| Jim, an awful lot happening here, whether it's in regards to Indian mutation. | |
| Now, I don't know if you've seen this latest one on drugs. | |
| They're now saying Japan is suddenly getting a surge shortly before the Olympics. | |
| One can only wonder what the Olympics is going to look like this year if we have it. | |
| Well, the whole thing is so political, Eric. | |
| It's completely shocking. | |
| We've had a stunning development in India, which was doing a great job of managing infections and preventing excess deaths. | |
| And then they introduced vaccinations throughout the country. | |
| Since January of 2021, more than 186 million. | |
| Since the vaccines have been introduced, the death rate in India has climbed out of control. | |
| Today, there are now 3,532 circulating COVID-19 variants in India, and they all flourished almost immediately after people started getting mass-injected with the vaccines. | |
| This is rather stunning stuff. | |
| They've also resorted to ivermectin and HCQ, Eric, which seem to be doing a good job of containing the massive explosion due to the infections. | |
| While I do not want to scare the wits out of your audience here, Eric, we have a development from one of the world's leading virologists. | |
| You may recall, I've reported before, That Sherry Tenpenny has described these mRNA vaccines as perfectly designed killing machines. | |
| Well, this is Luc Montagnier, a French virologist, a joint Nobel Prize recipient, one of the leading experts in the world. | |
| He has declared, there is no hope and no possible treatment for them, those who have received the mRNA vaccinations. | |
| We must be prepared to incinerate the bodies. | |
| According to him, all will die within two years. | |
| They will die from antibody-dependent enhancement and nothing more can be said. | |
| That's, of course, completely shocking and stunning. | |
| Judy Mekovitz has talked about some kind of serum as an antidote that may become extremely, extremely important. | |
| Meanwhile, we have absurdities such as Governor Newsom of California sending vax checkers door to door. | |
| They have some 2,000 who are being sent out, Eric, to make peer-to-peer appeals and provide support to help overcome barriers to vaccination. | |
| We know, of course, there are no bona fide barriers. | |
| Only those who are skeptical want to wait, don't want to be forced to do it. | |
| And of course, under international law, no one can be required to take an experimental vaccine or be subjected to any other experimental medical procedure absent informed consent. | |
| Which means they have to be told all of the benefits, but also all of the risks that are attendant here, where the risks include not only damage to your brain, damage to your cardiovascular system. | |
| We have a stunning number of reports of blood clotting. | |
| Some students believe that blood clotting is a primary mechanism by means of which deaths and damage to human beings is being performed. | |
| It turns out there are 34,804,886 total vaccines who have been administered in California. | |
| How bad is that, Eric, if you think about what we're hearing from Dr. Sherry Tenpenny | |
| and from now the Luc Montagnier, who are two of the world's leading experts, that these | |
| are extremely serious and damaging and life-threatening? | |
| Meanwhile, Odometers, which has international statistical reports, has conducted a worldwide study With rather fascinating results about the coronavirus and governmental responses. | |
| Here are six questions they have asked. | |
| Was government reaction to COVID-19 worse than a virus? | |
| Yes, over 90%. | |
| No, less than 10. | |
| Do you trust the World Health Organization? | |
| Yes, less than 7%. | |

