Need to Know (9 March 2021) with David Scorpio and Michael Ivey

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm just delighted today to be joined by David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador and Michael Ivey from Asheville, North Carolina.
We're here to share with you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a trial for Derek Chauvin, the police officer alleged to have been responsible for the death of George Floyd.
Here's what you really need to know about the case, because nothing is as it seems.
Notice, When George was arrested and manacled behind his back, he had a head of hair.
But look at the guy lying down there with Sheldon's knee on his neck.
He's bald.
So now he has hair, now he doesn't.
Not only that, but how can his hands now be in front of his chest when he was manacled behind the back?
Well, and take a look at this if you want further proof of what's going on.
This is fairly remarkable.
Notice that.
Notice that.
No legs.
No legs.
What do you want me to do with my legs?
I don't like you.
That's because this was a Hollywood-style stunt.
We have video of him being arrested and put into the police vehicle, normally would then take to the precinct for him to be booked and mugshot.
We don't see him being taken out the other side.
And that's because they were using a Sigma-7 training dummy, African-American, here it is, African-American Torso Airway Trainer to fake the death of George Floyd Which would then lead to the riots that were supported by the Democrats all over Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle.
I am now convinced this was part and parcel of a plan to make America ungovernable so they could use it against Donald Trump.
Just disgusting.

Yeah, Jim, this is really indicative of the manufactured reality that we all live in right now.
We see these phony events, these mass events, and we're supposed to respond to them emotionally and lose all rationality.
It'll be interesting to see if any kind of riots materialize During this trial or not, or if they're just going to give the word out to the troops to stand down and be quiet.
It'll be interesting to see how that plays out, but it's amazing how Minneapolis is.
I saw a video of a guy just kind of driving around the courthouse and it's like it's like a, you know, a military zone there.
Now there's troops on the streets.
There's a fences and and cops everywhere.
It's I'll tell you, man, they're really kind of setting up America to accept sort of a martial law reality here slowly but surely between Minneapolis and D.C.
It's incredible.
A friend has shared with me the questionnaire for the jurors, and it is so thorough and extensive about attitude toward the police and all that, that you could predict how they would vote before the trial's been held and any evidence has been presented.
I was quite taken aback.
Well, Jim, I'll just add one other thing.
I'm surprised that the defense hasn't asked for a change of venue.
Yeah, that would seem to be an obvious thing to do.
An obvious thing to do.
But because it's contrived, Scorpio, I think they want a predetermined conclusion.
They want to use that hostility to override any evidence, and of course they're not going to expose what I have just presented here.
Well, and imagine if this man is actually found not guilty.
We'll be looking at a O.J.
Simpson, post O.J.
Simpson trial reality here.
So there's different ways they could play it out.
And of course, you know, it's been determined supposedly that he had fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system, so.
Yes, there were two autopsies, a second using Michael Baden who said he died from a fentanyl overdose and it had nothing to do with asphyxiation.

Yeah, that's actually a good observation Scorpio just made because They could play this to even deepen the racial divide if they find the guy not guilty.
We know that since the whole event was a fake event, that the trial is going to be a show trial as well.
And they can make the American people believe pretty darn near whatever they want them to believe about the situation.
Just look what they've done with the so-called insurrection at the Capitol on January 6th.
And in general, this reminds me of Katherine Austin Fitz talking about their two main tools of taking a nation down is provide an invisible enemy, which is the killer virus, and the other one is divide and conquer.
Right after they gave us the virus, they gave us this divide and conquer racial strife thing and paid all these People do riot to their heart's content.
It's also reminiscent of Israel Cohen's famous quote about racial tension being the best tool for our party, which he means the Communist Party.
Well, I thought he was speaking for the Zionists, Michael, about how they want to destroy America and exacerbating racial tension is the best way to do it.
But there is a considerable overlap there philosophically between that version of Zionism and communism.
Yes, absolutely.
That was a statement that came back from the early 20s.
So, at that time, the Jewish Zionists who were in positions of power were also pushing communism like crazy.
