Need to Know (24 May 2021) with Carl Herman and Chris Weinert

Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, and by Chris Weinert from Detroit, Michigan.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know, which is considerable these days, given all that's going on.
We begin with the Pentagon aiming to partner with the ADL and the Southern Poverty Law Center, both of which are dominated by Israelis and Jews to spy on military members for extremism.
If you worry about Israel's influence over the America, this is an extension over the Pentagon, which heretofore has been immune and remained a vital I fear that like the media, like the Congress, like the judiciary, like Hollywood, the Pentagon is going to be cleansed of conservatives, of persons who care about America, constitutionalists, under the Biden-appointed Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
In my opinion, this is a very bad development.
The ADL has been at the forefront of internet censorship and criminalizing speech as hate.
The disgraced SPLC is known for aggressive fundraising and compiling a hate map of extremist Christians and conservatives, which left-wingers have used as a hit list.
On April 9th, Secretary of Defense Austin announced the establishment of the Countering Extremism Working Group, which would receive information both internal and external subject matter experts.
Here you have the whole list of the lineup.
These figures are going to be of special importance.
The document lists Heidi Beirut, formerly of the S.B.L.C., Lucidia Brooks and Susan Corr, currently of the S.B.L.C., as well as Mark Pitcrave and Ryan Greer of the A.D.L.
The intercept was also the document showing the Pentagon is planning to spy on members of the military to see if they hold extremist political views.
First Amendment be damned.
In fact, if you believe in the First Amendment, if you believe in the Constitution, You're going to fall under this rubric of holding extremist political views, I have no doubt.
As part of the Biden administration's crackdown on the Pentagon plans, the pilot program screening social media content for extremist material.
This is very troubling.
An extremism steering committee led by Bishop Garrison, a senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense, is currently designing the Social Media Screening Pilot Program, which will, get this, continuously monitor military personnel for concerning behaviors.
Although in the past the military has balked at surveying service members for extremist political views due to First Amendment protection, the pilot program will rely on a private surveillance firm to circumvent First Amendment restriction.
This is outrageous.
This is equally unconstitutional.
Very, very bad.
As we learned earlier this week with the firing of Space Force Commander Matthew Lohmer, the Pentagon's new definition of extremism consists of opposing the DOT, teaching soldiers that our country and whites are inherently evil.
You're an extremist if you oppose the Pentagon offering free sex change surgeries and opposite sex hormones to active military and veterans at taxpayer expense.
Yes, the extremism is going to be weeding out Trump supporters and conservative voices from the military.
This is just about as god-awful as it gets.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, our audience is getting Orwellian speak time and time again, and the only thing that you really need to do is to flick the script, and you can see that the extremists are the ones in the military for these ongoing, lie-started, illegal wars of aggression that demand their arrests.
Another way of taking a look at this is this extremism is just whatever word they think is going to sell to attack and destroy the First Amendment.
So the First Amendment is in place as the very first amendment to guarantee free speech.
And the only limit is if you say something that is factually inaccurate and damaging, then they can stop you.
But you could also have whatever opinion that you want, whatever interpretation is about the facts.
You could advocate for anything that you want, as long as you're not saying factually damaging statements.
So what we're seeing is a continued rollout of this totalitarian authoritarian dictatorial government
that is gonna censor any opposition to this one party state.
And again, as we've been emphasizing for months, is that this is a war on the constitution
and American values and our way of life in an attempt to go ahead and crush that,
smash it and turn us into forever livestock and work animals to these psychopaths.
Yeah, as a former Marine Corps officer, I'm terribly troubled by this development.
It bodes no good.
It's a very foul development.
Chris, your thoughts?
Yeah, this will end poorly.
They're on the wrong side of humanity and history with this and I think it will be exposed for what it is and it's being exposed.
This is really an apparatus that I think has been put in place since arguably the end of World War Two under the
National Security Act of 1947 by the Boston Brahmin and the Judeo Masonic Cabal to really go after anybody in terms of
citizens that really compete or contradict or really provide any sort of alternative narrative to the controlled
opposition dialogue that supposedly to push people into the two party options.
So I think these guys that run the CFR and APAC and come up with these things with the think tanks and the NGOs and all
this stuff, the ADL the COINTELPROGRAM this is all stuff they use historically and are using as well now they use
things like the mafia the mainstream media the KKK, all these Judeo Masonic operatives to really create this
domestic instability in many cases, for the sake of this 1% cabal to exercise the right to buy a property on real cheap
terms, or to exploit labor or many things of that nature.
things of that nature.
We are talking a little bit offline about Gary Patrick Hemming and how he was through the Pentagon initiated to really recruit inner city gang members in Los Angeles in the early and mid 50s.
Or late 50s, I should say.
So, like, this is kind of an interesting situation to see the Pentagon involved with the ADL and these things, like they were with the FBI COINTELPRO, where they're trying to create domestic instability and things like the civil rights movements or, you know, the things they did in the 90s with the PatCon bus, where they were going after the same thing, the patriots that were trying to stand up for the Constitution and for property ownership and really against this UN colonialization agenda.
So, yeah, I think that these guys They're the ones that are putting these absurdities out there, too.
These mercenaries, I think, out there with the Capitol riots, even with that Chazz stuff and BLM and Antifa, and possibly even Q, you know, or even Anonymous as well.
Things that get the people that should be outraged larping into this type of controlled opposition dialogue.
Taking potential energy and making sure it stays that way or if it goes kinetic that it will remain under the course of action that they want to happen so it's a way to lower the status quo and to really to trigger and target the populations into these two parties through the mainstream media.
A lot of parallels in the past, but I won't I won't talk for too long about that.
But I think they're doing the same thing now.
