Need to Know News (5 August 2021) with Carl Herman and Monique Lukens

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted today to be joined by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, and Monique Lukens from Los Angeles.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with the Department of Education attempting to back away from critical race theory, but it's not very convincing.
Over the past few weeks, parents have been alarmed about critical race theory lessons being taught in the classroom, where the DOE has announced its plan to prioritize the funding of American history and civics programs informed by CRT.
And while the DOE has tried to readjust her stance, it's the same liberal word salad.
The DOG's original proposal to prioritize grant money for projects that focus on inequality, Hispanic marginalization, and discriminatory practices in American history, it said the projects had to incorporate Racially, ethnically, culturally, and linguistically diverse perspectives, citing the New York Times' 1619 Project and Ibram Kendi's anti-racism work as favorable teachings.
But Secretary Miguel Cardona clarified and posted about inventational priorities Meaning the agency is attempting to back off or to use deceptive language to at least create the superficial impression that it has.
Cardona emphasized the department will not dictate or recommend specific curriculum be introduced or taught in classrooms, emphasizing those decisions continue to be made at the local level and will accept submissions that incorporate diverse perspectives.
While some anti-CRT groups applauded the move, parents defending education have held on to the hope the administration recommits to historical accuracy and civics education over ideology and advocacy.
Something closer to traditional American history should be taught.
The Biden administration and the rest of the Democrats have continued pulling back from promoting CRT, I think because it's gone over so badly with the American people, just as they have backed off of defunding the police, which was for them a political catastrophe.
The department has said it doesn't endorse recommendations of specific groups promoting CRT, but you have to question whether they called back only because the mainstream media has highlighted it.
The Biden administration, along with the DOE, have continued a pattern of supporting CRT in curriculum by making systemic racism the basis of their administrative policy.
Notwithstanding, those of us who have lived here, taught here, studied here, know the nation inside and out, see no basis or justification for claiming systemic racism is an element of American history.
Frankly, that looks like bullshit to us.

Well, let me dig into CRT.
So at Northern California Public School District, where I work as a teacher, we went through a whole year of CRT training.
And the idea is that there was an unrecognized oppression or racism that they blame.
On whiteness, but what I contribute to that is that I tell my colleagues, yes, there has been a historic oppression and destruction of people that you need to translate into a critical oligarch theory, not whiteness, but it's the oligarchs virtue signaling that they care about people.
When that statement of care is absolutely refuted by the historical data.
So, I lobbied with then-Senator Biden, and then he became Vice President, and now we're told that he is President.
While one million children die from preventable poverty every month, despite the U.S.
promise since 1969, to end global poverty and my direct experience with that by our organization results.org, helping to orchestrate the 1990 World Summit for Children.
So if we quantify how much our virtue signaling leaders care, just since the Clinton administration, About 400 million human beings have died from preventable poverty centered in the former colonial targets that are now run by corporateocracy puppets who take all of the land and then enforce poverty so that people are at least glad to have a job working for those oligarchs.
That 400 million killed since the Clinton administration is more deaths than from all wars, all acts of violence, and all recorded human history.
This is virtue signaling, and that's all it is from our oligarchs.

