	On Tuesday morning at about 3.30am, a sniper's bullet struck a panoramic cage window on the
	east wall of Trump's bedroom at his Mar-a-Lago estate.
	The round might have slain Trump had he not recently replaced tempered glass with Blast Structures International's bullet resistance glass, which, according to the company's website, can stop anything less powerful than a .50 caliber round.
	A confidential source within Trump's inner circle reported that Trump was asleep in bed and a light sleeper was awakened by the sharp crack of the bullet striking the glass.
	It did not penetrate, but caused a material science dissipation fracture, a spider web pattern.
	The strike triggered a silent alarm that instantly notified the Palm Beach Police Department and Trump Secret Service detail, which sleeps in a guest house 10 yards from the main building.
	They whisked him to safety, escorting him to a fortified safe room to coordinate with local police.
	Trump was adamant that the police not become involved, told his guy He told his guys he wants to keep it in the family, very adamant about keeping the media blind to the event.
	The private security fanned out across a 20-acre estate, searching for signs of intrusion, while the Secret Service began its own investigation as to how a would-be assassin could get within shooting distance of one of the most secure residences in the world.
	At 7am, a forensic ballistic expert from Quantico arrived at Mar-a-Lago, determined the bullet fragments were from a 7mm Remington Magnum round.
	He found himself in the midst of an intractable dilemma.
	The round had been fired at a downward angle, and had it pierced the glass, would have sizzled through Trump's skull.
	But an attack on the east window meant one of two things.
	The sniper had either taken the shot from the estate grounds, which lacks elevated terrain, or from somewhere above the Atlantic swell, a seemingly impossible feat.
	Trump's bedroom is 23 feet above ground level, beside the main building.
	No structure on the property is higher.
	The ballistic guy figured the shot could only have been made by someone hovering in a helicopter 200 yards or more off the coast.
	If true, that guy must have been the best marksman in the world, from a helicopter and at night, crazy!
	Meanwhile, it sounded so unrealistic that they reached out to a Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Hunter Bernius, a scout sniper and instructor at the Infantry School in Geiger, North Carolina, without mentioning the nature of the inquiry, meaning the target.
	We asked about the odds of successfully pulling off a 200 to 400 yard shot from a hovering chopper with little or no natural light.
	He said, Only with proper training specifically for that type of mission to shoot precisely.
	The shooter has to account for aircraft vibration and wind speed and direction.
	All wind whipping up around him from blade spinning at 400 RPM.
	Then there are a dozen other variables.
	Takes months and months of training from a qualified instructor.
	There's still no guarantee.
	Aerial sniping is a skill all its own.
	Well, during my discussion of this with Louisa, with whom I do the Goldfish Report, prior to coming on with you, she suggested the possibility of a drone, and I think she's got it exactly right.
	The drone could hover very close to the window, be mounted with a rifle, take the shot, not require this extraordinary competence from a hovering helicopter, Well, no doubt there may be only two or three individuals in the world who have that marksmanship capability.
	But with a drone, it would be a piece of cake.
	So I think that we have the explanation of what happened, that they use a drone to try to assassinate the President of the United States.
	And the reasons are, of course, bountiful.
	Meanwhile, there's a brilliant piece from The Federalist, which some of you may know is a think tank devoted to the Constitution, its ramifications and cases to which it applies, by David Marcus entitled No, Donald Trump Did Not Incite an Insurrection, where Democrats and their media allies are milking a tragic riot for all it's worth.
	This is a wonderful piece.

	Legally speaking, he explains, incitement has an incredibly high bar that none of Trump's actions since the election come close to satisfying.
	They were set by the Supreme Court in Brandenburg versus Ohio, a landmark case.
	The decision held that in order to constitute incitement to violence, Speech must include intent and specific, not abstract, instructions to act.
	It also requires that speech in question would likely produce imminent lawless action, which goes a step further than previous legal tests for incitement.
	According to the ruling, the constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a state To forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violations, except where such advocacy is directed to inciting and producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.
	And of course, all of you who listened to Trump's speech as I listened to Trump's speech, it included no such acts of incitement.
	So as a legal matter, it seems pretty clear.
	What about more generally?
	In Salon, a left-wing journal, Amanda Marquardt attempts to make the case that Trump incited an insurrection.
	She starts with a big claim.
	There is no doubt Donald Trump incited the insurrection on January 6.
	It happened largely in public and is regarded for posterity.
	Let's review the record.
	But only a paragraph later, she writes, the people who stormed the U.S.
	Capitol armed with guns, pipe bombs, and flex cuffs to take members of Congress and Vice President Mike Pence hostage—first I've heard of this—understood Trump's wink and nudge style loud and clear.
	One cannot incite with a wink and a nudge, not unless those gestures have already been specified to mean a call to violence.
