The Arizona judge who took over the audit in Maricopa County has released the audit team's security document to the public.
Not good.
We reported earlier Judge Martin was selected by the wife of one of the five Maricopa County Board of Supervisors by the name of Bill Gates, not THE Bill Gates, of course.
This was after the first judge recused himself.
Judge Martin was appointed and right away we had concerns because he was appointed to the court by the former Democrat governor, Janet Napolitano.
A very bad sign.
Now we know why we were concerned.
The auditor's security plan describing how they were going to protect the individuals and property involved in the audit was supposed to remain sealed, but the judge released it to the public.
The security plan of Cyber Ninjas, one of the firms hired to carry out the audit of Maricopa County 2020 election ballots, was released to the public by the judge.
Overseeing audit court cases, even though it was known the plant was meant to be shielded from public view.
This is not good.
The judge provided BLM and TIFA and the Democratic machine their security plan, not as though anyone wants to stop this from taking place.

So I understand correctly the release in the security plan puts the individuals and equipment at risk and now the Antifa high-minded peaceful people will just happen to stand there and do nothing.
I mean clearly an effort of sabotage and as Those interested in seeing a legitimate audit occur in Arizona, Maricopa County, have to be dismayed that once again, a marionette of the deep state is seeking to sabotage the efforts.

Oh yeah, well, this is a house of cards.
If they complete this audit and find massive fraud, which I'm sure they would, other states are going to want to do the same thing and the whole thing's going to come apart and they damn well know it.
And right now, all we're hearing about is how wonderful St.
Joe Biden is and what a great job he's doing on everything.
And this would completely destroy the narrative.
Indeed proves that the entire election was essentially a hoax.
And we all know, based upon a multiplicity of different forms of proof, that it was the greatest fraud in American election history.
Meanwhile, Trump documents seize violate attorney-client confidentiality.
I had suggested before that the raid on Giuliani's office, which was accompanied by one on that of Victoria Tensing, We're not because of any failure to register as a foreign agent but merely a flimsy pretext to seize documents related to Donald Trump, for whom they had served as attorneys, and Alan Dershowitz has called it out as a misuse of legal power.
The DOJ in late 2019 covertly obtained access to my cloud and never notified me, reported Judy himself.
They invaded the attorney-client relationship as we were defending against a phony impeachment.
The prosecutors violated the law, not me.
Again, if nothing's done, you could be next.
Julianna said the DOJ had already violated, knew the files they grabbed were protected, read them anyway, then decide what was or was not privileged.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has tossed out another Arizona election fraud challenge.
So what we're finding here are a number of developments under the law that have to shake our confidence
in the administration of justice in the United States.
The US Supreme Court, Monday, threw out what's likely to be the last legal challenge
remaining about Arizona voters for Biden as president.
Without comment, the justices refused to consider a request by Pinal County resident, Stacy Burke,
that she should be allowed to pursue a claims of evidence of election fraud.
She wanted access to the ballots to prove some were invalid.
Bert never got a hearing.
The case was tossed last year by a Superior Court judge in the county who concluded she had no legal right to sue because she did not fit the legal definition of a qualified elector.
He said that was because she had not registered to vote in the 2020 race.
She charged her registration had been illegally canceled and sought a hearing.
But White also found Burke, who represented herself, waited too long to file suit.
Meanwhile, a Chauvin juror has been outed as a BLM protester who lied to get on the jury.
Look at the sweater he's wearing there.

A juror who has served on the murder trial has been outed.
After a photo was discovered of him wearing a t-shirt with reference to the death of George Floyd, challenging what he had told the Chauvin defense team during the jury selection.
One of the juries who convicted Derek Chauvin of the murder of George Floyd took part in a Black Lives Matter protest last summer, according to the Daily Mail, and then lied about it on a questionnaire sent out before jury selection, which could be grounds for an appeal, this not being the only, since we also have A supplemental juror who didn't actually participate, an alternate juror talking about all the ways in which the jury was affected by outside activity.
Mitchell, the jurors admitted the photos of him but defended attending the rally that it was not explicitly a protest against police or a commemoration for George Floyd.
Despite the fact that his brother and sister and relatives who have been shot by police address the crowd that way.
Mitchell, 31, acknowledged being at the event that his uncle posted the photo, but said he doesn't recall wearing or owning the shirt.
How ridiculous is that?
A Minneapolis defense attorney not involved in the case sued AP.
The revelation alone wasn't nearly enough to overturn the conviction, but could be combined with other issues.
The announcement of a massive civil settlement avoids family during jury selection.
The shooting of Daunte Wright as a prosecution was concluding its case, and the judge's refusal to change the venue and move the trial All constitute a failure to provide a fair trial for Derek Chauvin.
I have no doubt their case is very, very solid.

