	This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, and Monique Lukens, my favorite organ vegan.
	Organic vegan!
	Oh, don't talk CCP talk, please.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know, and some of it's pretty disturbing.
	Get this.
	Three countries on Earth declined the COVID vax.
	All three of their presidents are now dead.
	Sometimes an ugly truth is staring us in the face.
	We only need to see it and speak it for the reality to become clear.
	There are only three countries on the planet whose government officials refused to accept the COVID-19 vaccine from the World Health Organization.
	Burundi, Tanzania, and Haiti.
	The officials of those three countries who declined the vax were presidents in each of those countries.
	In Burundi, it was President Pierre Nkoszoya.
	In Haiti, it was President Jovenel Moise.
	And in Tanzania, we got a guy who actually was so smart, he tested goats and papaya and motor oil and found that they were all coming up positive except for the motor oil.
	Just a coincidence, what are the odds of these three men dying in office and all they have in common is they refuse to accept the facts.
	To many, their deaths look like murder.
	The one in Haiti was clearly straight-up murder.
	He was assassinated by men with guns, who the Pentagon has now acknowledged were trained by the U.S.
	Many have speculated the entire COVID-19 pandemic was a staged, intentionally deadly attack on humanity, which appears to be exactly the way it is.
	There are those who believe humanity itself is like a virus against the planet.
	They believe humanity is destroying the planet, so they're gonna call humanity.
	They're in positions of great power and wealth.
	It's thought, by a large number, the so-called vaccine is a method by which they have decided to call The herd.
	So the theory goes they hyped a novel coronavirus shown to have a 99.6 survival rate as a reason get a new untested unproven vaccine.
	The trouble is it does not use active or even attenuated virus but instead uses a completely novel mRNA technology which has never been used as a vaccine nor could it qualify as a vaccine.
	Many, many people have already died from getting this vaccine.
	My estimate?
	Between 500 and 900,000, minimally.
	Hundreds of thousands, in addition, are severely injured, some permanently disabled.
	If the theory about using a vaccine to cull humanity were true, would those perpetrating it even hesitate to murder three presidents?
	And if they're willing to murder presidents, would they even think twice about murdering you?
	Carl, your thoughts?

	So that is what Need to Know News is about.
	You need to contrast that with corporate media, who won't even cover it.
	And if they do, they would call it some conspiracy theory.
	Nah, this is a coincidence theory, if you believe corporate media.
	So what we're really looking at is that the U.S.
	is the leading gangster leader of a global rogue state illegal empire.
	And it's the easiest burden of proof to demonstrate that is the ongoing live-started illegal wars of aggression to control the world's resources, both natural and human resources, that includes the puppet leaders of these countries.
	And it's not just overseas.
	You have JFK, RFK, and MLK.
	So The choice that you have is you can either go ahead and stay asleep and just follow the news and nod your head and believe it's... No!
	You're going to end up shot and on your knees.
	And so join us and resist.

