This is Jim Fetzer in Mass in Wisconsin, where I'm simply delighted to be joined again today by Joe Olson from Houston, where Joe is an engineer qualified across the board in structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
Say no is on assignment in California.
Meanwhile, in an historic first, the National Guard has started to arrest illegal migrants at the U.S.-Mexican border.
This is Texas Governor Greg Abbott initiating the first-ever border security operation in which thousands of National Guard troops Newly imbued with civilian arrest authority, giving 40 hours of traditional police training, have started handcuffing illegally entering migrants on state trespassing charges.
This is very, very good.
The Biden administration has totally abdicated its responsibility for enforcing the border, where Donald Trump had done a sensational job.
It had all kinds of economic and other consequences.
But what's going on now is that the Biden administration is flying these migrants all over the country, especially to swing states.
In some cases, they may have committed a blunder, however, because they unloaded a plane load in Westchester County, just north of New York City, which may be the wealthiest county in the nation, and they're not going to take this well.
Nobody's ever really used the guard before in this capacity, said the Texas Director of Public Safety.
We're going to use them to actually secure the border.
The governor, the legislator, the citizens of Texas have made it very clear they want the border secure.
It's good for our federal partners as well.
The feds should be thanking the state of Texas, and it'll make the rest of the country safer as we increase the level of security.
Biden wants open borders.
He's promoting the destruction of the United States.
He's restricting the unloading of supply ships, cargo ships, at Los Angeles, Long Beach, Savannah, in order to empty the shells, where the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury has declared that the supply chain problem is not going to be fixed until every American is vaxxed.
Proving conclusively this is improper, that it's a deliberate policy.
Well, we know the vaccines are extremely dangerous.
The World Health Organization has a record of over 2 million who've been adversely affected by the vaccine.
And it's very clear all this damage is being done precisely by them.
70% of the 2 million are female.
But what's most striking is the year before, only 2,000 were adverse reports for WHO, meaning it's increased 1,000-fold, 1,000-fold.
And the year before, only 87.
Before that, 2, 1.
We're having more adverse effects from all vaccinations in the history of the use As additional fencing is installed, the state police line stretches thinner.
The soldiers will form security teams.
Bolster that line as the state fence lengthens.
Donald Trump has been so brilliant that he'd reduced illegal migration to a trickle.
As a consequence, the lowest earning wage earners were seeing their wages rise at the highest rate by December of 2013.

The Texas National Guard rest operations as they mature and expand with a state border fence in the coming months will redeploy to do whatever else the illegal immigrants think they can to avoid arrest and arrest them there too to maintain the deterrence impact.
I'm very impressed with what's going on here in Texas.
Never have soldiers been given explicit arrest authority on the border and orders to arrest illegal immigrants, nor has any governor devised a police training course for regular soldiers deployed for such duty to the international border.
This is very, very good.
To date, oddly, national media have avoided reporting Texas' new use of the guard for deterrence.
Inevitably, they'll find the story and controversies in the offing that may slow or even halt the initiative.
For example, the Biden administration and advocates of mass illegal immigration have strenuously objected to gubernatorial proclamations that have paved the way for a more sharp-toothed Operation Lone Star.
The administration seems to be in a fighting mood over the Texas plan because it contradicts the Biden's agenda of destroying the United States.
That's what's going on here.
This isn't rocket science.
Deciding who's right and who's wrong here is very clear cut and obvious.
Meanwhile, Democratic Valderde County Attorney David Martinez of Del Rio, Texas, told the Center for Immigration Studies that out of 231 misdemeanor cases filed since July, he has dismissed or rejected 105.
On his judgment, none caused any harm to the landowner.
In other words, he's ignoring the fact that these are illegal.
He's got plea deals, he's otherwise.
This guy almost certainly was a George Soros candidate.
Meanwhile, among the comments here, Jim Delaney remarks, mobilize the state militia guard.

