	This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where we have a full house today.
	I have Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, Monique Lukens from Los Angeles, and Joe Olson making a special appearance, where Joe is a structural engineer from Houston.
	We're going to be giving you all the news you need to know.
	We begin with an updated video of what's going on in Florida.
	Some rather bizarre happenings, in my opinion.
	We'll play just a couple minutes of this.
	So I have a few more pieces of information on the economy collapse in Miami.
	And I felt like it was just too important to leave out.
	But we'll get to that in a second.
	I don't have a lot of commentary for this video.
	One thing I do want to add, though.
	9-11 tie-ins.
	Are they, are they screwing with us?
	Because some of this is ridiculous.
	I'll get to that in a second.
	But here it is.
	Additional information on this incident.
	Many communities around the world still grieving from a tragic condominium collapse in Miami, Florida last week.
	And a search and rescue effort is continuing now into day four, and we are sending an elite team of specialists to go help out.
	Wait, what?
	The IDF is now on scene?
	Why?
	Why do we need the IDF there?
	I have one of these unspeakable people in my comment section claiming that they're all ignorant or just so stupid.
	So why?
	Why do we need them there?
	Anyway, let's go back and let's listen to what this guy has to say.
	There's no sending an elite team, specialists to go help out.
	Especially some flimsy clones with no human arms or missiles.
	A 10-person team including Home Front Command reservists and representatives
	from the foreign ministry heading off to Florida late Saturday night.
	This following the collapse of a 12-story condominium in Surfside near Miami early Thursday morning, so far killing five and leaving at least 150 uncountable.
	The Israeli engineering and rescue specialists on mission then to assist in life-saving efforts By, quote, mapping the challenges at the site of the destruction, assisting the Jewish community, and supporting the local rescue forces, unquote.
	Especially as some two dozen Israelis and supposedly many other members of the American Jewish community are believed to be among the missing, and other victims reportedly also including individuals from Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Venezuela.
	Frankly, nothing bothers me more or is more suspicious than a team of the Israeli Defense Force coming up to Florida to check out what happened with this condominium collapse.
	Very, very troubling, in my opinion.
	Extremely suspicious.
	Meanwhile, Joe has sent some additional information about stray current-induced corrosion in reinforced concrete parking garage.
	This is one in Arizona, I take it.
	There's several aspects to this.
	Rather than going through all the technicals spelled out here, however, I'm going to turn it over to Joe.
	Tell us, my friend, what in the world's going on?
	I take it your suspicion has increased that this was a dirty deal.
	Well, this is controlled demolition, absolutely.
	But it's a non-explosive controlled demolition.
	And you and Scott and I will be discussing this more in depth tomorrow.
	So this is just going to be like a shot across the bow.
	There's a limited number of ways that you could do this, and I'll go through a quick outline on that.
	But I'm very suspicious whenever the chutzpah cover-up team shows up to do anything.
	There's a number of factors that could be involved.
	Number one, they'd be hiding evidence of what actually caused this failure, and number two, they could be planting evidence of victims that they claim died in the building that didn't die in the building for insurance purposes.
	So, I don't trust their motives.
	The amazing thing was the guy said, we came over here to America to eat with your people, drink with your people, and sleep with your... and I was thinking, yeah, sleep with what?
	Our children?
	Yeah, we know exactly what you guys are up to.
	It's absolutely outrageous.
	The upside is that they're storing three million tons of material at an undisclosed location for forensics, but the downside is that they couldn't possibly be documenting the sequence that those layers are being removed in, so you're losing a lot of your valuable Forensic evidence just by shuffling the pile and transporting it and then, you know, even if you got chain of custody on transport and loading and unloading, you have a certain amount of damage that's involved in doing those transportation things.
	Bottom line is, there will be no survivors left in this building, so you might as well just examine the building layer by layer and carefully record what's happening.
	Now here's the deal.
	This was absolutely a controlled demolition.
	The building came flat down in its own footprint at almost freefall speed and the odd thing was it came down in two sections.
	The center section collapsed and then there was a 10-minute pause and then the eastern end of the building collapsed also at freefall speed and the only way you can do that is eliminate all vertical support in inside the building and You could do that with conventional explosives blowing out every column on every floor, but that didn't happen.
	You didn't have the ability to set that up or make that happen.
	So, what are some possible alternatives?
	I had mentioned before that I thought it might have been a weakened tendons from a post-tension slab.
	Turns out it's a static reinforced slab.
	But he still had to have some type of cataclysmic failure.
	So what I've kind of isolated it down to is there's a thing called cathodic protection, which prevents corrosion in buildings by having sacrificial metals and eliminating stray currents.
	You could also, anything that you can do one way, you can do another.
	So the opposite of cathodic protection would be anodic destruction.
	Instead of using a cathode, you use the anode.
	And so by running the stray currents the wrong way, the downside to that type of destruction is that it would be over time and you wouldn't have real control over when that building actually collapsed.
	So that's item number one.
	Item number two, It could be that you have frequencies just like the detonation velocity, speed of sound in material that causes materials to fragment.
	You could have other frequencies that were radio frequencies.
	So it could be that this is something that's connected with a 5G system where you're able to simultaneously eliminate all of the strength in the steel mesh that's in the floor slabs.
	Another system that you and Scott and I will discuss tomorrow are scalar weapons.
	And in quantum mechanics, you have a possibility of wave and particle happening at the same time.
	Oddly enough, one of my colleagues is a guy named Robert Ashcroft.
	He wrote an article in Physics Research Letters, published in 1996, stating that light is actually a particle and the wave you see is actually a phenomena from that.
	He did the waveguide studies on it and showed that The light particle actually moves at 1.3 times the speed of light.
	So when they tell you speed of light can't be exceeded, well the particle does.
	And an analogy to that is if you're in a boat and you're cruising along the lake and you're going 40 miles an hour, the boat is throwing a wake, a V-shaped wake off of both ends of the boat.
	The wake is moving, but it's not moving at the same speed as the boat.
	And so that's the analogy.
	You have a particle moving through.
	What you're seeing in the waveform is actually a reduced speed of the particle.
	But we'll get into that more tomorrow.
	And the other thing is they've got self-assembling nano robots that they're injecting into us as part of this COVID vaccine system.
	It's highly possible that they have nano drills.
	And if you look up nano drills, sure enough, they do have little miniature drills and you could self-assemble those.
	Potentially you could put some of those in.
	So you know all of this is getting kind of woofoo science fiction, but the plain truth is this was absolutely undeniably controlled demolition, but it's just we don't know which method and without having the forensics we're not going to know.
	And the downside is that the guy that they hired from The state, excuse me, the county hired is a guy named Allen.
	Killstromer with KCE structural engineer in Washington DC.
	Guy's got a resume as long as your arm he's been involved in every ASCE and he does a lot
	of forensic engineering. The tip off for me is that he also did the forensics on the Pentagon 9-1-1
	so if he was able to cover that up I'm sure it would figure out yeah yeah that's the other guy's
	disturbing yeah it is disturbing.

