Meanwhile, we have the Texas Supreme Court allowing for the arrest of the Democrats who don't show up at the Capitol.

The high court issued a stay, giving the Democrats until Thursday to issue a court order filing in response.
That would be tomorrow.
Governor Abbott and Phelan, Travis County State District Judge's order.
Both Republicans asked the court to overturn the order on Tuesday.
They had asked the Texas Supreme Court, arguing he stopped them from exercising their constitutional authority to arrest and detain the lawmakers who broke the quorum.
In a statement Tuesday after the Supreme Court ruling, Abbott's office claimed victory, saying, The Supreme Court of Texas swiftly rejected this dangerous attempt by Texas Democrats to undermine our Constitution and avoid doing the job they were elected to do.
In the meanwhile, some Democrats started returning to Texas.
There's no way I'm going to that House floor while I've got the protection of a judge's order, said Celia Israel, a Democrat.
Representative Erin Swiner told the Austin American-Statesman she left Washington, where she and other Democrats had been about a month, but did not give her location.
This is serious.
Meanwhile, in the Senate, they just passed an anti-critical race theory bill in a razor-thin vote, where the Democrats are now on record supporting the Marxist propaganda.
I believe this is going to be very damaging to the Democrats.
Its passage effectively bans critical race theory from being taught in schools until after the 12th grade, when students are free to pay for the indoctrination themselves.
Huge win!

Tom Cotton tweeted, My amendment will ensure federal funds will not be used to indoctrinate kids as young as pre-K to hate America.
Here's a list of the Democrats, all of them with a solitary exception of Joe Manchin of West Virginia.
My hat is off to Joe Manchin.
But this is a disgusting group of Democrats who are all in with this Marxist-Communist ideology to rip apart America.
Then verse 7, aired documents by a Dominion whistleblower mentioning the Gateway Pundits reporting and defending Dominion.
Our future depends on raising a generation of kids who love America and love each other and fellow citizens no matter their race.

Our tax dollars should never support indoctrinating the youngest American with such poison.
Giuseppe, to me, it's absolutely stunning that anyone would support this.

Whether you're a man or a woman, black or white, old or young, this is completely disgusting.
Joe Manchin, the only Democrat to vote with the Republicans to ban the hateful teaching, was the deciding vote that allowed the amendment to pass.
He should be commended for not mindlessly going in lockstep with his sell-out colleagues.

Both those stories tie together as follows.
That the Texas has been historically for decades a true Republican red state.
In the last 30 years or so, there's been the Soros Globalist International
Marxist malignancy took root in liberal Austin, Texas, and it's taking root in places like San
Antonio and near the border with the illegal immigrants who have been given the right to vote,
given all this free stuff, you name it.
And those are the two pockets, growing pockets, of traitorous, communitarian, Soros traitors, right?
So those people now don't want the rule of law, and the majority, which is a pretty significant majority still in Texas, Are actual Americans loyal to the Republic and to the Constitution?
The gerrymandering of the focus of Austin and some of those pockets of illegals to make it seem like the Democrats have more sway than they do is ridiculous.
And now these traitors, these cowards who ran flew to DC to hide within the District of Criminals,
and they got exposed and got sick doing it, which I think is ironic and amusing.
But, you know, like their overlords, the internationalist Jew,
they always like the rules except when the rules don't benefit them.
So right now, I hope they are arrested, and I hope they are in prison,
and I hope they are held accountable because they were elected to do their job.
And if they're not happy with what the majority wants, well, then abdicate your office, leave your office,
and let someone else run for election because ultimately, you know,
that's what at the state level a democracy is.
We're not a democracy, we're a public, thank God, so all these lunatics can't have majority rule.
And the interesting thing, Jim, about the second story with critical race theory.
Critical race theory is the most toxic, demonic, evil bunch of filth from the Jewish Marxists that you could ever find.