Yes, well, definitely the Black Lives Matter movement, all the money that went to them from these corporations, I think it's a tax shelter myself, number one.
And number two, they just want to create confusion so that they can triumph in the end.
Isn't that what this pandemic is all about?
I'm just so sorry the people of color that have actually fed into the lie because they're the ones that are being abused the most.
I personally know someone who is a teacher and he was unable to get a either it was a reasonable accommodation and or a job during the summer and No, he's a person of color.
Why wasn't somebody helping him?
He's almost deaf.
He's differently abled.
I don't understand.
If everybody's so concerned and, oh, whiteness is bad and we need to help people of color, then why isn't the same institution that's saying that, why weren't they helping him?
Got to look at these things.
And then as far as People in the past?
Well, I'm from New Jersey originally.
That's probably why I get so impassioned.
I'm part Sicilian, too.
We'll go into that later.
All the white people up in the North, I mean, they were fighting to free people of color.
And so you just can't say that it's everybody.
It was some people in the South, some wealthy people in the South.
Where the other people in the North, their lives were being taken to fight against this.
So I just feel that it's a huge, Divisional tool, especially for the World Economic Forum and Nazi Klaus Schwab, who looks like he should be in a Berlin movie.
And all of this has been raked into that.
And the last thing that I want to say, I still believe that the George Floyd incident was staged in some way.
I still believe Attorney Timothy Daniel Jaffet, when he states on his social media page that is still there, That George was his client who passed away in 2016 in Texas.
I believe that somehow that event was taken to create all this division between us, and it did a dang good job, too.
So I would love for the truth to be shown with the light at some point, because that really did a lot of damage between races.

Meanwhile, the barrier imposes mandatory masking as Cuomo demands private businesses ban the unvaccinated.
This is just stunning.
Reimposing mask mandates isn't exclusively the domain of blue states like California.
Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards, a Democrat governor in a red state, has reinstated Louisiana's mandatory mask mandate.
For all people over the age of five, San Francisco and the surrounding barrier, you have just reimposed mandatory masking orders regardless of vaccine status.
The counties affected include Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Sonoma, the City of Berkeley.
As a mandatory vaccination, Masking Train Chugs on Facebook has decided to make its working environment even more inhospitable.
To those who must now return to the office, they are requiring masks even for the vaccinated indefinitely.
And don't think of showing up if you haven't gotten the jab.
Long after Cuomo made his remarks, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said he may impose mandatory vaccine requirements in New Jersey, too, amounting to the absolute floor, meaning the minimum the government might do.
Private sector employers should require more employees to get vaccinated, the governor said, before adding that employees in health care facilities and other high-risk venues like prisons, for example, must be vaccinated right away.
This is Governor Phil Murphy of the state where you, part Sicilian, used to reside, my favorite vegan, organic vegan.
New Jersey COVID numbers, we know these are all manipulable.
The PCR test can be orchestrated to give you any outcome it wants.
That's part of the enormity of the fraud.
Most of the Empire State's residents probably see the Delta variant as a nuisance, but we suspect Andrew Cuomo sees it as an exciting opportunity.
In a press conference, he gave a whiff of his direction.
Private businesses, I'm asking them, suggesting him go to vaccine-only admission.
I believe it's in your business interest to run a vaccine-only administration.
In another obviously political calculation, he made the statements hours after the local press reported Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York City is reluctant to impose another mask mandate on the people of New York City, though the CDC has already proposed the mandates of its own.
Cuomo, who managed to revive twin scandals in the past about the deaths in the nursing home and sexually harassing a platoon of aides, sees Delta as an opportunity to burnish his reputation as a leader.
It doesn't look like it's going to work.
He did have a press conference as the number of daily COVID cases topped 2,000.
Cuomo, private businesses, I'm asking to adopt a vaccine-only admission.
So far, most New Yorkers haven't had a reason to carry around their vaccine cards, but pretty soon that's about to change.
Cuomo added New York is the first state to require hospital personnel to get vaccinated.
They must be vaccinated.
They aren't allowed to simply be tested.
Last week, de Blasio ordered all city workers, including the New York PD, to face vaccination or regular testing.
This is outrageous, particularly if you understand the threat that these vaccinations pose.
Cuomo added he believes all teachers and health care workers should be required to be vaxxed.
On another note, he was asked during a press conference about the investigation with employees from New York Attorney General Letitia James' office.
He said he would cooperate at the appropriate time.
Frankly, I think Cuomo's not long for this world in terms of his political status, that he's about to go the way of the dodo bird.
But he's trying to hang on.
I think we'll be totally without success.