That was the way that they were going to do it.
So, those two things were one and the same, especially at that period of time.
Yeah, I think that's an astute observation.
And that the government should destroy the country to regain political power is disgusting beyond belief.
Meanwhile, no light at the end of the tunnel?
Biden warns he'll keep Americans isolated and locked down until late 2022.
Science be damned!
When Biden was recently asked when America would return to normal, he had an interesting answer.
I've been cautioned not to give an answer for that because we do not know for sure, but my hope is by this time next year we'll be back to normal.
But it depends on people to continue to be smart and understand we can still have significant losses.
We keep waiting for something resembling a real answer, but it doesn't come.
Now we're being told we have to wait till next year for a hint of normalcy.
He's at least smart enough to know he needs to stop trying to put a precise date on it.
Meanwhile, Democrats are telling everyone they need to remain inside for another year at least.
We're not sure how that's going to fly, but it's his world now.
He's a guy who needs to figure out how he can keep his party from being lambasted in the midterm elections.
It was all laid out for Biden.
He just needed to keep a steady hand on the wheel so America could be guided through the vaccination process.
From there, things should have been smooth sailing.
But we're talking about a guy who could mess up a peanut butter and jelly sandwich if you let him, so we're not overly surprised.
What's Biden doing to keep people from losing their heads in the meanwhile?
Well, he's easing everyone's troubled mind by relaxing the border restrictions put into place by the previous president.
White Trump is already threatening to beat the pants off the Democrats for the third time in a row.
He's setting the table for the presidency to be taken away from him.
Once again, it's not as though he cares.
He may think Harris is the one who'll have to deal with it, not him, which appears to have been the plan from the beginning.
They wanted to use the milquetoast Biden to get the backseat and ram Harris down her throat.
Face the facts.
It's all about phony representation now.
Harris will force all sorts of terrible policies on the American people and we won't be able to complain.
That's the plan all along.
Harris can do what she wants or you're a misogynist or a racist.
Right now, it's not as easy because they've got an elderly white guy sitting in the big seat.
Every time what normal is going to be, we're also told about the rights we're going to have to surrender to get there.
What happened to allowing people to make informed decisions on their own?
We can't have our hands held forever, can we?
If Democrats have their way, however, that's how it's going to be.
It's reached the point where people are concerned about what's going to happen over the long haul.
American rights are being suspended for massive periods of time.
Our children are not able to receive a decent education.
Not having to fight a Democratic minefield chock full of booby traps.
This is the beginning of the end.
The Democrats swiped an election under the pretense of uniting America and getting us through the pandemic, but all they've done since arriving is make things worse on both rods.
Meanwhile, Biden can barely read the script trying to explain why his $1.9 trillion COVID bill is good for the economy, where only 9%, 9% of that $1.9 trillion actually goes for COVID relief.

Yeah, this so-called COVID bill is porculous on steroids, man.
It's amazing.
And I still have not been able to even find an article that explains the entire $1.9 trillion.
Because let's keep in mind, $1.9 trillion is $1,900 billion.
And not long ago, that was the entirety of the federal budget.
So this is not going to end well with this massive spending, especially when you have an economy that's essentially in stasis right now.
you know, one thing that's interesting is that Biden might be so incompetent and the people that
he's surrounded with them in his cabinet, etc. that, you know, he's done all these diversity
picks, not really based on, you know, personal ability just to, you know, showcase the diversity.
There's so much incompetence around him that he might actually end up helping our cause
just through sheer malice and incompetence. And if you look at the footage from Florida
and Arizona, you know, some of the other places, people just don't care anymore. And I think they've,
it's just even the average person starting to realize, well, I'm not going to throw my whole
life away out of fear. You know, we're already wasting wasted a whole year. Kids are not being educated as you
pointed out. And hopefully this narrative is starting to fall apart.

All of this stuff reminds me of Dr. Lee Merritt's statement, where she says, what if there was
a weapon that was so stealthy that not only did you not know who was attacking you, that
you didn't even know that you were being attacked.
