Need to Know (16 March 2021) with David Scorpio and Michael Ivey

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, and while we hope that David Scorpio will be joining us by and by, Michael Ivey from Asheville, North Carolina is here, where we are going to present for you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a fascinating development that the International Criminal Court of The Hague has accepted a COVID-19 complaint, a violation of the Nuremberg Code, by the Israeli government.
In other words, it's a complaint filed against the Israeli government For really inducing vaccinations contrary to the code which insists that no vaccinations may be applied, that it's a form of experimentation with human beings absent informed consent.
Last week a complaint from the organization People of Truth was filed with the Hague Tribunal by lawyers Ruth Meckens and Aya Suchawalski of the law firm A. Suchawalski and Company concerning violations of the Nuremberg Code by the Israeli government and other parties.
A complaint has been accepted by the court and is awaiting decision.
The lawyer, Ruth Matchins, reported that at the same time the complaint will also be filed in the Nuremberg Court, along with a German lawyer, and in the High Court, violations of the Nuremberg Code.
We are speaking to you on behalf of the and she'll have an association in the making whose members
are lawyers, doctors, activists, and in general have chosen to exercise their democratic
right. Here you see the letter of acceptance by the court. We begin with basic knowledge that
the corona vaccine is an innovative medical treatment which has only recently obtained FDA
approval in the United States as an emergency procedure only.
You know, Michael, I'm not clear on to what extent the FDA has even endorsed any of these vaccines.
Approval that is non-final.
Details on 22 side effects In addition, it's clear to all medical factors that the subject of long-term influence of the treatment has not been scientifically tested, including, of course, their having skipped tests on animals, which, frankly, I believe they did, but with highly negative effects.
The reports I have, all the animals on which they tried these vaccines died.
It's important to note never before have immunizations been administered worldwide by means of a technology introducing mRNA into the body.
And all previous immunizations have worked in a totally different way by introducing a weakener or a form of a virus and a natural arousal of the immune system against it.
Here are some of the key aspects of the situation.
The Nuremberg Code.
A code of medical ethics published on the basis of the laws under which Nazi criminals were tried for conducting horrific medical experiments during World War II in the trial of doctors known as the Nuremberg Trial or Tribunals.
The Nuremberg Code formed the basis of the Helsinki Declaration and of the Law on the Rights of Patients in Israel.
They require informed consent to participate in medical experimentation.
The first principle of the code is willingness and informed consent to receive treatment and participate in an experiment.
The subjects are supposed to activate freedom of choice in accordance with their own preferences without the intervention of a factor using force, deception, fraud, threat, solicitation, or any other type of liaison or coercion.
When the heads of the Ministry of Health and the Prime Minister presented the vaccine in Israel and began vaccinating Israeli residents, the vaccinated had not been informed that they were participating in a medical experiment that required their consent under the code.
It only became clear that the Prime Minister had signed an agreement with Pfizer.
Only when it became clear that the Prime Minister had signed an agreement with Pfizer was it first published and stated that it was indeed a medical experiment and that this was the essence of the agreement.
Really an attempt to exonerate Pfizer from any responsibility.
So we have a BB Netanyahu-Pfizer agreement after the fact.
And here I'm very pleased to say we're being joined by David Scorpio.
We're delighted to have you here, David.
We're talking about the very first story that the International Criminal Court has accepted a complaint against the Israeli government for violation of the Nuremberg Code.
We're into the discussion of the Bibi-Pfizer agreement.
Under which he, the Prime Minister, will receive a huge amount of millions of servings of vaccine or doses with preference over other countries.
And in return, the vaccinated residents of Israel will serve as experimenters, meaning as subjects, meaning as guinea pigs for the pharmaceutical company.
You know, Well, Michael, why don't we back up and just begin again now that we've got Scorpio here?
Hey, Jim, sorry about that.
You know, the time doesn't change here, and it was completely my fault.
I apologize.
Jim, you just read quite a big section.
Could you go from some point where you just stopped when Scorpio Well, we're pleased to be joined by Scorpio.
It was agreed the pharmaceutical company would receive all of Israel's secret medical and personal information without its knowledge or prior consent.
I take that to be of the subject.
We must declare that until this time, the content of the agreement concerning most residents of Israel has not been published.
Which is a form of mandatory transparency under the law, but nevertheless published with blackout, meaning redacting large amounts of information in the agreement.
Meanwhile, in addition to informed consent, there's an obligation to detail and suggest to a patient alternative treatments.
Which I suggest would include HCQ, hydroxychloroquine, which of course doesn't require any intervention, and detailing the medical process.
All that's included, the pros and cons, benefits and risks of each treatment to enable each subject to make an intelligent decision, but none of that was done.
Indeed, in addition, the treatment is known to have already caused many persons death, serious
injury and damage, including disability and paralysis, after the vaccine was administered. Despite
this fact, the government did not order an investigation into the matter, where the Ministry of
Health has openly admitted 41% of police, military, educational and medical personnel who
have been vaccinated have suffered get this serious side effects and we're putting their lives
at risk.
There's still, even now, in Israel, no complete report on the number of deaths and injuries In addition, no such experiment should be conducted where there's reason to believe that actual death or injury could occur.
And of course, that's obviously been violated because there have been many serious injuries and death.
In addition, those who are conducting the experiment should be prepared to stop at any stage if there's a reasonable basis to assume it will cause injury, disability, or death.
Which has already been proven.
Many persons have died or been injured or become disabled and paralyzed.
However, the Israeli government has continued to impose this dangerous experience on Israeli citizens.
Recent publications demonstrate the gross and criminal violation of the Nuremberg Code on behalf of the government, ministers and knesset members, city leaders, and senior civil servants.
Here are Examples of violations of the Nuremberg Code.
The Manufacturers Association, supported by legal opinion, threatened to send any employee not vaccinated on leave without pay.
The Health Minister wants legislation to prevent the arrival of the unvaccinated in the workplace.
They cannot or should not refuse unemployment charges.
I think that means providing work, you know, pay when you're not able to work.
Social pressure, the threat to prevent access to entertainment, recreation, or community services.
Artists, opinions, leaders, and representatives of the public have been aggressive and insulting, proposing punishment and sanctions.
