| The murder rate is at a 20-year high. | |
| Former Governor Terry McAuliffe is running again. | |
| But how can he keep us safe? | |
| Especially when Terry is a thief and a federal criminal. | |
| Virginia voters will be shocked to hear that Terry McAuliffe's campaign for governor is being financed by stolen federal monies. | |

| I'm speaking out today to warn Virginia voters why Democrat Terry McAuliffe should be packing for prison, not the governor's office. | |
| The real Terry McAuliffe is a selfish, greedy thief and a third-rate hack politician who's been stealing from the Treasury for years. | |

| I know for a fact Terry McAuliffe has fronted a former CIA drug trafficker to sign for millions of dollars of newly recovered stolen federal monies arriving at MacDill Air Base in Florida in order to finance his campaign pacts for Virginia Democrats. | |
| He's even bribed Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Director of the FBI, to look the other way, paying off Andrew McCabe's wife, Jill McCabe's Virginia State Senate race in 2015. | |
| By our count, McAuliffe has received stolen monies three times in 2015, 2018, and 2021. | |
| As a result, newly recovered stolen federal money is getting stolen again in the first 24 hours. | |
| I'm in a position to know this because the money he stole was intended for me and my team As payment for our outstanding success on this operation, we never consented to share our rewards with Terry McAuliffe. | |
| He had no right to take it. | |
| He's stealing from a woman in Maryland, that's me, and a Hispanic family in Arizona who are constituents of Senator Kirsten Sinema. | |
| Vice President Biden's Chief of Staff, Steve Ricchetti, also received eight briefings. | |
| As the captures were moving forward and the Biden White House knows our team got robbed and that we've suffered badly for it. | |
| You as taxpayers have suffered too. | |
| These are major crimes, not misdemeanors or ethics violations. | |
| Terry McAuliffe belongs in jail. | |
| Some background on me. | |
| I am incredibly proud that I gained a little bit of notoriety. | |
| As the lone CIA holdout opposed to the war in Iraq, I faced down some ridiculous forgeries and allegations of betrayal, which got blown apart upon closer examination of the evidence, some of which is at the end of this video. | |
| History has shown that I was right. | |
| Several years ago, when the Pentagon wanted to move beyond recriminations for Iraqi pre-war intelligence and 9-11, they came to me and offered me this olive branch Asking me to investigate the missing 2.3 trillion dollars disclosed by Secretary Rumsfeld the day before the 9-11 attack on the Pentagon accounting offices. | |

| I put together a small team and together we interacted with a federal inmate in prison since 1999 who gleefully acknowledges hiding The $2.3 trillion. | |
| Yes, my team knows where it is, and it is exponentially larger today. | |

| Our guy also brags of stealing 216 Pentagon accounts, averaging $2 billion each, valued | |
| in excess of $400 billion. | |
| All those monies and gold bullion held by the inmate are going to be transferred to China immediately upon his release from prison. | |
| That makes this a national security issue of prime significance for our nation, for the whole nation and our economy. | |
| Those are some, second slide, those are some mighty big numbers. | |
| If you think this cannot possibly be real, I want you to look at these two checks for $50 billion each. | |
| Look at those zeros, okay? | |
| That's what $50 billion looks like. | |
| And he's got two of them. | |
| And they cleared the bank. | |
| while he was locked up in prison 10 years into his 30-year sentence. Okay? | |
| Very few CEOs ever see that many zeros on a check in their entire careers. Okay? | |
| He is at the request of friends in law enforcement. I am NOT going to disclose | |
| how he did it. | |
| Even behind bars, this guy's cunning and capacity for major crimes and thievery is so extremely dangerous that I am withholding his name at the recommendation of local law enforcement to avoid connecting him with new criminals outside the prison system. | |
| Okay, this $100 billion is not captured yet. | |
| It's still in hiding. | |

| $80 billion and $1 trillion. | |
| See how our guy brags this $80 billion is the original CIA drug monies from Operation Red Rock in Colombia, tied to Iran-Contra, and Red Rock Dragon in Vietnam. | |
| The 80 billion dollars includes investment earnings since 1999. | |
| Our guy in prison thought it would be a hoot to rob the biggest drug cartel in the world, so he robbed the CIA. | |
| He grabbed all the documents tied to these accounts. | |
| He insists all the Pentagon and CIA accounts are right where they left it. | |
| The funds never moved. | |
| Our guy stole the paper account certificates and changed account records in the CIA computer systems and security codes so nobody could find it. | |

