Time Text
Where's June?
There'll be nobody left behind to grieve.
And we will all go together when we go.
What a comforting fact that is to know.
Universal bereavement, an inspiring achievement.
Yes, we all will go together when we go.
We will all go together when we go.
All suffused with an incandescent glow.
This is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal, where I have some very good news, but also some very bad news.
I'll begin with a good.
Governor DeSantis has distinguished himself by telling Biden to go F himself.
This is fascinating.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis did not mince words on Wednesday during a congested conference call with Biden and federal health authorities who are seeking to prohibit domestic travel to and from the Sunshine State.
DeSantis and Biden exchanged salvos of biting barbs after the criminal president said the federal government had authority to restrict movement of the people.
Citing concerns over the widespread proliferation of COVID-19 variants, Biden said he might have to prohibit vehicle and air traffic until the CDC and NIH were confident that currently available vaccinations had a proven efficacy against emerging strains such as highly transmissible anomalies from the United Kingdom, Brazil and South Africa.
This is all complete bullshit, as I shall address subsequently.
Also on the call were Deep State Dr. Anthony Tony Theroux Foushee and Acting CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, both of whom championed Biden's ideas and told DeSantis that surging cases in Florida threatened to undermine the federal government's expansive efforts to mitigate spread across the country.
Florida Dr. Fauci said was the epicenter of COVID-19 mutations and argued that new variants accounted before 15 to 35 percent of new cases in Florida.
Walensky argued on the call any attempt by DeSantis to resist a federally mandated travel ban would be immoral, selfish and possibly illegal.
I'm quite sure that any such constraint would be unconstitutional and illegal, not in Santa's efforts to keep the state open, by the way.
Biden echoed her words and berated DeSantis for having left Florida's economy open during the dark days of COVID.
Moreover, Biden claimed he had unilateral and constitutional authority to protect the nation's health from rogue politicians acting in contravention of established health guidelines.
DeSantis' initial reply was brief and blunt.
I will not comply, he said, and then cited the CDC's own statistics, showing a nationwide decline in active COVID-19 cases.
Florida had arrested the spread of COVID-19, DeSantis argued, and accused Biden of targeting Republican states that supported Donald Trump.
Florida absolutely will not comply.
This Santa's repeated.
Instituting a travel ban or restriction of movement would be a gross example of federal overreach with no grounding in law or science.
We have COVID-19 in check and you're trying to exert unlawful authority over our state and its people.
Biden then tacitly threatened to withhold federal funding and to deny Florida access to COVID-19 vaccination.
Come on, man!
Florida needs our help, and you need vaccines which are hard to come by.
Isn't that right, Dr. Fauci?
The deep state doctor replied in the affirmative, telling DeSantis he expects the prevalence of the UK variant to double or triple every week to 10 days, maintaining his campaign of fear.
Governor, do you want to be responsible for reinfecting the nation?
Truth is, we don't even know how effective current vaccines are against the UK strain, a point to which I shall subsequently return.
DeSantis told Dr. Fauci he trusts his own state health authorities over financially incentivized federal officials.
How much do you stand to earn from these vaccines, Dr. Fauci?
And Joe, if you continue with this course of action, I will authorize the National Guard to protect the movement of Floridians.
Address me as Mr. President or President Biden.
Biden said, I will not.
And you can go after yourself, this scientist said before hanging up.
In closing, it seems obvious Team Biden favors perpetual lockdowns and a stagnant economy, keeping Americans imprisoned under a de facto state of medical martial law.
Meanwhile, Trump declares war on the seven Republican dwarfs.
It's war then, declared Donald Trump, making a brief jubilant appearance at a celebratory banquet after the Senate on Saturday voted to acquit him on the Democrat-sponsored charges of masterminding the Capitol.
Intrusion, telling aides and allies he'd wage a war of attrition on the seven Republican senators who broke ranks to side with a Democratic opposition.
I also applaud this.
Trump was stewed, our source said.
He was elated at the acquittal, but he was freaking furious at the seven treacherous rhinos who wanted him impeached.
He has put them at the top of his enemy's list.
So angry was Trump, he assigned the betrayers pejorative nicknames, as he often does to those who masquerade as friends and then stab in the back.
He likened the seven Republican turncoats to the seven dwarfs of Snow White lore, but used more colorful language in naming them.
The first on the receiving end with Trump's ire was longtime adversary, monkey nuts Mitt Romney.
Though Trump and Romney had once bonded over their mutual love of football, their friendship soured when Romney called Trump a fraud whose promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University during the 2016 campaign.
Trump named Richard Barr, the vulnerable senator from North Carolina, retarded Richard in response to his largely unexpected vote to impeach, which drew immediate condemnation from the GOP majority, where he explained political fallout didn't matter because he planned to retire at the end of his term.
Alaskan Senator Lisa Murkowski said at the impeachment trial that Trump set the stage for bonds.
That the presidential election was rigged and that after he lost, he did everything in his power to stay in power.
Trump struggled to find a nickname, so Bannon offered lascivious Lisa Swipett allegations of her marital infidelity.
Finally, Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, with whom Trump verbally sparred in the aftermath of the election.
earned the dishonorable sobriquet treasonous to me with Trump promising to muster the full
force and effect of his political and financial arsenal to topple to be sold on Pennsylvania's
legislative bodies. Let me remind you in 2008, that Anthony Fauci co-sponsored a paper about
the Spanish flu epidemic that rates as the most devastating modern pandemic which swept the entire
planet in the wake of the first world war and caused millions of deaths.
In studying this major and actual pandemic, what did Dr. Fauci and his colleagues find?
They discovered that most of the victims of the Spanish Flu didn't die from the Spanish Flu.
They died from bacterial pneumonia.
And the bacterial pneumonia was caused by, wait for it, wait for it, wearing masks.
Yes, wearing masks.
The principal causes of death from the Spanish flu, a pandemic that caused millions of deaths, was not the flu, but from wearing masks.
And as you all know, this monster, Fauci, whom I have repeatedly characterized as causing more damage to America than all of our foreign enemies combined, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Ember, Hirohito, Is now encouraging wearing multiple masks.
One isn't enough, because the masks are only killing us slowly.
He wants to speed up the rate.
And of course, the vaccinations, as we shall learn, are killing us quicker.
But the ultimate plan with Bill Gates' mined up farmland across America is to starve us to death.
To fulfill the deagle projection that the US population will drop from 330 million in 2020 to less than 100 million in 2025.
in 2020 to less than 100 million in 2025. That's a loss, my friends, of 230 million
of our fellow citizens in the next five years because of this COVID-Fauci-Gates
World Financial Forum Rothschild-inspired effort to destroy America so they can gain control of
planet Earth.
You gotta admire their ambition.
Meanwhile, as Texas deep freeze subsides, some households face electric bills as high as $10,000.
The last thing an awful lot of people need right now is a higher electric bill.
And that's unfortunately something a lot of people will get stuck with.
As the Texas power grid collapsed under an historic winter storm, Jose Del Rio of Haltom City in the Dallas-Fort Worth area saw his electricity bill on a vacant two-bedroom home he's trying to sell slowly creep up over the past two weeks.
typical the bill is around 125 to 150 a month, but his account has already been charged 630
this month and he still owes another 2,600.
If worse comes to worst, I have the ability to put it on a credit card or figure something
out, Del Rio said, but there's no one living in the house.
All the lights are off, but I have the air at 60 because I don't want the pipes to freeze.
When he contacted Gritty, the electric company, they advised him to switch providers.
Gritty's prices are controlled by the market and therefore vulnerable to sudden swings in demand.
With the extreme weather, Energy usage has soared, pushing up wholesale power prices to more than $9,000 per megawatt hour, compared to the seasonal average of $50 per megawatt hour.
In the face of the soaring costs, Gritty has been directing consumers to consider temporarily switching electricity providers to save on their bills.
The Electric Reliability Council of Texas, or ERCOT, Which manages power for about 90% of the state's electric load.
Was unprepared for the frigid conditions of the past two weeks.
A primary electric grid was hit with off-the-chart demands for power as Texans try to heat their home demand and outpace utility officials' highest estimates for an extreme heat load.
