Need to Know (7 April 2021) with Giuseppe Vafanculo and David Scorpio

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Giuseppe Fadgulo from the District of Criminals, whose reputation is being burnished by the Biden-Harris administration every day, their criminality becoming more and more apparent.
And David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
Today it begins with a poll showing that border woes are hurting Biden's handling of immigration, so grossly improper.
More Americans disapprove than approve of how Biden is handling waves of unaccompanied migrant children, and approval of his efforts on the larger immigration policy falls short of other top issues, a weak point for the administration.
A new poll by AP and NORC Center for Public Affairs shows solving the problem is among America's highest immigration priorities.
59% say providing safe treatment when they're apprehended should be a high priority.
65% about reuniting the families at the border.
It was Bill Clinton, by the way, who introduced a policy of separating families at the border.
Overall, 40% of Americans disapprove of his handling of children, compared to 24% who approve.
I just don't know how to politically correctly say this.
I do feel that because there's this new administration, people feel that they can come to the country, said Mindy Kill, a 40-year-old real estate agent from Erie, Pennsylvania, who otherwise approves of her handling.
The gap between its overall approval and handling of immigration crosses party lines.
74% of Democrats and 10% of Republicans Approve of his policies on immigration compared with 96% of Democrats and 22% of Republicans who approve overall.
So you got the difference between 74 and 96, 22% drop among Democrats alone.
The difference also comes across racial and ethnic groups.
92% of blacks, 67 Hispanics, 52% of white approve of how he's handling the job.
On immigration, however, only 50% of Hispanics and 34% of whites say they approve.
74% of Blacks, again, 18-point dot just among Blacks.
Waiting the larger, the larger slated package, Democrat-controlled houses pass smaller-scale reforms.
But it looks as though it's really gone way too way at the border.
Many want to see enforcement efforts stepped up.
For 53%, increased security at the border is a high priority.
For 47%, federal government should strengthen policies to prevent immigrants from overstaying.
Roughly a third say penalizing companies that hire them illegally should be a high priority when in fact that would actually put quite a stop to it all because it's agribusiness that is benefiting.
And it turns out they're trying to figure out how to handle it.
They're still in a huddle and not ready to make a call.
Giuseppe, your thoughts about this?
Well, Jim, what we're witnessing is the traitor Joe Biden, the installed Presidente by the globalists, is delivering on the Calergi Plan.
As many of our viewers may know, the Calergi Plan was put up several decades ago, an idea that you destroy the white nations of Europe, the United States, and Canada by flooding them with immigrants.
And that is what is going on, and you know, in some ways the United States is worse than a third world shithole, because at least third world countries enforce their borders.
The United States isn't.
It's just absolute madness.

Well, yes, Jim.
You know, the enemy war transmission known as the mainstream media, they're really pulling out all the stops to sort of tug at people's heartstrings on this event.
A couple days ago, they showed this thing of some poor woman whose child drowned in the river.
And then this morning, there was a thing on, oh, there was a lone child walking in the desert by himself asking for help.
And, you know, these are all, you know, this is designed to make people go, oh my gosh, we better let them all in, instead of looking at the situation from a rational thinking standpoint.
They want to keep people in emotional fury at all times so they can't think clearly.
And, you know, it's sad.
And I don't believe these statistics either that 74% of Democrats want the country flooded with illegal aliens.
I just don't believe it.
And 10% of Democrats, I'm sorry, 96% of Democrats approve of Joe Biden overall.
There's never been a presidential approval that high ever, ever.
This is all part of this meme that Joe Biden is the most popular president in modern history.
And they're going to have to keep that meme going because the reality is going to sink in very quickly.
This man will be the most hated president in modern history.
No question about it.
Scorpio, I think that's very discerning.
I think you're absolutely right.
The statistics are bullshit.
And this little boy wandering through the desert, that was a stage scenario just to be emotional.
That's a Hollywood effect.