One to three thousand National Guardsmen ain't gonna cut it, and everyone knows it.

Project Veritas had a guy that was an insider with INS, and he said that the Biden administration, because they've had two million illegals jump across the border since his inauguration, decided that they didn't want to waste time with Immigration lawyers and immigration judges and hearings and all that stuff, so they're allowing a single agent to make a short interview with each one of the invaders and then turn them loose on the whole country.
The woman you're talking about, the Westchester Aviation thing, they're taking plane flights, chartered plane flights from the Rio Grande Valley Shipping them over to some of them directly to Florida and then dropping off part of their cargo and then heading up to Westchester.
Others are flying direct to Westchester.
They're coming in at two and three o'clock in the morning.
They have buses waiting for them.
They usher off what are mostly kids that are going into the child trafficking network and then a few adult males that will end up being the prison guards and whoever the The Mexican cartels have been bringing people across the border, giving them bracelets to identify which group they're with, and whether they're mules, or whether they're trafficking kids, and whether they're paid up.
Bottom line, it's a highly organized Mexican crime syndicate running this thing, and they've been waving their guns in the air, and they've been shooting Bullets in the air, but recently they started shooting bullets across the border, and I'll tell you what, the Texas National Guard is not going to have the same rules of engagement that we gave our soldiers in Afghanistan.
When bullets start coming across the border, we're going to return fire, and I guarantee you we're more accurate with our M-16s than they are with their AK-47s, and we're going to end up putting a bunch of cartel members that pop up in graves on their side of the border, as it should be.
Joe, it's just become so blatant that the Biden administration is out to destroy America by every possible means.
It's just outrageous.
We've got to get these people out of office one way or another.
Meanwhile San Francisco has temporarily closed an In-N-Out burger for not enforcing a vaccine mandate and the restaurant is fired back.
An In-N-Out fast food restaurant in San Francisco is recently temporarily closed for not enforcing the city's vaccine mandate, which requires patrons to prove they've been immunized, that they've taken the shot, Now they've moved forward and they've actually closed a popular burger chain restaurant's location for allegedly not preventing the entry of customers who were not carrying proper vaccination documentation.
This is Burger's chief legal and business officer, Arne Wessinger, revealed how city regulators insisted restaurant employees actively demand all customers show their vaccination papers before entry into the Burger Shack.
After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us our restaurant associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every customer, barring entry for any without proper documentation.
In-N-Out Burger has over 300 locations across the western United States, the vast majority in California.
Defiant pushback like this could create a ripple effect in other parts of the state.
We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.
It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant associates to segregate customers, wrote Arnie Wessinger.

And being steeped in Hollywood propaganda my whole entire life, there was always backdrops where you would see Locations in California that were iconic to California, but were not nationally known.
So, when I was doing projects in California, which I did about 50 of them over a five-year period of time, I went by Kip's Big Boys, started in Glendale in 1936.
Carl Jr.
started in LA in 1941.
Junior started in LA in 1941. In-N-Out started in LA area in 1948. And then I've been a big fan of
Whataburger in Texas which started in 1950. And surprisingly enough the first drive-in restaurant
in the world was Kirby's Pig Stand in Dallas in 1921, which I've also been to their locations
in Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston.
Well, there weren't any In-N-Out burgers until within the last probably five or six years, they started opening up chains in Texas, and I've been to one of the ones in Dallas, San Marcos, Austin, two in the Houston area, and then one in New Brunswick, and one in San Marcos.
So, and what really made me most happy about visiting them in the last year is that they never required me to wear a mask.
They said, well, as long as you just social distance.
I just tell them, look, I have asthma.
I can't, I can't breathe with the mask on.
They go, okay, fine.
And they would give me my order, they'd bring my order to me, and it was like one of the friendliest, most wonderful places, and I wholeheartedly support them.
They're a Christian family-owned business, like I said, started in 48, so let's keep the tradition alive and make Make the Texas locations as big as you can.

