This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin.
Delighted on Texas Tuesday to be joined by Joel from Houston and Michael Ivey, formerly from Fort Worth, now Asheville, North Carolina, where we're going to bring you the latest news you need to know.
Former Secretary of State Colin Powell has died, they say, from complications of COVID.
They admit he was fully vaccinated.
The actual cause of death appears to be the booster shot, which they're not acknowledging.
Despite being fully vaccinated, his family said he died from complications.
But I say they're omitting what appears to be the case.
It was the jab.
He was one of America's foremost black figures for decades, let me add.
This is another refutation of the claim that we live in a systemically racist society.
If we're really biased against blacks, for example, they would never ascend to offices such as Secretary of State, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, much less President of the United States.
He served as National Security Advisor under President Reagan from 87 to 89.
As a four-star general, he was chairman of the Joint Chiefs under George H.W.
Bush during the Gulf War of 1991.
A moderate Republican and pragmatist, he considered a bid to become the first black president in 1996, but his wife was worried that he would be assassinated and he chose not to run.
Possibly, 96 was too early.
In 2008, he broke with his party to endorse Barack Obama, who did become the first black president.
He'll forever be associated with a controversial presentation he made at the UN Security Council, claiming that he had stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons and therefore wracked President Saddam Hussein, constitute an imminent threat.
He later admitted his presentation was rife with inaccuracies and twisted intelligence provided by the Bush administration.
Cheney, no doubt Vice President Scooter Libby, his aide, working very hard to manufacture a rationale for invading Iraq.
Paul endured stormy years as a top U.S. diplomat, often outmaneuvered by Vice President Cheney,
with whom he'd served closely as a first President Bush and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
Paul argued love within the administration to let the diplomacy run its course in Iraq.
He had grave reservations about the war and the veracity of intel about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.
He privately warned Bush of the monumental difficulties of invading and occupying Iraq, observing the potty barn Pottery Barn Rule.
If you break it, you own it.
Nevertheless, he sought to sell the war, displayed photographs, diagrams, allegedly of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, when in fact they were nothing like that.
At one point, he brandished a small vial of a teaspoon of simulated anthract, claiming Iraq had not accounted for about tens of thousands of teaspoons of the deadly pathogen.
This is very unfortunate.

Yeah, surprising.
The CDC in the 1980s shipped bioweapons to a half dozen countries that were on the terrorist watch list, so they could guarantee, since they salted the mine, that they would find something like that in Iraq, because that's one of the six countries they sent these biological and chemical agents to.
Mr. Powell had a multi-melanoma Which is a bone marrow cancer, and supposedly he'd been treated for it, but that would be a comorbidity.
And then the vaccines themselves, not only are they dangerous, they offer no protection at all.
There was an article in The Lancet, and it was mentioned at the COVID Summit that I went to on October 9th, by one of the presenters, and since there's four really excellent doctors there, I don't want to mis-ascribe it, and I haven't been able to find the Brighton link.
For these presentations to verify it, but there is a YouTube video, I mean, a bit shoot video that goes into the detail about the difference between the calculated risk reduction that they're saying is 95% for these jabs and the absolute risk reduction, which for Moderna is 1.2%.
J&J is 1.2% and Pfizer is 0.8%.
So, you'd have to inject and kill nine people with vaccine reactions to save one person by supposed disease reduction.
So, absolutely insane.

Now Colin Powell may have had what is Truly, and what is called a distinguished military career, so it's really a shame that he ended it in such an ignominious way with that performance at the UN and siding with the neocon war criminals and therefore stepping into the definition of being a war criminal himself.