| All of this recovery has been more difficult because the 9-11 attack. | |
| destroyed the Pentagon accounting offices, wrecking any chances of finding it. | |
| Also notice the reference to the $1 trillion. | |
| We brought that home as well. | |
| Our intelligence was so precise, we got a positive response from the bank in 24 hours, locating these stolen funds. | |
| Our $1 trillion repatriated in five blocks of $200 billion a year, starting in 2016 and continuing every year through October 2020. | |
| 2020, that $1 trillion is separate from the $2.3 trillion, which is also valued considerably | |
| higher than the original theft. | |
| Guys, the whole country should be proud of what we accomplished. | |
| My teammates are righteously proud that we succeeded in hunting out this $80 billion and $1 trillion. | |

| We had to overcome deceptions and double blinds and a fortress like, you know, | |
| defenses worthy of Fort Knox to get through and grab this stuff from this guy. | |
| And it was an extraordinary achievement that we got it done. | |
| We have every right to demand payment for our success. Senator Ben Cardin of | |
| Maryland filed our paperwork to the Treasury Inspector General in advance of the seizures, obeying | |
| every requirement of the law to guarantee our payment. I personally sent the entire file | |
| to Attorney General Loretta Lynch immediately after her appointment and it is exactly at that | |
| point when Terry McAuliffe and Andrew McCabe held conversations together in building | |
| this conspiracy for how they would take money and pay money for | |
| From Terry McAuliffe's PAC? | |
| From this money to Terry McAuliffe's PAC? | |
| In Virginia, to Andrew McCabe's wife. | |
| It happened exactly the same. | |
| The FBI has investigated it, and we know this occurred exactly at the point of time, the same week that my file arrived at Attorney General Lynch's office. | |
| Happened the same moment that it happened. | |
| All of this happens in synchronicity. | |
| Okay? | |
| Also, again, Vice President Joe Biden's former Chief of Staff Steve Ricchetti received eight briefings as the captures were going forward. | |
| We were excited! | |
| We were making sure that the people in power who were going to benefit from this money, everybody would know what was going on. | |
| Ricchetti is now today a senior advisor in President Biden's White House. | |
| He has the capability to solve this problem in about 15 minutes by ordering that our team must receive payment for the work that we've done. | |
| But hold it for it. | |
| What's that got to do with Jerry McAuliffe? | |
| That's exactly what we want to know. | |
| Imagine our shock. | |
| At the moment of victory, we're celebrating our extraordinary captures of this $80 billion. | |
| We've got $1 trillion. | |
| $1 trillion. | |
| Dollars in the pipeline, as it's also coming through. | |
| And then we get a call that somebody else has jumped in and grabbed the payment for our success. | |
| The person on the phone was apologetic for sure, but they weren't sure what was going to happen with our payment since this other guy had already grabbed it on behalf of Hillary Rodham Clinton. | |
| That other guy was Terry McAuliffe. | |
| I had no idea who Terry McAuliffe was. | |
| I was like, what are you talking about? | |
| I had some very strong language, which I will withhold from this video. | |
| But I was floored. | |
| I used every vocabulary in the book. | |
| But before I get to that, I want to give you the timeline so you'll understand exactly the sequence of events. | |
| And I want you to know that I did not wait for Terry McAuliffe to run for governor before we protested. | |
| I took this straight to Steve Ricchetti in Vice President Biden's office, demanding that he fix this in July of 2016. | |
| In July 2017, I filed a criminal complaint to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. | |
| This was investigated by the FBI in the second half of 2017. | |
| Congressional hearings were held behind closed doors as to how Andrew McCabe received payments from Hillary Clinton through Terry McAuliffe's campaign, Campaign PAX, and that was in November and December of 2017. | |
| Andrew McCabe was subjected to seven hours of hearings behind closed doors. | |
| At that point, I was still trying to get, I was trying to mobilize the government for a run on the $2.3 trillion. | |
| And I wanted to stay quiet about the 216 stolen Pentagon accounts valued in excess of $400 billion. | |
