We're here to share with you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a red alert.
Inside sources say Biden is panicking.
Major false flag operation may be on the table to be followed by martial law.
My best sources are telling me major false flags loom large in the near future.
The Biden administration knows it's in trouble.
The military is bifurcating, in which most will not support this tyrannical takeover.
With everything I've uncovered over the last two years, I've concluded America will be thrust into martial law prior to fighting World War III.
Some combination of civil war and martial law is expected.
Martial law is usually preceded by a false flag.
No shortage of alternative possibilities.
My sources are screaming the Biden administration knows the election audits have them in big trouble.
They are going to play the false flag card.
If Biden invokes martial law, you can count on these 17 things happening.
A type of false flag to be forecast is not fully known, but deep cover insiders say Biden's handlers are running out of time.
Personally, I expect another Chinese communist biological attack this summer.
Here are what is observed as the 17 elements.
Mass roundup of political dissidents, Dust-to-dawn curfews, rationing of essential resources, seizing of personal assets such as food and water, control over food and water, prohibition of weapons of any kind, guns, knives, chemicals, confiscation of property, homes, and businesses, arrests without due process, massive papers, pleas, checkpoints with intrusive searches, forced reallocation,
A forced conscription into labor camps, even into the military, outlawing the free speech, installation of massive surveillance programs, total control or elimination of Christianity, control of the media, execution without due process, total suspension of the Constitution.
How many of these 17 elements are in place or being put into place?

It was he who reported to us about the 19 demosides that occurred in the 20th century, each of which was preceded by gun confiscation, where we don't want America to become number 20.

Yeah, Dave Hodges is a sharp, sharp man.
He, you know, we're all shaped by our experiences and he has had his property and his land taken from him by posse commentators.

So he's got a little bit of a darker vision.
I mean, he's been warning about FEMA camps forever and it didn't seem realistic.
It does now seem very realistic with the idea of this great reset and this attack,

the mind control over the, uh, the, uh, color revolutionists and Tifa black
lives matter types with the government.
Uh, being taken over completely by the, the globalist banking cabal
and installing a puppet leader.
I mean, Joe Biden getting the most votes in the history of our, our elections.

anxiety over what could be coming.

Well, of course, great points to Seppi, but of course, they won't be called FEMA camps anymore.
They're going to be rebranded as Wellness Centers, just like the New World Order.
It's not the New World Order anymore.
It's the Great Reset.
It sounds so much better, more loving and kind.
And you know, I've been saying for some time now that they're going to have to declare some kind of martial law When they pull the plug on this old system because A it's going to be extremely unpopular and B there's going to be civil unrest and that will be the only way that they can deal with it.
And, you know, it's clear that they've been acclimating the minds of the public to accept the military in our lives.
You know, slowly they're just putting more and more military people doing civilian things, you know, like from the very beginning of this Operation Warp Speed.
You know, the, the, and the COVID crisis, the military has been building field hospitals and helping the medics and all this, you know, and, and then now they're, they've been transporting the vaccine, these little tiny vials of vaccine.
Somehow we have to have the military do that.
The regular trucks couldn't possibly do that.
And then we see the National Guard on the street every time there's a BLM protest or any kind of problem.
And of course, I believe there's still troops on the streets in Washington, D.C.
with the fence up.
I don't think they've ever taken it down.
I'm not sure about that, but if they have taken it down, it's been very recently.
So this is all just to get the public used to, oh yeah, there's the military, they're helping, no cause for alarm.
And, you know, the problem for the controllers is, though, once they pull the plug on this system and declare martial law, the cat is out of the bag.
And it'll be clear to everyone that we do not live in a democracy.
We don't have a free society.
And the implications of that will be very hard to deal with.
The law of unintended consequences are going to be in play big time.
So I think they're, they're in a difficult position and we'll just see how it goes.
You know, they're making a lot of mistakes right now.
They're on some kind of very rushed timetable for some reason, and we're going to see more mistakes ahead.
I think you got it exactly right.
And it's good to have the warning so we can anticipate.
Meanwhile, Biden's Justice Department moves to defend Trump in a defamation suit from an accuser, a woman, E. Jean Carroll.
This is very interesting.
The Biden's Justice Department filed court documents seeking to defend former President Trump in a defamation lawsuit.
Biden criticized Trump on the campaign trail, using the department as though it were his own private law firm, including the case of he, Jean Carroll, who accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in the mid-1990s.
In September, Trump's Justice Department filed documents seeking to represent Trump against Carroll's claim in federal court.
Trump has denied the claim, saying, among others, she's not my type and it never happened.
Carol, a one-time columnist for LA Magazine who included the allegations in a 2019 book, filed a defamation suit in 2019.
In October, U.S.
District Judge Lewis Kaplan rejected the Trump administration's attempt to have the Justice Department represent him.
However, The Justice Department has now argued in a brief filed Monday in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York that it should represent Trump, as nearly everything he said and did as president was a matter of government action.
This is very interesting indeed.
Carroll responded, as women across the country are standing up and holding men accountable for assault, the DOJ is trying to stop me from having that same right.
I am angry.
I am offended.
Carroll's attorney, Roberta Kaplan, said in a statement, the DOJ's position is not only legally wrong, it's morally
wrong, since it would give federal officials free license to cover
up private sexual misconducts by publicly brutalizing any woman who has the courage to
come forward.
Calling a woman who is sexually assaulted a liar, a slut, or not my type, as Donald Trump did here,
is not the official act of an American president.
Trump's legal team also responded, saying the suit must be dismissed in a straightforward application of Congress's decision not to waive sovereign immunity for defamation.
Meanwhile, NBC called out Kamala during a live interview.
What an embarrassment.
This has gone all over Twitter.
Well, she was asked, but you haven't gone to the border.
And she said in response by Lester Holton, I haven't been to Europe either.
Embarrassing.
This was absolutely stunning.

