This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted with my dynamic duo from California, Carl Herman from San Ramon and Monique Lukens from Los Angeles.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
Without a single GOP vote, the Senate approved a $3.5 trillion budget blueprint.
This is a bit stunning.
Republican senators who are unanimously opposed to the proposal seized the opportunity to put forth dozens of messaging amendments denouncing tax hikes on the wealthy, supporting a ban on teaching critical race theory in kindergarten, elementary, and secondary, pushing a $50 billion increase in the already bloated Pentagon budget.
The president and the Democratic caucus are prepared to go forward in addressing the long-neglected needs of working families, and not just the 1% and wealthy campaign contributors, said Bernie Sanders.
The anti-war group Code Pink applauded The Senate's rejection of the Pentagon Amendment by a 46-53 vote.
This should be viewed as a test of how committed our representatives are to actually addressing the climate crisis.
Forty-six senators prioritize increasing the profits of military contractors over the future of our planet.
Except this is rooted in nonsense about climate change, and I'm sorry to say it's not scientifically well-founded.
In a floor speech ahead of Wednesday's vote, Bernie Sanders noted Republicans have repeatedly used a budget reconciliation process to reward the wealthy and large corporations, pointing specifically to the $1.5 trillion Tax Cut and Job Act the GOP rammed through back in 2017.
I do understand many of my Republican colleagues are a bit of shock now.
They are finding it hard to believe the President and Democrat caucus are prepared to go forward in addressing long-neglected needs of working families and not just the 1% of wealthy campaign contributors.
That's not the way things usually happen around here.
Usually it's the big money interests and the lobbyists who call the tune, but not today.
Today we move the country forward in a different direction.
Well, all 50 Democrats voted in favor of the $2.5 trillion budget resolution.
The framework merely sets the outer boundaries of the forthcoming reconciliation package.
Some conservatives, most prominently Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Joe Manchin of West Virginia, have indicated they may not support that level of spending, setting up a potential fight with progressives in the House over the specifics of the legislation.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, $3.5 trillion, a lot of the rhetoric around this bill, and it is just a bill, they put budget on there not to freak people out because $3.5 trillion is just about the exact total of Obama's first budget for the entire expenditure of the federal government when he first came into office.
The last act of tyrants is to loot the treasury and Sanders is just virtue signaling as controlled opposition to the end.
Remember, Sanders actually did a great job of being convincing enough in his rhetoric to get a lot of progressives, so many progressives, that he won the primaries in 2016 and in 2020.
I got to agree with you, Carl.
over because that's his part. And I'm sure that he was blackmailed into no other choice.
But this is a ridiculous caricature of any type of leadership. This is looting the Treasury.

Well, Carl, he hooked line and sinkered me as well.
You know, everyone loves Bernie.
He's everyone's grandfather.
And then when I started looking more into who was behind him and how he really didn't step up to the plate during this pandemic, I figured there's something wrong here.
One thing, though, in that bill, I'm surprised that the Democrats don't want critical race theory.
How could that be?
I thought that they were pushing it.
Yeah, that's a good point.
How can they set it aside?
But of course, we did have a bill passed that precluded using teaching critical race theory across the country in the public schools.
Meanwhile, if you want to know what's actually in the bill, here we have a report about it.
Chuck Schumer has finally released the full text of Bernie Sanders' $3.5 trillion budget proposal.
The outline is expected to be the first step in their ambitious plan for increased federal spending on human infrastructure, including education, health care, and housing initiatives.
On August 9th, Sanders discussed the components of his ambitious plan.
Some of the expenditures are nothing new.
$800 billion annually for national defense, $70 billion for international affairs and foreign aid, 45 billion for research, NASA and other scientific pursuits and 20 billion in subsidies for farmers.
Many of the other projects, however, are new and ambitious.
Citizenship for illegal immigrants, for example.
This is really absurd.
Giving citizenship to illegal immigrants has been a top priority for the Democratic Party since 2016, when Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump.
They knew they had a problem.
They needed a new source of voters.
So now they've admitted 1.1 million illegal immigrants in just the months that Biden's been in office.
Free childcare and secondary education.
A large portion is devoted to education, with over $726 billion for various programs like childcare, pre-K, and tuition-free community college.
Federal housing also allocates $332 billion toward government subsidies for low-income and affordable housing.
Newer health care reforms and funding.
Another huge focus is expansion of the federal government's role in health care.
The proposal would also devote $18 billion to a Veteran Affairs Committee to upgrade VA facilities.
Extremely aggressive policies to move U.S.
away from fossil fuels.
We know, in fact, they aren't actually fossil fuels.
That oil is a natural byproduct of Earth's processes.
Nevertheless, a budget allocates $197 billion to the Energy and Natural Resource Committee with an additional $67 billion toward Environment and Public Works Committee.
If they move in the direction of green energy, it's going to be devastating to the economy.
New tax rules.
Given the huge $3.5 trillion price tag, there are also plans to change tax rules to finance it.
The budget proposes expansion of IRS tax collection without raising taxes on those making less than $400,000 a year.
Instead, they focus on raising taxes on the very wealthy and corporations.
Meanwhile, deficit national debt to skyrocket with such an expensive price tag, and despite new tax rules, the national debt and the deficits will climb as a result of the budget.
What's next?
With its passage by the Senate, it now goes to the House of Representatives.
In a letter to legislators, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer stated the August recess would be interrupted in order to consider the proposal.
The House is now set to return to session on August 23rd.

