rank-and-file talking point, therefore, at this point in history, is willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of the government interests intent on destroying us.
It is no longer a difference of opinion.
It's a matter of just accepting what's staring us in the face.
Those like Sean Hannity and Don Bongino continue pushing the falsehood that FBI agents, any FBI agents, are honorable people, are by nature of their disconnect, purposefully manipulating their audience.

Yeah, I think that's entirely right.
The FBI is presenting itself as a domestic terrorist organization.
We've seen that in the seeding of the Malheur Refuge, where an additional nine or ten or more FBI agents were present in the refuge, and that led to the ambush and murder of Robert Lavoie Finnicombe and the attempted murder of Shanna Cox and Victoria, I can't remember her last name, and the other individual that was in the car.
We've still got the video.
We analyzed that very closely.
And that needs to be re-examined, of course.
So the FBI has been engaged in the transformation of America into a police state.
This shouldn't be a surprise.
This is how they operate.
They consider themselves an invisible aristocracy, a pseudo-CIA, law enforcement uh invulnerable to local jurisdictions able to operate in a federal invisibility federal authority so they they have a cart blank you know uh get out of jail free card they can do anything they want and I I think that's going to be another element there's going to be a civil war in the FBI of the separation because again the citizenry and the soldiers
are at a point, like we've said Jim, they're at a point of no return.
They're beyond phase two.
They're now, the soldiers are preparing for full kinetic operations and that means they are identifying anyone that tries to stop soldiers from defending the Constitution against enemies of the Constitution is an enemy of the Constitution themselves.
So it's a very simple arithmetic that soldiers will be doing, and that is any law enforcement, any deputy, any highway patrolman, any FBI agent, any government agent whatsoever that tries to impede or stop Or in any way halt the defense of the Constitution, which is the duty and the oath of soldiers.
They are an enemy combatant to be killed, and I think that is coming if this goes kinetic.
If they continue to double down and harass and try and execute an Australia and America, Where the law enforcement, you know, I anticipate, Jim, if they have deaths and such over Christmas time, they may try and do another lockdown over winter time.
It's very easy to do a societal lockdown over winter, especially in places like Maine or Chicago or Michigan, where it's bitterly cold.
People are staying inside anyway, but for them to do a PSYOP of, we're having an entire society locked down in the dead of winter, it's easy to do, but it also, if it happens, it will be to advance and accelerate this sort of domestic terror, you know, this attack on military patriots and such masquerading them
as domestic terrorists.
Thomas Massey is doing an excellent job in the revelations of that.
He should call upon Eric Garland as a traitor and should be investigated and removed from office
immediately because he is actively involved with fraudulently creating a PSYOP of the domestic January
6 event.
And this individual that was videotaped and that people were calling out in the crowd, fed, fed,
fed, They identified him as a federal agent, a federal informant,
Uh, but this man right there and his FBI handlers, uh, that's the smoking gun that every American needs to see and Congress needs to, uh, fully prosecute and expose because in exposing the FBI and exposing Garland and exposing this guy and Oath Keepers, By exposing this, you will blunt and retard and stop their future operations.
If they don't stop them and expose this, they're going to do far worse and far more in the coming future, Jim.
Well, it's hard to believe that Merrick Garland was Barack Obama's nominee for the Supreme Court.
I mean, what a disgusting development that would have been.