We have been under attack for a long time.
That's the end of the quote, that you didn't even know you were being attacked.
And these extensions that are being proposed, these indefinite shutdowns are just further crushing of what's left of the economy and indoctrination of the populace with fear-based brainwashing, which is everywhere you look.
Every time you're in a crowd of people wearing face masks, all of those people are constantly being reminded that of something to fear, some invisible enemy.
Every time you're Watching a sporting event or something on TV where the announcer doesn't have anybody within 100 feet of him and he's wearing a mask, you're being brainwashed.
So this is the attack of this country and the attack of the people in it and the attack of the people of the world with a horrible crime against humanity.
I'm reminded of the Rod Serling quote, imagine a virus so lethal You have to be tested to even know you have it.
I mean, it's ridiculous beyond belief.
And yet, look at what's going on here.
Exploiting.
Adverse incident reports show 966 deaths following vaccination for COVID-19.
Between December 14th and February 19th, nearly 20,000 reports were made to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, AVERS, following immunization with either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines.
The 966 deaths represent 5% of the total number of adverse reports.
Of those who died, 86 died on the same day they got the shot, an additional 129 died within a day.
died within a day. Another 97 within two days, 61 within three. A total of 514 died within
a week, 173 within 7 to 13 days, 106 within 14 to 20. 85% of the deaths in individuals over 60.
Five deaths among those age 20 to 29, 8 between 30 and 39, 20 between 40 and 49, 57 between 50 and 59.
Here is the detailed information readily available on the internet.
Comparison with influenza.
Neither of the mRNA vaccines are FDA approved, but rather have emergency use approval.
They represent a departure from traditional and they don't use any part of the suspected pathogen to stimulate the immune system, but rather nucleoside messenger RNA.
That, of course, is a peculiarity right off the bat.
And because they're experimental, life insurance companies won't cover your policy if you die.
Meanwhile, Dr. Christian Bruin, head of infectious diseases in France, stated a complaint.
The first vaccines they are offering are not vaccines.
They are gene therapy products.
They inject nucleic acids that will cause our own cells to produce elements of the virus.
The death rate following COVID mRNA vaccination is much higher than that following influenza.
In the 2019-20 influenza season, 51.8% of the population was vaccinated, around 170 million.
There were 45 deaths.
To provide context, in 2018, AVERS reported 46.
In 2018, AVERS reported 46.
In 2017, 20.
The 45 deaths in 2019 are at a rate of 0.0000265%.
Wow.
As of February 19th, however, the COVID vaccination with 966 was a rate of 0.0023.
and 66 was a rate of 0.0023.
AVERS was put in place in 1990, keep track of unforeseen reactions.
It is co-managed by the Center for Disease Control Food and Drug Administration.
It's a passive reporting system, meaning it relies on individuals sending reports of their experience to the CDC and FDA.
It's not designed to determine if a vaccine caused a health problem, but is especially useful for detecting unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse event reporting That might indicate a possible safety problem with a vaccine.
Without a medical diagnosis or autopsy, of course, the report of an adverse incident is not proof a vaccine caused any particular symptoms.
However, Stephen Denny, Director of Global Media Relations for Pfizer, wrote in response to an inquiry from the Epoch Times, Today, millions have been vaccinated.
Serious adverse events, including deaths unrelated to the vaccine, are unfortunately likely to occur at a similar rate as they would in the general population.
Moderna declined to reply.
The adverse database is dense and can be difficult to follow.
Epoch Times has extracted its data as clearly as possible and charged, provided below.
In the link, the charts contain all deaths' readable description of what happened and facts they experienced.
Vaccination type, manufacturer, vaccination name, date received, age, gender, state of each recipient.
They go on in quite detail, but it's fascinating what's going on here and that it appears these are occurring at a far higher rate than with normal flu vaccines.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, certainly so.
And as you pointed out, this is all experimental.
And I think we're going to see a lot of odd and strange autoimmune diseases occur over the next year or so, two years.