Well, people would be right to be greatly upset at this $3.5 trillion unaccountable giveaway from psychopathic criminal liars.
And so that's part of the paradox.
And the other part of the paradox is just to laugh at them.
So let's take a look at what we're laughing at here.
So these people who are proposing to take $3.5 trillion of our money.
These people should be, instead of listened to seriously and for people to get upset, just to have this as more evidence to call for their arrest.
And we know that they should be arrested because this nation suffers under continuous lie-started Orwellian illegal wars of aggression, bankster looting, and constant lying.

Election fraud that's going to be bolstered by claims that these non-citizens are all voting Democratic because they love the Democrats.
And this is also that part of the bill to gain more control over public education and public education is just corporate media for children.

And adding to the national debt, this is just more push to get faster to the Great Reset to be able to clear the slates and then for our bankster, looter, wannabe masters to create another game for us to play where we're controlled and lied to.
The alternative that we're representing here is to demand their arrest and stop obeying these psychopaths.
I actually think we're in the midst of the Cloward-Piven plan to overwhelm the country with welfare programs that are going to crash the economy.
Bibi Netanyahu talked about doing just that in 2020.
He said, America is the golden calf.
We're going to suck it dry and leave nothing but a gigantic welfare state because that's what we do with countries we hate.

Actually being an educator in a system that you can't tell me that these public schools don't know what's happening.

