It is May 11th, 2021 and we have Jim Fetzer here and let's hear what all the news are about.
It's been a while.
What's the coverage?
What do you got for us?
Well, the latest democratic absurdity is the mayor of the District of Columbia has banned dancing and even standing at weddings, if you can imagine the absurdity.
We have red states like Florida, even blue states like New York, who have begun reopening their economies.
In lifting coronavirus restrictions, but in D.C.
they want you to double mask and they don't want you to dance at a wedding.
I mean, this is just unbelievably bad.
The mayor, her name is Muriel Bowser, apparently wants to be the pace setter in her crowd, announced last week you're going to have a wedding in the District of Columbia only at 25% capacity.
But you can't stand or dance at a reception.
I mean, think about it.
Can you imagine going to a reception and you can't even stand?
I mean, this is just insulting beyond belief.
And it's supposed to be to protect from coronavirus, of course, isn't everything these days.
It's either racism or it's coronavirus.
Twitter users were lampooning it.
Here we have a tweet.
I'm so glad we have Mayor Bowser to protect us from the sinful ways of dancing or standing at weddings without her.
DC might devolve into a cesspool of undulating arms and legs.
Here's another.
Reporters, You should start reaching out now to sources on the D.C.
Police Department and ask for a heads up in case officers are forced to break up a wedding for illegal dancing.
Here's another.
Sean Hannity tweeted, Dancing cancelled.
D.C.
Mayor bans dancing at indoor and outdoor weddings in Washington.
And a tweet about it.
The funding is taking over D.C., probably the best thing to happen to it.
Meanwhile, of course, outside the Beltway, restrictions are being lifted instead of being clamped down.
The idea of a dancing ban seems completely ridiculous.
Florida Mayor, Governor Ron DeSantis, who's really achieving quite a reputation nationally, ...has lifted all local coronavirus emergency orders just this past Monday, calling it the evidence-based thing to do amid a decline in infections and deaths.
He's really setting the pace here.
In New York, Governor Andrew Cuomo, who imposed a very harsh lockdown and ordered nursing homes to take coronavirus-infected Patience, which led to a staggering number of deaths, which he then sought to cover up.
Has been now extolling the virtue of reopening.
I think it's going to come very slowly, especially in New York City, because it's turned into chaos of lawlessness.
So many of the stores are all shut down.
The wealthy have moved to other locales.
Cuomo, however, is claiming the city is going to fully reopen like everything is going to be back to normal within the next two months.
Don't count on it.
That's preposterous.
On a more serious note, what we have going on in Maricopa County, Arizona, is turning out to be extremely instructive for the entire country.
Here's where the State Senate hired outside experts to conduct an audit of the election in Maricopa.
Which very, very oddly, the state of Arizona went for Biden, highly unlikely.
For example, just weeks before the election in Phoenix, there was a joint appearance of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
They didn't make a lot of those.
But in this instance, guess what?
Nobody came!
Nobody came!
You can put the two of them together and nobody came, and yet this is the guy who's supposed to have received more votes than any other presidential candidate in history?
Well, get this.
Maricopa County is now admitting to withholding routers that were required to be turned over by a subpoena from the State Senate.
They claim there would be a risk if they were to share it.
We had previously believed the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not reproducing it, but we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk.
This is from Deputy County Attorney Joseph LaRue.
They are panic stricken because there's so much being revealed by this audit, so the county officials aren't cooperating.
Get this, it turns out that external devices, these would be hard drives, with up-to-date vote totals were taken off site nightly during the election by Maricopa County or Dominion employees.
I mean, get that.
More corruption and suspicious acts by the Maricopa County election team and or vendors, where Dr. Kelly Ward has reported devices that held data during the election were snuck off site weekly.
This is absolutely stunning, because you got officials there claiming everything was clean as a hound's tooth.
You got an official by the name of Jarrett telling lawmakers that the recounts were verified, that the tabulation machines were accurate, pushing back against any allegation that using Sharpie, a type of ballpoint pen, disqualified votes, but Has he known about the external drives being moved every night to a safe location?
It's difficult to believe the director of Election Day for Maricopa County, that would be Jarrett, knew about the external drives being transported to undisclosed locations every night, yet still referred to Arizona's November election as fair or accurate.