Well, just quickly, I think this is connected in, of course, with the NSBA, the National School Board Association's memo, and the Department of Justice.
Seems Merrick Garland all working together to turn parents who are opposed to, you know, they say it's critical race theory, but it's really mostly about the masks and the jabs and just everything that has come down.
You know, as you showed with the video earlier, these children are being jabbed without their consent,
it seems, at these schools and without parental consent.
So the children and parental rights are being violated.
And what does the FBI and DOJ and Merrick Garland do?
They're trying to turn parents into domestic terrorists.
So the chickens have come home to roost.
We've seen this, everything, as Scott had mentioned before, people trying to defend their land against the feds,
very similar to the PatCon movement that we saw in the 90s, where there's like a,
you know, if you're a patriot, there's a conspiracy to overthrow the government.
So we have to preemptively attack Americans.
So we've seen this for a long time now, and with the War on Terror, and all the tracking, and everything that happened with the Patriot Act, we knew it was eventually going to come home to American citizens, but I didn't think they would go after the parents as quickly as they did, and try to use The school boards and and they're trying pushing that against parents and family members and trying to separate.
Parents and families from their own children.
So the NSBA is actually backtracking and they're claiming that it wasn't actually their letter.
They were told by someone higher up that they put that up to put that out there and it would, the timing would go perfectly with the DOJ and Merrick Garland's decree, if you will, under the Biden administration.
So I want to know who is controlling the school board now, the NSBA, and who's telling them to put out these memos.
Let me say one thing on that.
Jim Jordan, Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio this week, gave a passionate testimony against Garland, the Attorney General, in which he said, the American families, the American people are not going to stand by for this.
This is the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
Your memo, Mr. Garland, Sending out the FBI to parents is what parents are not going to suffer.
They're not going to tolerate this.
This is going to blow back.
There is a great awakening happening, Mr. Garland, he said, because of this.
And he said, it's amazing that we write letters to you at the Attorney General asking for all sorts of things and you don't respond for months.
And yet this school board writes you and within five days You instantly write a memo saying the FBI are going to open up snitch lines to schools and school boards to investigate, knock on the doors, and harass and intimidate parents for getting in the way of the transgender brainwashing and the critical race theory you're trying to impregnate in these poor little children.
And he said, we're going to play a video, Mr. Chairman, and it was a video of parents at the school boards giving hell to the school boards, warning them and telling them In no uncertain terms, they are guilty of crimes including pornography and child abuse if they continue this.
And the Democrats refused to allow Jim Jordan to play that video because they knew a video of American parents being seen in Congress shouting down these pedophile school board members And all of these critical race theory and transgender rainbow flags and all this other stuff would have been revolutionary across America.
And the Democrats refuse to allow that video to play, but I think it's going to play eventually.
It's going to get more attention because of the suppression.