Andrew Cuomo may face jail time after what a woman just said on TV.
His sexual harassment scandal just got worse.
He's, of course, in the process of resigning.
Brittany Camusso told CBS News about allegations of criminal sexual assault she leveled against Governor Cuomo.
In an interview, she told CBS, what he did to me was a crime.
In an incident where Camusso and Cuomo posed for a photograph, at which point Cuomo allegedly groped her breast.
He cupped my breasts.
I have to tell you, it was at the moment I was in such shock, I could just tell you.
I remember looking down, seeing his hand, seeing the top of my bra, and remembering it was like a little even the cup, the kind of bra that I had to the point I could tell you doesn't really fit me properly.
It was a little loose.
I remember seeing exactly that.
He said now the best way he can do is to step aside, but resigning may be the least of Cuomo's worries.
The Albany County Sheriff received a criminal complaint, and investigators are probing the matter.
Meanwhile, we have a story that I think turns out to be too good to be true.
I loved hearing this, but there's reason to suspect it didn't happen.
So I offer this in terms of how our leaders in the military ought to be acting, but alas appear not to be.
Marine Corps General David Berger Monday rebuked Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin's edict requiring all armed forces personnel to submit their COVID-19 vaccinations under threat of court martial or discharge.
General Berger telephoned the Defense Secretary minutes after he said in a press conference the COVID-19 vaccination is needed to maintain military readiness and that he would enforce the mandatory vaccination policy regardless of FDA approval status.
There will be no mandatory vaccinations for my Marines, General Berger said.
In a transcript of the call reviewed by Real Raw News, General Berger lambasted Austin and branded him a traitor.
Under no circumstances will Marines be compelled to take a potentially hazardous vaccination that the FDA won't even fully endorse, General Berger told Austin.
You are a coward and a traitor manipulated by people pushing bad policy on the men and women who provide security to our nation.
Neither you nor your public president has authority to enforce such a policy.
Austin argued mandatory vaccinations have always been a requirement for soldiers enlisting in the armed forces.
And they are property, as property of the U.S.
government, have no right to decide whether or not to take the jab.
The federal government and President Biden would decide for them, he said.
They're incapable of making informed decisions, so we, their leaders, make the big decisions they cannot, Austin said.
Biden and Harris are in charge, not individual soldiers.
Then Austin got political.
If conservatives and evangelicals see our fighting forces getting vaccinated, they'll be more likely to get vaccinated themselves.
General Burgers said it was unfair to compare established vaccination with a product that was rushed to market with little concern for side effects.
He called the CDC and Dr. Fauci, Tony the Rat, corrupt.
And asked Austin why the public administration hid from the public an NIH report linking the vaccination to thousands of fatalities.
If someone dies, you say it was COVID-19, there's a refusal to admit the vaccination carries side effects that can include death in certain individuals.
I'm not a physician, I'm the Secretary of Defense.
For Joseph R. Biden and I follow orders, Austin said.
In case you haven't heard, Biden's not in charge of the military, neither are you.
You can sell whatever lies you want to the media.
You sold your soul, Lloyd.
And I hope you can live with yourself, General Berger said.
He also remarked he had the support of other Joint Chiefs of Staff who would employ them to ignore unlawful orders coming from the illegitimate administration.
If a soldier wants a vaccination, fine.
If not, he's not rolling up your sleeve.
If you try to forcibly vaccinate even one of my Marines, you better come armed, General Berger said, hanging up the phone.
In a statement Monday, Biden said he strongly supports Austin's message and that he's eager to see the COVID-19 vaccination added to the battery of vaccination soldiers receive upon joining the military.
Carl, I really would like it to be the case that that is true, but you sought for verification and could not find it.
Yeah, as we say in the history department, is that this is unsourced and uncorroborated testimony.
Now, I'd like it as what should have happened, and I like the feel of it as a script of military leadership, but we would have to just take that as Unreliable for news.
For the first story, Cuomo has been sacrificed in just taking a look at the headlines of corporate media.
They're all getting in line virtue signaling that because of their great care for women, Cuomo has to step aside.
And of course, this is just a coordinated sacrifice of Cuomo's chest piece on the board at that place in time.
I believe that the motivation to do so is to hide his criminal acts for,
I believe it's around 15,000 senior deaths to order them to be herded like cattle into infected senior housing.
I think that's the only move of getting rid of Cuomo.
Everything Berger said is true and would have been appropriate to assert to Austin.
I 100 percent support the story, even if it's apocryphal.
He ought to have done that.

When you talked about selling the soul, that's one thing that a lot of people

Why the desperate push for universal vaccination when the evidence is clear and the CDC even admits that vaccination does not protect against the Delta variant and more unprotected variants are on the way?
The desperation to jab everyone with a vaccine does not protect but does kill and bring health injuries implies a darker agenda.
The evidence is now clear the vaccine impairs human fertility.
See, for example, a pathologist's summary of what these jabs do to the brain and other organs.
COVID's victims are limited to a small number of people with cold morbidities and weak immune systems who are denied treatment by known cures such as HEQ and ivermectin.
These deaths were needed and desired in order to generate fear that would stampede people into accepting an unapproved, untested experimental technology never before used, the consequences of which were unknown.
We now know the consequences include death and permanent health impairment, yet the rush to vaccinate marches forward.
Clearly, the agenda operating is not public health.

And he's absolutely right that this is a concentration camp proposal where they're pitching that they need to shield the good Americans from the high-risk Americans, and that is exactly what he said.
I looked at the report myself, high risk of becoming seriously of developing disease.
And they're going to blame that on the unvaccinated.
And again, if I had my black hat consulting hat on, I would say combine this with a false flag attack

So, and Paul Craig Roberts is correct that they have no care for public health.
And I know that from personal experience up to two UN summits for heads of state, where All promises to end poverty, to save a million children from dying from preventable poverty through simple mechanical interventions like clean water and healthy food.
They don't want to do that.
They want poverty so that people are glad to get a job for the empire.