Meanwhile, and talk about breaking news, this was just released today.
The Arizona Audit Director Ken Burnett has now just reported that Dominion is refusing to comply with a subpoena to turn over the password so that their Maricopa County voting machine can be inspected.
I mean, this is completely outrageous.
It turns out that the county does not have system administrators who have administrative access to the Dominion voting machines, which in and of itself is a major concern.
Because system administrators are those who have access to the systems at the highest level.
They're able to perform all sorts of duties, almost all functions and changes they have complete and total control can even delete or alter system logs.
So by allowing Dominion to have the administration access only Dominion, the county basically turned over their entire voting system to Dominion.
There was no IT control with the county because it had been conceded to Dominion.
Now, I think everyone is seeing this desperation by the Democrats to not have a transparent audit of the vote, because it would overwhelmingly show the theft of the election in Maricopa County
Well, the last rundown I received was they had already discovered 250,000 plus questionable votes, including 150,000 that were turned in with dates after the registration date to submit a vote.
In other words, a whole block of 150,000 illegal votes that were submitted.
Which appears to be one of the primary ways the Democrats were stealing the election in Arizona.
Well, this is causing so much panic and consternation that now Joe Biden, remember, this is the guy who's the head of the Biden crime family, which had all kinds of sordid and corrupt dealings with China, with Ukraine, with Russia.
I mean, it's truly outrageous, is now wanting to step in to put an immediate halt to the Arizona audit.
The same organization, the Department of Justice that manufactured and ran the Russia collusion hoax and allowed the 2020 election fraud to take place, is now going to interfere with the Arizona audit.
Surprise, surprise.
When you're in the position to cover up the crimes you or your allies have committed, it's virtually irresistible not to take those steps.
Don't forget, the Department of Justice did nothing as Democrats locked Republicans from ballot counting rooms, locked them out as observers, and drove in van loads of ballots in the middle of the night where they stopped the voting to adjust their algorithm because even though they rigged it for Biden, he was still losing.
Now the Department of Justice is stepping into the state's audit of election ballots.
It's completely outrageous.
The Constitution is very specific in allocating that responsibility to the individual states.
The Department of Justice needed a pretext, so they're claiming the Arizona audit potentially violates election law.
Where the Department of Justice has expressed concern, feigned concern, that the ongoing audit of the 2020 election may violate election law and lead to voter intimidation.
This is really a stretch, but it's because the Democrats are so afraid that the whole theft of the election in 2020 is going to be blown apart.
The department has notified the Republican State Senate President Karen Fann just Wednesday, two days ago.
It was monitoring the state's audit of the 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County.
According to the AP, the DOJ was worried outsourcing the audit to a third-party contractor, that would be the cyber ninjas, may violate federal election law that requires election officials to control ballots for 22 months after an election.
But The fact that they're auditing the ballot doesn't mean that the election officials don't still have control.
They have control over the ballots as a collective entity.
They're simply allowing an audit to take place by the Department of Justice interpretation.
You could never allow an audit to take place unless it were actually being done by the election officials themselves, as opposed to a designated third party, in order to ensure objectivity.
The contractor's intent to contact voters, which I take it they may do on a random basis, may also result in future illegal voter intermediation, according to the Department of Justice, which again, I say, this is simply ridiculous.
Claiming past experience with similar investigative efforts around the country has raised concerns that they can be directed at minority voters, which potentially can implicate the anti-intimidation prohibitions of the Voting Rights Act.
But look, they're looking at ballots that have been cast, The ballots that have been cast have no identifying information.
They not only have no names, they have no addresses, they have no signatures.
I mean, this is just embarrassingly bad.
So I think the Department of Justice is just up to its role of covering up crimes by the Biden administration in this case.
You wanted to interject?
No, not really.
Keep going.
Okay, good, we're good, we're good.
What turns out in Michigan, they have discovered there was an unauthorized implant
to the Dominion machines in Michigan.
In other words, we're getting more and more evidence of how the election was stolen across the nation.
And I believe, as other states appreciate what's happened in Arizona, they're going to want to do audits of their votes too, unless, of course, the states are controlled by the Democrats, in which case they'll want anything but.