And arguably speaking, this is really, I think, why?
Because the people are really demanding more from not only the government, but demanding their rights, their right to own property, the right to really have fair and free markets.
And these guys will not have that competition as a sin.
Well, their admission they're going to use the private companies to circumvent the First Amendment puts their neck right in the noose.
I mean, this is completely outrageous.
It's like the guy says, I didn't kill him.
I paid somebody else to do the murder.
You know, you're equally complicit.
This will not pass constitutional muster.
But it's indicative of their intentions, all of which are bad.
Get this.
Biden Pentagon's extremist czar seeks to purge all mega personnel in a bid to purge patriots from the last viable American institution.
I think this is right at the core of the matter.
The military especially has come under the assault by these Marxists, the anti-Americans, Joe Biden's handler, because it really is the last bastion of pro-American patriotism.
Republicans are finally pulling their heads out of some dark, smelly places and getting wise to the game.
Biden's left-wing handlers are playing, but it may be too late.
GOP Senators grilled Biden's pick for Army Secretary, Christine Wormuth, who promised she would provide Congress with information about alleged extremism within the ranks.
Mind you, until now, literally, there has been no extremist program in the military.
This is simply another Democrat fake narrative born out of the Capitol Six riot, along with a lie that right-wing supporters of President Trump represent the gravest threat to U.S.
national security.
It is a lie.
How do we know?
Because with all the leaking that occurred during Trump's term, if there were a legitimate extremism problem in the military, it would have been revealed and then politicized and used to demonstrate what a tyrant Nazi white supremacist Trump really was.
Warner, the former Obama Pentagon Undersecretary for Policy, would be the first woman to serve in the role if confirmed.
When she was praised as the right person for the job, Alaskan Republican Dan Sullivan expressed frustration.
Soldiers were being targeted by the media as racist and extremists without proof, and called on the nominee to commit herself to protecting soldiers.
Extremism, racism, of course, we don't want that in the ranks at all, Sullivan said.
Gee, another former Obama official.
Imagine that, considering Obama was the most legitimately racist president since the early 1900s.
The GOP lawmaker is on target because Biden's handlers have already ensured the Pentagon will find Trump-linked extremism.
His name is Bishop Garrison.
He's the head of the Pentagon's New Countering Extremism Initiative, granted incredible new powers that designate ordinary political opinions and personal beliefs a national security threat.
Bishop Garrison waltzed from seeming obscurity to one of the most powerful posts in Washington.
Meanwhile, Revolver reports the first task will be to change the Pentagon's definition of extremism, to stop Pentagon personnel from being recruited by extremist groups and to beef up personnel screening to better detect hidden extremist beliefs.
If you're in the military, they will scour your internet history, making sure to target gray areas such as reading, following, liking extremist material and content in social media forums and platforms.
In January, this guy, Bishop, tweeted at the height of Trump's second bogus impeachment trial that civility toward him and his supporters would lead to the collapse of our country.
Get this.
Calls for civility rather than shouting down falses and misinformation shall be the death of this nation.
In short, The man believes there are not two sides to every issue.
There isn't room for nuance or compromise.
He actually seems to believe if his political opponents were allowed to exercise their rights under the Constitution to voice their own opinions and to disagree, they represent a threat to the survival of the nation.
Here's more about it.
The Pentagon is planning on launching a program to screen military personnel's social media for extremist content.
Looking to retain a private firm to do the digging to circumvent the First Amendment.
Internal Defense Department documents reviewed by The Intercept reveal Bishop Garrison has been tasked with addressing extremism.
In the past, the Pentagon has shied away.
But this program will rely on a private firm.
The Intercept reported it'll use keywords to identify potential extremists.
Trump, no doubt, being among them.
Freedom, liberty, constitution, others.
First Amendment, Second Amendment.
The ability, the right to keep and bear arms, no doubt those all be among the key words.
The Pentagon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Multiple members of Biden's cabinet have made addressing extremism inside the federal government a priority in the wake of the January 6th Capitol riot, which we know was completely orchestrated where Nancy Pelosi appears to have been in charge.
Austin ordered a 60-day stand-down of the entire U.S.
military back in February to allow commanders to address the threat.
Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby described the military-wide pause as similar to stand-down units have to do to address safety concerns.
Austin issued the order following a meeting about the topic with Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Miley.
The group also discussed the Capitol riot.
This is unbelievable.
Garrison was listed in the Mambo-Zossa's point of contact and all things related to the extremism matter.
This is very, very bad.
A bit of overlap here.
Carl, your thoughts about these further reflections?
The military is going to be our they are our last line of defense and they're either going to stand or they're going to fall.
We're almost to the end of this Arizona audit, which will take place next month.
And the military is going to have a choice.
They're either going to defend the Constitution of the United States by initiating arrests.
Of the obvious criminals who stole the election and those criminally complicit in corporate media, or they're just going to surrender to being ruled by dicks, as in dictates, as in dictatorship, as they just say whatever it is that they think that their focus group words are going to elicit emotion rather than any comprehensive intelligent response to anything.
So the US will have their turn as colonized subjects unless there is a stand and I gotta stand that the military is going to be the only way of doing this.
These are illegal orders to take a look and violate the First Amendment.
So this may even spark this reaction within the military to stand and defend their oath to the Constitution.
And go ahead and take a look at this issue to determine it.
This is a test and we gotta pass this one.
Otherwise, the consequences are horrific.
It appears to me they want to eliminate patriots from the U.S.
military.
But why would you join the military if you were not a patriot?
I find they have created a perfect recipe for the disillusion of the American military, corrupting it from the inside out to make it utterly ineffective, compounded, of course, by transgender and all this other nonsense and rubbish.
Chris, your further thoughts?