He had to have something scraped from his hand, and I wrote a note To his parent to just research some foods with vitamin E for, you know, for skin.

And I let my supervisor know.
My supervisor came to me and said, oh, don't do this.
I was upset for three days and I'm like, Did I really do something wrong?

In my day job, I practice international law, and you'd be surprised how often it happens that criminal law becomes a part of international law.
You'd be surprised also how far along this one world government thing is.
So I live outside of the United States, and I've had to participate in, how would you describe it, a regulatory burden.
Overcoming it.
The OECD is the Organization for Economic and Cooperative Development.
It is, in fact, the tax and fiscal policy arm of the United Nations.
And they have done an amazing job.
A regulatory job.
They have harmonized everybody's tax laws.
They've harmonized everybody's criminal laws.
They've put codes on every chemical, every diagnosis.
And all of the world is now harmonized.
So it makes my job as an international lawyer a lot easier, because guess what?
Well, it works in this country, works in every other country, and it is all done by convention, by UN convention.
Which, by the way, happened, the United Nations was formed more or less the same time as the Nuremberg Code, or the Nuremberg trials.
And I just want to spend a second on the Nuremberg principles.
I'm sure you've heard about it a little bit before.
It arises from the atrocities of World War II, where prisoners were experimented upon, amongst other things.
That all happened in 1945.
And really what it created was the first principles, the first recognized principles of international criminal law.
It also provided for death penalties, capital punishment.
One of my colleagues had mentioned that In fact, some of the doctors that took part in Nuremberg's atrocities were hung, as were people that helped them.
So no longer, after the Nuremberg Code, can you say, yeah, I shot him with a vaccine.
I was just doing my job.
That doesn't work anymore.
And just because you come from a country where the death penalty is not allowed also does not count.
Our team, I'm part of the criminal team, not that we are criminals.
We are helping people, regular old folks, take apart.
So we recognized some months ago, maybe before that, that people were so frustrated they just wanted to do something.
Anything.
They didn't have an outlet.
So we came up with this idea that we would write a form criminal complaint, make it form law, that anybody and everybody could download.
And they could use it for themselves.
It's really just a foundational document, but it does list a lot of crimes.
And rightfully so, going back to the conspiracy theory as a predicate offense, you can find laws, both in international law, meaning UN conventions and international agreements, multilateral agreements, that talk about things as war crimes.
Can you wage a war by yourself or do you need somebody else to do that?
Again, Two or more people planning a crime in one step in furtherance.
Crimes against humanity.
That came out of the Nuremberg Convention.
Or Codex, I guess this is called.
Genocide.
Homicide.
Attempted homicide.
Criminal assault.
Criminal battery.
Fraud in connection with a major disaster for emergency benefits.
And racketeering.
All of which effectively require, not all of them, Should say that.
Most all of them require the predicate offense of conspiracy, that agreement between two or more people.
So we wrote out this criminal complaint and with my colleagues, who I'll introduce you to in a minute, we came up with all of those crimes alleged complete with extensive evidence.
The story begins some years ago with something called the Good Club, where the ultra elite, supremely wealthy, Including Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, sorry for all of you that love Oprah, Warren Buffett.
They all got together in New York and they decided that the world is overpopulated.
And you would have seen after that Bill Gates up on a stage no different than this one saying, yeah the world's overpopulated, we gotta get that carbon number down to zero.
Well this is the creation, the foundation of what it is we have today.
Certainly they're not the first, but they are all eugenicists.
And they openly stated that.
So along comes then this biological entity, funny enough, Event 201.
Has anybody heard about that?
So that was the practice run.
It happened all of two months before we had the bioweapon released.
So the theory of the case goes something along these lines.
Conspirators planned, invented, created a biowarfare weapon.
In joint collaboration with the Chinese government, or some part thereof, to purposefully release the COVID weapon to cause terror, economic hardship, depression, false imprisonment, injury, death to the global population, and psychological warfare, all under this word called a pandemic.
We call it Plandemic.
It required complicitors who used their media apparatus for the purpose of public policy, coercion, travel restrictions, employment restrictions, liberty restrictions, all in furtherance of a criminal enterprise, to trick, to coerce, to intimidate, to compel global populations into receiving one or more experimental gene therapy shots.
I think you all understand that these are not vaccines.
They're not vaccines by definition, and certainly they are experimental.
Going back to the Nuremberg Code, which is patently illegal to say, actually to say nothing at all, right?
Informed consent is one of the deals that you have to do.
How can you have informed consent when the inserts to the package, I don't know if anybody ever seen that?
They pull out the box, the vial comes in and pull out the insert.
There's nothing on it.
So how can you have informed consent?
How can you understand what is in this experimental shot if there's literally nothing at all printed on the paper?
They used the experimental gene therapy shots, in addition, for the delivery of nanoparticles, lipid nanoparticles.
What is that?
If you can imagine, these are atomic-sized delivery devices, and they carry around I guess it's called proteins, viruses, whatever it is, antigens, designed to make your body react in a certain way.
They use nanoparticles to genetically modify, track, record, Monique, I think you had a wonderful, wonderful segment there.
And, you know, without any question, we're talking about a genocidal weapon.
So you're spot on.