	The city hired a local engineer and I've been in touch with their office and I think I can make some more progress with them.
	So go ahead.
	So you think the city engineer might actually be a person of greater integrity than the one hired by the county who has credentials that indicate he's been involved in cover-ups?
	Carl, why don't you pick it up from here?
	What are your thoughts?
	Wow, Joe, great work.
	Thanks so much.
	I appreciate your on the ground work and going after that engineer and, and just seeing what's what.
	So the only contribution that I have to this is that the IDF is a criminal organized organization.
	It's a criminal organization.
	It is the most viciously armed group of thugs that have a blockade over Gaza.
	That is an act of war.
	So on Gaza, they strangle, they starve, they snipe, and they arm attack at will, just to go ahead and they're just sadists, they're psychopaths.
	That's all I have on that.
	And they make sport of shooting Palestinian kids.
	I mean, we know their history is god-awful.
	I was very surprised they refer to these residents as Israelis.
	They must mean these are dual U.S.-Israeli citizens, but normally we'd simply refer to them as Jewish.
	I mean, there's a huge Jewish community in South Florida.
	Monique, your thoughts?
	Well, I'm glad you distinguished that doctor, because there will be people that will be upset and think that possible statements were anti-Semitic, especially, you know, when you mentioned that they're coming for our children, because we know that all races and all colors Unfortunately, you know, have done awful things to children.
	Although I do want to mention one thing.
	I heard that, I don't know if they still do it, but back in the day, rabbis would actually, when the boy was being circumcised, they would take that foreskin and they would They would suck the foreskin.
	I mean, it's just... Suck the blood from the incision for the circumcision, yeah.
	It's rather well known, and it's a bit bizarre, but it appears to be a practice that goes back a thousand or more years.
	Yeah, sorry to bring that up, but I mean I just wanted to make people understand that.
	Anyway, as far as my personal knowledge of some concrete falling down, I'm from New Jersey originally and I was working in Atlantic City And I'll never forget, I was on the way, on a mini trip with a few friends to Washington D.C.
	There were some Eastern Europeans and they wanted to see D.C.
	So we're down there, we're driving past the Tropicana Casino, and we look, and there was a parking structure that had collapsed.
	Now let me tell you, you can pull some photos up and those photos look nothing like the photos of this condominium.
	I mean, you know, it was a platform that was down, but it didn't go blah blah blah blah blah.
	I mean, I believe that you don't have to have an engineering degree to see that that looks like controlled demolition.
	It looks like 9-11.
	I mean, you could be a first grader playing with Legos, you know, going back to the 9-11, you know.
	If you have a good structural foundation, okay, if you have the Lego in clay, or it's like really down there, and something swings, okay, it's just going to take off the top.
	If there's not a structural foundation, it'll take the whole thing down, but it's not gonna go plunk plunk plunk plunk plunk.
	It's not like dominoes where everything starts falling down like that.
	So that's what I wanted to say about that.
	I also did read But, you know, it could be a rumor or maybe not.
	I know that there was a gentleman who just passed away in a prison, McAlfee.
	He made that antivirus software.
	Are you all familiar?
	McAfee, yes.
	McAfee, yeah.
	So, apparently he supposedly took his own life.
	But he said he didn't take his own, he wouldn't take his own life, right?
	And then apparently there might have been records that were kept in a building in Miami that may have belonged to him.
	Of course, routers, however you say it, they're all saying, no, no, it's false, it's false, it's false.
	But unfortunately, because of over this year, we've seen that company and plenty of tech companies, including Snopes, Is that how you say it?
	Snopes, noops, whatever.
	They don't know, they don't know their business anymore.
	They, they call things out as being false, but when they're true, exactly.
	So I'm not, I'm not sure what to believe, but, um, engineer Joe, it sounds like you really know your stuff.
	All right.
	I haven't, I have a math degree, so I knew like a little bit of what you were talking about.