I agree, Jim.
I think that this is just a hail Mary.
And we are hearing interesting chatter that the emergency broadcast system will be used by Biden next week.
And there's talks about a national lockdown.
And in California, we have Governor Newsom is facing a recall election that he moved up to September.
And I think what we're seeing is the fear-mongering so that he can again justify a mail-in voting system so that he can stay in power or a minion can stay in power.
And for New York, for Cuomo, this is just desperation to try to divert the attention away from the nursing home.
Murders and the sexual assault scandal and these reports of testing.
So we have the FDA and the CDC now admitting that they have to recall one of those types of tests.
But, you know, the obvious question is, so how many false positives did we get with that testing?
And the CDC did admit in writing that they had to recall the test because the test can't differentiate Between ordinary flu and COVID-19 and the reason that it can't is because they admitted they had no isolated COVID-19 sample to design a test for so they use generic flu stock.
And therefore, that explains the precipitous drop in reported cases of flu at the same time you get this spike in the positivity rate and the false positivity rate that even Fauci himself said and admits when you run these samples through the PCR cycle, the number of times they did to create false positives.
Yeah, and Carl, it's not just a scandal, it's a humongous fraud that's had devastating consequences, including, you know, locking down the community, destroying the middle class, massive deaths.
It's outrageous.

So many different things to say.
I think it's really interesting, even though there's a lot of crotchy, if you would.
He's actually given truths all along.
It's just that he puts it in snippets where people won't actually hear it.
Like he actually said that You could have transmission from the vaccine.
He's put that out there before it came out.
He also said that the mask was mere symbolic, you know, to make people feel safe.
He put that out there.
Oh, but now he's changed his mind.
But he could always say that, oh, but I said this before.
So that on Fauci, with regards to the key to New York City, I think that's what it's called, that Bill de Blasio has mentioned.
Key to NYPASS, that's what it's called.
It's going to launch August 16th.
It's going to be in force September the 13th.
It's for indoor dining, fitness, and entertainment.
And besides being an educator, I've been in acting for a long time.
I'm in both unions, and I'm extremely disturbed.

But now, I guess, it doesn't even matter to the producer because this goofy de Blasio wants everybody to be vaccinated.

But I will say, if you're an actor, it's going to be really difficult because They'll just go on to the next actor.
That's how it is.

Because if you didn't do that, they're off to the next actor.
I mean, it's very sad because people go to school for a long time to be professional artists, and they are absolutely treated like trash, some of them.
Unless you have, you know, a whole entourage protecting you.
And even then, look at Michael Jackson.

There's two council members who proposed that and tomorrow there's going to be a meeting at 10 a.m.

Paul Respiratory Syndrome.
It was disturbing, and I wound up getting off the phone actually scared, thinking, I hope they don't know where I live, and excuse me, can we change your mind?
Actually, he did try to change my mind.
He said, oh, well, we understand about vaccine hesitancy, and he didn't even know that the vaccine wasn't He thought it was approved.
He said it was approved.
And I tried to explain that there is a difference between authorization and approval.
Authorization is still in the experimental stages.
So then he kind of shut up for a moment.
He's like, oh, well, you know, it hasn't passed yet, the passport, but that's why, you know, we know that people are going to be hesitant, like you, and we hope you'll change your mind.
And I said, no, I'm a vegan and I don't want animal injected into me.
So, anyway, I hope I never hear from him again, but I will give you the phone numbers and you can call, and maybe you'll have better luck.