And as a lawyer, he is he's right that there are many, many cases.
And Monique is right, too, is that I I am in preliminary conversation with an American America's frontline doctors allied attorney.

Two, this is a maximum sting effort, and this is going along concurrent with, if it has to go through the courts, this is going to be years.
And we're at the risk of a civil war that could blow up.
And, as we covered today from Paul Craig Roberts' story that we featured, is that there is a risk, too, of a CDC concentration camp order for those high risk individuals to get them out of the way.
So perilous times.
Well, it's not really high risk.
It's people who are perfectly healthy.
They simply refuse the vax.
So under the guise of protecting them, who need no protection, it's those who receive the vax who unfortunately are going to suffer the consequences.
They're trying to find a way of getting the un-vax out of the way so they won't stand as a control group to show how seriously the vaccinations are devastating everyone who takes it.

A bombshell study finds mRNA vaccine may cause tragic and even catastrophic side effects, reinforcing what we have been hearing.
A peer-reviewed U.S.
study found the experimental COVID vaccine poses multiple serious adverse side effect risks.
The May 2021 study called Worse Than the Disease, reviewing some possible unintended consequences of the mRNA vaccine against COVID-19, except they're actually not unintended.
This is part and parcel.
The study thoroughly analyzes the possible pathways in which the experimental mRNA
vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna could be causing serious adverse effects in vaccinated individuals.
Both are delivered through muscle injection. Both require deep free storage to keep the RNA
from breaking down. This is because, unlike double-stranded DNA, which is very stable, single-strand
RNA products that have to be damaged or rendered powerless at warm temperatures must be
kept extremely cold to retain their potential efficacy.
This form of mRNA delivered in the vaccine is never seen in nature and therefore has the potential for unknown consequences.
Manipulation of the code of life could lead to completely unanticipated negative effects, potentially long-term or even permanent.
And of course, death is permanent.
The mRNA vaccines ultimately deliver the highly antigenic spike protein to antigen-presenting cells.
As such, monoclonal antibodies against the spike protein are the expected outcome of the currently deployed mRNA vaccines.
Human spike protein monoclonal antibodies were found to produce high levels of cross-reactive antibodies against endogenous human proteins, given evidence only partially reviewed here.
There is sufficient reason to suspect antibodies to the spike protein will contribute to ADE provoked by prior SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccination.
Which may manifest either acute or chronic autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
I want to emphasize public health is being placed massively at risk.
Public policy around mass vaccination has generally proceeded on the assumption of the risk-benefit ratio for the novel mRNA vaccines as a slam dunk.
With a massive vaccination campaign well underway in response to the declared international emergency, we have rushed into vaccine experiments on a worldwide scale.
At the very least, we should take advantage of the data available now to learn more about what's going on in the future.
We urge governments to proceed with more caution in the face of new biotechnologies.