	I wanted to mention when you were saying shots, Carl, I was very concerned about the message of Biden, people going door-to-door to take this injection.
	I called my local police department and I actually suggest that people do this if you are also concerned.
	The person that I spoke to, he actually said that it was unconstitutional and if they do come onto my property to call them.
	He also said that the police department would make a statement if it were to happen and that they would be against it.
	Now this was only one officer who was talking to me.
	I called that police officer again, but I got someone else.
	He wasn't as friendly, but he said, again, I was a little bit panicking, and I said, what if they kick the door open?
	And he said, they can't kick the door open.
	He kind of laughed, and I said, Well, I'll be able to call you, right, if they trespass?
	Yes.
	So I just want you to know that instead of having such anxiety, make friends with the blue, because a lot of them, they don't like what's happening either.
	I called the Sheriff Department, too.
	He didn't like what was happening, but they weren't so aware of everything.
	So that's one thing.
	I think we actually have to teach the blue, right, Doctor?
	We have to We have to be more in contact with them, especially during this time when they're looking very disfavorably to work, you know, with people because of all the things that have happened or not happened rather.
	With regards to He's my senator.
	I'm very proud of him.
	vaccine and people passing away.
	I was listening to something you absolutely need to hear this.
	It's heart wrenching.
	All the victims they were crying.
	Uh, it was a Senate hearing with Senator Ron Johnson.
	Did anyone hear that?
	It's my senator and I'm very proud of him.
	He's doing a great job.
	He met with families on adverse reactions to the COVID vaccine.
	Let me see if it's still on YouTube, or if it's been removed.
	Holy moly, it's still there!
	Okay, so you can find that, and I would give that to anybody who has any doubts.
	Because, um... Sorry.
	Yeah, he's doing a great job, Monique.
	We have several stories, by the way, including about going door-to-door, so you'll have more opportunities to address that issue.
	When we hear the stories of people, or if we know people who have had people pass away, that's when people are really going to look at this.
	Because unfortunately, some people still don't even know about the VAERS system.
	They don't know that it's maintained by the CDC, and they will just push you off.
	So it was very heart-wrenching, and I'm sorry that we'll probably be hearing more stories like that.
	No doubt about it.
	You're 100% correct.
	I have no doubt whatsoever.
	Meanwhile, mom guilt.
	Texas Democrats face hurdles in flight to fight voter law.
	A voter law that's intended to ensure the integrity of the ballot in Texas.
	Republicans in Texas argue their voting bill will make it easier to cast ballots, forcing businesses to give people time off to vote.
	One of several measures being pushed in conservative states in the wake of President Trump's not-false claim that he lost last year's election because of fraud.
	And by the way, a lengthy report from Maricopa County, in my opinion, is laying the foundation for their report.
	That will show overwhelming proof of fraud in the election in Arizona as a template for what happened in the other key states.
	The Democrats who fled the state in order to deny their Senate a quorum for the duration of the special legislative
	session that runs through August 7th.
	Governor Abbott has said he'll have the lawmakers arrested when they return and force them to remain
	at the Capitol. I mean, after all, they're being paid by the taxpayer to perform
	representative government. The House Democratic Caucus Committee used donor and member money to
	fund the group's flight to Washington, also covering food and hotel costs,
	but they're not doing their duty in Texas.
	We're going to need more money to stay.
	More than that, we need to combat this push by Republicans to pass this legislation around the nation.
	Except it's grossly needed.
	This is absurd.
	Representative Gina Hinojosa left a 9-year-old and a 15-year-old in Hauston.
	How outrageous is that?
	I have mom guilt about leaving.
	The absence of family here with me is the hardest part of this.
	That sounds like parental abuse.
	Analysis of ballot images in Georgia shows provable fraud in the audit there.
	This is fascinating.
	Analysis turned out at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots contained 5,255 votes, that were added redundantly to the audit results. The team
	examining also found seven audit tally sheets they believe falsified to contain fabricated vote
	totals. In one example, a batch contained 59 ballot images for Biden and 42 for
	President Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and zero for Trump. That's how they do it. The analysis
	revealed 923, 60% of the 1539 mail-in ballot batches files contained votes that were incorrectly
	reported.
	We believe there are massive audit errors.
	The group received the images as part of a court case after a petition in late 2020 to get clearance to inspect the mail-in ballots in the county.
	Henry County Judge Brian Amaro, who is overseeing the case, ordered in March that scanned ballot images be made available to the petitioners.
	Asked about these new claims, demonstrating beyond any doubt of the abuse of the electoral system, a Fulton County spokeswoman told the Epoch Times, this is related to a matter that's a subject of pending litigation.
	Therefore, We do not wish to respond.
	A spokesman for the Georgia Secretary of State, who's deeply involved in this deception and the theft of the election, referred requests for comment to Fulton County.
	Representative Jody Heiss, who's challenging Raffsenberger, who is the Secretary of State, in a video called on him to resign.
	In Fulton County, there is now undeniable proof of voter irregularity If not outright voter fraud, pointing to the evidence they have now revealed.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	We're at an endgame with this one.
	The Arizona Senate held a hearing this morning, and I haven't checked the outcome of that, but it would be a report on the progress leading to their official report in three weeks that will absolutely demonstrate election fraud and will be a huge breakthrough.
	In Georgia, it's going to be the same thing.
	All these states, especially the ones that stopped their counting in the middle of the morning to see those huge, mathematically impossible vote jumps, will be discovered.
	And that will be a breakthrough.
	So we'll see when it comes.
	You're absolutely right.
	I watched a good chunk of the Maricopa report and it was primarily about procedure and process and how they ensured the integrity of exactly all the balance they were handling.
	It was very impressive.
	Monique, your thoughts?
	I'm very glad that they're looking into this.
	I know time passes and people forget things.
	If you don't have power behind you, people really forget things.
	So all I could say is I hope that they go to the end and that this could be resolved.
	It does not mean that I still I'm still on the fence about Trump.
	As many people are, we wonder why he was pushing the warp speed when so many people have passed away, as we said.
	But then others say, well, he was talking about the vaccine as actually being hydrochloric.
	And so maybe he was talking in code.
	Maybe he's still talking in code.
	But going back to the voter fraud, whatever you think about him, It's very important that we get to the fairness and the bottom of this.
	I also just quickly want to mention how if you even believe that it should be fair, it could start into a race war.
	And going back to that last story that you said with the three presidents passing away, they were all black.
	And I want people to know out there that people were up in arms after the George Floyd incident.
	How come they're not up in arms now with these black presidents?
	Think about it.
	Where's BLM now?
	Okay?
	I still really wonder if it happened in Minneapolis, as Dr. Fetzer put out there.
	I spoke to the attorney in Texas, attorney Timothy Daniel Jafet, who states that Floyd actually passed away in 2016.
	I have to keep putting that out there, because it's not about, it's not racism.
	It's about getting to the facts, about getting to truth.
	Because if we don't get to truth, well, then everything falls apart.
	Those are my comments.
	Those are great points.
	And of course, in the video that's alleged to be of the death of George Floyd, it shows a gas or diesel at 99 cents, which hasn't been true since maybe when George Floyd was still alive.
	So they seem to have done some very creative videotaping and editing.
	Very striking.
	Meanwhile, Howard Dean of all people says Trump supporters will pay with their lives and compares him to Jim Jones.
	Howard Dean, a guy I once thought was a terrific person, a great candidate for president, went on MSNBC, where else,
	to compare former President Trump to the cult leader Jim Jones,
	where his followers drank the Kool-Aid.
	"'How concerned are you when you see every political party "'devoted to committing ignorance
	"'at combating life-saving methods in this country?' said the guest host, Jason Johnson," who of course was implying
	he thinks the whole pandemic is bona fide.
	He thinks it's all on the up and up and that the vaccines do you good rather than put your life in jeopardy.
	It's pretty frightening, really, Dean responded.
	The CPAC has gotten more and more off the charts.
	Trump's been a little nuts.
	Things so ironic as people who they're killing in Missouri, for example, are actually Trump voters.
	Because the Trump voters have a much higher percentage of people who are not vaccinated because of the garbage the president's putting out there not being vaxxed.
	I say that's a damn good thing.
	The more you learn about the vax, The only who are going to survive are those who have refused to take it.
	In Southern Missouri, a conservative part of the state and of the country, you have the death rate going up hugely, he claims, but I guarantee you if it's going up, it's from those who have been vaccinated.
	The highest increases have been in Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri.
	There's a rationality behind this.
	It's a cult based on anger, fear, and ignorance.
	I think he means, really, it's irrational.
	So you think the Republicans just hate their own constituents, the host asks?
	Because they are most likely to be the 99% dying from this new Delta variant, which I'm convinced, by the way, is just a fantasy.
	These guys are not interested in serving the country, Dean said.
	It's like Jim Jones and Guyana, it really is.
	Trump is Jim Jones.
	900 of his followers died, some of whom did not go willingly, but he mesmerized them.
	Trump has these people mesmerized, probably because they're ineffective people.
	What an arrogant bastard to save this.
	They did what the Germans did in the Depression, Dean said.
	They put their faith in somebody who turned out to be a madman.
	Trump has a lot of deficits.
	He's lazy, not very smart, but incredibly skilled at exploiting discomfort and anger.
	That's what he's doing, just like the Germans did.
	People are going to pay for this with their lives, and they already are.
	I cannot believe Howard Dean said that.
	Here's equally bad.
	Former Obama HHS chief wants unvaccinated Americans to be banned from going to work.
	Kathleen Sebelius, former Health and Human Services Secretary during the Obama administration, of course, said Tuesday, unvaccinated Americans should not be allowed to work or have access to children.
	How insulting.
	We're in a situation where we have a wildly effective vaccine.
	Wildly effective if you want to do permanent damage to people and change their DNA.
	Multiple choices.
	No, it's all but being mandated.
	Lots available free of charge.
	We have people who are saying, I won't do it.
	I think it's time to say to these folks, it's fine if you don't choose to be vaccinated.
	You may not come to work.
	You may not have access to a situation where you're going to put my grandchildren in jeopardy.
	Where you might kill them, you might put them in a situation where they're going to carry the virus to someone in a high-risk position.
	But Obama's former HHH head wasn't done yet.
	That is, I think, we're at the point where freedom is one thing, but freedom when you cause harm to others, like secondhand smoke.
	In other dishes we've dealt with in the past, you can't drive Drunk, but you can drink, but you can't drive drunk because you can injure other people.
	You can't smoke inside a public place where you can give cancer to someone else in spite of them not having been a smoker.
	So she wants to make it very difficult for those who are on vax.
	They're not even going to be allowed to work.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	Those two examples are brilliant examples of propaganda.
	So you have Howard Dean who got assassinated in the primaries by after he won something he gave in a yell and then that was characterized forevermore as Somehow proving that he was as deranged as what he claims to be as Trump followers.
	So Howard Dean, he, the components of the propaganda is to say that first Trump is nuts and then that Trump followers, that's a death cult.
	And then the, the objective of the propaganda is to split the Republicans into two camps.
	One is going to be the controlled opposition, which is what they've always had.
	Maybe bringing back Jeb Bush again or or somebody else to operate that that part of the Republican Party, the right hand of the empire and to to demand to require vaccinations.
	And then the other part, they're just going to call them Trumpsters, crazy truthers, and to say that they're mind controlled.
	So these are all brilliant, orchestrated, deliberate talking points of propaganda in this endgame, and people need to determine Do you want to be dictated to, or do you want the objective facts to shut these people down?
	And then that HHS former secretary, they're going to come up with some sort of a campaign, and they have already put together the talking points for that.
	And if it were me, I'd say, why don't you just go ahead and say it's for the children?
	Because, you know, the little kids can't get vaccinated, and you can't have These smoking drunk killers around killing the little kids.
	You need to remove those from society.
	You can't have them work any place because kids go everywhere to work.
	So you got to remove them from work.
	And then eventually they're such hazards.
	You can just leave them alone or maybe put them in education camps.
	So great examples of propaganda.
	It doesn't get any sharper than that.