Yeah, I think that they have some crucial key operatives in the military that have taken an omerita or a blood oath to loyalty for this cabal.
And I think that really they are being inverted in this bizarre world and maybe have been all along.
Either they're corrupt as hell or ignorant as hell.
I can't figure out which of the two it is.
Maybe it's a little bit of both, but it's not my place to psychoanalyze these people that are betraying our country and all of humanity.
But I will say though, is there does seem to be an effort to trigger both sides both bases in a precise two party attack between the the mainstream media, these accomplices and accessories to war crimes.
And I think they're really trying to kick off a civil war it seems like.
And you know, you hear about Biden going after extremists.
I'd have to ask, would it be extremist to create something like an enemies list or something like that or to quarantine the healthy or to like use the PCR metric for a witch hunt to do so to quarantine people or to vaccinate people with nanotech, DNA altering nanotech?
Or to target people with subjective truths or by racial pretenses or to wage generational deceptions and warfare on certain people and certain groups that have been all selectively dispossessed by the same cabal and somehow or another we're supposed to turn against each other and follow the path they blaze for us, right?
This is how they mobilize the obtuse against the well intentioned in traditional form as they always have.
And this is the mainstream media and these politicians providing not only baseless claims but trying to lead us into World War Three, but but they are absolutely trying to take everything that's not nailed down including your constitutional rights so This is the hill to fight and die on, so to speak.
And I think if they're allowed to keep taking these type of things, they're going to keep doing it.
It's like a bargaining tactic.
They'll take everything in the world.
If I go into your house and take 100% of your stuff and say, I'm going to give back 2% of it, you know what I mean?
People think, oh, we got back 2% deferred prosecution, too big to jail.
This is the same concept here, but these people are taking everything, not only your money, your wealth, your savings, your wages, But also your rights.
So ultimately, if you like freedom, like Carl was saying, this is the place to go and stand up for.
So these guys got to be called out because I think it is a test.
Something that if we go along with in terms of offer contracts and don't fight against this, then they'll say, oh, that's the status quo.
That's the silent majority.
So be it.
And just like this coup that Biden put on in the first place, this is unconstitutional.
This guy is not elected.
He's not not supposed to be there.
So I think we have it's our duty to disobey this guy.
I think if you want to implement a plan to destroy the United States, an essential element would be to deconstruct the U.S.
military and eradicate patriotism therefrom.
I mean, it sounds absurd, but that's exactly what they're about.
Clinton was starting to bring that in in the 90s.
You remember with the don't ask, don't tell and all that weird stuff?
Everybody's like, what the hell is this?
And it just, you know, Obama comes in and makes it all even worse.
And then, you know, now you got Biden with this whole thing.
So yeah, it's the rainbow squad now.
They used to be, you know, mean and lean.
And now I don't know what they call that.
Yeah, testosterone has flowed heavily in the military in the past, and who knows what's happening now?
Maybe they're being given estrogen for breakfast.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, Jim, I just wanted to say that I think that you have that exactly right.
They're attacking to destroy the U.S.
military, and if I had to predict their playbook, They want to be able to make some sort of a statement like, gee, this extremism just got worse than we thought.
So now we're going to have to bring in U.N.
troops for domestic support to combat extremism and white supremacy and racism that is rampant in the United States.
Never let a manufactured crisis go to waste.
Very good.
Very good.
Yes, yes, yes.
They're trying to create a non-existent problem to bring in a solution.
It's really like the pandemic.
You got a fake pandemic.
What they really want is the vaccine.
The War of Terror, too.
It's gonna kill us.
It's like the War of Terror, too.
It's just like that, too, Jim.
The War of Terror.
Yeah, I agree.
They play us again and again and again.
Meanwhile, Tulsi calls out Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot for her to resign over her anti-white racism, which has generated a social media uproar.
Mayor Lightfoot's blatant anti-white racism is abhorrent, says Tulsi.
I call upon President Biden, Kamala Harris, and other leaders of our country of all races to join me in calling for her resignation.
Our leaders must condemn all racism, including anti-white.
Well said.
Tulsi was referring to Lightfoot's decision to grant interviews only to black or brown journalists, citing the need for diversity and inclusion.
But that sounds like exclusion to me, and segregation.
It was the word anti-white that drew the ire of online Democrats, as they piled on Gabber, doing since there's no such thing.
Many sought to redefine the very notion of racism not as discrimination based on race, as do U.S.
laws, but as the power plus privilege relationship championed by critical race theory.
Now, if anyone wants to express their opinion about Lori Lightfoot, There actually is an office that receives public comment.
I called yesterday and left a very polite, very reasonable explanation why I feel that Lori Lightfoot is a disgrace, why she's damaging the residents of Chicago and promoting racial tension across the nation.
The number 312-744-4000.
312-744-4000.
A very nice woman took my message, and I was very pleased to have the opportunity.
312-744-4000. A very nice woman took my message and I was very pleased to have the opportunity.
If you want to share your opinions about Lori Lightfoot, there's the number 312-744-4000.
Meanwhile, there is no such thing as anti-white racism tweets, trans activist Charlotte Clymer.
There is no systemic or widely cultural barriers for white people that infringe on how we move through the world.
In other words, they've been very creative about making up this idea of anti-white White people bringing this up are just defending being racist.
How absurd is that?
Conservatives, on the other hand, held up Tulsi's tweet as an example of courage the Republican Party does not possess.
Is there any Republican elected official that's called out Mayor Lightfoot's behavior as explicitly anti-white?
Asked Darren Beattie, a former Trump speechwriter who now runs Revolver.
The fact that Tulsi called for Lightfoot's resignation before the Congressional Republicans is not a good look for the GOP, said Logan Hall of the Daily Caller.