	In this case, nothing Trump said in his speech before the violence broke out was a specific call for violence, much less insurrection.
	Part of what we know, of how we know this, is the vast, vast majority of those who attended the speech Where he called literally for a peaceful protest that the Capitol did not engage in any violence whatsoever.
	What Trump asked his backers to do was make their voices heard in support of the members of Congress who are working to ensure that the election was fair.
	What happened next was a chaotic mess caused by a small number of violent agitators, a complete and total breakdown of security at the Capitol, and a poor response when things began to get out of hand.
	Some of that poor response was owing to the fact that the events were surprising.
	If it was so bloody obvious that Trump was telling people to storm the Capitol, why were we all so shocked and caught off guard when people did?
	We also know it was no insurrection.
	There was no effort to overthrow the government of the United States, which was not even a remotely possible outcome.
	The co-explaining idiots taking selfies in Speaker Pelosi's office and parading around with her lectern had no intention of forming a new government.
	This was an expression of anger, not a realistic organized coup attempt.
	Anyone among the rioters who believed their actions would result in the overthrow of the government, if there were any, were delusional to the point of insanity.
	So if it wasn't incitement and it wasn't insurrection, why do the Democrats, the corporate media, and the big tech tyrants want you to believe that it was?
	It's quite simple, actually.
	The purpose is to create an atmosphere of crisis and emergency that gives cover to extreme and illiberal actions to punish and silence those with whom they disagree politically.
	And that has worked.
	Trump is banned from Twitter, as are thousands of his supporters.
	Big Tech has colluded to destroy its competitor Parler.
	Democrats are moving forward with an absurd and pointless impeachment.
	Simon & Schuster has cancelled Senator Josh Hawley's book, which criticizes big tech.
	And people who merely attended the rally and never stormed the Capitol are being fired and abused.
	None of these actions are just.
	None of them can be justified.
	This is not some existential threat to the republic, and it never was.
	This is now all about power, about those on the left milking a tragedy for all it's worth in an attempt to destroy their political rivals.
	But Americans are clear-eyed people with a healthy dose of skepticism about those in power.
	They see what's going on here, And will not allow the bad actions of a tiny few to fundamentally change forever the country and the freedoms they love.
	Meanwhile, as I previously reported, I reiterate, James, brother of accused leftist provocateur John Sullivan, claims 226 Antifa members started the Capitol riots, where James has tweeted, I'm currently working with the FBI to expose and place total blame on John and the 226 members of Antifa who instigated the Capitol riot.
	Very telling.
	We know this was an event orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi, who has control of the Capitol Police.
	They offered no resistance.
	They invited them in.
	They even showed them how to make their way around the corridors of the Capitol.
	Where, by the way, there are no name tags on any of the offices, so in order to have discerned which office was that of Speaker Pelosi, they would have had to have been led there by the Capitol Police, rather obliging if this was an actual riot and insurrection.
	Meanwhile, Jonathan Turley, who's a simply excellent legal bind, though he tends to favor the left, points out

	The second impeachment trial of Donald Trump appeared to effectively end before it even
	began Tuesday in a threshold procedural vote on the constitutionality of trying a former
	president, a man no longer occupying office.
	45 senators voted in favor of a motion to challenge the trial.
	Introduced by Rand Paul, and that means almost half the Senate believes Trump might not be subject to a trial, let alone a conviction, as a former president.
	It also means House impeachment managers may not be able to secure the Senate votes to convict.
	For those who believe the trial is invalid, the votes would not change based on the merits.
	A 1999 impeachment of Bill Clinton, some Senate Democrats argued against a trial due to a lack of votes to convict.
	They argued for simple votes without a trial on prudential grounds.
	But this time, the larger prudential issue looms over the upper chamber.
	With acquittal now likely, members of the Senate may focus on the cost of a snap impeachment Perpetrated by the House of Representatives for the institution, the Congress as a whole.
	Before they took the oath for the impeachment trial and voted on the dismissal motion raised by Rand Paul, I met with all Senate Republicans to discuss the historical and constitutional issues.
	I did the same before the first impeachment trial of Trump.
	It was an intense and in many ways inspiring discussion.
	Senators honestly struggled on whether they could vote to remove a president who is no longer in office.
	But now the Senate is faced with a second prudential issue.
	There are cases which, even if legally brought, The problem is not what was sent to the Senate, but what was not.
	There was no record.
	on prudential rather than constitutional grounds. This case raises such a fundamental error.
	The problem is not what was sent to the Senate, but what was not. There was no record. For the
	first time in history, the House sent an article of impeachment to the Senate without any hearing,
	any testimony, or any response from the President. The House simply sent a poorly crafted article.
	The issue is whether the Senate wants to legitimize this radical departure from the traditions of both chambers.