	I haven't, I haven't delved that deep into it, but it's just, it's very sad.
	And I do hope that The truth comes out because I'm really tired of these things that are being fabricated to destroy us, to make us all agitated and not know what to do, and it's bringing us down.
	I hope that we find the truth.
	We need people like you.
	Continue to speak out, but we're all protecting you, right?
	We all need to protect Engineer Joe.
	And of course, the comparisons with 9-11 are to Building 7, which came down in a classic controlled demolition that bore a considerable resemblance to what we saw in this condo footage.
	Joe, I'm sure you want to add a few more thoughts.
	Yeah, a couple of real quick points.
	First of all, McAbee may have had access to the dark web.
	They may have been discussing sabotaging this building for six months.
	He may have dropped that lead, not to indicate that's where his 31 terabytes of evidence was but just so that it would be in the news and then when it came in the news everybody go gee that's kind of a coincidence because he may have known that they had stage set this thing and it may have been a process it took six months to complete now briefly the uh Grenfell Towers in London
	24 stories, reinforced concrete building.
	They put flammable skins on the outside of the building.
	It burned for 24 hours uncontrolled because they don't have any fire apparatus in England that can get more than four floors high.
	So they weren't able to put out the fire until it self-extinguished on the perimeter of the building.
	Interior was still burning.
	They couldn't get inside the building and fight it with their dry pipe system
	because they had to go from the bottom floors up.
	So the building actually burned for 60 hours, and that was on June 14th, 2017.
	They're planning on demolishing the standing concrete skeleton of that building in 2022.
	Four years of exposure completely to the elements after being burned for 60 hours and that's how good a reinforced concrete building is.
	And then one other additional thing.
	Yeah the contrast here is that it underwent traumatic injury damage from the fire but it didn't collapse and it's still standing and they're gonna have to do a demo job to bring it out compared to four years later.
	And the only Category 5 hurricane to hit Florida since 1935 was Hurricane Andrew, which hit in August 26, 1992.
	The center of the eye went over Homestead, Florida, which is 30 miles from this site, and we all know how big the eye is, and we all know that the strongest winds are in the eye wall.
	The eye wall was 175 mile an hour winds, so this was probably 165 mile an hour winds.
	Florida averages at least three hurricanes or tropical storms per year.
	So to have 120 tropical storm events and a Category 5 hurricane and not be damaged and then just all of a sudden on a still night under the light of the moon the thing just collapses at freefall speed.
	I'm not buying it and I don't care what the chutzpah coverage team comes up with.
	It ain't working for me.
	Yeah, I'm profoundly disturbed.
	I can't imagine anything more suggestive that things are not on the up and up that bringing in the IDF.
	Sorry, I just have one quick question.
	Could you just mention anything about sinkholes. And the reason I'm asking that is because I know
	that there's a lot of swamp land there and I come from a place where the home was built on a swamp and the floor
	started going like that until we jutted it up on pie lines.
	Could you just make mention of that?
	All right. Yeah, they not yet, but I'm working on it.
	Yeah, they mentioned if you go to Google and put in, I mean, excuse me, Wiki, and put in Champagne Tower, it says that they had two millimeters of subsidence per year based on European remote sensing satellite data, and so that's where that number comes from, number one.
	Number two, okay, two millimeters a year times 40 years, that's still an Sequential amount of settlement.
	And the other thing, as long as we're going to go on with the Morabiti report, they said that they had failed concrete around the swim and pool deck area.
	Swim and pool deck area is 100 feet away from where this collapse area is, and spalling in that area was unaffected.
	Because even after the buildings fell and shook the ground with all that material beating on the ground, The area around the pool deck didn't fail, and the pool didn't even leak water.
	They pumped the water out of the pool.
	It's crazy.
	Absolutely crazy.

