	This is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal, where I have an unusual show today.
	I have a special guest who will be joining in the second hour, but I want to tell you about her brilliant research during the first.
	Her name is Stephanie Sledge, and she's been doing wonderful work on Sandy Hook.
	We're going to be joining Rents Radio, namely the Power Hour, during the second hour, and she will be talking about her views there.
	We'll have a larger audience.
	Scott Bennett is guest hosting and invited us to come on.
	She's published a piece entitled Remington Takes Fall, sells out American gun owners, and settles Sandy Hook for $33 million.
	When she published her book last year with her research about the Sandy Hook alleged school shootings, she wrote a chapter about the shady lawsuit filed by the victims to hold gun manufacturers legally responsible for the shootings.
	So, she's been on this from the beginning.
	I also tied together the plot that insurance companies, banks, and gun manufacturers were in bed together, helping to disarm the nation.
	One year later, my suspicions of the Connecticut plot to further disarm the nation has been confirmed.
	As Remington agrees to be the fall guy, where Remington has sold out American gun owners, even though there's more than enough evidence that Sandy Hook was a staged false flag and that American disarmament was the key objective, bear in mind I've been making that point.
	Stephanie even sent the President of Remedy Norms a copy of her book to let him know there were only two logical reasons for the lawsuit in the state of Connecticut, where a Supreme Court judge ruled that Remington could be held legally responsible.
	They were.
	The company was being used as the fall guy to help in the effort to further disarm the nation by challenging the 2005 federal law That granted them from immunity from liability claims over violent acts in which their guns are involved, or they agreed to be the fall guy as they were heading toward bankruptcy proceedings and that Connecticut would be the perfect place to carry out this new avenue to help further disarm civilians by using the children victim card.
	This is sensational stuff, in my opinion, because Stephanie seems to have it exactly right.
	I published her piece on my blog at jamesfetzer.org with a sequel as follows.
	Jim Fetzer, the $33 million Sandy Hook settlement is insurance fraud.
	In response to the announced settlement between Remington and families of nine of the alleged victims of the Sandy Hook shooting, I have authorized William Sumner Scott, one of the attorneys handling my defense to Posner claims against me, pending before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, to contact the CEO of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group Whose wholly owned subsidiary, Iron Shore Specialty Insurance Company, together with AXA XL, will be saddled with most, if not all, of the $33 million payout to assert that this appears to be an elaborate scam.
	I am eager and willing to provide evidence that would demonstrate nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	Below is a copy of the letter to David H. Long, the Liberty Mutual CEO.
	The letter sent to C. Scott Gunter, the AXAXL US CEO, is substantially the same.
	I will not read the letter, but it's a good letter, and I included a number of samples of the proof I have, including the FBI Consolidated Crime Report in the United States for 2012, which shows that the intersection of Newtown, of which Sandy Hook is a suburb, for murder and non-negligent manslaughter being zero.
	Zero.
	Now, this has been available on the FBI site since it was first published.
	We're now, of course, talking about the event nearly a decade later, and the FBI has not changed or revised what it published there, which suggests to me they haven't changed it because it was accurate and true.
	Zero murders and non-negligent homicides.
	They got it right.
	Meanwhile, anyone who bothers to take a look at the official report on Sandy Hook, which is a foundation for all of this, published on November 21, 2013, by Stephen J. Sidinsky III, the Dansbury State's attorney for Connecticut, will find That it's a total catastrophe.
	At this point in time, it is relatively trivial to demonstrate that the official report on Sandy Hook that was authored by Danbury State's attorney Stephen Sedensky does not establish a causal nexus between the shooter, his victims, and the weapons he's alleged to have used.
	It suffers from the shortcomings of concluding that there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber rifle that was allegedly used to shoot his mother, and even more surprisingly, that of the large number of shots fired from the 5.56 caliber Bushmaster, close to 150 rounds.
	None of the bullet fragments could be matched to the weapon.
	Under these circumstances, it would have been impossible for the alleged shooter Adam Lanza to have been convicted in a properly conducted court of law for his alleged offense, because no causal nexus has been established between the purported shooter, his weapons, and the 20 children and 7 adults he's supposed to have killed, which one might have naively supposed was a point of the investigation.
	But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
	If there has ever been such an abysmal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I would love to hear about it.
	This is absurd.
	I also included some of the proof we have that they fake the children who were only identified using photographs, which appears appropriate since they seem to have only existed in the form of photographs.
	Kelly Watt, my dear colleague, very astutely observed what she thought to be a striking Similarity between the youngest member of the first grade class supposed to have died, Noah Posner, and his older brother, stepbrother, Michael Vabner.
	So she asked any number of her friends whether they thought that there was a resemblance, and everyone Kelly shared it with agreed that Noah was Michael Vabner as a child.
	That's exactly what they did.
	They used photographs of older kids when they were younger to be the children who died at Sandy Hook.
	I asked my dear colleague from JFK Research, Larry Rivera, without identifying who they were, whether he could do a superposition, which he's quite skilled.
	He's mastered the principles of photogrammetry.
	To superimpose the image of Michael Vabner over that of Noah Posner, where we'd already independently ascertained, six of us, that they had the same eyes, they had the same eyebrows, they had the same nose, they had the same mouth, they had the same ears, they had the same shape of skull.
	And Larry did a superposition which requires setting the distance between the pupils of their eyes the same.
	In other words, establishing equal interpupillary distance, and assuming the photographs are taken from the same perspective or point of view, he created a GIF where you can see Noah Posner turning into Michael Vabner.
	Well, since Michael Vabner is alive and well, graduate of college, working, I believe, still in Connecticut, Obviously, since Noah Posner was simply Michael Vabner as a child, Noah Posner did not die at Sandy Hook, nor did any of the other kids.
	I'd like to point out that this was an opening act in what Barack Obama, who many have concluded was CIA all the way, introduced by means of the so-called Smith-Mutt Modernization Act of 2012, which nullified the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948.
	Now, those who are unfamiliar need to understand that the Smith-Mutt Modernization Act, the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948, precluded the use of the same techniques of propaganda and disinformation Uh, in the United States that were being used without.
	That would include staged events, phony riots, drills, a whole bit.
	This must have been the CIA's wet dream by means of the Smith Modernization Act of 2012, just in time to bring a Sandy Hook.
	Let me make the observation.
	This unloaded a floodgate where not only did it legalize the Sandy Hook fake shooting, but also the Marathon bombing fraud, Orlando and Dallas shootings, Charlottesville, the whole business there, Parkland, even Las Vegas.
	Barack Obama opened the floodgates to a torrent of phony fake staged events to manipulate the American people.
	Barack Obama!
	And let me say that it appears to me it extends right up to the January 6th intrusion into the Capitol.

	I've talked to a number of you and gotten to know you.
	huge charade. Everybody knows that. And if you watch Adam Kinzinger about five minutes
	after this testimony, you'll see that he was laughing super jovial. But here he is putting
	on quite the show. I never expected today to be quite as emotional for me as it has
	been. I've talked to a number of you and gotten to know you.
	I think it's important to tell you right now, though. You guys may like individually feel
	a little broken.
	You guys all talk about the effects you have to deal with and, you know, you talk about the impact of that day.
	But you guys won.
	You guys held.
	Oh my god.
	You know, democracies are not defined by our bad days.
	We're defined by how we come back from bad days.
	How we take accountability for that.

