When you attend a funeral, it is sad to think that sooner or later those you love will do the same for you.
And you may have thought it tragic not to mention other adjectives to think of all the weeping they will do.
But don't you worry, no more ashes, no more sackcloth, and an armband made of black cloth will someday nevermore adorn a sleeve.
For if the bomb that drops on you, gets our friends and neighbors too.
There'll be nobody left behind to grieve.
And we will all go together when we go.
What a comforting fact that is to know.
Universal bereavement, an inspiring achievement.
Yes, we all will go together when we go.
We will all go together when we go, All suffused with an incandescent glow.
No one will have the insurance to collect on-screen insurance.

This is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal, and I'm beginning to think that maybe nuclear incarceration would be preferable to what the planet is confronting now.
Just to illustrate what I mean and why I find the news increasingly difficult to report, Dr. Sherry Tanpenny has discovered eight different ways mRNA vaccines can kill you.
She has observed.
When I found the first four mechanisms of action, I said to a few friends of mine, this is a perfectly designed kill machine.
Now you can find the article on my blog at jamesfetzer.org, as well as reports from the state of the nation and elsewhere regarding a huge increase in deaths, not from the coronavirus.
But from the vaccines.
Dr. Sherry Tenpenny has mapped out 10 mechanisms of action of how mRNA vaccine is going to kill people.
She says, when you inject the mRNA, the messenger RNA starts to code for the spike protein.
The NIH is now fighting with Moderna over patient rights because you can't patent anything that's out in nature.
So they had to manipulate the spike protein in order to be able to patent it and then make an antibody to the spike protein.
This anti-spike protein antibody is deadly.
It's absolutely deadly.
And the first three papers I went through, I found that one of the things that spike protein does, it directly attacks lung tissue and breaks it down.
The second thing it does is inhibit your M2 microphages, which are your anti-inflammatory microphages, so you get this cytokine storm and you die.
The third is that when the messenger RNA goes in and makes an antibody to the spike protein, it binds it loosely, carries it into a cell and causes permanent replication.
So it's like having an on button with no off.
You're constantly making this little piece of protein develop more spike proteins against it, make more destruction.
And then with a paper I read last night about the anti-spike protein, it attacks the astrocytes and the autogendrocytes, which are two different kinds of cells in your brain.
Two different kinds of central nervous system cells.
It attacks the inner mitochondria membrane in two different mechanisms and it attacks this neurofilament protein, which are the motor nerves, which suddenly we've seen people with those strong tremors.
It's because the strike protein antibody is affecting their motor neurons and their central nervous system.
As an aside, I would add It appears these proteins actually produce prions which are responsible for mad cow disease.
They eat holes in the brains of cows so that we're going to have this benefit here of a madman disease as a consequence here.
And the primary number one symptom that people are having after they get the vaccine is debilitating fatigue that they can't even function in the main parts of their lives.
It's because the spike protein antibody attacks a mitochondria and attacks a GAD-65, which is the intracellular antigen inside of your mitochondria, and it can also attack your pancreas.
If you're diabetic, it'll make your diabetes worse.
If you're not diabetic, it'll cause you to have diabetes.
Also, stiff person syndrome, cellular ataxia, which is what You're watching with a massive tremors people not even able to walk.
In the experiment they did, they took different tissue antigens like lung and skin and all this other stuff and dropped a serum that had the antibody all over it.
27 of 55 of the tissue types reacted adversely to the spike antibody.
So you get this vaccine, you create this antibody.
That's why the most recent VAERS reports that came out this week, 181 deaths already have been reported.
And when you start reading through them, you kind of lay out what the antibodies do.
You can see it right in the VAERS report.
What has happened to these people is the anti-spike antibody that's attacking them.
And that's why most number of deaths occur about 19 days after the injection.