	Thank you for the additional question, Monique.
	Meanwhile, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has tossed out Bill Cosby's conviction, ordered him released from prison.
	Some are upset about this.
	Cosby, who is now 83, has served more than two years of a three-to-ten-year sentence for his conviction on the charges he drugged and sexually molested a specific woman, Andrea Constant, in 2004.
	There appear to be some number of 50 of these women that he drugged and then apparently had sex with.
	The problem being that he had previously been interviewed and promised he would not be convicted if he came clean.
	He came clean, but they nevertheless did prosecute him, which was therefore a violation of the agreement.
	In 2005, Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor learned Andrea Constant had reported William Cosby had sexually assaulted her at his Chetanahem residence.
	He thoroughly investigated, evaluating the likelihood of a successful prosecution.
	He foresaw difficulties with her credibility as a witness, especially because she hadn't filed a complaint promptly.
	He determined the prosecution would be frustrated because there was no corroborating forensic evidence, no rape kit for example, and because testimony from other potential claimants against Crosby would likely be inadmissible under the governing laws of evidence.
	Thus, he decided to approach this matter in a different manner.
	Still seeking a measure of justice, he decided the Commonwealth would decline to prosecute, allowing him to be forced to testify in a subsequent civil action Under penalty of perjury, in other words, he had to speak the truth without the benefit of his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.
	Unable to invoke the right not to testify, he relied upon the district attorney's disinclination, proceeded to provide four sworn depositions, making multiple incriminating statements.
	Caster's successors did not feel bound by his decision any more than Trump felt bound by Obama's decision with regard to the Iran nuclear deal, decided to prosecute him anyway.
	What has happened here is that the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has rendered it null and void because of the violation here.
	I think this was a proper decision, but a lot of Americans, including especially women, are going to be very disenchanted.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	Well, to get to the actual details of a case from afar is a difficult process.
	That said, I can say that as part of the Hollywood elite, if you watch the documentary series Fall Cabal, or even Jim's great documentary series on Pizzagate, you will know that these elites are involved in the most horrific crimes centering in Sexual misconduct, let us say.
	And then we have the problem of that Cosby is part of the leadership of Hollywood, whose job it is to propagandize Americans through the news to think that what our political leaders are saying are somehow for the good of the people and for the American way.
	Entertainment to propagandize people through cop shows and military shows to think that these are young, attractive, humorous, intelligent, hard-working people upholding the American.
	And all of that is bullshit.
	What we have is a criminal system that uses all aspects within it to go ahead and fool the people to think that it's legitimate.
	So as far as Bill Cosby goes, I would take the word of those 53 women or whatever it was to be able to say that this dude is a serial sexual predator.
	I think everyone agrees.
	Monique, I'm particularly interested in a woman's point of view about this case.
	Your thoughts?
	Well, legally speaking, I take your position, but feelings-wise and moral-wise, it's a very bitter pill to swallow.
	I happen to know two of the, we call them thrivers, instead of just survivors, instead of just victims.
	Survivor is going above survivor, but I will say that both of them still have.
	I could tell that they had issues and one of them actually came out at a meeting.
	I won't say who.
	But she asked a question that was completely geared toward what had happened to her, and the others were like, oh, you have to let it go.
	You know, it's easier said than done.
	Another that I worked directly with her, actually, we actually did like a comedy sketch, you know, it wasn't ha ha, but it was like to bring out a message.
	And she told me a horrendous story of what had happened.
	They had all gone to dinner.
	She wasn't feeling well.
	Someone had just passed away.
	He told her to take something.
	It would calm her down.
	And before she knows it, her and her friend are in some empty office and they were Viciously attacked.
	So, I mean, of course, like, if 40, 50 women speak out, how many women does it take?
	Or how many people does it take to speak out before somebody's going to believe you?
	And I just want to say one thing.
	Since this plandemic happened, the Me Too movement has just gone out the door.
	I mean, you know, the women who have to wear the masks and whatnot, and some of the things that men have said.
	I remember I was in Whole Foods.
	I had a mask on, and he said to put it up over my nose.
	He was 20 feet away from me.
	I gotta admit, I felt that I was getting assaulted.
	You know, how dare him?
	He doesn't know what I've gone through.
	I mean, maybe he wasn't thinking that, but I'm just saying that everything seems to have gone out the door, especially with our I mean, it's basically liberals, and I hate seeing anything political, but we gotta admit, they are pushing some sort of a racist agenda to divide us all.
	But that's all they're talking about!
	Racism!
	They don't care if you're a woman!
	They don't care what you've been through!
	They don't mention the MeToo movement anymore, and it really angers me!
	I would have to say that even legally, if he was permitted to be out, it's a really bad time for him to be let out.
	I'm upset about this.