And then, you know, maybe cancers down the road.
This is the biggest genetic experiment ever conducted on humanity.
And here we have three different products that are obviously quite different.
One has to be, you know, kept at negative 70 degrees or whatever.
The other one doesn't.
Those two both need two doses and this Johnson and Johnson one only needs one dose and they're saying that you know it's not gonna it's not as effective in keeping you from getting the disease but you won't get sick enough to die.
So, really, if you think about it too, there's no way they could have made all these vaccines as quickly as they did.
It seems to me that they were probably made a long time ago, along with the documents to produce this crisis.
The whole plan to, you know, produce this crisis is at least 10 years old that we know of.
And so, Jim, we're in uncharted waters as to what's going to happen to people that take this witch's brew.
I just don't even know.
But I know I don't want it.
And the other thing is, Jim, I don't believe that 60 million people have been vaccinated.
I just don't think it's logistically possible.
And I think they're fudging the numbers just to make it look like, hey, get yours now before they run out kind of thing.
So we'll see.
I think you're right on all counts that these vaccines, insofar as they involve genetic modification, had to have been developed long in advance.
They're just looking for the trigger when they'd have the excuse to inject humans, where they skipped animal studies in the process.
That's outrageous.
No wonder the insurance companies aren't going to pay off.

I have an update to those numbers that were in that Epoch Times article right there.
And this is as of the data through February 26 from the CDC.
The update is there.
The number of dead is now 1265, 1,265, and 25,212 injuries, adverse events that rise to the level of being called
injuries.
No telling how many people have some sort of an adverse event that just involves feeling like they've got the flu or gotten sick or gotten earaches or anything like that.
Probably tens of thousands of those.
So, And it's also the case that this system that these numbers are being reported to is a voluntary system.
Those numbers are probably twice that much because it's dependent on people calling in and reporting what their death or adverse event is.
So I wouldn't be surprised if the real number isn't twice or more than the number being reported.
I live right up the street from a huge Veterans Administration Hospital, and they have a large area of grounds around the hospital.
It's a huge facility, and I'd say back last September, they started setting up these big white tents, kind of like what you would think of as event Tents but they are square and and I couldn't tell I drive by there literally every day and I couldn't tell exactly what they were whether they were giving people
Tests like PCR tests out there or what?
Well, I found the answer in the last two weeks.
They've set up these large tents so people can drive through and get vaccinated, right?
They just hang their arm out of a car and get a vaccination, giving some, probably some identification information as they go.
So that's pretty crazy to watch, like one lane goes one way, another lane goes another way, and then they make people wait for 20 or 30 minutes in the huge parking lot so they know they're okay to drive.
It's a pretty wild thing to see, drive-through vaccinations.
So they're okay to drive, meaning they haven't dropped dead already.
I mean, this is disgusting.
Exactly.
I'm reminded of the huge medical facility set up in Central Park to handle a thousand COVID patients at a time.
The numbers being reported were staggering.
It wound up costing big bucks and they handled exactly zero.
Not one patient.
Not one.
We should have known right then.
This whole thing was a gigantic hoax.
Indeed, many of us were already reporting that.
Well, Jim Gladden.
There are examples of several of those what they call field hospitals that were set up in sporting arenas and other places, gyms, and none of them ever took any patients.
Yeah, it's totally fraudulent, Dave Scorpio.
Yeah, uh, you know, this, uh, in, in reference to those, uh, phony tents they set up in Central Park, you know, this YouTuber, Lincoln Kareem, uh, did a lot of YouTubes of those tents, uh, spent hours filming them and absolutely nothing going on.
Just, uh, guys inside pretending to do things, like, uh, an ambulance would pull up, they'd put an empty stretcher in it, it would drive away and come back an hour later.
I mean, just, Just pathetic.
And Michael, I just want to ask you, you know, in that facility you're talking about with the tents, how many people are lined up to take the vacs, do you think?
I mean, have you been observing?
No way, but the place is packed.