Tucker, last night, did a simply brilliant just dispatch debunking of Kamala Harris as a lightweight, a flyweight, an insignificant nobody, including featuring this.
It was sensational.

Well Kamala Harris's main claim to fame is her sexual prowess and then in the last couple years she's married to an international Jew minion and so that's her ticket to the vice presidency and so I'm impressed.
Yeah I mean we've been covering that.
All these people Are late to the game, Jim.
We covered that last year and ad nauseum.
And so, and as far as the Trump issue with Biden picking up that torch, there's a bizarre yet understandable phenomenon when a president as a candidate runs against the incumbent, he slanders him and says, when I get in office, I'm gonna, they're gonna pay, you know, Lock her up, or Obama with Bush.
These are criminals, war criminals.
And then immediately gets into office, pardons everybody.
We're all part of the same club now, and you're not in it, the great George Carlin line.
So there's an effort to protect the imperial monarchy that is the presidency.
And that's, I think, what we're seeing here as to why Biden would jump in and They're all CYA.
I better do this because I need to cover my ass if the next one would try something with me.

Well, you know, Harris does come across as grossly incompetent and a total lightweight.
And, you know, it depends how you look at the situation.
From the point of view of controllers, it's great to have weak-minded people who are incompetent and corrupt because they're easy to manipulate and they're easy to control.
But from the point of view of being on the world stage, it's embarrassing.
And she also said in that same interview, I saw the clip of this, that she's been working on the border problem for years.
No, she hasn't.
That's a complete lie.
She has not been working on the border problem for years.
And they did the interview in Guatemala.
For some reason, she is in Guatemala, not the president.
I don't know what in the world she's doing down there.
But it's very odd.
And, you know, this whole border crisis was created on purpose.
I think on the first day in office, Grover Joe stopped construction of the wall, turned back all the restrictions on Immigrants and asylum seekers, which a lot of that is just a fraud.
It's just people looking for a backdoor route to get in the country.
And about these sexual allegations, you know, who knows?
This is 25 years ago.
You know, whenever you have something like that, that's been so much time has passed, there's no way to know if they're true or not.
It could be a political hit, or it could be something that really happened.
Who knows?
There's just no way to know.
And you know, the Department of Justice has been used as a political weapon against the enemies of the president or the people in power for many, many years, at least since the Clinton administration.
I'm sure farther back than that.
But that's when I really started to see it in earnest.
And so it's no surprise it's completely corrupt.
It's nothing to do with justice.
It's all about CYA.
Cover your ass and those of your friends.
I can hardly think of anyone less likely to commit rape than Donald Trump.
He was a famous, handsome, rich New Yorker.
He could have any woman he wanted.
I mean, I think the whole story is ridiculous on its face.
I grant her the right to make her assertion, but count me skeptical extremely.

