Welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News here on Monday, March the 8th.
It's International Women's Day, and we're so happy to have an international woman here, Stephanie Sledge, joining us for the first time.
She's probably going to be a study with us, and I understand it's going to be an exceptional children's day, so you're going to want to watch this.
So, we have Stephanie, and we also have Jim Fessler, of course, the most ageless man in America, and Scott Bennett.
The most articulate military expert who knows what's really going on behind the scenes.
And boy, we need to see what's going on there.
So let's get it going here, Jim.
Well, Don, you were prophetic when you set out to call your show Truth vs. News because there's no truth in the news and what the American people need to know they're not going to find there.
Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders has praised the passage of the COVID relief bill, which went 50 to 49 with no Republican support, $1.9 trillion.
The package, among many other things, increases direct payments by $1,400, extends unemployment benefits, reduces child poverty, ensures we're vaccinating as many as possible.
The American people are hurting, Bernie said.
This goes a long way to addressing it.
Others are not so sure.
While it includes an extension of weekly unemployment benefits, Manchin, the West Virginia senator, caused a more than 11-hour delay, ultimately leading to a reduced boost of $300 per week.
Not included in the legislation was a provision to increase the federal wage to $1,500.
Some are sorting out what's really going on here, such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis They're talking about how they are looting the treasury to benefit the Democrat states who have not properly conducted their economies.
So if you're locked down, you destroyed your own economy, you're getting a windfall.
But states like Florida that have saved their economies are getting the short end of the stick.
Here's a graph that substantiates Where the red states are leading the recovery.
North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Utah, Kansas, Alabama.
Very impressive!
The red states also have the lowest unemployment.
Here's another map showing new job postings, and you see the darker green, the more jobs, and they're predominantly in Republican-controlled states.
Not only that, but getting kids back into school again, it's the Republican-controlled states who are leading the way.
Then we have the Pelosi payoff.
Actually, it turns out only 9% of this $1.9 trillion is going to health spending.
The rest, union pensions, blue state bailouts, Planned Parenthood, universities, National Endowment for the Arts, Schumer's Bridge, Pelosi's Tunnel.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, that's a very good encapsulation of the true situation.
These democrat, socialist, communist states like California and Nevada and Washington State and Oregon have totally not only shut down their economies, but tried to lobotomize their citizenry.
They have traumatized their children irreparably.
They have turned the populations into California into a ghost of what it was.
Infuriating and bizarre to see these morons walking all over the state, running and exercising, wearing masks, this paranoia, this communist impulse, we're all in it together as if there's a giant tsunami looming or some sort of natural disaster.
This is the state of mind the Democrats want.
They thrive in this.
They want to be perceived as the tossers of bread at the circuses for the masses and continuing to be their pimp, their drug dealer that gives people free money.
Well, it's not free, and DeSantis captures it well.
But I think what they're not counting on is The blowback that citizens are beginning to unleash against Gavin Newsom, for example.
He's about to be recalled because he has been such a tragic failure, and I think that is going to apply to Megan Whitmer and many of these other governors.
So, DeSantis is rising up as a leading contender I would say for the presidency of the United States, with Christy Noem as his vice president pick, I think that would be the golden ticket for the next election.
Because again, if Donald Trump does not come in and miraculously rescue the country with an operation within an operation within an operation, Then he'll be seen himself as a tragic figure, a hypocrite, a coward, and a liar that betrayed the Constitution by failing in the one moment that a president is needed most, to defend it against foreign and domestic enemies.
Now I hope that's not the case.
I hope Trump comes riding in on a white horse.
But every day that goes by, the public's confidence in that begins to wane, and his popularity begins to dip down and become less significant, and more importantly, borders on the despisal.
So this is a time for some quick action, and I don't think we have very long.
And if Trump doesn't do it, then he'll be cast aside, And a new vigor will be embraced by people to carry them forward, Jim.
Stephanie, your thoughts?
Well, I think that the Trump train has already sailed, and there's a good article up on the blog, thegovernmentrag.com, written by Jack Mullen, called Trumped and Dumped, and I think that right now we're still living in a world where a lot of patriots or people are sitting back waiting for a
king to come and I don't think that's going to happen. I think that
the bailouts and you know all this stimulus COVID Nonsense is you know, it's just a distraction and we are
headed for a severe economic collapse That it's it's inevitable
I mean we have to we we owe the world so much money and we don't have any assets to back it and our money
Is not real It can only be held off for so long.
And you know, I commend states like South Dakota because South Dakota is one of the
leading the nation in kicking the federal government out of their state.
And the governor there, and I apologize, I can't remember her name, but you know,
Yeah, she did not, you know, she did not make anybody wear masks and none of these mandates, you know, are there.