Vehicles with public address systems have been in the streets urging people to turn out.
Among the prohibited incentives for vaccination, receive a free night in a hotel, vacation days offered by the owners of various businesses to their employees, discounts in various commercial, private and public institutions, as well as a benefit card promoted by the government.
A PM, Bibi Netanyahu, has repeatedly stated Israeli citizens are participating in this innovative medical experiment for the benefit of all citizens of the world.
But, nevertheless, doing so in violation of the Nuremberg Code.
It's now pointed out that the means currently activated being used against citizens, including the proposed legislation against anyone who's not vaccinated, contradict not only the Nuremberg Code and the autonomy of the individual, but also Legislation already in force in Israel, including the Basic Law on the Dignity and Freedom of Persons, the Freedom of Occupancy Act, the Patient Rights Act, the Equal Works of Opportunity Act, the Prohibition of Discrimination, Goods, Services, and Access to Entertainment in Public Places Act, and other laws.
Therefore, in light of the above, two main requests are submitted to the ICC, Immediately interrupt, stop the medical experiment and administration of vaccines to citizens of Israel.
Instruct the government to initiate legislative proceedings that violate the process of, the principle of informed consent of a person to receive medical treatment.
In other words, to provide a legal way for them to deal with this.
Act with appropriate severity against any public, commercial, professional entity that violates the laws.
That a copy of the document should be transmitted to media channels around the world because of the violations of the Code, which are relevant to all countries.
It's also stated that only recently was a decision taken by the European Parliament urging all authorities not to pressure or solicit anyone to take the Corona vaccine.
Here we find it signed by the attorneys here.
We add that the Pfizer CEO has admitted Israel is the world's lab.
I believe Israel has become the world's lab right now because they are using only our vaccine in this state and they have actually a very large percentage of their population so we can study both economy and health indices, which of course in effect means that the Israeli population are lab rats for Pfizer.
Meanwhile, an Israeli company prohibits employees from returning to work if they don't have the coronavirus vaccine, where in Israel, refusing coronavirus vaccine means life is over.
When you don't take the vaccine, your life is basically over, warns Alana Rachel in a video about what is taking place in the Holy Land.
This is so serious.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, we're living through the biggest medical experiment ever conducted on human beings in modern history, by far.
And Israel, I guess, is sort of a test ground on several levels because the mainstream media has been sort of pushing this idea that, well, everyone's happy because they got vaccinated, everything's wonderful, and now they're introducing these wonderful green passports that'll allow you to go back to your normal life.
This is the biggest con job ever sold because they're essentially creating a new system.
And, you know, if you study tyranny, once a tyrannical government takes power, it never gives it up.
So if we allow these green passports to become normal, this will be permanent.
It'll never be rescinded.
There'll never be a time where you don't have to have a new vaccine and new proof that you don't have some new variant of some new disease.
And Jim, I think things are going to get real interesting next year when we see a new round of just sort of regular flu and and cold season come through and we see how these people who are vaccinated react to so-called wild strains that occur every year.
I think there's going to be a whole round of deaths, suffering and malaise coming, and it's going to be blamed on a new variant, but I think it's going to actually be the reaction people's bodies are having from being reprogrammed from this RNA Our DNA technology.
This is going to get very science fiction-y in the near future.
You mentioned hydrochloroquine.
Hydrochloroquine and ivermectin in particular treat blood parasites.
Ivermectin is for blood parasites.
It's interesting that ivermectin, if you look through the literature, it's absolutely proved that ivermectin wipes this, whatever this is, out completely within a matter of days.
So we have to ask ourselves, what is the true nature of this so-called illness?
I don't think it's simply a virus like they're telling us, because why would a blood parasite medicine work so effectively if this is a virus?
You make great points, Scorpio, and that's my impression, too, that there's going to be a massive wave of deaths next time around because of the weakening of the immune system of those who receive the injection.
Michael, your thoughts?
Jim, to one of your earlier questions about FDA approval, it's my understanding that the regular form of FDA approval Has never been given to these.
I'm going to call him vaccines for the purpose of our discussion today with the stipulation that they are not truly vaccines.
They don't meet that criteria at all, but that they've been issued under some form of emergency status only.
The FDA itself is sort of backed away on a couple of occasions saying Well, you know, these are issued, but we can't we can't guarantee their safety.
Going to the Israel situation.
Del Bigtree's High Wire podcast last Friday had a great interview with an Israeli human rights woman named Ilana Rachel, and she was practically crying on air describing the draconian measures that are being applied to the people of Israel and how there are dying and injured people by These vaccines all over the place, and the government is being completely oppressive and opaque about it, and to the point of their having had prior experience with these mRNA injections.
Yeah, Sherry Tenpenny covers that really well.
She names like four different animals.
I think there are rabbits, ferrets, and rats, and maybe another one.
That they had tested these vaccines on, and in every case, the animals died later from much the same mechanism, that being that their immune systems had been compromised to such a degree that when they came in contact with new strains of virus or bacteria, that their own immune systems basically killed them.
We were speaking earlier about the fact that this Israeli story is quite interesting to me in as much it As it seems to be consistent with on numerous occasions, we and the people that we work with have talked about the apparently Jewish character of the controllers of this world as we see it today, the New World Order, however you want to say it.
But now, Apparently, they're throwing the common Jews of Israel under the bus in this grand vaccine rollout.
That and Australia are probably the two most Oppressive states in the world.
So I'm glad to see that these people who you might call common Jews of Israel are fighting back against this.
And the last thing I want to say is that this is also a little window.
It's kind of an instructive sequence of events.
To show that really we're only dealing with a small global mafia of what might be primarily Jewish ethnicity, and that the great bulk of ethnic Jews, what you might call common Jews, are not in that club.
I think those are very good points from you both, and I would simply add that what an excellent case to take to the International Criminal Court, because it's very clear-cut.
These violations of the Nuremberg Code are not subtle, and it would set a wonderful example for the court to probably rule Particularly when so many lives are at risk.
And that woman who is nearly crying was the last person I quoted in the report, Michael.
So yes, she is.