I'm taking responsibility for the current status of ERCOT, Governor Greg Abbott told reporters on Thursday, a courageous man of great integrity.
Now, the homes down in Texas turn out to have been built with water pipes in the external walls.
It saves money in construction based on the assumption that the external temperature is not going to get low enough to freeze them, which is weather contradicted.
In addition, a certain percentage of the electric load in Texas is from windmill farms.
But again, to save money, the windfield farms did not equip the windmills with heaters.
That would have cost, I think, around $20 per windmill.
And as a consequence, they froze up.
Windmill energy is such that it cannot be stored.
You use it at the time it's generated, or you lose it.
Customers outside the Ircott service area have also been hit with stickers shot.
Here's a woman, Veronica Garcia, a Reliant Energy customer in Mansfield, Texas, found her bill is twice as much as they typically paid.
$63,000 on February to power her one bedroom apartment, but now expected to be between $114,000 and $133,000 in March.
Her home didn't have power for about three days, but since the storm hit, she hasn't been using much power.
She left her apartment to stay with her mother-in-law because of the cold.
Hopefully, if they're decent, they won't charge people for this because we have no control over this situation.
Don't count on that.
Don't count on that.
Reliant Energy spokesperson Megan Talley told NBC it's offering flexible bill payment options to support customers impacted by the storm.
But think about it.
When you got the COVID lockdowns, people are not making money.
They have no income.
How are they going to be able to pay these bills for excessive energy charges?
They're having trouble making their rent or paying their mortgage, which was all part of the grand scheme.
Meanwhile, the Texas government orders an investigation.
Millions of Texas residents spent days without power, many still without it, as historic winter storms paralyzed the state.
Parts are also on boil water notice as well, meaning you have to boil the water before you drink it to ensure it's not going to make you sick because they can't guarantee it's not polluted.
Now, the governor is demanding an investigation at one of the state's energy companies.
On February 16th, Greg Abbott, governor, ordered an investigation into the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, ERCOT, called it unacceptable.
So many people were without power and heat as freezing temperatures remained in many parts of the state.
Rolling or complete blackouts left 4.1 million without power.
Aircot ordered utility companies like Encore to shut down the power completely.
In more families, it could be for extended periods.
Utility companies blame poor grid conditions for many of the outages.
Abbott said he wants to identify what went wrong and then find solutions to make sure it never happens again.
Meanwhile, Joe is sending help.
He's conversing with his buddy, Barack, saying, I'm sending Hunter to Texas.
He's a pipe expert.
To which Barack replies, Joe, they have cracked pipes, not crack pipes.
That's about the extent to which you'd expect Joe to be able to deal with these issues.
Meanwhile, from a left-wing website, Democracy emergency.
Republicans just unveiled a ton of voter suppression laws in Key Swing State.
Yes, the Republicans are taking measures to ensure this kind of election theft doesn't occur again.
But according to the Democrats, those are voter suppression laws.
After their federal counterparts put their stamp of approval on treasonous insurrection—this, remember now, is coming from a Democrat point of view, this is from the Daily Kos—state-level Republicans spent the last three days on a ferocious terror of attacks on voting rights.
With legislative majorities the most essential swing states and tacit encouragement from a Supreme Court openly hostile to voting rights, I mean, this is absurd when I get to my next story, just absurd.
Republican lawmakers are moving quickly, or should I say they are openly hostile to voting rights because they won't enforce any of the laws.
I mean, it's just disgusting.
Republican lawmakers are moving quickly to throttle growing progressive power and incompetitive elections for the next decade.
They're passing new laws that will make voting harder for people who are likely to vote for Democrats, and later they're going to gerrymander their states to the hill.
This week they began the first part of the process with bills introduced and moving through committee.
Now get this, you can see all of these are to contain the abuse of absentee ballots, requiring signature verification, not allowing unpostmarked, not allowing those that haven't actually been requested an advanced account, and taking other measures really basically to reinforce Practices and procedures that were grossly violated by their governors and secretaries of state.
Georgia.
A subcommittee of the Georgia State Senate met Wednesday with no live stream.
They voted to send bills that would end no-excuse absentee voting and require photo ID on absentee ballots to the main Senate Ethics Committee.
How appropriate.
Florida.
Legislative Republicans are trying to force Floridians to request an absentee ballot every year instead of every two election cycles to ensure that they're authentic and they're actually going to voters who are real legitimate voters.
Remember, we've had in these last couple of elections more ballots cast in precincts than there were available voters to cast them.
Pennsylvania.
Republican legislators are looking to gerrymander the state Supreme Court by breaking it up into geographic districts.
Right now, the entire state votes for each justice, but Republicans want to have justice judges elected by district.
Given their control over the district lines and concentration of Democrats in cities and suburbs, this would very likely benefit Republicans.
As it stands now, Democrats have a 5-2 advantage on the courts, and the Republican Chief Justice is about to hit mandatory retirement age with his seat in play this November.
So that's a minimal appropriate thing to do, and given the Democrats' discussion of wanting to pack the Supreme Court, seems to me like an obvious thing that the Republicans in Pennsylvania ought to do.
Iowa.
Another Republican triumvirate.
Another set of nefarious voter suppression proposals from the GFP.
They're going all in to make it difficult to vote, especially by mail.
They range from shortening the early voting window to banning ballot collection and limiting drop boxes to one per county.
Arizona.
The Supreme Court will hear a case over two controversial voting laws that could have a significant impact.
The laws themselves require the tossing of a ballot that's cast in the wrong precinct and bans ballot harvesting, a scary term, for turning in someone else's ballot on their behalf.
According to the SCOTUS blog, the court's decisions here could have broad national implications because it will help dictate what determines a clear framework for ruling that a law has discriminatory intent.
Given the current Supreme Court's far-right ban and its obvious hatred of voting rights, it feels almost inevitable it'll rule in favor of disenfranchisement.
But, you know, the Supreme Court really has gone completely wacky.
Just completely wacky.
Remember, Sidney Powell previously tweeted the actual results of the election Where people in Germany saw this before the Dominion servers were seized, probably get removed, so share as much as possible, showing Donald Trump won virtually all the states with perhaps five or six exceptions, 410 electoral votes, including those from California and Minnesota, Biden with only 128.
Meanwhile, she's issued a statement as SCOTUS is reviewing these new cases where it deliberated on Friday and has just announced its decision.
The highest court in the nation considered Friday whether alleged voter fraud cases in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona and Michigan should move forward.
Ahead of the United States, the Supreme Court decision about whether they allow the case, Sidney issued a statement on Telegram on Friday.
But just in, U.S.
Supreme Court refuses to review Pennsylvania election cases.
No standing before an election.
Moot after.
Justices Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas dissent from the denial.
Now, think about it.
You don't have standing to bring a case before the election because the election has not been stolen and the crime has not been committed, but they declare it's moot after beating.
There's no room to dispute it after the crime has been committed.
What this means is The United States Supreme Court has sold out the American people.
They have abdicated their responsibility to the nation.
They have failed their obligations under the Constitution of the United States.
Sidney has released the actual briefing she was submitting which are very thoroughgoing about Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin.
These are very impressive documents where Sidney has done a brilliant job about this and where you can find a masterful submission previously from Texas.
The Texas suit Which was submitted by the Texas Attorney General.
You can find it on my blog at jamesfetzer.org under the MADSEN, M-A-D-S-E-N, gave a summary of the Texas lawsuit where he went through the clear violations of the state law and their own procedures for Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
No doubt about it.
They were massively in violation.
The Supreme Court rejected that lawsuit on the basis of a lack of standing, claiming, and you would have thought this was facetious, that Texas had no cognitively discernible interest in how other states conduct their election.
When every one of us as American citizens has a cognitively discernible interest in how states conduct their elections because they're affecting the outcomes that are going to influence the future course of the nation with repercussions for every one of us.
Lin, L. Lin Wood, revealed that a conversation between Chief Justice John Roberts Who is a disgrace to the nation, had with Associate Justice Stephen Breyer in the context of discussing how to manage these voting theft cases, where he said to Breyer, I'm going to make sure that mother effort doesn't get reelected.