The most number of deaths occurs about 19 days after the injection because it takes a while to develop the antibody response.
It doesn't happen just like that, meaning instantly, unless you have an anaphylactic shock.
Now listen, the AVIRS report, when they say 181, remember it turns out AVIRS is a complicated system and only actually records about 1%.
So you can multiply and add two zeros.
So instead of 181, we're talking about 18,100 just as a rough approximation.
Unless you have an anaphylactic reaction, remember it takes about 19 or 20 days, probably to the polyethylene glycol.
Unless you have an immediate reaction, the delayed reaction is going to take a while.
I spoke to a epidemiologist in Europe.
They said it takes about 48 weeks to see the most profound effects of the autoimmune system.
So, when I found the first four mechanisms of action, I said to a few friends of mine, this is a perfectly designed kill machine.
Perfectly designed because The other thing with the replicating with the vaccine, you're going to see mutants of COVID.
So now we're talking about the mutants.
The one thing they're not asking these people who have been diagnosed with this mutant strain is, have you had one of the not approved vaccines?
Nobody's putting that together.
And of course, when she means it says not approved, she means not approved by the FDA.
In fact, I have a recent statement from the Head of the FDA declaring they're not going to be approving these anti-COVID vaccines.
And it's clear they're not normal vaccines.
They're not introducing like a mild variant to have the human body develop its own antibodies.
They can't do that because they've never even isolated the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
And if they haven't already isolated the SARS-CoV-2 virus, they cannot possibly produce a vaccine for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
So what have they done?
They have produced what Katherine Austin Fitts calls injectables.
They're dumping a whole bunch of junk into your body, including this mRNA that actually changes your DNA and causes you to produce this protein that's causing all the problems, including even The Human Variation of Mad Cow Disease.
And get this, the most important consequences, meaning the numbers of deaths, aren't going to show up for weeks.
In fact, she's saying here, yes, 48 weeks, speaking about what the European epidemiologists are observing.
So it's somewhere between 48 weeks, a year, six, seven months, a couple of years into the future.
So she's being interviewed and she says, you are talking about the girl with a meningitis vaccine.
This is going to be even worse.
So people have to make some serious spiritual decisions about this.
They're going to say, oh, I want to get the vaccine so I can get on an airplane or so I can go out to eat or so I can keep my job.
That gets a little harder or so I can continue in professional school.
People are going to have to start making some really hard spiritual decisions about this, and what she means, of course, is life and death decisions.
Meanwhile, we have this chart off the wall.
State of the Nation has just published a piece about it.
When I got it last night, I sent it out immediately because people need to know.
Jim Stone tweaked the chart to show that what's going on in India.
And I have the today's Wisconsin State Journal, which is talking about nations rushed to help India with this massive spike in deaths.
But what they're not reporting, it isn't from COVID.
It's from the injections.
So you got the Johns Hopkins official COVID stats.
My timeline added the Bax deaths are starting.
And it shows a seven-day moving average actual data.
In late September, India began widespread Invermectin use that the Invermectin caused a clear and sudden drop in the COVID deaths.
On November 2nd, India started the COVID jabs.
November 2nd.
March 10th now, four months after the start of the jabs, people start dying en masse.
And the number who are dying is just climbing and climbing and climbing.
Looks like we're around 350-400,000 deaths.
And the point is, it's going to continue.
It is going to continue.
The point is it's going to continue.
It is going to continue now.
Bear in mind my my idea is a pH and not an M. I'm not a medical doctor.
I am a student of the history of science and of the philosophy of science, and I have been following this COVID business very closely.
I've been reporting about it initially seven days a week, more recently five days a week.
I'll need to know with my colleagues and prior to that before with real deal reports.
And I'll just say, you know, this is a very, very troubling development.
Dr. Sherry Tenpenny is, in my opinion, as good as they get.
She's speaking the truth.
But don't take my word for it.
I'm not giving medical advice.
I'm reporting on what I am picking up, but others who are medical experts are reporting and sharing it because you are entitled to know.
The best I can put together as to what's going on here.
For that, I, of course, assume responsibility.
These specific points about medicine and so forth, I'm not an expert, but I am educated.
So these are, you know, what I'm reporting to you is my best take on what's going on.
There are also political ramifications here.
Did you catch Biden's bizarre comments about vaccine equity?
Yesterday, President Joe Biden officially informed Americans about common sense guidelines already being practiced that they don't have to wear outdoors.
But during his full remarks on the status of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, he bizarrely celebrated more seniors of color being vaccinated than whites.
Two-thirds of our seniors are fully vaccinated.
More than 80% of our seniors have had at least one shot.
That effort resulted in a drop of 80% in deaths in seniors, a 70% drop in hospitalizations.
By the way, based on reported data, proportion of seniors who have been vaccinated is essentially equal between white and seniors of color.
I said from the beginning we were going to fight this virus with equity, equity for all.
In fact, if I'm not mistaken, there are more Latinos and African-American seniors who have been vaccinated as a percentage and white seniors.
These numbers are a sign of progress on that front as well, a sign of progress.
Notice, as I would have thought, was a complete violation of the law.
It's discrimination on the basis of race, which like discrimination on the basis of religion or political and so forth.
A whole host of issues is supposed to be illegal under the law.
Remember, all the laws that applied against racial discrimination against black Americans are equally applicable against racial discrimination against white Americans.
So this is all completely outrageous.
We have other reports that the medicine is being doled out on the basis of giving priority to blacks and poor people.
Now, the irony, the irony, of course, is from everything I can put together, the shot is worse than the, you know, the cure is worse than the problem, that these are not giving you any benefit.
They're doing tremendous damage to you as a person.
I've already reported five of my dearest relatives have already received the jab.
My dearest friend right here in Madison has received the jab.
It's going to be months before we see the consequences, but it does not look good.
You can take India because of its teeming population as a huge pilot study for what the rest of the world can anticipate, and the fact is about Four months after the starts of the jab, people are starting to die in mass.