And I used to live in South Dakota and pondered moving back, but that's how I feel about it.
Like, you know, this stimulus package too is just a big giant bailout for, you know, more failed government agencies failing Well, as much as I might like to disagree with either of you, I don't find any justification for doing so.
As more states lift mandates, most major retailers are still requiring face masks.
That's pretty disappointing.
We actually have 17 states that are rolling back.
West Virginia is signing a letter letting restaurants and small businesses fully open.
The order contains caveats.
They can only open if there's social distancing, bars, if they have physical seating for every patron, but they're moving in the right direction.
Justice is not withdrawing his mask mandate at this point, even though he's aware nobody can stand wearing them.
The change comes as West Virginia saw an 88% decrease in the average daily COVID deaths.
And active COVID cases decreased for 48 consecutive days.
Only 200 are hospitalized in the state.
With one of the most efficient vaccine distribution systems in the country, administering about 9 to 10 of the doses it's received, West Virginia is vaccinated 532,805 people against the virus.
I wish I could say that was all a good thing, but with the hazards the vaccinations represent, I cannot, reiterating the reasons mandatory face masks are unsafe, ineffective, and immoral.
New York dentists are reporting half their patients suffering decayed teeth, receding gum lines, seriously sour breath from wearing masks.
Masking children triggers mouth breathing, which brings about long, narrow faces, narrow mouths, high palatial vaults, dental malocclusion, gummy smiles, and other unattractive facial features.
Moisture and germs collecting can cause facial skin lesions, irritant dermatitis, or worse, acne, permanent scarring linked to depression and suicidal thoughts.
Masks also can bring about an elevated risk of COVID where the exhaled viruses are unable to escape and concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves, and travel to the brain.
But Dr. Meehan has emphasized reports from all over the world that bacterial pneumonia are on the rise as a result of moisture collected in the face mask, where Anthony Tony the Rat Fauci participated in a study of the swine flu That the Spanish flu that surrounded the world and killed tens of millions and found most deaths were not from the flu, but from bacterial pneumonia, which, surprise, surprise, is promoted by wearing face masks, resulting in supporting two, three, or four.
It's absurd.
Meanwhile, mask wearing produces anxiety and fear, which down-regulates the immune system and creates an irrational fear of germs, false sense of protection, leading to anti-social, even hostile behavior toward those not wearing masks.
Most mask coverings, by the way, are made with toxic and carcinogenic chemicals, including fire retardant, fiberglass, lead, polyfluorinated chemicals, and formaldehyde.
Not good, not good.
Not to mention the addition that we're sabotaging the mental, emotional, and physical health of our children.
I fear the impact may be long-term, if not permanent.
Observe Dr. Joseph Mercola, who has been brilliant here.
Get this, American children are 10 times more likely to die from suicide than from COVID.
Fair Health Assessed's $32 billion private insurance claim published a study showing the COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on mental health, especially for young people facing stress and loneliness from school closures, isolation, and remote learning.
Tucker Carlson did a good job of reporting this.
Children are 10 times more likely to die from suicide than from the coronavirus they're meant to be protected from.
Turns out insurance claims for intentional self-harm are up 90% for last year, as high as 300% in heavy lockdown areas.
Not only that, but it turns out that not only are the pharmaceutical companies immune from liability, but insurance won't pay off if you die from a COVID vaccine because they're experimental.
Scott, the American people have no idea the risks they're encountering with these vaccinations.
Your thoughts?
Well, that's a very good list of the different physical, scientific health damage that these masks do, you know, particularly to children, and the facial abnormalities and the deformities are quite striking, and the effect it has on people and children in particular.
It is every reason that is needed to to stop wearing them all together.
They should never have been worn in the first place as we've known, but this has never been about containing a disease or a flu or a virus or whatever you want to call this.
This has never been about that because scientifically a mask does not restrain or stop Something of this nature.
They've done the math on it, and it's too small.
But what this has been about is, again, triggering a massive psychological operation upon the American people, backing it up with political actions and responses in order to hobble President Trump in the election.
And they did this with the multidimensional fake ballots, ballot manipulations, voter fraud, On November 3rd, the COVID-19 was necessary to get to create the burning tire, smoke-in-the-air camouflage to conceal their operations.
And that's essentially, I think, what this whole thing was about from January onward was about the election.
And traumatizing and trying to do this great reset.
And it has led to what we've always known, which was the despicable, sickening, perverse nature of the Democrat mind, the liberal leftist mind, their natural hostility and their natural madness and fanaticism is all coming out.
And again, Donald Trump's election, the gross fraud that was revealed, really is in the absence of prosecuting this, the absence of the military special operations going in and grabbing these servers, the absence of this being made a national security threat, That warranted a massive military response to declare martial law in these states that were the main criminals in this matter, shows us we really are a country with retard political leaders.