And, you know, let's be honest.
When you're handsome, very rich, famous, you have a plethora of women throwing themselves at you everywhere you go.
That's just the reality of the situation.
So, I don't know.
It does seem unlikely.
And 25 years later, that's a long time.

Awfully opportunistic politically, it seems to me.
Where Giuseppe, I think, has nailed why the Biden administration wants to have the DOJ as a shield to protect the members of the Biden administration in the future.
Here's a very troubling development.
An MSNBC analyst and a New York Times editor, Tamara Gay, says the sight of American flags is disturbing.
These people hate their country, and they don't even hide it.
She was so deeply disturbed because dozens of American flags were flying, and she then claimed, essentially, the message was clear.
I think that as long as they see American-ness is the same as whiteness, this is going to continue.
What?
This is a disgusting display of hate for the very nation that gave her the freedom to talk about just how disturbed she is by others practicing their First Amendment right.
This is very, very peculiar.
The reality here is we have a large percentage of the American population.
I don't know how big it is, but we have tens of millions of Trump voters who continue to believe their right as citizens are under threat by simple virtue of having to share democracy with others.
This is embarrassingly bad.
I think as long as they see American-ness, As the same as one with whiteness, and I know of no one in the world who feels that way.
No one!
This is going to continue.
We have to figure out how to get every American a place at the table, but how to separate American-ness, America from whiteness, until we can confront that and talk about it, it's going to continue.
This is truly, truly bizarre.
I was on Long Island this weekend visiting a dear friend was really disturbed.
Dozens and dozens of pickup trucks with expletives against Biden, Trump flags, dozens of American flags.
Clearly Democrats and their operatives in the media hate America.
Here she tweeted.
I'm being trolled with the American flag this morning.
Trolling a black journalist with the American flag is not the own some people think it is.
This is really bad.
New York Times.
Meanwhile, we have a healthcare journal publishing research calling whiteness a parasitic condition without a permanent cure.
This is bizarre.
If her behavior is nutty, this is absolutely psychotic.
The Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association published research in May describing being white as a malignant, parasitic-like condition and a dangerous, discriminatory, and perverse mental condition.
Written by Donald Moss, described here as an author and activist, the article entitled On Having Whiteness explains whiteness establishes an entitled dominion that enables a host of parasitic whiteness to have power without limit, force without restriction, violence without mercy, and a drive to hate and terrorize such complete rubbish as I may have never read.
Moss claims whiteness evenly infiltrates even groups founded on the protection of individuals and democratic principles.
No clear path links my argument to that of the predecessor, he admits.
This article is not the first time scholars have endeavored to establish whiteness as an institutionally recognized pathology that requires treatment or a cure.
Take, for example, Noel Ignatep, a now-deceased historian, Harvard lecturer, former member of the Communist Party who founded a journal called Race Traitor, whose motto was, Treason to Whiteness is Loyalty to Humanity.
I mean, give me a break!
He wrote an article for the Harvard Magazine, Abolish the White Race.
Arguing the goal of abolishing the white race on its face is so desirable, some may find it hard to believe it could incur any opposition other than from committed white supremacists.
Moss told the Federalists there's a clear distinction between white people as a race and whiteness as an alleged pathology.
I write about whiteness, a condition that generates racism.
I explicitly distinguish it from whiteness, a marker of racial identity.
I write that white people are particularly susceptible to the pathology of whiteness.
The story comes just after Discovery, the Yale School of Medicine Department of Child Study, hosted a racist lecture who fantasized about Unloading a revolver into the heads of any white person who got in his way and burying them like I did the word a effing favor.
The abstract on most this article concludes with an ominous line reverencing whiteness and noting there is not yet a permanent cure.
This is bizarre in the extreme.