Well Jim, to the first story, I would say that my confidence is not shaken in the judicial system one bit, because I have absolutely no confidence in it.
This country is degenerated into a third world shithole, and there's two forms of justice.
justice for those who control and have the money to buy their way and justice for the
ridiculous traitors like Antifa and BLM. And then there's the cruel boot on the throat
justice for the rest of us, especially white people of European descent. It's an absolute
joke. And secondly, gee, man, I don't know too many people who are wearing a T-shirt
at a public event and don't remember having the T-shirt or putting the T-shirt on or washing
the T-shirt or I mean, what a clown. What an absolute clown.
And, you know, it's funny though, I think that both sides actually want this verdict thrown out in a retrial because they both win.
The Antifa burn, loot, and murder types get to continue their whining and burning and how bad it is that, oh my god, as much as their histrionics go on, you'd think that maybe there were probably I don't know, 5,000, 10,000 black men killed by the police?
Well, last year it was the monumental total of 11.
Far more were white people killed by police, so where's the protest for that?
And secondly, of course, the defense wants a retrial and especially a change of venue to get somewhat of a fair trial.
I mean, it will never be fair because the corrupt shithole government controlled by the internationalist Jew wants this verdict to continue lighting a fuse under the Kalergi Plan fire that is raging these days.
Well, it's fairly stunning that the judge did not even sequester the jury so that they would be immune from these outside interferences.
I found that really disturbing.

You know, Arizona is really a pretty conservative state, and if you've ever been there or spent any time there, the whole state is actually very conservative outside of Phoenix area and parts of Tucson, but Tucson's a little more conservative than Phoenix.
So really, the entire state is conservative, especially, you know, most of the state is rural.
There's no way all these rural voters came out in droves and voted for Grover Joe Biden.
The whole thing is ridiculous.
And I agree, Giuseppe.
You know, the legal system has really degenerated into a fiasco and an absolute joke, reminiscent of a third world shithole.
And in the words of Tony Montana, you know, first you get the power, then you get the money, then you get the women.
And that's kind of where we are now.
Actually, I think it's first you get the money, then you get the power.
But anyway.
And then you get the women.
Yeah.
And frankly, if this trial was even real, I'm not convinced it was 100%.
Let's just go on the assumption it was here for a minute.
The whole thing was a fiasco.
The entire jury was under jury intimidation because they damn well knew if they somehow acquitted him, they were going to burn the city down.
And they also knew that they themselves might be under the threat of violence for being, you know, white supremacists or racists, you know.
And, you know, if he wasn't convicted on all charges, there was going to be serious trouble.
And it is a win-win if they do a retrial.
Both sides win, unfortunately.
And then the media gets to drag this tar baby around for another six months to a year, decrying systemic racism.
Even though there's a lot of evidence the guy simply overdosed on drugs.
He was complaining about not being able to breathe when they tried to stuff him in the police car earlier.
So, you know, they really should have done a change of venue.
It's just outrageous they didn't.
And again, it's just part of the whole fraud of this trial on so many levels.

Meanwhile, Biden says Americans earning less than $400,000 will not pay a single penny in taxes.
Twitter celebrates the biggest tax cut in history after the president's blunder.
He sparked confusion and celebration Monday when he made a blunder by saying Americans making under $40,000 will not pay a single penny in taxes.
He meant to say, will not pay a single penny more in taxes.
Quite a gaffe.
It's about balancing the system and growing the economy.
It means wealthy investors no longer pay lower marginal tax rates than their secretaries.
White House later released a transcript that did not correct his statement.
Twitter users pounced on his comment, which botched one of his signature campaign pledges.
Republican Ted Cruz at Texas said, Dems accidentally call for abolishing the income tax for those making under 400 grand.
I accept.
This is great news for 95% of Americans.
During the rest of the speech, he told America's wealthy and corporations it was time to start paying their fair share.
It's more important to shield millionaires from paying their fair share, or is it more important that every child gets a real opportunity to succeed from an early age and ease the burden on working families, he said at Tidewater Community College in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Both his $2.3 trillion American Jobs Plan and $1.8 trillion American Family Plan Feature heavy education components.
He plans to pay for his jobs plan with a hike on corporate tax rate from 21 to 28 percent and impose a global minimum tax on corporation.
To pay for his families, he would hike the tax rate on capital gains to 39.6 and raise the rate for the top one percent of income earners to 38.6.
He was referring to his promise that Americans making less than $400,000 will not see any tax rises.
The president is instead hiking rates for the top 0.3% of earners, almost doubling capital gains, and raising corporate taxes.
In his remarks, he pointed out the persons hurt by the coronavirus pandemic, including a disproportionate number of women, argued Republican voters, along with some mayors and governors, support his approach, but he needs at least 10 Republican senators to move them through the Senate, which appears highly unlikely.

