This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased today to have Giuseppe Vefangulo from the District of Criminals and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador together here as my commentators.
They do such a superb job with all the news you need to know.
We begin with Biden fumbling, attempting to please everyone with his temperate response to Middle East violence.
This is from the Times of Israel.
The Biden administration irked quite a few allies Monday when it blocked the approval of a joint statement from the United Nations Security Council that criticized both sides for the ongoing escalation of violence in Israel and Gaza.
14 of the top panels, 15 members, backed the draft introduced by Norway, subsequently amended to include specific criticism of rocket attacks and incendiary device launches from Gaza.
It also highlighted Israeli evictions of Palestinian families in East Jerusalem, called on Israel to maintain the status quo of the city as holy sites, A principal reason they supported getting Biden in was so they could do exactly what they're doing now and know they could do it with impunity.
The U.S.
mission asked for more time to deliberate the matter as though it were a novelty or something new they'd never considered before.
One European diplomat expressed bewilderment over U.S.
stalling, claiming it was nearly identical to the one issued by the State Department several days earlier.
It appears saying the same thing as one cohesive unit in the Security Council would be too much for the Americans.
He's got to understand this is just this disgraceful administration.
Not only did the stance alienate the Biden administration from allies, it entered office vowing to a reassure.
It did not even impress Israel, which the posture appeared at least partially aiming to pacify.
Really embarrassingly bad.
We are in disagreement with the Biden administration.
Hope to see it wise up in light of Palestinian disturbances and violences, said the U.N.
Jilad Erdan, the Israeli ambassador in Hebrew.
Pressure must be exerted on the party that spreads violence and hatred, the Palestinian Authority and Abu Mazen, that is, Mohammed Abbas, and not on Israel.
No, of course not.
The exchange appeared part of a broader trend in which the Biden administration is unable to please advocates of Israel or of the Palestinians.
What would you expect from a cognitively incompetent guy, allegedly in the White House, really embarrassingly bad?
One Palestinian official pointed to a press appearance by Secretary of State Blinken, where he largely focused on rocket fire from Gaza and urged calm.
Gaza did not happen in a vacuum.
Where's the mentioning of Jerusalem and Israeli violations there?
It goes on and on.
The hands-off approach has frustrated members of Biden's own party.
The dovish Middle East lobby gystrate, which endorsed Biden in the presidential race, said Tuesday, it's critical the Biden administration engage proactively in securing an immediate ceasefire and pushing all sides to deescalate.
With lives on the line, the government can and should be doing more.
There's no doubt it should be doing more, but it's unlikely.

Well, fumbling, bumbling Joe Biden is continuing his perfect win of screwing up
every possible foreign policy affair imaginable.
You know, he called for a ceasefire.

And this makes me think of the meeting they had in Alaska with the Chinese, where the Chinese very aptly pointed out, you are not Negotiating from a position of strength.
And I think that's pretty much what the Israelis are saying.
They don't care what you think.
They know that they run our foreign policy and they're going to do what they want.
And you know, look, this is an atrocity.
We need to look at this as war crimes and an atrocity.
It's the wholesale slaughter of men, women and children, blowing up people's homes, you
know, destroying apartment buildings.
These are war crimes.
And you know, this media, it's just, it's so disgusting to see.
They're framing this like, oh, well, this is war.
It's two different sides fighting.
We need to have a ceasefire.
This is a war crime.
And they're deliberately targeting civilians.
And if any other country in the world was doing this, there'd be outrage across the world.
And I think there actually is.
It's just that the media is owned by the Jews and the Zionists, and they're not going to allow any of it to make it over the airwaves.
Yeah, this is an extermination campaign, long going.
And I'm convinced this is the reason they sided with Biden and trash Trump, because Trump would not have allowed this to happen.
But Biden won't do anything about it.
It's pathetic.
Meanwhile, we have a lawyer dropping a presidential election bombshell.
Vote tabulator machine totals can be changed.
The totals!
A Michigan lawyer fighting for a full review in Antrim County says anyone with access to a voting tabulator machine can change an election and then backdate the results.
How bad is that?
The fight in Michigan, one of several, stirring up fact-checkers across the political spectrum, insisting the claims made by the attorney Matthew DiPerno are in dispute.
But that's because, they say, government officials have claimed there are safeguards in place to protect against fraud, including hand counts and audits.
But DiPerno's got the better of it, without any question.
The lawyer said, I'll tell you something we discovered this weekend.
We can now show that after the election is done, someone, anyone really, who has access to those tabulators can reopen the election, run more ballots through the tabulator, print off new tabulator tape with a new balance and backdate the tape to November 3rd.
How bad is that?
Fact checkers explain Michigan uses paper ballots.
They've been preserved, meaning the accuracy can be verified if they conduct an audit.
If this can be replicated in other jurisdictions, it should invalidate voting machines from every election moving forward.
He's 100% correct.