Well, meanwhile, we have Sanders using an op-ed to try to influence Joe Manchin, but it backfired.
Sanders penned an op-ed on why he should accept the funding, but it fired up Manchin even more, adding no self-declared independent socialist is going to change his mind on reckless government spending.
Very appropriate.
Sanders argued how the Medicare expansion and drug pricing reforms would help Manchin's home state of West Virginia, also sought to make a case for climate change, that expansion and programs would help an historically poor state aided by many federal programs.
But Manchin fired back, it isn't the first time an out-of-state has tried to tell West Virginians what's best for them.
Sanders had been trying to pressure Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona to agree to the Biden agenda, adding it covers health care and education expenses.
But there's so much in it that is just god-awful.
Where Manchin pushed back there are already millions of open jobs, strained supply chains, and unavoidable inflation taxes on workers' wages.
Senator Sanders' answer is to throw more money on an already overheated economy, while 52 other senators have grave concerns about that approach.
This makes me admire Manchin all the more.
Sanders promised the bill would take on the greed of others, make sure everyone pays their fair share, but those are words that we hear frequently mouthed from Democrats.
Sanders has even proposed a $6 trillion infrastructure plan, later saying it was probably too little.
And Democrats ought to take on the greed of the pharmaceutical industry, health insurance companies, fossil fuel and wealthy campaign contributors.
But they're doing nothing to stop the VAX, the murder of millions of Americans.
Sanders said the current 3.5 spending package should be a minimum.
Manchin stood his ground.
Won't go above 1.5.
Negotiations have only gotten more complicated.
Biden suggesting the final price would be around 2 trillion.
Manchin, now, has refused to support anything above 1.5.
Sinema has also been hounded, with his even letter to be stalked and followed into a bathroom.
Mansion cinema not budging, no matter what Sanders and the rest of the D.C.
swamp may prefer.
Meanwhile, the White House has implied socialism will be easier to implement because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Press Secretary John Psaki said Biden wants to make a fundamental change.
It sounds more like socialism than anything else.
He'd rather take total control than let Americans be free.
She said, if we don't address child care climate change and ensure universal pre-K is a reality, we won't be able to do it again for some time.
Sounds like she's saying these have to take place while Biden's in office and the Republicans can't stop it.
That was the plan, at least.
Democrats are starting to band together and stop the massive spending that can't be taken back, and the huge spending bills that are put forward are getting smaller and smaller as they push back.
You may have meant Republicans are banding together, but they're pretty universal.
Biden thought total control would make things easier.
But Psaki may think these changes are going to be easier coming out of the pandemic.
That means the economy is going to reboot, government regulations and intervention in fundamental resources will be taking place.
That's not true, however, if Biden would only leave people alone, not place these ridiculous man gates.
Biden is causing the crisis by failing at every step.
The left desires to make sure every American complies.
It's become more evident than ever.
They're trying to divide Americans by race, vaccine status, or anything else.
After Biden got in office, race issues seemed to disappear, but now he's talking about vaccine mandates and the pandemic of the unvaccinated.
More consideration has been given to socialist agendas, like the Paris Climate Accord, the U.N.
partnership to investigate racism in the U.S.
in collaboration with the World Health Organization that former President Trump opted out of.
The desire to control production and manufacturing by the Democrats is astounding as they seek to push for basic income and socialized health care.
It's not going to work.
It will fail, like Biden's other proposals.

Yeah, Jim, what we need to do is we need to spend about 30 minutes on our program on Thursday and go through details about how stupid this global warming thing is.
But getting back to the communists in Washington, D.C., there was a great movie in 1979 by Francis Ford Coppola called Apocalypse Now.
I say that we're in apocalypse right now.
There was a bit shoot video that was on earlier today that had a three-minute clip of Creedence Clearwater and the first air cab in 1970 dropping troops off and picking up wounded soldiers in Vietnam.

I find it humorous that Bernie Sanders thinks he can write an editorial and change Manchin's mind.