	Well, I will agree that the police, I forgot to mention that, said that the media is using propaganda.
	So he didn't seem to believe that people were going to be going door-to-door, but the fact is they are in some places.
	I wanted to mention with regards to the children, although they can't get vaccinated, they're 12 and under yet, those who can get vaccinated, 12 and up, they have been passing away and I would suggest everyone out there to call your local Department of Child and Family Protective Services and make a complaint.
	I mean, you don't have to unless you're a mandated reporter, but I would make a complaint That there are forces out there that are tending to child abuse.
	I think that we all have that responsibility, everyone.
	You know, if we all make that call, somebody is going to be listened to.
	Call me.
	Call me idolistic, but I do believe that.
	With regards to working, you have to take the vaccine.
	Okay, so first of all, again, it's experimental.
	Legally, they can't do this.
	They can't make you into an experiment, but they absolutely are coercing.
	I read a story, well, actually, I listened to a story, InfoWars, Peter, can't remember his name, but he was mentioning about United Airlines and how they state that it's voluntary to take the injection.
	But there was one pilot that brought up the fact of the Nuremberg Code because he was being coerced so much.
	And let me put out this guy's name who said something Outlandish.
	He is the United Airlines Pilots Master Executive Council.
	Sorry.
	He's a representative of the United Airlines Pilots Master Executive Council.
	His name is Todd Insler.
	He went on to say, until your head is shaved, until we're forcing you to work like slaves and putting you into the gas chambers, F off or something like that.
	He used the F word.
	I mean, do you want somebody to be in charge of these pilots that talks like this?
	Not to mention, there are pilots who have passed away.
	So if you're going to be a passenger in the air, isn't that going to put you in jeopardy?
	There was an airline, a flight attendant, she just had a stroke.
	In the air!
	They had to divert the airplane over to Russia!
	So...
	Not only is it harming the people who are being forced and coerced, it's going to harm the people around them that have to be near them.
	That might pick up the spike protein, because I do believe that it could be more transmissible if you have your body constantly making it.
	I'm not a doctor, but I'm kind of thinking that might be the case.
	Those are my thoughts.
	Oh, Monique, you're spot on, and I think British Airways has lost four pilots died after vaccination, and they're no longer allowing vaccinated pilots to fly their planes.
	Remember, one pilot dies that can take hundreds of passengers along with him.
	I mean, Monique is absolutely spot on.
	This is a very serious situation.
	Meanwhile, AOC, proving she is occasional cortex after all, U.S.
	must mass-produce COVID vaccine for the world or the pandemic could drag on for generations.
	Here's someone who has no idea, doesn't have a clue of what's going on.
	Amy Goodman was interviewing her, describing the pandemic as a horror, that we're all in this together.
	If one person is sick, we're all vulnerable.
	According to the New York Times, 86% of the shots have gone into the arm worldwide.
	Have been administered in higher, upper, middle-income countries.
	Only one-tenth of a percent of doses have been administered in low-income countries.
	In Haiti, for example, they haven't gotten a shot.
	They haven't gotten a vaccine at all, which of course is a reason why their president was assassinated.
	They had virtually no COVID cases in Haiti at all.
	What has happened to this country, says Amy Goodman, who many people used to think had a brain in her head.
	Now I have my doubts.
	Should Americans get a third booster shot?
	There are many areas of grave concern where less than a third of the population is vaccinated.
	But let's look at the rest of the world.
	What can the U.S.
	do?
	And you and a representative in Congress.
	AOC.
	Well, you know, I think that's a lot we can do.
	One extremely concerning is only the wealthy are being vaccinated, and the majority is not being vaccinated.
	If that's the case, we're not protecting ourselves from the virus.
	Frankly, we're setting up the virus for being around for generations if we continue at this pace.
	AOC continues.
	I believe we should, whether it's the Defense Production Act, other methods or mechanism, look at this defense issue, mobilize mass production of vaccines and export them across the world.
	Take on the big pharma that are profiting off of mass vaccination.