100% correct. 100% correct. He also said in a court hearing there were 1061 Phantom votes
in the county during the 2020 presidential election.
Because while a recount of ballots tallied 15,962, the Michigan.

You can use that system, the MySQL program, to manipulate the votes.
You can use that system to go right into the Election Management System database and do whatever you want.
In a county, a previous recount found Trump with 9,749 votes, Biden with 5,959.
Across the state, Biden won by only 150,000.
But Antrim was a county where officials first awarded the win to Biden, later saying human errors were caught, confirming Trump actually won.
Michigan was one of six battleground states that drew charges of election fraud, suspending their counting on election night with Trump in the lead.
Hours later, after massive ballot drops nearly 100% for Biden, the Democrat took the lead when counting resumed and never let up.

Well, there's a great classic line in Shakespeare, the lady doth protest too much, which is applicable to the effort to claim this election was legit.
Joe Biden won with the most votes ever, even though Joe Biden never won a primary,
even though Kamala never was bounced even before being in primaries,
just taken apart by Tulsi Gabbard.
And all of a sudden this dream team, not suddenly won the most votes ever.
It's so obvious and clear that the same Zionist Rothschild cabal who controls the planet
pretty much definitely one of their death strokes to the United States was showing blatantly,
we can control your elections, we can place in power any schlub, any clown that we want as president,
which they did with pedo Joe Biden.
And it would be fascinating to see if there's enough Decent people at certain levels of the judiciary that allow these recounts to occur because as Bev Harris with her seminal website blackboxvoting.org and I can't think of the two gentlemen who wrote the book that how corrupt and easy to hack Diebold is.
Dominion is a joke.
It's not a tabulation system.
It's a voting scenario and control system.
And so if that could come out, it would be very good for this nation.

And Jim, as you pointed out, when you get all these votes in that are almost 100% for Groper Joe, a man who never really won a primary before, That's certainly suspicious at the very least.
And really, you know, they need to have Democrats and Republicans in on this.
Representatives from both sides.
And just count the votes and see where the chips fall, man.
I don't see what the big deal is.
It's just amazing, too, how the enemy word transmission, known as the mainstream media, is constantly saying that these are very insulting allegations.

Calling these findings insulting is not the same thing as declaring them to be false.
Because in fact the evidence is overwhelming that they are true. And the only way in which

Too many voters.

Dead people voting.

What happened in six states was not normal or acceptable.
We have testimony affidavit and video evidence of massive irregularities in the contested states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada.
Reports under penalty of perjury, ejection of witnesses requiring extreme distance, failure to verify signatures, vote counting rule changes, workers told to go home, pipe burst allegations.
Ballots pulled from suitcases beneath tables after workers were dismissed.
On and on and on.

The science and statistics reveal unusual patterns that should be investigated.
No question about it.
Mike Lindell found a brilliant guy in mathematical modeling who demonstrated they were using the 2010 census results to affect the vote across counties for nationwide.
Really stunning stuff.
Seven, mail-in ballots have long been recognized as a fraud risk and with good reason.
Even third world countries will not allow mail-in balloting.
This was embarrassingly bad.

Preventing election fraud is a civil rights issue.

Because every American is being denied his right to participate in government and equal protection under the law by manipulation of the outcome of these votes, where we're engaging collective decision-making because the outcome of these decisions affect us all.

The mainstream media and social media manipulated election results by censoring political discourse.