And a society of similar-minded citizens that really don't deserve the freedom that their forefathers bestowed upon them, because they're not willing to stand up and fight for it when it comes.
Every single person in every single state, if they threw down the mask or burned it and said, we will not violate our constitutional rights to life and liberty, By obeying unconstitutional orders that a governor does not have the authority to to issue.
You do not have a right to violate constitutional rights of people except in time of war and a rebellion.
This does not qualify.
So these actions by governors and these mandates of masks are totally unconstitutional, totally illegal, But yet, the real observation is the stupidity and the cowardice and the weakness and the moral softness and really just the brainless, limited capability to really understand this that pervades the entire American continent.
And I don't think it says we're going to be a society that is going to survive very long with such an atrocious low mental and spiritual strength level.
And I hope I'm wrong, but this does not bode well for the future, Jim.
Yeah, one thing about this whole mask mandate and the perfect timing with the election, you know, all of 2020 shut down.
You know, it's just, it is so true.
I mean, there's so many health problems with people with masks.
I mean, humans are not supposed to be living with a mask.
We're supposed to be breathing free.
And, you know, it's almost like it feels like walking around and seeing all these zombies everywhere that are willing to muzzle themselves.
I mean, they're muzzled.
And I go into convenience stores and I go everywhere without a mask.
And it was really sad the other day because I was in a convenience store with about 15
people waiting in line.
And there was a woman and what appeared to be maybe her son, about seven years old, and
he was wearing a mask.
The little boy was wearing a mask.
And it made me sad, but the way he was looking at me, it was like he was afraid because why
wasn't I wearing a mask?
And so, you know, our youth are being taught that they need to be muzzled.
And then when they see someone that is not muzzled, then they're fearful.
And so I agree with all of the mental health issues that are caused from this, as well as the health concerns.
And, you know, like Governor Justice here in West Virginia, you know, I don't really think a whole lot of West Virginians even listen to him in the first place.
You know, The only people that muzzled themselves were the business owners and of course there's a lot of businesses as we all know have failed during this time and you know the hotel restaurant industry was the hardest hit I think as far as
The mask mandates and I thought that was interesting that they would choose the hotel restaurant management or industry as the first target to shut down because you know of our food chain and economic collapse as well that's coming Jim.
I think those points are all well taken, and the fact that the federal government is now so weak, it's so widely understood the election was fraudulent, that Joe Biden is a fake, that he has no authority, that the states are beginning to assert themselves, which I believe are going to have a lot of long-term benefits for the nation.
Meanwhile, North and South Dakota have passed bills to invalidate all unconstitutional Biden orders.
How thematic!
A bill passed the state's house on February 11th with overwhelming support of 79 to 13 Currently being considered in North Dakota's Senate, will be sent to Governor Doug Bergen's desk to be signed into law, specifically targeting executive orders related to the use of land, regulations on agriculture and natural resources such as coal and oil, on finance, pandemics and other health emergencies, and a constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
Each state has a right to reject unconstitutional laws from the federal government, and this bill is emblematic of the fact many states are not going to allow an out-of-control executive branch to usurp their constitutional rights, especially if Biden were to pack the Supreme Court with far-left living document judges South Dakota has a similar bill doing the very same things.
The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, not Joe Biden's executive orders, where he is ruling as though he were a king.
Polls show almost no Republicans believe he was the legitimate winner of the 2020 election.
Not even half of registered voters No wonder many Americans don't believe the election outcome was legitimate.
Even popular show host Stephen Crowder found hundreds of fake addresses provided by voters around the country and spoke to a Nevada election worker who admitted they have no verification process or ID requirement and cannot go back to retroactively expunge invalid votes from the list.
Meanwhile, Trump has sent legal notices to the RNC, the RNCC, and the RNSC to stop using his name in likeness.
This is a rather fascinating development.
Trump has instructed his supporters to donate to his campaign website and Save America Political Action Committee, suggesting he's building financial leverage over the RNC The cease and desist letter substantiates that theory, which appears to be more plausible than that he's actually creating a new party, since the members of Congress are one or the other.
You wouldn't have a lot of Patriot Party members in Congress.
I think he's wanting to affirm his control over the Republican Party.
If he wanted to, he could basically bankrupt them into submission.
I know there are a lot of people in the Trump world who are rightfully angry with how the RNC raised so much money when they were jointly connected, did not appreciate it, or didn't appropriate to the efforts they would like, such as election integrity.
Scott, I think that's what's going on.
Your thoughts?
I think that's a great sign.
I mean, Donald Trump is the Republican Party.
He's not creating a new party, because the math would be too divisive.