	Meanwhile, Biden's door-to-door vaccine pitch has leaked.
	He's telling his ambassadors to withhold the side effects, to lie to those they're approaching.
	After failing to hit their goal of vaccinating 70% of Americans by July 4th, they're recruiting left-wing activists to go door-to-door.
	This is despite the growing body of evidence showing the vaccine is less than perfect, dangerous, even deadly.
	Newly released training docs show how they're recruiting and training these goons to best their senior citizens who should have the freedom to make their own choices.
	Lake County, Illinois released documents related to their Community Health Ambassador Outreach door-knocking project designed to increase COVID vaccine acceptance.
	They reveal the administration's questionable tactics in their sales pitch for dough knockers to educate the people while invading their privacy and withholding side effects.
	Photos of the script uncover their campaign to lie to harass and intimidate those who have not received a vaccine.
	Volunteers are instructed to coerce property managers into letting them on the property to collect data on the residents.
	They're coached on how to let the property manager know no personal info will be collected on residents.
	However, they're given a separate sheet to gather information such as contact address, vaccine status, vaccine interest.
	In other words, They are lying about information being collected in order to get to your door to use their intimidation tactics.
	Senior citizens.
	I've had allergic reaction to medicines and foods years ago.
	Is this vaccine safe for me?
	Community health associate.
	The only true contraindication to this vaccine is a severe anaphylactic reaction to an injectable vaccine in your past.
	This is really, truly absurd.
	The script instructs vaccine goons to lie about side effects, explains they should end their conversation, telling the Rask senior citizen to be part of the COVID solution.
	So they can take the first step to get their lives back.
	They're also directed to violate privacy by ignoring no solicitation restrictions and adding resident personal information to a government database.

	Getting the vaccine is the first step in getting our lives back.
	You can be part of the COVID solution.
	How insulting, how awful, how god-awful abusive is this?

	This propaganda is just amazing!
	So you have Amy Goodman and Juan González from Democracy Now!, which is the same as NPR, it's just propaganda-lite, but they'll just go ahead and push the narrative.
	And I love the virtue signaling to pretend that they care about the people of color who aren't getting access to the vaccine.
	And this script that they're pushing, Jim, you're exactly right, is that they are lying.
	That the VAERS data, VAERS claims that they're only receiving, so out of those 9,000 American deaths, reported two VAERS following.
	The so-called vaccines that's going to be 90,000 to 900,000.
	If you add in the European database of 20,000, it's just round up to 30,000.
	Then we're talking about Europe and US combined of 300,000 deaths following the shots up to 3 million.
	So these they want to go door to door because this is like gun registration you want to find out where everyone lives who has and has not had the shot so you'll know where to go to pick them up later.
	So we really are at this end game and again one choice is just go ahead and be lulled to sleep and just do what you're told and be dictated and have your t-shirt say dictate me and put on the top of your hat don't drone me bro Or you're going to stand up and deserve the freedom that we've been given the opportunity to have in this country, but you're going to have to stand because this is an American Revolution 2.0.
	Well, Carl, I'm just dumbfounded.
	Given all the adverse effects, and there's a vast range and variety, including especially blood clots that are causing brain hemorrhages, they have taken many vaccines and other medical products off the market completely for a tiny fraction, a tiny fraction of adverse effects.
	So what the hell is going on here?
	It's all too obvious.
	The CDC and the WHO and the Biden administration are in the game for good.
	They want to do us grievous bodily harm.
	Actually, they're part of the depopulation agenda.