	Some of us called for the House to hold at least a day of hearings to allow the chance for the president to respond.
	Yet the House refused to call any witnesses or hold any hearings.
	House leaders said there was not a day to spare, then did nothing.
	But waited almost two weeks to submit the article to the Senate.
	So what's really going on?
	Steve Chapman has offered a piece that lays it out.
	How to punish Trump for sedition, even if impeachment fails.
	The main value of convicting Trump is that it would allow the Senate to take a separate vote to forbid him from running for president again.
	But under the 14th Amendment, Congress could impose a ban even without a conviction.
	As Ackerman and Magliocca explained, Congress would simply need to declare that Trump engaged in an act of insurrection or rebellion by encouraging the attack on the Capitol.
	This option has several advantages.
	First, it would take only a simple majority of both houses.
	Second, It would give Republicans a middle way between convicting Trump in an impeachment trial and impersonating plotted plans.
	For members thinking of running for president in 2024, it would take him out of the race.
	What's in it for Democrats?
	Their chief purpose is making sure that Trump will never be president again.
	Using the 14th Amendment would be a reasonable alternative, particularly if it would attract a significant amount of Republican support.
	It could be done quickly, freeing Democrats to move on to urgent policy matters instead of delaying President Biden's agenda.
	And it could not be undone by a future Congress without a two-third vote of each house.
	Obviously, that is the plan.
	Trump clean their clock.
	We have shared the report from Sidney Powell that Trump actually took almost the whole country, with about five states as exception, including California and Minnesota, which I had myself been predicting, 410 electoral votes.
	This is why they had to stop the count early in the morning, feed in hundreds of thousands of additional Biden votes, and then set The algorithm so that they would maintain a very modest Biden lead the rest of the way, say 50.5 versus 49.5 to guarantee a victory.
	And of course, anyone who's looked at the timeline knows this whole idea of insurrection is absurd because Trump voters weren't even there when the Capitol was breached.
	He didn't conclude his speech until 1-11.
	But by 12.40, first protesters had already arrived.
	That's a half an hour before.
	By one o'clock, the Capitol Police were seeing officers attacked.
	By 1.09, he's still speaking.
	The Capitol Police chief requested the National Guard.
	The breaches purported to have occurred at 1.50, but those who are attending Trump's speech did not arrive until five or six minutes later.
	Meanwhile, we have a rather fascinating series of reports that the US military has been at the White House arresting members of Congress.
	Now, I cannot guarantee all of what I'm reporting here and now, but I can tell you there are indications that this may be exactly right.
	Special operations units, including 4,000 deputized National Guard soldiers acting as U.S.
	Marshals, have certain indictments on or were about to arrest 67% of Congress.
	Early Monday morning, 25 Jan, between 3 and 6 a.m., military vans, buses, and police cars, along with a multitude of police and military troops, were very busy at a blacked-out White House.
	Even though the mass media have refused to report it, The U.S.
	has been functioning under martial law since Saturday, January 9th, when Trump signed the Insurrection Act.
	An interim military U.S.
	government has actually been running the U.S.
	and they see President Biden as a treasonous agent.
	A few days before his inauguration and due to foreign interference in the 2020 presidential election, Trump Instigated, really initiated the Insurgency Act, declared martial law, and deferred his power to the U.S.
	military.
	Early Monday morning, 25 January, between 3 and 6 a.m., a blackout occurred in Washington, D.C.
	around the White House.
	According to two separate videos taped at the scene, police and U.S.
	troops were everywhere in the darkness.
	Military vans, buses, and police cars pulled up to the White House, loaded passengers, took them down the road, across a bridge.
	Some vans came back empty to do a repeat.
	Mustang medics recorded as many buses and vans, some marked military, entering the Capitol grounds.
	Several persons were getting out of their cars, showing IDs to guards, and then walking into the ground.
	I have a video of this event.
	It's really quite stunning.
	Well, I believe the range and variety of different companies providing the vans would be obvious.
	The dimensions of the operation, by getting a very, very large number from one site, they got more modest numbers from a multiplicity of sites.
	We also have construction going up on the side of the Capitol facing the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial, and another structure going up across the street from the White House.
	Now, let me offer my interpretation of what's taking place here.
	Ulysses S. Grant was the 18th President of the United States, serving after the Civil War.
	In 1871, the United States had gone bankrupt and appealed to foreign bankers for solvency, which they achieved by converting the United States into a corporation, the United States of American Capitals.
	Donald Trump, with his experience in business and creating and folding corporations, recognized the situation and filed the papers in London 18 months prior to where it was set to expire at 2359 on the 19th, one minute of midnight, the day before Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were inaugurated as a president and vice president of a defunct corporation.
	I believe Donald Trump is in Mar-a-Lago because it would be inappropriate for him to be in Washington while the military is sweeping up all these traitors to the United States.