Meanwhile, we have commentary about the George Floyd death and trial.
This coming from Pat Buchanan.
Who and what killed George Floyd?
He was not choked to death.
He was not asphyxiated.
He was not killed by Chauvin's knee on the side of his neck.
An autopsy showed his neck muscles were not even bruised.
Friday, as the jury was being impaneled, the Minneapolis City Council voted to approve a record $27 million.
The jury will not likely miss this message to wit that an atrocity was perpetrated by our police and we're admitting responsibility and doing our duty by offering these reparations for Floyd's cruel and unjustified death and the suffering visited on his family.
Most Americans saw, it says here, nine minute, I think actually eight, of Chauvin with his knee on the neck of George Floyd as he pleaded, I can't breathe, and therefore probably concur with the charge of criminal responsibility.
Yet over the months, New factors and facts have emerged.
George Lloyd was not choked to death.
He was not asphyxiated.
He was not killed by Chauvin's knee on the side of his neck.
His neck muscles were not even bruised.
He died when his heart stopped, yes.
Of course, we need to know why.
Yet he was always suffering from an enlarged heart with constricted arteries, one of five of which was 90% blocked, two others 75% blocked, where an autopsy found heaven concentration of fentanyl in his system and traces of methamphetamines.
If he'd collapsed and died in the street while being wrestled into the squad car, his death would have been attributed to a drug overdose and a bad heart.
A videotape of the minutes prior to Floyd being put on the pavement showed Clyde Croyne repeatedly, I can't breathe, while resisting the rookies trying to put him in the car.
There's testimony from those with Floyd when he was stopped for passing an allegedly phony $20 bill that he passed out in the car before the cops arrived.
And the arresting cops said he was foaming at the mouth before being restrained.
In short, Chauvin's defense attorneys will make a credible case.
Backed by evidence, Floyd's death was not caused by the knee on his neck, but by the battered condition of his heart, the near-lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, and his anxiety and panic of being arrested and fearing, as he wailed, that he was going to be shot.
The prosecution will counterclaim the knee on the neck and the two other cops sitting on him precipitated the stabbing of his heart.
The prosecution faces other issues.
How could Chauvin, who arrived late to the scene, know Floyd was a drug addict with a serious heart condition and fentanyl in his system?
What was Chauvin trying to do when he arrived to see two Ricky cops trying to cope with a powerfully built six-foot-four, 220-pound man?
I say he must have been much heavier than that.
Violently resisting arrest.
Did Chauvin put his knee on Dwight's neck to kill him, to torture or injure him, or did he use a technique to restrain him?
Prosecutors have contained the knee was a criminal assault, but that raises other questions.
Is placing the knee on the neck an outlawed or prohibited procedure?
No, on the contrary.
He was clearly familiar with the technique.
In a motion to dismiss the charge he himself faces in the death of Lloyd, the former police officer Thomas Lane included 30 pages of the Minneapolis PD training manual materials, including information on maximal restraint technique, including photo of an officer with a knee on a suspect's neck, similar to what Chauvin did.
In preparing for the trial, Minneapolis has fortified concrete barriers, fences, razor wire.
The courthouse will be hell.
And if a mob does take to the street, as it did last summer, the national reaction will be telling.
How does one accurately describe a crowd that gathers outside a courthouse to demand of the threat of riot a verdict of guilty?
And should a riot occur in protest in Louisville, Seattle, and Portland point to another such long hot summer?
Would we expect our new national leaders, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, to denounce the bomb and stand up for the rule of law?
Absolutely not.
And here we have one of his defense attorneys, Eric Nelson, observing The 27 million settlement is almost certainly going to buy us the trial, precisely as Pat Buchanan described.