The Columbia Bugle wondered if the party needed to get permission from Frank Lutz, a marketeer who is a landlord to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, before they joined Tulsi.
Remember, Talker has exposed Frank Lutz as a closet Democrat who conducts focus groups for the Republicans and moves them in the direction of the Democrats.
It's outrageous!
Frank Luntz should have nothing to do with the Republican Party in the future.
Tulsi is interesting as the first Hindu member of the Congress representing Hawaii from 2012 to 2021.
She served in the army in Iraq and Kuwait, vice chair of the DNC 2013 to 16, resigning to endorse a presidential candidacy of Bernie Sanders over Hillary Clinton You know, she's a woman of principle.
She couldn't remain a member of the DNC and endorse without creating a conflict of interest.
Meanwhile, the Space Force commander has been sacked after claiming the military is under assault from neo-racist critical race theory.
He's right, of course.
Being sacked is outrageous.
Carl, your thoughts?
Jim, such a great lineup of stories.
So this is the best education that I can imagine for people to understand this Orwellian inversion.
So you have this mayor who, if we count her votes, I would question if she was elected either, who is being overtly racist.
Overtly textbook definition, but with the excuse that it's not racist.
So you have these contrasting, impossible to reconcile ideals.
And the whole point of this is to have the public so confused.
That they surrender to be told what to think, what to say, and what to do.
That is the purpose.
To create livestock instead of human beings.
To control them and conform them as working animals rather than to free them for the creative, beautiful beings that we could be.
And finally, you know, hey Lightfoot, you want to have somebody who has a darker skin tone to interview you?
Candace Owen.
I think that she'd be delighted.
She's so brilliant.
Chris, your thoughts?
Yeah, it's kind of interesting to see how they play this whole scripted theatric between the Democratic and Republican Party.
These CFR agents, AIPAC agents, operatives, are really just trying to relegate the conversation to this binary stereotype, we'll just say.
And, you know, Democrats, it can't be racist anything they say because it's coming from a Democrat, unless it comes from another Democrat.
Then, of course, maybe, you know, they can't dismiss it like they normally do if it were to come from a Republican.
And I think that really the whole point of the Democratic Party and the whole pretense of its offering is in fact to appeal to the racism of selective concepts like this and selective tokenism in a manner where they don't really try to look out for the people they're appealing to or pandering to.
They certainly just want to mobilize them to get them to do what they need them to do and to know just enough to be functional in that capacity and certainly not to be educated to know better and to see through this whole big picture.
Yeah, I'm sure Lightfoot can do her entire overdramatic reenactment of the color purple for the waiting audience for all she wants.
But ultimately, you know, these are the people that are making race the issue.
These are the people that are really causing this thing to be the issue.
And more importantly, the white people that they're going after are, in fact, the crypto-Jewish London House of Peers, people that have put in the slave trade for 300 years.
And then all of a sudden, through the Boston Brahmin and the transcendentalist abolitionist movements, want to suddenly Flip the switch and reverse the sentiments of slavery while enslaving us all under the 14th Amendment and the Constitution after the Civil War and somehow making us all debt slaves to the House of Rothschild, who in turn are supposed to fight with each other over what color your skin is while we're all being screwed by the same quote-unquote white people, right?
I think you made a wonderful point that it were not for the Democrats.
It wouldn't be this racist issue because America is not a racist nation, that they're manufacturing it for their own political benefit.
It's outrageous and disgusting.
Meanwhile, Obama called Trump a corrupt mother effer, a man-man, a racist, a sexist bit and an effing lunatic in a new book where you're learning For more than a decade, there's been no love lost between Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
But it turns out the situation was far beyond Obama calling Trump a two-bit dictator in what was a departure from the unwritten rule that American presidents don't disparage their successors.
Then you had, more often, I didn't think it would be this bad we got from Barack Obama.
I didn't think we'd have a racist, sexist pig, depending on the outrage of the day, passing that effing lunatic with a shake of his head.
He's a madman, Obama told big donors.
The report in the book is very, very telling and more than a little disturbing.
We know.
Chris, you got to take off.
Would you like to offer a few brief comments before you depart?
No, I gotta run right now, but sorry about that, Jim.
You go, Chris.
You did great.
Thanks so much.
Thanks, Chris.
Have a great week, guys.
Talk to you soon.
You got it.
Let's see.
Carl, your thoughts.
Well, that book title had to do with Battle of the Soul, which is a perfect thing.
Again, we need to flip the script.
Obama is calling all these names against an opponent who, on its face, was standing for ending the wars.
Now, I hope is in the game to win it for election fraud.
So you have the criminals making the allegations and Obama is just one of the latest spokespersons for these lie-started illegal wars of aggression who campaigned, you know.
I voted for him the first time.
I'm ashamed to admit.
Carl, I voted for him twice.
But it also had to do with his opposition.
I mean, John McCain, John Kerry.
I mean, give me an epic break, you know.
I mean, these were not good people.
Yeah, and what we got was just another Manchurian candidate who failed to deliver anything that he promised and just made things worse through the escalation of debt and the increase in the wars.
He was tall, dark, and handsome.
The whole nation swooned.
We thought he was a real deal.
He turned out to be a monstrous fraud.
Yeah, Mike swooned for him.
Very nice, Carl.
Very nice.
Meanwhile, We have some amazing photographs of Trump with Melania.
Look at this.
I think that's absolutely fabulous at Mar-a-Lago.
And here's another.
You've heard Trump accused of being a racist?
Here are his staff.
And look at them.
Look how happy they are, how joyful, how happy he is to be with them.
This is a form of a photographic refutation of all the allegations a man is a racist, which I've never believed for a minute.
You cannot succeed in New York City as a contractor, as a businessman, and be a racist at the same time.