One of the few upside to COVID is authorities' heavy-handed and seemingly irrational responses to the China virus have provided ordinary folks a crash course in identifying government routine use of information warfare against their citizens.
Propaganda is most effective when it's disseminated in small, continuous lumps over time, so that should logical contradictions arise, they're small enough to be smoothed over without notice.
An obvious example is to subtly rewrite propaganda so it aligns with normal observation.
A 50-year shift in narratives linking man's use of hybrid energy to his alleged imminent extinction, for example.
Government efforts to stoke public fear have led to ominous warnings of a looming ice age, then a boiling planet, and now extreme weather in any form as justifications for why a small number of global elites must be given complete control over the planet's resources.
Even though scientific argument is totally rewritten every few years to fit the observable facts, the powers that be continue to insist that science is settled.
Every decade, we're told anew, unless central planners are empowered to rule the planet, we'll all perish.
Time lapse allows governments to smooth over and pull off the con without the whole hoax crashing around them.
With COVID, however, official propaganda has changed too fast for the government to hide the glaring inconsistencies.
People remember two weeks to flatten the curve turned into two months and then two years and counting.
People remember they were first told cloth masks were entirely useful before being told they were helpful before Biden told they were mandatory.
Remember the idea of government-issued vaccine passports was mocked as a conspiracy theory only months before governments began issuing them.
People can see the same authorities who promised nobody would be forced to receive an experimental vaccine are now threatening unemployment and economic devastation about those who decline.
People have noticed ordinary seasonal flu and deaths have strangely disappeared altogether.
When health authorities try to explain the flu's disappearance as a result of universal masking, people wonder why masks would work on flu, but not the COVID variety.
People who have noticed the same people pushing vaccines to save lives are the same who have been calling for denying life-saving treatment to those unvaccinated.
And while corporate media push fear by hyping the death toll from the China virus, people do not see bodies piling up in the street or neighbors collapsing around them.
What they have noticed, however, various forms of house-erect and economic lockdown is the absolute destruction of small businesses, exponential increases in suicide, drug overdoses, and alcohol-related deaths, An explosion of cancer and other life-threatening illnesses because of delays in routine medical checkups and loss of entire life savings.
They noticed hospital and government agencies have fraudulently magnified the impact of COVID by lumping unrelated deaths caused by everything from car wrecks to heart attacks, even homicides, as COVID.
They've noticed even though young people, and especially children, are largely unaffected, schooling has been turned upside down.
Vaccines are being pushed on juveniles before long-term side effects can be assessed.
They've noticed people who've recovered and now possess robust natural immunity are being entirely ignored in discussions of herd immunity, which are even disappearing from conversation.
In other words, the global response to the China virus, so rife with contradictions, ordinary people can see they're being flooded with complete government bullshit.
That's the first news.
The first step to surviving any information war is to recognize it's being waged.
Is COVID-9 really the greatest gift ever perpetrated by the pharmaceutical industry and politician paid handsomely from its profits?
Is it a continuation of the catastrophic anthropogenic global warming scam being used to concentrate global control over all economic relations into the hands of a small elite?
Is it being used to distract the world from the impending debt bomb that will eventually explode as the mother of all economic depressions?
Is it a vehicle for eliminating private ownership, returning the world back to a time when a minuscule number of lords could rule over a global population of serfs?
Is it a mechanism for identifying citizens who will pose problems for the state's continued authority?
Is it the Davos crowd's experimentation in population control?
Or was it the only way to prevent President Trump's re-election and derail his America First agenda by providing the cover for political operators to violate state law and flood the 2020 election?
With enough anonymous, unsecured, and unverified ballots to make Trump the first president to win more votes than any incumbent in history, expand his backing among minorities, and increase his overall support by over 10 million, yet still find himself somehow short of victory?
As a 600-pound man said to the Swiss chocolatier, I'll take one of each.
Sometimes the answers really are as obvious as they seem.
This is a war for hearts and minds now.
Just as John Brennan and the CIA fed us a diet of Russian collusion for years to overturn the 2016 election, COVID is a smorgasbord of rancidness meant to turn our stomachs and convince us to willingly accept a future of servilitude to the state.
With each passing executive order or unconstitutional edict in the name of public health, the government tightens its noose.
This is a global heist of personal freedom before our very eyes.
The only way forward is not to look away but recognize it can happen here and, in fact, is happening here now.

Propaganda is only as effective as it is invisible.
Life seen can never be unseen.

Here we have 4,500 years of thermal cycle variations with zero input from human beings until the last 150 years at the most, and human contributions to atmospheric CO2 is magnitudes less than what the planet produces as volcanic CO2 discharges constantly.
I think the reason that they're pushing all this stuff at this point is that the controlling group at the top of the pyramid realizes that they have lost control of the narrative on the climate thing, and so that's why they had to push forward.
On the COVID thing?