I want everyone to sort this out for themselves.
I can give you my best educated guess or assessment of the situation, which I do day after day on these shows and all the other interviews I give.
Can I guarantee what I'm reporting to be the case?
I can't guarantee, but I can tell you that it seems all the evidence is converging on the conclusions I'm reporting.
And I'm pretty good at putting the data points together, connecting the dots.
Meanwhile, we have the interesting development that President Biden will not rule out ordering the military to become vaccinated.
During an interview marking the president's first hundred days in office, aired Friday on Today Mark, Craig Melvin noted one survey found 40% of Marines plan not to be vaccinated, prompting him to ask Biden if he'll order service members to become vaccinated once the FDA gives final approval, which, as I say, appears highly unlikely.
I do not believe the FDA is ever going to approve.
I don't know.
I'm going to leave that to the military, the President said.
But why not, Craig asked.
Well, I'm not saying I won't.
The President remained optimistic more service members will voluntarily get vaccinated without him having to consider it.
But he didn't.
He didn't rule it out.
Nearly 40 percent of the 123,000 Marines who've had the chance to receive the vaccine have turned it down, according to force-wide data.
obtained by military.com. He acknowledged it would be a tough order to give. It's going to be a tough
call as to whether or not they should be required to get it in the military because you're in such
close proximity with other military personnel. The problem is, of course, that if you're giving
this vaccination to our military and if it has a debilitating effect that Sherry Tenpenny has
outlined, including MADD, cow disease, and death, then we're going to be decimating our military.
That is not a good idea.
About 102,000 Marines have not yet been offered the vaccine.
There are plenty of reasons a Marine might turn it down, including they're young and healthy, so they might be giving it up so others can get the shot first.
Well, I think they might also be exercising common sense if they know anything about what's going on here.
The Biden administration has been fighting vaccine hesitancy and social media misinformation when it comes to the vaccines.
It is a challenge to combat misinformation that Marines are seeing on social media.
Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Turner, who's leading vaccination planning for active duty personnel at Camp Lejeune, the Marines largest East Coast base, told Carolina Public Press, but that one of our principal lines of effort here, we have to inoculate the force from the virus and we have to inoculate the force for vaccine misinformation.
The problem being that what they're calling misinformation appears to be more accurate than what they take to be legitimate.
There's a real problem.
Meanwhile, State of the Nation has also published another very interesting piece based upon reports from Russia to wit that COVID-19 does not exist as a virus, but rather as a bacterium, according to Russian autopsy.
Russia has become the first country in the world to perform an autopsy, a postmortem for a COVID-19 corpse.
After a thorough investigation, it was discovered that COVID-19 does not exist as a virus, but rather a bacterium that has been exposed to radiation and causes human death by coagulation of the blood.
COVID-19 disease has been found to cause blood clotting, which causes blood clotting in humans and blood clotting in the veins, which makes it difficult for a person to breathe because the brain, heart, and lungs cannot receive oxygen, causing people to die quickly.
To find the cause of the shortage of respiratory energy, doctors in Russia did not listen to the WHO protocol and performed an autopsy on COVID-19 patients.
After doctors opened arms, legs, and other parts of the bodies and carefully examined them, they noticed the blood vessels were dilated and filled with blood clots, which impeded blood flow and also reduced the flow of oxygen in the body.
It causes the death of the patient.
After learning about this research, the Russian Ministry of Health immediately changed the treatment protocol for COVID-19 and gave aspirin to its positive patients. I started taking 100 milligrams
in Imromac. As a result, patients began to recover and their health began to improve. The
Russian ministry evacuated more than 14,000 patients in one day and sent them home. After a
period of scientific discovery, doctors in Russia explained the treatment method by saying
the disease is a global trick.
It's nothing but a coagulation inside blood vessels, blood clots, and a method of treatment.
So take antibiotic tablets, anti-inflammatory, take an anticoagulant aspirin.
This shows it is possible to treat the disease.
That's pretty damn interesting.
Who would have thought in response to the threat of COVID-19, you could be told, take an aspirin.
According to other Russian scientists, ventilators and intensive care units were never needed.
Protocols for the effect have already been published in Russia.
China knows of this, but has never released its report.
Share this information with your family, neighbors, acquaintances, friends, and colleagues so they can get rid of fear of COVID-19 and realize it's not a virus, but a bacterium that's only been exposed to radiation.
Only people with very low immunity should be careful.
The radiation also causes inflammation and hypoxia.
Victims should take aspirin 100mg, inapronik or paracetamol 650mg, sourced Russian Ministry of Health.
Meanwhile, we have a report coming from the CDC That the total of US vaccinations only 30% have been fully vaccinated.
It's being described by investors.
Watch blog is an epic fail.
But frankly, given everything that I'm finding taking place here, it may be a good thing for the American people.
Now, here's something else that is profoundly disturbing.
And a reason why it's getting more and more difficult to give you updates on the news.
HALT COVID VACCINE, PROMINENT SCIENTIST TELLS CDC.
In a public comment to the CDC, molecular biologist and toxicologist Dr. Janci Chun-Lindsay, Ph.D., called to immediately halt COVID vaccine production and distribution, citing fertility, blood clotting concerns, Coagulopathy and Immunoscape.
She explained to the committee the scientific evidence showing that coronavirus vaccines are not safe.

