This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased to be joined today by Gertrude Zweiglar and Miriam Hinein to discuss all the news you need to know, some of which is rather disturbing.
We have the state senator, Kerry Townsend, at the Senate hearing talking about a come-to-Jesus moment, where they're discovering that 74,000 mail-in ballots, for example, were sent in, but they were never sent out.
I mean, how about that?
We're hearing of major failures by Maricopa County and their election department—missing chain of custody, missing documentation of mail-in ballots, duplicate serial numbers on three or more ballots.
It's insane.
Can you tell us more?
Townsend says, well, it's a come-to-Jesus moment.
They're accusing cyber ninjas of not being credible, and you know this information that's coming out.
I'll be very interested to see what the reaction is, but if it's not credible, then come forward with the information and prove us wrong.
Instead, they've done nothing but obstruct, deny, distract, and mock so that the county supervisors and Adrian Fontes and his team What we heard today, we learned.
We're not surprised it was an absolute failure, according to them.
So either it's not true what we learned today and you need to come forward and prove us wrong, working in a professional way, or resign, one or the other.
If Maricopa County officials continue to cover up the big lie, what do you foresee will happen to them in the future?
Well, I see indictments in their future if we're able to establish if we go forward in court.
I see perhaps a public coming forward doing recalls at the very least.
I don't see them ever winning another election again.
It's very sad.
We didn't have to go through it in this manner, even if none of that was true today.
The way they handled today was a Twitter feed.
That's their response to the Arizona State Senate replying to us on Twitter.
Come forward then, County Supervisors, and explain to us if we have things wrong.
These things are unacceptable, unacceptable and criminal, what you've been doing here.
If you knew this was going to come out today, the information we learned today, If I were them, I wouldn't cooperate either, because it's shameful.
It's illegal.
Something that should have them indicted, if true, because ultimately the county supervisors are responsible.
They did sign and certify.
Anyone who signed and certified this election is responsible.
So come to the table.
Don't put out a tweet.
Come to the table and prove us wrong.
Here's a summary of some of their evidence.
In a race decided by 10,457 votes, 3,981 voted despite registering after the October 15th deadline.
Therefore, they were ineligible.

11,326 voted who were not on the rolls on November 7th, but were on December 4th, meaning they were added in.

74,243 mail-in ballots with no evidence of having ever been sent out.
Here we have the Arizona Chairwoman Kelly Ward recapping the Senate hearing about Maricopa County audit.
Ms.
Ward said, explained, this is far from over what you're hearing already.
The unmatched duplicated ballots lacking a serial number points to a similar issue discovered in Fulton County, Georgia, with double counted ballots.
The fact the total number of ballots counted does not match with a certified election results is another big red flag.
The 70,000 mail-in ballots received that surpass the number of mail-in ballots mailed out points to someone photocopying ballots on regular paper stock, which would also explain the lack of chain of custody for both the paper stock and the scanned ballots.
There are many issues identified and we haven't yet got to the ballot mule process.
Biden will not win the election.
It's all starting to come out.
Here we have another summary.
70,000 more mail ballots received than requested.
10,000 added to the rolls after election day.
Election server was hacked.
Remote access was available.
All access logs were wiped in March of 2021.
All of these were illegal.
Original and duplicate ballots, not marked, cannot be verified.
Number of votes certified does not match number of ballots sent to the audit.
Biden didn't win.
We all know it.