In both articles, Jim, Marcia Gay, or Mara Gay, rather, and Donald Moss are both the fringes of hyper-weaponized minority, right?
Mara Gay is a living example of the set-aside Right?
She is only on MSNBC.
She is only on the New York Times because she's a mouthy black woman who thinks she's a mediocre journalist, would never have that job if she wasn't a mouthy black woman.
And that's her claim to fame because she's parroting the globalist World Economic Forum, New World Order message.
So that's how her set aside was to be put in a position that she is infinitely not qualified for. In
the case of Donald Moss, Donald Moss is a mentally ill liberal practicing a Jewish
form of quackery known as psychiatry.
There's two forms of academic Jewish pseudoscience.
One is psychiatry, one is economics.
In both instances, it's used as a cudgel to bludgeon the majority of the population that doesn't agree with the notion of Jewish superiority, Jewish power, Jews as the chosen people.
So in the case of Moss, his article makes no sense, but if you substitute whiteness For Jew, and then the Jew is the parasite, the Jew seeks dominion, he's writing essentially about who his real masters are.
So in both cases, it's just a sign of the toxic dysfunction in this country where the vast majority of white, black, brown, Asian people want a stable Sovereign Republic want the opportunity to hustle and make a living, want the opportunity to have some security in their neighborhoods, but instead we're constantly attacked by empty skirts like the mouthy Mara Gay and mentally ill, self-loathing boobs like Donald Moss.
It's just astonishing this kind of rubbish gets out anywhere, much less the New York Times or some Harvard Journal.

Uh, Jim, uh, you know, this kind of goes back to our interview earlier today, uh, with, Mark Miller, Professor Miller, talking about really how, you know, this technique of using racial division to stir up problems and make sure that there's never any unity among the people.
That's the biggest fear of the controllers.
And he made a great point during the interview about that.

I thought it was just fantastic all the way around.
a brilliant man. There was one oddity to that, Scorpio, when he said that this idea of identity
politics was from the right.
It seemed to me identity politics is from the left.
And when I asked him about it, he reiterated, but honestly, I wasn't quite clear on the response.
Well, he's kind of stuck on the Hitler thing that it was Hitler that did that.
But, you know, we don't have to agree on everything.
But it is, let's say more accurately, it's a technique of the deep state to make sure there's never any unity.
And when he talked about the assassinations in the 60s of both candidates, Martin Luther King and Malcolm X, these are all people who could have brought unity to the public.
And that's their greatest fear.
Well, they got to have people at each other's throats in order to keep their scam going.
And, you know, in that article, I thought Giuseppe made some great points.
It's hard to top what he said, but I would just add if you added, if you substituted any other race for the white race in that article, it would be completely unacceptable.
It would be a very bad thing to say and racist.
But right now what they're doing is they're attacking the white race.
Partly because they want the complete destruction of Western civilization.
And white people were obviously instrumental in that creation.
So they want to destroy everything that surrounds that so they can build a new culture that's going to be very debased, very low, and a culture where everyone's kept at a very low level.
We're all equal and we're all slaves.
That will be the future if we sit back and allow it.
And we're all stupid and uneducated and equally incompetent, and they're promoting that in the schools.
I mean, you look at it from the big picture.

Jim, everything in the four stories that you mentioned, it all ties to the same theme that we've covered for a year now, that the great reset by the parasitic, oligarchic, plutocratic elites has been to destroy sovereign nations.
And so, how do they do it?
well, they're creating an insanity where weak-minded white people who have the feel so much, they
care so much about the ghetto blacks that they're willing to say, well, if you kill
someone, you beat someone, you rob someone, that's okay because you've had a hard life.

Included in the article, all over the world countries are confronting population stagnation and a fertility bust, a dizzying reversal in matched and recorded history, That will make first birthday parties a rarer sight than funerals.
In empty homes, a common eyesore.

Maternity wards are already shutting down in Italy.

In the U.S., hospitals are paid $13,000 for every COVID-diagnosed patient, $39,000 for every put on a ventilator.
Doctors in New York have come to the conclusion more than 80% of the ventilator patients do not survive the ventilator.
Be that as it may, the loosening up of COVID restrictions is bringing out happiness, smiles, festive thinking, cheerful feeling in the population in the hope the pandemic is over.
This, however, may be just a ruse and a prelude to much worse to come.