Meanwhile, 73% of black voters say voter ID is necessary to a fair and secure election.
They're not idiots!
The very idea of suggesting that it's racially discriminatory to expect voters to have an ID is insulting to blacks because it implies that they have greater difficulty obtaining an ID than at other races.
How ridiculous!
The vast majority across the board, 75%, said yes, it's necessary.
A majority of Republicans and Democrats hold the sentiment, 89% and 65% respectively.
A majority of black voters, 73%, believe voter ID is necessary to ensure a fair and secure election process.
Moreover, 81% of other minority voters agree.
They're trying to walk it back.
Now we have the secretary, the press secretary, Biden claiming he never actually told the MLB to pull its game out.
But look what he said last week when he was asked whether baseball should pull out of Atlanta.
I'd strongly support them doing that, he affirmed.
A rare but not unprecedented stance of a sitting president endorsing a boycott of
a US state over politics, something Barack Obama would not do.
According to his press secretary, he wasn't dictating what Major League Baseball should do.
Dictating they should move the All-Star game.
That was their decision.
As he stated earlier, he supports it.
But it's very obvious he was encouraging it.
Regarding Georgia's new election law, 42% of support, 36% not.
There's a large unknown because they're not up to speed.
This is very, very embarrassing.
Marco Rubio tweeted, Major League Baseball took the game, the all-star game, away from a city where 46% of all businesses are minority-owned, moving to Denver, a city where only 23% are minority-owned, Not a great talking point for Democrats, especially with Abrams and Ossoff on the other side.
They oppose the move.
Plus, from a broader perspective, bad for a president who got elected on healing and unifying the nation to be so divisive.
It's one thing to criticize Georgia's law, another to criticize it falsely and demagogically, yet another to condone economic pain for the residents who are going to suffer as a consequence.
As for Major League Baseball and other boycott-minded companies, Republicans have few options to make them rethink.
It could be tricky because Americans are rather boycotting baseball already.
Rand Paul calling for a counter-boycott this morning, the most efficient way to stop other companies from following.
Now Biden is saying, doubling down, it's reassuring to see corporations boycott Georgia, even while acknowledging that workers are going to get hurt.
Not only that, but it turns out Colorado has more restrictive voting laws than Georgia, so this is really quite absurd.
Biden said it's reassuring to see corporations like Major League Baseball boycott Georgia.
Acknowledging, however, the boycotts often hurt workers the most, which appears to be his goal.
President Trump released a statement calling on supporters to boycott those.
For years, the radical left Democrats have played dirty by boycotting products when anything from that company is done or stated in any way that offends them.
Now they are going big time with woke cancel culture and our sacred elections.
It's finally time for Republicans and conservatives to fight back.
We have more people than they do, by far.
Boycott Major League Baseball, Coca-Cola, Delta, JPMorgan Chase, Viacom, CBS City Group, Cisco, UPS, and Merck.
Don't go back to their products until they relent.
We can play the game better than can they.

It's interesting, Jim, that survey says 73% of black voters say voter ID is necessary, and that tracks closely with the 81% of blacks in the United States that are at a working class economic level or above.
So wouldn't you want, it's beyond common sense.
It's just a fact that you should be able to show an ID to prove you are who you are to vote.
But with this insane push to the clergy plan and have every illegal alien,
have every bizarre looking anarchist, like the bearded lesbian spokesman for Antifa BLM
up in Minnesota get to tell us how we should live our lives.
Well, 73% of blacks don't want that.
And 73% of whites don't want that.
Probably 73% of Mexicans don't want it.
It's insane that the globalists and their transnational corporations, which leads to the next few stories, is calling the shots.
I mean, number one, Joe Biden has a lot more major problems to deal with than MLB and voting laws in Georgia.
The voting laws should be made 10 times stricter because there was such widespread corruption and fraud done on behalf of Biden in stealing the election from Donald Trump and the downline election to get the Democrats, the House and the Senate as well.
So it's just Everything is like we're living, and I've said it before, we're living in George Orwell meets, like we're doing our new show on Wednesdays, The Wisdom Circle meets The Raw Deal.
We're dealing with 1984 meets Alice through the Looking Glass, and we are Orwell through the Looking Glass now.
And the radical outliers like the tubby bearded lesbian and these other outlying freaks that shouldn't even be part of society, but even more so have no say in our society.
We need a government that champions the majority of decent people, not all these outlying traitorous freaks.
I think we all agree, and you know, I've thought in the past, I mean wholly independently, why Americans enjoy sports, I prefer college over professional, and entertainment, movies, TV, and the like, and it's because they're apolitical.
They gave us a break, a relief, a respite from the news and the constant barrage of political issues, and now they have contaminated it.
They have poisoned the well.
Americans cannot even relax.
Thanks to the goddamn Democrats, because they politicize even sports.