Meanwhile, when confidence in our institutions collapses, sometimes stories that appear unrelated share a common foundation and have cumulative effects far more serious than any one of them individually.
Here are four stories that tie together.
The first two involve the police.
One concerns a New York City gang member who attacked multiple officers and shot one of them.
He had more than 25 prior arrests for gun, drug offenses and other crimes, known to be part of a gang affiliated with the Bloods, yet he was roaming the street, gun in hand, out on bail.
The second involves the inability of Portland, Oregon to recruit police to fight the city's stunning murder epidemic.
For some reason, Portland just can't find people willing to join the special unit designed to stop the killings.
The next two involve a subject that seems far removed from violent crime, COVID masks.
One is a news report with photographs of Washington, D.C.
Mayor Muriel Browser celebrating maskless at an indoor party just hours after she'd imposed a comprehensive mask mandate on her city, prohibiting exactly her kind of behavior.
Finally, The ubiquitous Dr. Anthony Tony the Rat Fauci, our nation's top official for infectious diseases, told ABC this past weekend, wearing masks should not be an individual choice.
That statement goes beyond saying masks are desirable.
It portends a new round of mandates.
Is there any connection among these stories about police murder, hypocrisy, and public health advice?
Yes.
The problem we face, beyond the specifics about crime, COVID, duplicity, and social division, is a palpable breakdown in public order.
At the same time, the public has lost confidence in our government officials and the institutions they lead.
The two meta-problems, the breakdown of order and erosion of public confidence, are deeply intertwined.
Citizens are all too aware of the collapse of law and order in cities and on America's southern border.
A mistrust goes beyond public officials to include the news media, social media, universities, corporations, unions, churches, even civic organizations such as the Boy Scouts.
The public put aside those doubts, at least temporarily, when the COVID pandemic struck in February and March of 2020.
Almost everyone was willing to follow mask mandates and business closures.
They were willing to let small children skip in-person learning and use their computers.
But after more than a year of self-confinement and school closures, the public's patience has run out.
So has the public's confidence that health officials know what they're doing and are telling us the truth.
This mistrust grew when people discovered the initial guidance Not to wear masks was a deliberate lie.
At the time, Fauci and his colleagues actually believed masks would help, but they feared saying so would lead to a run on masks, leaving none for medical professionals.
That's what they said, but of course it's completely absurd.
However benign Fauci's goal—and they are not benign whatsoever—the longer-term effects have been pernicious.
There are bound to be, once the public discovers the deception.
How could anyone trust his future statements at face value?
He's paying that cost personally.
Now he's trying to reassure the public he had nothing to do with funding the Wuhan Virology Lab's gain-of-function research.
Trump's attacks on the integrity of the 2020 election were even more corrosive of public trust.
He has continued those tests, claiming here without providing evidence, but Mike Lindell is on a 72-hour marathon where he's laying it off for everyone to see.
There can be no doubt that this election was stolen, where according to Mike Lindell, every single state was affected, all 50.
What's appropriate to demand election integrity and review the vote.
It's destructive to continue claiming the election was stolen without proof, but we have it.
We have it.
So this is a naive statement coming from Zero Hedge that disappoints me.
That confidence depends on neutral procedure when OJ Simpson was found not guilty of double murder.
There was widespread disbelief, but the public accepted the jury's decision.
Even if it was misguided, the process made it legitimate.
Contrast that with the FBI and Department of Justice whitewashing Hillary's reckless mishandling of classified data.
No fair-minded person believes the investigation and charging decision was even-handed.
Beyond these egregious violations, the FBI's very different investigations of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are why the public no longer believes the nation's top law enforcement agency is politically neutral or even competent.
Its leaders seem ready to kneecap their enemies and cover up their own agents' wrongdoing.
During the Comey years, when the spying and leaking scandals emerged, most conservative commentators defended the rectitude of ordinary agents and 99% who do a great job.
That defense, however, is seldom heard these days.
Lots of great agents must have known about their bosses' misdeeds, yet none blew the whistle.
They were just ordinary bureaucrats protecting their pensions and promotions by keeping their mouths shut.
The key point here is these problems, and they are serious, occur amid long-term decline in trust in all of our institutions, public and private.
Threats to our country's stability are accumulating when the public no longer has confidence in the institutions meant to cope with them.
That confidence, yes, meant to cope with them.

Well, my thoughts, Jim, are that what we are witnessing is, beyond fascism, what we are, the tyranny we reside under is transnational globalism, which is all these giant criminal cabals, international banking, international big pharma, International Big War, International Big Chemical, and such, have infiltrated and placed their operatives, i.e.
traitors at every level of national, state, regional, and local government, as well as funding
all these non-government organizations and these 5013 trusts and charities,
all these ways to get around the laws that are supposed to prevent these parasites from gaining power.
They've all been skirted.
You combine that with the globalist media, which is nothing more than mind control,
and you, once again, the great middle of society, regardless of their color in America,
understands that this country is being attacked by the internationalist Jew and its minions.
They intuitively, in their gut, feel that our country is being destroyed by this satanic evil, this synagogue of Satan.
They're making their play.
They're going all in, like the ESPN late-night poker shows.

We've already heard the story about illegal aliens spraying COVID at Whataburger in southern Texas.

For Americans, he doesn't think they have the border patrol to test the illegal aliens for COVID or to issue vaccines.

Since the president isn't going to deal with it, Governor Abbott has no choice but to step up ICE officers can't do much.
They can't remove anyone until they're a convicted and aggravated felon.