There's a general notion COVID is not about health or immunity, but depopulating the world.

There's absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish a pandemic.
You do not vaccinate people who aren't at risk from a disease.
You also don't set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with an experimental vaccine that hasn't been extensively tested on human subjects, observe Dr. Mike Yeadon, Pfizer's former vice president, who's spoken out about it.
What we know about the coronavirus from 30 years of experience is that the coronavirus vaccine has a unique peculiarity, where any attempt to make a vaccine has resulted in a class of antibodies that actually make vaccinated people sicker, and where they ultimately suffer exposure to the wild virus.

There are both medical and economic reasons and causes for a drastic world population to which the New York Times alerts us.

The Taliban is being more reasonable toward these Afghan interpreters than are the Democrats toward Americans who voted for Trump.

So now I have a submission before the Supreme Court.
I've had a new attorney join pro bono, William Sumner Scott, with my attorney of longstanding Richard Bolton, who submitted a brilliant petition Here are one of the key paragraphs.
This petition raises important First Amendment speech issues having broad significance.
The case involves research concluding that the reported San Diego shootings did not occur and that the event was staged by FEMA for the purpose of promoting gun control.
Fetzer's petition is limited to issues of broad applicability, although he disagrees with the outcome on other issues not included herein.
This petition should not be construed as an agreement with issues not included for Supreme Court review.
The issues include the following four.
Did the Circuit Court deny Fetzer due process by foreclosing a relevant defense and an entire theory of the case?
According to the Circuit Court, The court stated Fetzer could not pursue a line of defense denying that Sandy Hook happened.

The court held that speaker liability for third party action should be determined solely by standard causation principles.
The court did not consider Fetzer's constitutional and public policy arguments that incitement is a necessary condition of a speaker's vicarious liability for the acts of others.
The Court of Appeals?
The Court denied Fetzer's motion on the basis that threats and harassment constituted reputational evidence and that Fetzer forfeited appeal of the issue by not objecting to such evidence.
Fourth issue.
Did the Circuit Court err by imposing an alternative purge condition for contempt without first considering ability to fulfill the condition?

The Court refused to consider Fetzer's ability to pay a $650,000 alternative purge condition that was alternative to jail.
The Court deemed ability to pay to merely be a post-judgment collection issue.

The questions presented are in some cases unresolved, and a decision will have statewide impact.

Here you see, by the way, in the actual death certificate it states, this is the issue at stake, that the death occurred in a public school at 16 Dickinson Drive, Sandy Hook, in Fairfield County on 12-14-2012 of multiple gunshot wounds, the place and location of the Sandy Hook event.
Meanwhile, the circuit court at the outset narrowly limited its focus, advising Fetzer that whether Sandy Hook occurred was beyond the scope of this action, stating unequivocally.
Whether or not Sandy Hook ever happened or not is not relevant to this, the truthfulness or the accuracy of the death certificate.

But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
If there has ever been such an abysmal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I would love to hear about it.

Meanwhile, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has the very unusual composition, six women and one man among its seven members.
It's going to the court now with a petition, the response in place for Posner, and One of my attorneys, William Scott, believes that if they review my petition that I will, that I shall prevail.

Well, Jim, the absurdity of your case can be best understood in this capacity.
Let's say that you're completely wrong, and Deanna Spagnola is right, and that all those kids were killed, and Lanza did it, right?
Let's say that actually turns out to be true.

I mean, there's people who are wrong about the Kennedy murder.
They were wrong about Martin Luther King.

You have the right to write and research and publish something, and every claim they make falls apart under that basic premise, especially the lie that Ruben Wabner and Lenny Posner wasn't a public figure.

Well, you know, as I was listening to that whole array of documents, what strikes my mind is that the facts don't matter in your case, Jim.
We can't address the facts.

This was an absurd legal move by the Circuit Court, and the Court of Appeals, in my opinion, in a ridiculous action, confirmed it, reaffirming the official narrative as though it were to be taken to be true, when in fact that has not happened in any court case.
Those they cited did not reach the issue.
Let us hope it will finally happen here with the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