There's been much debate over how to get the unvaccinated to get their jabs, shame them, bribe them, persuade them,

Analyze more than 5 million survey responses by different demographic details in class those who would probably or definitely not choose to be vaccinated as vaccine hesitant.
Meanwhile, Los Angeles Unified School District abandons mandatory vaccination due to lawsuit We are pleased to report that through our efforts, vaccination with the experimental COVID-19 shots issued under emergency use authorization is no longer mandatory at Los Angeles Unified School District.
On July 27, 2021, the case against LAUSD was dismissed without prejudice as a judge concluded the district had indeed abandoned the mandatory C-19 vaccination policy.
This is a big win because of the lawsuit LAUSD represented to the court that it does not have a policy requiring vaccination with the UA products, since the court has now confirmed the absence of any policy requiring vaccination.
All teachers and staff are safe to return to work without vaccination or furnishing proof of vaccination in the fall.
We consider this an important victory for individual freedom.
For LAUSD personnel, it accomplishes what we intended by our lawsuit.
Most importantly, the dismissal was without prejudice, meaning the complaint can be refiled if LAUSD were to change its policy and begin to require vaccination once again.
The defendants were contemplating requiring the vaccine, then later reversed course, explicitly said they would not be, does not create a ripe case or controversy, which is why it was dismissed without prejudice.
The lawsuit was filed in March because LAUSD mandated vaccination against COVID for all personnel.
The following day, we filed our lawsuit.
LAUSD attempted to reverse course by issuing a new policy stating EUA vaccines were voluntary in direct contradiction to what had been communicated in emails, meetings, and the media.
Upon filing our amended complaint, LAUSD filed a motion to dismiss on the basis there was no policy of mandatory vaccination.
They were forced to confirm on the court record no less than eight times that LAUSD does not require COVID-19 vaccination and that it is purely voluntary.
Should LAUSD try to force an employee to take an injection under penalty of termination, They should show them the LAUSD reply brief and the highlighted language showing their public position there's no mandate for vaccination.
We must all continue our fight and indeed Health Freedom Defense Fund will do so.

LA Unified School District, that was a report from Children's Health Defense, and I do recommend people go into their website, Children's Health Defense, and getting on their mailing list so that you can get more good news like Monique showed us.
I worked for LA Unified from 84 to 98, and in that article saying that they couldn't get the district to give them a straight answer, that's exactly what I'm experiencing in my Northern California school district.
My question beginning in almost a year ago now in September was, hey, you know, given the limits of what these emergency health orders allow, the California code cited by Governor Newsom says that we have to have beyond control hospitals, and we never received that data.
So if the hospitals aren't out of control, where's the authority for the health orders?
And that's been since September of 2020 to today.
Where they have refused to answer, only saying that we just follow orders here.
And it doesn't matter that I tell them, you know, we teach all of our high school students that's an illegal defense, right?
And they ignore that too.

The hospitals aren't overflowing.

The fact that any school district continues to Coerce their employees and their students into any EUA products is disturbing.
I'm very glad that Leslie Mnookin of Health Freedom Defense Fund and her law team was able to dismiss the mandatory vaccination that was in the news.
Now, for teachers, I saw that Former Superintendent Austin Beutner wanted 25,000 teachers inoculated.
I never saw it mandatory for the teachers in the news.
I did, however, see that it stated it for the children.
In January, you can look that up, it was in mid-January, he stated that they could not go back unless they had the vaccine, which is not a vaccine.
I tell teachers, I tell employees not to allow them to test you.
Because the PCR test, besides it being a fraudulent tool, there also is something called ethylene oxide on it.
And junk science will say, oh, it's not toxic.
Yeah, I don't believe in a lot of scientific publications anymore.
This is something that's supposed to be carcinogenic, and it's going up your nose!
And I just want parents to know that your children, they're having that pumped near their brain.

A huge portion of our country is saying, you've gone too far.
We're seeing not just a rapid change in politics and policies, we're seeing a rapid change in the heart and soul of America.
While many individual Preppers and Prepper Organizations try to remain anonymous, the number of people preparing appears to be growing.
Last year alone, roughly 45% of Americans—about 116 million—said they spent money preparing for hard times or spent money stockpiling survival goods.
There's a big difference, however, between prepping and hoarding.
Prepping is something most people did all the time.
Our grandparents were preppers.
I suspect if things continue to worsen, preppers will be made out to be the bad guys.