Well, it's overt sedition and treason that has been perpetrated in the United States over this election.
The entity in charge is so full of hubris that it thinks we are all dumb, dumber than a sack of nails.
Well, it is a fact lots of the goyim have been dumbed down very considerably, but not all of us.
And they counted on us all being blind, deaf, and dumb, but we're not.
And so now all of this malfeasance is coming to light, and the enemy is facing a serious repercussion over this.
They have pushed too far, they've been way too overt, and now everybody knows.
And so I'm Every day is a new kind of an excitement when I wake up in the morning to see, okay, you know, where are we at now with regard to this?
I mean, we are at war, and the entity is warring with us in many different ways on many fronts.
And this is one of the fronts, is this election.
And yeah, it's interesting to me how this is unfolding, but as I've said before, an election is called on a day, and it is done on a day, and then the votes are counted.
No electronic, no mail-in, none of this nonsense.
You're talking about how it ought to be done properly.
I believe they were actually going to make these announcements a couple weeks ago, but the news was captivated at that time by the collapse of a condo in Florida.
I believe it was intended to distract from what we're now learning.

I agree.
I listen to Liz Harris on a regular basis who discusses the Gives us an update on Maricopa.
This is just one little county and the level of effery all over the place.
Like in Maricopa, they put on a false political ad.
The other side, they have gone and said that they lie about the canvassers.
So there's this outright campaign to bamboozle and it's been seven months.
Meanwhile, we heard Joey Say the big lie is just that a big lie look at that for doublespeak and they're gaslighting us and this is not the way democracy if if if I fought in in a in a ring any bring it on I want to know that I won legitimately and if you have concerns let's address them not gaslight and call it the big lie
Yeah, it's not only exposing the Democrats, but the mainstream media that supported and promoted the big lie.
And it is indeed a big lie.
Here we have a situation where the parents are suing the city of Washington, D.C.
for vaccine minors without parental consent.
As a parent myself, actually a grandparent, I find this almost unbelievable.
A recent District of Columbia law, the D.C.
Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act of 2020, allows kids aged 11 and up to get any vaccine recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, including COVID shots, without parental consent or knowledge.
Parents are now fighting back.
Passed by the DC Council on a 10 to 3 vote last November.
Signed into law by Mary Muriel Browser.
Went into effect on March 19th.
The Children's Health Defense and the Parental Rights Foundation filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to rule it unconstitutional.
No doubt it's unconstitutional.
The plaintiffs are four parents with minor children, want a preliminary injunction to prohibit Bowser, the D.C.
Department of Health, and the public schools from acting on this.
It's an unconscionable intrusion on the rights and liberty of parents and children.
As the Supreme Court has held, the liberty interest at issue in this case—the interest of parents in the care, custody, and control of their children—is perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by the Court.
According to the CHD, the D.C.
Act contains several provisions designed to deceive parents and hide that a child has been vaccinated against parental judgment, authority, or religious conviction.
The Act requires health care personnel to provide accurate immunization records to the Department of Health and to the student school, but not to parents.
It has subsections giving health care personnel the authority to seek reimbursement without parental consent directly from the insurer, or adding insurers shall not send an explanation of benefits for services provided.
Essentially, The law permits an 11-year-old to override his or her parent's written directive that they don't want their child vaccinated, and then the schools will falsify and withhold vaccine records from the parents.
Meanwhile, health care providers who vaccinate against parental wishes will be paid by the parent's health insurance company, and the parents will not be notified.
In 1986, Congress enacted the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in response to a growing number of lawsuits asserting vaccine injuries, where the Vaccine Act and subsequent Supreme Court decision protects vaccine manufacturers from liability because vaccine injury is unavoidable.
Instead, you're required to seek compensation from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which has paid over $4.5 billion already to families of those injured or killed.
To minimize injury and save money, it requires parents are provided with vaccine information statements, vaccine records, and directions for reporting vaccine adverse events to the Federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
But the Children's Health Defense observed the consequences of the D.C.
Act, which violates the Vaccine Act, are dire.
Indeed, without parents given the information necessary, they won't know how to recognize negative effects like allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, seizure, and paralysis without even knowing.
If parents don't know, how can they recognize the reaction, many of which require immediate treatment and are contraindication to further vaccination?
If a family doctor is unaware the child was vaccinated, additional vaccines may be administered too close in time.
They may be repeatedly vaccinated for COVID, for example.
This is just absurd and obscene, and Gertrude, I find this disgusting beyond belief.

