This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted today to be joined by Giuseppe Vathanjulo from the District of Criminals.

We hope he'll turn up, but in any case, we're going to bring you the news you need to know.
♪♪♪ You may recall we recently reported a report that came out
from Johns Hopkins taking a closer look at death due to COVID-19 that showed
in none of the age groups was there's a significant increase in death due to
the alleged pandemic.
From mid-March to mid-September, U.S.
total deaths have reached 1.7 million, of which 200,000, or 12%, were alleged to be COVID-19-related.
Instead of looking directly at the 19 deaths, she focused on total deaths per age group and found there was no increase even with older people.
So the question became, what happened?
What turns out, Edward Henry is reporting that researchers have uncovered how the CDC illegally inflated the COVID-19 death statistics by changing the guidelines for reporting death, where it turns out there's the stunning difference that using the new guidelines published by the CDC on March
24, 2020, for COVID-19, it generated 161,392 deaths when had they used the
guidelines in place for the past 17 years, the number would have been only 9,684, but that's not going
to impress the public.
So what they have done is the CDC has illegally inflated the COVID fatality number by at least
16%.
Here, Juan explains how it was done.
On March 24th, the CDC published the NVSS COVID-19 Alert No.
2 document instructing medical examiners, coroners, and physicians to de-emphasize underlying causes of death Also referred to as pre-existing conditions of core morbidity by recording them in Part 2 rather than Part 1 of death certificates as the underlying cause of death expected to result in COVID-19 being the underlying cause of death more often than not.
This was a major rule change For death certificate reporting for the CDC 2000 Threat Corridors Handbook on Death Registration and Fetal Death Reporting, and Physicians Handbook on Medical Certification of Death, which have instructed death reporting professionals nationwide to report underlying conditions in Part 1 for the previous 17 years.
This single change resulted in a significant inflation of COVID-19 fatalities by instructing that COVID-19 be listed in Part 1 as a definitive cause of death regardless of confirmatory evidence, rather than listed in Part 2 as a contributor to death in the presence of pre-existing conditions, as would have been done using the 2003 guidelines.
This research draws attention to the key distinction which has led to this massive inflation, where COVID recorded fatalities are exaggerated nationwide by as much as 1,600% above what they would have been.
This is absolutely stunning stuff, Giuseppe.

Remember, this reflects once again the powerful influence of Bill Gates, who invested a minimum of 280 million in Imperial College, where the Nigel Ferguson model gave false predictions of 2.2 million deaths in the U.S., 500,000 in the U.K.

changed its rules to massively exaggerate the number of deaths from COVID-19, and $18 million to NIH,

And then they had a mild-mannered accountant, Oscar Wallace, played by Charles Martin Smith, who got a look at the real set of books and said, we can nail him on tax evasion.
And so that's how they got Al Capone.
Not for murder, not for mayhem, but for tax evasion.
It was numbers.
and Dr. Huber's new white paper is clever in the same way.
She's like, well, this is SARS, Sudden Acute Respiratory Syndrome, COVID-2.
If this is killing all these people, there should be a massive increase
in the use of medical oxygen.
So she looked at the three largest medical oxygen providers on Wall Street
and their business is down 15% from 2019 to 2020.
Typically, as Edward Hendry proved in the lies, the deceptions of the corrupt CDC, Where are all these deaths?
There are actual comorbidities.
Well, she and her crack research team looked at the actual largest obituaries in the United States, and a majority of them responded to her request for information.
Not all, but like 85% of the largest obituary companies gave her the numbers and it turns out that deaths are actually down as other statistics have shown.
So every way you look at this, this is a lie.
This is a deception and this is just a malevolent initiative to bring this next level of injection.
I can't call it a vaccine because it's human experimentation.

It sounds a little dystopian.
Times technology columnist Kevin Roose conceded, but let's hear them out.
He went on to say, the tip of the spear task force could hold regular meetings with social media platforms and demand structural changes such as violating the privacy of their customers under special government exemptions to make sure they'll get us all.
His experts also said Biden's administration would need to be given peeks into the black box algorithm at Twitter, Facebook, and so forth to open the hood on social media and properly investigate reality offenders.
This is so outrageous, just sadly.

Some observers suggested the reality task force should start by responding to the falsehoods reported by the mainstream media.
Including false allegations Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government to steal the 2016 election.
I think that's completely appropriate.