	Adam Kinzinger, his hatred for Trump.
	This is all a huge show.
	I just, I cannot sit here in good faith and allow this guy to continue talking.
	This is laughable, but it's also extremely maddening because after this event where he's just crying, literally 10 minutes after this, He's jovial, he's laughing.
	They don't take this seriously.
	They know, they absolutely know that they are lying.
	Now, there was also testimony given by some officers that were there.
	There were pictures, by the way, of one of these officers with Nancy Pelosi on the Speaker's balcony.
	So, we basically know what this is.
	But this is Officer, Capitol Police Officer, I think it's Fanoni.
	Here he is in his little tirade.
	The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful.
	My law enforcement career prepared me to cope with some of the aspects of this experience.
	Being an officer, you know your life is at risk whenever you walk out the door, even if you don't expect otherwise law-abiding citizens to take up arms against you.
	All right, so I've had enough of that.
	A couple of things here real quick, Officer Fanoni.
	You are a Capitol Security guard.
	You're not a cop, okay?
	And so when you talk about Your law enforcement experience, unless you've worked the beat somewhere in, you know, Minneapolis, specifically on the north side or in the third precinct, maybe on the south side of Chicago and Detroit, Philadelphia, you know, some of these major democratically controlled cesspools of criminal violence and anarchy, you are not a cop.
	And I listen, I will line up every single cop that I know and be confident that they will say the same exact thing.
	This is not a blast on police officers because I back the blue.
	I support the police 100%.
	But this guy is an absolute joke and for him to slam his hand down like that and demand this respect.
	And then he said he doesn't expect citizens to take up arms against him.
	What citizens took up arms?
	Well, Stu, as you and I both know, I unfortunately had to, you know, roll up my sleeves and do the dirty work of sitting through this with my puke bucket so you guys wouldn't have to.
	But it wasn't a, this isn't a hearing.
	This was a Hollywood scripted CIA funded performance.
	That's what it was.
	And not even with good actors like Tom Cruise.
	This was like, these are like C-list actors, D-list actors that they wheeled out.
	I don't even know where they found these guys from.
	I don't believe the things that they're telling us.
	They're all scripted.
	And by the way, if you watch these hearings, they never look up from their script.
	They're all reading from scripts.
	They're all reading verbatim from scripts, and they hardly ever look up.
	If this is a real heart-wrenching, traumatizing experience for someone, wouldn't they be able to, I don't know, share it from their heart or actually tell it without having to read from a script?
	I'm pretty sure that that would be the case, too.
	But no, all of them read from a script, like good little soldiers, and all of them, you know, went through a bunch of extraneous details about, oh, you know, I was a black person growing up in America, or I was an immigrant, and then I joined the army, and then I joined the police force.
	It was all these extraneous details because that's how they work.
	The Deep State works with sob stories, reading from scripts, and giving these sort of Oscar worthy performances because that tugs on the heartstrings of mindless people who believe this kind of propaganda.
	But no, this was a, this was a, uh, not even an Oscar worthy performance.
	It's all just propaganda.
	It is a script.
	And when you see someone like this officer baloney, you know, putting it slamming his hand on the table right
	on cue. You don't do that. Nobody does that if it's authentic. You if you watch this again,
	it looks like it's just pure acting.
	And I've never seen so many. Hold on. Let's just let's just take a look. Hold on a second.
	The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful.
	Like moving your hand up ready. I'm on cue. Am I on cue?
	What's disgraceful is the 545 people who have been charged.
	The 530 that remain in solitary confinement.
	That's what's disgraceful.
	The fact that people went there to support the President of the United States.
	They went there to object to a clearly stolen election.
	As mountains of evidence, waterfalls of proof continue to flood our country, showing that absolutely this was 100% set up and stolen.
	This entire insurrection was set up and stolen.
	I know people that were in Washington that live in D.C.
	that asked me beforehand, They asked me, are you planning on going?
	If you are, do not go.
	Cancel.
	Do everything.
	Stay away from this.
	This is a setup.
	They knew it from jump that this was going to be the setup.
	Not one person there, not one arrest that was made of a Trump-supporting patriot carrying a firearm, not one person.
	The only gun violence that was there was perpetuated at the hands of what I believe to be Nancy Pelosi's security detail, possibly Mike Pence's security detail, who shot an unarmed patriot, an unarmed veteran of the United States.
	Military.
	It's insane.
	That's what's disgraceful.
	That is what's disgraceful.
	But then they go on and every single one of these police officers gave sob stories about how they're emotionally traumatized from this.
	Most of them said that they had to take a leave of absence and have had to undergo counseling because they're so emotionally traumatized, scarred and hurt from that day.
	Um, I and and they said that even they've been through tours of Iraq and Afghanistan and wars and they've never ever with all their wars and deployments do they've never been through something as emotionally traumatizing and violent and scary.
	As January 6th at the Capitol.
	Emotionally traumatizing.
	You let these people in.
	You ushered them in in a single file line as people were taking pictures of artwork and whatnot.
	Right.
	You were taking pictures with these people.
	As a matter of fact, I have seen countless videos of people begging the Capitol Police to come and help them and they're ignoring them because it was a setup.
	A friend of mine put a Trump hat on one of them.
	There's a video of it.
	He put a Trump hat on one of the officers in the hallway and he laughed and they hugged and, you know, people were hugging.
	This was not an emergency at the time.
	They were ushering it in, people in, as if it were a museum.
	And then we see one of the, the Harry Dunn, the Black officer, talk about how people were whipping him, calling him the N-word over and over and over again.
	And how it was very traumatizing for him and he's still having to undergo counseling.
	Not buying it.
	Total lie.
	Not buying it.
	But again, if this were the case, wouldn't this be the most sensational Back to Black montage video that we've ever seen that would totally get their case, that would win favor on their side if they just released the video.
	But no, they won't release any of the videos.
	Where's the body cam?
	Where's the thousands of hours of footage that proves these officers' testimonies?
	Another officer, that one that you just heard, you know, with the Oscar-worthy performance, slamming the hand, he said that he was electrocuted over and over and over again.
	The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful, that guy.
	Yeah, he said he was electrocuted over and over and over again by one of the militia members.
	Okay, that would be great footage.
	I mean, God, I think everyone would love to see that, but it's not any footage because it didn't happen.
	And if it did happen, please show that hours of footage, but they won't show it.
	Are these people going to be tried for crimes for lying under oath?
	I mean, when it comes out, are these people going to go to prison?
	Are they going to trade places with the political prisoners that are being held, who went there at the invite of the sitting President of the United States, who remained completely peaceful, who were assaulted and attacked, unprovoked, by people that were dressed as law enforcement officers?
	Can Baloney even prove that he was there?
	What about the black dude that said that he was called the n-word over and over again?
	I mean, other than the speaker's balcony hugging up on Nancy Pelosi, we don't have any footage or pictures of this guy being there.
	What about Adam Kinzinger?
	Why are you crying?
	Were you there?
	Were you there with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who lied about running and locking herself into an office?
	These people have repeatedly been caught over and over giving false accounts of what happened on the 6th of January, as I receive actual emails with footage of these people The FBI driving armored MRAPs and assault vehicles onto the lawns of law-abiding citizens of the United States of America who were ushered into a building by law enforcement officers and are now being taken pulled out of their house in the middle of the night at gunpoint and locked in solitary confinement.
	I think we get the idea and anyone who pays attention to the testimony of these individuals will see This was a scripted event.
	They're not speaking off of their own knowledge, memory, recollection.
	They're reading from a script.
	And it's very clear, this is part and parcel of our legacy from Barack Obama, that Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, I have no doubt Hillary Clinton, John Brennan were behind the scene orchestrating the event.
	We already have multiple reports about FBI having been involved.
	They knew in advance it was coming.
	They could have amply, effortlessly taken steps to make sure it did not happen.
	But DC has gone full Hollywood under the authority of Barack Obama's Smith Modernization Act of 2012 to stage and fake anything they want and make it perfectly legal.