Well, actually, that was an additional comment from Scott.
Both of you are just making powerful comments.
Meanwhile, Biden's own Court Packing Commission recommends against packing the court.
Democrats are infuriated.
Maybe they were legal experts, by the way, who are just following the law, the commission that recommended against it.
Official word is the group was divided over whether to pack the court, but it didn't help.
Even liberal justices have opposed it.
Stephen Breyer, someone the left wants to retire right away to replace with a justice even more liberal, said he didn't like the idea.
But so did Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, God rest her soul.
She came against the idea before death.
There's another problem.
Packing the court with new leftist judges make the court obviously partisan, more so than the Democrats already claim.
The answer to partisan control isn't giving the other party more control.
There may be room for improvement, but the court has served our nation well during its history.
We don't have to pack it.
We just need to let justices do their job.
Biden might just consider the same approach in doing his job, in helping actually solve some of the problems he continues to create.
But, as I've been emphasizing forever, this is not the real Joe Biden.
This is an actor.
Look at the real Joe on the left and the fake on the right.
Look at the difference in their signatures.
Even more tellingly, look at the difference in their skull types.
They are completely different.
Joe Biden, the real guy, may have been dead for at least three years.
He's been replaced by an actor.
Everything the Democrats do is phony and fake.
They're putting one fraud over the American people after another.
This is unacceptable.
Meanwhile, the White House unwittingly admitted thousands of migrants are being flown around the country in the dead of night.
Fox News reporter Peter Dosey asked Jen Psaki, why is the administration flying thousands of migrants from the border to Florida and New York in the middle of the night?
And she said, well, I'm not sure it's in the middle of the night, by acknowledging that thousands of migrants are being flown around the country.
Going on to argue about the time of day, not denying it's happening, but trying to deflect.
The report came as the New York Post revealed evidence of migrants, including children, arriving at airports in Westchester County, New York, and Jacksonville, Florida, from near the Texas border.
So what's going on?
It appears the Biden regime is seeking to conceal its sneaky travel plans as much as possible, and not for the first time.
Back in May, numerous nighttime flights appeared in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with migrants from Florida.
They were then taken on charter buses to faraway locations, including Florida.
There's no good explanation, no excuse, for the Biden administration's cover-up over its open border disaster.
Even Psaki's spin was then able to cover it up.
Meanwhile, we have videos that are getting out and about and revealing all the corrupt acts of this administration, which are intended to destroy America, creating open borders, unsustainable, breaking them in, not checking them for diseases, putting them on the dole to overwhelm our social welfare system and collapse the economy.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the aiding and abetting an illegal entry of a alien is a crime.
There's a federal misdemeanor and there's also a felony.
You can exaggerate and expand it to treason, conspiracy, seditious conspiracy,
because this isn't just about bringing in a housekeeper at cheaper wages.
This is about bringing in foreign mercenaries, foreign military age young men
to cause all sorts of havoc and disruption and to overthrow the Republican form of government
by flooding the country with illegal immigrants and then declaring an amnesty
in order to capture the majority of political vote power.
That's the Democrats' agenda.
Tucker has talked about it.
Numerous other people have talked about it after we talked about it, of course.
So the Democrats are trying to flood the country in order to capture the political votes
expecting that their democracy and their power will be forever codified like California,
a single majority party system.
But every single plane and bus Should be stopped and forbidden from flying out of Texas or wherever, New Mexico, Arizona, and landing anywhere else.
DeSantis, in this case, Ducey was asking about immigrants being taken to Florida as well, and Jen Psaki and her arrogant snarkiness.
Well, they're going, you know, to be reunited.
This is where the governors need to say, no plane will be allowed to land in my tarmac, in my state.
I will arrest them, arrest the pilots, arrest everybody on the plane, and hold them as enemy invaders.
And I will hold them as they're holding people in Guantanamo Bay.
They've held people in Guantanamo Bay for 16, 17 years without charging them.
So I'm not in favor of a police state, but we're in an emergency state powers where Biden and the administration are trying to flood this country with illegal immigrants.
It needs to be stopped.
Militias and personnel and posse comitatus and the National Guard of Texas and these other states need to be consolidated on the border.
They need to arrest control of the border operation.
They need to kick out every or control every federal agency that's down there and make sure no buses and planes
get past them and are able to take off from Texas to invade Vermont or Utah or Oklahoma or Florida
or anywhere else.
This has to be treated like a foreign invasion and the National Guard of these states needs to be
activated.
This is a form of civil war.
The Democrats and the Biden are actively trying to flood.
It's almost like in the Civil War of 1860, it would almost be like Jefferson Davis opening up the border of Texas and letting all these Mexicans and Hispanics in, and then training them up to the north.
To say, we want you to be in the North so that you can overthrow the political regime of Lincoln and we can have perpetual slavery.
That's what this is akin to, and that's why it needs to be interpreted and acted upon as an act of war By domestic trader Biden and the states need to completely decouple themselves from any recognition of a federal authority and should not be participating any of this, but instead should be arresting and stopping all of these operations from happening in their state.
Because what is launching from Texas is going in and will contribute to the destabilization of other states in the union.