Well, yeah, and isn't it interesting, too, that, you know, Hollywood and Major League Baseball and all these major corporations, they all have the same political ideology and the same worldview.
We're supposed to believe that they're all owned by different people and there's all these competing companies working to make money.
I think we've been sold a false bill of goods here, because if that was true, there would be different political stances coming from these corporations, from Hollywood, and from, you know, sports.
But instead, it's a single voice, it's all the same belief system, and it's a clear indication that these companies are all owned by the same people, or the same, you know, little club.
And of course, all the major corporations in the world now They're all members of the World Economic Forum, and if you want to be part of the club, you've got to hold up the club rules.
That's, I think, how they're doing this.
That's why we only hear one point of view.
And, like you said, Jim, they're not giving us any kind of reprieve.
They've got to keep this gaslighting going, essentially, all the time.
And it's part of an operation to convince the average American that these are the values that Americans hold, when they're not.
They're the polar opposite of what America actually stands for, and just what the average working Joe believes.
And so that's why they've got to keep pounding it away 24 hours a day, because it's essentially a gaslighting operation.
And frankly, you know, this thing with the voting rules, you know, I'm not black, obviously, but if I were, you know, I would think that a lot of black people would be insulted by this.
Like, they're implying that black people are too stupid.
to get a driver's license or some kind of ID.
Like they just can't handle it.
You know, it's too complicated and it's incredibly insulting.
I mean, for God's sakes, you need an ID to buy a six pack of beer.
Come on guys.
I mean, this is pathetic.
But again, since they own all the media, they really feel like they can tell whatever lie they want.
And if they just keep pounding it away, enough people will believe it.
And I think they're really engaging in a serious overreach right now on multiple fronts, because more and more people are starting to realize that something's really off with our society.
Yeah, total bullshit.
24-7 total bullshit.