I think you're making important points.
Meanwhile, corrupt Arizona and Pennsylvania Democrats are threatening to destroy voting machines after forensic audits, costing taxpayers millions, going against the EAC recommendations.
This is outrageous.
Maricopa County, Arizona, and Fulton County, Pennsylvania are both replacing Dominion voting equipment under the guise that uncertified third parties broke the chain of custody.
It all started with a letter from Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs to Maricopa County, in which she claimed she would not certify the subpoenaed voting equipment after being returned from the audit.
Actually, we need to get rid of all these voting machines.
All of them.
Unfortunately, she claimed, after a loss of physical custody and control, no comprehensive methods exist to fully rehabilitate the compromised equipment or provide adequate assurance they remain safe to use.
Well, I got a clue for you, Katie Hobbs.
They were never safe to use.
They were designed to steal elections, which they did here in spades.
After this, Maricopa Board of Supervisors voted to replace the equipment at a $3,000 cost to taxpayers because the Secretary of State refused to certify the equipment for future elections that they intend to steal again and again and again.
Following Hobbs' leave, almost as if on cue, Pennsylvania Acting Secretary of State Veronica de Grafenreid decertified voting equipment in Fulton County that had undergone an audit as well.
It seems a Democrat official never bothered to consult with the EAC or the website for Jane and Custody Beth Practices Guide, which has a section specifically dedicated to this issue.
When you believe the chain of testing may have been broken, the best practice is to assess the situation completely, gather the facts, contact your attorney's EAC labs and your system manufacturer.
A risk assessment should be performed to determine the extent of the potential harm based on your findings and final determination regarding how to proceed.
After obtaining legal advice that it's safe to do so, wipe the device and reinstall the software and firmware from a trusted source.

Nowhere does it say decertify, throw away, and replace.
This is simply outrageous.
Moreover, the two companies Maricopa hired to audit their voting equipment aren't certified by the EAC to perform forensic audits.
And as a Gateway Pundit previously reported, the EAC doesn't certify forensic auditors, and once they are hired, are not qualified in computer forensics.
Moreover, they literally work for the voting equipment companies.
EAC specifically says this about forensic cybersecurity investigations.
Digital forensic requires specialized skill sets.
The audit team should possess certifications or applicable work experience in this speciality.
Industry standard certification are offered by organizations such as the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists or the SANS Institute.
In case there are any lingering doubts, this is what left-leaning Arizona Center reported about ProV&V's owner, Jack Cobb.
In a U.S.
district case out of Georgia, Cobb submitted testimony to court on his company's work certifying Dominion software.
The judge wrote in order last year, Cobb does not have any specialized expertise in cybersecurity testing or analysis or cybersecurity risk analysis.
Further, Mr. Cobb had not personally done any of the security testing referenced in his affidavit.
Cobb told the Republic he doesn't claim to be a cybersecurity expert.
I'm a voting system test expert.
Before the work for the Board of Supervisors, which, by the way, is running against, of course, those who are conducting the audit, the state legislature, Cobb said he himself would do testing in Maricopa County along with an employee whom he declined to name or cite qualifications for.
The flawed rationale of replacing voting equipment is no company is acceptable to perform a forensic audit except those unqualified test laboratories who don't have the EAC recommended expertise or credentials.
That leaves absolutely no one.
Their word or nothing.
Obviously, it's a rigged setup to preclude serious forensic audits such as have now taken place in Maricopa County.

Well written article, I appreciate that person's communication.
So this is virtue signaling by the Maricopa County leadership to pretend that they care and they're just making the, they're trying to have the public think badly of the audit because it translates to money while the people who are doing the talking are the liars going against their own written standards.
So the Arizona audit may still come out today, tomorrow, or Next week for at least what they're able to say outside of the equipment that the Maricopa County supervisors have refused to subpoenas to provide for them in Pennsylvania.
Again my number one.
Data excerpt from the testimony provided to their legislative branch from one of the people who observed the election counting is that when the counting resumed after being stopped in the middle of the night, he said that one of the official vote counts was 600,000 votes for Biden and 3,000 to Trump, a 200 to 1 ratio.
If you take the assumption that that's going to be a one-to-one ratio, you could get a 200 to one.
That's possible, but the unlikelihood that that would happen is a number with 60 zeros behind it.
The odds are a number, I could say it, it takes like 20 seconds to say that number of zeros to one, which means that it's more likely that you would win three consecutive lotteries than it is for that 600,000 to 3,000 Vote Tally, to be accurate.

I'm wondering if any of us could do a FOIA request, because I would love to blast out on online
the inaccuracies of what is going on, because you won't see this anywhere else
except in conservative news.
It's extremely alarming.
The propaganda that is against the voter fraud, it's very scary to live in the country at this time.