| I had a strategy for how we could take that, and that was primarily what I was trying to get at that point, was the $400 billion, which turns out to be, which Which which had had to go a different way, but that's why I stayed silent But I want you to know the FBI did investigate this and this checks out. | |
| So let me tell you now We're on the seventh slide. | |
| Here's the timeline So you understand on? | |
| October 24th 2015 I spoke with the CIA drug trafficker by Skype You can see this This record of our call for 49 minutes on that day. | |
| His name is Chip and a lot of people will know immediately who I'm talking about. | |
| Red Rock was Chip's operation. | |
| He was one of the CIA pilots flying cocaine from Columbia to Mena, Arkansas in the 1980s. | |
| And he served two stints in federal prison for his role in Iran-Contra and drug trafficking. | |
| That night, October 24th, Chip was dancing around in excitement, speaking more freely than he might have otherwise. | |
| He told me MacDill had called him out of the blue, asking him to come right down and sign for money that had arrived from his old operation. | |
| He knew the full name of our inmate. | |
| First name, middle name, and last name. | |
| Guys, you can never take it back. | |
| I will know till the day I die that Chip signed for our stolen federal money. | |
| This is the same money. | |
| Okay, that first night, Chip told me, and many others afterwards, that he got paid $20,000,000 for his signature for those monies. | |
| $20,000,000 for his signature. | |
| for those monies, $20 million for his signature. | |
| So he would stay away from Hillary Clinton's campaign for the presidency. | |
| That was October 24th, as you can see from this slide. | |
| Okay. | |
| 24 hours later, on October 25th, the FBI confirmed in its investigation, Hillary Clinton and Lockheed Martin made a massive payment to Terry McAuliffe's PAC Common Good Virginia PAC for Virginia Democrats. | |
| That was October 25th, 24 hours after my conversation with Chip. | |
| On October 27th and October 29th, campaign records show that Terry McAuliffe's PAC made two payments to Andrew McCabe's wife, Jill McCabe, who was running for Virginia State Senate against GOP Senator Richard Black. | |
| That is easily verified by Senator Black. | |
| McCabe's wife received $450,000 from Terry McAuliffe that October, and she was one of dozens of candidates who got money. | |
| At that very moment, Andrew McCabe was overseeing DOJ's investigation of Hillary Clinton's pay-to-play scam. | |
| The FBI investigation also discovered something that I did not know, but that Terry McAuliffe and Andrew McCabe first discussed payoffs to McCabe's wife in March 2015, coinciding Precisely with the arrival of my team's briefing papers on the stolen $80 billion, which I forwarded so eagerly to newly nominated Attorney General Loretta Lynch. | |
| McAuliffe and McCabe planned the whole thing in March. | |
| They just had to wait for the stolen $80 billion to arrive in October before the payment could be made, and then they jumped on it immediately, as the facts show. | |
| That is thievery, money laundering, public bribery of law enforcement, all major crimes that deserve prison sentence. | |
| And again, until that week, we did not wait to complain. | |
| We screamed bloody murder about it. | |
| And that's why the FBI investigated it. | |
| Until now, we had to stay quiet because my team was continuing to capture other stolen mummies. | |
| And that is now over until President Biden pays our team what we are rightfully owed for what we have already captured. | |

| However, I want to be clear. | |
| Behind closed doors, my mind was blown. | |
| I had no idea who Terry McAuliffe was. | |
| Terry is a woman's name. | |

| And then I was like, who the hell is this Terry McAuliffe bitch? | |
| Finally, they told, the guy on the phone interrupted me, could get a word, let me scream, and then interrupted me and said, Terry McAuliffe is a man in Virginia. | |
| I was floored. | |
| I kept saying, but I live in Maryland. | |
| I live in Maryland. | |
| What the heck is some guy in Virginia doing stealing my money? | |
| That's when they told me Terry McAuliffe is a Democrat politician. | |
| I still did not know Terry McAuliffe was the governor of Virginia, but I did know at that point that he had some connection to Hillary Clinton and Terry McAuliffe Okay. | |
| and Hillary Clinton had stolen my payment. | |
| Fronting Chip to sign for the newly recovered stolen money from his old operation, Red Rock, the CIA's drug money. | |
| Okay, unbelievably, this was the first of three $20 million payments to Chip Tatum | |
| from my team's recoveries of stolen monies and monies. | |
| The $1 trillion repatriated in five blocks. | |
| I could almost cry. | |