It's so much nonsense.
So much crap is being delivered.
Meanwhile, Sidney Powell's legal defense dominates dominion.
The supreme art of law is to subdue your enemy without fighting.
It means having the ability to set an inescapable trap, enabling the ability to annihilate the enemy.
In fictional novels, the process can be analogized to successfully foreshadow climax.
Some see the strategy set up only in hindsight.
In chess, of course, we have checkmate.
Genghis Khan and the Mongols led a brutal campaign under such a strategy.
They used this art while amassing the Earth's largest contiguous empire.
To their enemies, the most successful tactics seemed bizarre and arcane.
Thinking the moves were motivated by Mongol weakness, generals would retaliate in a knee-jerk fashion.
Many powerful nations were led like sheep to the slaughter.
Entire civilizations succumbed to savagery and slavery.
But the tactics were neither arcane nor bizarre.
It was the supreme art of war, published almost a millennium before Khan devastated even the Europeans, still read today.
Dominion Voting Systems has brought several defamation suits in an effort to redeem its reputation, seeking damages many would consider astronomical.
Sidney Powell, for example, an author of License to Lie is one in the crosshairs.
The suit brought in Washington is politically questionable and legally improper for a Colorado company to sue a Texan.
The burden of political interference is something Cindy's especially experienced with.
As per Dominion, she's alleged to have made wild accusations and outlandish claims about the company, which could only be verified using data from Dominion via a pretrial discovery process and argued in court.
Powell's legal arguments are sound.
A proper trial may shed a sufficient amount of light to put to bed surrounding questioners.
Strategy, in hindsight, appears to be supreme.
Despite the immediate outcry and disingenuous legacy media reporting, a recent motion to dismiss or change venue could affirm decisive legal protection for private citizens against entities that have been considered or labeled public figures under New York Times company.
These entities are different from government officials such as politicians, where the latter don't have to guarantee the truth of their assertions.
Politicians are virtually invulnerable against defamation.
If they could, some media would be bankrupt in the last four years.
Her motion argues that dominion, at the minimum, is a limited-purpose public figure.
This was what I argued against the alleged Leonard Posner in my lawsuit.
These types of public figures are found in cases where defamation statements involve a matter of public concern, and whether the level of the plaintiff's participation invites scrutiny.
Her statements involve the single most important election in our country, where Dominion states it operates nearly 300 state and local elections equipment that services over 40 percent of U.S.
voters.
Such standards, therefore, appear to be satisfied.
Limited purpose public figures can defend against defamation but prove the statements were made with actual malice, can be proved true or false, and that people accepted the statements as fact.
In other words, to defend themselves, to take Sidney to court, they've got to prove that she made her statements in malice, knew they were false, and nevertheless asserted them in an effort To tarnish them with a target population.
Dominion is claiming her statements cannot be regarded by a reasonable person as truthful, which sounds to the author here to be a counterproductive claim in Dominion's case.
In fact, I think it's obvious that Dominion played a major role.
They have to prove her statements, Sidney's, were motivated by actual malice, supported by clear and convincing evidence, Uh, which is greater than by a mere preponderance.
They must show Sidney knew her claims were false but promoted them anyway.
Sidney has filed lawsuits in multiple states with a 270 page record of the evidence used and has not walked back any change.
Arguments by Dominion in court claim she's advancing her claims because of some lucid loyalty to the former president, but those have no merit.
Because there are thousands of pages of evidence and expert testimony.
Dominion went wrong by failing to state the proper type of harm necessary for a leaf to be granted on defamation.
In fact, Their allegations are entirely devoid of the legally proper information statement or evidence required to succeed on its merit.
That means, in essence, they're asking the judge to punish Powell merely because Dominion wants that outcome.
This all sounds very familiar to me.
This is akin to a child on a playground faking a story to punish someone they don't like.
Our federal judiciary has consistently found political speech regarding federal elections protected under the First Amendment, even if it's often vituperative, abusive, and inexact.
I think Dominion has not much of a chance here, in that Sydney has a wonderful opportunity, through discovery, to unearth all of the evidence sufficient to confirm anyone's worst beliefs about Dominion.
They continue to claim she intentionally caused him damage because of unfounded evidence less than fraudulently motivated ill will.
But that's ridiculous to claim.
Unfortunately, too, for Dominion, the D.C.
Circuit agreed with Powell this week in a differing case regarding the defamation against her.
As the court noted, We have made clear evidence that ill will is insufficient by itself to support a finding of actual malice.
This builds on a prior circuit precedent.
In Bowman, the court found when a defendant provides the facts underlying the challenge statements, it's clear the challenge statements represent her own interpretation of the facts, leaving the reader free to draw their own conclusion.
This means opinions backed by evidence cannot be found to have malice.
That's my case.

It means the attacks against Powell are unfounded and based on a complete disregard and appreciation for the argument in her filing.
Dominion is, in essence, claiming the global audience addressed by Ms.
Powell is incapable of looking at the evidence for themselves and forming their own opinion.
Talk about a wildly outrageous statement.
The only way for Dominion to succeed is to release their data, to provide the evidence, and other experts wrong.
But even then, no defamation occurred.
People debate statistics all the time in public.
She's arguing she formed opinions based on the data, expert testimony, and evidence she was presented with.
The vices executed in this pending trial trap are so beautiful, it's hard to write a better story.
The applicable state law for Dominion's claims against Powell and others is Colorado.
Certain laws can be tried under the relevant state laws in federal court between citizens from different states.
Unless federal law preempts stronger state laws or ones that can apply in this case, because Colorado is making the claims Colorado's law applies even in Texas.
Colorado's Supreme Court and Constitution have stronger and more vibrant First Amendment protection in case presidents and even the United States Constitution and the Supreme Court.
A forum which is crucial in jury selection for trials is in freedom-loving Texas.
Checkmate.
Giuseppe, your thoughts.
Well, my thoughts are that ever since electronic voting systems were introduced back with Diebold, they've been hacked and been proven to be hacked, and so many elections have been stolen so frequently that they stopped doing exit polls, because exit polls would show who really won instead of who they placed to win.
So, you know, they're trying to manufacture reality.
They're trying to legitimize what is an unbelievably corrupt system, the Dominion voting system.
They're trying to, once again, put into place that globalism is your leader.
Trust your elections.
And Dominion's an international company, by the way.
I don't know.
I mean, I would have thought James Tracy's case is a slam-dunk.
I would have thought your case is a slam-dunk.
I guess it depends who presides over Sidney Powell's case.
Is it the judiciary or is it the Jew-diciary?