Scott, I haven't included the stories here because I want further confirmation, but there are reports of firefights actually going on, that the drug cartels are moving aggressively across the border and into Texas, and there's actually shooting taking place actively even as we speak today.
So this, I think, could be the match that's been lit that will ignite an inflagration across the nation in response to these grotesque actions that destroy our nation.
Polly, your thoughts?
Well, we can see why several years ago so many of these cosmopolitan cities, liberal cities, if you will, declared themselves sanctuary cities.
It was a preemptive move before We started to see these massive migrant caravans and people being flown in.
We need to figure out where this money is coming from because as I've mentioned before, if people are coming up from South America or coming from Africa, they have to take a flight to South America.
They have to go through South America up through the Mexican border.
So there's several countries that are involved with this and several NGOs are involved.
Then they cross the United States border, then they get bossed up to whatever state or whatever city or town you're talking about.
So, you know, there's hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars being spent by someone in some groups to get people through.
And obviously there's got to be a lot of work with the federal government to make that happen as we go through the borders.
So we have seen in several states and in the City of Portland, Maine.
Up here they've got hundreds of people who are in local hotels and they've completely taken over local hotels.
They're at capacity.
You know, there aren't any kitchens or anything in these hotels.
They've been here for months.
They're shipping in more and more people every week.
So how are these people eating?
Where are they going to work?
How are they going to get transportation?
How are they going to get integrated into society?
So many people don't even speak English.
So It creates a huge problem here where there's already people who are looking for housing.
It takes months, if not years, to get into affordable housing around here.
And as far as work, affordable and well-paying jobs and everything like that, as food prices and everything soar.
So we have to ask why people are being brought into these specific areas and how all of this money is being funneled to do so.
Holly, that this is even happening in Maine is outrageous.
It's clearly a Biden administration policy to bring in endless numbers of illegal immigrants and put them up in hotels with room service at the taxpayer expense.
I have no doubt any longer we're facing a national emergency.
And every governor ought to bring out the National Guard to deal with this.
And other forces, including those veterans, need to take the measures necessary to regain control of our country.
This is over the line.
There's no doubt about it.
And if we don't act now, all will be lost.
Our nation will no longer be ours without firing a shot.
It's unbelievable what's taking place.
Meanwhile, the Department of Labor has proposed a rule to add a political directive to retirement savings.
Get this.
While Democrats negotiate over trillions in new spending, the Biden administration is advancing its agenda through regulation.
A little-noticed proposed rule, for example, by the Labor Department that adds a political directive to your retirement savings.
The rule will make it easier to offer 401k funds focused on environmental, social, and government's objectives, they claim.
Indeed, it will actually coerce workers and businesses into supporting progressive Green New Deal policies.
An important Trump labor rule last fall reinforced that Employee Retirement Income Security Act, ERISA, requires retirement fund fiduciaries to act solely in the interest of the participants, preventing pension plans and asset managers from considering ESG factors like climate, workplace diversity, and political donations unless they had a material effect on the return and risk of an investment.
The Biden DOL plans to scrap the Trump rule and put retirement sponsors and asset managers on notice.
They have a fiduciary duty to include ESG in investment decisions.
The proposed rule makes it clear that climate change and other ESG factors are often material and therefore should be considered.
Asset managers like BlackRock are pushing to create ESG 401k funds in part because then they can charge higher fees.
According to Morningstar, an asset-weighted average expense ratio of U.S.
sustainable funds was 0.61% in 2020 compared to 0.41 for all open-ended mutual and only 0.12 for passive funds.
The difference can reduce retirement savings by tens of thousands of dollars over a few decades.
The Biden rule would let sponsors enroll workers in ESG 401k plans as the default.
So the workers unknowingly end up paying higher fees.
It also threatens retirement sponsors with legal liability if they don't support progressive shareholder resolutions, such as those requiring companies to reduce CO2 emissions or disclose political donations.
Many small pension plans abstain from proxy votes because performing the required due diligence would be inordinately expensive.
Some also want to avoid political controversy, but DOL comes close to demanding pension funds pick a political side, and you know which side that is.
Voting proxies are a crucial lever in ensuring shareholders' interests as a company's owners are protected.
Abstaining from a vote is not a neutral act, since it could determine whether a particular matter or proposal is approved.

It's basically a monolith, you know, like the black cube that we've seen or that You know, the film 2001 A Space Odyssey, I think that is an homage to the reason why they call it Black Rock.
It's this monolith or tower of Babel, and they want every single thing controlled under this purview of Black Rock.
And you can follow up on who owns that and where all this information and all of this money and control comes from.
So they've been able to buy up the housing market here in the United States.
They own Over 20% of single family homes at this point.
So they want everything controlled through this one system at this point.
So that includes even their progressive policies that we know is meant to collapse the United States.

first, National Guard soldiers have begun arresting illegal migrants on the U.S.-Mexico border.
This may be in part what's initiated the firefights that appear to be taking place where the drug cartels are moving aggressively into the United States using violence.
In a dive into new political and legal water, Texas Governor Abbott has initiated the first ever border security operation in which thousands of National Guard troops, newly imbued with civilian arrest authority and given 40 hours of traditional police training in the use of deadly force, have begun handcuffing illegally entering migrants on state trespassing charges.