And if that doesn't make your blood boil, I can't imagine what would.
He not only thereby disqualified himself from sitting on a case involving the election, but he disqualified himself from sitting on the Supreme Court.
This man deserves to be impeached.
Meanwhile, Sidney Powell today, denied today in all 2020 election law cases.
I am shocked.
Denials with dissent.
One, Republican Party of Pennsylvania versus Def and Graf Reed, formerly Bookvar, began with application for stay filed September 28, 2020, number 20-542, with an amicus brief on November 25th.
20-542 with an amicus brief on November 25th to Corman, formerly Scannati versus Pennsylvania
Democratic Party.
Petitioners or Pennsylvania state legislatures begin with petition filed October 27, 2020.
Case number 2574.
In these two cases, Thomas dissented and Alito and Gorsuch also dissented.
Roberts and Kavanaugh and Barrett joined the Democrats.
Get that!
Roberts and Kavanaugh and Barrett joined the Democrats.
Dissents appear at the end of the order list.
As Thomas said, these cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority non-legislative officials have to set election rules and to do so well before the next election cycle.
The refusal to do so is inexplicable.
I could not agree more.
Inexplicable.
We'll continue right after this break.
This is a test.
Absolutely.

Was it a conspiracy?
Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, this is a drill, this is a drill, on bullhordes during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of a library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs, but there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.
Don't let yourself be played.

What the heck is the truth, Jihad?
Hey, I'm Kevin Barrett, host of Truth Jihad Radio.
Federal prosecutors, Department of Homeland Security agents, and curious passers-by often ask me, just what is this Truth Jihad thing anyway?
Well, everybody knows what truth is, but Jihad is a misunderstood term.
Jihad means effort or struggle.
The greater jihad is the struggle to be a better person, while the lesser jihad is the struggle to defend the community.
Prophet Muhammad, peace upon him, did say that the best jihad is a word of truth flung in the face of a tyrant.

Let me state what I think is significant about this Supreme Court action.
It shows that legal remedies for correcting the improprieties of the election have been exhausted.
And if I understand the situation we're in correctly, That may be the final trigger the military needs to take control and to mop up the mess that has been created here by the failure of our other agencies, where we know that Nancy Pelosi coordinated this intrusion into the Capitol.
I see, I know, it's an inference to the best explanation.
And if you assume Pelosi was behind it, then that confers the highest probability on the available evidence, including that James, the brother of John Sullivan, Antifa provocateur, has reported that John led 226 Antifa members into the Capitol.
That Trump cannot possibly have had an effect upon it because we have the FBI and the New York Times even publishing that it was planned in advance using the social media Where Trump performed no act of incitement, which requires specificity and intent, when his motives were precisely the opposite.
Not only did he tell his supporters there, who may have numbered as much as a million, to be peaceful and patriotic in protest of the theft of the election, But the intrusion disrupted the discussion of the theft of the election, which is precisely what Donald Trump most wanted to take place.
And where it appears the Capitol Police force was cut down, that the head of the Capitol Police had requested reinforcements multiple times, Where Nancy Pelosi is in charge of the Capitol Police, where you have video of black SUVs driving up, providing members who participate in the assault, where the mayor of Washington also appears to have a motive.
You put it all together in terms of the effects and the hypothesis with the highest likelihood That hypothesis among the alternatives that it has the highest likelihood, which confers the highest probability upon the available evidence, if it were true.
Which is the key to thinking these things through.
You've got to distinguish between the alternative hypotheses that this was a spontaneous result of a Trump inciting a mob, as the Democrats claim, or, alternatively, that this was a Pelosi-contrived conspiracy to disrupt the discussion of the election tap using readily available resources.
I mean, remember, after all Donald Trump had offered, 10,000 National Guard troops to provide security, which was turned down.
So, very often, I think, there's a failure to appreciate the nature of inductive reasoning, in particular, inference to the best explanation.
Well, you've got to have people on the ground who are saying they did this or they did that, where we even have some members of the crowd saying they were paid to participate in the riots, so we've even got that too, but where we have in addition film footage, Showing inside the crowd as they're moving up toward the Capitol.
There are managers and directors telling them where to go and what to do.
And the footage extends inside to the stage shooting of this Ashley Bama Well, there's no flinching when the gun is fired.
In other words, everyone knew what was going to happen.
Normally, if someone fires a gun, you got everyone ducking and hiding for cover.
But that did not happen here because they were all part of a scripted event.
We have Ashley purportedly shot in the neck, which is a profuse source of blood.
There ought to have been blood all over the place.
Instead, there was a little bit smeared on her face or neck where she appears to have been given a small packet of blood just before the event.
Well, the EMTs don't respond at all as appropriate.
You would only be taken out on a stretcher having suffered such a wound, but they carry her down by the shoulders of the arm down the stairway in violation of medical protocol.
I tell you, all this add up to a gigantic fraud on the part of The Democrats for the very purpose of sabotaging the discussion of voter fraud, which it completely derailed.
Think about the question of, you know, Cuomo who benefits and it's obvious Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats benefited, not Donald Trump.
Completely outrageous, completely outrageous.
Meanwhile, Australia observes that the leader of the free world is compromised and struggling with the manship.
It's clear U.S.
President Joe Biden is not up to the task he's been sworn in to do, according to Sky News host Cory Bernardi.
Never before has a leader of the free world been so cognitively compromised.
It's clear to me at the least that U.S.
President Joe Biden is struggling with the benches, clearly not up to the task he's been sworn in to do.
He said something that was evident during the election, but the partisan and poisonous mainstream media chose not to highlight anything that could have derailed a Biden victory.
Even now, after he's been sworn in, many of them, meaning the mainstream media, are still refusing to report the truth about Biden's lack of capacity.
He recently emerged to make his sanitized presidential town hall debut, where the new president gave away his teleprompter and committed an atrocious series of gaffes that were highly embarrassing Which on which I have reported during our show on Friday, including claiming that he wakes up in the morning and turns to Jill and says, where the hell are we?
Reporting that blacks are unable to get on the Internet to track anything down online, that black on black crime is far the most source of concern.
To black Americans, not white on black, which is relatively minor in comparison.
Roughly speaking, having researched this subject, I'd say 90% plus of these crimes that occur in the United States, crimes of violence, especially involving guns, are black on black.
That the percentage of black on white is like around four percent of white on black is less than three.
You know, it is relatively obscure.
So what the Democrats have done is this special pleading, citing only the evidence favorable to your case.
This is like a used car salesman emphasizing the terrific stereo and the leather seats.
And ignoring the fact that the transmission is shot and the carding is a ring job.
They're pointing out the relatively minor number of incidents of white-on-black crime as though they were predominant when the situation is completely the opposite.
Meanwhile, the new COVID legislation contains $300 billion in unrelated spending.
President Biden hasn't backed down from his $1.9 trillion COVID-19 spending proposal.
House Democrats are pushing full steam ahead, but a top budget watchdog has warned that the budget-busting legislation, which costs roughly $13,260 per federal taxpayer, is full of spending that has nothing to do with a pandemic.
Only about 1% of the package goes toward COVID vaccines, 5% truly focused on public health needs surrounding the pandemic.
Meanwhile, nearly half will be spent on poorly targeted rebate checks, state and local government aid, including the households and governments that have experienced little to no financial loss, even some of the money ostensibly COVID-19 related.
Like billions intended to help schools open is highly misleading, where much of the money goes for school reopening in 2023 and 2024, long past when the schools should have been reopened.
Meanwhile, Biden is planning to do something unthinkable to ban guns in America.
Biden and Harris represent the most radical administration on gun control ever to grace the White House, from which, according to my sources, they have been barred.
They've been locked out of the White House.
As soon as the sham impeachment of Donald Trump concluded, Biden called on Congress to pass sweeping gun control legislation that would require gun registries, limit magazine sizes, allow people to sue gun manufacturers, and more.
He brags about his stellar record on guns.