Just look at the Hunter Biden laptop issue.
They wouldn't allow it to be discussed.
Tucker did a great job of exposing it.
It was devastating, but the situation, public discourse, was distorted.
It is acceptable to question election results.
In fact, it's necessary to maintain free and fair election.
Just look at the contrast in 2016.
We had four years of hearing the Democrats insist that Trump election, Trump stole the election from Hillary.
And yet since 2020, they won't allow discussion that Biden stole the election from Trump.
It's absurd.
That is truly insulting.

What an excellent article that outlines just how obvious and clumsy the theft of the election and the installation of Groper Joe Biden cementing the United States status as a broke third world shithole And so that guy laid it out.

To me, the most obvious one was, never in the history of elections has an election been stopped.
If you recall, every four years, they stay up late and get everything counted.
I'll say, hey, you guys, oh, let's go take a nap and have some cookies and come back.

Now he's up by 50,000.

And if you say otherwise, then you're trying to keep people from voting.

We don't need these machines.
There's no reason for them.
And of course, really, the big push for voting machines was the hanging chads back during George W. Bush's election.

And yeah, you know, my favorite aspect to this whole thing was the water pipe burst.

We can't, we can't count any more votes.

It's an emergency.

The article made because really when they talk about, Oh, this is very insulting to our democracy and the hardworking vote counters.

Because number one, they could have never gotten all these mail-in voting through.
And number two, It would have been so obvious that Joe Biden doesn't have any people that want to vote for him.
You would have had, on one hand, Trump with 50,000 people packed into a stadium with another 10,000 waiting outside and have Joe Biden with, you know, 50 or 100 people showing up.
And, you know, so without COVID, they could have never pulled it off, guys.
Scorpia, you could put all Israelis together and you don't get up to 50 or 100 collectively.
It was just absurd.
Weeks before Arizona, he had a joint appearance with Kamala Harris in Phoenix.
Nobody came.
Nobody came.
This is a guy who allegedly carried Arizona by, well, a small margin, 10,000.
Actually, Trump appears to have carried the state by a million.
I mean, good God, give us a break.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has ruled that warrantless home gun confiscation is unconstitutional.
It's a 9-0 vote.
Now, you want to pay attention to this.
It's not a Second Amendment issue.
It's a Fourth Amendment issue about warrantless searches and seizures.
According to Kanglia v. Strom, a lower court had previously determined police confiscating guns without a warrant fell under the Fourth Amendment's community caretaking exception, but a 9-0 vote by the court struck it down.
In this case, he and his wife were arguing when he put an unloaded gun on the table and said, shoot me now and get it over with.
Following the argument, she called the non-emergency police line, leading to a visit from law enforcement.
The police convinced him to go to the hospital for a psychological eval, despite disagreeing his behavior was abnormal or agitated.
While he was on the way to the hospital, the wife told the police he had two pistols in the home, where the police searched without a warrant.
She, however, could not provide legal consent because the police lied, claiming that he had consented to the seizure of his firearms.
They subsequently located and confiscated the two handguns, prompting him to sue them for violating his Fourth Amendment right, which the Supreme Court upheld.
Justice Alito wrote a concurring opinion in which he addressed existing red flag laws that also call into question Fourth Amendment rights.
This case also implicates another body of law the petitioner glossed over, the so-called red flag laws some states are now enacting.
These laws enable police to seize guns pursuant to a court order to prevent their use for suicide or the infliction of harm on innocent persons.
They typically specify the standard that must be met and the procedures that must be followed before firearms may be seized.
Provision of red flag laws may be challenged under the Fourth Amendment, and those cases may come before us.
Our decision today does not address those issues.
The touchdown for the Fourth Amendment is reasonableness, said the DOJ, in opposing.
For criminal investigations, the Court has generally incorporated the Warrant Clause into the Fourth Amendment's overarching reasonableness requirement, but has not generally done so for searches or seizures objectively premised on justifications other than the investigation of wrongdoing.
The ultimate question is therefore not whether the respondent officer's action fit within some narrow warrant exception, but whether those actions were reasonable.
And under all the circumstances where they were, they were argued the DOJ contrary to the court, which voted unanimously against them in what is an appropriate ruling.
But mind you, this is fourth amendment, not second.