| Was COVID-19 politicized by mainstream media? | |

| It's stunning, Eric, how much the public worldwide seems to have caught on to what's going on here being a political operation. | |
| And we know, of course, from the study that slipped through at Johns Hopkins that there's been no increase in death in any of the age categories from the past. | |
| That's supplemented by no increase in the sale of oxygen tanks, no increase in IV drips and stands, all of which suggests this is a mass illusion that we've been propagandized, that mind games have been played here. | |
| And it's supplemented by the insurance industry where a guy, an expert in mathematical modeling and statistical studies has revealed that the American insurance industry has not increased their premiums. | |
| They've had to make no adjustment. | |
| Which indicates there's no change in the death rate because of the pandemic when we're being told constantly again and again that it's taking place on a massive scale. | |
| If you consider that as an hypothesis that the pandemic is real and that the pandemic is an illusion, the evidence I'm citing provides empirical support to refute the first hypothesis that it's real. | |
| And confirm the second that it's an illusion. | |
| Meanwhile, we have multiple reports of miscarriages, blood clots, and unvaccinated females who simply were in the vicinity of persons who had the vaccine. | |
| This is all extremely serious, Eric, very profoundly troubling. | |
| And of course, with all the ambiguity over mask wearing, we even have now Members of the public who think they've been played by virtue of wearing the mask given the reversals that have taken place, as I have reported again and again, where I must have a dozen articles about the damage imposed by wearing masks on my blog at jamesfetzer.org. | |
| Including even a study from the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons against the use of face masks, where that may be the most prestigious medical scientific organization in the United States. | |
| We know that wearing face masks recycles the oxygen depleted air. | |
| That means you're killing your cells in your bodies, including brain cells, which unlike other cells, such as skin cells, do not regenerate. | |
| So when you have a loss of brain cells that's permanent and irrevocable, you're putting additional stress on your cardiovascular system. | |
| Wearing masks is especially harmful to children and young adults who need oxygen to benefit the growth and development of their brains and their bodies. | |
| It is tragic in my opinion. | |
| When I see footage of girls playing soccer, for example, young teenage girls playing soccer wearing masks, I am myself going out to stores like Walmart, a local shopping store, and so forth, and not wearing a mask, which I've never been disposed to do, and not being hassled or harassed. | |
| I believe the We've reached a turning point where the public is beginning to realize that this mask business is a political phenomenon, just as is the whole technique of quarantining the healthy population, which has never been done in the past. | |
| You only quarantine the sick, where by quarantining the healthy, We have brought about what David Icke warned in the beginning was the massive destruction of the middle class and small businesses where the Biden administration is now providing stimulus relief to the extent that you're getting more money to stay home than you are to go to work. | |

| This is all embarrassing and shocking, but it appears to be intended to set up a situation where the Great Reset will propose to pay off your mortgage, pay off your credit cards, pay off your student loans in return for your surrendering all of your property and assets In return for what you get a guaranteed stipend you'll be able to rent a little cubicle very much on the bottle of taking place in china and from reports i've seen already in australia if you agree to the vaccination regimen. | |
| Remember these big pharma companies make massive sums of money over their vaccination program, and it appears it's part and parcel of an effort to depopulate the world. | |
| Infertility appears to be among its goals, but what we're hearing from some of the leading virologists is that The deagle.com projections that the US population is going to drop from 330 million in 2020 to now, by the revised estimate, only 65 million in 2025. | |