No wonder the bastard Democrats are cracking down on them.

White House, CDC, prepare to vaccinate 5 to 11-year-olds prior to FDA authorization.
The White House today unveiled plans to roll out COVID vaccine for children age 5 to 11, even though vaccine safety experts who advise U.S.
drug regulators and review safety and efficacy have not met to discuss whether Pfizer's vaccine should be authorized for use in the pediatric age group.
The Biden administration said it will secure enough vaccine doses to vaccinate the 28 million children aged 5 to 11 who would become eligible if it were authorized for that age group.
Let's hope to God it never is, but given The diabolical proceedings taking place and the abdication of responsibility, the complete control of the Rothschilds over the American Medical Association.
This may very well come to pass.
Our children are going to be killed in the millions.
The White House will also help equip more than 25,000 pediatric and primary care offices, hundreds of community health centers, and rural health clinics.
This just shows how eager they are to get everyone.
The Rothschilds don't want anyone to remain unvaccinated because they'll stand as a control group that contrasts when the vaccinated start dropping like flies.

The White House began laying the groundwork earlier this month, asking governors to enroll pediatricians and other providers in vaccination programs so they could start administering shots as soon as they were ready.
The vaccine advisers of the FBI, however, aren't scheduled to meet until October 26.
But remember, the CDC has been overridden before.
You can count on its director, who's a malevolent cretin, to approve it, even if they oppose it.
The White House isn't alone in making plans to vaccinate 5- to 11-year-olds.
The CDC issued guidance The aspects of a COVID vaccination program for children younger than 12 designed to inform jurisdictional planning.
Joe, this is completely disgusting.

But I'm not surprised.
The CDC said jurisdictions should be ready to vaccinate shortly after the pending FDA authorization and CDC recommendation.
By the White House already purchasing 65 million doses of Pfizer and the CDC putting guidelines out ahead of FDA authorization, let alone a recommendation by its own Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, these actors are revealing the whole vaccine regulatory process to be a complete sham, said Mary Holland, president of Children's Health Defense, in an email to The Defender.
There could be no better way to undermine public confidence to make it clear that this is politics, not science.

So the AMA went after these people, hammers and tongs, drove them both out of business, bankrupted them, used lawfare against them repeatedly because they wanted to have a pharmaceutical solution for everything, and then they wanted to be able to create things that only their pharmaceutical stuff would do, which is exactly what all the entire bioweapons programs have been about.
Now there's a great Post by Last American Vagabond on BitChute, and I only found it once yesterday, and I've been trying to find it today, and if you put in their name, it doesn't pull up the most recent, it just pulls up the most popular, and they've had thousands of listings, so I wasn't able to locate the exact URL for that, but bottom line is the reporter at Last American Vagabond, and I may be able to find it on their website and post that in the comments, had two interesting comments.

Here are several stories, the truth of which I'm unable to verify, but which are intriguing enough to share.
To wit, from real raw news, Hunter Biden hanged at Gitmo.

Hunter's life ended Friday morning at 8 a.m.

Powell, who had suffered from multiple myelomia, a blood cancer, according to this report, committed suicide Monday morning.
Powell died at home after consuming a bottle of prescription sleeping pills.
According to this source, Pal's wife Alma awakened at 3 a.m.
to notice that her husband was not breathing.
She discovered an empty bottle of Ambien, which had been nearly full the night before, tucked amid the bedsheets.
Alma called 911.
She said the bottle was almost full because Colin had it filled only a few days ago.
9-1-1 routed the call directly to the White House, which has never been heard of.
No paramedics, no ambulance showed up.

The FBI made a call directly to Kamala Harris.
She told them they'd have to spin the death to make it appear as if he died from COVID.
The FBI is a tool of the deep state.
The administration and the CDC have been instructing health institutions and city and county coroners to falsify death certificates to make it seem as if every human fatality over the last two years was a result of COVID.