Everybody involved in this should be exterminated over this.
This is something so horrible, so diabolical, but it has been done before.
The Entity has let us know what its plans are.
They've been trying to take our children for a long time, and they're, again, as I said earlier, they're coming at us from every direction.
We are overwhelmed Now by all of it and so really the only solution I think we have is to take matters back in in our own hands just like we did in 1776 when we said we have had enough
And now we are packed and loaded, packing and loaded, or loaded and packing, but we're going to come... Locked and loaded.

You see, I'm not... Okay, very good.
We're locked and loaded, Tim, because that's what needs to happen, is that we need to organize into groups of 50 or 100, and literally go and get these people and deal with them, because we cannot rely on the police We cannot rely on Jewish lawyers, shysters, which is what mostly shysters are, is Jews.
And we cannot trust the courts.
The courts are corrupt as hell.
The judge gets automatically 30% of the day's take into his or her pension fund.
So there is no judge on any bench that's impartial.
They like to You know, drag things out as long as they can because they make way more shekels as a result.
The whole thing is a gigantic business enterprise.
And so we need to, again, return to law and order, but under common law.
And we need to be in charge.
The people need to be in charge, not the government.
And that's why you have a constitution like it is the way it's written in the United States.
To protect us from that kind of tyranny.

Well, they started this campaign in 2019.
There was a WikiHow brochure that was really telling children how they can lie, lie to their parents to get vaccinated.
I know at least one 17 year old that went behind his father's back and got jabbed.
And this is this is the reality if people don't realize.
Again, to counter vaccine hesitancy, I call it vaccine mania and vitriol disorder.
These people are obsessed every day on on NBC News.
It's it's all all things Vax that this is the main thing.
And now they're they're doing their doses, doors to doses to doors.
So they're going door to door and all of all everybody's dying in these these neighborhoods are unvaccinated.

Wow.
The odds of that.
It's all BS.

And when they realize that those who are dying or those who have been vaccinated, I expect a massive reaction and it's not going to be pretty.
Shocking new court document shows FBI used at least 12 informants to entrap men in the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping plot.
It was purely political.
Document obtained by National Justice undermines the narrative prosecutors and FBI agents have constructed against the defendants in USA vs. Fox et al., accused of multiple serious crimes.
In a motion to compel disclosure, lawyers for Caleb Franks are asking the court to enforce the government to identify their informants by name, their criminal and mental health history, and how much money they were rewarded for infiltrating and setting up the defendants.
According to the brief, prosecutors have already identified at least 12 paid informants who were involved in driving the kidnapping plot forward by their confidential human source numbers.
The informants worked in conjunction with undercover FBI, revealing the small Wolverine Watchmen militia had over a dozen government infiltrators pressuring them to engage in violent criminal activity.
In the case of Franks, his lawyers cited exculpatory evidence showing when presented with the idea of kidnapping the governor, he told them he was not cool with the idea.
And they only attended a training camp also organized by the FBI for fresh air fellowship and training.
A fellow who has previously struggled with heroin addiction but provided help with his community by coming clean and becoming a professional drug counselor never sought to break the law.
According to the testimony of Special Agent Hank Impola, who led the investigation, the men in the Wolverine Watchmen expressed negative feelings when Adam Fox, a homeless man informants convinced to think kidnapping Governor Whitmer was a good idea, broached the subject.
An informant put on the stand even testified the men alleged to be at the center of the plot stressed they did not want to break the law.
Lawyers for the defense have been able to identify payments to at least one infiltrator of $54,000.
Some of the others, mostly ex- or current criminals, have been employed as government snitches for decades.
With federal snitches already confessing to hosting the training event where the plot was allegedly concocted, the entrapment defense is growing stronger by the day.
Prosecutors are scrambling to save their case, primarily by withholding evidence, conscripting the mainstream media to meddle, and even indicting one of their own crucial informants.
Lawyers are complaining the FBI and U.S.
Attorney are engaging in malicious compliance with audio evidence, wasting their time running up the legal fees.
What has become clear is that the Michigan militia plot was not an act of legitimate law enforcement, but instead a political stunt to aid Democrats in a swing state a month before a presidential election.
How bad is that?