| Five blocks of $200 billion and Chip got paid twice more? | |
| When the blocks arrived, and I want to be fair, the second and third payments occurred under President Trump, and somebody at the Trump White House tried to set up payments for me, and then when the money arrived, Chip got paid again! | |

| The second payment that Chip received bought a marina in Ecuador with 40 boat slips, a restaurant, a bar, a whale-watching ship, A pirate ship? | |

| The third payment that Chip received at the end of 2020, December 2020 or January 2021, bought a goddamn cruise ship for his restaurant. | |
| Now I want to tell you what has happened to me. | |
| While all these people are stealing payments for our work and living a very good life, I am fighting a foreclosure sale of my house. | |
| On October 1st, I had to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. | |
| To stop a foreclosure sale of my house and this is happening exactly when Terry McAuliffe is packing his bags with visions of the governor's mansion in front of his eyes and Chip is Celebrating his, you know, the christening of his new cruise ship for his restaurant, which is going to have dinners on board for his restaurant so he can take people out on the water at night. | |
| I'm sure it will be so lovely. | |
| I'm sure that some of these Democrats will run a rundown and get on his boat and they'll sail around the waters. | |
| It's quite lovely. | |
| He can make a run out to the, I think it's close to the Galapagos Islands. | |
| So it's quite a spectacular ecotourism investment. | |
| Yeah, it's lovely. | |
| Yeah, and I'm in foreclosure. | |
| I am now facing a bankruptcy liquidation hearing on November 1st, the day before Terry McAuliffe expects to win or hopes to win the governor's seat. | |
| So the day before, Terry McAuliffe's big Tuesday election. | |
| I will be formally in front of a bankruptcy trustee and the bankruptcy trustee is expected | |
| to tell me that I'm going to have to sell my house and I'm going to lose everything | |
| I have after I have brought you guys $80 billion and $1 trillion. | |
| And Steve Ricchetti at the White House, I implore you, you're a senior advisor to President | |

| And he, his big dream for this money was that he wanted to use this money to pay for expensive experimental treatments for Parkinson's disease so that he could regain The use of his voice, which was, he had Parkinson's, there's different types of Parkinson's. | |
| One kind you jerk, and another kind of Parkinson's makes you frozen. | |
| And this made him, froze up his vocal cords, and his jaw, and his mouth, and his tongue could not move very well, so he would have very difficult speech. | |
| And so what he wanted to do with our payment, he dreamed. | |
| We'd talk on the phone and he'd say, Oh, Susan, please help us get this money. | |
| We need this money so I can go home from the nursing home. | |
| I want to go home to my own house and have home health care. | |
| And I want to have the best medicines. | |
| And he was an attorney. | |
| He was an attorney, a brilliant man. | |
| And the Parkinson's disease trapped him inside his body so that his mind was alive and active. | |
| But his mouth and his jaws and his simple Speech and movements were essentially paralyzed. | |
| And he begged me to get this money so that he could speak again. | |
| He'd have a voice again. | |
| And that... I'm just gonna say it. | |

| Now, we're not seeking billions of dollars. | |
| If we were seeking billions of dollars, I could see why all of you would say, you know, do you really need a billion dollars? | |
| No, we don't. | |
| But by God, I should not be losing my home in a foreclosure and bankruptcy liquidation while Terry McAuliffe steals payment for my work and steals from my Teammates, constituent families, Hispanic families in Arizona who are constituents of Senator Sinema, and he steals from all of us. | |
| This can be solved very easily. | |
| And I want to end this video by saying that I beg the Virginia voters, do not vote for Terry McAuliffe. | |
| He really is a greedy, selfish crook. | |
| And he's done so much harm. | |
| And the harm and the damage that he's done makes a lie of every campaign promise to Virginia voters. | |
| I ask you, I beg you, I implore you not to stay away from that man. | |
| If you've got to vote Democrat, don't vote at all. | |
| But whatever you do, do not vote for Terry McAuliffe. | |
| Terry McAuliffe belongs in jail. | |