	He could be too easily pilloried as having become a tyrant exercising dictatorial powers.
	But the U.S.
	military, in whom the public has confidence, can perform these actions and maintain credibility with the public.

	telling and significant.
	Just to offer an illustration in the context of why I believe the military are indeed in control, why I believe that Donald Trump is going to be inaugurated as the 19th president of the republic based on the constitution of 1776.
	Which may occur as early as for March, which is the original date specified for inaugurations by the Constitution.
	In the film, Total Recall, you know, a character played by Arnold Schwarzenegger makes a visit to Mars.
	But they try to convince him that it's all in his mind because he's been, you know, subjected to a program that's going to take him imaginatively to Mars.
	And when they're trying to convince him, this guy who professes to be the scientist from Recall, a single bead of sweat breaks out on his forehead, which tells Arnold that this is real and he's not imagining and he blows him away.
	Well, that's a tiny, tiny detail, a single bead of sweat, and yet it did represent a difference between reality and illusion.
	Now, you may have heard the story that Joe Biden, this guy actually not, he's a fake, he's an actor, I'm going to turn to that in a moment, has been given instructions through an earpiece as to what he should say and what he should do so that He was recently instructed to salute the Marine as he approached a Marine standing there.
	And instead, he just sat, blurted out the words, salute the Marine and did not salute the Marine.
	Well, that was very telling in and of itself.
	But what struck me as a former Marine Corps officer, the Marines assigned to his detail are not saluting this man.
	And what that tells me is the military does not recognize this man as a commander in chief.
	And I'm telling you, discipline in the Marine Corps is so strict that the only way in which those who are attending this imposter Would not salute is if they had been specifically ordered not to salute, where I understand he's been locked out of the White House.
	He's been directed not to enter the grounds of the Pentagon.
	And I say to you, this is just as significant as that little bead of sweat that not that he failed to salute the Marines, but that the Marines are not saluting him.
	I say this with 100% confidence.
	Meanwhile, Zero Hedge has published a very nice piece, six warning signs from Biden's first week in office, also at jamesfetzer.org.
	The progressive candidate praised as a woke bloke seems to be carrying on where all his authoritarian imperialist predecessors left off.
	It's been a busy week for the 46th president.
	There are 20,000 troops occupying the capital city, as well as totally unprecedented show trial of his immediate predecessor.
	You know, the usual democracy type stuff.
	On top of that, Biden has now signed, I believe it's over 41 executive orders, a record for any president, more than the previous four combined.
	What do these orders or any of his other moves tell us about the future plans of the recently elected administration?
	Nothing good, unfortunately.
	The first includes vaccination passports, you know, trying to control the public, not by requiring That you be vaccinated, but be requiring that you be able to prove you've been vaccinated to board a plane, to get on federal property, public transportation.
	All this is coming down.
	That's obviously a very bad sign.
	Now, in this article, I've introduced photographs of the real Joe Biden and the guy who's actually been inaugurated during a fake inauguration.
	If any of you missed the memo, it was pre-recorded.
	It was done in several takes.
	It showed up in Spain seven hours before.
	I watched in real time and was astonished that it was taking place before noon on the 20th, because the Trump administration does not expire until noon on the 20th, and therefore an inauguration taking place before that would be illegal and invalid.
	Nevertheless, The version I saw was taking place 10 to 15 minutes before.
	I have a correspondent who reported she had found it taking place on different time frames on different channels.
	In other words, they had the pre-recorded tape, but they didn't all start playing it at the same time.
	So she found different parts of it being played at the same time on different channels, which of course would be impossible if it were real.
	We also know there are figures there who move around inexplicably, proving that it's done with multiple takes, one in white, one in pink.
	We know Jill Biden's shoes change from tan to blue to tan.
	We know there was a spectacular fireworks display that no one in Washington, D.C.
	observed.
	So I begin by adding a photograph of the real Joe versus the inaugurated Joe.
	Cabinet appointments.
	Biden cabinet is praised as the most diverse in history.
	But will hiring a few non-white people really change the decades-old policies of U.S.
	imperialism?
	It certainly doesn't look like it.
	His pick for Undersecretary of State is Victoria Nuland, a neocon warmonger, one of the masterminds of the maiden coup in the Ukraine in 2014.
	She's married to Robert Coogan, another neocon warmonger, co-founder of the Project for a New American Century and senior fellow at the Brookings Institute and one of the masterminds behind the 2003 invasion of Iraq and, dare I say, The events of 9-11, which were orchestrated by the CIA, the neocons, and the Department of Defense are the most sought.
	Now I have a four-part panel showing the difference in their ears, and it's very clear when you do a close-up that the ears on the imposter are completely different than the ears on Joe Biden, because ears are just as distinctive as fingerprints.