But she is concerned, and so is Dr. Sherry Tenpenny.
And we just hope for the best.

Add in the fact that we know that cartels and coyotes use and recycle children to abuse our asylum system.
Add the fact we know cartels are making millions every day in human and sex trafficking.
It's only going to get worse.
The failure by Harris's border czar is hurting the Democrats.
A recent Gallup survey found Biden's approval numbers tanked nine points in one month due to the unfolding crisis at the southern border as a primary cause.
Democrats could pay the price in 2022.

Yeah, the southern border.
It is being opened up, and there are several reasons for that.
One is the New York Times, I believe it was, just this last week had an editorial arguing for non-citizens being able to vote, and made that argument.
So if they can make it fly they want these people to be able to vote to justify democratic victories in the election fraud steals in the future.
That's one of the reasons.
Another is a race to the bottom with wages because they want one enormous global human resource to maximize the oligarchs profits with natural resources and to cull the work animal population that they don't need.
And then Jim, thanks for mentioning that too, that this is going to be cover To be able to have either an antifa private army and or they'll have various groups of armed armed gangsters and thugs and they'll carry out operations and parent military missions to suppress dissent here in the US.
Yeah, it's obvious there's no president of the United States.
Everything he's doing is destructive of the best interests of America.

Open borders, making us energy dependent, shutting down the XL Pipeline, trying to promote the theft of elections again and again because that's the only way they're ever going to win after having monstrously stolen this one.

It's a scary situation.
Sex trafficking has always been something that I've spoken out about since, I guess, around 2001 when I first heard about it, and most people didn't know about it.
I did read an article a few years ago where there was a Mexican person.
He was in a nice family, you know, middle class down there, and But there were some gangs around and he got into some bad things with trafficking.
He came up to the United States.
He got a regular job.
He wasn't making enough money.
He went back to Mexico and I recall that he was working with I don't know, 20 women or something like that, and I did the calculations.
I don't remember exactly how much it was per woman, but when I calculated what he could have earned in a year, If I recall correctly, it was around $4 million.
So $4 million is a lot more than just getting a regular job in the United States.
And why I was really looking into that is because There is actually somebody that was doing trafficking told the women if they said anything, he would kill their families, and he was arrested.
And he was let go.
He was in prison for a while in New York, and to date he's actually working in a pretty decent job somewhere in LA, and I couldn't understand why would somebody jeopardize their great job to do something like this?
And I guess that's why, because you can make millions of dollars.
And I'm just so sorry that There will be some people that will be persecuting Americans because they're of a different moral system, culture system, nothing to do with the skin.
It's scary.
And I do hope that we can get some security quickly.
We really need to stand up to this.
And the men need to as well.
Because women, you know, Everyone's victimized in this world.
But women, you know, we're easily, we're more targeted.
And men really need to stand up to that.
And where are the men today?

I am not looking for a type of, what do you call it?
What do you call the man that is toxic masculinity?

But I am looking for you to speak out, okay?

See, that's why Cuomo was allowed to get away with what he did.