Small-scale soldier arrest operation began quietly this week as an unprecedented addition to the state's ongoing Operation Lone Star.
DPS Director Steven McGraw confirmed to the Center of Immigration Studies that the first of some 3,000 policing-trained National Guard soldiers No one's ever really used a guard before in this capacity, he said.
making arrests and turning their detainees over to DPS officers who will
do the investigation and charging. No one's ever really used the guard before
in this capacity, he said. We're going to use them to actually secure the border.
The governor, the legislature, and the citizens of Texas have made it very
clear they want the border secure.
It's good for our federal partner as well.
The federal government should be thanking the state of Texas, and it'll make the rest of the country safer as we increase the level of security.
A relatively few now deployed will mainly use their new arrest authority to apprehend single adult male illegal migrants who trespass along state-built border fencing into some 142 parcels of private ranch land.
Their owners have all entered into state agreements to become complainants in misdemeanor-level criminal trespassing cases that will be used to charge them.
Agencies also reason single adult men may pose a greater public safety risk.
Some thought to have hidden criminal histories or be involved in Mexican cartel drug and human smuggling and trafficking.
Another indication that may be what has initiated the firefights we're hearing reported.
DPS began making criminal trespass arrests in July, along state-built fencing charging 1,300 illegal immigrants with misdemeanors so far.
But as additional fencing is installed, the state police line stretches thinner.
The soldiers will form security The idea is for Texas to create deterrence by installing fencing along the river and arresting adult male migrants on state criminal trespass charges when they climb over or cut through it.
It will deter migrants downstream who hear about what Texas is doing from friends, relatives, and the media.
The state police will continue taking the arrested migrants to expanded county jails or designated state detention facilities.
The goal is to prevent and deter not-to-time resources apprehending and prosecuting.
The Texas National Guard arrest operations as they mature and expand border fencing will redeploy to where else the illegal migrants think they can avoid arrest and arrest them there too.
The governor's move came after a preparatory step starting about June.
Abbott issued multiple proclamations to set the stage for him to use the guard and Texas DPS troopers to do more immigration deterrence operations.
But never have soldiers been given explicit arrest authority on the border or orders to arrest illegal immigrants, nor has any governor devised a police training course for regular soldiers deployed for such duty at the international border.
This is a brilliant idea.
To date, oddly, national media have avoided reporting on Texas' new use of the Guard Troops for deterrence, but inevitably they will find the stirring controversies are in the offing that may slow or halt the initiative, which of course is why they are suppressing the information.
It would inspire other states to take the measures the Biden administration is discouraging because they want totally open borders.
The Biden administration has even filed a lawsuit over a gubernatorial executive or directing state troops to either reroute back to a border port of entry or seize vehicles carrying migrants that police believe the migrants have COVID-19.
And the Biden administration has threatened to sue over other state ideas such as a plan to bolster state licenses for many shelter or foster care facility housing unaccompanied migrant children.