	It's a matter of Not being able to punish anyone, deprive them of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
	The rules are very clear.
	I think from a legal point of view, there's no question he had to be released.
	But it is morally, ethically, politically as grossly unjust a case as it could be.
	I was very troubled by your saying the women were viciously assaulted.
	I as a man cannot imagine the attraction of drugging a woman in order to have sex.
	I mean, the whole idea is that you're both voluntarily wanting to engage in intercourse between one another, and it's something you do with full consent as an adult.
	And I cannot imagine, I cannot imagine what would take someone to the level of depravity of having to drug a woman in order to I mean, there's some kind of profound character defect involved here without any question.

	Oh, well, they're a narcissist, number one.
	I mean, you know, a lot of times this word is just flaunted these days, but absolutely, you're only thinking about yourself.
	You're not thinking about the other person.
	And what I wanted to mention, too, thank God you're saying that, because I saw in some social media comment, some man, he said, oh, they all took favors from him.
	Okay?
	Does that mean you violently rape somebody?
	I mean, don't we all take favors from everyone?
	Aren't we, like, helping each other?
	I mean, this stuff has to, like, stop.
	This is what I mean.
	This would not be acceptable talk if we were still in the Me Too movement.
	But the plandemic happened, and people are just saying whatever they want now.
	So, unacceptable language.

	I've given people favors, too!
	Does that mean I violently kill them?

	Monique, I'm just as impressed to have your response to Cosby as I was to have Joe's response to the latest on the condo.
	It's really important what you've had to say here.