When they're open, the parking lot is packed, and there's a big line of cars lined up, so it's crazy.
Wow.
Tragic, tragic.
Death is not the only effect or consequence of taking these vaccines.
Dozens of spontaneous miscarriages and stillbirths after taking the vaccine.
Again, coming from Avers.
Reports do not mean a vaccine caused the event.
Miscarriages are labeled spontaneous abortions or abortions in the reporting system.
Many cases actually occur in the first trimester, first 12 weeks of pregnancy, but 25 occurrences after being immunized with a Pfizer BioNTech vaccine.
Four cases of stillburns occurred in either the second or the second weeks or third trimester.
According to Very Well Health, an online resource, Research suggests between 10 and 20% with a medically confirmed pregnancy will end in miscarriage.
80% of these will occur during the first trimester.
In one case, a physician in Tennessee at five weeks pregnant Suffered a miscarriage 13 days after being immunized with a Pfizer.
She had no known allergies or medical history.
A 33-year-old Indiana nurse in her third week of pregnancy had a miscarriage five days after receiving her second Pfizer.
A 32-year-old woman in Virginia, eight weeks pregnant, had a miscarriage five days after being injected with the first dose of a Moderna.
She had consulted with two OBGYN experts prior to receiving, experienced abdominal cramps and vaginal bleeding two days later.
She had only been taking prenatal vitamins.
A 35-year-old woman in Michigan, 28 weeks and five days pregnant.
The baby's movements decreased two days after her first Pfizer vaccine.
She delivered a stillborn weighing two pounds and seven ounces.
Unbelievable.
Pfizer and Moderna didn't respond to a request from the Epoch Times.
In addition, the FDA didn't respond to their inquiry on whether the FDA is looking into it.
Dr. Shirley Cole, MD, an OBGYN and member of America's Frontline Doctors, said it's concerning a vaccine still in experimental phase has been recommended to pregnant and lactating women and that science is not protecting them.
As an obstetrician gynecologist, it's a concern.
We are now throwing science and scientific medicine out the window and jeopardizing pregnancies and future pregnancies.
It concerns me the CDC says there's no studies, but it's okay to get it.
You don't even need to discuss it with your doctor.
This is the opposite of everything scientific models and methods and standard of care has been for a century in its guidance.
The CDC says pregnant or lactating women who are part of a group recommended to receive the vaccine may choose to be vaccinated and are not required to discuss it with their doctors.
There's also no safety data on the effects of mRNA on the breastfed infant or milk production.
The WHO said it doesn't recommend the Pfizer for pregnant women unless they're at high risk.
Which is something, but not much.
They initially put out the same recommendation for the Moderna, but revised it three days later, saying we don't have any specific reason to believe there'll be specific risk.
That's all for marketing purposes.
Moderna wants to keep its profits up.
Pregnant or lactating women were excluded from both a Pfizer and Moderna vaccine trials.
But Pfizer is currently conducting a phase two, three trial on 4,000 healthy pregnant women who will begin the shot during their second and third trimester.
I fear for them and for their feti.
This is extraordinarily serious.
Dr. Denise Jamieson, Chair of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emory, Recommends women get the vaccine regardless.
My god!
This is awful.
If you're a healthcare worker in a healthcare setting, you're at risk every day, so I advise get the vaccine.
Don't delay.
Meanwhile, The current CDC guideline is to isolate at home and monitor symptoms while staying hydrated and taking over-the-counter medicine.
Medical treatments are only available for those who are hospitalized.
Cole, who has treated over 550 patients with COVID-19, says she understands the fear pregnant women may have.
But she disagrees with the CDC, saying people have the option of being treated early with hydroxychloroquine instead of waiting until the disease progresses to require hospitalization.
She also recommends 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C and 2,000 to 5,000 international units a day of vitamin D.
Individuals should discuss with their physician before taking the supplements.
It is so scary.
A vast majority of women who are pregnant or under the age of 40 and death rate is extremely low.
People do not have to go to the hospital if they're treated early.