	Well, I want to state that I was very happy when I was hearing Dr. David E. Martin be interviewed by Dr. Rainer Fulmich.
	He's the International Tribunal Attorney, because he laid it out beautifully.
	What has happened?
	There's patents for the virus, therapeutics, the vaccine, before any of this happened.
	I mean, if we can just take this quickly, this evidence, into court, I believe everything would be over, but how fast is this going to be?
	Now, let's get back to you.
	In the meantime, I'm very concerned.
	I mean, everything I'm talking about is the injection.
	The propaganda is out of control.
	Here's one.
	I have to show your listenership different videos to look at.
	This one, this was in a different country.
	And these people are in hazmat type of outfits, and they're just taking pictures, photos.
	They're not really doing anything.
	They're just taking photos.
	So we, this is all, as they say, fear porn.
	It truly is.
	With regards to, I had something else to say, Biden.
	We haven't talked about masks yet, but there is a lawsuit for the masks.
	I hope there will be for the injections too.
	It seems like they're private.
	They're private suits right now for specific areas like schools or jobs, but this one is actually National.
	This is the Health Freedom Defense Fund and they're suing Joe Biden over mask mandates along with two Florida residents.
	They are asking the United States District Court in Tampa, Florida to strike down the CDC's national mask mandate for travel.
	By the way, what good is a mask going to do if your pilot suddenly has a stroke in the air and you all go down, by the way?
	And the last thing I wanted to say with regards to this, oh yes, I wanted to give you the title of the recording about the pilot with that awful thing that the union person said.
	You can see that right there.
	It's about 20 minutes.
	And I hope that your listenership... Yeah, get jabbed and be grounded.
	But other airlines are saying, if you're jabbed, you are grounded, which is, of course, intelligent, whereas this policy is absurd.
	Exactly.
	Irresponsible, shocking.

	It's unbelievable.
	Meanwhile, get this.
	It turns out, just as you're observing, that the U.S.
	Patent Office rejected Tony the Rat's own efforts to get mRNA jabs patented at vaccines.
	This is a short segment from a longer presentation by Dr. David Martin, whom Monique was citing, in which he exposes hard evidence a psychopathic criminal, Dr. Anthony Fauci, knows damn well mRNA jabs are not vaccines.
	Martin has documented proof that Fauci attempted to get mRNA jabs patented as vaccines.
	The applications were summarily rejected.
	mRNA jabs do not meet any of the requirements to be labeled as vaccine.
	But Fauci has gone ahead and declared them to be vaccines in order to secure the emergency authorization he needed to voice him off on humanity and obtain liability protection against the damage Fauci knows they will cause.

	He's going to be responsible for more deaths than any other figure in world history.