He was born in Queens, which is among the most diverse culturally and ethnically communities in the entire world on planet Earth.
This is a good man, not a racist.
Meanwhile, We have a shocking interview where the world's top virologist has stated blankly, there is no hope and no possible treatment for them, those who have received the coronavirus vaccine.
We must be prepared to incinerate their bodies.
All of them will die within two years.
They will all die from antibody-dependent enhancement.
Nothing more can be said.
This is from Luc Montagnier, a French virologist and joint Nobel Prize recipient, one of the leading virologists in the world.
I want to believe this is not true, because I have five relatives who've taken the jab, and my closest friend here in Madison.
But I'm afraid he's likely to be right.
Meanwhile, Newsom of California is sending vax checkers door to door.
Thousands are being hired by California to knock on doors, paying $10 million to fund the effort.
According to Governor Gavin Newsom's office, they've hired 2,000 people to make peer-to-peer appeals and provide support to help overcome barriers to vaccinations.
There are no barriers to vaccinations, however, only people who don't want to take them.
The door-to-door VAX checks are taking place in the major counties of California.
Alameda, Fresno, Kern, Los Angeles, Merced, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Sacramento,
San Diego, Santa Barbara, Tulare, and Ventura. 34,804,886 total vaccines have been administered
Think about that.
34,804,886, juxtaposed with what we've just been told by perhaps the world's leading virologist.
34,804,886.
In California, 39% of residents are fully vaccinated, another 12 partially.
The report's 40 to 50 percent of health care workers are not taking the vax,
along with another 40 to 50 percent of teachers, even 40 to 50 percent of employees at the CDC.
Canvassers have so far knocked on more than 231,000 doors, completed more than 1.3 million calls, and made 13,000
appointments.
For the most part, people are happy to see us there at their door.
Claim one of those who is leading this effort?
Really?
I seriously doubt that.
Meanwhile, Odometers, which keeps tabs on statistics worldwide, has conducted an international poll.
Are you getting the COVID-19 vaccine?
Yes.
Less than 9%?
No.
Greater than 91%?
Should masks be mandatory?
Yes.
Less than 9%?
No.
No greater than 91%.
Should masks be mandatory?
Yes, less than 9%.
No more than 91%.
Was government reaction to COVID-19 worse than the virus?
Yes, over 90%.
No, less than 10.
Do you trust the World Health Organization?
Yes, less than 7%.
No, more than 93.
Do you support lockdowns or military involvement?
Yes, 7%.
No, over 92.
Was COVID-19 politicized by mainstream media?
Yes.
Nearly 95% no.
Five and a half.
Stunning stuff.
Meanwhile, vaccine shedding is causing miscarriages and blood clots in unvaccinated females who are in the company or in a close location to those who are vaccinated.
They're having miscarriages, multiple periods, a lot of other anomalies, where the Pfizer vax is killing 40 times more than COVID-19.
And when you remember, it's based on a tabulation system that only records 1%.
You can add two more zeros, killing 4,000 more than COVID-19.
Terrible outcome.
Remember these key considerations.
The SARS-CoV-2 virus has never been isolated, therefore there cannot be a vaccine.
The vaccines don't cure it, but suppress symptoms.
Those who are vaccinated, or therefore not cured, remain capable of transmission if there were anything to transmit.
These are not traditional vaccines, which introduce a weak strain.
They use mRNA, which performs a feed of gene splicing.
The risk of the vaccines is greater than, in fact, I would say overwhelmingly greater than that of the virus.
They're only authorized on an emergency basis.
The FDA has actually frankly stated they're not going to approve of these COVID vaccination.
Tony the Rat says the vaccinated still need to wear masks.
This guy's going to go down as the greatest mass murder in all of history.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, yeah.
If people aren't paying attention to this, then they're just not paying attention.
So, if what is on paper in the analysis of the experts regarding the vaccines is true, then this is an extinction-level event.
End of story.
If that is true, we've just been defeated yet again in the history of the planet by psychopaths behind the scenes.
But, if not, the other thing, if that is false, then this is just a chapter of the show, or something else has intervened, maybe friends in high places.
Living in Northern California, as I do, pretty much everyone around me has already had both doses of the vaccine, and there are no bad results within that limited group of people who I have just personally observed, and it may Also be true that these are the long-term effects that we need to worry about.
So who knows with that?
The pushing against the barriers to vaccination.
People need to know that all of these words are choices that go through focus groups, and these are just the spin winners that we're told to try to get the sheeple to nod their head and say, okay, that sounds good to me.
And those poll numbers, Jim, those are great.
If those are true, then I would say that the military has all the permission they need to go ahead and conduct the arrest, which I hope will be happening soon.
I hope so too, Carl.
If the military is not under the control of these fanatics who want to destroy it, Meanwhile, planeloads of illegal immigrant minors are being relocated around the United States in the dead of the night.
This is very disturbing, and it comes from an impeccable source, Judicial Watch.
Carl, listen to this.
In an apparent effort to avoid public scrutiny, the Biden administration is transporting planeloads of illegal immigrant minors in the middle of the night and busing them to cities in the southeast.
Even members of Congress representing the impacted districts are being kept in the dark about the covert operations in the Department of Defense.
It's contracting big tour buses to move the migrants to nearby states once they land, presumably from the southern border region.
A Tennessee outlet reported about multiple planes landing near Chattanooga, landing at a small private airport, one at 30 a.m.
on a Friday, another late Saturday night, another on a Friday afternoon, a fourth early Wednesday morning.
The illegal alien teens officially coined unaccompanied alien children, UACs, by the government are seen boarding large buses owned by Coast to Coast Tours of East Point, Georgia.