You'd have people over the age of 65, 70, unable to get their mind triggered to vote for anything else, so they'd always vote Republican, and that splits the vote between the young Patriot Party Lion-faced, roaring, you know, Trump supporter and the traditional establishment Republican.
So, you're best to take the Republican Patriot Party, you know, warrior spirit, those who love Trump and were wanting a new party, you're best to bring that white hot energy of passion in and replace all the Republican establishment types.
Bring in that new blood And you will have a revitalized party, and it has to be, of course, I think, based on traditional family values, economic entrepreneurship, and getting off this endless war nonsense that Bush Cheney put us on, and get back to America first, making America great again.
Who cares about the rest of the world?
We're not their policemen, we're not their high priest.
So Trump is wise to sweep the legs out from underneath them, And they really have a criminal culpability too, Jim, because of all the money that people donated for Trump's legal challenge of the election.
Patrick Byrne did a series of articles on this, and a lot of the money was siphoned off by Giuliani and these people, and just was totally wasted.
That it wasn't really used for what people were giving it to.
So, you know, the party needs a serious gutting, and I think Trump's the man to do it.
And you're seeing more of these states rise up and do exactly what we were leading the charge on, Jim.
No one talked about this except us, and now we see South Dakota, North Dakota, Oklahoma Following what we were prescribing, and that is that the states and the individual citizens need to take to the street, get in the ground game, go on the ground war, and challenge Biden as an illegitimate, unconstitutional president.
He's not the president.
None of his executive orders have any power, have any legal authority, and citizens need to go to their local governments and declare Missed Prison of Felony and Missed Prison of Treason and declared to their governments, be advised, you are hereby served legal notice.
The affidavits contained in Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and the legal team that did the assessment, the analytics, has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Joe Biden was unconstitutionally elected.
He is not the president and no order from his Should be recognized.
No agency of a federal character, meaning the Bureau of Land Management, or the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, or FBI, or any of these other federal Gestapo agencies, none of them should be allowed into any state, any county, to do any operation that is a Biden operation.
Law enforcement is one thing, but Biden sending these agents to go in and claim people's guns, which he has done under red flag laws, cannot be tolerated.
He is a traitor and any orders from him that are obeyed by government officials is an act of treason.
That's the legal case that has to go forward.
I'm glad South Dakota, North Dakota and others are following suit because you're going to witness every executive order.
Whether it's wearing a mask or anything to do with firearms, all of those orders are unconstitutional and will not be observed or respected.
So I think in one sense, too, we may be witnessing, as we said before, Jim, the breakup of the United States into regionalized confederations.
of like-minded moral people and states, so the Dakotas, the Midwest, all of these re-coagulations around moral and political independence from this left-wing authoritarianism which Biden and the Democrats and their media morons like Cuomo and Don Lamon and all these other idiots, including many on Fox News.
People in these wholesome states, these traditional states, are going to be essentially just flipping the middle finger at Biden and everybody around him and saying, no, we're not recognizing you.
We're not recognizing you because we would be in violation of the Constitution if we did.
We'd be recognizing a foreign asset, a foreign puppet, Deng Xiaoping or Joe Biden, whatever you want to call him, one and the same.
And I think this is going to only embolden and get stronger.
And like I said last week, the American people know what the left did.
The left know that we know.
They committed fraud, they committed crimes, they committed treason, they will be held accountable.
They know that they've been caught.
And they are like an animal in a bear trap gnawing off their paw.
They are desperate to try and cast us all as domestic terrorists, desperate to try and trigger some false flag.
I presume they may even try and assassinate Biden to blame it on a Trump supporter.
But this is just the sign of the left coming apart at the seams.
The Republicans and the conservatives in this country need to rise up solidly and slowly but with uncompromising dedication and not surrender or yield to these fascists or we'll never have a free state of America again.
Jim?
Don, your thoughts?
Yeah, really quickly.
You say that Biden being illegitimate, his executive orders have no They're not good.
But how about the fact that the pipeline and the border and everything, those things went through immediately.
I thought the executive order had to have 30 days to be evaluated before it would have an effect.
But these went into effect immediately and we're all screwed on these.
We're having real problems because those executive orders are taking effect.
Is there something wrong there?
Am I misreading something?
Well, they have to be posted on the Federal Register for comments.
I think you're seeing a reaction to them, even though they're not formally efficacious.
They're having practical effects.
People are responding to them because they anticipate they will be formally efficacious.
Stephanie, your thoughts?
Well, Lou Rockwell wrote a perfect article a few weeks ago.
It was called, Down with the Presidency.
And I think that Americans need to really look at the fact that, you know, what's happened to this country.
And I don't take the left or the right pill, the red or the blue pill.
I think that all sides are compromised and it needs to, the whole, all of it needs to be drained and rebuilt again.