Meanwhile impeachment polls 60% of battleground voters, 84% of Republicans oppose another impeachment.
Most would agree the swamp creatures haven't bothered to learn what Americans think about impeachment.
The Democrats are so eager to destroy former President Trump and brand him a traitor they ignored nearly 74 million Americans voted for him.
Now Americans are letting Congress know what they think.
A majority of battleground voters want Congress to move on.
The survey examined 800 battleground voters in key states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Found the majority opposed both, another attachment, and Big Tech increasing its censorship.

65% of all voters agree by continuing to attack the President.
Joe Biden and Pelosi are making this worse and keeping the country divided.
48% are less likely to vote for a member of Congress who votes to impeach the President.
80% of Trump voters.
76% of Republicans are less likely to vote for a member who votes for impeachment.
So, at three quarters or so, 60% of all Republicans say that's because he did nothing wrong, and in fact, that's exactly right.
Trump announced Sunday a new legal defense team after he parted ways with five of his impeachment lawyers just a week before his Senate trial is set to begin.
They had a different opinion on the direction of the argument.
Meanwhile, 45 Republicans voted in favor of a motion to dismiss the impeachment article against Trump as unconstitutional, introduced by Senator Rand Paul.
The order, point of order, was defeated 55 to 45, which means there are 45 senators who don't believe this is even constitutional.
The prospect of conviction is zero.

It's just absurd, and the average real people are sick of it.
But, you know what, these globalists and the color revolution types, as Nicky Rapana, who so brilliantly pointed out that there's a new hybrid combination of Capital Zionism and Communist Bolshevism that's now called Communitarianism.
And so, you know, even Bill Clinton was starting to drop phrases relating to Bill, communitarianism
and the village.
And now they're at a point where they're saying ridiculous things like a family shouldn't
raise a child, the community should.
And you know, this is all just repackaged communist Zionist garbage.
It's a malignancy.
And so people are tired of it.
My concern is that in real elections in two years, all these traitorous, globalist, color
revolutionary Democrats would be voted out.
But since there's such massive election fraud now, and does voting even matter?
Can we kick them all out?

Well, Giuseppe, yes, if you were to accept the mainstream narrative about what's happening, I think you would find You know, your concerns are well-founded.

Joe Biden's signature on latest official documents is raising eyebrows.
This is from a pharmacist who says his handwriting is changing.
But it's not a matter of dementia.
It's not the same guy.
I'm a pharmacist in Missouri.
I read a few days ago none of Biden's executive orders have been posted to the federal register, so I look.
The executive orders are showing up.
However, the signature may be a forgery.
I sat on the discovery thinking someone else would notice, but no one seems to have.
Part of my job as a pharmacist is to watch for forged doctor signatures.
I'm pretty sure Joe's are forged.
I suspect he's embarrassed by a shaky signature he had his wife sign for a signature stamp used for official business.
As you can see on the attachment, the last three are identical, indicative of a stamp.
That's fine as long as it's his.
Maybe it's easier to submit otherwise.
I believe it's illegal to have someone else sign for a signature stamp that binds a legal document.
Well, here's the signature of the real Joe Biden.
Now, this pharmacist has been far too uncritical in thinking about what's really going on here.
This is not just because he's got a shaky hand.
And if they wanted to make a stamp, they could make a stamp off of one of these signatures.
Because look at the grotesque difference on the right.
That's not Joe Biden's signature at all.
Notice, Joe writes out a slash for the J-O-E, Biden.
Here, they use a slash with an R, middle initial, and Ed Junior, and it's a much weaker signature.
A much weaker signature.
I mean, there's no doubt these are not the same guy and Giuseppe, as you know, a pharmacist does not.
We've been pointing this out from the beginning.

You know, initially I was a little skeptical, but I agree with you.

And what's interesting is on Twitter, more and more people are jumping in with finding different photos proving the same thing.
But, you know, a signature is as unique as an ear or a fingerprint.
And it can gradually change over the years, but that is obviously someone Writing a forgery, that is not the same signature by any means.