	I would not be surprised if it were even to turn out that giving false testimony before Congress is not a prosecutable offense because Barack Obama gave them a get-out-of-jail-free card.
	Meanwhile, the White House desperately tries to shield Joe Biden away from GOP crime attacks.
	This is because crime has been rising throughout the country.
	The strategy is meant to distract voters in the Democrats' chance to take on the Republicans in 2022.
	The messaging is coming all the way from the top by touting recommendations to make ...made to cities and states about how they can use funds from the coronavirus relief package toward boosting public safety, meaning rehiring police.
	The Biden administration has already held a meeting with a group of law enforcement officials, mayors, and leaders of the philanthropic community to strengthen violence intervention programs at the local level, but there is no substitute for police on the beat.
	Merrick Garland, Biden's Attorney General, traveled to Chicago to highlight the new DOJ program called Strike Forces, meant to disrupt networks of traffic and firearms, mainly in five cities, which have led to new surges.
	And of course, that's because these are under control of the Democrats.
	We know it's their policies and their failure at policing that have caused these surges in crime in the Democrat-controlled cities.
	The White House is doing its best to knock down the notion Biden wants to slash funding to law enforcement agencies, but too late.
	The president has even sought to play both sides in a delicate balance between saying he supports law enforcement while only suggesting some reform may be necessary.
	While some of the progressives continue to call for police departments to be completely defunded, he's attempting to distance himself from that position with which the Democrats are permanently saddled.
	Here you see Biden on CNN saying, I've never, never, never said defunding the police.
	I don't know any community, particularly communities that are most in need, poorest, and most at risk, that don't want police.
	They want police, though, to look at them as equals.
	They want police to treat them in a way they don't want police abusing.
	The federal government does have a lot of power to control violent crimes, but it doesn't have a lot of power because most of it falls on local jurisdictions and states.
	Where the Biden administration is trying to pass tougher gun laws, but there's opposition for very good reason.
	Instead, the DOJ has launched its trafficking strike forces in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City, all of which are controlled by Democrats, where crime is just skyrocket out of control.
	Meanwhile, Notice their focus on AR-15s, but AR-15s, indeed rifles, generally are very rarely ever used.
	I turned to a gun site about what type of weapons are most commonly used for homicides.
	The FBI collected data on the weapons used in 13,922 homicides across the U.S.
	922 homicides across the U.S. during 2019.
	10,258 were committed using a fire.
	In other words, it's a relatively minute percentage.
	364 were committed using a rifle.
	You notice it's a relatively minute percentage.
	Handguns, 45.7%.
	Firearms type unknown 23.9.
	Other weapons, 11.9.
	Knives or cutting instruments, 10.6.
	Hands, fists, feet, 4.3%.
	Rifles, 2.6.
	Shotguns, 1.4.
	for how dangerous they are made out to be.
	Assault rifles, as are called by the Democrats, which is an abusive language
	because assault weapons are full automatic and these are only semi,
	were not found to be used in homicides very often.
	Rifles were the weapon of choice and only 2.6% of the homicides
	that occurred in the US in 2019, far lower than the 45.7% of homicides
	committed using a handgun.
	And even though nearly a quarter of homicides were committed using an unknown type of firearm,
	it's safe to assume handguns probably made up a large majority of that number as well.
	Even if a ban on assault weapons were enacted, it wouldn't lower the number of assault rifles already in the United States, currently around the 20 million mark.
	Because as I've sought to explain before, I fired the AR-15.
	It's lightweight, it's very versatile, It's the best overall weapon one could have in order for all-purpose defense, whether it's home or community defense, if you were invaded by a biker gang or rioters, or for the national defense.
	Bear in mind, The United States achieved its independence from Britain because of citizen-soldiers who were conducting unconventional, what we'd call today, guerrilla warfare against the British and defeated them.
	It was a relatively small percentage of the colonists who had those weapons, but the founding fathers felt it was important enough to recognize the role of every citizen-soldier In order to defeat even domestic tyranny and hence they pass the Second Amendment.
	Meanwhile, when it comes to racial division, as we know from statistics for 2013, blacks kill blacks 55 times more often than blacks are killed by whites.
	Indeed, whites are killed by blacks 10 times more often than blacks are killed by whites.
	Or whites are killed by other whites roughly as often as whites are killed by blacks.
	So Black Lives Matter is protesting a relatively incidental, the smallest number, if they cared about black lives, They care about blacks killing other blacks and the failure of the Democrats to maintain reasonable policies.
	Whereas I've observed my brilliant colleague, Dr. Ewan, like myself, a retired university professor, superimposed a 2000 electoral map Over a 2014 murder distribution map, inbound, the vast majority of murders are all in areas controlled by the Democrats.
	Since they're taking guns away from law-abiding citizens, but not from the criminals they're creating free fire zones, I believe this will be an issue on which the Democrats are going to go down hard in 2022.
	Meanwhile, Matt Gaetz implies that our own government was behind the January 6th fall flag and demands the release of 14,000 hours of hidden video.
	Now, this is completely appropriate because Matt Gaetz is pointing out that this was a setup It was staged, and I reaffirm, this was made legal by Barack Obama using the Smith Modernization Act of 2012, just in time for Sandy Hook, to authorize all kinds of staged phony events within the United States, which the intel agencies had heretofore been precluded from doing.
	He made all this bullshit legal.
	Matt Gaetz took to the House floor without a mask and implied our own government was behind the January 6th false flag attacks on the U.S.
	Capitol.
	Here's what he said.
	The 14th Hours of Tape could also show us who was animating the violence, whether they were connected in any way, directed in any way by federal agencies.
	It raises great suspicion we're unable to get access to this information as members of Congress.
	Of course, Matt Gaetz is on to something.
	Video released by Bobby Powell showed violent hoodlums in all black smashing windows damaging the U.S.
	Capitol, but Christopher Wray of the FBI refuses to look for them.
	And black-clad goons were also the first ones up the steps to smash windows at the U.S.
	Capitol that day.
	This was a setup.
	Indeed, it was a setup.
	Meanwhile, we have Sidney Powell discussing the FBI and Nancy Pelosi's role in the January 6th entrapment.
	Listen to this.
	Have you ever seen a situation like this where this was done to Democrats or someone on the other side?
	No, I haven't.
	I don't think there's ever been anything like this massive operation to hunt down the people who went to the Capitol that day.
	And one of the things I'm still struggling with, Brannon, is pursuant of what authority was the Capitol even closed for that, those proceedings?
	I can't, I don't know of any really.
	Pursuant to which it could simply be closed.
	There was no public announcement that I recall or that I can have been able to find yet of the Capitol being closed for those proceedings.
	It is supposed to be the People's House.
	Who issued the order to close it and when and why?
	And I would love to see the paper trail between Nancy Pelosi's office and the Capitol Police.
	We need thousands of hours of video that the government has that they have failed to produce.
	14,000 hours city 14,000 hours.
	Yes, that's what I've heard.
	I don't know for sure, but I'd like to see the video for a couple of hours before the actual incident.
	Also, I think there was a lot going on behind the scenes.
	For example, in one of our cases, the sanctions motions that's been filed against us in a case that was actually closed, but the city of Detroit came in after the case was closed and was allowed to intervene to file a motion for sanctions against us in Michigan.
	And one of the things that they claimed in earlier pleadings was that we had had some role in the January 6th incident when I, for example, had absolutely told people not to even go on January 6th, not to come to Washington, to leave Washington if they were there, because it was too late to do anything meaningful at that point.
	And I felt like it was going to be a setup.
	I think that's exactly what it was.
	I want to know how many FBI agents were involved.
	In storming the Capitol that day, particularly involved in the group that broke any windows or did any damage at all.
	All of that needs to be disclosed.
	So you agree with some members of Congress that the FBI may have been our FBI assets may have been involved in this entire thing.
	I think they were.
	It would be very surprising given what you've disclosed on your show with your prior whistleblower and their mode of operations lately.
	In the last decade, if they didn't have a substantial, if not leading role in creating the entire debacle.
	And we know that in Michigan, at times, many of the meetings that were going down and those in the car together, the FBI informants or employees outnumbered everybody else.