And on the primary campaign trail, Harris said she would use executive orders to ban assault weapons if Congress didn't act within her first hundred days in office.
Well, Biden could beat her to the punch.
Well, I mean, you know, it's embarrassingly bad.
Even now, Kamala goes out on a visit and they get all of two people, two people out to greet her, two, count them, two.
In less than a month in office, Biden has already signed the most executive orders in presidential history within that time frame.
Fears over the coronavirus and summer riots led to record-breaking gun sales during 2020.
His gun control agenda is going to encourage more people to arm themselves.
About 40% of the firearm purchases in 2020 were made by first-time gun owners.
And I encourage you, if you don't own a gun, you're committing a massive blunder.
Remember, this is a party that wants to defund the police.
Moreover, the response time, if you, say, have an intruder in your home and you want to call the police because they have guns and you don't, is up to 20 minutes.
So in the meanwhile, your daughter may have been raped, your wife murdered, you have been mugged.
The high demand for guns in 2020, even in deep blue areas like Los Angeles and New York City, is a positive sign the Democrats will have a fight on their hands.
There are over 400 million guns in the country, so the gun confiscations outlets have their work cut out for them.
And by the way, in my opinion, The shortest distance between Washington D.C.
and a full-blown civil war, I mean an actual shooting war, is to attempt to take guns away from the American people.
I mean, ask yourself, since the American people have guns to defend themselves, why would the government want to diminish the American people's right or ability to defend themselves?
And there can only be one answer.
Because it also allows them to defend themselves from a tyrannical government, which the Democrats do not want to allow to happen.
I have reported before, and reiterate, years ago, David Hodges of the Common Sense Show reported that in the 20th century, there were 19 demo sides where the governments slaughtered the citizens of their
countries, wholesale slaughter, every one of which was preceded by gun confiscation. We can't
let that happen here.
We can't allow America to become number 20. Well, we've heard a great deal about Joe Biden
and the Biden crime family being wholly owned assets of the Chinese Communist Party.
But there's another side of the coin.
Bought and paid for.
Biden's long history of pandering to the Israeli lobby.
While Democrats accuse Donald Trump of being a Russian agent, they don't seem to care that Biden is a bought and paid for agent of the Israeli lobby.
In the late 1980s, Randy Emery, an independent commentator on political affairs, challenged then-Senator Joe Biden on his stance toward the Israeli-Palestine conflict, following a campus speech that Biden gave, asking him, rather than succumb to the influence of various lobbying groups in Washington, such as AIPAC, the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee, which promotes the views of Israel's right-wing Lukin Party,
And the untold amount of money they use to dictate policy.
Wouldn't it be more prudent to examine the real effects of collective punishment, daily humiliation, and countless civilian casualties inflicted by the Israelis have on an occupied population, and use that understanding to formulate a more rational approach toward the Palestinians?
I responded by walking directly from the podium, nose to him, nose to nose, trying to refute his analysis about the influence of the Israeli lobby and the heavy-handed approach employed by Israel toward the Palestinians, which has been the greatest human rights issue of the 20th century, now extending into the 21st.
At the end of the exchange, Biden, in turn, put his arm around Amiri's shoulder and addressed the audience.
If this was not such a fine, articulate, and sincere young man, and he implied that my vote had been bought, I would give him a swift kick in the ass.
The audience roared in applause.
But a friend rose up to defend him, telling Biden, if my father heard you say such a thing, I believe he would have done the same to you first.
Characterizing Biden as a manch A Yiddish term for a man who does good deeds.
The Jewish Defense Council, this is the JDCA, pointed out that Biden, as vice president, supported unprecedented levels of security assistance to Israel, helping to shape the record 38 million 10-year moratorium of understanding between the US and Israel, signed in 2016.
Under President Obama.
And let me point out that they're using that money to buy our Congress.
To buy our Congress.
I mean, it's completely disgusting, but that's the way they operate.
Meanwhile, when it comes to COVID, we have a marvelous analysis by three leading experts.
The controversy over whether the SARS-CoV-2 virus has ever been isolated or purified continues.
However, using the above definition from the Oxford English Dictionary, isolation, the action of isolating, the fact or condition of being isolated or standing alone, separation from other things or persons, solitariness, common sense, the laws and logic and dictates of science, Any unbiased person must come to the conclusion that the COVID-SARS-2 virus has never been isolated or purified.
As a result, no confirmation of the virus' existence can be found.
The logical common sense and scientific consequences of this fact are The structure and composition of something not shown to exist can't be known, including the present structure and function of any hypothetical spike or other proteins.
The genetic sequence of something that has never been found can't be known.
Variants of something that hasn't been shown to exist can't be known.
It's impossible to demonstrate that SARS-CoV-2 causes a disease caused COVID-19.
In as concise terms as possible, here's the proper way to isolate, characterize, and demonstrate a new virus.
First, one takes samples—blood, sputum, secretions—for many people, for example, 500, with symptoms that are unique and specific enough to characterize an illness.
Without mixing these samples with any tissue or products that also contain genetic material, the virologist macerates filters and ultracentrifuges, that is, purifies the specimen.
The common virology technique, done for decades to isolate bacteriophages and so-called giant viruses in every virology lab, That allows a virologist to demonstrate with electron macroscopy thousands of identically sized and shaped particles.
These particles are the isolated and purified virus.
These identical particles are then checked for uniformity by physical and or microscopic techniques.
Once the purity is determined, The particles may be further characterized.
This would include examining the structures, morphology, and chemical composition of the particles.
Next, their genetic makeup is characterized by extracting the genetic material directly from the purified particles and using genetic sequencing techniques such as Sanger sequencing that have been around for decades.
One does then an analysis to confirm that these uniform particles are exogenous, outside in origin, as a virus is conceptualized to be, and not the normal breakdown products of dead and dying tissue internal to the organism.
If we have come this far, then we have fully isolated, characterized, and genetically sequenced an Ogenous virus particle.
However, we still have to show it's causally related to a disease.
This is carried out by exposing a group of healthy subjects, animals are usually used, to this isolated purified virus and the manner in which the disease is thought to be transmitted.
If the animals get sick with the same disease, as confirmed by clinical and autopsy findings, One has now shown that the virus actually causes the disease.
This demonstrates infectivity and transmission of an infectious agent.
None of these steps has ever been attempted with the CARS-CoV-2 virus, nor have all these steps been successfully performed for any so-called pathogen virus.
Our research indicates that a single study showing these steps does not exist anywhere in the medical literature.
Instead, since 1954, virologists have taken uncurified samples from a relatively few people, often less than 10, with a similar disease.
They then minimally process the sample and inoculate this uncurified sample onto tissue culture containing usually four to six other types of material, all of which contain identical genetic material as to what is called a virus.
The tissue culture is starved and poisoned and naturally disintegrates into many types of particles, some of which contain genetic material.
Against all common sense logic, use of the English language, and scientific integrity, this process is called virus isolation.
This brew, containing fragments of genetic material from many sources, is then subjected to genetic analysis, which then creates, in a computer simulation process, the sequence of the alleged virus, a so-called in silico genome.
At no time is an actual virus confirmed by electron microscopy.
At no time is a genome extracted and sequenced from an actual virus.
This is scientific fraud.
The observation that the unpurified specimen, inoculated onto tissue culture along with toxic antibiotics, bovine fetal tissue, amniotic fluid and other tissues, destroys the kidney tissue under which it is inoculated, yet is given as evidence of the virus' existence and pathogenicity.
This is scientific fraud!
From now on, When anyone gives you a paper suggesting the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been isolated, check the methods section.
If a researcher has used virocells or any other culture method, you will know the process was not isolation.
Well, here are the following excuses for why actual isolation isn't done.
There were not enough virus particles found in samples from patients to analyze.
Viruses are intercellular parasites.
They can't be found outside the cell in this manner.
If number one is correct, and we can't find the virus in the sputum of six people, then on what evidence do we think the virus is dangerous or even lethal?
If number two is correct, then how is the virus spread from person to person?
We're told it emerges from the cell to infect others.
And why is it possible to find it?
Questioning these virology techniques in conclusion is not some distraction or divisive issue.