Now hydroxychloroquine is safe to use in pregnant women, safe to use in any age group, safe to use in breastfeeding women.
HCQ is an FDA-approved medication and used for 65 years to treat lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and malaria.
Prescribed to various groups, including pregnant or lactating women, children, and immune-compromised individuals.
The politicalization of the drug, however, continues to overshadow studies that show it's safe and effective.
According to a study that tracks clinical trials on hydroxychloroquine around the world, all 27 studies on early treatment reported a positive effect, a reduction of 65% in the effects measured of death hospitalization.
It's not effective if used very late with high doses over a long period.
The FDA says hydroxychloroquine is not approved for the treatment of COVID-19.
Of course not, because it's cheap and readily available and would destroy the pharmaceutical financial incentive.

Oh, I agree.
And we have to keep in mind, too, we don't know the true agenda behind this vaccine.
That's yet to be revealed.
I think it's depopulation, sterilization, and genetic manipulation of humans downward.
And of course, you know, it's interesting how hydroxychloroquine, as you said, has been used for 65 years in It's safe, it's never caused any problems, yet it was trashed by the media as dangerous and experimental, and then they turn around and tell us at the same time that an untested experimental vaccine is safe and effective.
I mean, talk about inversion and, you know, it's incredible the lies they tell the general public.
You know, I recently saw a meme that was very interesting, and it said that the human race is splitting into two types.
One type, people that want to think and analyze things on their own, and another type of human that want to just not think and be told what to do without question.
And we're seeing that with the vaccination program and wearing masks.
It's really quite incredible.
And Jim, that picture you showed at the beginning of that pregnant mother getting vaccinated, what an awful sight to see.
You'd think, and this woman was obviously very pregnant, probably only two months to go until she gives birth, you'd think a thinking person would say, well, let's just wait two months, then I'll take it.
And you know, even if these Vaccinations with pregnant women do not end in some kind of miscarriage.
There is no way to know what it's going to do to that child.
I mean, this is criminal.
And obviously, as you pointed out too, they have not tested any of this on pregnant mothers or lactating mothers.
How could they?
I'm just shocked by this that people are willing to put their own children at risk like this.
And of course, you know, I believe Pfizer is in the process of testing vaccines on six-year-olds, and they want to take it all the way down to infants, if you can believe that.
And, you know, just lastly, Jim, I believe that vaccines have been altering human genetics for decades now.
You know, downward, of course.
You know, if you look at some of the younger people who are heavily vaccinated, they almost have sort of a mild Down syndrome look to their face and their eyes.
They don't look as sharp as humans did in the past, and I really think they're trying to create a docile, unthinking herd of animals to be controlled by a small group of elite, unfortunately.
Scorpio, you're spot on, 100%.
That is the agenda, I have no doubt whatsoever.
As far as depopulation, Dr. Sherry Tidman is explaining.
The effects of these vaccines clicks in to induce sterility and the inability to reproduce three to six months after you receive the dosage.

Yeah, I agree with everything both of you guys just said.
I just ran across this morning a really blatant piece of predictive programming.
It's a dystopian series called Utopia that was carried, it started in September, last September 2020 on Amazon Prime.
And the main plot was that there was this mad scientist who was explaining what they were doing.
And first, they brought the fear of a viral pandemic to everyone.
And they did that in order to get a mass The mass vaccination program was for the purpose of mass sterilization of the people of the world.
That made me think of the major dystopian movie called Children of Men that came out in 2006.
It also had a major plot line that all births in the human population had ceased.
You know, these people who are doing this have a history of doing this already in third world countries, as well as a history of advocating for drastic reduction of human populations.
Specifically, the Bill and Mel Gates Foundation.
In Africa, the tetanus shot was being laced with a sterilization drug.
And they were even saying that they specifically needed that young women of childbearing age were supposed to take it.
And it was only, I think it was the Catholic Church or some officials in the area that that was Being done, had this shot, this tetanus shot tested and found this sterilization drug and kicked them out of there.
But they were doing that.