And so that's why they pushed forward the COVID agenda, which was on the books for 2025.
But they said, geez, if we can go ahead and do that now, then we can throw the election, which was object number one, to get Trump beat out of office with mail-in ballots.
Object number two was to shut the economy down and say, well, look, that reduced carbon.
So that's a good thing because carbon is destroying the planet.
So that was the next phase they were trying to roll this into.
And now, because those two are failing and along with the COVID thing, then they're trying to start a war with either Russia or China and it's just like Orwell said that you know Oceania has always slash never been at war with Eurasia slash East Asia.
They split it into three spheres and then they try to promote war between those three spheres.
The people at the top of this rotten pyramid are the Davos crowd and there's a great article by Tom Luguno, L-U-G-U-N-O, L-U-O-N-G-O at zero hedge called no getting off of the EU elevator to hell and it goes through this whole entire analysis and he pretty much comes to the same conclusion that the NATO group is not going to be able to start a war with Russia and that the United States is going to withdraw and that they're probably not going to be able to start a war with China
and Russia either, and so bottom line is, their whole pyramid is falling apart
and it can't happen to a more rotten group soon enough.

Yeah, I think Joe's got something there when he talks about the piggybacking of the failing climate change mythology that they tried to sell to us for 25 years on the back of this pandemic.
I noticed that right away as soon as the pandemic narrative started to get established.

I sent out an article to my mailing list this morning that the title of the article was Vaccine Mandates Make No Sense.
And my short comment in introducing it was, of course they make no sense.
They were never supposed to make sense in terms of logical medical procedures to promote health.
They were and are intended to strong arm and coerce as many people as possible into allowing something to be shot into their bodies without telling them what these criminals are actually doing.
So we shouldn't expect any of this stuff to make sense because it wasn't meant to make sense.
I really liked also a statement at the end of that article that says, this is a war over information is as deadly as one with rifles and bayonets.
And that's something I've been telling people for a year and a half now.
Is that this is what World War Three looks like.
And the primary battlefield in this war is the human mind.
So we're talking about the media and brainwashing and gaslighting and making people believe what these criminal rulers, rulers who want to be rulers of the world, want them to believe.

Meanwhile, Russia has suspended direct diplomatic ties with NATO from November with the U.S.-led bloc's Moscow mission ordered to close.
This is serious.
Moscow has announced it will completely suspend operations of its mission to NATO two weeks after the U.S.-led bloc expelled eight Russian diplomats for alleged undisclosed espionage at Brussels' headquarters.
Speaking Monday, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, who's a very formidable guy, revealed the NATO Information Bureau in Moscow will be forced to shut down as a retaliatory measure.
Earlier this month, NATO officials decided to slash the size of the permanent Russian delegation to the bloc, revoking the credentials of eight envoys in response to what it called suspected malign Russian activities, which I'm confident were fabrications.
Following NATO's decision, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharov warned that Moscow would work out a response.
NATO to expel eight Russian diplomats, allegedly over claims of undisclosed espionage.
Now, if the U.S.
bloc wants to talk to Russia, it'll deal with the embassy in Belgium, Lavrov said, as a result of purposeful steps by NATO.
We do not have the right conditions for elementary diplomatic activities.
In response to NATO's actions, We are suspending the work of our permanent mission, including the work of our Chief Military Representative.
The NATO International Secretariat has already been notified.
If NATO members have any urgent matters, they can contact our Ambassador in Belgium, who ensures bilateral relations between Russia and the Kingdom of Belgium.

We've long been told an aspirin a day keeps a doctor away.

But the fact is it tends to inhibit the formation of blood clots, and I believe now They're trying to remove that barrier.
Evidently, it's inhibited the death rate from the COVID injections, many of which promote blood clots, because too many Americans are just used to taking aspirin, so it is not working with the efficiency with which it was intended to kill us.
Meanwhile, Here we have CBC, that's a Canadian broadcast company, apologizing for using footage of a mannequin in a story on the dangers of overburdened ICUs.
How bad is this?
They finally conceded using a mannequin in place of an actual patient to make the situation in Alberta's hospital seem more alarming than it actually is.
That came nearly a week after they broadcast the deceit, which subsequently went viral on social media, pointing out the obvious plastic head hooked up to a ventilator.
We know how important accuracy and transparency are to our viewers, so tonight our broadcast will address an editorial error in our programming this week.
Earlier we heard two stories what patients can expect in a hospital ICU.
We shot footage at Edmonton train facilities that showed mannequins in bed in a realistic looking hospital setting due to restrictions.
Now that they've admitted their intentional use of set pieces to craft a good narrative, it begs the question, how many times have they used a mannequin to fool viewers?
Due to privacy laws, they have to blur patients' faces unless they get consent.
So how can anyone be sure if some or most ICU patients recorded in hospitals are actual patients and not mannequins?
Meanwhile, this is not the first time we've seen mannequins in use in Nice, France, a few years ago.
There was a deadly truck attack over a period of a half a mile or so, where a truck allegedly took out 84 pedestrians.
The truck is at the bottom.
Notice the remarkable absence of any blood, whereas the truck above it hit a single deer.
It ought to have been just splattered with blood everywhere.
Why no blood?
Because they were running over mannequins.