The cost of gasoline, electricity, consumer goods are going to rise dramatically.
One governor believes Biden's gone too far in his exceeding his authority.
On January 28, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order of his own, giving state agencies authority to sue the federal government.
Texas is the number one producer of oil and natural gas and also the largest energy producer and consumer in the country.
Few states stand to be hurt more by Biden than Texas.
The state intends to defend itself, its top industry, and the thousands of workers who make the state and the nation energy independent.
Texas EO does more than just authorize state agencies to sue the federal government.
In waging war against the energy sector, Abbott is signaling Biden also declared war against the state, its workers, and citizens through its Green New Deal policy.
Texas top elected officials said the energy industry is vital to the state's economic growth, The argument Biden and his administration continue to offer is that they're going to create other jobs for fossil fuel workers.
They claim they'll bring about a cleaner environment and offer better pay through good union jobs.

The country can't afford it, but Republicans have been reluctant to obstruct the elements now.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden hit the Supreme Court with a warning that could force Clarence Thomas to retire.
This is another strategy to try to get conservatives out and liberals in.
For months, Biden has refused to reveal his position on packing the court, but it was already obvious informing a commission to study the issue is really nothing but blackmail.
He argued Biden would hold recommendations to alter the makeup of the court over Chief Justice Roberts' head as a threat to force conservative justice to rule in the Biden administration's favor.
President Joe Biden has issued a thinly veiled threat to Chief Justice John Roberts in the form of a new commission that will study Supreme Court reform.
The threat is clear.
If Roberts doesn't limit the court's conservative influence on key issues like abortion, gun rights, and immigration, Democrats will pack the court.
In other words, nice court you got there, it would be a shame if something happened to it.
In 2012, the bullying strategy paid off for Barack Obama.
Before the court handed down its decision on Obamacare, he repeatedly warned the court not to overturn the law when he should have said nothing.
Roberts eventually folded under the pressure, changed his vote from striking it down to upholding it.
Court packing is not the only tool Biden's commission could come up with.
They could also recommend term limits for Supreme Court justices, which they speculate could force Clarence Thomas, the longest-serving justice, to be the first member forced into mandatory requirement.
But I think that's highly unlikely, Giuseppe.
It would have to be grandfathered in.
No member of the court could be forced into a term limit that we're obtaining at the time.
Meanwhile, Judicial Watch has asked the court to uphold court rulings requiring a Hillary Clinton Gmail testimony.
Judicial Watch, which is an absolutely superb organization, filed a petition for a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court.
Asking it to take up the challenge to an appeals court order exempting Hillary Clinton from testifying under oath about her email.
Judicial Watch argues the court should hear the case because the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia erred in giving her unwarranted special treatment, conflicting both with Supreme Court precedent and precedents of other courts of appeal, including its own.
This is a very significant development.
Clinton and Mills have filed an emergency writ of mandamus to avoid testifying, where on August 31st the Court of Appeals granted her petition for mandamus, allowing her to avoid sworn testimony in the digital watch Lawsuit, but that was a wrongful decision and undermines the Freedom of Information Act.
In effect, it eliminates a discovery into actions of agency officials or employees other than FOIA officers, walling off for many inquiry officials or employees who are made less than honest, who seek to conceal records.
No court should undermine the Freedom of Information Act and the rule of law by giving Hillary Clinton special protection from having to testify about her emails, stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, a very good man.
The Supreme Court should cast politics aside and affirm that Hillary Clinton is not above the law.
Wouldn't that be refreshing, you know, that Hillary is not above the law?
Well, that's, you know, in all legal cases when it comes to the federal system, everything's based on precedent, and they've set a precedent since the 90s when Clinton was a president, her husband, to put her above the law and keep her from having to testify at these things, so it would be Totally refreshing because she is such a criminal on such an epic scale and has done so much illegal uh in in her last 30 years that should be exposed and a good uh prosecuting litigator could tear her to shreds and make her lie under oath and that would really open the floodgates so I hope it happens and the other thing that is really coming is now that Biden
has been installed in this election theft, as well as stealing the senate seats in Georgia
and several other states. They now have a rock solid both houses and a puppet president, so
they're going to totally go after the Supreme Court.
They're gonna change everything they can as an intermediate step to destroy this sovereign republic and migrate us into the North American Union.
Biden may be playing coy and they may tap dance for a half a year, but especially within his one year before they install the demonically evil succubus Kamala Harris in the next year of 18 months, by then she will go full bore and destroy the Supreme Court and turn it into a kangaroo court, which sadly it's acting more and more like all the time anyways.