Shining the light on this truth is essential on top of this terrible fraud that humanity is confronting.
For as we know, if the virus has never been isolated, sequenced, or shown to cause disease, if the virus is imaginary, then why are we wearing masks, social distancing, and putting the whole world in prison?
Finally, If pathogenic viruses don't exist, then what's going on?
What's going into those injectable devices erroneously called vaccines, and what is their purpose?
The scientific question is the most urgent and relevant of our time.
We are correct.
The SARS-CoV-2 virus does not exist.

Well, during the break, checking my email, the Epoch Times has published a nice piece
about the Supreme Court dismissing a slew of 2020 presidential election lawsuits.
Let me highly recommend this absolutely sensational new venue, TheEpochTimes.com.
Really good stuff.
Very well-written, well-researched, well-reasoned articles about important topics.
I share this.
This morning, the Supreme Court threw out a series of remaining challenges to election processes and election results in several states left over from the recent presidential election cycle.
One of the lawsuits was brought by Representative Mike Kelly, representative of Pennsylvania, who challenged President Joe Biden's victory over former President Donald Trump.
Kelly had asked the Supreme Court to consider his lawsuit, which challenged mail-in voting policies in his home state of Pennsylvania.
Kelly argued that Act 77, the 2019 state statute that authorized universal no-excuse mail-in voting, violated the Constitution.
The Supreme Court also denied a petition seeking review in Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Def Gravenry.
Another case dismissed was brought by lawyer L. Lynn Wood against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, challenging results and policies in Georgia.
A case from Arizona Ward v. Jackson was also dismissed.
That lawsuit challenged Biden's victory at the polls in the state.
An appeal lodged by Trump against Wisconsin results was denied.
The case was Trump v. Biden, another Wisconsin-related appeal.
King v. Whitmer was likewise dismissed.
I'm telling you, if the United States winds up in a state of civil war, the Supreme Court will bear a major responsibility for that outcome.
By adopting the completely absurd position that before an election you have no standing and after election it's no longer viable or relevant.
This is insulting beyond belief.
Meanwhile, I also have a report that Mitch McConnell is blocking Merrick Garland from becoming A member of the Biden cabinet as its Attorney General.
I expect to report further on that tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the Wuhan lab, believe it or not, remains eligible to receive U.S.
taxpayer funding through 2024, the NIH has confirmed, even though it's at the center of widespread speculation that COVID-19 could have entered the human population in China due to an accidental lab leak.
Now, bear in mind, given what I just reported, we don't know that it actually exists.
It's never been isolated, and it's never been isolated.
There's no conceivable way you could have a vaccine that would be successful in dealing with a virus that has never been isolated.
Also, by the way, None of these vaccines have been approved by the federal drug FDA agency and therefore I believe that's another ground on which you could refuse to take a vaccine.
Not only does it contain abortive fetal tissue, that's ground number one, not only does it have the potential to cause allergic reactions because of the interaction among the various I don't.
Believe me, you have every right to refuse to take this so-called vaccine, which appears to be a combination of injectables that doesn't actually qualify as medicine.
The president of EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Dasch, was a sole U.S.
member of the WHO delegation investigating the origin of the pandemic on the ground in China in January and February.
Das said the White House should blindly accept their conclusion that it's highly unlikely the virus could have leaked from the Wuhan lab.
He also said American intelligence indicating researchers became infected with COVID-like symptoms before the first known cases in December of 2019 should not be trusted.
Meanwhile, EcoHealth Alliance work researching bat-based coronaviruses in China was funded by a $3.7 million grant from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is run by Anthony Tony the Rat, with the approval of Barack Obama.
Now, here's a wonderful piece about 12 important questions before considering vaccination.
With the answers you get from the government.
If I get vaccinated, can I stop wearing a mask?
No.
If I get vaccinated, will the restaurants, bars, schools, fitness clubs, hair salons, etc.
reopen?
Will people be able to get to work like normal?
No.
If I get vaccinated, will I be resistant to COVID?
Maybe.
We don't know exactly.
Probably not.
If I get vaccinated, at least I won't be contagious to others, right?
No.
The vaccine doesn't stop transmission.
If I get vaccinated, how long will the vaccine last?
No one knows.
All COVID vaccines are still in the experimental stage.
If I get vaccinated, can I stop social distancing?
No.
If my parents, grandparents, and I all get vaccinated, can we hug each other again?
No.
So what's the benefit of getting vaccinated?
Hoping the virus won't kill you.
Are you sure the vaccine won't injure or kill me?
No.
If statistically the virus won't kill me, since there's a 99.7% survival rate, why should I get vaccinated?
To protect others.
So if I get vaccinated, I can protect 100%?
Protect people I come in contact with?
No.
If I experience a severe adverse reaction, long-term effects, still unknown, or die from the vaccine?
Will I or my family be compensated from the vaccine manufacturer or the government?
No.
The government and vaccine manufacturers have 100% zero liability regarding this experimental drug.
So, to summarize, the COVID-19 vaccine Does not provide immunity, does not eliminate the virus, does not prevent death, does not guarantee you won't get it, does not stop you from passing it on to others, does not eliminate the need for travel bans, does not eliminate the need for business closures, does not eliminate the need for lockdowns, does not eliminate the need for masking.
Think about it.
Meanwhile, a GOP oversight committee—19 members—are worrying that the Biden border policies could cause a COVID health crisis, where they're taking for granted that what we're being told about the virus is correct.
And if it's correct, then we're inviting a catastrophe at the border.
The letter which they have sent to President Biden reads as follows.
About Biden's policy reads as follows. In addition to his reckless policies and executive action,
President Biden's rhetoric relating to amnesty for millions of illegal aliens and gutting
interior enforcement priorities is leading to a perfect storm on the southwest border.
Without a radically different approach, a health, security and humanitarian crisis is inevitable.
They have set this to DHS, raising concerns about what's going on here.
One of the first acts of Biden's presidency was to halt construction of the border law.
A border wall.
Some in law enforcement are beginning to speak out, like Sheriff Chuck Jenkins of Frederick County, Maryland.
He began by saying the new policies would not just endanger American communities, but immigrant communities as well.
In a February 8th interview with Fox & Friends, Jenkins talked about the new guidelines put out by the Biden administration that would result in fewer arrests for low-level crimes such as the U.I.'
's assault, fraud, and robbery.
The following day, Sheriff A.J.
Loudbacker of Jackson County, Texas, spoke to Tucker Carlson, claimed the Biden administration is releasing illegal immigrants into the U.S.
with no COVID testing.
Dovetailing the claim made by the oversight Republicans.
Meanwhile, in Spain, second Pfizer shots halted after 46 nursing home residents die after the first shot.
Los Barrios, Spain.
The Nuestra Senora de Rosa, Our Lady of Rosary Nursing Home, is reeling due to mass deaths after mRNA inoculation.
All residents and workers at the facility received the first dose of Pfizer mRNA in early January.
Most residents became extremely ill shortly after the shot.
I believe many came down with COVID-19 despite being vaccinated against it.
Andalusian Health Service reported that at least 46 residents have died since January.
For perspective, Our lady has a maximum capacity of 145.
So we're talking about a quarter, one out of four of their residents dead.
Actually, it's one out of three.
One out of three are dead.
The Wanted del Andalusia regional government intervened in early February to curtail the death count, but people continued dying.
So, Spain's Ministry of Health is now in charge of mitigation.
In view of the imminent risk to public health, and in particular for the residents and workers of the center, as the current protocol for disinfection and isolation of positive cases cannot be guaranteed.
The situation remains dire We're at least 28 residents and 12 staff members were COVID positive last week.
And as a consequence, they have halted all further MRNA shots.
And this is going on all over the world.
Nevertheless, the world's biggest company, Amazon.com, Is it going to give their workers COVID vaccine time off pay?
They're encouraging their workers to take the shots, which have a greater chance of killing them than the virus.
I mean, get this.
They're actually paying people to kill themselves for 40 bucks.
Listen to this.
We ask you to get vaccinated as soon as you are eligible.
This is for your own health and safety and that of your loved ones, co-workers, and communities.