Well, I was saying earlier about corruption and it's all so corrupt and here that totally corroborates what I said earlier.
You know, the FBI, the CIA, all these these alphabet agencies that are purporting to be the law keepers, the defenders of the law, And yet they are so corrupt.
They are a nest of vipers.
And again, like I say, it totally corroborates everything.
And I think it's interesting that this group, the Wolverines Watchmen, they named their group after the group in the two movies, Red Dawn.
There's two versions, and I highly recommend watch those people, because what it's showing you is the invasion of the United States coming up out of Mexico.
In one version, I think it's the North Koreans, and in another version, I think it was the Russians.
But either way, the Wolverines were young people who did as I have been suggesting, but eventually they got caught.
How appropriate they should be inspired by a movie for a fictional kidnapping plot that was presented to the public as though it were real.

Just like Gurchon is saying that these three-letter agencies are totally compromised.
Corrupt, whether it's Whitmer or the deadly insurrection or the investigation with George Floyd.
When you see we, the people, do better investigations, they say, oops, you missed the FBI, you missed arresting John Sullivan and keeping him in jail.
So they just use these agencies to their benefit.
And the people don't, if they're not paying attention, you don't know any better.
Yeah, notice this is another op run by the FBI that made big headlines to benefit the Democrats.
Just as you're observing, James, the brother of John Sullivan, said his brother had let 226 Antifa members dressed as Trump supporters into the Capitol on 6 January to smear Trump and his followers as though they were domestic terrorists.
Meanwhile, on a positive note, U.S.
court rules a ban on handgun sales to adults 18 to 20 years old is unconstitutional, striking down an age limit that was enacted in the 1960s.
This incidentally was published on Russia Today.
It's got virtually no coverage in the U.S.
mainstream.
We refuse to relegate either the Second Amendment or 18-to-20-year-olds to a second-class status, said Judge Julius Richardson in Tuesday's ruling by the Fourth U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia.
The two-to-one decision by a three-judge panel found Congress failed to show sufficient public interest to justify precluding 18-to-20-year-olds from enjoying their full Second Amendment rights when it passed the law in question in 1968.
Congress used disproportionate crime rates to craft the legislation, restricting the rights of overwhelmingly law-abiding citizens, and failed to show licensed dealers were the source of guns used by young adults to commit crimes.
There must be a reason why constitutional rights cannot be enjoyed until a certain age, said the judge.
Our nation's most cherished constitutional rights vest no later than 18, and the Second Amendment's right to keep and bear arms is no different.
The ruling applies to handgun sales by licensed firearm dealers.
The Biden administration, which has called for tougher gun laws, will likely appeal to Democrat politicians to press for tighter gun controls amidst a series of high-profile mass shootings this year.
But They overplayed their hand.
Defunding the police has destroyed any belief that the Democrats are serious about any of this.
Judge Wynne, appointed by former President Obama, dissented from the majority decision, saying the court was invalidating a modest and long-established effort to control gun violence The case was filed in 2018 on behalf of plaintiffs Tanner Hirshfield and Natalia Marcia, who were both then UVA students.
Hirshfield, then 20, and Marcia, 18, had both tried unsuccessfully to purchase handguns from licensed dealers.
Marcia reportedly wanted a gun to protect herself from an abusive former boyfriend.
U.S.
Representative Thomas Massey of Kentucky prays the appellate court decision.
If you're old enough to vote and can sign up to die for your country, you should be able to buy a handgun.
18, 19, and 20-year-olds are not to be denied constitutionally protected rights.
I like that.
I think what he had to say is spot on, and I applaud the decision.