Hi, my name is Dr. Janci Chun-Lindsay.
I held a doctorate in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Texas and have over 30 years of scientific experience, primarily in toxicology and mechanistic biology.
In the mid-1990s, I aided the development of a temporary human contraceptive vaccine, which ended up causing unintended autoimmune ovarian destruction and sterility in animal test models.
Despite efforts against this and sequence analyses that did not predict it, I feel strongly all the gene therapy vaccines must be halted immediately due to safety concerns on multiple fronts.
First, there's credible reason to believe the COVID vaccines will cross-react with synthesin and reproductive proteins in spermova and placenta, leading to impaired fertility and impaired reproductive and gestational outcomes.
Respected virologist Dr. Bill Gallaher, PhD, made excellent arguments as to why you would expect cross-reaction. I have yet to see a single immunological
study that disproves this, despite the fact that it would literally take the
manufacturers a single day to do these sentin studies to ascertain once they had serum for vaccinated
individuals. It's been over a year since these assertions, these concerns were first raised
that this, the body attacking its own synthesis and proteins due to similarity in spike protein
structure could occur.
We have seen 100 pregnancy losses reported in a verse as of April 9th.
And remember, as I said, that's only 1%.
So we're talking about 10,000 roughly.
And there have also been reports of impaired spermatogenesis and placental findings from both a natural infection vaccinated and synthetine knockout animal models that have similar placental pathology implicating a sensitive mediated role in these outcomes.
In addition, we have heard of multiple reports of menses irregularities in those vaccines.
These are women having two periods in the same month or young girls having periods.
It's weird.
We simply cannot put these vaccines in our children who had a 0.002% risk of COVID mortality if infected, or any more of the childbearing age population without thoroughly investigating this matter.
If we do, we could potentially sterilize an entire generation.
Speculation this will not occur, and a few anecdotal reports of pregnancies within the trial are not sufficient proof this is not impacting on a population-wide level.

That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of a library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.