To support this effort, hourly employees in the U.S.
will receive $40 for each dose if you have to go off-site for the vaccine, or up to $80 of additional pay.
If an attendance policy applies to you, we will also grant one day of UPT.
I think that's unpaid time or equivalent for each shot to schedule your vaccine or if you experience symptoms after receiving the shot.
This benefit begins today and we'll be rolling out a new feature in the A to Z app on March 1st where you can report whether you receive one or both shots.
Approved COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.
That appears to be completely false and most certainly not warranted or justified by any evidence or actual studies.
False.
Amazon is declaring approved COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective.
They've not been approved by the FDA.
They're experimental.
The government manufacturers have no liability, even if you die.
And are a critical step in helping our lives and communities return to normal.
Bullshit!
If you're here from your community, you're eligible to receive the vaccine.
Please sign up for those opportunities.
How disgusting!
Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene has spoken out about training being given even by Coca-Cola.
On racial identity politics, where they're supposed to be learning how to resist their whiteness.
You know, it's what we've got going on here is an incredible effort to promote anti-white racism, even by Coca-Cola.
Marjorie tweets.
Actually, it may be.
Yeah.
I think it's, yeah, this is a personal tweet.
Coca-Cola needs to stop this racist nonsense.
No one stood in line and picked their skin color before they were born.
Identity politics is ruining this country, dividing people and teaching hate.
Meanwhile, breaking Coca-Cola is forcing employees to complete online training, telling them try to be less white.
I mean, how absurd is that?
Try to be less white.
Meanwhile, we have a guy who published a book that was supporting the Warren Commission, trying to extend the reach of his absurdity by declaring JFK's assassination grease the wheels for a QAnon and COVID deniers.
Listen to this.
Pretty fascinating, all things considered.
A guy who's published a book that defends the Warren Commission, where if we know anything about these commissions, it's that they are whitewashed efforts to conceal the truth from the American people, just as the idea of having a capital intrusion investigation promoted by Nancy Pelosi would, if it were effective, lead back to Nancy Pelosi The same type of thinking fuels the Kennedy conspiracy theories and the venomous fiction concocted by extreme right-wingers that we see today.
It needs to be laid to rest, says James Moore.
Watching Oliver Stone's JFK in the age of QAnon COVID denialism and anti-vax conspiracy theories is a very different experience from watching it when the film arrived in cinemas three decades ago.
The movie's conspiratorial bed and the liberties it takes with history to advance both its plot and the contention that President John F. Kennedy's assassination in Dallas in 1963 was the end result of a vast conspiracy created controversy when it was released.
Well, I gotta tell you, I know quite a lot about the film, of course, and I've done massive research on JFK, collaborative research with the best experts to ever study the case.
And I have observed before and reaffirmed that the film JFK, where Oliver apparently has a sequel he's seeking to release, Was at the time the most complete, accurate, and comprehensive presentation of what actually happened at Dealey Plaza on 22 November 1963, ever released to the American people through the mass media.
It suffers from at least three defects, but not its overall theme of the military, the CIA, the Eastern establishment surrounding the Fed, anti-Castro Cubans, and others.
Conspiring to remove JFK, principally in order to replace his policies with those of Lyndon Johnson, including, of course, his decision to remove all American forces from Vietnam by the end of 1964.
It is nevertheless flawed in three specific respects.
All of which appear to have been affected by the fact that he was relying upon a disinformation specialist who has found his niche in JFK research by the name of Robert Grodin, who played a role as a special advisor to the House Select Committee when it reinvestigated the case to determine whether or not It was true that Lee Oswald was standing in the doorway of the Book Depository when the motorcade passed by, where Biden fabricated evidence and reported back that it was merely a false rumor, when in fact it's true.
Even Harold Weisberg, already in his Whitewash series, the second volume of which was Photographic Whitewash, revealed in the last four pages how the Ward Commission staff had a terrible time Trying to conceal the fact that Lee Oswald had been in the doorway of the Book Depository when the motorcade passed by, and where I have done, with others, an immense amount of research confirming that fact to be the case, a rousing case
Who happens to be a chiropractor, and who is used to enabling persons to get their bodies in shape so their clothes fit better, recognized we can identify Oswald in the doorway in the famous photograph taken by AP photographer James I. Olshans on the basis of his height, his weight, his build, his shirt, and his t-shirt.
Where Larry Rivera has now been able to do superpositions on the facial features and confirmed it is indeed Lee Oswald, which we already knew and not Billy Love Lady, as the government insists.
Where Billy said he thought it was odd they'd be confused since he was two to three inches shorter, 15 to 20 pounds heavier.
And where he went, at the request of the FBI on the 29th of February 1964, wearing the shirt he'd worn the day of the assassination, which, unlike the long-sleeved, richly textured shirt on the man in the doorway, which was tattered and torn, was a relatively spiffy, short-sleeved, red and white, vertically striped shirt, not at all the same.
So we know right off the bat that Grodin was dirty in dismissing what was in fact the single most important fact of the case to wit.
The man the government was fingering as a shooter was in the doorway when the motorcade passed by, and therefore not only cannot have been the lone demanded gunman, but one of the multiple shooters where I've identified six by name, rank, and serial number, only Damagard is seventh, and where now appears to have been even an eight.
And Where Oliver only posited two hit teams, where, as you can see, we believe there were quite a few more.
And, where Oliver did not know, because Robert Grodin maintains to this very day that the Zapruder film had been massively edited, where the original had around 1,000 frames, but the excellent version only 487.
So he was poorly advised.
And I'm very concerned that in this new effort, he may again have been poorly advised by a fellow named Jim DiEugenio, whom I have outed again and again as a peddler of disinformation and propaganda about the assassination.
But frankly, it would not surprise me if Oliver had been played once again.
Meanwhile, about the film from Jim Moore, The critical response was mostly positive.
Its Rotten Tomatoes score is 88% on Metacritic, at most a rating of 72, indicating generally favorable reviews.
It appeared in several critics' end-of-the-year top ten lists, was nominated for eight Oscars, winning two for cinematography and film editing, It ought to have been the best picture of the year, and I have no doubt would have won that award, but for Jack Valenti, who is a former aide to Lyndon Johnson, sabotaging its prospects, where the Academy eventually went to a film about a sadistic cannibal, Silence of the Lambs, which was an outrageous abuse, really monstrous.
The box office returns were handsome, a global gross of $205 million, making it the sixth largest film of 1991, despite its bladder-busting three-hour run time.
I contributed to the total when it came out.
While it's contention that the conspiracy went all the way up to Vice President Lyndon Johnson looked like a stretch, its lambasting of the Warren Commission Johnson established to investigate the assassination and its insistence that Oswald couldn't have acted alone hit home.
And of course, the situation is actually much worse.
Mike, a persistent majority of Americans in polls showed it reached across ethnic groups, genders, and political persuasions.
I bought into the idea there must have been more work than a lone shooter.
A disturbed, dysfunctional individual took advantage of the easy availability of firearms in his country and used his military train to write his name into the history books.
The weapon he's alleged to have used An obscure Bandlick or Carcano was so unreliable, it was known in World War II as a humanitarian rifle for ever actually harming anyone on purpose.
And as a former Marine Corps officer who supervised recruit training, even at the same depot in San Diego where Lee Oswald took his training, he was not trained to use a bolt-action rifle or a telescopic sight or to fire at a moving target.
I mean, this is just ridiculous nonsense coming from this totally phony pseudo-authority.
It's a theory that spawned hundreds of books and a pop culture trope.
Countless shows and movies dealing with time travel or parallel worlds or general weirdness have visited and revisited the event.
Most recently, Netflix's Umbrella Academy.
But let me just say, if you don't know any better, The wound to the back of the head that JFK suffered from a shot fired from in front was a fifth-size wound.
At Bethesda, however, it was enlarged to nearly a whole back of his head.
Something that might have occurred had he been bending over and leaning over and shot from behind.
But when the HSC reinvestigated, they reconstituted the back of his head.
It had a single tiny entry wound right at the cowlick, at the crown of the head.