Yeah, well I just want to comment too.
You showed that Ben Garrison cartoon at the very beginning.
I think Ben Garrison is the best cartoonist alive right now, both in his artistic skill and his content.
There's no one that comes close to Ben Garrison in terms of telling the truth through cartooning.
Amazing, amazing artwork.
You know, I noticed too that the defense for Chauvin finally asked for a change of venue.
You know, I don't see how you could possibly have a fair trial in Minneapolis with the emotionality, you know, connected with this.
Not to mention the fact that they already awarded a 27 million dollar, you know, suit, wrongful death suit, which is pretty much admitting guilt.
It doesn't seem fair.
And You know, one interesting thing I've noticed about George Floyd is that he was, you know, not only a very tall man, but very muscular.
And, you know, weightlifting is kind of a hobby for me.
I'm pretty certain that George Floyd lifted weights on a regular basis.
many people have the kind of physique that he showed with his tank top shirt. The man was very
very muscular, almost certain the man lifted weights and that sort of goes against the
kind of lifestyle of someone that's taking fentanyl and methamphetamine.
So it's really hard to know how much of this story is even real. There's so many holes
in it, there's so many lies and you've exposed so much of it previously Jim on other shows
and I'm sure both you guys remember the tiny coffin they had him in when they had it. They
basically gave him a state funeral you know with a horse-drawn carriage and you know that
coffin wasn't big enough for an average size man let alone a six foot four tall buffed out black
dude man. So that's another flaw and so we can we can analyze this this case on several