	So they seem to be driving the bus on that.
	Yes, and they've certainly driven the bus for decades along with the CIA of egregious surveillance I certainly like how Sidney Powell is on top of this.
	Meanwhile, we see the medical tyranny coming from the Democrats, where New York City Mayor de Blasio says the voluntary phase is over.
	He has a message for New Yorkers who are resisting vaccines.

	The obtrusive threat was delivered in response to a panel discussion about vaccine mandates on Morning Joe MSNBC program.
	Bobazio began referencing a major push to get kids over the age of 12 vaccinated.
	A terrible idea.
	If my kids were going to school in September, I'd be running to get them vaccinated right now.
	Swiftly transitioning into a suggestion vaccine should be a requirement.
	We've got to shake people at this point and say, come on now, we tried voluntary.
	You know, we could not have been more kind and compassionate as a country.
	Free testing everywhere you turn, incentive, friendly, warm embrace.
	The voluntary phase is over.
	So why in the world is this effort to get everyone vaxxed?
	Well, we know the situation is very serious, where the Department of Justice is illegally giving a green light for employer-forced vaccinations.
	Here's a wonderful piece by Leo Hoffman.
	The DOJ has just dropped a nuclear legal bomb on America's legal system by summarily declaring that employers have a legal right to force employees to receive injections of FDA-unapproved gene therapy.
	This is totally false and shows yet another federal agency has been weaponized against the American system and people.
	The corporate media is making much ado about the U.S.
	Department of Justice issuing a legal opinion that employer mandates of COVID shots are legal.
	They're hoping readers and viewers cannot tell the difference between a DOJ opinion and the Supreme Court opinion.
	It certainly looks that way.
	In a July 6th memorandum opinion for the Deputy Counsel to the President that DOJ magically determined, there's no federal law that prohibits public or private entities from imposing vaccination requirements, even when the only vaccinations available are those with emergency use authorization.
	But it's built into emergency use authorization that they cannot be compulsory.
	Let's be frank.
	This is a case of one arm of the Biden administration telling another what it wants to hear.
	EUA status means they haven't been licensed for use but allowed to be rushed to market due to a declared health emergency by former President Trump.
	They are still investigational, according to the FBI, and everyone who's received one is part of a massive human experiment.
	Let me point out that the emergency use authorization was only permitted because there were not readily available alternative treatments, which of course was false, because HCQ and ivermectin were both already available, which is why they had to undertake the massive campaign to suppress the fact that they were Virtually wonder drugs in relation to the coronavirus would cure it if you had it, would prevent it if you didn't.
	They had to suppress it or they would have not been entitled to emergency use authorization.
	Final say on whether an arm of the government or corporate employer can legally mandate people to get the shots will rest with the courts, probably the Supreme.
	But the DOJ could not resist the urge to weigh in on the budding controversy of whether employers should be allowed to jump their lane and interview in the employees' personal medical decisions, something that has never happened before in U.S.
	history.
	Pfizer, one of the three companies, has upped its already exponentially high earnings forecast to 2021 by 30%.
	Moderna expects record profits.
	Never mind that the product doesn't even work.
	USA Today quickly scrubbed an NBC News report that cited an anonymous source inside the federal government saying vaccinated people are spreading the Delta variant to the non-vaccinated.
	CDC Director Walensky said we may be only a few mutations away from the virus totally ending the vaccination.
	A propaganda campaign surrounding these shots has been unprecedented not just in America but worldwide, in spite of the fact that COVID-19 has a survival rate of more than 99% for healthy individuals even higher in school age.
	The DOJ is simply putting us on notice.
	It will refuse to do its job of enforcing current U.S.
	law.
	It won't be filing any lawsuits or criminal charges against employers or government agencies that violate both the U.S.
	Constitution and federal law by disrespecting the personal bodily autonomy of American citizens.
	If the state, let alone a private company, is prohibited from breaking into your home and sifting through your personal effects without a warrant, how is it okay to break your skin with a needle and put a biochemical agent into your bloodstream?
	This DOJ opinion has absolutely no binding legal authority, but you wouldn't know it by reading today's headlines.
	The motivation is as obvious as a toothy grin on Biden's face.
	To send a message of intimidation to Americans to convince them they might as well give up their right now in their fight against vaccine mandates and total digital health passports.
	Anyone who passed political science 101 as a freshman knows the DOJ is a federal agency of the executive branch, does not have the authority to declare anything legal or illegal.
	They are a law enforcement agency set up to enforce federal laws.
	Remember, The legislative branch passes the laws, the judiciary interprets them, the executive enforces them.
	They do not decide whether a law is legal or not.
	That is up to the judiciary.
	So who are they to tell us what's legal or illegal?
	They don't make federal laws, the job of Congress.
	They don't interpret laws, the job of the courts.
	They are neither a legislative body nor a court.
	DOJ is entitled to have an opinion, but that's all it is—an opinion.
	It's utterly meaningless other to inform us which federal laws the agency intends to enforce and which it does not.
	They simply don't want to enforce the law.
	But even if there were no such federal law, the DOJ has no say over the numerous state laws that have banned vaccination mandates and vaccine passports.
	A few states, like Montana, have banned this type of medical tyranny from being implemented by both government and private industry, while a larger number of mostly red states have banned only government agencies from requiring individuals to be vaccinated.
	The DOJ has become a rogue federal agency selectively enforcing laws based on politics.
	So he's right, he's shaming the DOJ, he's pointing out the absurdity, and it's despicable any way you cut it.
	Meanwhile, here's a very serious report.
	Fully vaccinated people are 65% more likely to be hospitalized and 1,540% more likely to die to COVID-19 than people who are unvaccinated, according to the latest Public Health England data.
	Get this.
	Public Health England have released a 19th technical briefing on COVID-19 variants, a concern.
	It shows people who've received at least one dote make up over 65% of all alleged COVID-19 deaths from February 1st, 2021 through July 19th, 2021.
	They at least appear to be giving honest reporting, which our CDC is not.
	Bear in mind, the reason this is happening is because the role of the vaccines is to destroy your immune system.
	You have a very sophisticated, complex, naturally evolved immune system, which these mRNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna in particular, destroy.
	That is their function.
	Since the 18th report released on 9 July, which covered deaths and hospitalization up to the 21st
	of June 2021, the number of fully vaccinated being hospitalized has increased by 169 percent,
	rising from 313 to 843, while the number of fully vaccinated people slightly losing their life
	after testing positive has increased by 90 percent, rising from 116 to 268.
	This significant increase has taken place over the past four weeks.
	Whereas the previous numbers had accumulated over nearly five months.
	That's because the vaccines are taking their effect.
	The problem, the risk, is not from COVID.
	The problem, the risk, is from the vaccines.
	This is why MIT released a study, which is quite on top of it, that those who are reluctant to get the vaccine are highly informed, scientifically literate, and sophisticated.
	They're basing their data on the same information.
	Confronting the decision-making matrix of the following character, State of nature, pandemic, real or fake?
	Vax good or vax bad?
	If the vax is good and COVID is real, then you may have saved yourself.
	But if the COVID is fake, but the vax is good, then you've merely endured an inconvenience.
	But if the VAX is bad, for which we have overwhelming and accumulating evidence, including suppressed data,
	about 45,000 having died within three days of getting the VAX, then whether the COVID is real
	or the COVID is fake, you're gonna do yourself grievous bodily harm or even bring about your own death.
	So it seems to me that those who are thinking it's such a good idea are ones who believe the VAX is good
	because then even if the COVID were fake, you're merely enduring an inconvenience.
	And if the COVID is real, you save yourself, which is of course really a no brainer if the VAX were good.
	All right.
	But those who have a deeper understanding of what's going on here, I mean, remember, Sherry Tenpenny has informed us that this vaccine is a perfectly designed killing machine.
	We have Luc Montagnier, perhaps the world's leading virologist, declaring that everyone who gets the vax will be dead within five years.
	Why would anyone in the world, recognizing that the vax is bad, or that it may well be that the vax is bad, run the risk?
	This is why it's highly intelligent to avoid the jab.
	Meanwhile, tens of thousands of COVID-19 vaccine injured are fighting censorship to bring their stories to the public.
	They're being massively suppressed.
	Massively suppressed.
	We also have a report from a fellow with a PhD in virology and immunology by the name of Rob Oswald.