This is the woman with a doctorate in biochemistry and molecular biology, explaining how we simply cannot put these vaccines in our children who are at 0.002% risk for COVID mortality if infected, or any more of the child-bearing age population without thoroughly investigating this matter.
If we do, we could potentially sterilize an entire generation.
Speculation this will not occur, and a few anecdotal reports of pregnancy within the trial are not sufficient proof this is not impacting on a population-wide scale.
Secondly, all of the gene therapies or COVID vaccines are causing coagulopathy, which is the body's blood clotting system being impaired, not isolated to one manufacturer, not isolated to one age group, as we are seeing coagulopathy deaths in healthy young adults with no secondary comorbidities.
There have been 795 reports related to blood clotting disorders as of April 9th in the Avera's reporting system, 338 due to thrombocytopenia.
And remember, as I've said, since Aviras only gets 1%, add two zeros, so you're getting 79,500
blood clotting disorder reports, 33,800 due. These are all rough estimates, of course, needless to
add.
There are forward and backward mechanistic principles for why this is happening.
The natural infection is known to cause coagulopathy due to the spike protein.
And remember now, this is just what the Russian study was showing.
It was blood clotting.
All gene therapy vaccines direct the body to make the spike protein.
And that spike protein, of course, is what Dr. Sherry Tenpenny was saying, is causing a major problem for human beings.
Spike protein incubated with human blood in vitro, meaning that would be done in a laboratory, also caused blood clot development resistant to fibronolysis, the body's process of breaking down blood clots.
The spike protein is causing thrombocytic events which cannot be resolved through natural means, and all vaccines must be halted in the hope they can be reformulated to guard against these adverse effects.
Third, there's strong evidence for immune escape.
Well, she was interrupted at the time she was giving her presentation, but it continued as follows.
And that inoculation under pandemic pressure with these leaky vaccines is driving the creation of more lethal mutants that are both newly infecting a younger age demographic and causing more COVID-related deaths across a population that would have occurred without intervention.
That is, there is evidence that the vaccines are making the pandemic worse.
The potential for blood-clotting disorders and a potential for sterilization are only part of the story.
There are other potential long-term effects of these vaccines as well, such as autoimmune disease and immune escape, whereby the vaccines administered to immune-compromised people accelerate the mutation rate of the virus so as to render both naturally acquired and vaccine-induced antibodies no longer effective.
Let me just add, you know, there's an awful lot of evidence that there's no bona fide pandemic, but there is bona fide effects from the vaccine.
So that what appears to be a fake pandemic, and we have a huge amount of evidence substantiating that, including the study that slipped through the cracks from Johns Hopkins, showing no increase in deaths in any age group in 2020 compared to 2019.
We have the lack of an increase in the sale of oxygen tanks, HIV drips in the stand.
We have the life insurance report, no change in premiums.
But we do have, you know, 30 million cases of flu last year, but only around 2,000 this, meaning they're all reclassifying all the flu cases as COVID cases to create poor Fear porn that's going to drive taking the shot.
The problem appears to be that taking the shot is the real deal, and the consequences are extremely adverse, as I'm reporting here.
Meanwhile, various of the states are turning out to be absolutely monstrous here.
Mike Adams on Michigan to be a vaccine prison camp, obey or stayed locked down forever.
Now there have been times when some have thought Mike Adams was going over the top, but actually here I think he's got it exactly right.
He makes some allusions to the Holocaust that may in fact be factually inaccurate, but are consistent with the official narrative we have been given.
So in terms of trading on, you know, widespread popular beliefs, the points are appropriate, even if in fact The story we've been given about the Holocaust is a fabrication.
We're just a sight, one illustration rather than six million having been put to death in these camps.
The International Committee of the Red Cross kept meticulous records about the age, the sex, the race, the ethnicity, the religion, and the cause of death of all the inmates in all the camps and the total combined, which they recalibrated in 1993.
was 296,081, none of whom had been put to death by means of Zyklon B in a gas chamber.
Now Zyklon B was being used to kill body lice, which were spreading typhus and dysentery in the
camps and others to maintain the health of the inmates.
The reason being, these were not centers for extermination.
They were labor camps, and you can't get work out of a corpse.
Just to reinforce the points I'm making here, hundreds and hundreds of babies were born in these camps.
If you look at the map of Auschwitz, for example, it had a hospital with OBGYN facilities.
It had a concert hall.
It had a woodworking shop.
I mean, I'm telling you, what we've been told about the Holocaust is really manufactured in order to enhance The influence of Zionist political figures, Israeli politicians, and so forth, because the Jewish political influence is rooted in a Western sense of guilt over the Holocaust, which is why years ago Amy Goodman actually featured a former Israeli cabinet minister, as I recall, of education, and she said,
You know, it's a trick when there's criticism of the government of Israel.
In Europe, we call it the Holocaust.
In the United States, anti-Semitism.
She said it's just a trick.

What happened here?
I mean, I was just astonished when I undertook research on the Holocaust initially for the first academic freedom conference I organized in Urbana-Champaign on the campus of the University of Illinois back in 2014.