	Meanwhile, doctors can vaccinate kids in the District of Columbia without parental knowledge.
	This, to me, is utterly shocking.
	The past year, we've seen many lawmakers in the U.S.
	and other countries vote to eliminate or severely restrict civil liberties in the name of public health.
	Perhaps the most outrageous violating parental and human rights took place in Washington, D.C.
	in November of 2020, when city council gave doctors the power to vaccinate children as young as 11 and hide what they had done from their parents.
	The D.C.
	mayor refused to veto the bill.
	In January 2021, Congress sat on its hands, gave tacit approval to enactment of the most dangerous child vaccination law in America.
	In a breathtaking violation of medical ethics and several federal laws, the new vaccine concealment law in Washington, D.C.
	allows doctors to extract informed consent from young children to immature to know what informed consent means or what a vaccine reaction looks and feels like.
	This is disgusting.
	The DC City Council majority, with only three members, is sending cruelly disempowered parents by voting to make it illegal for a doctor, insurance company, or school administrator to divulge a child's vaccine history and records that can be seen by the child's mother or father.
	So parents won't have the information they need to protect their own children.
	An 11-year-old child does not know or understand his or her personal health history, but most parents do.
	If your child has experienced previous vaccine reactions, has severe allergies, or other health conditions that could increase vaccine risk, parents kept in the dark will not have a way to protect them from further harm.
	Parents who don't know which vaccine their children have been given will not be able to monitor them for signs of a potentially life-threatening vaccine reaction that requires immediate medical attention.
	If the child is injured or dies after vaccination, parents will not know they must apply to the Federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program before the filing deadline expires.
	Parents will not know their insurance company has been billed for vaccines, not know a school the child attends is in possession of their child's secret vaccine records, even when there's a vaccine exemption for religious belief on file with a school.
	This blatant violation of a parent's moral and legal rights and responsibility to make medical risk decisions on behalf of a minor child was endorsed—this is incredible—by the American Academy of Pediatrics and pushed through by the D.C.
	City Council, while the mayor and the Congress looked the other way.
	Listen to this.
	First, D.C.' 's vaccine concealment law violates vaccine safety provisions of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1989.
	Parents of DPT vaccine-injured children secured vaccine safety provisions in the 1986 Act, which directs doctors and other medical workers to give parents written vaccine benefit and risk information before a child is vaccinated.
	Specifically, the 1986 Act mandates health care providers who administer a vaccine must give a child's legal representative a copy of the information materials developed by the CDC prior to the administration of a vaccine.
	It also requires each person administering to ensure there's a record in the person's permanent medical file or in a permanent office log to which a legal representative shall have access upon request.
	Number one, date of administration of the vaccine.
	Number two, the vaccine manufacturer and lot number.
	Number three, the name and address and, if appropriate, the title of the health care provider administering the vaccine.
	These informing and recording safety provisions were included in the Act to provide parents with the information they need to make well-informed vaccine decisions for their minor children, to help parents recognize and prevent vaccine reactions, and to ensure a vaccine reaction is reported in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
	If a doctor can secretly inject a young child with one or more vaccines and hide the vaccination records, how will parents know what is happening when a vaccine reaction occurs?
	They won't have the information they need to take their child to an emergency room or to make the connection between the vaccination and the child's regression into poor health.
	This lack of critical information also means parents will likely miss a deadline for filing claims.
	The vaccination concealment law violates the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, too, known as FERPA, guaranteeing the legal right to have access to their children's education record, including health and vaccination record, at the primary and secondary school level.
	It also violates informed consent rights.
	Longstanding ethical principles have been corn consent for medical risk taking, which has governed the ethical
	practice of human research and medical practice since the Nuremberg code was published in 1947 after the doctor's trial for
	experimenting on human beings without their permission.
	Informed consent is exercised on behalf of minors by their parents, who are morally and legally responsible for their
	well-being and financial support until they're old enough to live independently.
	Child development specialists have documented how young children and teenagers lack the critical thinking skills
	and emotional maturity to exercise good judgment when assessing risk.
	Pre-adolescents are more susceptible to pressure from peers and authority figures, such as teachers and principals.
	Doctors are the ultimate authority figures in our society today.
	Many are serving as authoritarian implementers of a one-size-fits-all federal vaccine policy and state vaccine mandates.
	Like vaccine manufacturers, doctors and others who administer vaccines cannot be held liable in civil court, even if a child dies, much less be injured.
	Congress passed special legislation in 2020 to make sure doctors or anyone who administers a COVID vaccine cannot be sued.
	I'm sure that was at the behest of Big Pharma, knowing what was to come.
	When the risks of vaccination turn out to be 100% for a child, it's a mother and father raising the child on a day-to-day basis who will be left with lifelong consequences, not the doctor given the power to secretly persuade the child to take the vaccines that may do tremendous damage to them.
	The D.C.
	Council sponsor of the bill entitled the Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act originally wanted doctors to be able to vaccinate children of any age, no matter how young, without the knowledge or consent of their parents.
	She argued minors of any age can get an abortion in Washington, D.C., or be treated for a sexually transmitted disease or substance without the knowledge or consent of their parents.
	She told Medscape Medical News, parents with anti-science beliefs were not vaccinating their children based on a disproven belief that vaccine may cause harm, which put other people at extreme risk for disease.
	A dissenting city council member counted with, medical professionals in schools should not be permitted to coerce impressionable minors into procedures capable of causing injury or death behind their parents' back.
	The Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights states, in the interest of welfare, the individual should have priority over the sole interest of science or society.
	For persons who are not capable of exercising autonomy, special measures are to be taken to protect their rights and interests.
	Any preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with a prior free and informed consent of the person concerned based on adequate information.
	It is a profound betrayal of public trust for any city, state, or federal government to strip parents of their God-given right to protect their children from harm by allowing a doctor to give a child a pharmaceutical product without getting the parent's permission.
	Science is not perfect.
	Doctors are not infallible.
	And pharmaceutical products like vaccines come with risks that can be greater for some than for others, which is why parents must retain the human right to exercise informed consent to medical risks taken on behalf of their minor children.
	Will a vaccine concealment bill that is now law in Washington, D.C.
	be exported to your state next?
	This is so outrageous.
	This is so totally disgusting.

	It's the endgame, and as you've talked about for months and months, Jim, is that our opponents want to cull the sheeple population drastically to kill off 90%, actually more than that, of us as their slave labor workforce, genetically modified as best they can control.
	So it's either the choices is to be asleep and just go ahead and trust these psychopaths or to stand that you are not a patient of the state and that we have God-given rights and that governments operate within those natural rights only with the authority given to them by the Constitution.
	So all of this is ridiculous.

	That 1986 legislation, by the way, also included a requirement that in exchange for not being sued, is that these vaccine, so-called vaccine, manufacturers had to submit to Congress two times a year, safety information of what is the actual on the ground results.
	And from their point of view, They say the vaccines are so safe, we don't even have to test them.
	And they haven't since 1986.
	Carl, my suspicion would be that failure to comply with that condition may vitiate the agreement that they should be liable if they haven't fulfilled their contractual obligations.
	I would pursue that remedy against them.
	It's obvious Big Pharma is out to murder the vast majority of the world's population, knowingly.
	They know what's in these vaccines.

	where the parents won't even have the medical records of their children.

	Another serious blow against state sovereignty.
	The framers desired the influence and power in Washington, D.C.
	be kept as close to the people and states as possible.