Like I said on the Power Hour earlier, we're going to have to do that.
We the people have to do that.
We can't wait around for a king to run the country and drain a swamp.
That has to be we the people.
We're going to have to get down to business and do it county by county and drain it all.
I just firmly believe that the Trump card, where You know, so many people are waiting around for Trump to be a miracle worker and to come drain a swamp that he himself is a part of.
And I think that the left-right paradigm is just a media hoax where, you know, left versus the right.
But what I do agree with is the fact that I see a major shift when it comes to people that are on the liberal side or take the blue pill, and we're seeing America change into more accepting of communism.
And so we've got to clean this up, and we're going to have to do it real quickly before We do see more mandates.
As far as the mandates go, Washington DC is just a corporation.
Biden's just running a company.
We're all owned to that company.
We're not sovereign anymore.
And so all these executive orders, I'm glad to see that a lot of states are rising up and saying, we're not going to comply with that.
And Missouri can be added to the list too, because they just now came aboard and that's what's going to have to happen.
Taking it back county by county, state by state.
And where we have no, you know, we don't, we don't give them any more authority.
The federal government needs no more authority.
And I'd like to add, too, that I did go to the CSPOA convention and one of the things, a quote here, it says, the office of governor is a creature of the Constitution.
It comes from the Constitution.
So if he suspends the Constitution, what does it also suspend?
It also suspends his authority and office.
I found that to be quite interesting because that's exactly what these governors are doing.
They have suspended their own authority in office by declaring the, by suspending the constitution
within the states and a lot of these liberal states.
You know, I live in West Virginia, which is red and I have to cross over to Maryland all the time,
which is a blue state.
And you know, it's like zombie world, a difference, the whole difference over there.
So, Jim.
That's really fascinating.
Scott's suggestion about the regional groupings of states.
The problem with that, as I see it, is simply that it destroys the character of the United States as a world power.
In other words, you're going to have a balkanization of, as it were, much smaller states.
And our influence in staying in the world is going to be dramatically different now.
One could debate whether that's a good thing or a bad.
But do you agree, Scott, that would be almost certainly the outcome?
Yeah.
Well, it would, Jim.
It would.
And in a sense, you know, China is a rising federal nationalistic sort of state.
And you have to look at China's integrity of their society and their family and their, you know, sense of marriage and things like that.
There's a whole different culture in China that is very authoritarian, but the efficiency of that is it creates a very solid, homogeneous sort of society that is very streamlined and very Very virulent and anxious to expand and stretch its empirical wings.
We've seen the bell curve of empires, and it's inevitable from the Roman to the Greek to the British, and now the American bell curve.
The bell curve is coming back down to the lower right.
It's descending and it's precisely because of the moral erosion of the family and sexuality has translated into schizophrenia and selfishness and narcissism and on top of that you've got a whole medicated society from every drug imaginable Statins and and I mean you could a whole A to Z and that has those are variables in the equation what must be calculated into the social disintegration the economic disintegration the military disintegration and the political disintegration of a society.
So, these are not just Pollyanna-ish talking points.
These are very important variables that can be calculated to look at the eventual disintegration of a society.
So, when this inevitably starts happening, you're going to have rotten, corrosive areas of the country that You know, without a spiritual religious revival of, you know, almost epic Christ's second coming or some sort of massive 1800s sort of revival.
Absent of that, you're going to have places like Detroit and Chicago and New York and these leftist-dominated areas and San Francisco, you see parts of it, continue to wither and rot And then that's why people will depart from the rot and go to safe states with their children and their wives and their families, like the Dakotas, like Texas.
And the inevitable thing of that is, yes, it stops our global expansion.
And it begins to kind of retract us into our own defensive position.
Thank God we've got the Pacific and the Atlantic to provide a certain buffer, but we also have a massive invasion of the South, so I could see either two ways.
This leads to the balkanization and the fracturing and the consolidation of America's moral character, people gravitating in certain areas.
Or, again, you could have a massive civil war where the people that voted for Trump really have a sweep and remove, by all means necessary, all of these impediments, these leftist, the authoritarian impulses, a forbidding of federal agencies in states, Remember this, too.
The Bureau of Land Management and all these federal agencies are totally unconstitutional.
There is no constitutional allowance for federal parks.
The federal government can only have land for bases, Navy bases and Army bases or Air Force bases.
They are not entitled to federal parks.
That has been a grotesque corruption since Teddy Roosevelt started it.
It caused The Malheur refuge conflict, it caused Lavoie Finnegan to be murdered by the FBI Gestapo ran under Kate Brown in Oregon.
These actions against the citizenry have not been forgotten.
They will be amplified under Biden and I think we're going to witness very soon a Boston Tea Party moment or a series of them.