all phony I lean towards the latter and you know this whole meme I
can't breathe. Isn't that interesting how it connects directly to Kovacs?
You got your mask on you can't breathe people that have kovats supposedly can't breathe and they have to be put on a
ventilator So they can breathe
This is all a little too much coincidence for me.
And then of course, you know, there's the whole 8-4-6 thing.
Supposedly they had, you know, his knee on Floyd's neck for 8 minutes, 46 seconds.
And not coincidentally, that's exactly the time that the first plane supposedly struck the World Trade Tower on 9-11.
A lot of coincidence there for me, Jim.
Scorpio, I think you got it right, that all this is very much contrived, and I think the points you've been making are impeccable.
Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, great, great comments, Scorpio.
I also am leaning toward, was anybody ever killed in this situation at all, or is it all just an orchestrated thing for the cameras?
The stories about how he died and the uncertainty of how he died in that case would be sort of red herrings to maintain the principle assumption that a cop did do this and a guy died somewhere therein.
And it might be that the whole thing is orchestrated.
It reminds me of that cartoon That says the news used to tell us what happened, and then we decided what we were supposed to think about it.
But now, we're told how we're supposed to think or feel about something, and we have to determine whether it actually happened or not.
I can't breathe.
Just like Scorpio said, it's just too much coincidence.
And I don't know if you guys noticed or not, but the winning song, the song that won the Emmy for the best song of 2020 was, I can't breathe.
Just in time for the trial, you know, this $27 million payment handed to the family is it strikes me as being very similar to the big payments handed out and other false flags like that.
And it ends up being basically hush money.
They're told that this is what we're going to do.
And you're going to make a lot of money.
So don't break the chain.
And that harkens back to that famous statement by Israel Cohen at the In the 1920s about using racial tension as their most powerful tool to bring down the United States.
No doubt about it.
Jim, can I add one more thing?
Of course.
Yeah, I left out something important.
You know, Tucker Carlson and some other people have pointed out that this knee on the neck thing was actual part of Minneapolis police training.
So I don't see how you could possibly convict, you know, if we take this as a real event, which I doubt, but let's just assume it for the sake of argument.
How can you convict an officer for enacting behavior that was part of his training?
I just don't see how that's going to fly in any kind of anything short of a Stalin Stalinistic show trial.
Yeah, and Dave, I believe in that same broadcast, Tucker showed several examples of other cops in different locations, or maybe in Minnesota.
I mean, in Minneapolis, applying the exact same thing, right?
Yeah, your points are excellent.
That's absolutely correct.
I don't see how he can be convicted if it's a legitimate trial.
Meanwhile, Biden's relief bill crossed the red line.
He's giving unemployed parents up to $92,000 to sit at home.
This is stunning.
A part of the $1.9 trillion stimulus package.
Both parties have problems.
The Republicans seem to dislike it more.
When the epidemic was at its peak, the government passed down individual relief checks as well as unemployment assistance.
Critics say they went too far, citing examples of people receiving more money for staying home rather than going to work.
The latest stimulus package seems to give citizens incentives to not work.
If you are a parent with three or more children, you're in line for a serious chunk of change.
The combination of child tax credits, enhanced unemployment benefits, and stimulus payments in the newly signed COVID relief bill would create a powerful disincentive for working.
How much?
A bit of back-of-the-envelope math suggests a family with two parents who are not working and three kids could make the equivalent of more than $92,000.
That almost doesn't seem possible, but the numbers are difficult to ignore.
The bill offers $300 a week bonus on top of regular state benefits to start.
Breitbart is the example of an average New Jersey unemployment payout of $419 a week.
That means you'd be getting 719 a week for each parent, 1,438 per household per week,
which is already 74,776 a year on top of which, the first 10,000 of benefits can't be taxed.
It turns out to be more when you have three children, each nets the household 3,600 in refundable tax credits,
which would boost the overall earning to 85,576.
The stimulus checks push the total over 92,000 without either parent having a job.
It's important to note the benefits aren't permanent, But look, you'd think they'd want to incentivize getting back to work and as quickly as possible.
Sitting at home does nothing but drain our resources.
Apparently though, Democrats disagree and maintain such assistance is necessary to keep families afloat.
This is fairly stunning stuff.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, you know, this is stunning.
But of course, you know, on the flip side, Grouper Joe is already talking about the biggest tax increase since the 1990s.
So they're going to get that money back from you one way or another, it seems.
And, you know, the most disturbing part of this bill that I've seen, I've looked through it pretty carefully, they're going to use this bill as a excuse for a massive land grab for green energy projects.
So you're going to see, you know, literally millions of acres scooped up by the federal
government to build windmills and solar panels, whatever, but they're just going to take away
more and more land.
And you know, the biggest land grab before that was, of course, when they created the
BLM, the not Black Lives Matter, but the Bureau of Land Management, which scooped up, you
know, millions and millions of acres.
And people forget that before there was the BLM, there was the possibility where you could homestead and get acreage if you lived on a property and developed it to a certain degree for a year, you were given title of the property by the government.
And that didn't even end until the 1960s.
It wasn't that long ago that that still existed.
But the BLM put an end to all of that.
And what I'm seeing, if you look at the big picture here, what they're doing is they're going to destroy the real economy and sort of keep people satiated and happy, fat and happy, giving them checks, while the government takes over the real economy, takes a wrecking ball to small business opportunities, and essentially will have an economy completely under the control of the government.
And, you know, even the mainstream media now is admitting that nearly $1 trillion in this bill is unaccounted for.
And I've been saying that since the beginning.
I couldn't find a complete accounting of the $1.9 trillion.
I've heard it admitted on mainstream media sources that there's almost a trillion that is unaccounted for.
So where is that money going?
I think it's just going to be a giant slush fund.
Yeah, that was great stuff.
as needed for whatever program or cause they want to enact at the moment without any accountability.
Well, Scorpio, you make very telling points. Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, that was great stuff about, that's how I see it too.
These, yet another, I don't know how many in a row this is, maybe three or four in a row now,
multi-trillion dollar explosions of U.S.
dollars, and not even given to the American people, but given to whoever writes the bill thinks needs it.
To me, it's an application, at least tangentially, of what was called the Cloward-Piven strategy from the 60s of bringing down specifically the United States government by overwhelming the budget with social programs and bringing about the collapse of the dollar.
And in the meantime, it's like, here, slaves, here's a few crumbs for the table.
See if this will get you through to next month as The people of this country see the inflation and financial collapse destroy their financial security in the long term.