In a move that smacks of the Third Reich and the Holocaust, Michigan Governor Whitmer, a malicious criminal and anti-American traitor, has just turned the entire state of Michigan into a vaccine prison camp.
She has declared that gunpoint-enforced lockdowns will not end until up to 70% of the state's adults surrender to being injected with a deadly depopulation bioweapon called a COVID vaccine.
Freedom is only granted by the Whitmer regime when certain vaccination milestones are achieved.
It is a form of criminal coercion that violates not only the Nuremberg Code restrictions against medical experiments, but also violates fundamental human rights and the requirement for informed consent.
It was unimaginable just a year ago that Michiganders would have to earn their freedom by agreeing to be injected with an experimental medical intervention promoted by globalist depopulation advocates.
Yet this is exactly what's happening in Michigan right now under the tyrannical rule of Democrats.
Here are the milestones.
Once they achieve 55% of Michiganders vaccinated, In-person work will be allowed for all sectors of business.
60% vaccinated.
Indoor capacity at sports stadiums, conference centers, banquet halls, and funeral homes will increase to 25%.
Capacity at exercise facilities and gyms will increase to 50%.
The curfew on restaurants and bars will be lifted.
When 65% are vaccinated, all indoor capacity limit percentage will be lifted, requiring only social distancing between parties.
Limits on residential social gatherings will be further relaxed.
That's having, you know, friends and relatives over to your own home, for God's sake.
When 70% of Michiganders have been vaccinated, gathering and face mask orders will be lifted and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services will no longer employ broad mitigation measures unless unanticipated circumstances arise, such as a spread of vaccine-resistant variants.
Under this tyrannical, illegal rule, Mike Adams continues, the only way the people of Michigan can see their freedoms restored is to agree to be injected with a dangerous, experimental, gene-altering medical intervention that's already killing people by the thousands all across the world.
As I said at one point, we might have thought Mike Adams was over the top, but given the latest reports we have, especially from India, He appears to be spot on.
Keep in mind that all COVID vaccines in America today are experimental treatments that cannot be mandated or forced onto people under U.S.
law and FDA regulations.
Coercion is not only morally and ethically wrong, it's illegal.
Yet Governor Whitmer is using coercion to force people to take these deadly vaccines if they want to earn back their freedom.
Like all government criminals and terrorists, Governor Whitmer believes that the government controls all freedom and can withhold that freedom from the people as a form of punishment to coerce people into taking vaccine suicide injections.
This is Joseph Mengele-level crime against humanity.
Dr. Whitmer deserves to be arrested, charged, and prosecuted for carrying out Holocaust-class crimes against humanity and forcing millions of people to participate against their will in deadly medical experiments that may kill them.
Joseph Mengele was a mainstream doctor and a PhD, and after being found guilty by a war crimes tribunal, he was publicly hanged to death by order of the court.
Whitmer would have felt right at home running the Zyklon B gas chambers in Nazi Germany, no doubt.

She needs to face her own trial under a new war crimes tribunal organized in the United States of America to arrest and prosecute all the vaccine holocaust war criminals operating right here on American soil.

The rest of the news is trivial by comparison.
For example, Alan Dershowitz, the Giuliani raid was unconstitutional.
The FBI raid on former President Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani violated the spirit of the letter of the Constitution because it permitted prosecutors to read privileged information without permission, according to legal expert, really constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz.
This was just a misuse of the search and seizure power.
Initially it was turned down.
Now it was approved, both by a judge and by the Attorney General of the United States.
So it wasn't lawless action, but I believe that they acted inconsistently with both the spirit and the letter of the Constitution, and that there should be remedies for it.
It just shouldn't be done this way.
It should be done through subpoena, and that is the constitutional route to getting evidence.
The only reason to raid Giuliani's privileged electronics is out of fear he would destroy evidence, Dershowitz added, but the burden of proof is not satisfied by this case.
To conduct a search warrant is to imply that Rudy Giuliani and the other lawyers subject to the search warrants would destroy evidence.
But Giuliani knew they were after cell phones and the computers for months and months and months and he didn't destroy anything.
So what's the basis for the search warrant rather than the subpoena?
The Fourth Amendment demands a subpoena in these situations, not a search warrant.
What they did in this case was unconstitutional.
Reading the privileged information is damaging enough to Giuliani or any of his clients because of tainting prosecutors who tend to privately share information with each other.
What the government does is they seize it all, and then they give it to some prosecutors.
They call them the team.
Those prosecutors read all the privileged information, and they decide what to turn over to the prosecution team.
Dershowitz added, the prosecutors then say, well, all right, this is privileged, so we won't use it in a trial.
But the government has already read it.
That's illegal.
The Fourth Amendment doesn't protect you only against criminal prosecution, it protects your privacy.
And so in a situation like this, they should always use a subpoena, not a search warrant.
Gershwin acknowledged that he has advised Giuliani's lawyers, in this case pro bono.
I've been consulting with Rudy Giuliani's lawyers.
They asked me for my advice on this in pro bono.
I've given them general advice as I would to a Democrat who called me and asked me about constitutional violations.
They ought to move to A, get the material back and have the government subjected to subpoena analysis.
B, they ought to reject the idea of a taint team and require that if anybody goes over this, it ought to be a judge, magistrate, or at least a master outside the prosecutor's office appointed by the court.
But the idea of having one group of prosecutors tell the other group whether they can see it or not is having the fox guard the chicken coop.
And that's just not the right way under the Constitution.
Dershowitz lamented, moreover, the basis of the investigation being a lack of registering as a foreign agent is weak on foreign grounds anyway, amounting to a political witch hunt of Trump's personal attorney.
They're looking.
They're looking hard, Dershowitz said.
I don't think they have anything on this registration because, really, Giuliani was representing an American.
He was representing the president.
He was doing investigations in Ukraine to see if it could help his president.
That doesn't generally require any kind of registration.
But I have to tell you, the idea of a search warrant for a violation of a registration, that makes no sense.
That is disproportional.
There is a lack of compelling evidence of potential obstruction of justice by a former federal prosecutor like Giuliani.
What you do in a situation like that is you have a subpoena, or you produce very compelling evidence, which they couldn't in this case, compelling evidence that the former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York was going to engage in obstruction of justice by destroying evidence.
That's just not going to happen.
He volunteered to turn over evidence, not only involving himself, but involving other persons.
Let me add that it appears to me completely obvious, since he also raided Victoria Tenzing, who was another Trump attorney, that this idea of the failing to registration was merely a camouflage, a covering.
They're going after dirt on Donald Trump, and they are needing a pretext to violate attorney-client privilege.
And of course, as many of you will have already heard, when Giuliani, when they picked up a hard drive that was a Hunter Biden laptop contents, Giuliani pointed that out.
They didn't want it.
They weren't interested.
Right.
They don't want evidence of real crimes.
They're going after fake ones.
Meanwhile, and I believe this is part of what's going on here.