Damning Republican report leaked into Wuhan lab claims that the COVID leaked out in September of 2019.
Now, mind you, I have serious doubts about the actual existence of a real plague here or pandemic.
But there is a whole line suggesting that if there was, it broke out of the Wuhan lab, that it was financed by Anthony Fauci and the NIH, that traffic at local hospitals surged before the accepted start of the outbreak.
We're going to have more reports coming.
Researchers at work at the Wuhan Institute, Republicans are compiling a report seeking to prove the virus was made in one of the labs and escape.
Coronavirus appears to have first leaked from a lab in Wuhan in September of 2019, shortly after the Chinese research facility sought to improve air safety and water treatment systems, a damning report by Republicans has claimed.
Its authors cited a stream of open source information, including satellite imagery,
showing a surge in visitors to local hospitals long before cases were being reported
as having come from a local market. It reports how scientific papers written by researchers
proved the Wuhan virus was doing dangerous. Wuhan Institute of Virology was doing dangerous
genetic modification research, so-called gain-of-function experiments in unsafe laboratories.
There's a demand for a bipartisan investigation into the origin of the pandemic that is now on
ostensibly claim 4.4 million lives around the world, the vast majority of which, of course, are fake statistics based upon individuals who died from comorbidities, as they're known, but were nevertheless classified as COVID death.
The official Chinese timeline is fairly elaborate.
They've sought to insist the virus originated naturally.
Academics and politicians have begun to contemplate the possibility it leaked from a high-level biochemical lab in Wuhan.
Raising suspicions Chinese simply hid evidence of the early spread.
Meanwhile, China denies a virus leak, but the consensus was thrown into doubt when a string of scientists said they could not be sure of the pandemic's origin.
As a result, Biden ordered the intelligence community to look again at the question.
That was a good thing for him to have done.
It's evidence includes a satellite imagery I've mentioned before, cited with calls new and underreported information about safety protocols, a request for a 1.5 million overhaul of a hazardous waste treatment system for the facility, which was only then less than two years old.
Such a significant renovation so soon after the facility began operation appears unusual and of course highly suspicious.
On September 12, Wuhan University called for laboratory inspections.
It all pointed to a cover-up after a leak from the highest level of biosecurity.
It's our belief the virus leaked sometime in late August or early September.
The Chinese have been covering it up.
Shortly after the removal of the database, the lab requested bids for additional security gatekeepers, guards, video surveillance, security patrols, people able to handle registration and reception of foreign personnel.
Other evidence includes that Major General Chen Wei, a biology and chemical weapons defense expert, had taken control of one of the Institute's labs in late 2019.
Very troubling.
The committee Republicans also say international press reports about the World Military Games hosted in Wuhan in October of 2019 were held without fans.
There's a suspicion here the American team really didn't train for it, weren't actually competitive, but may have been there to spread the disease.
The report also says the Vice President, who by Health Statistics and Information Society, has sought to retract statements he made in a February 27 interview with Health Times, where he spoke about a patient who had become sick with COVID-19 in September of 2019, well before it's supposed to have taken place, according to the official narrative.
Fauci, of course, has hit back when Rand Paul has called him out for lying about gain-of-function research.
Senator Paul and Tony the Rat have been at loggerheads about a $600,000 grant the National Institute of Health gave to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Actually, the total, I believe, is $3.7 million.
EcoHealth, in turn, distributed nearly $600,000 to the Wuhan Institute.

Paul claimed there's a lot of evidence Fauci's views about the Wuhan lab leak theory were compromised by a conflict of interest.
If it turns out the virus came from the Wuhan lab, which it looks like it did, there's a great deal of culpability in that he was a big supporter of the funding.
I think Rand Paul has a better of this up and down the line.
Fauci, of course, is one of the great liars of our time, where we know in Washington The bigger the liar, the further you go.

That first graphic that was comparing the Second Amendment with the idea of the vaccinations, that the law that gave vaccine companies immunity from lawsuit, I believe that was in 1986, and one of the trade-offs for that was that the vaccine companies had to present twice annually to a committee, I believe on the House side, a report on the safety of the vaccines.

had a lawsuit I believe two years ago now where one of the disclosures in the lawsuit is he asked for that documentation of those reports back to Congress and it turns out that the vaccine companies made no safety reports since the inception of the law requiring them to do so.

The fifth dimension and they talk about the old world being left in the third dimension with the fear mongering and whatnot.
And I don't know if you want to combine everything together.
I know somebody's going to hate me for it.
You're going to be like, that's not Christian.
Well, I don't care what you say.
I'm just saying that there is energy all around us and it feels good when you speak positively.
So we got out our news.
We're telling you to spread it out.

Dear God, please protect us.
We know a lot, probably more information than our heads total can take, but we speak out for you, Lord, and we love you.