So if they ever tried to pass some draconian law about turning in your guns, I predict 95% of the people will ignore that law.
Many states are actually enacting their own laws to ignore federal laws in relation to these rights, and I believe it would be beneficial if on a very wide scale, these fake shootings like Sandy Hook and Parkland in Orlando were to be made public to the American people.
I wish they would pay more attention.
We're doing our best to expose it.
It deserves more widespread publicity.

That is the communitarian way.
And, you know, this article is interesting in several layers because, for one thing, it shows that even when you have a court that's compromised and you have people that are blackmailable, you can't control everything.
And also, there's the law of unintended consequences.
So if the government ever did say, hey, time to turn in your guns, People would go, hey, there's something wrong.
I'm not going to turn in my gun.
I don't trust the government.
And so this is the stumbling block they're going to continue to stumble over.
I'm not, I don't think it was in this article, but in a different article I was reading, the court even referenced to this kind of intrusion into people's homes is what caused the American Revolution.
And that's true.
When they did the forced quartering of British soldiers, you know, when you had to, you know, allow British soldiers to come sleep in your house, that left people with some pretty bad feelings towards the government and towards England in general.
So they're spot on in that regard.
And it's really funny.
There was a reference in this other article called community caretaking.
That's how they were trying to justify this.
And boy, that's, you know, if there was ever an Orwellian term, that's it.
You know, community caretaking.
That means take people's guns.
Pretty good.
That's a very perceptive observation about their strategy, their lever to try to work their way into our lives in an intrusive fashion.
But I agree completely.
I mean, this unanimous court, even with the liberals on the court, 9-0, that's a very desirable and appropriate outcome.
Reassuring.
Meanwhile, you may have thought that was comforting, but get this.
It appears they're going to try to use domestic terrorism as their key way to work their way into our lives and take our guns so that Alito's observation about red flag laws look all the better founded.
FBI and DHS released strategic intelligence assessment and data on domestic terrorism.
Many have been noting, like Tucker, that the government is making so much of domestic terrorism, which seems ridiculous.
We have so many other more pressing.
But the fact is, they're going to use domestic terrorism as the way to target our guns.
This is their access to the Second Amendment.

Preventing terrorist attacks remains a top priority for both the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.
The threat posed by international and domestic threat actors has evolved significantly since 9-11.
The greatest terrorism threat to the homeland we face today is posed by lone offenders, often radicalized online, who look to attack soft targets with easily acceptable weapons.
There it is in a nutshell.
And they're talking about phony attacks like in Colorado for the grocery store.
Easy targets.
They're going to talk about schools, churches.
It's all bullshit.
These are going to be manufactured events.
Many of these violent extremists are motivated and inspired by a mix of socio-political goals and personal grievances against their targets.

It's literally a war zone.
Everyone who's done studies knows that gun control does not work, that the more guns, the less gun violence.

You really saw her behavior sort of go downhill very quickly as soon as she got a little extra taste of power.

In fact, it's really, you know, when they talk about domestic terrorism, it's really this code for the government worrying about people realizing That the government is really essentially their enemy and that people are beginning to not trust the government more and more every day.

Sweden records 30,000 side effects from COVID vaccine scientists say lockdown would prevent deaths.
That sounds like both sides of the issue.
According to Swedish medical products agencies of last week, the Scandinavian nation had
received 31,844 reports of adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines.
Sweden is currently offering three variants, 2,103 from the Moderna.
Pfizer has been associated with 9,117.
The number of suspected adverse reactions from the two seems relatively small, however, compared to the 19,961 linked to AstraZeneca's shot, which of course is well established with blood clots as an effect.
The most common side effects were fever and headache.
Other adverse reactions included nausea, joint pain, and dizziness.
Notably, the AstraZeneca only accounts for 26% of the roughly 2.7 million vaccines administered so far, but makes up 63% of the side effects reported.
Sweden could have saved thousands of lives if it imposed a lockdown last spring instead of opting against restriction.

I have a lot of thoughts on these matters.
The first is the so-called white privilege.

My Sicilian grandparents came to the United States in 1926, and then as my father and my uncle were young boys, they had to literally go to Jewish synagogues at night and steal the tripe out of the garbage so they'd have something to eat.

Well, Jim, I've been saying for months now, the only science to trust is forensic science
and the average normie thinks that this is a brand new thing.

The more obvious terminology would be vaccine refusal.