A Trump supporter infiltrated Antifa in Northern California and discovered they had a hit list of police and Republicans.
The infiltrator was able to record phone messages and capture tent messages where the members spoke openly about killing police and targeting local Republicans.

Judge rejects Democrats bid to immediately halt Arizona 2020 election audit.
An Arizona judge on April 28th rejected an attempt by the Arizona Democratic Party to immediately halt an audit of the 2020 election in the state's largest county.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin Democrats didn't provide substantive evidence of any breaches or threatened breaches of voter privacy.
The lawsuit filed just before the audit started last week may ultimately succeed, the judge added, but it fell short of the strong likelihood of succeeding standard required for a temporary restraining order.
In other words, you have to show there's a strong likelihood you would prevail if this actually went to trial.
Martin also expressed doubt on the balance of hardship in the case or public policy.
That the balance of hardship in the case or public policy favored the plaintiffs, two factors necessary to grant the order.
Lawyers for the party had argued that cyber ninjas, one of four firms hired by the Arizona Senate to conduct the audit, didn't properly train their personnel and had not implemented plans for security procedures such as securing ballots.
But the exhibits they entered, including local news reports alleging lax security at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, where the audit is taking place, did not contain sufficient evidence to convince the judge to halt the process.
Earlier in the proceeding, he'd ruled against Cyber Ninja's attempt to file under seal documents the company described as sensitive.
This is about their techniques.
They're using to process the ballots, which include ultraviolet scan for creases in the ballots.
Because obviously, if a ballot is mail-in, it had to be folded to be put into the envelope.
And what they're testing is for the presence or absence of creases or folds, where if you have no fold, obviously cannot have been cast as a mail-in ballot and therefore should be excluded.
The defendants have asserted the Coliseum and about 2.1 million ballots being reviewed, along with the machines used in the election, are properly secured.
Former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett, tapped by the State Senate to be the audit liaison, told reporters the facility is under armed guard 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Only he and one other person have keys to unlock the containers.
We have to do everything we can to protect the sanctity of the ballot box.
We're never going to get 100% to agree on who should win the election, but we should have as close as possible to 100% of people who have confidence the election process was done with integrity, and that's what we're here to do.

Our friend Robert Revolt did another spectacular show last night where he pulls together some fringe clips, clips that may get past us and so on and so forth.
And one of them happened to be former President Trump with Maria Bartiromo, and he is taking credit for the vaccine.
He sees himself as a hero, that millions of people are being saved.
He even criticized the fact that Johnson & Johnson was suspended for a little bit.
And he's like, oh, they put it on pause.
It was so awful.
And they're like, what about the blood clots?
He's like, oh, it's no big deal.
It's only a few.
So he's taking credit for this vaccine.
And if he ever got back in office as Robert Revolt, kind of like, You know, planted in our heads, you know, think about it.
If this guy comes back, he's all about, he let us get shut down.
He knows these people are bad actors.
He knows all this other stuff is going on.
He sits there and praises that this vaccination is done in record time.
And then what's he going to do if he ever comes back?