	This is the date the Federal Reserve Act was passed, placing oversight on America's financial matters into the hands of a cabal of private international bankers.
	Bear in mind, the Federal Reserve Act created a system that is not federal, it's not a reserve, it's a private consortium of international bankers who have completely destroyed the constitutional principles of sound money and, for the most part, free enterprise.

	The Johnson Amendment targets speech because it prohibits statements that are published or distributed.

	Since the time of our forebearers settled this continent, children had been free to pray and read the scriptures in their very schools.

	The date President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas.
	For all intents and purposes, the American people lost control of their government with the assassination of JFK, with the exception of Ronald Reagan.

	These decisions opened the door to a host of big government programs and policies that have resulted in the wanton destruction of human life both in the United States and overseas.
	December 8, 1993.
	This is the date Bill Clinton signed the job-killing, manufacture-industry-gutting-anything-but-free-trade bill, the North American Free Trade Agreement into law.
	NAFTA had been ceremonially signed by George H.W.
	Bush on December 17, 1992.
	The House of Representatives passed it on November 17, 1993.
	The Senate passed it on November 20, 1993.
	According to the Economic Policy Institute, the North American Free Trade Agreement was
	a door through which American workers were shoved into the neoliberal global labor market.
	By establishing the principle that U.S.
	corporations could relocate production elsewhere and sell back into the United States, NAFTA undercut the bargaining power of American workers, which had driven the expansion of the middle class since the end of World War II.
	The result has been 20 years of stagnant wages and upward redistribution of income, wealth, and political power.
	NAFTA also strengthened the ability of U.S.
	employers to force workers to accept lower wages and benefits.
	Third, the destructive effect of NAFTA on the Mexican agriculture and small business sectors dislocated several million Mexican workers and their families.
	Fourth, Ultimately most important, NAFTA was a template for the rules of the emerging global economy in which the benefits flow to capital and the costs to labor.

	Supreme Court attempted to officially redefine marriage as being between same-sex couples via their hideous Obergefell v. Hodges decision, forcing states nationwide to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.

	But with regard to the rest of his agenda there, I think those were historic developments that had a great deal to do with compromising America as a robust democratic nation, and that he's done a workmanlike job of putting it together, which you can find, by the way, on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.

	Meanwhile, since we're all, I think, in agreement that the assassination of JFK was a turning point, Oliver Stone's been interviewed.

	Stone said his killing made it very clear to the American people, subconsciously perhaps, that there were forces larger than any one man.
	When you blow off a president's head in the middle of a motorcade like that, which is a very organized black op, so much has to be done.
	The security along the route was changed, the parade route was changed, all the mechanics of that day were controlled and part of an operation.
	He said a careful examination of the original evidence used to blame Lee Oswald, including ballistic tests and autopsy reports, show the lone wolf theory is a sham.
	Evidence he has evidence shows Oswald was a CIA asset.
	Then the man who later killed him, Jack Ruby, had been an FBI informant.
	Even once seemingly uncontested claims, such as that Oswald had been on the sixth floor at the time of his death, have been debunked by newly revealed information and witness testimony.
	Express regret that Trump decided against fully releasing all the material about the assassination due to alleged national security concerns.
	Express doubt Biden would disclose the rest of the documents even though they're being withheld from the public is illegal.
	He's 100% correct.
	He acknowledged his critics have sought to dismiss him as a conspiracy theorist, but he said he didn't understand why some believe such plots are beyond human capabilities.
	We know from history there have been so many conspiracies.
	He's absolutely right.

	It was shortly after 1992 that I discovered Jim's work on a VHS walking through like a top 10 list of the reasons why JFK had been killed in a deep state op.
	And as a professional historian, I was blown away.
	And I've taken advantage of Jim's work over the last 25 years.
	And when I taught 11th grade, junior year US history, I would ask my students, I'd say, hey, If you could have any historical question answered, what would you most want to know?
	And I would have that question be open for about a week with the promise that, hey, you do well with the regular history that I'm telling you, augmented with a lot of the facts that I would throw in there to demonstrate the lies of our public education system.
	I would cover these topics that they most wanted to know.
	And universally, high school juniors chose three topics that they most wanted to know.
	One was...
	Was Jesus real?
	I mean, when you put it on the board and you let everyone think about it, so you get this kind of group consensus about what they most want to know, that was number one.
	And actually, historically, the professional historians have spent more time addressing the question of who was this guy?
	What is the primary evidence?
	What is the secondary evidence for the existence of Jesus?
	Two was, are aliens real?
	And then three was who killed JFK.
	Now as time went by, that third topic of JFK was replaced by, was 9-11 an inside job?
	And the academic information is absolutely overwhelming to prove that JFK was assassinated by elements within our own government with criminal complicity of guys like Walter Cronkite and corporate media.
	I also recommend John Hanke.
	John Hanke is a retired colleague at LA Unified School District.
	He was an AP U.S.
	History teacher until he got kicked out of that position for teaching the JFK assassination, among other topics.
	But his documentary is called Dark Legacy, and that was the favorite documentary that I would show my high school students.
	The cases for assassination of our public leaders is just as clear with the King family civil trial that the U.S.
	government assassinated Martin and also with Bobby Kennedy who would have been president five months after his assassination.
	So again, this sets into the context that we live in an empire that will kill people if they have to I don't think they want to.
	I think they want to intimidate people into silence.
	But if they have to, they'll kill them.
	And those individuals are among our strongest evidence to prove this rogue state empire and that our response as citizens must be to withdraw all consent for their legitimacy and to demand their arrests.
	Monique, your thoughts?
	I think that there should be stronger protections for teachers.
	I'll tell you that much.
	I learned a lot in AP history as well.
	That's the one exam I didn't pass though.
	I passed the English and the bio, but I, uh, you know, I, I'm a guest teacher.
	It's a little bit more difficult for me than someone with tenure, but even someone with tenure in the K through 12 system I mean, obviously you have to be careful because you're with minors, but when it comes to the truth, you should be able to expand their minds or let them do the questioning and maybe refer them to different resources.
	Inside job?
	Well, I heard that the security for JFK, they were called off, like not to go there.
	So, what was it, the Secret Service?
	I can't remember, I'm sorry.
	No, it was the 110th Military Intelligence Unit, which would have been distributed through the city for crowd control.
	They were ordered to stand down over the vehement opposition of the commanding officer.
	But I have found more than 14 indications of Secret Service complicity in setting him up for the hit.
	And then what you were saying with his brother being assassinated, and then of course Marilyn Monroe.
	That was not an accident.
	I actually was in a play about her.
	I played her two teachers, and I looked up the facts as well.
	No way did she just Pass away of a drug overdose on her own.
	I mean, she did take drugs and she drank, but no.
	There was something also that went on in Las Vegas with the Mafia, I remember reading about.
	And maybe you can get Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	on this show because he talks about his dad being assassinated.
	He, you know, he's come to terms with that.
	And I just think he's a great person.
	I know that there's one doctor that is not happy with him for whatever reason.
	I don't even want to give him credit.
	But Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	is doing more to fight against these illegal mandates than I think anybody else in the country when it comes to 5G.
	You were talking about, Carl, how there's been no research with these vaccines.
	How about the telecommunications?
	The radiation.
	They haven't done new studies since the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and yet 5G towers are going up.
	I know somebody, his great aunt, she passed away more than likely from it.
	She was fine and then a tower went up near her building and within one year she passed up stage 4 cancer.
	I don't think that's a coincidence.