| If that were true, why would the Great Reset be taking place? | |
| It's because a very small number Estimated at around 6,000 global elites want to control the entirety of planet Earth. | |
| Another aspect of this appears to be taking place domestically for the one institution that does not appear to be already under globalist or Zionist control is the Pentagon, and where now this new, in my opinion completely unqualified, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin Is inviting the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center to participate in spying on members of the military, including their social media. | |
| In an effort to root out domestic terrorism, which you need to understand means anyone who is conservative, right-wing, or voted for Donald Trump. | |
| I mean, it's embarrassingly bad. | |
| They're even bringing in Muslim extremists to participate in the debauchery and the destruction of the American military. | |
| And this is extremely distressing. | |
| Because every one of our other institutions, whether it's the media, whether it's the Congress, whether it's the court system, appears to be already dominated by anti-American forces. | |
| This is such a blatant violation of the First Amendment that the Pentagon is even stating overtly that the circumvent First Amendment constraints upon the government, they're going to use private contractors to do it. | |
| Well, this is akin to an elementary fallacy of equivocation. | |
| I spent 35 years teaching my students to detect and avoid where someone is asked, did they kill Jones? | |
| And they deny, no, no, I didn't kill Jones. | |
| I hired someone else to do the killing. | |
| That makes them just as culpable and responsible for murder in that instance, as is the Department of Defense for violation of the First Amendment by using private contractors. | |
| It's obviously blatantly unconstitutional. | |
| The problem we have with actions like this is the time it takes between the offenses being committed And the court having the opportunity to rule that they're unconstitutional. | |
| This is the case with the entire Biden-Harris administration. | |
| They appear to be illegitimately in office as a result of a massive theft of the election. | |
| We have proceedings taking place in Maricopa County in Arizona exposing massive voter fraud, other indications in Antrim County in Michigan and in multiple other states. | |
| Unfortunately, the process is very time consuming and the Biden administration will have been in a position to inflict massive damage upon the United States. | |
| By the time anything can be done, that is my concern. | |
| We even have reports That Biden is using aircraft to transport young men from the southern border to different states in the dead of night. | |
| In order to conceal this, they're using these flights, plane loads of illegal immigrant minors relocated around the United States in the middle of the night to attract less attention. | |
| This again is completely outrageous. | |
| I believe what we have going on here is an effort to alter the demographics of the United States. | |
| Donald Trump not only beat them when the system was rigged in 2016, rigged for Hillary Clinton, but beat them again in 2020, where Sidney Powell released a map, an electoral map of the United States, The outcome of the election before they manipulated the numbers to concoct these narrow victories for Biden-Harris, showing a massive sweep by Donald Trump from coast to coast, including California and Minnesota, which I had been predicting would take place, 410 electoral votes. | |
| One of the great electoral victories in American history, and yet the mainstream, which spent four years convincing us, or engaged in the endeavor to convince us, that the 2016 election had been stolen by mythical Russian interference, when in fact it was voters in rural counties who turned out en masse to support Donald Trump. | |
| Now, I won't even tolerate the faintest suggestion that something was wrong with the 2020 election in spite of massive proof, adduced not only by Sidney Powell, but by L. Lynn Wood and by Mike Lindell, who had a brilliant IT guy on to show how they were basing their theft of the election across the country on algorithms Rooted in the 2010 census, and you had these perfect patterns that were mirroring the same distribution as the 2010 census for the voters who participated, and then in a variation for the votes that were cast for Biden. | |
| Just to illustrate one simple example of the absurdity of a Biden-Harris election, remember, Joe Biden ran for president three times over 35 years and he never won a single caucus or a single primary until South Carolina when Google came to his aid and began manipulating the outcome. | |
| Kamala Harris dropped out before Iowa. | |
| She was the first of all some 17 Democrat candidates to drop out. | |
| That was how unpopular Kamala Harris was. | |
| So in many ways it's unsurprising that when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris made a joint appearance in Phoenix just weeks before the election, even the local media was embarrassed to report no one came. | |
| No one came. | |
| Nobody turned out, Eric. | |
| Zero. | |
| No one turned out for a joint appearance of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in Phoenix just weeks before the election. | |
| And yet we're supposed to believe he carried the state, albeit narrowly, by some 10,000 votes, and the facts of the matter suggest actually that Donald Trump carried Arizona by a million votes. | |
| We have other absurdities taking place domestically, where Tulsi Gabbard has called out Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot to resign over anti-white racism, which has caused quite a stir in the social media. | |
| Here's what Tulsi tweeted, Mayor Lightfoot's blatant anti-white racism is abhorrent. | |
| I call upon President Biden, Kamala Harris, and other leaders of our country of all races | |
| to join me in calling for Mayor Lightfoot's resignation. | |
| Our leaders must condemn all racism, including anti-white. | |
| Gabbard was referring to Lightfoot's decision this week to grant interviews only to black | |
| or brown journalists, citing the need for diversity and inclusion in the media. | |
| It was the words anti-white that drew the ire of online Democrats who piled on Tulsi, insisting there was no such thing. | |
| Many sought to redefine the very notion of racism, not as discrimination based on race. | |
| As is according with US law, but the power plus privilege relationship championed by critical race theory. | |
| This is so embarrassingly bad that I even took the step of calling in to the mayor's line. | |