	Oh, just briefly.
	Yeah, we had the Jell-O Pudding Pusher, who was claimed to be America's dad because of his role in the Cosby Show, where he played Dr. Huxtable Yeah.
	A gynecologist.
	And then he turns out to be the Ruthie rapist.
	You know, I didn't even think about that.
	He was a gynecologist.
	Wasn't it odd that they cast him as a gynecologist?
	I mean, that's, that is perverted right there from the beginning.
	Monique, had you not said that Bill Cosby, America's dad, was a gynecologist?
	Yeah, that was pointed out.
	By the way, when I was in grade school, one of my student colleagues, she was on the show once or twice, actually, and I'll never forget.
	I wanted to get into acting so badly.
	I was in plays and whatnot, and I was so envious.
	Now I am so not envious of that experience that she had, but she never said anything, you know, happened.
	But I'm just saying, he touched so many people's lives.
	And look at what he was doing behind closed doors.
	And look, if he wanted to be all sultry and whatnot behind closed doors, just like you were saying, a doctor, that's one thing.
	But hurting people.
	You know, I mean, you might as well... To me, rape is along the lines of murder.
	Because for me, it's murdering the soul.
	Okay?
	I mean, you get to keep your soul, but that's what they are doing.
	But most of the time, they're not thinking like that.
	Yeah.
	Very nice.

	Joe, additional thoughts?
	Yeah, just one quickie.
	Yeah, it turns out that NBC, and there's multiple NBC employees that witnessed this, had a guy standing next to Huxtable's office with a briefcase and a non-disclosure agreement and $10,000 cash because he was known as the Roofie Rapist.
	And when women would come out of his place barely able to stand up, they'd say, here, sign this disclosure, and here, we'll give you $10,000, and you can't ever say anything.
	So this was really owned by the girl?
	Yes, sir.
	It was like an industry.
	It was like he had an assembly line.
	I mean, this is just disgusting.
	Disgusting.
	And there's one story where a woman says that the wife was was aware of this.
	It was happening to her when she was in their home and she, the wife, was there and left the room.
	I wouldn't be surprised because I read a story, it's a while ago now, but the composer of the lovely song, You Light Up My Life.
	Does everyone know that song?
	Yeah.
	Right?
	Yeah.
	Well, you know what he was doing when he was 70-some years old?
	He was having women come in for a studio session, and his assistant would bring them in, and then he would violently rape them in the recording studio!
	The assistant brought them right in!
	So, unfortunately, Engineer Joe, I mean, and Carl, I mean, you're right, like, People in Hollywood, they get involved.
	They look the other way.
	I don't know, do they get their kicks or they're just doing it to make a living?
	I'm not really sure, but I can't understand why they wouldn't set a limit for the.
	Excellent points.
	But then again, look at what people are doing during this pandemic. Look at all the doctors look in a different way.
	Look at them putting on people on ventilators look in the other
	way. I'm sure that they know what they're doing. So we have a
	we have a value problem in this country. And it's not just Hollywood, but Hollywood obviously is in the involved in
	the pandemic too.

	Okay, let me see here.
	I had an unintended, unplanned phone call and therefore I've got to get us back into the groove here.
	I know you have a story on DeSantis and I have to make mention of something.
	Okay.
	While you're finding that.

	Meanwhile, the pesky 14th Amendment hinders Biden's plan to give tax dollars to blacks
	for being blacks.
	This is on the UN's review.
	I mean, it's something that is making a big difference here across the board.
	We won't dwell on it, but all of these efforts by the Biden-Harris administration To use equity as a basis for giving blacks or Native Americans or Hispanics a different portion than everyone else is a form of discrimination against whites.
	How they could think they could get away with it is beyond me.

	So far the worst farm hit state is North Dakota, which grows most of the nation's red spring wheat.