I applaud the decision as well.
I'm a very strong advocate for open carry.
I also advocate that all children in schools from about grade five on be taught firearm safety and they should be taught how to handle all firearms, handguns, rifles, whatever, safely and effectively.
And I think that everyone age 18 or over should be Encouraged to have a rifle and ammunition and possibly a handgun on the premises and on their person when they're out and about because we are living in a different world.
This is not the Christian paradise that we had hoped to build here.
We are now at war and it's a hot war And they're, like I said earlier, they're coming at us from every side.
And now, if we were all well-armed, a well-armed society is a civil society, bottom line.
And Americans are becoming more and more well-armed.

Four new scientific discoveries regarding the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.
Doctors for COVID Ethics have sent the following letter to tens of thousands of doctors in Europe, summarizing four recent findings critical to the COVID-19 vaccination program.
Taken together, the letter warns these new pieces of evidence force all physicians administering COVID-19 vaccines to re-evaluate their merits and, I dare say, Contemplate their allegiance to the Hippocratic Oath, which declares, first, do no harm.
Summary.
Rapid and efficient memory-type immune responses occur reliably in virtually all unvaccinated individuals who are exposed to SARS-CoV-2.
The efficacy of further boosting the immune system through vaccination is therefore highly doubtful.
Vaccination may instead aggravate disease through antibody-dependent enhancement.
Discovery 1.
SARS-CoV-2 spark proteins circulate shortly after the vaccination.
That means that spike protein molecules are produced within cells that are in contact with the bloodstream And released into the circulation in the immune system will attack those cells that the circulated spike protein will activate thrombocytes.
Both effects will promote blood clotting.
Bad news!
Discovery 2.
Rapid memory type antibody response after vaccination.
Several studies have demonstrated that these circulating antibodies became detectable within one to two weeks, which always indicate a secondary memory-type response that is elicited through re-stimulation of pre-existing immune cells.
A certain amount of IgM was detected.
This is a bit technical, but the point is it represents a primary response to memory-type antibodies have also been documented, which cases might very well be caused or aggravated by pre-existing immunity.
Discovery 3.
SARS-CoV-2 elicit robust adaptive immune responses regardless of disease severity.
This study confirms that immune response to initial contact with SARS-CoV-2 is of the memory type, which shows this reaction occurs with almost all individuals, particularly those who experience no manifest clinical symptoms.
Severe lung infections almost always take many days to develop, which means if the antibodies generated by the memory response are needed, they will arrive on time.
Therefore, vaccination is unlikely to provide significant benefit with respect to the prevention of lung infection.
Discovery 4.
Rapid increase of strike protein antibodies after the second injection.
Even though the antibody response to the first is a memory type, the small time lag after injection may mitigate adverse reactions because the abundance of spike protein on the cells in the blood vessel walls and other tissues have already passed its peak when the antibodies arrive.
The situation changes dramatically, however, with a second injection.
Then the spikes are produced and protrude into the bloodstream that are already swarming with both reactive lymphocytes and antibodies.
The antibodies will cause the complement system and also neptrophil granulocytes to attack the spike protein-bearing cells.
The possible consequences of all-out self-attack by the immune system are frightening.
And indicate the potential for an agonizing death.
This is seriously bad.
Clinically, the antibody-dependent enhancement can cause a hyper-inflammatory response, a cyclotine storm that will amplify damage to the lungs, liver, and other organs of our body.
Attempts to develop vaccines to the original SARS virus, closely related to this, repeatedly failed due to ADE.
The vaccine did induce antibodies, but when the vaccinated animals were subsequently infected with the virus, they became more ill than the unvaccinated controls.
Conclusion?
The collective findings discussed above clearly show the benefits of vaccination are highly doubtful.
In contrast, the harm the vaccine do is very well substantiated, with more than 15,000 vaccination-associated deaths now documented in the EU Drug Adverse Events Database and over 7,000 more with the UK and the US.
All physicians must reconsider the ethical issues surrounding COVID-19 vaccination Multiple sources being cited here.
Just following orders was no excuse.
Doctors, nurses, and teachers were tried at Nuremberg for crimes against humanity.
Beware.
If you are helping in any way inoculate humans with a killer jab, a trial at the Hague Court may be in your future.
Gurchin, your thoughts?
This is all so troubling.
The fact that the MNRA vaccines were tried on test animals and all the animals died.
And so isn't that already a reason enough for physicians to take a second look at this whole program and say, wait a minute, we're not supporting this and we're not going to be jabbing people.
I mean, that alone should have been the reason not to go along with it.
And so that since that information came out about the mRNA vaccines killing the test animals, the whole program should have been stopped at that point.
And so any doctors that are participating are indeed guilty under the Nuremberg Code.
And they will face serious repercussions because, you know, people are waking up, but I'm hoping that we wake up soon enough before most of us are dead.
And that is what I see unfolding, is that by possibly next year or even earlier, that is when we're going to see the real results of a pandemic.
Which are the side effects of the vaccines.
People literally falling down dead in the street all of a sudden.
And then they're going to blame it.
Yeah, and they're going to blame it on a Delta variant or something, you see.
Yeah, which is just a fabrication.
It's another phantom.
There have been so many damaged persons that have been harmed by these vaccines and so many deaths.
Actually, with a tiny fraction in the past, medical products have been pulled off of the market.
This is obviously way past that standard.
They should not be available to the public, period.
Experimental or not?