If that's all you knew about it, you know something is wrong and that it would appear a medical cover-up at the very least had taken place on a massive scale.
We'll be right back with more about this debunking or attempt to debunk conspiracy theories about JFK, QAnon, and COVID in the mix.
So, let's get started. So, I'm going to start with the first one. So, I'm going to start
with the first one.
So, I'm going to start with the first one.

Meanwhile, according to Jim Moore, the Kennedy conspiracy theory has become a respectable conspiracy theory.
Almost.
And the film reinforced that.
Well, I'd say today, if you don't recognize that Lee Oswald was not the lone assassin, that you are either unfamiliar with the evidence or cognitively impaired.
And those who are offering pieces like this, intended to persuade you the government got it right, are peddling disinformation and propaganda.
Let me illustrate the pivotal finding or declaration of the Warren Commission to make its whole scenario hang together was the magic bullet theory, to wit, that a bullet had entered the base of JFK's back, transverse his neck without hitting any bony structures and exited his throat, which was intended to account for the fact that JFK had a shot in the back Which Gerald Ford had redescribed as his uppermost back when it was actually five and a half inches down below the collar and just on the right of the spinal column, a shallow shot that only went in as far as the second knuckle on your little finger with no point of exit.
Moved it up to his uppermost back, where Gerald Ford then moved it to the base of the back of the neck to promote the absurdity of the magic bullet theory, because David W. Mantic, MD, PhD, who's a leading expert on the medical evidence in the world today and my longest-standing collaborator in JFK research, took a CAT scan of a patient with similar chest and neck dimensions to JFK and plotted The alleged trajectory, which turns out not to be anatomically possible because cervical vertebrae intervene.
In other words, no bullet could have entered JFK's back at the location specified and come out his neck without hitting bony structures, which is why, as Mark Wayne explained in his brilliant book, Rush to Judgment, A hypothetical question was put to the doctors, such as Malcolm Perry, MD, who'd performed a simple tracheostomy incision through the throat.
It was a small, clean puncture wound, obviously a wound of entry.
But rather than ask the doctor what he'd observed and what his findings indicated, Arlen Specter, As a junior counsel for the commission asked him the following hypothetical question if we assume the bullet entered here indicating the location at the back of the neck and traveled through the neck without hitting any bony structures and exited here
At the front of the throat, would that mean this wound at the front of the throat was an exit wound?
Which, of course, is a trivial consequence of making those assumptions.
It's built in.
It cannot not be an exit wound.
If the assumptions he'd been asked to make were correct, To which Malcolm Perry replied, yes, that would be the case, but he was not in a position to vouch for or verify the assumptions he'd been asked to make because, of course, he knew they were categorically false.
I mean, this is an anatomical absurdity, but it's a pivot.
It's a basis for the Warren Commission.
The entire basis revolves around this, even though the commission report itself claims this is not crucial to its findings.
It's absolutely indispensable.
Remember, the initial finding the day of the assassination by both the Secret Service and the FBI was that there had been three shots with three hits.
The jacket had been hit in the back, where he actually was hit in the back.
We have the shirt, the jacket, and a mass of other data to confirm it.
Five and a half inches below the collar, just to the right of the spinal column, That Connelly was hit in the back by a separate shot, and then Jack was hit in the back of the head, killing him.
Three shots, three hits.
When it turns out, however, that a bystander by the name of James Tagg had been injured by a shot that had missed and hit a curbing, where Flex had cut his cheek, so he actually had a bleeding from the wound, they had to acknowledge there'd been a miss.
But since they declared there were only three shots, they now had to count for all the wounds on the basis of only two, which meant to this ingenious rearrangement of the back wound to tie it in with a throat wound, which was actually a separate wound that had been fired from in front.
Jim Moore continues.
But it isn't.
And today's virulent conspiracies make clear that the thinking it encourages is problematic.
Yeah, thinking about crimes committed by the government is problematic.
There might not on the face of it appear to be much of a link between the Kennedy conspiracy and QAnon.
One holds that a combination of people who might have had cause to want Kennedy dead—the mob, the military-industrial complex, anti-Castro Cubans, the CIA, J. Edgars, FBI, communists, pro-Castro Cubans, the Russians, Lyndon B. Johnson, according to Roger Stone, Republican Senator Ted Cruz's father, according to Donald Trump, Put Lee Harvey Oswald up as a patsy while their man hid behind the famous grassy knoll, did the deed and escape the chaos that followed.
And by the way, I interviewed yesterday a man who claims to have fired the shot from behind the picket fence, James Files.
And well, I'm, uh, Not quite convinced of his role here.
I can guarantee you he's a very serious guy and he was addressing the issues.
I was pointing to him and his wife, who's actually authored with him three books, serious questions about what had happened.
So I'm continuing my research to sort all these things out.
The most important book about Lyndon's role here, by the way, is not Roger's book on the case against LBJ, you know, who killed JFK, the case against LBJ, but Phil Nelson's book, LBJ, the mastermind behind JFK's assassination, about which I shall elaborate further.
Ted Cruz's father, Donald Trump has identified as having been with Lee Oswald at Dealey Plaza.
And it turns out Trump was completely correct, a matter to which I shall return.
The other claims that Trump was fighting a secret war against a cabal of Satan-worshipping pedophiles, including prominent figures in the Democratic Party, I would add, Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi, among others, who are protected by deep state operatives.
Now, if you have any doubt about it, go to jimnickandswearzyguy.com and watch my presentation on Pizzagate, truth or fiction, reality or fiction, Pizzagate being the American franchise of Pedogate.
It's easy to see the problems with the former just from the length of the list, and the fact that the case at its core is backed by little more than the feeling that one man simply couldn't have on his own changed history is all well and good.
Well, that's just ridiculous.
What, has he never read my books?
Assassination Science, 1998, Murder in Dealey Plaza, 2000, The Great Zapruder Film Hoax, 2003, where we blew apart the cover-up.
I mean, give me a break.
But it looks positively rational compared to the craziness of the latter, which is a venomous, Internet-driven fiction concocted by extreme right-wingers without the faintest grounding in reality.
The same goes for COVID denialism and the hysterical claims of the global anti-vax law.
Well, you know how absurd that is just from what I've been reporting here today.
COVID denialism and anti-vaccine are very well-rooted in real science rather than pseudo.
Yet, he continues a type of thinking that fuels the Kennedy theory even now.
After government papers have been released, ballistics experts, and yes, physicists, have looked at the evidence and concluded that the fatal bullet came from the Texas Book Depository building where Walswalt set himself up.
Isn't all that difficult?
Well, let me explain how David Banting went into the National Archives.
This is already in 1992.
With the permission of Burke Marshall, the Kennedy family attorney, to study the autopsy materials and study the autopsy x-rays using a technique known as optical densitometry, which enabled him to determine the relative density of the objects whose exposure and radiation created the image and identified an area he called Area P for Patch.
That had been done with material far too dense to be human bone, so that at least, unless JFK's whole head was nothing but solid bone, unless JFK was a bonehead, this was a contrivance, fabricated evidence.
Meanwhile, I studied the Zapruder film on the conjecture that they spent so much time blackening out the occurrence of the blowout at the back of the head in early frames, 3.13 through 3.17, for example.
They might have overlooked that it was visible in later frames, and I discovered in frame 3.74 you can actually see the blowout.
And when you compare David's definition of area P with a blowout that's visible in frame 3.74, You can see very strong correspondence.
It's like a cashew on the side, where hair partially overlaps in the frame, and where you can see this pinkish extension, which is a skull flap blown out by the use of a frangible or exploding bullet, which, by the way, is the type of bullet that James Fylde claimed he had fired.
Jim Boer continues.
Just imagine dark and shadowy forces involving criminals colluding with agents of the deep state to do bad things and boom, there you go.
All those theories I mentioned require you go down the same rabbit hole.
It's just a matter of how deep you're willing to go.
This is not to say we should abandon all skepticism in regard to government, politicians, criminals, and they're sometimes the same, corporations and the like, There was a genuine conspiracy just a few years after Kennedy was killed, and it did go all the way up to the president of the day, not just the vice president in the form of Richard Nixon.