	and have tested 1,500 supposed positive COVID-19 samples collected here in Southern California.
	When my lab team and I did the testing through Koch's postulates and observation under a scanning electron microscope, we found no COVID in any of the 1,500 samples.
	What we found was that all of the 1,500 samples were mostly influenza A and some were influenza B, but not a single case of COVID We did not use the BSPCR test.
	It's Polymerase Chain Reaction Test.
	Celia Farber does wonderful journalism on the topic.
	I did videos on this channel for that.
	We then sent the remainder of the samples to Stanford, Cornell, and a few of the University of California labs, and they found the same results as we did.
	No COVID.
	They found influenza A and B. All of us then spoke to the CDC and asked for viable samples of COVID.
	Which CDC said they could not provide, as they did not have any samples.
	We have now come to the firm conclusion, through all our research and lab work, that the COVID-19 was imaginary and fictitious.
	The flu was called COVID, and most of the 225,000 dead were dead through comorbidities such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, emphysema, etc.
	Then they got the flu, which further weakened their immune systems, and they died.
	I have yet to find a single viable sample of COVID-19 to work with.
	We at the seven universities that did the lab tests on these 1,500 samples are now suing the CDC for COVID-19 fraud.
	The CDC has yet to send us a single viable isolated and purified sample of COVID-19.
	If they can't or won't send us a viable sample, I say there is no COVID-19.
	It is fictitious.
	The four research papers that do describe the genomic extracts of the COVID-19 virus never were successful in isolating and purifying the samples.
	All the four papers written on COVID-19 only described small bits of RNA which were only 37 to 40 base pairs long, which is not a virus!
	A viral genome is typically 30,000 to 40,000 base pairs.
	With as bad as COVID is supposed to be all over the place, how come no one in any lab worldwide has ever isolated and purified this virus in its entirety?
	That's because they never really found the virus.
	All they've ever found was small pieces of RNA, which were never identified as the virus anyway.
	So what we're dealing with is just another flu strain.
	Every year, COVID-19 does not exist and is fictitious.
	I believe China.
	I think he's got it exactly right, which means if you take the shot, COVID is non-existent, it's not real.
	If you take the shot, you're running the risk of harm or death, have no doubt about it, or subjecting yourself to an inconvenience because you still believe the vax is good.
	But I assert the evidence vax is bad is simply overwhelming, where they're doing their best to conceal it.
	Here we have another report.
	CDC's internal data shows they lied about the efficacy of COVID vaccine and Biden administration continues to push the line.
	According to the CDC's own data provided Thursday night by the Washington Post, Anthony Fauci, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, and CDC Director Rochelle Walensky lied to the public when they reported over 99% of people dying in hospitals were unvaccinated.
	What the data revealed is that CDC didn't just make a slight error, but that vaccinated deaths were underrepresented by at least 15 times, and that's just the beginning.
	Ryan Strzok tweeted, Foushee, 99.5% of the deaths in the United States are among the vaccinated people and 0.5% are among vaccinated.
	Boy, if there was ever a statistic that would stimulate someone to get vaccinated.
	I think this one is it, except it's false.
	Except it's false.
	It's bullshit.
	They are lying to us.
	Meanwhile, Alex Berenson is a brilliant guy.

	While CDC Surgeon General and Fauci said 99% of COVID deaths were happening in the unvaccinated, their own data show that in May, 15% of deaths were in vaccinated people.
	15% were in vaccinated people.
	And bear in mind, Those who are dying are dying, you know, allegedly from the COVID who have been unvaccinated are dying from cold morbidities.
	Iceland, Israel, other highly vaccinated nations are all rushing to lock down a second time and to put out boosters, but our public health authorities and Biden have spent the last two weeks claiming the vaccines are 99.5 to 100% effective.
	So here you have POTUS.
	This is this incompetent guy who's pretending to be president.
	We have a pandemic for those who haven't gotten a vaccination.
	If you're vaccinated, you're not going to be hospitalized.
	You're not going to die.
	So it's gigantically important we all act like Americans who care about our fellow Americans.
	Every claim he makes there is false.
	Data and studies cited play a key role in revamped recommendations calling for everyone to wear masks indoors in public settings.
	That official told the Post that data will be published in full on Friday.
	One of the slides states there's a higher risk among older age group for hospitalization and death relative to younger people regardless of vaccination status, as though we didn't know that already.