	That means We have here conclusive proof that they're not the same person.
	So I say, well, who the hell is this guy?
	And well, that the military is not treating him as though that we were the commander in chief.
	And according to my sources, he's not being allowed anywhere near the nuclear football.
	Number three, Iraq.
	Despite heavy resistance from the military in deep state, Trump wanted to end the war in Iraq.
	Pledge to pull American troops out.
	That was one of Trump's more popular policies.
	During the campaign, he made no mention of intending to reverse a decision.
	Then, on the very day of Biden's inauguration, ISIS conducted its deadliest suicide bombing for over three years.
	Suddenly, the situation was too unstable for the U.S.
	to leave, and Biden is being forced to review Trump's plan with Raw.
	Remember, Biden is a candidate of the military-industrial complex.
	They want these wars.
	They make big bucks off of war.
	So here I showed you a comparison of their signatures.
	Joe Biden signs it J with a slash, O-E, Biden.
	The imposter signs it with a slash, but no O-E.
	Instead, the middle initial R and adds Junior.
	And it's clearly a different handwriting.
	It is not the same.
	Unbelievable.
	Afghanistan.
	Turns out the U.S.
	can't withdraw from Afghanistan either.
	Last February, Trump signed a deal with the Taliban that all U.S.
	personnel would leave Afghanistan by May of 2021.
	Biden is already committed to reviewing this deal.
	Secretary Blinken, and this is a guy who's been inaugurated as a Secretary of State, who's an inveterate U.S.
	imperialist arguing for every U.S.
	military intervention since the 1990s, and a critic of Trump's decision to withdraw from Syria Is a saying that Biden's administration wants to end this so-called forever war, but also retain some capacity to deal with any resurgence of terrorism, which is what brought us there in the first place.
	No, it was a completely fabricated fake event of 9-11, which did indeed destroy the World Trade Center and thousands of Americans, but where Afghans had nothing to do with it, where Osama bin Laden was our man in Afghanistan, he'd been instrumental in getting Stinger missiles into the hands of the Mujahideen, That they had used to shoot down Soviet helicopters and planes.
	He was actually an officer in the CIA, Colonel Tim Osman, where an official from the agency visited him in a hospital in Dubai shortly before his death from his medical maladies on 15 December 2001, where he was buried in an unmarked grave.
	There were local obituaries and where both CNN and Fox News Reported on 26 December 2001 that Osama bin Laden was dead.
	I mean, it's all outrageous because Barack Obama found it politically expedient to resurrect him and to have him die again in another staged event at a compound in Pakistan.
	Just stunning stuff when you understand the reality of the situation versus the illusion Meanwhile, in terms of Syria, too, another theater of war from which Donald Trump wanted to extricate the United States, unilaterally ordering all troops from the country in late 2019.
	We now know the Pentagon ignored those orders.
	They lied to the president, telling Trump they'd followed his orders, but not withdrawing a single man.
	This organized mutiny against the commander-in-chief was played for a joke in the media when it was finally revealed.
	That troubles me.
	And were I not confident that, you know, that because of the changes Trump made in terms of who is heading the Pentagon and FEMA as well, that would bother me more.
	But as I've given you indications already, I believe the military is indeed in control.
	Finally, domestic terrorism.
	We called this before the inauguration.
	They made it just too obvious.
	Before the dirty footprints had been cleaned from Nancy Pelosi's desk, it was clear where it was all going.
	Within 24 hours of being sworn in as president, I remind you of the defunct corporation.
	Biden had ordered a review of the threat posed by domestic terrorism.
	As usual, The press is laying down the covering fire.
	Talking heads have been busily comparing mega voters to Al Qaeda.
	Washington Post and New Yorker have cut and pasted articles about this supposed threat.
	Politico published an article, Biden vowed to defeat domestic terrorism, the how is the hard part, which outlines what Biden could do.
	Direct the Justice Department, FBI, National Security Council to execute a top-down approach prioritizing domestic terrorism, pass new domestic terrorism legislation, or do a bit of both as Democrats propose a crackdown on social media giants like Facebook for algorithms that promote conspiracy-laden posts Except that those that are dealing with the conspiracies that surround us are more accurate in the information they provide than the mainstream media that seeks to suppress it.
	And who will be the target of these crackdowns and new legislation?
	Well, according to John Brennan, the former head of the CIA and accomplished war criminals, practically anybody.
	They're casting a wide net.
	Expect extremists, bigoted racists to be just a few of the words which would have their meanings totally revised in the next few months.
	Conspiracy theorists will be used a lot too.
	Further, they are moving closer and closer toward the anyone who disagrees with us is literally insane model.
	With many articles actually talking about deprogramming Trump voters, The Atlantic suggests mental hygiene would cure the mega problem.