Well, Jim, that was pretty funny, Giuseppe.
Look at the placements of the stories you just had, Jim.
Isn't it interesting, just the story before this, we had the story about how Major League Baseball is going to move their game because they don't like the political position of the state of Georgia.
They're going to do something about it.
But then here in the next story, if somebody dares to criticize a corporation, They're liable for maybe a billion dollars of damages, and they're also suing the MyPillow guy, whatever his name is, for a billion dollars.
So it's interesting how these corporations are saying, we have free speech and you don't.
And you know, the thing is, even if you win a lawsuit like this, quote, win, you're still getting dragged through the mud for potentially years, costing hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions of dollars, more likely.
And, you know, I find it interesting, Jim, that Dominion is in Denver, because Denver is reputed to be one of those cities.
It's kind of like the secret government location outside of Washington, D.C.
It's a very connected town.
A lot of heavy hitters there.
I'd be interested to know, like, I want to look up the ownership of this Dominion Corporation, who runs it and who owns it.
I've never heard an explanation about the forces behind this, because most likely this Dominion Corporation is a deep state connected company, which means they have access to sort of unlimited cash in a way.
Because I really believe that there's a secret economy that's in operation that revolves around the deep state.
That's why these companies like Google and YouTube and other big oligarchy companies always seem to have more money than they know what to do with.
And they can just throw their weight around whoever they want to without any fear.
We have a secret economy in operation here and I believe that Dominion is part of it.
I think you make a number of very important points.
The idea of Dominion suing Sidney when she's got the goods is really idiotic.
They're doing it purely as a political gesture.
I think for reasons already adumbrated in that article, they cannot prevail.
Sidney's gonna win, and I think she's gonna be in this excellent position with Discovery to go after all their records.
I think this was a colossal blunder by Dominion, but they felt this is like the parents of Sandy Hook.
It had been observed that for years they hadn't brought a lawsuit against a school district for not providing sufficient security for their children, which one would have expected had it been real.
So they belatedly brought some such claim.
Here Dominion is acting more rapidly, but I think it's just as telling, just as revealing.
Their prospects appear to me to be completely nil and that Sidney is going to take them to the cleaners here evidentially and get all the proof anyone could possibly want.
Meanwhile, a grassroots rebellion is growing with the move to ban critical race theory, which has been corrupting the nation in ways none of us thought.
Kevin O'Leary was devastated when he learned his former football coach David Flynn had been fired after questioning a seventh grade history curriculum that labeled white people in America as inherently racist.
Everyone loves coach.
He gets kids to play football.
He's an awesome guy.
We're devastated.
Coach Flynn and Dean of football, it's like broccoli and cheese sauce.
You can't have one without the other.
Judicial Watch has fired a suit in federal court on his behalf, charging his firing violated his First Amendment right to petition public officials, and that was in retaliation for his criticism of the curriculum.
And he's not the only parent going to court in opposition of critical race theory.
Senator Tom Cotton, for example, introduced a bill combating racist training in the Military Act that bans the use of CRT by the Department of Defense.
Our military strength depends on the unity of our troops and the knowledge America is a noble nation worth fighting for.
Critical race theory teaches that race is a person's most important characteristic and that America is an evil, oppressive place.
That idea may be fashionable in left-wing circles and college classrooms, but it has no place in our military.
Not only will such racist ideas undermine our troops' faith in each other, also erode their trust in our country's guiding principles.
The United States military shouldn't be promoting such divisive un-American ideas.
I couldn't agree more.
Other states that are moving in the same direction, as well as Florida, where Governor DeSantis has become a great leader of this nation, Texas.
James White's bill bars the use of any public school curriculum that teaches any person is inherently superior to another because of race or sex, or that an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, consciously or unconsciously.
Rhode Island, Patricia Morgan, Banning CRT curricula is necessary because of divisive concepts.
You cannot make people violate their conscience with saying that because they're white they are bad.
That's just wrong.
New Hampshire, Keith Amon, Glenn Cadelli, and Glenn Osberg, Bars the teaching of divisive CRT concepts in state contracts, grants, and train programs.
Oklahoma!
Shane Jett's bill bans the teaching of divisive concepts because it's Marxist in origin, designed to cause children to, instead of looking at what makes us unique and special and American, pit one another against each other based on the color of their skin.
Michael Gonzales, a former foreign correspondent and opinion editor for the Wall Street Journal, thinks public opposition to the concept is growing.
He's now a senior fellow with the Heritage Foundation.
There's definitely a growing backlash.
I think the next Tea Party will be against this.
This includes Biden's equity push.
I think the backlash is growing and that it is enormous.
Momentum against CRT has shifted to the states from Washington because of Biden's repeal of his predecessor's executive order barring the use of the theory in the federal workforce in his first day in office.
He believes it will ultimately be resolved in the courts, but there's not much doubt about how it ought to come out.
He and a Heritage colleague are putting the finishing touches on an analysis of the growing state-level concerns about CRT that will be published shortly.
I think this is monstrous that the Democrats should promote it.
It's un-American, undemocratic.
Contradicts Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., after all, for God's sake, who said, let us be judged by the content of our character, not the color of our skin.
Giuseppe, the Democrats have reversed it.
What's going on?
What's going on, Jim, is the globalist parasites want to destroy the white nations of Europe, Canada,
and the United States.
They're flooding the borders via the Calergy Plan.
They've placed their own traitorous politicians everywhere from the presidency to local school boards.
They are, you know, 30 years ago began flooding colleges with this ridiculous, you know,
dirty diaper critical race theory nonsense.
And once again, the Orwell through the looking glass is blamed the stable, decent whites,
the majority who do nothing but pay taxes and support all these parasitic outliers.