Well, I want to go back to Robert Revolt, and anybody who wants to check him out, you know, go check out his archives from last night and any of his previous archives.
Again, he only does one show a week, but he tries to get, he gets some really good articles and commentary on this stuff.
And one of the things I've been asking about for the past Seven to ten days is what's going on in India.
What is actually causing it?
What is this footage we're seeing out of there?
Well he has this video from a nurse who's commenting on a recent CDC, one of the heads of the CDC, comes out and he released a statement in words and by a press conference that there's 17,000 people at the FDA and they're not going to release any vaccine that's going to harm people and it will never be approved so on and so forth.
So basically he's referring to any of these experimental drug theory period, they're currently on the
market that are actually harming people and so on and so forth but continue
to go on. So he's giving this statement. So we got this nurse, allegedly a
nurse, take her word for it, that comes out and starts speaking about that but
then she extends it to India. So what's going on in India? What's this
footage we're seeing? She refers that it was in May of 2020 there was some type of
gas leak, some type of gas something that was exposed in a certain city and
And that put a mad rush on the hospitals and all those people needing oxygen and, and, and they're sitting in these vans and so on and so forth, looking like they're dying and so on and so forth.
So they're pulled up footage from May, 2020 and put it in with, Oh my gosh, look at India.
They're all dying from COVID.
They're getting hit by the pandemic and so on.
Now, meanwhile, is there something going on?
Are people being sick?
Yes, because starting in November 2nd of 2020, they started getting the vaccinations over there.
So they're about six weeks ahead of the United States and some other places of getting vaccinated.
So are people getting COVID and actually dying?
Sure, certainly.
But the footage they're showing, the gaslighting, that's again, just like a white helmet operation and so on.
Go on.
Well, I spent a fair amount of time talking about how there's an escalating death rate in India because of the vaccination.
It's got nothing to do with the COVID.
I'm fascinated by your reports about the videos.
This is a sort of thing they do all the time on 9-11, for example.
Between the destruction of the South Tower and the North, they claimed the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine had called in to claim responsibility.
It was completely absurd, but the Israelis do this all the time.
They blame the Palestinians for everything.
And then they just happened to have footage at hand where it showed Palestinians celebrating and rejoicing, and you were supposed to think it was contemporaneous with events in New York City, but in fact it was from archival footage from an earlier religious or political event where Palestinians were rejoicing.
In fact, they were just as slack-jawed and stupefied over what was taking place as the rest of the world.
But this is a common Israeli Mossad technique to recycle other footage.
So I think, yeah, what you're saying makes perfect sense, except as the study to which I have repeatedly referred now on my blog at jamesfetzer.org shows that this increasing or skyrocketing death rate in India appears to be from the vaccine.
It takes about four weeks or more for the spike protein to kick in and to make its effect, and that's what's taking place there in India.
Very, very disturbing.

And just recently, maybe was it 5-10 years ago, they just discovered it was just like a bacteria
which can be solved with, I think the pill was called Tagamet.
So he had his ulcer operations, this butchering of his body, amputation you could call it,
of his digestive tract in the 1960s.
And now, like 50 years later, half a century later, I think the name of the pill, it's a tablet which you just swallow by mouth, it might be called Tagamet.
And you just swallow it, it's just like an antibiotic, you just swallow it, and then your ulcer is solved.
So this goes along with the Russian doctors sort of, you know, naughtiness or mischievousness that they
do not, they're not going to obey, they're not going to be obedient, which all of us really
are. They did not obey the tyrant WHO, WHO, World Health Organization. They just went
ahead and found that it just just by SASPRIM.

Well, they were going to be serious about it.

but it was also in 1972 that the gay rights agenda they promoted in 1972 basically was a manifesto
for gay and lesbian and other, because that's implied in there,
was going to take it, start bringing their self up in society.
Now this isn't just for gay and lesbians that has produced this,
this is obviously part of the cabal and their play.
And this is where they were gonna start increasing their standing in society
and not be seen as outcasts, and they were gonna not be jailed or this and that,
and all the perversions were gonna be accepted no matter what.
And this started in 1972.
Now what happens when you got a gay and lesbian agenda?
Well, when you're gay or lesbian, you're not reproducing, you don't create children and so forth.
That's why today when these are barely 1% of the population that we know of.
That they're getting all the standing.
Oh, you can't say anything about them because they're gay or lesbian.
Oh, you can't say anything about them because they're trans-op.
And oh, we're promoting children having their genitals cut off and taking hormone therapy at freaking five years old now because they don't reproduce.
And this is why they have the higher standing.

that he won't be able to criticize him. So not only would it be, you know, whatever.