	Stephanie, give us your thoughts.
	Tell us about this settlement just as a preliminary to our joining Rents and then covering some of the same territory again with the larger audience.
	Well, I've been following the Sandy Hook shooting, um, you know, since it launched out of the gate, you know, back in, and I, you know, noticed that there was, uh, Remington had been brought in, brought into the Remington Arms, and, and then the Sandy Hook lawsuit happened.
	It was simultaneously with a, um, a bill that was, uh, introduced called the Firearm Protection Risk Protection Act of 2015.
	And so, you know, I found it all very interesting.
	It all came together.
	And, you know, in my book, I wrote a whole chapter about what was happening, you know, with the lawsuit and the bill that was introduced.
	And I also, you know, was following the Sandy Hook lawsuit as well.
	And so anyway, it all came together for me.
	It obviously just was the major apparent reason for the agenda behind the Pantyhuck shooting.
	And the bill itself, you know, it was an act, it was introduced in 2015, but it also, it didn't go anywhere.
	So it was reintroduced again here in February of this year.
	And that firearm risk protection act is what it is.
	It's to require all manufacturers, dealers, and shop owners and civilian populace
	to have mandatory liability insurance if they own weapons or sell weapons.
	And so as you can see, that is a major problem.
	And we saw with the settlement, the Remington Arms basically just took,
	as they were in bankruptcy, they went ahead and took the fall to allow this to happen.
	And it also ties with mental health.
	As gun control is now listed as a CDC public health crisis,
	So it also goes along with a mental health agenda where people will be asked to, you know, have a mental health exam in order to own certain firearms as well.
	So that's basically, you know, the agenda behind the standings of shooting.
	And of course, you know, many others that followed, like the Orlando shooting as well.
	I don't want to get too much into it until we get... Sure, sure, sure, sure.
	Stephanie, let me have your opinion.
	There's a wonderful article I've just published on my blog suggesting that the reason they want to get 100% vaccination is because if they fail, Then the unvaccinated are going to stand as a control group in relation to the vaccinated.
	And when the vaccinated start dropping like flies and the unvaccinated do not, it's going to reveal the whole malevolent agenda.
	I think that's a very powerful explanation, especially because it appears that the effects of the vaccine in weakening our immune system are only going to show up the next time we encounter a threat.
	To you know whether it's viral or bacterial or fungal that we could have in the past effortlessly shrugged off because of an evolved immune system that we're now going to be vulnerable.
	So I believe as we get into the flu season there's going to be an exponential rise in deaths because of the vaccine having weakened our immune system and they don't want the public to recognize that's the case.
	When the unvaccinated turned out to be surviving much better than the vaccinated, it's going to blow the cover off the whole op, and they're worried there's going to be a whole lot of pissed off people who have lost friends and relatives because they took the vax and the false belief it was a good idea.
	Yeah, I mean, it's actually feels like a control story going on, and I haven't had a chance to read your article.
	I will, but You know, I'm like everybody else, you know, I'm unvaccinated.
	And, you know, this is a total divide as well in the nation.
	You know, I mean, we are lab rats right now and the whole world is.
	And, you know, it makes me very angry.
	I'm one of these American people that, you know, I get angry when I'm, you know, being messed with, especially by the government.
	And this is a total divide.
	I'm speaking out as much as I can about it.
	I've defied everybody the whole time.
	I've been thrown out of doors.
	I've been, you know, told never to come back if we're not wearing a mask.
	I refuse to get vaccinated.
	I'm absolutely 100% convinced that our medical establishment is grown to be such a huge, you know, worldly monopoly that, you know, they're They are willing to kill people, you know, just for their sake of their science.
	And, you know, I'm very, very concerned about what's happening.
	And I used to feel sorry for the people that were, you know, too dumbed down, you know, they're going to get vaccinated and they're still wearing a mask and all of this stuff.
	But now I don't feel sorry for anybody.
	I feel sorry for the children.
	You know when uh you know you see little five-year-olds still walking around with masks but they they have already been indoctrinated to you know completely just come into this world and not be able to be in freedom where you know they can breathe at their own will and not be told that they have to wear a mask or you know they have to be vaccinated in order to go to school and I hope that this fall Jim that parents rise out like unbelievable and you know take these school boards down and really just you know make a plan about but the problem is parents most of them are dumbed down I mean they they think it's okay and it's not and it's not just the COVID vaccine it's all vaccines all vaccines and you know people need to um know that there is a religious exemption that they can take and
	But, you know, they trust the medical establishment.
	Everybody worships the, you know, the 911 system, including the doctors and nurses.
	And so that's what it's all about.
	It's just a, it's a sickening thing that we have to go through right now, witnessing and also living through.
	But I myself, I'm not going to get vaccinated.
	They'll have to kill me first.
	And that's my stand.

	I did my best to dissuade my family, but they went ahead anyway, which has caused me profound distress.
	I'm having to deal with the potential consequences and ramifications of Really, most of my family, most of my family, down to nieces, nephews, stepdaughters, having taken the vax.
	I mean, it's just horrendous for me, having devoted so much time and effort, but it appears, you know, that they discount, that they discount, you know, Because my work and all these Sandy Hook, Boston bombing and all that, they were very good with JFK and 9-11, but they became increasingly wary because, of course, they believe the hype about Sandy Hook.
	And no matter how much we have proved that it was an illusion, they are not Accepting my views as a reliable source in spite of the fact that for over a year now, Stephanie, I've been reporting on the coronavirus and the vaccine every single day.
	It was only of late began taking off weekends and even then I often will do a show on either Saturday or Sunday as I did, for example, yet Yesterday was Susan Lindauer, where Scott Bennett and I were on her show.
	So even if it's not seven days a week, it's typically five, minimally, and often six, occasionally even seven.
	So, you know, I am doing my best to inform the public what's going on.
	They're going to let us know if they get reconnected, but they got bumped over on the power hour.
	This may be an effort, ongoing effort, to sabotage, you know, my reporting, our reporting in this case about Sandy Hook and this lawsuit.
	This insurance fraud, Stephanie, really it's monstrous that an insurance company would be settling in a fraudulent case.