And virologists continue to use these pictures, claiming them as proof of the existence of a new coronavirus.
By saying it is fraud based on junk science like everything else connected with COVID-19.

To plead guilty on all counts, relieving the prosecution of the obligation of proving he did it, which they could not do.
He's prepared to plead guilty on all counts with the 2018 Parkland shooting that allegedly left 17 dead and 17 other injured.

But it makes me curious about the guys who play these roles, because they know that they're stepping up to be hated by millions of people who don't understand what's going on and think that he actually shot people.
So, you know, what Was he in on it from the first?
Is he being promised riches to go along with the fakery?
It just makes me curious.
And one other comment about the Boston Marathon bombing.
I want to plug the late, great Dave McGowan, who for many years posted series of articles on his website called Center for an Informed America dot com.
That website is being maintained by his daughter, and all those articles are still there.
He was a photographer, and he pulled together, I don't know, maybe a hundred different photographs that had been taken and published on the net earlier, and did just a wonderful analysis of the photographs of the Boston bombings, where they were supposed to have gone off.
And that's what really pushed me over the edge and made me realize this thing was not real at all!
So I recommend that.

They were using a SimGun, simulated ammunition made out of beeswax and laundry detergent.

In days when they would have been left dead.

In the year 2012, FEMA conducted a multiple agency mock drill scenario of a bomb exploding at the finish line of the Boston Marathon with the FBI, Secret Service, ATF, State Police, and a multitude of government agencies multi-coordinating the event from a bunker alongside the marathon course in Framingham.
Almost exactly one year later, on April 15, 2013, the exact same scenario was played out in Boston at the finish line with the same multiple government agencies overlooking the marathon in the same exact bunker.
Only this time, the drill was passed off as real.
We were told by the corporate news media that two Muslim boys used children's toys to sophisticatedly remote detonate two shrapnel-contained pressure cooker bombs and backpacks exploding just seconds apart on Boylston Street during the Boston Marathon, in some instances causing jeans to be shredded but legs to miraculously remain intact.
The bombing paralleled a government training exercise dubbed Operation Urban Shield.
The scenario?
Terrorists fleeing from police in a citywide chase, bombers tracked by street surveillance, false leads presented to keep investigators guessing, participants were recruited from Northeastern University, and the major clue of the exercise was finding the body of one of the terrorists near a stolen car.
Hmm.
What a coincidence that the body of one Boston bomber was ran over by a Northeastern student's stolen car.
Operation Urban Shield was cancelled after the bombing because, well, the scenario already played itself out.
This is a pressure cooker bomb, similar to the bombs in Boston, and we're about to set it off.
3, 2, 1... The material was flying out at faster than the speed of sound.
Faster than the speed of sound.
Faster than the speed of sound.
The bombs were described as supersonic, ripping through flesh like butter, but were not powerful
enough to damage the tiny tree it was sitting next to, the mailbox it was sitting next to,
the flags that lined up on Boylston Street, or even so much as knock over plastic cups
and bottles sitting ever so gently on tiny round tables.
This was a day when dozens of people snapped pictures of victims writhing in pain instead
of helping those in distress.
It was a day of terror.
Some of those propaganda shots, I mean, er, photos from heroes, ended up on the front pages of newspapers, helping sell the sham, I mean, tragic event, to the entire nation.
This man was a lifelong criminal who had more mugshots online than the Kardashians have selfies.
But that's okay, he received the keys to the city of Boston, becoming an instant hero during the bombing for merely
hanging out in the medical tent.

Her name is Esther Epstein, and she's the vice chairman of the Anti-Defamation League.
Seeing dozens of wounded victims fighting for their lives makes her pretty thirsty as she casually drinks on a bottle of water.
Meet her husband Bob Epstein.
He's the owner of the Boston Celtics and the Abbey Group, the largest real estate developer in Boston.
A happy stroll down Boylston, with carnage surrounding them, puts a smile on their faces.

even though you can walk just fine.
These are two of the most influential Jewish Bostonians who are also personal friends of John Kerry
and were not presented as heroes by the national news media while former criminals were.
In fact it was two entire years after the bombing when any mainstream news media outlet confirmed that the two were even at the finish line.