	Again, AOC is on point here, clearly auditioning for the role of high inquisitor, claiming that the new Biden government needs to fund programs that de-radicalize conspiracy theorists who are on the spectrum of radicalization.
	As I said at the beginning, it's been a busy week for Joe Biden, but you can sum up the biggest policy plans in one short sentence—more violence overseas, less tolerance of dissent, and strict clampdowns on misinformation.
	How progressive!
	Meanwhile, my colleague and former Intel and PsyOps officer Scott Bennett has published and had an interview with him published by Sputnik News, which is a truly wonderful news outlet.

	Contrary to the screaming scientists and academia and government jobs who desperately flagellate themselves with fantastical numbers in an attempt to appear virtuous, self-sacrificing, and hungry for additional funding, the simple fact is that the world's temperature has actually fallen in the past hundred years, and contrary to maniacal assumptions not ridden This nullifies the notion that the Industrial Revolution has warmed the Earth's atmosphere to intolerable levels.
	The opposite is true.
	And in fact, no connection to human manufacturing activity has been established, leaving the climate change phenomenon, if it even exists, To the mystery of nature and the rhythms of the universe, along with solar flares, ocean currents, gravitational forces, and the like.
	In other words, the laws of nature.
	In America, the high priests of this false religion are the leftist Democrats, and they are desperately trying to translate climate change into all kinds of despotic political agendas, educational brainwashing, religious dogma, and economic slavery.
	In order to seize power and control people.
	Anyone who even doubts or disagrees with the impending annihilation of climate change is instantly attacked, deplatformed, and destroyed, sometimes literally, as a homicidal, homophobic, white supremacist, misogynistic, religious fanatic.
	Hypocritical, though that may sound.
	Ironically, the climate change leftist Democrats do this not for the benefit of the public, nor the various species thereon, or even for the future of their children, but rather to satisfy a deep loss to keep others in submission and obedience and gratify a secret insatiable desire to become their own gods.
	The same blind fanaticism is unfolding around the mask-wearing mysticism of COVID-19.
	I think that Scott has it exactly right.
	In his conclusion, he suggests the American people will refuse and reject and defend against any acts or orders that appear intended to punish, intimidate, belittle, torture, traumatize, or dehumanize Americans who voted against Joe Biden.
	But I can assure you it won't be for lack of trying.
	Meanwhile, we have multiple reports about COVID, how it's the vaccine side effects are including death.
	Hundreds and hundreds of persons are dying who are perfectly healthy before, including elderly in nursing homes.
	How the UK government has admitted that the COVID vaccines are pointless and offer zero protection.
	Where Mike Adams has published, the scientific consensus in early 2020 was one of coercion and fear, instructing humans everywhere to separate, lock down, mask up, follow lines on a floor and contact trace until a vaccine was produced and plunged into everyone's arm.
	Now that experimental vaccines are being rolled out and offered to the world's population, health authorities can't seem to let go of the control.
	Britain's health secretary, Matt Hancock, reprimanded everyone in the country to continue masking up and continue to find lockdown and contact tracing, even after vaccination.
	Meanwhile, Facebook and JAMA, the Journal of the American Medical Association, admit they got it wrong.
	HCQ is good.
	After 440,000 Americans are dead, Facebook and the American Journal of Medicine admit their stand on HCQ is wrong.
	Back in August 2020, we wrote about treating the coronavirus.
	The liberal mainstream can't hide this truth from the American public forever.
	The latest international testing of hydroxychloroquine treatment of coronavirus shows that countries with early use of the drug had a 79% lower mortality rate than countries that banned its use.
	This means that Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx, the CDC, the liberal fake news media, and the tech giants have been pushing a lie that has deadly consequences.
	I've been reporting this repeatedly again and again and again.
	A study appeared in the journal Virology, which is published by the National Institutes of Health back in 2005, that showed that HGQ was a wonder drug for coronavirus, that it not only cured it if you had it, but prevented it if you did not, and that, you know, if Lives are actually dying from coronavirus.
	We have physician after physician with hundreds of patients having successfully treated them virtually without an exception as succeeding.
	And yet, Dr. Fauci, who is the director of the NIH, is full well aware of hydroxychloroquine benefits.
	Downgraded and negated its effects.
	Why?
	Because it's cheap, readily available.
	It doesn't bring huge profits to the pharmaceutical industry.
	Plus, and perhaps most important, because it doesn't kill you.
	This is part of a massive depopulation agenda.
	Have no doubt.
	Meanwhile, a former Pfizer VP.
	No need for vaccines.
	The pandemic is effectively over.
	Dr. Mike Yadin, Pfizer's former Vice President and Chief Scientist for Allergy and Respiratory, states, the drive for a universal vaccine has a whiff of evil, which he will oppose vigorously.