	And I did take a chance one time, which is so interesting because it actually relates to now.
	I was made to play the film Mrs. Doubtfire, and I thought, wow, this isn't really, you know, that educational, but okay, maybe I can make it that way because And in the first scene, Robin Williams, he left his job.
	He was doing a voiceover.
	And there was a duck that was smoking a cigar, if I recall correctly.
	And Robin Williams' character is like, eh, eh, eh, eh.
	And the producer said, what are you doing?
	He's like, well, I don't want the kids to think that the smoking is good.
	And the producer said, well, do you want to make your money, or do you want to play Gandhi?
	And he's like, bye bye.
	And he left, right?
	So I stopped the tape, and I said, well, how many of you would have done that?
	There was a class of about 30 children, and only one would have done it.
	And then I said, what if you were going to do a commercial and you're going to be paid $100,000 and you know that somebody could pass away from it?
	Would you still do the commercial?
	No.
	This time only three said that they wouldn't do it out of the 30.
	One of them said, well, the doctor should, their doctor should tell them.
	I said, well, what if the doctor doesn't know?
	Well, that's not my fault.
	Why am I telling you this?
	Because I think we can see what's happening right now.
	Those children are now in their, what, late 30s or not late 30s, like late 20s, early 30s.
	And look at everyone who's standing down because they're afraid of their job.
	Or they want to push it for money.
	I'm just saying, this is not to judge, but this is to state that when we don't teach those values and truths and morals, this is what we get!

	Not only Jack, but Martin and Bobby were killed by assassinations involving governmental complicity.

	Yes, well, whenever I talk about things that I'm impassioned about, like I was mentioning about morals and values, I'm not just virtue signaling.

	I think there's a difference between virtue signaling, like, oh, I'm so much better, let me put my mask on, than Wanting to teach students that life is more important than you just taking the money and grabbing.
	I mean, we all have a soul and a spirit, and we all just looked at each other like that.
	Brothers and sisters, you know, say some prayer.
	I believe things would be so much better, but we really are in a lawless country.
	We are like a step below a third world country.
	I mean, third world country might be impoverished, but Many of the people living here are impoverished in their soul, unfortunately.

	My opinion about Carl's questions that the students have asked in the past, there was an historical Jesus, even though many aspects of his accomplishments are open to dispute.
	I cannot endorse any miracles as being bona fide, since they entail violations of laws of nature, which cannot be violated and cannot be changed.
	I've been compelled to the conclusion that there are and have been extraterrestrials who have visited the United States about which we have been kept in the dark.
	I'm very suspicious, however, about some of the reports forthcoming these days showing little triangular blips that could easily be moved by a cursor on a screen that I do not believe to be authentic.
	I have, however, seen footage of small greys Who strongly resembled the figure in E.T., Steven Spielberg's brilliant film.
	And at this point in time, I'm inclined to think that was bonafide real footage.
	Regarding the other two issues, however, I can speak with virtual certainty.
	JFK was a subject of an enormous, very elaborate, complicated conspiracy.
	You need, in order to get a grip upon it, to separate the sponsors from the facilitators, from the mechanics, to wit the shooters and their supervisors on the ground.
	And that 9-11 was brought to us compliments of the CIA, the neocons, and the Department of Defense, virtually every one of whom was a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen and the Mossad.
	It was to create a pseudo A justification for American military to enter the Middle East to take out the modern Arab states that had served as a counterbalance to Israel's domination of the entire region.
	Intriguingly, although we've just begun our series on JFK, Last night, which will continue Friday, and then the following Wednesday, prior to that, two weeks before, we did a three-part series on 9-11.