Well, Joe Biden is not all there.
I mean, you watch that guy in video clips, he's always stumbling over his words,
he's not sure what to say if he's not reading off a teleprompter.
So the sad thing is, is that could easily have that type of break for the actual citizenry
of the United States by one simple measure.
There's a massive gambling operation called derivatives and options.
And so you put a 2% tax on every transaction and all of a sudden we do not have to pay taxes,
we can have free education, we can have free healthcare and we allow the parasites who are doing nothing
to benefit this country or its populace to pay for the right to be based here
with their gambling operation.
That solves it all, but I don't think they'll implement that very soon.
Well, it's a great idea, Giuseppe, a great idea.

Well, yeah, there should be a tax on every transaction that's done on Wall Street.
But the problem with that is they have these micro-trades that happen like thousands per second.
And that's really how they're ginning up the stock market to such unbelievable rates, is through these micro-trades.
And if you taxed every one of those, they wouldn't be able to do that anymore.
Even if it was just a tiny, tiny tax, it would all add up very quickly.
But they don't want people looking at the the the kosher casino known as the stock market because the whole thing is a fraud now and they're really literally injecting stimulus money directly into the stock market to keep the casino tables playing.
It's really outrageous.
And, you know, Groper Joe's plans with all these infrastructure plans, the family protection plan or whatever it's called, they're already talking $6 trillion.
And isn't it funny how they're already predicting massive inflation by the summertime?
Well, gee, I wonder how they know that.
It's because, really, what they're doing is intentionally spinning up as much as they can before the whole casino crashes, and they take it into a digital currency with a new system.
And Groper Joe's just there for the ride.
He's going to rack up as much debt as he possibly can.
And believe me, he's just getting started.
We're not even, what, 200 days into his term yet.
We're already talking about $6 trillion.
And they haven't even revealed what the budget is for their regular operations of government in the military.
This is going to spin out of control pretty fast.
Scorpio, I think you're on it.
You know, they want to crash the economy to introduce a new digital way that'll control every aspect of our lives.
Absolutely disgusting.
But under the circumstances, even predictable.
Meanwhile, he has his new vaccine goal.
70% of Americans by July 4th.
Meanwhile in Detroit, only 22% are vaccinated, so they're sending volunteers door-to-door, urging Detroiters to be vaccinated.

Meanwhile, Ron DeSantis is moving in the opposite direction, going full chat on COVID panic pushers.
If anyone's still wondering why Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is becoming so highly respected among the Republican base, this is the reason why.
He signed an executive order to end all local emergency orders related to COVID-19, effectively halting enforcement of restrictions across the state.
Why it matters?
He argued continuing to mandate restriction would undermine confidence in the vaccines, which he stressed are effective and have been administered to much of the state's elderly.
The big picture?
New coronavirus infections are falling across most of the country.
38% of the adult U.S.
population fully vaccinated.
Health expert cautioned variants could still threaten to reverse the progress.
Notice the but move variants mention it in.
That's essentially a mindless threat whereby one is making the argument to never relax restrictions because, you know, variants and stuff.
Besides, who exactly are the health expert being cited by the author?
Even Red State, a right-leaning site, would be required to provide a source link for such a claim.
I suppose having higher standards in the mainstream makes sense, though.
The Santa sees right through the nonsense.
There is a chance of new mutated variants, but that has nothing to do with how to handle the present situation.
That remote possibility will always exist.
Yet at some point, people have to live their lives.
You cannot eliminate all risk in life.
And in the grand scheme of things, COVID doesn't measure up to many of the other risks we face every single day.
Yes, it's a dangerous virus, or so we're told, specifically for those who are older or obese.
But with a vaccine and heavy distribution and the millions having immunity, life must go on.
I do think DeSantos is carving out a path, and Trump has even mentioned him as a possible running mate for 2024.