Well, exactly that.
It's experimental and they're not FDA approved.
I am flabbergasted why anyone would want to put this experimental, you can't get unvaxxed, And jab remorse.
I would argue again, I've heard way more stories of people getting inflicted by this jab versus stories of people that I know that have suffered coronavirus.
And I do know people that have suffered the coronavirus.
But this is a magic trick.
Consider also that Jen and the Surgeon General this week, yesterday, put on a presser about how to combat health disinformation.
These people know crap about health.
So when you have actual doctors that, like for instance, I'm about to have surgery and there's still Forcing me or telling me I have to do the nasal swab.
Oh, wow.
What is the cycle threshold of your BS test?
No crickets.
Oh, when I say like in a very deadpan.
Oh, I understand.
I have to take a test because there's no other viruses on the planet anymore.
Just the Rona, right?
Crickets.
This is a doctor.
So everyone's just doing their job and the conversation should have ended at this is EUA and they put this EUA out when there was remdesivir and they couldn't get it out if there was something on the books that says there's something to preventatively Or deal with this.
So they violated U.S.
law and it's all disgusting.

I'm so sick of hearing every day about this jab ad nauseam, this virus ad nauseam.

They don't have to put you completely under.
They can numb that area.

I'm trying not to be, you know, I have on my record that I suffered from Stephen Johnson, that a jab could kill me.
I am concerned, but I need to have this surgery.
And in any case, nobody's responding to me about the test.
Everybody, if this isn't saliva, then let me spit on whatever you want.
Right, right, right.
And you don't have to invade.
And now they're trying to say, well, it's only going to go in a little bit.
Yeah, no, they want to go back to the brain membrane.
This is very nasty.
Sometimes they punctured it and caused serious problems.
I mean, this is very, very bad.
Meanwhile, all across France, citizens are taking to the street and clashing with the police protesting new mandatory COVID-19 vaccine measures.
As we reported, French President Emmanuel Macron announced new COVID measures, including mandatory vaccines for health workers, a health pass to access cinema, trains, restaurants, as well as hospitals, retirement homes, medical and social establishment.
This man is a monster.
He's a puppet of the global elite.
Also in planes, trains, and buses for long trip curfews, even pension reform.
Where people will have to work longer and retire later.
Today was Bastille Day.
Many took to the streets to protest.
Many clashed with police.