I mean, just doing it straight out, not telling the women what was going on, just making them all sterile.
Michael, you're 100% correct.
Absolutely, 100% correct.
Disgusting beyond belief.
Meanwhile, how Pfizer tried to bully Argentina and Brazil in exchange for vaccines.
They basically wanted them to turn over the country.
As collateral.
Well, countries like India are sending free vaccines to poor nations.
Companies like Pfizer are bullying governments, holding them for ransom.
They have vaccine deals with nine Latin American and Caribbean countries.
Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay.
Two major Latin American nations, however, are missing.
Argentina and Brazil.
Talks between Argentina and Pfizer begin in June of 2020.
Pfizer has to be compensated for the cost of any future civil lawsuit.
If someone files a lawsuit against Pfizer and Argentina wins the case, the government of Argentina, not Pfizer, would pay the compensation.
Argentina's parliament passed a new law in 2020, but Pfizer was unhappy with its phrasing, saying that Pfizer needed to pay for negligence for its own mistakes if it made any in the future.
Pfizer rejected it, after which Argentina offered to amend the law to define negligence more clearly, to include only vaccine distribution and delivery.
Pfizer was still unhappy, demanded the law be amended to a new decree, which Argentina wisely refused.
They then asked Argentina to buy an international insurance to pay for potential future cases against Pfizer, to which the country agreed.
In December 2020, Pfizer came back with more demands.
Including sovereign assets as collateral.
They wanted Argentina to put its bank reserve, military bases, and embassy buildings at stake.
Vaccine manufacturers have always enjoyed a certain amount of liability waiver.
Say you receive a vaccine from Pfizer, then you have an adverse effect.
You can always go ahead and file a lawsuit.
If you win, Instead of Pfizer, the government will compensate you.
This is normal in the U.S., for example.
The PrEP Act gives total immunity to companies like Pfizer and Moderna.
But only if something goes wrong unintentionally, which does not apply to negligence.
Pfizer wanted more, not just sovereign assets, but fraud insurance, something with which Argentina did not agree.
Meanwhile in Brazil, Pfizer went a step ahead and asked Brazil to create a guarantee fund to deposit money in a foreign bank account.
They put out a statement, Brazil's health ministry, excerpts from Pfizer's pre-contract clauses.
Here's a list of their demands.
Brazil waives the sovereignty of its assets abroad in favor of Pfizer, that the rules of the land be not applied to Pfizer, that Brazil take into consideration a delay in delivery, that Pfizer is not penalized for delayed delivery.
In case of any side effect, Pfizer be exempted from all civil liability.
The government of Brazil calls these clauses abusive.
The Pfizer deal with Brazil failed too.
So what is their game?
What could be more obvious?
The company has just 2 billion doses to deliver this year on a first-come, first-saved basis.
A delay of three months could cost a whole year, could cost lives.
They're playing with life-saving drugs, abusing their position after having developed a vaccine, note, with the help of government funding.
Pfizer's German partner, BioNTech, was given $445 million by German government, U.S.
paid Pfizer $2 billion as early as July 2020 for pre-orders.
Pfizer is looking at making $15 billion from vaccine sales this year and talks with 100 companies and organizations.
On January 22, Pfizer signed an agreement with COVAX and committed 40 million doses to four countries.
Here's what an excerpt from a press release by the company said.
At Pfizer, we believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for.
That's why, from the very beginning of our vaccine development program, Pfizer and BioNTech have been firmly committed to working toward equitable and affordable access to a COVID-19 vaccine for people around the world, as long as they can maximize their profits and have no liability.
They're operating like a criminal enterprise.

The government pays for the research, they buy the vaccines, and they're almost forcing people to take them, certainly coercing them with fear and threats, essentially.

Yeah, and when you consider the miscarriages and abortions it's inducing, actually it's not only not life-saving, it's actually death-inducing.
So I think we've got a terrible problem here with these companies that are, you know, driven by the profit motive and couldn't care less about the well-being of those who use their products.