Its aim was to break into and mug the office of the Democratic National Committee in the Watergate building.
It was investigated and proven thanks to the dogged reporting of Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein at the Washington Post.
Some of those involved were convicted in a court of law.
Governments and corporations do bad things, and then they try to cover them up.
Efforts to expose them by journalists, investigators, lawyers, politicians have proved successful, and future efforts deserve our support.
Democracy depends upon it.
One of the problems with the media culture we live in today is it's become increasingly hard for the woman or man in the street to discern between genuine scandal and partisan hokum whipped up for political purposes.
But that only enhances the case for dismissing historical hope and lesson until someone can definitively prove it's more than that.
And I guarantee you we have partisan hokum in the JFK official account and the 9-11 account.
That has been definitively proved.
And you could go to JFK, who was responsible, and why on my lipshoot, on Lipshoot, JFK was responsible.
And while you'll see the vast amount of evidence speaking, it speaks volume.
He claims that no one has done so after all the efforts poured into investigating Kennedy's killing.
No one has found a smoking gun other than the one used by Oswald.
But that's false.
I've reported several of them here.
You can see the defect in the back of the head in frame 374, that the autopsies were patched to conceal the blowout, that the magic bullet theory isn't even anatomically possible.
Rewatching JFK, which contains a nasty strand of homophobia, made one thing clear.
Its conspiracy theorizing needs to be laid to rest.
Lee Harvey Oswald did it on his own, and as Gerald Posner said in his exhaustively researched book, which is actually a flimsy rewrite of the Warren Commission, one of only a small minority aimed at debunking conspiracy, case closed.
Now, if you go to JFK, who is responsible and why, you'll see a part of a photograph, a color photograph, that's also on the cover of my book, Assassination Science of 1998.
Well, you can see Rafael Cruz, who is not only in Dealey Plaza with Lee Oswald when he was handing out Fair Play for Cuba pamphlets, but standing there with Antonio Vecchia, the founder of the especially vicious anti-Cuban organization Alpha 66, in mainstream, standing with him.
You can see it right there on the cover of my book.
Which means he was, yeah, not deeply involved.
He wasn't a shooter, for example, but he was most certainly on the fringe of the assassination to kill JFK.
Donald Trump, once again, was right.
And these others, including this hokum guy, Jim Moore, completely wrong.
I'm pleased Scaredy Cat has joined me.
Scaredy, your turn.
Give us your thoughts.
Hey, Jim.
So, as usual, I have a dozen thoughts.
So, first one is most important right now.
I actually heard good news.
I was just calling to let you know that I heard Captain Kirk yesterday, I thought, on the radio yesterday afternoon.
And he used to be one of your regular callers.
And when you were at another channel this summer.
And then you came back to Revolution.Radio.
Everybody came back.
Paul, Chicago Brew, Dr. Giuseppe Vaffanculo, Scorpio.
But I was just I thought we were missing Captain Kirk.
So I was just very glad to hear his voice yesterday and calling to let you know.
And I was hoping that I was worried that there was, you know, worried that if he was OK or not.
Very good.
And it just might be I'm just thinking that you used to be on at six o'clock in the evening Eastern Time and now you're on at noon.
So it might be his work or his job, but maybe that's why.
So I just wanted to give you the good news.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Excellent.
In the beginning you were mentioning, so just that was the personal touch and now the politics touch, $40 billion to Israel in 2016.
I think it's probably, I don't want to call him even President, I just call him Stinky, Stinky Obama.
I shouldn't do that, it's rude, but I can't help it.
And just about that $40 billion, and that was a 10-year and I think you called it the Memorandum of Understanding, and that's just a very, very pretty word to say.
If you break it down, each year, each and every year, it's $40 billion over four,
let's see, over 10 years would be $10 million every single day for 10 years.
And if you break it down, the $10 million daily would just, should really, in a good,
if we had goodness in our politics, we just go, even if you break it down to $1,000,
it would go to 10,000 Americans, either an American family or a small business, for example,
Poor Texans frozen out in this ice storm with the water pipe breakings and everything.
This money, $40 billion, would be $1,000 to 10,000 Americans every single day from now until 10 years from now.
Every single day.
So I just wanted people to understand, because politics news, they just throw around trillions, billions, billions, what this really means.
Yeah, that's a really good point, Scaredy Cat, and you want to bear it in mind that the Israelis dominate our mainstream media, which has gone after Trump so viciously and covered up for Biden.
I have a panel of 100 executives from CNN.
Every one of those 100 executives is a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen.
I have another panel of 100 executives from NBC.
Every one of those 100 executives is a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen.
I have another panel of 100 executives from the New York Times.
Every one of those 100 executives is a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen.
So they've not only bought our Congress lock, stock and barrel, but they control the media and thereby can affect the outcome of important events such as elections, which in this case, of course, were completely managed by Dominion voting machines and the tabulator service and the Vatican controlled Leonardo satellites, where Barack Obama appears to have been instrumental in recruiting them.
Yeah, so two things.
At the risk of sounding sycophantic, I call you our PBI.
Our People's Bureau of Investigation.
A one-man, you know, you're out there with your garden rake, raking out the muck.
And because The trillions or billions of dollars that we pay, that American dollars and American people, American society have set aside to find the criminals, is just going to pay salaries to men who are ordered to cover up crime, you know.
So you are fighting a trillion dollars there.
And, of course, sycophantic, not really.
It's just worthy praise to you and of course to Revolution.radio.
So scary.
I really appreciate that for the following reason.
I'm trying to make it clear that conspiracy theorists are not to be belittled or ridiculed
as this guy Jim Moore was doing here.
He previously published a book to cover up the true causes of death of JFK, but because what we're doing is investigating crimes.
It's no wonder therefore they're trying to silence us because we're seeking to expose what really happened for crimes they thought they had covered up and they're doing their best not to be exposed mostly because the crimes lead back to themselves as having been responsible.
So among my latest two of my most recent blogs We're one on a series of attacks on Marjorie Taylor Greene by the Associated Press where they laid out a half a dozen charges against her and where I went through the blog and showed on each one of the half a dozen charges Marjorie Taylor Greene was right and the Associated Press was wrong and that led me to publish a conspiracy theorists are investigating crimes
No wonder they want to silence us as a sequel, and I would invite everyone, you know, to think that through.
In fact, it was interesting when I did the interview with James Files and his wife Pamela.
Pamela was saying that it's becoming cool to be a conspiracy theorist and people are catching on.
That, you know, what we're really trying to do is to get to the truth, and that that's a very reason why we're being trivialized, ridiculed, and, you know, attacked, as in this piece by Jim Moore, where those who don't know enough about the facts of the matter might easily be taken in.
Continue.
So, again, two things.
Each time you talk, Jim, my mind explodes.
A dozen petals bloom in the flower of, you know, the garden of my mind.
So, one thing is Shahnama.
Shahnama, the Irani epic poem, just like our planets, our human family owns the five epics, the Greek blind poet Homer's Iliad, Odyssey, the Hindu sages, Balmiki, two more epic poets, the Mahabharata and the Ramayana, and of course the fifth most modern, maybe written about a thousand years ago, Shahnama by the poet Fridoshi.
In there, shah of course is king, nama is name or history, so the names of kings or the story of kings, the shahnama.
He said a millennia, a millennium ago, and of course Jesus Christ also a millennium even before that, it said that if you are a good king you will be reviled and have to bear the slings, Shakespeare's words now, slings and arrows of, you know, outrageous fortune, but of course Not exactly those words, but basically you have a big burden of criticism and become a pariah of society if you try to be a good person.
And the only people who are praised are, you know, sneaky criminals.
Criminals who do their bad deeds in a sneaky, surface, good-looking way.
And so I'm just telling you, that's why you're in good company, Jim.
You're wonderful, Scary Cat.
You're wonderful.
I'm very touched by your words.
I'm very touched by your words.
At the least, they haven't forced me to drink hemlock yet.
But, you know, like sock peaks, I'm just seeking the truth.
And you are wonderful, Nicole.