An employee of the company said the buses were dispatched to Chattanooga as part of a contract with the DoD.
The employee said it was the first time the company had been asked to pick up migrant children in Chattanooga.
In the past, they've traveled to Mobile, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia to transport children.
The source confirmed two buses seen in the Chattanooga video.
We're going to Miami, Florida and Dallas, Texas.
Three to four chaperones a company because the bus line requires it.
Approximately 30 to 15 UACs are transported on each bus.
Some get reunited with family members.
Others go to taxpayer-funded group homes.
The source says in the news story, the operation began in Dallas but was moved to small airports to avoid attention.
Wilson Air Center fits the bill.
It's a fixed-base operation, a private jet facility with an executive terminal, 120,000 square feet of hangar space, a multitude of other amenities.
The company provides corporate aviation support services in four cities, including Chattanooga, Unfortunately, the American people cannot obtain details about these arrangements.
A Tennessee media outlet was given the runaround.
Various members of Congress quoted they say have no information about these operations.
A DOD spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Chris Mitchell, Says in the story, the flights were facilitated by the Department of Health and Human Services.
The only support DoD has provided with respect to unaccompanied minors is land and facilities for HHS to temporarily house them.
HHS would not return news outlets consultations.
HHS is responsible for the UACs, currently has a record of 22,264 in its care.
The agency provides the illegal immigrant minors with an array of services including, get this Carl, classroom education, mental and medical health care, legal counsel, a variety of recreational activities.
Gee, our homeless in our cities, like LA and San Francisco and Seattle, do not get those benefits.
The overwhelming majority, 72% are not children, but young adults or adolescents, 15 to 17.
Most of the youths are from Guatemala and Honduras.
And get this, 68% are male, which has tremendously boosted gang recruitment in this country.
Federal authorities have for years confirmed the nation's most violent street gangs, including MS-13, recruit new members at U.S.
shelters housing UACs.
So we're bringing in Guatemalan and Honduran youth to become gang members in the United States.
That's going to bode well for America.
Your thoughts, Carl.
That's troubling.
It raises a lot of questions.
So 22,000.
I would want to know the historical numbers to evaluate what this is, what's going on here.
And they said that unaccompanied minors, huh?
So where are the parents?
And the story says something about going with family.
So the parents, so one parent is here at least and they went without their kids.
So this is fishy and troubling.
And the gang angle also is just another behind the scenes horror story going on in this country.
And connected to these poor kids as well.
And that is just the type of future that we will have, and worse, until we get these arrests of these psychopaths.
And I know that we have no power to enact arrests.
All that we have is what we can think and what we can say and what we can do.
But for sure, we can withdraw all support, all claim of legitimacy of the government who are doing these shady things.
Our last story, Carl, is of a more personal nature.
A fellow named Ron Avery, who's closely followed my case, has written a brilliant piece.
It was published by Kevin Barrett on Veterans Today, but I've republished it now on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
To support the Sandy Hook narrative, Wisconsin Court of Appeals District 4 makes gross errors.
Mind you, these are Ron Avery's words.
On 7 May 2021, Dr. James Fetzer filed his appeal to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to review the rulings of the Circuit and Appellate Courts of Wisconsin, finding that Dr. Fetzer committed libel as a matter of law by publishing that a death certificate of Leonard Posner's son was a fake.
Yeah, all agree that the said death certificate was not sealed and signed by the necessary parties to complete it.
I discovered this case early on and created a website to archive the most important court documents filed in the case at a dedicated website and archive.
The obvious, deceptive, and ridiculous rulings violated all the principles of the use and purpose of a summary judgment in every State of the Union.
A summary judgment is a judicial tool to expedite judicial proceedings when all the relevant alleged facts of both parties are not in dispute, meaning there is no need for a jury of one's peers to find the facts to make sure all the elements of a claim are present before damages can be determined and awarded.
But where there are disputed alleged facts relevant to the elements of a claim, a summary judgment cannot be employed, and a jury of one's peers must be called to find the relevant facts.
One cannot find the elements of a legal damage claim if the facts of the case are not known, and if the two parties disagree as to the alleged facts, a jury must be called.
But if both parties agree to the facts, then why have a jury to find facts?
Simple, right?
Not simple in Wisconsin.
There are some rules to assure that those who have a summary judgment against them are not cheated out of due process and a chance to be heard by a jury if the law is being applied to the wrong set of facts.
First, there cannot be any relevant facts pled by either party that are in dispute.
Second, all questions of fact must be resolved in favor of the non-movement or the one the summary judgment is filed against by the other party.
In this case, that would be me.
Third, all inferences that can reasonably be drawn from the facts pled by the non-movement me must be made.
These are the three main rules.
All three were violated in the summary judgment against Dr. Fetzer.
There are few, if any, facts alleged by the parties that are not in dispute.
Mr. Posner claimed that the death certificate, without all the seals and signatures, was not fake, and that his son was killed at the alleged Sandy Hook Elementary mass shooting.
Dr. Fetzer filed a plethora of evidence to support his allegations that no one died at Sandy Hook, and hence, No death certificate from that event could be real and authentic.
His evidence included a book he edited entitled, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control.
First edition, 2015.
Second, 2016.
Listen to the opinion of the Wisconsin Fourth Court of Appeals in stating the undisputed facts of this case.
Quote, On December 14, 2012, a mass shooting occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
Tragically, 26 people were killed, including 6 staff members and 20 children who were aged 6 and 7.
See, for example, Jones vs. Hesslin, stating, quote, Neil Hesselin's son was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in December of 2012, and rejecting the Substantial Truth Doctrine as a basis to dismiss Hesselin's defamation claim related to statements disputing Hesselin's assertion that he held his deceased son in his arms.