The dramatic scene played out in front of our cameras.
Parents grabbing their children and running after spending the night hunkering in their houses and then finding themselves face-to-face with the muzzle of a SWAT officer's rifle.
It's a little stressful.
It was a little stressful seeing these guys pointing big guns and you're holding your daughter in your arms.
They're doing the right thing.
They're trying to secure the neighborhood.
A teenager who, by the way, had a brother connected to the FBI and an uncle connected to the CIA.
The uncle even having lived in the same house of senior CIA official Graham Fuller, the man who kick-started the infamous Iran-Contra affair.
But there's nothing suspicious, I suppose, about alleged perpetrators having ties to high-ranking CIA officials.
After the bombing, the teenager didn't flee the country, let alone Boston, but instead hung out in Boston just doing what terrorists do after carrying out a terrorist attack.
That is, casually buying a carton of milk, making random tweets, hanging out with friends, watching movies, and going to the gym to exercise.
Well Ed, the city was still in lockdown, lives had been lost, others changed forever, and the accused bomber heads to the gym.
After the bombing, his brother Tamerlan also remained snuggled up in Boston at his home located just a few blocks down from the Boston FBI headquarters.
The same FBI that, according to his mother, he was in communication with for years.
The same FBI that had agents all over the marathon prior to the bombing.
The same FBI that had agents escorting non-participants away.
The same FBI that conducted an investigation into the bombing.
And the same FBI that allowed the tampering of crime scene evidence.
This blue bag.
The pirate's hat, yes, it ended up on this blue bag.
And this blue bag is significant to determining that the crime scene was completely fabricated.
The blue bag was added to the scene after the event was over, and this is an overwhelming smoking gun example of government treason, stagecraft, and tampering of the crime scene.
So after the bombing, the head of the NYPD Bomb Squad blatantly lied on national TV about this blue bag.

And she was in the emergency room treating, wiping the blood off of all these amputees
to make sure that she could put fresh bandages on them on their undamaged amputated limbs that, you know,
she had time out to talk to CNN and explain how horrifying the whole day was.
Absolute ugly theater.

I don't know why anybody watches anything out of the mainstream media or out of Hollywood.

And now they've set her up.
They thought such a good job.
Now they've set her up to be the main CNN doctor who gives everybody expert advice on the COVID pandemic.
So, you know, these people bounce from one deception to the next and probably pad their bank account while they're doing it.
The bigger the liar, the further you go.
No doubt about it.
Meanwhile, we have Carl Craig Roberts, the very article to which you were alluding, the Boston Marathon bombing 8.5 years later, from my blog, where I've added visuals.
Eight and a half years ago, on April 15, 2013, there was a bombing claiming three victims at the Boston Marathon that had elements of a false flag, such as crisis actors with pretend injuries.
Two brothers, Tamerlan and Dzokhar Sarinov, were blamed for the bombing.
Tamerlan apparently died while in police custody.
Zoker, shot by police, somehow managed to escape, but was later found hiding under an overturned boat in someone's backyard, where he allegedly had written a confession in the dark on the side of the boat he was hiding under.
Here, actually, the boat was on a trailer in a driveway, but the idea that he wrote this confession on the curved surface of the boat, which is made out of fiberglass, is just preposterous.
There were many anomalies about the bombing, the getaway crimes allegedly associated with the brothers and the capture of Tamerlan.
The entire city of Boston, including the airport, was shut down as police went house-to-house searching for Zoker, a wounded 19-year-old.
Troops with tanks occupied the city.
It was unethical intervention by U.S.
prosecutors with the Sernoff family.
Media did not investigate, but simply repeated the prepared narrative.
Many experts raised questions.
The crisis actors were exposed.
The unprecedented closing of an entire city while police ordered families out of their homes, while their homes were searched, were shown to be extreme measures just to capture a wounded teenager.
In other words, a thriller terrorist story was orchestrated to make certain the public saw the brothers as dangerous terrorists.