Matthew DiPerno, a constitutional attorney in Michigan, has revealed that forensic evidence shows Dominion voting machines had an unauthorized implant installed to circumvent its own security features.
DiPerno said forensic images obtained in December showed the machines were connected to the internet and even evidence of remnants of foreign connections.
And of course, that's obviously completely improper.
We're the only case in the country that's been actually able to look at forensic images.
December 6, 2020, which coincidentally was my birthday, we went into Antrim County and collected forensic images of Dominion's election management system.
We've been studying them ever since and discovered how insecure they are.
Dominion wants to create this narrative, a false narrative, that their system is secure.
DiPerno and his team report they have proof that the voting machines used in the 2020 elections can be compromised and that votes can easily be transferred from one candidate to another, of which we can have no doubt was taking place all over the country.
DiPerno said they uncovered a Microsoft implant installed on the machines not authorized by the Election Commission, and get this, that means the actual system itself would be decertified, meaning could not be legally permissibly used for the election.
You can use this type of program to go directly into the database and circumvent any of these terrible, easy, secure features Dominion has and manipulate the system any way you want.
DiPerno thereby question the company's legitimacy when their machines can so easily be compromised.
If you're a legitimate software company, he asked, that would be used in a national election.
There's no way you would ever program a system that works like this.
And indeed, we have multiple other reports that the Dominion voting machines were specifically designed to steal elections.
That's the reason for their existence.
They even have a built-in printer.
So they can not only switch votes from one candidate to another, if they need additional votes they can actually print them using the machine itself.
DePerno added it's a complete lie that his case in Michigan has no traction and is unsupported by evidence.
We have plenty of traction.
The evidence we have is actual evidence which has been verified over and over again.
We put it into the court record.
It's right there for everyone to see.
And I believe that's a good thing to do indeed.
I was challenged with a lawsuit About my research on Sandy Hook, and the specific reason I accepted the challenge rather than seeking to dismiss it, was because I wanted the mountain of evidence we had about the faking of the Sandy Hook mass shooting, which actually turned out to have been a two-day FEMA mass casualty exercise involving children, for which we even discovered the manual
Which I included and published in the book about it, where I brought together 13 experts, including six current or retired PhD professors, and we established the school had been closed by 2008.
It was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards damaged by a hurricane.
It turned out, though I didn't know at the time of publication, there had also been a major flood in the area in 2007.
There were no students there, but rather they faked the kids using photographs of older children when they were younger, and I would say just manufactured the deceased kids.
And where the whole operation was conducted to promote gun control.
In fact, Paul Preston, one of my contributors, who was a school administrator, had himself supervised active shooting drills, was so bothered by what he saw being broadcast from Newtown that day that he reached out To his contacts in the Obama Department of Education, all of whom confirmed to him that it had been a drill, that no children had been harmed, and that it was done to promote gun control.
Everybody knew.
The public, however, was played.
So I accepted the challenge to get all the evidence I had into the court and thereby into the public domain, but I was cut off at the pass when the judge wouldn't let me present the evidence that Sandy Hook had been a FEMA drill.
He would not let me present it.
And only to focus on a death certificate whose authenticity I had challenged, and where I even secured additional copies of death certificates from the state of Connecticut and from the town of Newtown Clerk, and they were all very different and inconsistent.
And nevertheless, the judge ruled that the plaintiff's account of these differences was very plausible and found against me in spite of the fact that I had two forensic document experts who attested to all the four death certificates.
The one I'd originally published in the book, which a plaintiff himself had given to my co-author Kelly Watt, The one that they'd attached to the complaint, which was a completely filled out death certificate with a town certification, state certification, and a file number, none of which were present on the copy I published in the book, and two others were all fake, according to the two document experts.
Whereas a plaintiff never produced any expert, it ought to have been hands down to send to a jury to arbitrate what took place, since you can only have a summary judgment verdict in accordance with the law when there are no facts in dispute.
Whereas the central issue here, namely the authenticity of the death certificate, Was in dispute and therefore a wrongful ruling was rendered which I've been contesting and now just today have submitted a brief to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to reverse the verdict and the judgments against me because they were so blatantly in violation of Wisconsin law and protocols and the requirements for summary judgment.