That would be an excellent path for DeSantis, Trump and him.
I think they would provide a very formidable ticket, unless DeSantis has in his mind that he wants to run for president.
I guess we'll find out, but it would make sense not to go against Trump for 2024.
Yeah, you know, that's not journalism, Jim, what you pointed out, those opinion piece, those gaslighting pieces by the special snowflake color revolutionists who don't know the first thing about journalism.
I remember when I was in school in the late 70s, early 80s, you know, drilled into us who, what, where, when, why.
If you want to write opinions go work for the editorial page and now all we get are warped twisted special snowflake opinions that have no merit and are literally offensive to myself as a trained journalist because they are nothing but propaganda pieces trying to sway the weak-minded and sadly there are many weak-minded in the western world.
And of course they're telling us what's true and what's false as though they had any lock on or special access to truth.
It's just insulting beyond belief.

Well, 70% of the population by July 4th.
That's an interesting psychological technique they're using here.
Because, of course, people associate July 4th with freedom, the Declaration of Independence.
So, you know, the covert message here is take the jab and you get your freedom back.
But unfortunately, that simply isn't how it's going to work.
And, you know, I'm convinced that Groper Joe has a whole cadre of psychologists that are helping manipulate people's minds with this Operation COVID hoax, and this is just another extension of it.
And isn't it funny how just a few months ago, CNN and other news outlets were saying that Florida was extremely dangerous and that it's a breeding ground in a petri dish For new strains of COVID, but of course none of that materialized because, you know, most viruses attenuate, become less lethal and deadly.
If there is even a pandemic, I'm not convinced of anything about this personally.
Because I've asked so many people, I haven't met one person that knows anyone that died from it.
I know people that said that they got it.
They were sick for a week, but that used to be called the flu.
And of course, by some kind of miracle, the flu completely disappeared.
And so, Jim, I just think the whole thing is just smoke and mirrors, and they've employed a strategy of confusion since the very beginning.
And DeSantis would be a formidable guy.
He's ringing all the right bells right now.
And, you know, it's interesting, too.
A lot of major firms in New York are moving to Florida, not only because of the taxes, but because Florida is, sorry, New York is becoming a wasteland because of all these ridiculous COVID restrictions.
Nobody wants to live like that.
And so there's a huge exodus going to Florida right now, so interesting times.
And it's not going to reverse, I guarantee you.
It's going to be a permanent change in demographics in the United States.

Here we have John Rappaport, the CDC admitting there is no COVID-19.
Buried deep in a document on page 39 in a section titled Performance Characteristics, we have this.
Since no quantitative quantified virus isolates of the 2019 and COVID are currently available, meaning it's never been isolated.
And since it's never been isolated, it can't, there cannot be a vaccine for it.
We're being played here in a monstrous way.

This is pretty damn interesting.
After several initiatives offering rewards to whoever managed to isolate the virus, a group led by evangelist, pastor, and journalist Samuel Eckhart has broken the record Offering the equivalent of 1.2 million on his website.
A million pounds, I take it, or for scientific proof of the existence of a coronavirus, including documented control attempts of all steps taken in the proof.
It should be noted it's not the existence of the virus in doubt, the cause of death of those infected with it.

One of many who still doubt the veracity of the whole narrative.
Italian journalist Cesare Saccetti meanwhile add a bit more information.
German journalist Samuel Eckhart is offering a reward of 1 million dollars, actually euros, for those who provide irrefutable proof of the existence of COVID-19.
By proof, he means the isolation of the virus according to Koch's postulates.

After testing 1,500 samples from people who tested positive for the COVID-19, the scientists found all of the samples had evidence of influenza A and influenza B, something already discovered in other cases, none of COVID-19.
When my team and I subjected the 1,500 supposedly positive COVID-19 samples to Koch postulates, put them on an electron microscope, we found no COVID in all 1,500 samples.
We found they were primarily influenza A and influenza B. No cases of COVID.
Meanwhile, A poll shows 15% of Americans think the mask mandates will be here for years or even indefinitely.
A new Rasmussen poll.
Participants were asked how much longer will Americans be required to wear masks in public places?
Less than six months?
Six months to a year?
At least 18 months for the next couple of years or indefinitely?
58% think they'll be required to wear masks in public for at least another six months.
Another 25% believe they'll go on for 18 months or longer.
49% also said even those who are vaccinated should still wear masks.
Many believe mask mandates will linger for significantly longer despite being confident the U.S.
is winning the war on the virus.
Half respondents said this was the case compared to 26% who are pessimistic.
Should we wear masks forever?
You won't believe the answer.
Partly a result of people believing constant media fear-mongering and vastly over-exaggerating the risk of the virus.
The survey was conducted, found that on the average, people in the U.S.
thought 9% of the population, around 30 million, had died from the coronavirus when the actual figure was less than 155,000.
This means the American thought COVID-19 had filled, had taken 225 times more victims than the actual number.