The latest estimate I've seen is 1.1 million already since Biden came into office who don't care a lick about social distancing into the U.S.
The Democrats would love to blame Texas for the uptick in COVID cases.
Abbott has issued an emergency order noting busloads of migrants, an unknown number of whom are infected with COVID, are being bused into communities around Texas.
The order allows officers of the Texas Department of Public Safety to stop any vehicle with reasonable suspicions or illegal aliens being carried who may be infected with COVID-19.
Then they can be rerouted back to the border where the vehicle will be impounded.
Meanwhile, Biden continues to urge Americans to get vaccines.
If only he had the same urgency when it came to illegal immigrants at the southern border.
Truly disgusting.
Meanwhile, and this will blow your mind, Oregon governor signs a bill suspending math reading proficiency requirements for high school graduates.
Unbelievable!
Governor Kate Brown, the Oregon Democrat, signed a bill last month with a little fanfare, dropping the requirement high school students prove proficiency in reading, writing, or math before graduation.
The Oregonian reported the governor has seemed to avoid discussing Senate Bill 744, who moved a sign that was not public until recently because her office did not hold a signing ceremony or issue a press release.
The bill was first signed on July 14, not added into the state's database until July 29.
Bob's office did not issue a response to inquiry.
What in God's name are these kids going to do if they're graduating from high school and they can't read or write or perform elementary mathematical computations?
Oregon schools were among the last in the country to reopen to in-person instruction during the pandemic.
Our legislators should be focusing on how to help students regain the ground they've lost after a year and a half of distance learning and hybrid instruction, not on lowering our standards.

Last year, when COVID skeptics were saying there's no such thing as a COVID virus, I, Mike Adams, strongly disagreed.
As a published food scientist, lab owner, and inventor of two published patents based on mass spectrometry analysis, I was aware that COVID-2 had been genomically sequenced.
Surely, I mistakenly thought, it had been isolated, purified, and determined to be the cause of COVID-19 sickness.
A year later, it turns out the skeptics were right, and the warnings of those like Dr. Thomas Coe and Sally Powell and Dr. Andrew Kaufman, John Robhubart, David Icke, and others were right on the mark.
How did I come to realize the medical and scientific establishment had fabricated all of this?
What's the explanation for the very real sickness people are experiencing?
I'll share that story here, but in short, Common cold viruses and monkey virus fragments found in flu shots are being mislabeled COVID.
And there's a weaponized spike protein bioweapon being distributed via vaccine injections.
That's all real.
But there's no much thing as a real physical isolated COVID-19 virus that's been harvested from the sick, shown to infect others and make them sick.
What we're really witnessing is the following.
One, A cocktail of common cold viruses labeled COVID, which are circulating and causing sickness in some people, most likely because of the lack of immune system exposure to wild-type viruses during all the lockdowns.
Two, a weaponized spike protein toxic nanoparticle being injected into people as a clock shot, and it's likely shedding, causing harmful side effects in other unvaccinated people.
Three, A wholly fraudulent PCR casedemic scheme designed to flag almost anyone as positive, based almost entirely on how many cycles of PCR sample prep instruments are instructed to carry out, thereby amplifying instrument noise to the point of a positive hit.
Almost anything can be flagged as positive, including genetic material fragments from previous year flu shots.
There's no certified reference material for the isolated COVID virus.
As a lab owner, I'm extremely familiar with the process.
Here's how it normally works.
Acquire the CRM of the thing you want to test.
This means acquiring a purified isolated standard with a known concentration, too.
Run the CRM as a sample at different concentrations to build a curve that effectively teaches the instrument what the analyte looks like and how the instrument detects a response at different concentrations.
Third, run unknown samples through the instrument of blood, serum, urine, saliva, water, food sample extracts.
See if the unknown sample contains any of the things you were looking for, the analyte.
Because you built a quaint curve, you can also then determine the concentration of the analyte in the original sample, typically described as mass over volume, such as nanograms over milliliters.
A nanogram is a billionth of a gram.
When we test foods for glyphosate, for example, we can detect as little as one nanogram per milliliter, which tells you something about the extreme sensitivity of these high-end instruments.
That's how you would know.
You'd be stunned to realize how deep the science fraud goes.
Consider point one.
There's no isolated, purified, certified reference material available for SARS-CoV-2.
In other words, most of the genetic material in the isolate is actually from human cells, too.
If you have no isolated, certified reference material, you can't develop a legitimate analysis test.
They simulated it using human cells and gene bank coronavirus fragments.
They made it up.
Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV were available for CDC use at the time.
The test was developed and the study conducted assays designed for detection were tested with characterized stalks of in vitro transcribed full-length RNA spiked into a diluted, consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium to mimic clinical specimens.
In other words, they faked the COVID test.
Point three.
If you don't have a CRM isolate, you can't calibrate instruments against a known sample.
Fourth, PCR instruments are incapable of quantitative analysis.
A positive hits are nothing but amplified background noise.
In all instruments, the LOD, limits of detection, to be scientifically valid, it must be something that arises above background noise.
But it's not happening here.
Notice the red and orange lines across the bottom of each chart.
That's largely background noise across all masses.
Then notice the very tall orange peak rising above the background.
That's the mass of the molecule they're looking for.
It might be a pesticide, a contaminate, or a nutrient.
If I were to turn up the amplification, the background noise would vertically expand to fill the screen.
This is scientifically invalid if it can't pick out a peak from the background noise.
We have a method of validation where your limits of detection need to be at least three times higher than the background noise.