We'll see how it plays out.
But that occurs just today.
That is being submitted to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, looking ahead to 2022, several former campaign chiefs for the Democratic Party are fearing twin headaches that could undermine their prospects, namely redistricting and retirements that appear primed to wipe out Democrats' control of Congress.
A growing number of House Democrats in battleground districts are either retiring or looking to run for higher office.
Vacancies that could append the tiny Democrat majority in President Biden's ambitious agenda.
The two biggest headaches of any cycle are redistricting and retirements.
And when you have both in one cycle, it's a migraine.
Observe former Representative Steve Israel of New York, who led the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee from 2011 to 2015.
Another former DCCC chairman, former Texas Representative Martin Frost, told Politico that though it's very early in the game, retirements are a concern.
I would hope the party is taking them very seriously and setting out to recruit strong candidates.
The latest departure is Representative Sherry Bustos, Democrat of Illinois, herself a previous DCCC chair and a top ally of Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
Bustos announced last week she's not going to seek re-election, where her win in 2020 was a squeaker in a district that former President Trump won both in 2016 and 2020, where Illinois is also losing a congressional seat after the 2020 census.
Problems have been exacerbated by two vulnerable House Democrats already facing tough re-election campaigns, namely Pennsylvania Representatives Conor Lamb and Chrissy Houlihan.
According to Breitbart, there are Democrats who believe with Lamb leaving, they would be unable to field a candidate who could hold on to his district next fall, likely costing them another seat.
Representative Charlie Crist of Florida also won't be coming back to the House because he wants to run for governor again, his third run for the spot, which he held in the past.
In 2012, after his tenure as governor, Crist switched from the Republican to the Democrat Party, while current Florida Governor Ron DeSantis enjoys high approval ratings in the state.
So it looks as though the Democrats aren't in very good shape for 2022.
But of course, in politics, that's a lifetime away.
Meanwhile, we have what I regard as an insult added to injury.
Black Lives Matter has issued a new list of demands.
Who they are to think they can issue demands is beyond me, because these people are unelected.
They include a lot of people who participated in rioting and looting, some of which even led to deaths in the past.
So the idea that BLM activists should be issuing illicit demands, to me, is insulting in the extreme.
The new list of seven demands has been published on their website.
The first calls for Trump to be immediately convicted in the United States Senate, and they demand he be banned from holding elective office.
Now, bear in mind, the whole Capitol Hill intrusion on January 6th was a stunt where Antifa members dressed as Trump supporters entered the Capitol.
They were aided and abetted by managers and directors.
We have a 21-minute video that shows them coming in and what was taking place.
We know they were led by John Sullivan, a provocateur well-known with Antifa, who is himself dressed as a Trump supporter.
His brother James has reported that John led 226 Antifa members into the Capitol so that Nancy Pelosi could use them to disrupt the discussion of election theft that was taking place at the time.
You may or may not know, but the mainstream was ignoring the fact that what was disrupted was not the actual casting of the electoral vote, but the debate that would precede it about whether or not the election had been stolen.
There's nothing Pelosi, who, by the way, is in charge of the Capitol Police, wanted more than to disrupt that proceeding, which she succeeded in doing completely.
A second, and by the way, the phony impeachment that followed was really not only to tarnish Trump, but to try to get the Senate, the Congress to censor him.
And to ban him from running again.
Why?
Because he cleaned their clock in 2016, even though it was rigged for Hillary.
And he cleaned their clock again in 2020, which is why they had to rig the voting.
I mean, they already had it set up for Biden.
But just as he had done in 2016, Trump ran away with the election.
Where Sidney Powell has published an electoral map prior to manipulating the votes, where Trump won 410 electoral votes, our whole nation was virtually red from coast to coast, including his having carried California and Minnesota, which I had been predicting in advance.
A second BLM demand calls for more than half of Republicans to be expelled from Congress.
I mean, how convenient is that?
Here's what they say.
More than half the Republican representatives and multiple senators stoked Trump's conspiracy theories, which were well-grounded in evidence.
And encourage the white supremacists to take action to overturn the election.