Soto v. Bushmaster Firearms, quote, on December 14, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lonza forced his way into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Ann, During the course of 264 seconds, fatally shot 20 first grade children and six staff members, and wounded two other staff members.
Posner's six-year-old son, Ann, was one of the children killed during the Sandy Hook shooting.
End quote.
How on earth did the above scenario become the undisputed facts in this case?
When did Dr. Fetzer agree to that set of facts?
There is no such agreement anywhere on record.
Therefore, this violates the first rule in summary judgment.
Notice also the appellate court cited two cases.
To deceive the casual reader that Sandy Hook is an adjudicated reality.
But when these cases are reviewed, we find that neither considered what happened in Sandy Hook.
It is unethical to attempt to trick the reader into thinking that Sandy Hook is an adjudicated fact of history, when neither case reached the question, much less answered it affirmatively.
Second, all fact issues in question were resolved in favor of the movin' Mr. Posner, rather than the non-movin' Dr. Fetzer, as required by law.
Several times, a circuit judge said he was not going down that rabbit hole, or going to educate himself on the larger controversy.
Well, I'm sorry, but he doesn't have that lawful discretion to ignore the relevant alleged facts of the non-movement which bear on the issue of the authenticity of an alleged death certificate coming from an event that did not happen.
Prior to granting the summary judgment, the judge must resolve any fact question in favor of the non-movement, Dr. Fetzer.
For the judge to have granted the summary judgment, it would need to sound as follows.
We take Dr. Fetzer's allegations of fact as true, and all questions of fact are resolved in his favor, and all inferences from his facts are made showing that the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary did not happen on December 14, 2012.
We now find that Dr. Fetzer defamed Mr. Posner when he published statements that the death certificate of Posner's son, the victim of that event, was fake.
Does this not shock your senses?
Is this not a slap in the face of human intelligence?
This is a logical equation, and it cannot be altered without altering the other side.
In order to find Dr. Fetzer guilty of libel in this case, they must accept his allegations of fact, and all inferences from those facts, and find that Sandy Hook never happened.
But rather than do as they should have and deny Mr. Posner's motion for summary judgment, they granted it and at the same time resolved all questions of fact in favor of Mr. Posner.
They cheated and continue the state of war against Dr. Fetzer and his property.
All reasonable inferences must be drawn from the non-movement's allegation of facts, including that Sandy Hook never happened, and therefore no death certificate resulting from that event could be real or legitimate.
So all three of the main rules of summary judgment are violated in the rulings of the Circuit and Appellate Courts in Wisconsin.
To further illustrate the complete saturation of this case with judicial corruption, the Circuit Court granted this summary judgment in favor of Mr. Posner after Dr. Fetzer had provided not one but two document authenticity experts who both testified that the four versions introduced into the case at that point in time.
The one published in the book, the one attached to the complaint, one obtained from the Newtown clerk, and a fourth from the state of Connecticut, which were different versions of the same death certificate, were fake.
Mr. Posner presented the testimony of a funeral homeowner who said he filled out part of the death certificates, but did not provide even one expert to attest to their authenticity.
The judge and the jury have seated must go with the opinion of any uncontested expert witness.
These two experts being uncontested should have resulted in the dismissal of the case against Dr. Fentzer instead of a grant of summary judgment against him.
But let's presume the judge wanted to hear more of the facts in this case.
He should have denied summary judgment and sent the case to trial, as the two experts raised a disputed fact issue as to the authenticity of the death certificate in question.
If Posner really wants to win this suit, he must do it before a jury, not on summary judgment.
And all these judges know it more than anyone else.
And for that, they should be disbarred.
There's another travesty in this case which springs from the abuse of judicial proceedings.
Dr. Fetzer released some discovery that was ruled to be confidential as a means of crying out for help, and he was fined several thousand dollars for contempt of court.
At a later time, he released more discovery that was ruled confidential.
This time, the judge awarded Mr. Posner's attorney fees as a penalty for Dr. Fetzer's continuing contempt of court in the amount of $650,000, an outrageous amount considering the following.
The jury that was called to hear Mr. Posner's damage evidence awarded $450,000, but the judge awarded $650,000 in attorney fees for contempt of court.
It seems extremely zealous to award more for contempt of court than what the plaintiff gets from a jury.
Dr. Fetzer's contempt of court seems to be warranted by the treatment he received and continues to receive in this so-called judicial system.
All the rulings of the circuit and appellate court should be reversed, and the case remanded to the circuit court for trial on the merits, with special instructions that the defendant's pleadings will no longer be ignored, no matter how unpleasant they may seem.
The only explanation for the hyper-level of judicial corruption in this case is the fear of the mass media cartel and the political environment it creates and maintains.
That milieu has made judges irrational and harmful to themselves and others.
It's time for the Supreme Court of Wisconsin to return its courts to law and order and hang the mass media cartel narratives.
Carl, your thoughts?
Wow, well thanks to Ron Avery, first of all, for that expert, concise, precise description of the facts.
Yeah, Jim Fetzer, you are witnessing a show trial.
I think it's the greatest, the most ridiculous show trial that I know of in this country's history, and that is An acknowledgment of your leadership, and we all thank you for the scholarly work that you have done to help have the story be explained, documented, and proved to the best of our ability what really happened at Sandy Hook, and as your reward, the Deep State targeted you in this particular way.
Yes, as an advanced placement U.S.
government teacher, it's the total opposite of what is meant to be.
A judge's job is to be a non-partisan umpire, to do exactly what Avery documented, is that if there are contested facts, okay, well, we'll bring in a jury and We'll let them have at it.
And that's the way it's supposed to be in the United States.
So that judge is just a government-appointed minion.
And Avery is exactly right.