Yeah, well it sounds sort of like Q-hopium to me, but anyhow, what I can tell you is true is that I attended the COVID Symposium in Frisco, Texas on October 9th, and one of the speakers was Dr. Richard Fleming, who has a Ph.D.
in physics, has an M.D.
and a J.D., and he's prepared about a 4,000-word document with a complete list of evidence, For the criminal activities involved in the medical mafia and list of 12 defendants that need to be immediately arrested and indicted.
And this is a usable form for any of the over 3000 county district attorneys in the United States and for any of the 50 state attorney generals that have had anybody in your state die as a result of this medical intentional malpractice.
So that is something that is very real and could start moving forward very quickly.
I guarantee you when somebody puts a cup on little rat Fauci and drags him into a jail cell and starts questioning him a grand jury where you're not allowed to have an attorney You're not allowed to take the Fifth Amendment, and everything you say can and will be used against you.
And this guy's going to end up, if he can plea his way out of a hanging like he deserves in Nuremberg 2.0, he's going to at least rat out the rest of the people at the top of the pyramid that are directing this horrible, wicked puppet show.

I mean, surgical treatment sounds nice enough, but when used for sex reassignments, it's nasty, risky, and brutal stuff.
Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure used to form a neovagina in a male.
The testicles are removed, the penis is inverted, connected to a vaginal created vault in the lower pelvic tissue.
This surgically created hole is then shaped by forming the tissue into a neovagina.
The danger of this procedure, which Rachel Levine promotes, is that it can cause a blockage of feces and urine due to the hole created between the rectum and the neovagina.
Phalloplasty is a surgical procedure to form a neopenis in a female.
The ovaries and fallopian tubes are first removed and the urethra is lengthened.
A neopenis is then formed by grafting flesh and fat from the abdomen and attaching it to the urethra.
A scrotum is made using grafted vulva tissue combined with silicone testicular implants.
The danger of this highly invasive multi-tissue and organ sex change procedure, which Rachel Levine promotes, is that it can cause excessive bleeding from the removal of the uterus and can cause infection leading to death using lacerated tissue from the removed vagina.

So, the temperature for incoming sunlight, which is the big red and or orange portion of the graph, it shows a 5500 degree Kelvin temperature.
The Earth shows a 250 degree temperature.
So what they've done to make these things look somewhat equivalent is that they have put 20 times greater emphasis on the Earth's outgoing.
Now, the next important thing is to look at the horizontal axis, where it says 1, 10, and then 70.
That's a logarithmic scale.
So what they've done is they've taken something that brings the Earth's outgoing longwave radiation, the blue, Over, they've magnified it 20 times, and then they brought it probably 10 times closer than what you would have if you had an actual linear graph.
So this is a little bit of a misrepresentation.
Underneath that, they've got total absorption, and this is in the atmosphere, so you can see the portion that never makes it to the Earth's surface.
The great portion of the The left-hand side of the graph is being removed by ozone and oxygen in the upper atmosphere.
Thank God, because that's what keeps us from dying from UV rays.
The next graph underneath that is water vapor.
As you can see, water vapor absorbs in 37,000 spectral lines.
My stuff's blowing away because I'm outside in the wind.
And thank God that it does.
Now the next thing we need to do is look down at carbon dioxide.
The carbon dioxide portion of the graph has three absorption lines.
Those are, according to Wien's Law, The 2.7 micron, which is 800 degrees centigrade, the 4.3 microns, which is 400 degrees centigrade, and the 14.7 microns, which is minus 80 degrees centigrade.
No emission, no emission from the Earth can capture incoming solar radiation in the two uppermost bands of carbon dioxide.
That's the 800 degree and the 400 degree centigrade.
You would maybe get 400 degrees at the very center of an erupting volcano, but nowhere on Earth.
So, none of that energy that's coming in from the Sun can warm the Earth, and warm the Earth to the point where carbon dioxide can capture any of that.
So, of the three absorption bands, carbon dioxide can only absorb in one of those bands.
The next one is really ridiculous.
It's methane.
Methane has two absorption bands, the 3.3 micron, which is 600 degrees centigrade, and the 7.7 micron, which is 104 degrees centigrade, which for translation purposes is 219 degrees Fahrenheit.
There again, Methane is 1.7 parts per million in the atmosphere, and it has no ability to capture any outgoing long wave radiation.
So the only thing you can do is filter incoming radiation, yes.
Joe, let me ask if you can translate this into Simple, ordinary language.
You're really telling us the whole climate change agenda is a monstrous scam.