	According to a state climatologist, 93% of North Dakota is in a severe drought category, 77% of the state in extreme drought.
	Harvest from wheat, widely used for pasta and flour, is going to be a disaster.
	The conditions extend north into Manitoba, another major grain and farming region, especially for wheat and corn.
	The lack of rainfall and warmer than normal temperatures threatens harvest.
	While not as severe, farm states in Iowa and Illinois are suffering abnormally dry conditions, and 64% for Iowa, 27% for Illinois, 55% of Minnesota.
	Severe dry is not limited to North Dakota or other Midwest states, but includes across western Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada.
	In Texas, 20% of the states in severe drought, 12% extreme, nearly 6% exceptional.
	New Mexico is undergoing 96% severe drought, and of that, 47%, the worst, exceptional drought.
	The situation in California is by far the most serious, and its potential impact on the supply of agricultural products Irrigation, water storage system used throughout the state.
	There's a larger catastrophe in the making.
	Few outside California realize the state most known for Silicon Valley and beautiful beaches is such a vital source of agricultural production.
	It is being wiped out.
	Over 77 different products, including dairy, a number of fruit and vegetable specialty crops.
	The state is the only producer Of almonds, artichokes, persimmons, raisins, and walnuts.
	A third of the country's vegetables.
	Two-thirds of the country's fruits and nuts.
	Leads other states in farm income with 77,500 farms and ranches.
	In total, 43 million acres of the state's 100 are devoted to agriculture.
	What happens here, therefore, is vital to the nation's food supply.
	Where has the water gone?
	This appears to be a man-made crisis.
	The water crisis in California is by far the most serious in terms of consequences for the food supply.
	The Green Lobby is asserting while presenting no factual evidence that global warming is causing the drought, but there's no evidence to support it.
	In 2011, California underwent a severe seven-year drought, which ended in 2019 as major rains filled the California reservoir system to capacity, held enough water to endure at least five-year drought.
	Yet two years later, the administration of Governor Newsom is declaring a new drought and threatening emergency measures.
	What his administration is not saying is that the State Water Board and relevant state water authorities have been deliberately letting water flow into the Pacific Ocean.
	Why?
	They say to save two endangered fish species that are all but extinct, one a rare type of salmon, the second a delta smelt.
	But this is ridiculous!
	Those are excuses!
	In the Shasta Dam in 2019, holding the state's largest reservoir, was filled to 98% capacity.
	Two years later, in May, a mere 42%, almost 60% down.
	Similarly, the Oroville Dam Reservoir, the second largest, held 98% capacity in June of 2019, but by May of 2021 was down to just 37%.

	Other smaller reservoirs saw similar drops.
	Where has the water gone?
	Allegedly to save these fish varieties, but I tell you, it's deliberate!
	The past January, Felicia Marcus, chair of the California State Water Resources Control Board, who oversaw these controversial water policies since 2018, left to become an attorney for the Natural Resource Defense Council, one of the most powerful green MGOs.
	Appointed by Green Governor Jerry Brown as Chair of the Water Board in 2018, she is directly responsible for draining the reservoirs into the ocean after they filled in 2019, using the claim of protecting endangered species.
	In 2020, Gavin Newsom protégé Jerry Bound signed Senate Bill 1, California Environmental Public Health and Workers' Defense Act, which would send billions of gallons of water to the Pacific Ocean, ostensibly to save more fish.
	It was a cover for manufacturing the present crisis and specifically attacking farming, as incredible as that may seem.
	The true agenda of the Newsom and previous Brown administrations is to radically undermine the highly productive California agriculture sector.
	Newsom has now introduced an impressive-sounding $5.1 billion drought relief bill.
	Despite its title, nothing will go to improve the state reserve water available for cities and farms.
	Of the total $500 million on incentives for farmers to repurpose their land.
	That is, to stop farming.
	Suggesting it include wildlife habitat, recreation, or solar panels.
	Another $230 million for wildlife corridors and fish bashing projects.
	A clever phrase for dam removal.
	Destroying the nation's most effective network of reservoirs.
	It allocates $300 million for the Sustainable Underwater Groundwater Management Act, a 2004 law from Jerry Brown amid previous severe drought, to prevent farmers from securing water by drilling wells.
	The effect will be to drive more farmers off the land.
	Another $200 million will go to habitat restoration, supporting tidal wetlands, floodplains, multi-benefit flood risk reduction project, a drought package with funding for floods.
	This is about recreating floodplains.
	So when they demolish the dams, the water has some place to go.
	The vast bulk of the $500 billion is slated to reimburse water customers from the previous 2011-19 drought from higher water bills, a move no doubt in hope voters will look positively on Newsom as he faces a recall in November.
	The systematic dismantling of one of the world's most productive agricultural regions using the seductive mantra of environmental protection fits into the larger agenda of the Davos Great Reset and its plan to radically transform world agriculture into what the UN Agenda 23rd calls sustainable agriculture.
	No more meat protein.
	The green argument is that cows are a major source of methane gas emission via burps and farts.
	How that affects global climate, no one has actually proven.