And a kinetic flash is going to ignite, and you could see police and FBI and some of these federal forces retracting and retreating very quickly, because they know if they face the guerrilla fight against the American people, they're going to lose.
So I think we're going to witness some Aggression that is going to be responded to and the response either America will come apart in December or it will go through a Trump 2.0.
Jim?
Well, it's pretty clear that the Democrats... Before we get there, there's no evidence that free speech online causes hate crimes.
This, of course, is undermining the reasons for all this massive censorship.
A report prepared by the Department of Commerce National Telecommunication and Information Administration Sources close to the drafting suspect bureaucrats and establishment politicians with a vested interest in the hate crimes panic wanted to suppress it because its conclusions challenged the popular media narrative alleging a rise in hate crimes is caused by it.
According to a source who formerly worked in the Trump administration, the updated report was bitterly opposed by the Civil Rights Division, the part of the DOJ responsible for prosecuting hate crimes, where the Civil Rights Division is also at the forefront of efforts to drum up hysteria over white nationalist extremism Nevertheless, it was approved by the Office of Management and Budget.
It doesn't publicly appear on any government website, but what it states, the evidence does not show that during the last decade, a time of expansive growth of electronic communications, particularly on the internet and mobile devices, as well as social media, there has been a rise in hate crime incidents.
In other words, there's not even any evidence there's an increase Also, we caution that efforts to control or monitor online speech, even for the worthy goal of reducing crime, present serious First Amendment concerns and runs counter to our nation's dedication of re-expression.
To quote President Barack Obama, a bit ironic in this context, the strongest weapon against hateful speech is not repression, it is more speech.
Where this research, and much like it, fails to demonstrate any causal relationship between increased social media use and increased violence.
It does not present even comprehensive descriptive data correlating increased hate speech on social media with increased hate crime.
And it issues a blustering, a blistering condemnation of Silicon Valley companies for using the hate speech panic to undermine freedom of speech and massive censorship, which pose real dangers to our political system.
Under the hate speech prohibitions and other censorship rules, the platform of removed content that many consider is seriously engaged with pressing political and social issues.
Indeed, and we have suffered from that.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, the myth, the fantasy, the propaganda, the psyop that there's overwhelming white supremacy and white, you know, anger and white attacks on minorities is complete lies.
It's all absolutely complete lies.
The Democrat Party is the party of racism.
The Democrat Party was the party of the Ku Klux Klan, if you will.
The Democrat Party was The party of, you know, racial enslavement and things like that.
The Democrat Party is the party of making everyone a victim and everybody full of hate and envy and aggression and resentment and wanting, you know, what other people have.
The Democrat Party is this party where, you know, no one should speak one common language, so everyone is divided.
All of this is rooted in the divide and conquer, and I think traditional conservative, Republican, Libertarian, Independent types are all on the same page.
We treat each other respectfully, we treat each other well, we treat each other with the dignity that they deserve and how they conduct themselves, their character, their speech, Their intelligence, their moral discipline and restraint.
This is how human society always organizes itself along the lines of intellectual, emotional, spiritual affinity.
And the Democrats, of course, don't like that.
And they try and cloak this agenda of deconstructing the different levels of people's giftedness and skills.
They try and cloak it with this white supremacy agenda.
And I think it's really racially uh... biased at its heart there's been all sorts of uh... previous historical examples of of uh... certain agendas to uh... racially try and uh... you know interbreed or watered down or or engage in the Kalergi plan and there's all sorts of historical examples of some very disturbing uh... societal uh... anthropological plots
But I think, again, at the end of the day, certain communities are not going to be bought into that.
I was at a conference in Las Vegas.
There were blacks, there were Hispanics, there were Asians, there were whites.
They were all conservative.
And you don't see color, you don't see race, you don't see it in the Army either.
So, you know, conservatives and people that have moral, spiritual values and share our love of liberty and law and order, we're not sucked into this animalistic barbarity and this uncouth religious obsession of violence that the left pushes.
And you have no further to look.
Stephanie, your thoughts?
Black Lives Matter mobs that are looting and burning.
They're the ones with the violence, not the white, Caucasian,
or any of the conservative ranks, Jim.
Stephanie, your thoughts.
Well, I agree with all of that.
And I think that hate speech is just another way to criminalize,
put more people in jail under the control of the parole probation offices and...
And also, it's a way to outlaw our First Amendment.
And why not, as we're being muzzled, right?
We get used to not seeing anybody's mouths, but also, you know, being afraid of what we can say.
And we're finding that to be, even in writing, you know.
I mean, look at all the YouTubes that are taken down.
Look at all the articles that get flagged on Facebook and other platforms that are pushing for this type of agenda.
And so, we've got to get off these platforms.
They're destroying America.