	While Pfizer Pharmaceutical made headlines announcing the imminent release of their COVID vaccine, a former Vice President and Chief Scientist for the company has flatly rejected the need for any vaccines to bring the pandemic to an end.
	Dr. Michael Yeadon, who spent 30 years leading new allergy and respiratory medicines research in some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies and retired from Pfizer with the most senior research position in the field, wrote, there is absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish the pandemic.
	I've never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines.
	You do not vaccinate people who aren't at risk from a disease.
	You also don't set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with a vaccine that hasn't been extensively tested on human subjects.
	He has pointed out that the UK Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies, known as SAGE, Has been supporting mass vaccination, social distancing and mass.
	But that they are making erroneous assumptions, the first being that 100% of the population is susceptible to the virus and that no pre-existing immunity exists.
	He observes this is ridiculous because while SARS-CoV-2 is indeed novel, coronaviruses are not.
	There's no such thing as an ancestor-less virus.
	He points out there are at least four endemic common cold-inducing coronaviruses which circulate freely in the UK and elsewhere.
	Those who have been infected by one or more of these endemic common cold-producing coronaviruses in the past have a long-lived and robust T-cell immunity, not only to those viruses, but to closely related viruses where SARS-CoV-2 is one such.
	Striking again at the competence of SAGE.
	To not expect such crossover is to demonstrate a lack of the requisite understanding to build a model reliable enough for use.
	Further, the common PCR test used for detecting COVID-19 cases may come out positive when someone is infected with one of these common cold coronaviruses, rendering the test far less reliable.
	Indeed, we have reported as much as 97% of the cases that are being identified by the PCR test are false positives for a person who do not have the virus.
	He continues, Sage's second erroneous assumption is the belief that the percentage of the population that has been infected can be determined by surveying what fraction of the population has antibodies is ridiculous.
	Because of this assumption, Sage believes less than 10% have so far been infected by SARS-CoV-2.
	However, It's well understood that not every person infected by a respiratory virus goes on to produce antibodies, and many people having prior immunity never get properly infected anyway.
	Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nephew of former President JFK, an environmental attorney, author, and founder of Children's Health Defense, has raised awareness about vaccines injuring children for decades.
	Indeed, his organization, Firm Opposition, to bills that would mandate the vaccination of the American people has earned the firm's opposition.
	He's emphasized that Pfizer and three other leading developers of the coronavirus, Glaxo, Sanofi, and Merck, are all convicted serial felons.
	In the past 10 years, Yes, in the last decade, those companies have paid $35 billion in criminal penalties, damages, fines for lying to doctors, for defrauding science, for falsifying science, for killing hundreds of thousands of Americans knowingly.
	It requires cognitive dissonance for people who understand the criminal corporate cultures of these companies to believe they're doing this in every other product they have, but they're not doing it with vaccines.
	Absolutely stunning stuff.
	A final observation from Dr. Yeaton.
	I think the PCR test at the present is throwing up so many false positives that, in fact, we're misdiagnosing the cause of the deaths that are being reported.
	The number of deaths at the moment is normal for this time of the year.
	And that comports, of course, with a study that slipped through the cracks from John Hopkins.
	Showing that across all different age groups, there was no increase in deaths in 2020 compared to 2019, which means that coronavirus is just a fabricated phenomenon.

	And, uh, they were told to prepare to do that by Donald Trump, not by Joe Biden, but both of them will command it when they get in power.
	Unless one of them is convert.
	I think only one probably could convert, Donald Trump.
	The other one, I think, lost his soul long ago, if he still has one.
	So, this is what the world is facing right now.
	It's not a small thing.
	We are in a very apocalyptic scenario.
	It might be the final apocalypse that John spoke of.
	It's so like it.
	Don't take the vaccine.
	You can use Don't accept the big masonic lie that we Christians can never use violence or that violence is always evil.
	perfectly legitimate because the right of self-defense, if someone is trying to kill
	you, if the only way you can prevent that is killing them, that�s perfectly legitimate.

	That was an absolutely fabulous report from a priest who's running the risk of his life by reporting from the streets of Rome absolutely sensational stuff.

	Now, meanwhile, a US coalition airstrike has killed the top head of ISIS.
	I mean, this is all ironic beyond belief, as I'm going to explain, because the United States created ISIS.
	A top terrorist ISIS leader was killed during a coalition airstrike.
	Led by the United States and Iraq, officials announced Friday.
	Coalition spokesman Wayne Marotto said in a statement the airstrike on Wednesday killed ton ISIS terrorists, including Jabbar Salman al-Farhan al-Isawah, part of a joint mission between the U.S.
	and Iraqi forces, where the Iraqi Prime Minister likewise released a statement about the military victory in which he said, We promised and fulfilled.
	I gave my word to pursue Daesh, a word they use now in lieu of ISIS terrorists.
	We gave them a thundering response.