John Remington Graham saw that the brothers were being quickly convicted in the media, which raised the question whether media conviction was substituting for a lack of evidence.
After eight and a half years, the case has reached the U.S.
Supreme Court.
John Remington Graham, an experienced prosecutor and defense attorney, filed an argument for Friends of the Court before the U.S.
Supreme Court, pointing out that the trial of Dzhokhar Sarinov ignored the exculpatory evidence that was never heard and proved him not guilty.
Here's a statement from Graham's argument.
In sum, during the trial of Dzhokhar Sarinov in Boston, decisive exculpatory evidence of record or subject to judicial notice in showing the actual innocence of Mr. Sarinov was never called to the attention of the jury at trial, was left unmentioned by counsel on both sides, and was ignored by the presiding judge when the sentence of death was imposed.
The same decisive exculpatory evidence was called to the attention of the circuit court by these friends of the court, on motion granted, and then ignored.
As in November 2017, Attorney Graham interviewed with the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, pointing out that exculpatory evidence had been ignored.
The appeals court set aside the death penalty not, however, on the basis of the ignored exculpatory evidence, but on the basis that Zoker was under the influence of his older brother, Cameron, who was primarily responsible.
And for the failure of the trial judge to question jurors on whether they were influenced by extensive pre-trial news coverage.
Despite Biden's opposition to the death penalty, the Biden Justice Department has asked the U.S.
Supreme Court to overrule the appellate court and reinstate the death penalty.
With a Boston Marathon bombing narrative set in stone, the actual innocence of the accused has become irrelevant.
The orchestrative narrative is likely to conclude with an act of judicial murder.
I happen to be the first of the three mentioned.

On the day of or the day after the explosion, and this is on my blog, by the way, FBI investigators found a blown-out black backpack near the post box in front of the Forum restaurant on Boilington Street in Boston.
The blown-out black backpack had carried the pressure cooker bomb, which had been ignored by the culprit in this case.
It was necessary only to find who had carried the black backpack.
We have two clues, the first being a video run by Whiskey Steakhouse on Boylston Street, which includes a still frame showing Zilker carrying a lightweight white sack over his right shoulder at the time of the explosion.
The other, an article by Tom Carlidushi, including photos of men in paramilitary gear who carried a black backpack which perfectly matched a blown-out black backpack found near the post box in front of the Forum restaurant.
These facts were known to the press and the judges.
Everybody knew Zoker was not the culprit, whose white sack did not match the black backpack found near the post box in front of the Forum.
But that one of the men in paramilitary gear identified in the photos published in the article by Mr. Catalucci were responsible.
The men identified by him were not approached or questioned by FBI or other peace officers.
Federal prosecutors went after Mr. Sarinoff, even though he was carrying a white sack over his right shoulder at the time of the explosion and could not have been guilty.
Court-appointed counsel for the accused in the Federal District Court of Boston, the First Circuit, and Supreme Court were all aware of the same facts.
They likewise knew with certainty that Mr. Sernoff could not have been guilty, and probably that the men identified by photos in the article by Mr. Carlucci were responsible, but they nevertheless admitted that Mr. Samerlin was guilty, as they knew was not true.
The case could and should have been dismissed by pretrial motion on behalf of the accused, supported by Brady evidence.
The lawyers on both sides refused to acknowledge these facts, of which they were aware, and framed the issues in this case as if they did not exist.
This charade is the central reality of this case.

I was looking on BitChute the other day, and I found an hour-long interview with the author of Irish Holocaust, 1845 to 1850, by Chris Fogarty.
Britain occupied Ireland for 300 years, and they had a habit of capturing Irish people and selling them into white slavery.
There were twice as many Irish white slaves brought to America as there were black African slaves, and they were never released from their indentured service contracts.
They just worked them to death, and then they take their children as slaves after the parents died.
Absolutely insane!
There's a term called shanghaied, which is applied to British sailors and their press crews that would go out and get sailors drunk and then put them on a boat, and next thing you know you're in the Royal Navy.
And as the former First Lord Admiral of the British Navy said, Winston Churchill, the Royal Navy runs on rum, sodomy, and the whip.
So, you know, you can admire the British for their empire, but you have to realize their empire was built on cruelty and theft, and currently the British Crown owns 10% of the real estate, 5.9 billion acres of land on the planet, and every bit of it is blood, money, stolen land, and we need to liberate that land from this group of pirates.