It's a total joke.
The guy is completely incompetent.
Look at this.

He doesn't even have anything on the 18th.
Biden can barely handle one event a day, while Trump worked 15 to 18 hours a day for the American people.
So it's probably nap time for him.
Meanwhile, the Biden administration is in hot water for attacking Tucker Carlson.
And the reason it's in hot water is because the First Amendment specifically precludes the government from interfering with the rights of citizens.
On March 9th, Tucker sent Biden's updates to military standards, including uniforms for pregnant women.
Are making a mockery of the armed forces.

And therefore, the whole effort to move forward with the vaccines is really without making knowledge available to the individuals that there are options and the risks and benefits, clear violations thereof.

COVID-19 vaccine is not even a vaccine, but a physical technology designed to induce illness.

Let's stipulate this is not a vaccine.
We're using the term vaccine to sneak this thing under public health exemptions, but
it's not.
It's an mRNA package in a fat envelope delivered to a cell, a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator.
It's not a vaccine.
That's a legally defined term, and they're legally defined under public health law, under CDC and FDA standards.
A vaccine has to stimulate both an immunity within a person, but to disrupt transmission, and that's not what this is.
They've been abundantly clear that the mRNA strand going into the cell is not to stop transmission.
It is a treatment.
But if it was discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic air of the public health authorities because people would say, well, what are the alternative treatments like HCQ and others?
The use of the term is unconscionable and both a legal definition because it's a sucker punch.

If you actually talked about it as a therapy, Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer.
If we're going to give people prophylactic therapy for cancer they don't have, you'd be laughed out of the room because it's such a stupid idea, but that's exactly what this is.