	So we're trying to inform them by writing directly to the chief executive officer of the two key insurance companies to avoid the scam.
	And by the way, insurance fraud is one category of crime that has no date of expiration.
	There's no statute of limitations on insurance fraud.
	Stephanie.
	Oh, yeah, definitely.
	I mean, I You know, insurance fraud is one of the biggest things that we've seen, you know, coming out of all of this, especially the shootings during the Obama administration.
	And then, you know, the shootings, I found interesting that as soon as, you know,
	Trump handed over the nation to the Department of Health for COVID,
	then I, you know, began seeing that all of a sudden, all the shootings stopped,
	all of the school shootings, all the drills.
	I would get notifications on a daily basis, all, you know, for the last 10 years,
	I've had Google alerts come in every single day, you know, telling me where the next, you know,
	shooting was gonna be, whether it was a drill.
	And, you know, I found a lot of them hidden, you know, and, but during the 2020, you know,
	when they first announced COVID, all of a sudden, all of those stopped.
	There was absolutely no drills going on anywhere, taking place by any police department
	or any type of events at all.
	And now they listed the COVID, you know, this year when schools announced that children are going to go back to school, I'm starting to see those come back up.
	And that's very alarming to me.
	But as far as, excuse me, as far as, you know, what's happening with the insurance fraud, this is gigantic.
	And I can't, you know, really go along with the idea that Remington did not know about this.
	You know, at first they, you know, they filed bankruptcy.
	I'll just kind of give a little bit of a backstory if that's okay with you, Jim.
	Yes, I wish you would.
	Okay, well, you know, over the last seven years, you know, I was able to gather For almost every piece of evidence that, you know, I could get my hands on with Sandy Hook.
	And also, you know, the Tucson shooting and many other shootings.
	But these two are the ones that I paid close attention to because I started noticing as more shootings were going on, you know, that they all have the same M.O.
	They all have the same players coming out of the gate.
	Like, for instance, Gabrielle Gifford, You know, who, you know, was allegedly shot in the head by Jeremy Locker in the Tucson shooting.
	And also, you know, Hillary Clinton, who, you know, during these times was the Secretary of State.
	And also Carolyn Maloney, who, you know, is a Congresswoman.
	And of course, in Connecticut, there was both Senator Richard Blumenthal, And also Chris Murphy, um, you know, they were right after the Sandy Hook shooting, you know, they were, they were right there all as a gang.
	And, you know, this was what, this was what they were demanding.
	Carolyn Maloney had introduced a bill and like I said earlier, but I know we weren't connected them.
	So, but, um, they, she introduced a bill that was called the Firearm Risk Protection Act of 2015.
	And what that act is, is it's a requirement, it would make it a requirement for all gun manufacturers, all gun dealers, all gun shops, and all civilians who, you know, want to own guns or keep their guns would be required to have a risk assessment in the form of a mental health exam and a background check And they would be required to carry firearm risk protection insurance or limited liability, depending on your risk, you would have to carry liability insurance like your car.
	And, you know, so, you know, if you have any guns, you would be required to carry insurance.
	And also, I, you know, once I began investigating the Firearm Risk Protection Act, By the way, it was introduced in 2015, and it didn't go anywhere.
	It had 20 sponsors.
	They were all Democrats, but it hadn't gone anywhere, so it was reintroduced again this year in February, you know, to start the process all over again, and they have five Democrats behind it as of right now, and so this is very alarming because Um, you know, the, what it is, is it's basically, um, you know, everybody is going to have to have insurance if they want to keep their arms.
	And if they don't have insurance, they can be fined, jailed.
	And of course, you know, that's a hardship, but it's also against the second amendment.
	We, you know, we, the second amendment is not up for sale, but as you can see, the banksters and the manufacturing company, I mean, we all knew in the background that gun control was obvious.
	You know, it was obvious right after Sandy Hook happened.

	obvious you know it was obvious right after standing hook happened but when you really
	dig into what type of gun control it is very very dangerous and
	And, you know, so it's going to be putting, you know, it has to be stopped.
	But what I thought was interesting was, um, the families, Hillary Clinton had met with the family, the families of the Sandy Hooks alleged victims.
	And, um, prior to, um, this interview, introducing this and, you know, they, they, they filed a lawsuit against Remington.
	Um, in order to hold Remington responsible, you know, for their marketing, um, so that they could be held responsible if anybody kills anybody, you know, using their gun, you know, any of their guns.
	And I believe at the time it was a Bushmaster with an AR-15.
	But, um, so specifically Bushmaster and Remington Arms were, You know, named in this lawsuit.
	And anyway, they basically, as far as the lawsuit goes, Bremerton was in the process of filing bankruptcy.
	They had filed bankruptcy.
	But then two months after they originally filed bankruptcy, they were allowed to reorganize with their creditors and come up with a reconstruction plan.
	Um, two months after they originally had filed for bankruptcy.
	And so they had come up with a reconstruction plan with creditors.
	And in that reconstruction plan, they were forced to a new deal that required them to have liability insurance.
	So, you know, they went to court and they asked the judge to throw out the lawsuit basically under the claim of immunity under what was called the, what's called the Federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
	And, you know, that basically protects manufacturers, dealers, shop owners, you know, that if someone goes out and kills someone with a gun that they sell or manufacture, whatever, that they're not going to be held responsible because, as we all know, the gun doesn't murder people.
	And so anyway, they went to court and they asked the judge to drop the lawsuit, but the judge refused to drop the lawsuit.
	Um, they took it to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court judge ruled that it was, they will allow, um, Connecticut, you know, Connecticut, they can sue in Connecticut and, you know, hold, uh, Bushmaster and Remington responsible for the murders of Sandy Hook.
	Um, the alleged murders is what I say, but anyway, so they, they reorganized, but yet they were still going bankrupt and, and, The family members proceeded with the lawsuit.
	And of course, they got a lot of national attention over it.
	And over time, you know, basically I had in my mind, I questioned, you know, whether Remington was actually, because they weren't fighting it very well, you know, and they actually took the deal where they had to get liability insurance instead of saying, you know, that's ridiculous.
	And, you know, we'll, we'll continue to fight it.
	And as well as the other parent companies that they have, Because Remington is owned by, it's current company is Cerebus, I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly, Capital, and also they're owned by Freedom Group.
	And anyway, they ended up selling, Freedom Group ended up selling following it.
	And so my question was, you know, is Remington actually involved in this?
	Are they going to take Her fall and allow this to happen, you know, as you're going bankrupt.
	And so what I did was after I published my book last year, I actually wrote the president of Remington Arms and I sent him a copy of my book.
	And inside of my book, I had written, you know, a little letter to him that asked him, you know, basically Basically told him that, you know, after evaluating the pantyhook shooting and the agenda behind it, that I felt like that there was only two reasons for this lawsuit in the state of Connecticut, where a Supreme Court judge had ruled that Remington could be held responsible, legally, you know, responsible for the alleged shootings.
	And those logical reasons were A, that their company was being used as a fall guy to help in the effort to further disarm the nation by challenging the 2005 federal law that granted them immunity from liability claims over, you know, the violent acts in which their guns were involved.
	Or the other option was that they That Remington agrees to be the fall guy as they were heading towards bankruptcy proceeding and that Connecticut would be, you know, the best place to do it because, you know, they had already got rid of the sheriff in their state and they had already set the whole state up over 10 years prior to the shooting in order for, you know, this to be played out where they could actually use that victim card.
	And, you know, disarm people and that they would take the fall and they would take the fall so that, you know, that gun control could continue to be listed as a public health crisis.
	And therefore we need more mental health exams.
	And now we need to pay up the banksters and insurance companies in order to, you know, have our second amendment.
	So as you can see, Jim, the second amendment is definitely up for sale.
	Yeah, this is all very disturbing, Stephanie.
	You're giving us a wonderful outline of the background here, and it seems to me, on its face, the situation is completely absurd.
	Automobiles can be used for improper purposes.
	That doesn't mean we should ban automobiles, getaway cars, hit-and-run driving.
	You know, any number of offensive actions occur where individuals happen to be using an automobile.
	How about knives?
	People get killed with knives.
	When they banned guns in the UK, I knew because of studies by John Lott that crime would rise.
	And when crime rose, they found a massive number were taking place with knife attacks.
	So they banned knives.
	And I said, what are they going to do next?
	Ban potato peelers?
	And by God, that's what they did.
	They banned potato peeler.
	And this is just idiotic.
	And by the way, they're ignoring all the defensive use of guns.
	Americans use guns for defensive purposes, oh, a million and a half or more times every single year.
	They've been estimated to save on the average 200,000 American lives every single year through the defensive use of guns, which would offset, you know, the 27 in a staged attack.
	Using an AR-17 where, as I've explained already, it's a miniscule proportion of murders that involve rifles at all, much less AR-15 specifically.
	But Obama authorized, legalized all these phony events so they could try and take away the AR-15.
	Why?
	Because it's the most versatile weapon if you've got to deal with tyranny or with a national security emergency.
	Stephanie, I have not any doubt whatsoever of Barack Obama, CIA, this was their wet dream for him to nullify the Smith-Munn Act by the Smith-Munn Modernization Act of 2012, just in time to bring a Sandy Hook.
	And as you've heard me, if you caught it, even here on the show today explain, that goes right up to January 6th.
	So we now have Sandy Hook, Boston bombing, Orlando, Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas, right up to January 6th.
	That's just the kind of staged event that Barack Obama made legal by the Smith Modernization Act, because we know Donald Trump and his supporters had nothing to do with it.