Meanwhile, Trump has sent a legal notice to the RNC, the RNCC, the RNSC to stop using his name and likeness, a very curious event.
He has sent cease and desist letters demanding the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the National Republican Congressional Committee stop using his name and likeness.
In a speech before the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, he instructed his supporters to donate to his campaign website and Save America Political Action Committee.
The move suggested he was building financial leverage over the RNC.
A cease and desist letter substantiates that theory.
As of Sunday morning, however, the RNCC was still using Trump's name in its standard messaging for new email list registrations.
There's another element of this, the hidden horse race, the money race, the RNC, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee.
If these guys can't raise money because Trump is sucking all the oxygen out of the room, they're in a lot of trouble because their candidates are relying upon their support.
George Santos, a Republican running for Congress in New York, said bypassing the RNC for fundraising will send a message to the committee that they need Trump more than they understand.
This is a great example of how he is a more powerful individual than the party at this juncture.

The attorney said, we'll keep on referencing him in our fundraising letters.
So, is this a new form of defiance by the GOP or a clever marketing ploy by Trump and his team?

What's being done to control the pandemic?
Obviously, not enough.
The death toll has gotten out of control.
Stock up on dry ice or telepresidents?
You know, help to keep bodies cold until city workers are able to come and claim the body?
It may take days until a city employee is able to come to a home or a nursing home to collect anyone who may have died.
The morgues are at capacity.
They won't be able to take more bodies until the bodies they have have been moved.
The problem is nursing homes are at capacity as well.
So this is what's happened.
The governor chose to go to the extreme with lockdowns to the point people felt they had to rebel.
The worst part is they don't see any kind of relief coming.
Anytime someone dies in L.A., they have to call countless funeral homes to find if they have room.
As one director said, he's been in the business 25 years, never had to tell families there wasn't room.
Now, for the past 10 days, he's telling people they're at capacity.
One of the biggest problems is lack of refrigeration.
Hospitals have refrigeration as a way to keep bodies cold until they can be moved to a funeral home.
However, convalescent homes and private homes don't have that kind of refrigeration.
And there's simply no one who can pick up the loved ones who have passed on.
Dry ice?
That's what families who have lost someone are being told to stock up with.
It's even made the headlines throughout LA to encourage families to get the dry ice in the event they lose a loved one.
Another problem?
Even dry ice is difficult to come by at this point.
It's being used to transport those vaccines that are supposed to make everything better.
It's just, with the morgue at full capacity, the coroner is trying to relieve pressure by setting up a temporary second morgue.
Why is the death toll growing faster in LA than anywhere else?
Much of it has to do with the homeless situation, which has been grossly neglected by the city for years.
There's also ridiculous overcrowding, another issue that hasn't got the attention it needs.
The city is completely incapable of handling the death toll, and it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
The president of the Orange County Funeral Directors Association, Kimberly Worrell, explained, when you're having the influx of these death numbers, we just don't have the amount of storage space.
Don't call 911 unless it's a real emergency.
That's the advice we've given to people across LA.
A loved one who's died of COVID in your living room is not an emergency.
So don't bother.
This is reality.
Californians are dealing with it.
Why?

Where Tucker did a wonderful job of interviewing Dr. Marty McCary of Johns Hopkins about this, the study entitled The Impact of COVID-19 on Pediatric Mental Health was put together by the non-profit Fair Health.
The Fair Health Database has access to more than 32 billion private insurance claims.
After assessing the 32 billion, the group tracked month-by-month changes from January to November 2020 compared to the same month in 2019.
What they found was disturbing.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on mental health, particularly that of young people.
School closures, having to learn remotely, and isolation from friends due to social distancing have been sources of stress and loneliness.
Among children aged 13 to 18, teenagers, insurance claims for intentional self-harm were up 90% in March of 2020.
The next month in April, self-harm rose by nearly 100%.
Meanwhile, Tucker continued, claims for medical help related to drug overdoses rose 95% in March, 119% in April, and remained elevated through the fall.