This would actually be an appropriate time to play that video that I sent to you, Jim.
So when are kids going to go back to school?
Well, in Los Angeles and other parts of the country, the big reason was, of course, COVID.
But now this teachers union has another reason.
Wait till you learn what it is.
I've got the details from Gateway Pundit, where they report that the United Teachers of Los Angeles, which is the largest and most powerful teachers union in California, rejected Governor Gavin Newsom's school reopening plan.
They said that its leaders labeled it as a recipe for propagating structural racism.
Structural racism?
That's the new reason?
They say that the plan was announced by Newsom and is a Democrat supermajority in the state legislature.
It provides $6.6 billion in taxpayer funding to accelerate the school reopening process while CV cases continue to drop.
They write that the plan unexpectedly includes teeth in its enforcement.
Schools would lose 1% of eligible taxpayer funding for each day they remain closed past the end of March for kids in kindergarten through second grade.
The UTLA slammed Newsom's plan, calling it racist.
In a press release, the union claimed that it benefited rich schools in white areas the most.
Here they are.
We are being unfairly targeted by people who are not experiencing this disease in the same ways as students and families are in our communities.
If this was a rich person's disease, we would have seen a very different response.
We would not have the high rate of infections and deaths.
Now educators are asked instead to sacrifice ourselves, the safety of our students, and the safety of our schools.
LA is at the epicenter in the return to school debate.
While educators work hard to make conditions better through crisis distance learning, we suffer under a failure of leadership.
Who she's screaming at, first of all.
Describe the content.
Yeah.
The teachers union in California, they want to be in total control of when the children go back to school, and they think it's structural racism, basically pitting the whites against the blacks, and I find it outrageous that, you know, the white person Is being labeled the racist right now in the country and you know, I was thinking about heat speech the other day, you know, I was confronted at a grocery store a few weeks back.
I was just minding my own business shopping, and I wasn't wearing a mask.
And the next thing I know, there were two black ladies, approximately maybe 60 years old.
And they confronted me about why I wasn't wearing a mask.
And they were very hostile towards me.
And I just straight out told them, I'm not wearing a mask.
It's not a law, and I don't have to, and I'm not going to.
And they were so angry with me.
They were arguing with me about it.
And so I ended up just walking away.
But as I was walking away, I heard what the lady called me a cracker.
Now, is that hate speech?
Yes.
See, I can be called a cracker, but if I went and said, oh, you know, I want this person to be charged with a hate speech crime, it ain't gonna happen for the white person.
Yeah, and if you call them an N that sounds like digger, What's amazing is all these forms of racism against whites, anti-white racism, don't even count, you know.
It's as though only, there can only be white racism toward other minorities when in fact there are these groups.
I mean, look at the squad for crying out loud, you know.
You also have, let me just say this real quick, you also have the, you know, the gay men in their 50s or 60s chasing down these women in supermarkets, cursing at them, because they're not wearing a mask.
As you said before, and that study showed, this is drawing up, this is stirring up The worst human beings in American society are these scumbag, fascist, authoritarian retards who all they have is conflict and this is their talisman, this is their badge, this is suddenly their hall monitor pass, this is their authority.
Their job is to make sure everyone is not stepping out of line or out of step, and that's what, you know, she's describing.
That's what we all encounter.
Now, the only way to respond to that is, yes, you can politely but firmly say, no, I'm not wearing a mask.
This whole thing is propaganda, and if they elevate it, then you have to be prepared to elevate it louder.
The only way to handle a bully Is to hit them right in the face with words to let them know they will never be able to intimidate or make you submit because they are not interested in your submission, they're interested in your destruction.
Destruction of your identity, destruction of your individuality, and destruction of your liberty and freedom in exchange for the ugly maskless deformity which liberal leftist democrats hide behind.
Jim?
Well, Stephanie has actually handled several situations involving masks in a very effective, tactful fashion.
I've been very impressed with your stories, Stephanie.
They're wonderful stories.
Well, I am a defiant woman, and that's because I'm bred all-American and white.
I am here in this world to have a mission, and that's to wake people up.
I was raised on a farm in the Midwest, and I am very grateful that my family was 100% all-American.
And the constitution, we were raised, you know, what communism was and why we should hate it so much.
And, and, you know, I just, I taught my children that way as well.
And I'm, I'm not going to back down.
I mean, you know, maybe they'll start arresting everybody, but you know what, I'll still be there telling everybody exactly how I feel about it.
And so, you know, it's the ones like me, people are afraid of because.
You know, they're not used to seeing people rise up against anything or just blatantly tell people their opinions about everything.
Everybody's just going along to get along and, you know, bowing down for some reason.
It's real disgusting, in my opinion.
These are all reasons we're delighted to have you be joining us for our show, Stephanie.