We are supporting Representative Cori Bush's resolution to expel them from Congress for their dangerous and traitorous actions.
We also support steps to bar them from seeking another office.
I mean, look how outrageous it is that BLM, which is like the vanguard of the Democrat Party, where it turns out that donations of BLM went to ActBlue, which is the Democrats' primary fundraising site, and into the pockets of Cory Booker, Beto O'Rourke, you know, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris.
I mean, it's all just outrageous.
Where they somehow believe that their whole move to defund the police and to loot and burn cities would be appealing when it turned off virtually, you know, a very large percentage of the black community who voted for Trump, which is why he won such an astonishing election.
The third demand asks for Capitol Police, law enforcement, and the militias to be investigated for possible ties to white supremacist organizations.
Let me point out That BLM is a racist organization.
It's an anti-white organization.
All this stuff about white supremacy is complete nonsense, but they're using it and trying to, you know, stir up racial tensions to further divide the nation.
A fourth calls for Trump to be banned from all digital media platforms.
A fifth makes a familiar demand for the police to be defunded.
Here it is.
Number five, defund the police.
The police met our BLM protesters this summer with assault rifles, tear gas, and military-grade protective gear.
We're the same police who Wednesday met white supremacists with patience and the benefit of the doubt, going so far as to pose with selfies with rioters.
The contrast was jarring, but not for black people.
We have always known who the police truly protect and serve.
D.C.
has the most police per capita in the country.
More funding is not the solution.
Well, think of where the nation stands if we get rid of the police department.
Law enforcement, really, is that thin blue line that distinguishes a civilized society from the lawless jungle of every man for himself.
The six said lawmakers must not allow the January 6 rioting at the Capitol to be used to stifle other protests, with their last demand calling for more federal oversight over local law enforcement.
I mean, is that reimagining law enforcement?
Get rid of community base where the police actually know the members of their community?
In favor of a federal, a national police force?
That would be very, very bad.
If you go to the BLM website, you can see all the demands they're making.
Meanwhile, Sidney Powell has issued a warning to patriots.
Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell said we are living under a communist totalitarian regime this week.
During her appearance on Rose Unplugged, Sidney blasted the corrupt Justice Department for raiding Giuliani's New York City apartment while ignoring Hunter Biden's hard drive and other Democrat crime.
Let me just add, I think Sidney has summed it up very well.
It's quite obvious that the Department of Justice was abusing its authority by raiding Giuliani on a flimsy pretext that he hadn't registered as a lobbyist, which had no merit whatsoever, but rather to seize documents and evidence that tied him to Donald Trump, who was his client.
So this was simply a clever ruse to violate lawyer-client confidentiality to try to get dirt on Trump.
They are paranoid.
They're absolutely hysterical that he's going to clean their clock again, which explains a whole lot of what's going on here.
And if you want further confirmation, that was a true motivation.
At the same time, they were raiding Rudy's apartment.
They were going after Victoria Tenzing's documents and records where she, too, had been an attorney representing Donald Trump.
Let me close with a word about conspiracy theorists, because that phrase is used by the government to attack those of us who are investigating complex, controversial events of our time, whether it's JFK, 9-11, Sandy Hook, the Boston bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas.
To point out that the reason they want to attack conspiracy theorists is because conspiracy theorists are investigating crimes, typically ones that, as in the case of JFK and 9-11, lead back to the government Which has been complicit in part or in whole.
So the whole idea has been to put the government in the position to pick out who's supposed to be credible as an expert on these various matters and who is not.
Where anyone who supports the official government narrative turns out to have the imprimatur of being an expert on the subject.
But those of us who are drawing very different conclusions are demonized and discredited.
I just published a new article, What's Wrong with Conspiracy Theories at UNZ Review.
It's already garnered over 600 comments, and I want to recommend everyone here who wants to think through more about the nature, role, and function of conspiracy theories, Go to UNZ Review for What's Wrong With Conspiracy Theories by yours truly and check it out.
You won't be disappointed.
Say that website again, Jim?
UNZ Review.
The editor is Ron Unz, U-N-Z.
It's actually become a very distinguished website.
The articles he publishes are very high quality, and the commentators he draws are much above the average in terms of intelligence, background, competence, and disposition to engage in the real issues, sorting out truth from fiction.