In any fair system, he would be removed.
This would be a crime that he has committed in violation of his oath that has caused damages.
He should be paying you, Jim, is what should happen.
And if our prayers are answered and hopes and good intentions, Then that will be the case and hopefully sooner than later.
So an analogy that I wanted to present to the American public, because a lot of times I'm sure that our audience hears, you know, so you're saying that you're right and everyone is wrong.
Yeah, that's pretty much it.
In respect to if this really was an umpire, we have a pitch 10 feet over the batter's head.
The umpire calls it a strike.
The announcer says, oh, that was that new surge pitch.
Very impressive.
Very impressive strike.
And corporate media writes it as a strike.
And the people in the audience need to stand and stop this game.
And that's where we're at with this.
And our best wishes are with you, Feds.
Excellent commentary, Carl.
I appreciate it greatly.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Here's a son of a former chief rabbi in Denmark, himself former chief rabbi in Norway, Michael Melchior, who was minister in the Israeli government in 2007 in an interview with the Israeli TV channel I-24 News, saying that Israel created Hamas in order to divide the Palestinians.
Here's the exact URL to the exact spot in the video where he says it.
I have over the years participated in many debates, and in some circles it is taboo to say that, and Mr. Fetzer surely knows himself how it is very likely off-limits in many places in the U.S.
to say that.
It is remarkable how free the debate is on these subjects in Israel, and it's downright infuriating that it is Jews who in the U.S.
enforce this censorship on the U.S.
so as not to allow us to talk about this subject.
Meanwhile, this is an excellent summary of the USSR show trial of Professor Emeritus Dr. Fetzer.
The power of scholars is to explain, document, and prove objective and independently verifiable facts.
The paradox of this power is that we scholars work within systems dominated by factless dictators, so our work only offers choices to readers on our journeys of being attacked by criminally complicit corporate media.
and other illegal power structures to silence us as Professor Fetzer's show trial shows us.
We can only move forward with the facts as best we can discover them in this captured system of evil.
The option of surrender to evil is a choice our work offers for human beings to self-select as sheeple or we the people.
The choice for evil results in livestock status to be told whatever whenever to be herded into evil's care.
Choose wisely.
Great account, Ron, about the judicial travesty of a great American, Jim Fetzer, but I do have a quarrel with your statement that the only explanation for the hyper-level of judicial corruption in this case is the fear of the mass media cartel and the political environment it creates and maintains.
No one fears the mass media, which are a bunch of no-count puppets.
But people do fear the rogue FBI, which goes around with masses of armored vehicles threatening people who question things like Sandy Hook and the November 2020 election.
More likely still, the judges are part of the conspiracy.
The once-great American judicial system is riddled with corruption and conspirators at all levels.
Which is why over 60 straight lawsuits challenging the results of the November election filed by the President of the United States, no less, went nowhere.
Meanwhile, our final thoughts, Carl.
Regarding that story, yeah.
I did, in doing some research for a paper I wrote five years ago on the greatest concentration camp in the world that Israel dominates Gaza with, I did come across that history that Hamas was a creation of Israel and that they had lost control of it.
So I would, that would be a great topic for further history.
Not as great as the 1967 USS Liberty attack, but great history as well.
Yes, in the situation that we find ourselves in is that it looks as hopeless as you could imagine from one point of view because the judges are captured, the politicians are captured, corporate media is captured, education is captured, and all of this is a raid against us to crush any stand.
And yet, we stand.
And that is the only choice that we really have.
We have control over what we think, what we say, and what we do.
And we will not surrender to this horrible evil.
And again, I encourage people to be strong.
And I kind of put it into two categories of one of the facts, and that we're absolutely right on the facts.
And please, oh, we would love to have a debate with anybody who would want to have a factual And in terms of the big picture, relax!
We would love it.
So stand strong with the facts and your faith that whatever expression of faith that you
have, now is the time to exercise it.
Now is the test, be it religious, spiritual, philosophical, or whatever.
And we wish you the best with this test.
And in terms of the big picture, relax.
It's totally out of our control beyond what you think and what you say and what you do.
So comments from Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, and Chris Weinert from Detroit
Mission who had to depart early of necessity.
I would further that Edward Hendry has a brilliant piece about Hamas being the creation of Israel to distract from legitimate Palestinian liberation organizations that have won the affection of the international community.
And replace them with a hyper-zealous religious entity that could be associated with Islamic militancy rather than the Palestinian people and their seek for justice, specifically a very clever move made by Israel.
For those who have been following my lawsuit, there's been a recent development of considerable interest to wit that the petition submitted to the Wisconsin Supreme Court was rejected by the Supreme Court on the basis that it was not filed in a timely fashion.
This was very peculiar, because there were 30 days to file the petition in response to the decision of the Appellate Court, which was dated 7 April.
Our submission was dated 7 May.
Unless April has more than 30 days, therefore, it was submitted in the 30-day interval, the end of which occurs at midnight on May 7.
It turns out there was an odd, bizarre alteration in the docket dating to give a pseudo-justification for this move, which would have not only denied me the right to be heard by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, but, depending upon their ruling, would have precluded my going to the United States Supreme Court.
My attorney very deftly submitted a motion for reconsideration, including the documents with the dates published right on the docs of 7 April and 7 May.
And I'm pleased to report today, this morning, that the Supreme Court of Wisconsin reversed itself.
We'll be hearing my petition is granted.
The plaintiff, Posner, 14 days to reply.
I believe we've turned the corner here and this was a last desperate measure to preclude my case being heard in a forum that will take my argument seriously.
I believe as I sit here now that is going to have a standby for further developments but I'm very pleased to be able to report that to you here and now today.
Thank you for joining us.
That's how things stand in the USA.