This is just wonderful.
Meanwhile, Biden's press secretary has asked why Harris hasn't spoken out on Governor Cuomo after trashing Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
She is among the most vocal critics And this wonderful reporter was pressing her on it, while the Press Secretary continues to evade.
Here we have the exchange between the Fox News reporter Kristen Fischer and the House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
Questions about Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Vice President Kamala Harris was one of the most vocal critics of Justice Brett Kavanaugh or of Senator Al Franken.
When they faced similar allegations, she said repeatedly, I believe them, the women.
But she hasn't said anything about the three women who are accusing Governor Andrew Cuomo.
And now this third accuser, Anna Roushey, actually worked for the Biden-Harris campaign.
So at what point is the first female vice president going to say something about this, press secretary?
Well, I know that's how the vice president continues to feel, and the benefit of doing a briefing every day is I can certainly speak on behalf of the president and the vice president.
So let me reiterate, they both believe every woman coming forward should be heard.
Should be treated with dignity and treated with respect.
As you all know, the New York Attorney General will oversee an independent investigation with subpoena power and the governor's office said he will fully cooperate.
We certainly support that moving forward.
The Reporter.
But as you know, it's one thing to hear it from you and it's appreciated, but it's another thing to hear it from the Vice President or the President himself.
Can we expect to hear from either of them on this topic anytime soon?
Secretary, well, again, I'm speaking on their behalf.
That's how they feel.
They personally both view this as a situation where both all the women coming forward Should be treated with dignity and respect and should have their voices heard.
And that's the representation of their points.
Meanwhile, a former soccer star is removed from the Soccer Council for speaking out against kneeling during the anthem.
This is a former soccer star, Seth John, who was actually booted off of the U.S.
Soccer Federation's Athletic Council after giving a heartfelt speech against kneeling.
The president are saying they didn't hear all the remarks made by Seth John, claiming a bit of ignorance.
Obviously, John knew the type of closed-minded liberals he was dealing with.
Here's what he said.
I'm sure I'm going to ruffle some feathers with what I'm about to say, especially given the Athletic Council I'm on.
But given the evolution of our quote-unquote progressive culture, where everything offends everybody, Those willing to take a knee for an anthem don't care about defending half our country, and when they do so, I don't have much concern in also exercising my First Amendment right, since that's viewed as an exercise of theirs.
He went on to note many players oppose Neely but are scared to say so publicly that America deserves credit for going to war to end slavery, that police killing unarmed black men is a rare event, and that they shouldn't be politicizing sports, with which I agree 100%.
However, what happened was 71% of the council voted to allow players to kneel during the anthem and bounced him off the council for telling the truth.
In a statement to Fox News, they claim, the Athletes' Council does not tolerate this type of language and finds it incompatible with membership on the council.
I understand that each person has a right to his or her own opinion.
There are opinions that go beyond the realm of what is appropriate or acceptable, in my opinion.
Those of the council are the ones that are inappropriate and unacceptable.
His was totally right down the middle.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist who identifies as a bicyclist has set cycling world records, just reflecting the absurdity of the transgender movement.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, Jeffrey Prager did the same thing.
He said, if I want to call myself a black person, and if I feel I'm a black person, then regardless of what my chromosomes and my biological DNA establish, I should be treated like a black person.
If that's how I feel, that's how I want to identify, why can't I do that?
Dennis Prager said.
And it perfectly illustrates the hypocrisy of this whole transgender insanity That I think is really the greatest laughingstock in the history of the world to witness this coming out of this country.
And it's morphing into these popular attitudes among the idiots, like the soccer council you're identifying, where they say some opinions are not acceptable, some opinions are, you know, way beyond.
Just because you say that you are Do not support kneeling before the national anthem and you're exercising your own opinion?
This is the stuff that triggers civil wars.
This is the stuff that gets people so upset and so angry when they are booted off or kicked off or discriminated against or their house or their car is vandalized by these thugs.
This is the thing that causes people to take the law into their own hands to defend themselves against this sort of violence.
And I think that day is coming, and I think it is going to be a climactic clash where the left and these cowards who do this sort of institutional bullying are going to find themselves coming up against individuals who are ready, willing, and quite able to fight back with lethal ability. And I think the left is
posturing this. They're creating this toxic environment that, again, it's right out of the Ayn
Rand book, Atlas Shrugged, where the society is divided in two, and the most
productive, conservative, independent-minded people depart the decaying, withering
American society that is collapsing under the weight of its own stupidity.
Jim?
Don, take us out for the first hour.
Yeah, thank you so much for watching, folks.
It's first hour on March 8th, International Women's Day, and it's definitely been great.
We've got a lot more to cover, so come on back.
Our two performances will be even better than this.