That absorption lasts for one billionth of a second.
So what you have is incoming electromagnetic radiation, which is not being absorbed It's merely causing a resonant frequency vibration in these molecules at certain temperatures and at certain frequencies.
But any energy that's absorbed by the molecule is removed from the incoming photon.
So basically, what you have is you have, quote, an absorption, which is really just a vibration, followed within a billionth of a second By an emission of a longer wavelength, lower energy photon.
So the atmosphere is filtering out 30% of the incoming energy coming into the Earth.
Now, what happens with water molecules is water is unique on Earth because it has three phase states which exist throughout the planet, and that's ice, liquid water, and water vapor.
Yeah, as a solid, as a liquid, and as a gas.
Extraordinary.

And to change from a solid, which would be ice, to a liquid, which would be water, takes 334 kilojoules per kilogram of energy.
To change from water, liquid water, to water vapor, takes 2,260 kilojoules per kilogram.
So, basically, what you're doing is every time you change phase in water, you're removing Joe, you gotta translate this to a language that an ordinary guy can understand, because your science may be impeccable, but it's opaque to virtually everyone watching the show.

If you look at the solar side facing of a thunderstorm, You can see the clouds boiling off in the presence of the sun, and if you fly directly underneath one of those clouds, you can see the water droplets falling down from the cloud and then being absorbed and being brought right back up.

In the simplest language, how do we know that climate change is bullshit?
Well, they had to tell you that water vapor was a greenhouse warming gas because there's over 2,000 water molecules in the air for every carbon dioxide molecule in the air.
And because they know that it absorbs radiation coming from the sun and coming off of the earth, they had to say it was a gas, but it's not a warming gas.
When was the last time a cloud got between you and the sun and you got hotter?
When was the last time a cloud got over you and dropped hot rain, hot sleet, hot hail, and hot snow on you?
Water vapor and clouds are a cooling and everything that happens in the atmosphere is either reducing incoming solar radiation, which cools the earth, or it reduces outgoing radiation, which is delayed Cooling, but delayed cooling is not warming.
The greenhouse gas is completely false.
It was proven false that even a greenhouse can't amplify solar radiation by Dr. Robert Wood at Stanford University in 1909.
That experiment was repeated by Nasef Nahal, and I'll put links to both of his research papers at Principle Scientific under the Research Publications.
Joe, what about these proposals to put aluminum particles in the atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays to defeat the warming of Earth?
Well, I think they're trying to come up with any excuse possible to poison us in every way possible.
And aluminum is a neurotoxin.
It shouldn't be in your food chain at all.
It shouldn't be used as a packaging material.
You shouldn't use it for cooking.
It's a very harmful element to have to deal with.

Justice Stephen Breyer rejected the emergency appeal but left the door open to try again as the clock ticks on Maine's mandate, which the state will begin to enforce on October 29.
The mandate was put in place by Democrat Governor Janet Mills, requiring hospital and nursing home workers to be vaccinated or risk losing their jobs.
Opponents sought to block it, but a federal judge rejected the request on October 13.
The judge said the record indicated regular testing alone wasn't sufficient to stop the spread of the Delta variant, as though the judge had any idea what he were talking about.