And if we were honest, we would actually call what it is a chemical pathogen device meant to unleash a chemically pathogen production within a cell.
A medical device, not a drug.
It's made to make you sick.
80% of those who get the virus are asymptomatic, meaning they have no symptoms at all.
80% of those who get this injection have a clinically adverse event.
You're getting injected with a chemical substance to induce illness, not to induce an immunotransmission response.
In other words, nothing about this is going to stop you from transmitting anything.
This is about getting you sick, not making you cured.
The so-called mRNA vaccine doesn't contain any piece of a pathogen.
The mRNA mRNA non-vaccine is a synthetic code whose purpose is to create a synthetic spike protein in every cell of the human body.
This dormant pathogen has the ability to activate when fused with the other half of a binary poison, a two-part poison Just as Scorpio has been saying when they get the other half of the poison, saying next time around in the fall, the effects are going to be devastating.
Synthetic proteins elicit the immune response, not the mRNA.
The DNA present in every cell is turned into codes for the protein.
The mRNA is an intermediary between gene and protein.
What that means is that, by definition, an mRNA vaccine isn't actually a vaccine, because it doesn't actually elicit an immune response, because the body is now genetically modified.
When the next naturally occurring coronavirus, like the common cold, infects the body, the immune system would mistakenly interpret it as an antibody attack and begin to attack itself, producing the aforementioned cytokine storm.
That's about as clear a statement as I think we can find out there.

And essentially, you know, it was just this guy was fined.
It was either $5 or $50 for not going along with some public health measure.
They never said, well, we can force you to take a vaccine or we can force you to do something

So this has been blown out of proportion as to what the case was.
And it's a real extrapolation to try to say, well, therefore, we can force you to do anything
because of the Jacobson case.
It's absurd.
And, you know, I've been saying this since the beginning, Jim.
This is intended to bring a new system of medical tyranny, and here this woman is finally admitting it in the tweet you showed, that they want to punish people and destroy your life unless you take the vaccine, and that is just the beginning.
This isn't going to be a one-time deal.
This will be a yearly affair, or even more than once a year, new vaccines.
And a clear breach of the Nuremberg Code.
What we're seeing here in the U.S.
is just what they were doing in Israel.
Exactly. And, you know, now they're trying to test children as young as six years old
with this vaccine. And they're pushing this idea that we got to vaccinate the school children.
You know, we got to. And it's like a car manufacturer saying you need to buy a new car or forcing
you to buy a new car. That's essentially what these vaccine companies are doing. But here's
the thing. If they start vaccinating young children with this so-called vaccine, I don't
think these children will ever have a functioning immune system. And so they're going to be
dependent on more vaccines every single year. And that is the goal to create a new race
of humans that are completely dependent on vaccines to survive. And I think people need
to see what's coming. Keep an eye on the schools and keep an eye on what they're doing to the
children, because that's the ultimate goal there. You know, they're playing a long game.
They want to capture the next generation and have them so that all they know is this system
of slavery. And lastly, I would just say in terms of states reopening, you know, we can't
ask for our freedom back.
We have to take it back because tyrants will never give up power willingly once they have taken that power.
They never give it up.
That's a truth, a truthism throughout history.

If Kamala assumes the role of President, it's not true that Nancy Pelosi would become the Vice.

So what does the Constitution say?
The 25th Amendment passed in 65, ratified in 67.
If the president can't serve his or her full term, the vice president assumes a role.
But it's not true.
The speaker or any other predetermined individual automatically becomes vice president.
Upon becoming president, the former vice president would use another individual to become his or her vice president.
But that then requires ratification by both of the houses of Congress.
Only if both the president and the vice president were simultaneously unable to serve as president would the Speaker of the House assume to the presidency.
Thank goodness for that.

I want to put in a final thought to encourage everyone out there to draw a line with this vaccine, receiving this vaccine, and to do what you can.
Probably most of the people who are listening to this won't get the vaccine, but we all know people around us in our circle of friends and family who need to be told Not to do this.
I started studying vaccines in general probably about 2005, and I read Sherry Tenpenny's book, Saying No to Vaccines, about 2008, and gradually became aware of all the, not only was the vaccine paradigm in general phony, but The extraordinarily oppressive things and censorship that they were laying on people who were trying to tell the truth about it.
I also thought was suspicious because I had thought before that, that this vaccine regime was just about the money made by Big Pharma with those vaccines.
But over time, I started to suspect That there was another agenda here that was not being spoken other than just the making of money.
I began to suspect that the powers that be wanted to maintain this belief in vaccines among the public so precisely so they could be used as a Trojan horse to get something into the bodies of as many people of humanity as possible.
So boy, does that intuition ever hitting home these days.
It's come true in spades.
These vaccines weren't developed in the wake of the COVID crisis.