Blame people who can do math, who can do English, who can actually take tests and pass.

Everyone knows that math is racist.

You know, one of the hallmarks of a totalitarian society, guys, if you study, you know, history, one of the hallmarks of any totalitarian society is where everybody is afraid of losing their job or being destroyed for saying the wrong thing Or having the wrong political belief system.

We're in the middle of this now.
And I think it's time for Americans to accept a totalitarian system is being hoisted upon them at every single level.
Only it uses, you know, so-called diversity and supporting gay sex and transgenderism to hide behind.
That way you don't see the totalitarian behind the homosexual.
And that's what's really going on here.
And it's like, yesterday, Jim, you had an article about Foreign Minister Lavrov of Russia saying that America was undergoing a cultural revolution and creating a culture against white people.
Well, he was exactly right.
He's calling it out precisely.
And it's again the height of irony where Russia is telling the truth and America is all based on lies now and going through
essentially a communist cultural revolution.
But the Russians have already been through it. They know what it's like.
And they're actually trying to warn America.
Yeah, I think that's a very astute observation. Yes.
We have these people who professor opposed to racism who are advocating anti white racism.
I mean, what could be more hypocritical?
What could be more damnable than that?
It's just disgusting to me.
Absolutely, completely, 100% un-American, undemocratic, totalitarian, grotesque.

You'll be asked to show a photo ID with your name and birthdate to verify the pass belongs to you.
Once you enter an establishment, you'll still be asked to follow state and CDC guidance regarding social distancing, face coverings, and hand hygiene.

Well, my first thought is I could spend the next 55 minutes explaining all the lies of the scandemic, and I did at False Flags and Conspiracy.
I put together a documentary called The Great Lies, COVID-19 and the Great Reset, which lays out exactly what a scam this is.
The bottom line is they've had this type of vaccine for decades.
They could never get past the animal trials because it killed all the animals.

According to this judge, if you deny the Holocaust or claim that it's an eternal cash cow, you're in deep trouble.