So I highly recommend it for one and all.
Well, you made a lot of great points, Jim, and thank you for all the updates, and there's so much more to cover.
There's so many things that have been happening with everything that you included, including, you know, with the inflation and the problem, what's going on with the money supply and all that, etc.
And then on top of that, I don't know if you've been paying attention or if you mentioned what's going on in all these different countries.
France, those 20 generals in France that are Yes, we have many, many major protests and movements against the lockdowns and the corruption of the government.
something. Yes, yes, yes. And now Macron is opposing them, but Marie Le Pen is
supporting them. Yes, we have many, many major protests and movements against the
lockdowns and the corruption of the government. I'm afraid here in the United
States, we are too passive that we have been, you know, lured into a false sense
of accepting what we're told.
And it's important that programs like yours and my own, where I have the Raw Deal on Monday, Wednesday, Friday on Revolution Radio from noon to 2 p.m.
Eastern Time, but also where I have a BitChute site, BitChuteChannelJim underscore Fetzer, And of course my blog at jamesfetzer.org are doing what we can to bring the rest of the story to the American people because they're entitled to know the truth about their own history.
That's exactly right.
And so we'll see what, what do you, you got any last predictions or upcomings, what you're going to think?
Are they going to do the vaccines mandatory?
They practically are already doing that.
Yeah, well, it's all outrageous.
Actually, the next story I would have covered has to do with offering free beer to residents who get vaccinated in New Jersey.
I mean, this is just outrageous.
You might as well be offering a free casket.
Because for a beer, you know, they're talking about a beer in a shot.
You can do yourself unbelievable harm where Dr. Sherry Tenpenny has described the mRNA vaccines, the Moderna and the Pfizer, as a perfectly designed killing machine.
Where the effects may not be immediate, but the spike protein that is generated even has the capacity to produce prions, which are responsible for mad cow disease by eating holes in the brains of cows.
And we're going to have a proliferation of madman disease because these same shots are going to produce the proteins that are prion, and they're going to eat holes in the brains of American citizens and others worldwide.
So I cannot strongly enough emphasize, think twice.
It's not legal to mandate these vaccinations.
They're experimental.
They've never been approved by the FDA, and it's a violation of international law, the Nuremberg Code, and even the Hippocratic Oath for anyone to be forced to take a vaccine.
You're required to be given full informed consent before you're subjected to any experimental medical procedure, and that would include All the risks that are entailed thereby and the alternatives that are available, which include HCQ and Invectrin, which are methods that are non-intrusive and appear to be nearly 100% effective, but where, I must admit,
It looks to me from the evidence I've seen that the whole COVID phenomenon is a manufactured one, as an illustration with which I shall conclude.
Last year there were 30 million cases, not deaths, but cases of the flu.
This year, fewer than 2,000.
So what happened to those 30 million cases of the flu?
Do we no longer have the flu?
No.
It's simply be reclassified as COVID to try to steer, stampede the public into taking vaccines that are going to be very harmful for their health and their future prospects.
Yeah, we shall see what's happening with these experimental, you know, tests And examples from six months from now, a lot of these doctors, experts are saying we'll see the after effects, a lot of the after effects of these things.
So only time will tell.
And on that note, at the end of the, on a good note, also you've heard about the UFO and alien confirmations that's been going on.
There's a big thing going on with all that.
Well, I can't wait to wade into the details there.
That'll be truly fascinating.
But my suspicion is that since any extraterrestrial technology would be so advanced of that of the human community, that if they bore us ill will, they could have wiped us out long ago.
So I think their intentions cannot be malevolent.
I agree.
Well, all right, Jim.
Thank you very much.
Make sure to check out Jim's show and his website, JamesFetzer.org.
And you got JimTheConspiracyGuy.com, right?
Yes, and check out that article at Oon's Review, What's Wrong With Conspiracy Theories, because you'll find out.
Nothing is wrong with conspiracy theories.
As theories, they can be evaluated by the same criteria of adequacy as scientific theories, which takes the mystery out of it.
There's nothing wrong with being a conspiracy theorist.
What you're really doing is investigating crimes that the government is trying to cover up.