Well, I'm glad they're finally following our prescription and what we've been saying for the past couple years, but they're a couple years late to the party.
We've been saying exactly this from the very beginning when Trump was in office.
Mobilize the Guard.
Mobilize the military.
Mobilize the Civil Air Patrol.
Mobilize the youth military cadets.
Fly planes.
Fly everything.
Treat it like an invasion.
Declare A state of emergency in the state of Texas pertaining to, specifically, the illegal invasion south of the border.
So, in a sense, a state of emergency in martial law as it pertains and applies to illegal alien invasion is necessary.
That doesn't put the whole state in a sense of lockdown, but it does put the state into a posture of war against an invading army of guerrilla fighters and and illegal invaders and that gives the governor the complete power to say no uh you're not going to be allowed to come into uh a territory of texas it is trespassing that's a very smart way to legally uh uh instrument this so there's trespassing there's also federal crimes
And every single person in Texas should call upon that so that the people are arrested, they're held, and it should also be said that I don't care if the federal authorities go across the border and invite someone in, you know, some illegal alien, they're still trespassing on Texas land.
Because they're not going to allow a bus to leave a federal building or a federal space and cross Texas to go into Mississippi.
Immediately that should be stopped as trespassing on Texas land.
So the full operation needs to be The Texas authorities take full control of their land and their airspace and forbid any federal participation in the illegal invasion of America with these illegal migrants south of the border.
This is a war, this is invasion, and it needs to be treated as such.
And they should have been doing this years ago when Trump was in office so that they would have had The training, they would have been equipped, they would have known the operation had they been doing this in 2017.
They would be very well skilled and they would have understood and been very well practiced and the methodology behind perfecting this maneuver.
But they're so late to the game.
In one sense, it's an astounding exhibit of the incompetence and the weakness and the cowardice and the fearfulness of some of these governors and politicians that they didn't think about this and do this two years earlier.

Meanwhile, San Francisco temporarily closes an In-N-Out Burger for not enforcing a vaccine mandate, but the restaurant fired back.
I'm impressed.
In-N-Out Burger's chief legal and business officer, Arne Weinsinger, recently announced the San Francisco Department of Health had closed a popular burger chain.
Restaurant's location for allegedly not preventing the entry of customers who were not carrying proper vaccine documentation.
They responded.
After closing, our restaurant local regulators informed us our restaurant associates was actively intervened by demanding proof of vaccination and photo from every customer barring entry for any without proper documentation.
But they're not going to do it.
They have over 300 locations across the western United States, the vast majority in California.
Defiant pushback like this could create a ripple effect in other parts of the state.
We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.
It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant associates to segregate customers.

And if you try and forbid me and discriminate against me, you're in violation of my rights under 18 U.S.

And this is the thing that really needs to be amplified.
And San Francisco is, of course, a notoriously insane state and city covered, you know, with needles and feces and homeless.
And now they're on this binge of trying to create a Gestapo police asking for papers.
I've encountered similar activity out here in other parts of California, but I think this is something that needs to be aggressively pushed against and people need to really be prepared to call the police and sue and open a criminal complaint against any business, any agency, any person that tries to forcibly discriminate against you based on this vaccine status.

Youngkin jumps into the lead in the Virginia governor's race.
A new poll shows this is anyone's race.
A new poll shows him seizing the lead for the first time in the race against Democrat Terry McAuliffe in Virginia.
He edged out McCulloch 43-41 with 11% of respondents still up for grabs less than two weeks out from Election Day, according to the survey for the Conservative Presidential Coalition.
The lead was within the poll's 3.8 margin of error.
That means it's statistically a dead heat.
With neither candidate close to 50% and a flood of ads, candidate appeals, and heavy-hitter surrogates expected to visit the state, as Junkin and McAuliffe make their final appeals, this is anyone's race, said pollster Kellyanne Conway, who conducted the survey.
In a state Biden-Harris won by 10% a year ago, where McAuliffe was governor for four years, Junkin has made the race competitive.
The findings, first reported by the Washington Time, mark a shift from a month ago, when the same survey showed McAuliffe with a four-point lead.
Now, Susan Lundauer has published a video, actually a short and a long one, exposing Terry McAuliffe, who should not be packing his bags for the governor's office, but rather for prison.

Well, yeah, Terry McAuliffe is a criminal.
He was the one who approached Andrew McCabe with Hillary Clinton and convinced Andrew McCabe to allow his wife to run against Senator Dick Black.
For the state senate position of Virginia and Loudoun County.
So that was Terry McAuliffe approaching Andrew McCabe, the former FBI director who was in charge of investigating the laptop of Clinton and the missing emails.
And the communications that Clinton had destroyed.
So McAuliffe should have been prosecuted for interfering, and McCabe should have been prosecuted for that, too.
And Susan's revelations about the funds, of course, we know all about.
So it needs to be played, and Youngkin needs to publicly disclose this to the people of Virginia, because it could turn the tide.
I think it could too.