	So I've heard chatter for years that part of the agenda of our opponents was to go ahead and use weather modification to cause these droughts And to starve and strangle the United States of America in one place through removing the capacity of California as a center of agriculture.
	So when Trump was elected, I noticed here in Northern California a reduction in the chemtrails that I would observe, and we had normal rain, which hadn't happened for a long time.
	And as the article pointed out, which is a great article, in 2019 we were up to capacity.
	So if that article is true, that now we're being drained with specious excuses to protect fishes or whatever virtue signaling that they want, this again is part of this agenda.
	Now the good news is, is that we also have weather modification to work the other way.
	So if we win, I'm sure that we could go ahead and balance that out.
	I do remember Before the Beijing Olympics, in wonder that corporate media reported that the Chinese government had used weather modification to dump rain on the outskirts of Beijing for the two weeks prior to the Olympics to ensure that the Olympic Games had clear weather.

	allies in an enemy attack with conventional weapons.
	In addition, the doctrine states Russia could use its nuclear arsenals if it had reliable
	information about the launch of ballistic missiles targeting its territory or its allies,
	or in the case of enemy impact on critically important government or military facilities
	of the Russian Federation, the incapacitation of which could result in the failure of retaliatory
	action by nuclear force.
	The reference to a non-nuclear strike as a possible trigger reflects longtime Moscow concern about U.S.
	military plans.
	The buildup of conventional forces near Russia's borders and deployment of missile defense assets and space-based weapons are among the threats identified by Moscow in the new document.
	U.S.-Russia relations are at post-Cold War lows over the Ukraine crisis.
	Accusations, which are false, of Russian meddling in the 2016 election and other differences.
	The Kremlin has repeatedly voiced concern about deployment of U.S.
	and allied forces in the Baltics and NATO drills near Russia's borders.
	They've cast the U.S.-led missile defense program and its plan to put Kremlins in orbits as a top threat.

	The only U.S.-Russian nuclear arms control agreement still standing is the New START Treaty, signed in 2010 by then-U.S.

	The pact limits each country to more than 1,550 deployed nuclear warheads and 700 deployed missiles and bombers.
	Russia has offered to extend the START treaty.
	The Trump administration pushed for a new arms control pact that would also include China.
	Moscow has described that idea as unfeasible, pointing to Beijing's refusal to negotiate any deal that would reduce its far smaller nuclear arsenal.
	Russian diplomats said that Avangard could be included in the New START, were it extended.
	They also voiced readiness to open talks to discuss Poiseidon and other new weapons with prospective U.S.

	In a call with members of his Security Council over the weekend, Mr. Putin warned that the New START treaty is bound to expire.
	But negotiations on that crucial issue are important not just us, but for the entire world, which have failed to start.

	It's a scary sounding article, and I had to go back to an article that I wrote in 2009 in order to, because I became aware of the U.S.
	first strike policy for nuclear weapons, and I wrote about that in context of the threats that the U.S.
	was making towards Iran.
	So in 2005, we had the 2005 Doctrine for Joint Nuclear Operations, and this was right after President Ahmadinejad of Iran was accused Of course, that speech, which just takes five minutes to go ahead and read for yourself to verify, what Ahmadinejad actually said was that if Israel continues to abuse the political freedom of Palestine, then the fate of the Israeli government will be the same fate as the Iran government under the Shah, the same as Iraq under Saddam, and the same as the Soviet Union
	It wasn't any way a physical threat against Israel, but an admonishment to respect the political rights of the Palestinians.
	I do concern, and we all should be concerned, with the probability, I would say, of a false flag attack sometime between now and when the Arizona audit results are reported to distract from that, and probably the first area to be concerned about would be war.
	But I didn't tell you what the policy says that in 2005, that is, As far as I know, it's still the working policy.
	So the U.S.
	claims to have the right to use nuclear weapons as a first strike against any nation if the U.S.
	is concerned that sometime in the future that nation might use weapons of mass destruction against a U.S.

	Such actions include, but are not limited to, Ordering an individual to be examined, tested, 1098 vaccinated, treated, isolated, or quarantined for communicable 1099 diseases that have significant mobility or mortality and present a severe danger to public health.
	Individuals who are unable or unwilling to be examined, tested, vaccinated, or treated for reasons of health, religion, or conscience may be subjected to isolation or quarantine.
	Examination, testing, vaccination, or treatment may be performed by any qualified person authorized by the state health officer.