It's interesting that both MIT and Stanford recently, in the last 10 days or so, released comprehensive studies
that show that masks make no difference in whether you are affected by the COVID-19 virus or not.
And that goes along with the massive study by Belgium about a year ago.
And there's at least a dozen very valid, scientifically robust studies that all say the same thing,
that the masks are useless.
And even the OSHA, the CDC, the World Health Organization, up to 15 months ago, all said the same thing,
as well as did The Lancet, the New England They all said the same thing.
Masks are worthless in fighting a virus and only wear a mask if you're occupation otherwise you're risking blah blah blah.
Tony the Rat Fauci himself put his name on a paper that said Regarding the Spanish flu of 1919, the unmasked, the buried, the mass dead, that more people died from lobar pneumonia and bacterial pneumonia than they did from the vaccine experiment gone out of control, which was actually the Spanish flu.
And as such, the whole publicity stunt by that fellow Eckhart, it's really not relevant to me because the Kochs postulates were 150 years ago.
50 years ago. They're like a pie in the sky proof that's rock solid against germ theory,
which really is irrelevant because what is known is the COVID-19 is real. I've had several patients
who have it, have gotten over it, have lost their sense of taste and smell, got the blotches, got
all the weird stuff. I have a first-hand discussion with 20 to 30 more people who've had it,
so it's a gain-of-function bioweapon. To me, it doesn't really matter if the delivery mechanism
is a virus that stays intact after infecting or does it fall apart or is it even a virus at all.
it some kind of toxin or poison. But the point is, is that this has gone around the world,
and it's, it's made a lot of people sick. But what's really made them sick in the head
is the gaslighting and the fear porn and the virtue signaling that has the average normie
believing that 30 million people died when you could argue even 155,000 haven't died
from the coronavirus. They die from their comorbidities, people who are 300 pounds overweight,
these people who have cancer, these people who are.
Elderly with kidney failure.
Those are who are dying, murdered by the likes of Fredo Cuomo, Whitmer, Newsom, and the others as a plan to drive up the death numbers and create this fear and paranoia that drives the weak-minded to wear masks and believe all the lies.
It's just, you know, like the article said, far more people had the flu, which is why they're not counting the flu anymore.
Well, you make a key point that not only do masks do you no good, they actually do you harm.
I must have a half a dozen articles, including from the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, explaining the scientific data against wearing masks.
They will harm you, even potentially bring about your death.

Well, there's no question masks lower your immune functions.
And if your body can't get enough oxygen, that's the starting point of so many degenerative diseases.
And I just noticed, too, when I walk around town, I look at people with their masks on.
Most of them, I could stick two fingers on the side of their mask.
There's such a big hole or up on the top.
So the whole thing is just a fallacy.
And what it really comes down to, it's a movie prop.
For people, it really shows, oh my god, we're in a pandemic, everyone's wearing a mask.
It's a psychological tool to really drive at home that this is real.
Because look, everyone's wearing a mask.
And it's just sad, the numbers of people that are willing to do it and will keep doing it as long as the experts tell them so.
And I believe, going to this article, That the new system is going to be based around masking in any kind of large crowd, social distancing, and a new vax every year.
This is just the start.
If anyone thinks you're going to get this one vaccine and it's going to be over, you're kidding yourself.
It's going to be a yearly or even bi-yearly event.
So, um, Giuseppe seems to think it might even be twice a year, but it'll be at least once a year as long as people go along with it.
And, you know, for me, you know, I agree about the coach postulate.
It's it's it is kind of pie in the sky.
But honestly, there's no way to know if this is really a virus or some kind of bacteria, some kind of toxin that's simply being sprayed on people, or an electronic phenomenon.
I don't know.
But one thing's for sure, we can't trust anything the news is telling us about it.
And again, you know, Giuseppe, you know these people that had it.
I've known people that supposedly had it, but none of them died.
And I thought we're, you know, having bodies just stack up everywhere and it's just this horrible thing.
And we have to completely transform our civilization because of this.
And that's where the big lie is.
And I do think masking is going to go on for years if people put up with it.
But nobody can force you to put a mask on.
People do it willingly.
And that's the thing we have to remember.
Yeah, it's ghastly, and to see children wearing masks is just horrifying.