	And then it was banned.
	And I'm assuming that was by a judge's court gagging.
	But then later, it was so popular, it was downloaded 10 million times.
	But the tragedy is that, of course, Sandy Hook itself and the deception is a huge tragedy, but also it deprived Jim of all the royalties.

	No, it wasn't a judge or anything like that.
	It was simply Amazon.com.
	And there's a story there.
	Actually, the book went on sale on 22 October, and as you observe, it sold nearly 500 copies before it was banned by Amazon on 19 November.
	Two days prior, I'd been contacted by a woman claiming to represent First Edition, a TV show, saying they wanted to give a report about what we'd found and published in the book about Sandy Hook, but I had to do a pre-interview first.
	And I immediately found myself in what I'm convinced was a basement operation at Langley, where an interrogator just set off, said, what do you got?
	What do you got?
	What do you got?
	And I explained, well, I've got 13 contributors, including six PhDs, where we've established the school was closed by 2008, that it was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane.
	There even turns out to be a flood there in 2007, of which we were unaware at the time of publication, that there were no students there, and that it was a FEMA drill to promote gun control.
	What do you got?
	Well, we got the FEMA manual that shows the starting time, the stopping time, and we have events on the ground that corresponds.
	For example, there was a sign there saying everyone must check in.
	When I've checked with law enforcement officials, they've never heard of anything they thought was absurd at a crime scene, but it says right in the manual Everyone must check in with a controller when you arrive.
	They had a pizza and bottled water at the firehouse port-a-potties in place.
	That's consistent with FEMA policies of providing refreshments and restrooms.
	There were many, many with color coded name tags on lanyards.
	Well, that's how FEMA identifies the players.
	There were parents bringing children to the scene.
	What do you got?
	What do you got?
	I said, well, we got photographs from inside the Adam Lanza home.
	One of especially noticeable in the Nancy Londa bedroom where you can see there's some red stuff on the bed
	where Adam is supposed to have shot his mother but it doesn't look like blood.
	It looks like it might be raspberry jam.
	There's a cedar chest there with forms on it where they appear to be keeping records of how they arranged the room and beneath.
	The leg of the bed there's a blue moving pad that in their haste they forgot to remove.
	What do you got?
	I said well we've got this what I thought was a SWAT team it now appears to be a crime investigative scene in the parking lot at Sandy Hook where you can tell it's before the event has taken place because there's a string of windows in classroom 10 that are shot out after the event but are intact here The flag is at full mass.
	You come down and you see a figure leaning against the wall with his arms folding, awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary temp, Wayne Carver.
	There's also crime scene tape up for a crime that is yet to be committed.
	What do you got?

	I said well we also have photographs of pervs looking at the window frame of Classroom 10 and figuring out what to do and others where they've drilled holes in the aluminum and inserted pink rods all of which are completely parallel at 90 degree angles with a window frame So that, you know, anyone familiar with shooting would know this is absurd.
	What do you got?
	What do you got?
	I gave him a few more and he just, you know, ended it.
	This obviously wasn't an interview.
	This was an interrogation and I believe that paved the way for the decision to ban the book.
	Now, I have no doubt This was a state-dictated action.
	In other words, Amazon.com was acting as an agent of the state, and subsequently, they have banned five more of my books.
	In all of this, by the way, Scaredy Cat is collaborative research, where I just bring together the best experts, as I did way back when in relation to JFK, where I published three books.

	Assassination Science in 1998, Murder in Dealey Plaza 2000, The Great Zapruder Film Hoax 2003, and which blew the cover up apart.
	It turns out when you discover The autopsy x-rays were patched to conceal a blowout to the back of the head, that another person's brain was substituted for the brain of JFK, that the Zapruder film was massively edited.

	So they could have a finding of defamation against me, which was, in my opinion, completely unwarranted.
	I've appealed this to the Appellate Court and now appealed to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.

	Connecticut was the perfect place for this elaborate hoax.
	And they had to do it there.
	And, you know, I've talked to many, many people from Connecticut over the years.
	I, you know, and I've asked them directly, you know, did anybody die at Sandy Hook?
	And they just, you know, they don't want to answer.
	They're afraid.
	And, you know, Well, the thing is, is that when I went and investigated what actually was going on in Connecticut, I can see why the entire state, you know, all the citizens are afraid to even, you know, speak out against anything.
	It's because it is such a criminal place.
	And, you know, I can just tell everybody that, you know, I found everything from pedophilia to major meth stealing.
	Um, the murders that took place, um, you know, before and after, you know, this event, you know, what was going on with the surgeon generals, all the treasonous roles to compensate weapons that led up to this event and afterwards, and they got their way.
	Look what they did.
	I mean, look what the Sandy Hook lawsuit, you know, with, uh, Remington Arms, you know, with them settling.
	With no explanation not even you know questioning you know the event knowing they can't you can't tell me that they did not know or they don't know that there is enough evidence that proves that this was a false flag event and that they don't even you know they just settled that was that was it you know and so they set the stage to bring more tyranny to America and also to my book also is talks about the technology also that I found and the assets that were exchanged for American arms and these I always talk about Tucson and Sandy Hook because those were the ones that set the stage deeply in order for our own Navy to sell out our guns and my book talks about how the Navy did that

	So one of the things that I want to go back to real quick is the fact that following the Pantyhook shooting and the Tucson shooting, Gun sales were at their highest.
	In fact, I think I remember it being like up 52 plus percent at the time, you know, that all of this gun control talk was going on and all the political nonsense and everything.
	Gun sales were on the rise and most of those gun sales were, you know, the military style rifles, extended magazines and so forth.
	And so gun sales were on the all-time highs and The AR-15 with Bushmaster you know it was it was the biggest seller and it came at a perfect time for them because they also had a major recall at that time where they had to replace 7.5 million rifle triggers.
	So as you can see the gun sales at the time following Sandy Hook Came at a perfect time when they were filing bankruptcy also because they had seven and a half million rifle triggers that they had to replace in a in a major lawsuit and so that's quite interesting and and you know there's there's just a lot of fascinating things when it comes to a medical establishment when it's Sandy's with the Sandy Hook agenda and you know Jim you probably remember the the craziness of
	You know, how Adam Lanza, his father donated his body to science so they could study his evil gene.
	You know, I was, and that is the truth.
	And you can't find that on the internet anymore, but I have the original, all of the original articles that came out in all the military magazines about Adam Lanza's evil gene.
	And you know, so I studied this evil gene, like what in the heck, you know, I mean, how are they going to determine if someone has an evil gene?
	You know, what does that mean?
	And so anyway, over time, I, you know, was able to actually tie the CDC into this.
	And the CDC is also part of this.
	Massive pause, and the CDC needs to go down.
	You know, they're the evil gene, is what they are.
	I like that.
	The CDC is the evil gene.