| Meanwhile, we know, of course, that there's been further revelations related to the events of January 6, Well, in fact, John Sullivan, who is a prominent Antifa member, is now being called to task for receiving some $90,000 for video he took inside the Capitol, including what I believe to have been the staged shooting of Ashley Babbitt. | |
| And this, I think, is going to contribute to a major expose that what happened on January 9th was a completely contrived, fabricated event. | |
| It turns out that the doors to the Capitol have massive electronic locks. | |
| In other words, it's very simple to secure the Capitol by not unlocking the doors. | |
| We also have footage where we can see the Capitol Police inviting the protesters in. | |
| These people, by the way, are not Trump supporters. | |
| Remember, Donald Trump was giving a talk at the Ellipse a mile and a half away. | |
| He did not conclude his presentation until 1.11 and that, as a consequence, his supporters weren't there for these events that were occurring already at 12.45, 12.50, 1 o'clock and so forth. | |
| There were already major episodes taking place. | |
| But more importantly, we have James, the brother of John, Revealing some time back, but it assumes increased urgency, that James led 226 protesters into the Capitol dressed as Trump supporters. | |
| In order to disrupt, not the count of the electoral votes, not the count of the electoral votes, as we've been told over and over again, Eric, but the discussion of evidence of the theft of the election. | |
| Obviously, Donald Trump wanted nothing more than for Congress to discuss and debate evidence of the theft of the election. | |
| Who, however, would have had the greatest motive to try to sabotage that effort? | |
| None other than the woman who is in control of the Capitol Police, namely Nancy Pelosi herself. | |
| So this whole intrusion into the Capitol appears to be a Democrat-inspired effort to defeat discussion of the theft of the election, which is now gradually and over time emerging more and more clearly, where the Biden-Harris administration is completely illegitimate. | |
| And where they're going to make massive efforts to build on this domestic terrorism theme, using the intrusion at the Capitol on the 6th of January as a form of motivation, assuming the American public is incapable of sorting out staged events, false flag events like this, of which the Israelis are past masters in bona fide intrusions. | |
| Let me add on a more personal note. | |
| There have been several developments in relation to my Sandy Hook lawsuit, where a purported parent of one of the Sandy Hook children sued me over my book for four sentences disputing the authenticity of a death certificate, which under the court's ruling, I'm not allowed to reaffirm. | |
| So that's merely to explain what's going on here. | |
| Ron Avery, who himself had been involved in a defamation lawsuit, became keenly interested in my case. | |
| He created a complete archive of virtually all the documents in the case, and he has now published on Veterans Today A very nice piece. | |
| To support the Sandy Hook narrative, Wisconsin Court of Appeals District 4 makes gross errors. | |
| What he talks about are the three properties, the three principles, that govern summary judgments to which I was subjected. | |
| First, there cannot be any relevant facts pled by either party that are in dispute. | |
| All questions of fact must be resolved in favor of the non-movement that would be me, the defendant, or the one the summary judgment is filed against by the other party. | |
| Third, all inferences that can be reasonably drawn from the facts pled by the non-movement must be made. | |
| These are the three main rules. | |
| All three were violated in the summary judgment against Dr. Fetzer. | |
| He makes a very nice point about how the Court of Appeals, instead of weighing and balancing all the evidence I presented and the violation of those rules, nevertheless repeated the official narrative of Sandy Hook, which I was challenging, but never had the opportunity to defend. | |
| Ron Avery points out, for this to have been a proper review, for the judge to have granted a summary judgment, he would have had to have ruled like this. | |
| We take Dr. Fetzer's allegations of fact and true and all questions of fact are resolved in his favor. | |
| And all inferences from his facts are made showing that the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary did not happen on 14 December 2012. | |
| We now find that Dr. Fetzer defamed Mr. Posner when he published statements that the death certificate of Posner's son, the victim of that event, was fake. | |
| He adds, does this not shock your senses? | |
| Is this not a slap in the face of human intelligence? | |

| Plus, when we submitted a petition to the Wisconsin Supreme Court for its review, the Wisconsin Supreme Court responded claiming that we had not filed in a timely fashion. | |
| Even though, in fact, the decision was handed down on the 7th of April, our submission was on the 7th of May. | |
| There are only 30 days in April. | |
| We had 30 days to submit. | |
| We submitted a motion to reinstate the petition, and surprise to surprise, yesterday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court reversed itself and accepted my petition. | |

| Where some believe this lawsuit is among the most important in the court system, in the judicial system today, and that it has the potential to blow apart all the fraudulent activities of the past, designed especially to take away our rights under the Second Amendment. | |
| Not only Sandy Hook, but Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, and even Las Vegas. | |
| Eric, I'm very pleased the Supreme Court reversed And we'll now review my petition. | |