	Our heroic armed forces have eliminated Daesh commander Abu Yasser al-Isawar as part of an intelligence-led operation.
	The terrorist organization had claimed responsibility for a double suicide bombing attack in Baghdad a week previous to the airstrike, where they set off their bombs in a crowded outdoor marketplace, killing 32 and injuring more than 100.
	So we get, you know, photographs all looking very impressive, how very nice, the most senior Daesh leader in Iraq being killed during an airstrike, Dear Kirkuk, on January 27, 2021, that's all good.
	But what they're not reporting is that, as Mike Flynn had previously reported, the rise of the Islamic State, ISIS, sometimes called ISIL, sometimes Daesh, was a willful decision of the Obama White House.
	I mean, this is just so shameful.
	This is just so disgusting.
	It turns out that Hillary Clinton, then Secretary of State, Barack Obama, then President, and John Brennan, then Director of the CIA, decided to create a terrorist army in Syria to put pressure on the administration of the democratically elected government of Syria, led by Bashar al-Assad, In order to, you know, dismember Syria and eventually to be used against the Persian nation of Iran, we created ISIS.
	Mike Flynn, who was then the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, objected to doing this.
	He thought it was wrong.
	And, I mean, ask yourself, how could How could anything be more atrocious than for the United States to create a terrorist army to rape and pillage?
	And by the way, rape was being systematically practiced by these ISIS terrorists.
	I mean, there's a fair number of stories about it.
	It's all quite, quite gruesome.
	Where Mike Flynn has the documents, That the West would facilitate the rise of the Islamic State in order to isolate the Syrian regime.
	Now, I've reported on this on a number of different occasions.
	There was a left group organization where I was brought in to replace Wayne Madsen, who was otherwise unavailable, and presented on the creation of ISIS by the United States.
	It received a tremendous positive response at the time, but later there was an effort made to suppress it because it was revealing too much truth.

	So many ISIS members are sporting U.S.
	Army tattoos.

	Meanwhile, try as he may, John McCain Can't shake falsehood about his ties to ISIS.
	This is according to the New York Times.
	And ironically, I mean, here's what they say.
	Senator John McCain was one of the earliest advocates of American military action against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
	So it's been vexing for Mr. McCain to be battling persistent and false Internet rumors that he not only helped invent the group, but also knows its leader, Abdu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed caliph of the Muslim world and America's latest public enemy, number one.
	And here they're showing a photograph of John McCain in Syria, and behind him is al-Baghdadi.
	In fact, ISIS in Washington was known as John McCain's army.
	If you want further confirmation, here's a scene on a soundstage of an ISIS beheading video where it was being faked on a soundstage.
	This is highly analogous to Joe Biden signing executive orders on a soundstage that mimics the Oval Office.
	This was an ISIS beheading video, staged ISIS beheading video hacked from a McCain staffer.
	I mean, look, how much proof do you need?
	Meanwhile, Iran says it will not comply with a nuclear deal until the U.S.
	lifts its sanctions.
	That's completely appropriate.
	Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said on Friday the Islamic Republic will not give in To the Biden administration's demands and return to compliance with the JCPOA, Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, otherwise known as the Iran deal, before the US lifts its sanctions.
	Speaking at a press conference in Istanbul alongside Turkey's foreign minister, Zarif said the US demand is not practical and will not happen.
	The Iranian diplomat made his position clear since President Biden has come into office.
	He also brought up US sanctions imposed on Turkey by the US over Ankara's purchase of Russian S-400 missile systems, which are among the best in the world.
	He said Iran condemns the S-400 sanctions.

	We've had the rather fascinating development that Trump has reached out to the new
	representative from Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Greene, who might find a refreshing breath of
	air, who's been not only filing impeachment charges against Joe Biden for offenses he's
	publicly boasted about, including, of course, Threatening to withhold a billion dollars in U.S.
	foreign aid to Ukraine unless they fired the prosecutor looking into Burisma, where his son Hunter had a cushy job for which he was totally unqualified on the Burisma board of directors for something like $50,000 a month, which is a perfect example of the accusations that were brought against Trump in the first impeachment.
	But which of which he was not vulnerable were in fact the three key witnesses who testified in the House during the impeachment hearings all said in relation to his phone call with the president of Ukraine that there was nothing illegal about it.
	That they only differed with him in matter of policy.
	And where the Constitution gives a president virtually unchallenged authority to conduct foreign policy with the advice and consent of the Senate.
	So it had no merit whatsoever.
	Now we know the second impeachment is based upon fabricated claims of incitement and insurrection, which the Democrats are repeating endlessly, but which, as you discover from the Federalist and Jonathan Turley studies that are published on my blog at jamesfetzer.org, they have no merit whatsoever.
	Now we have Trump voicing support for embattled Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene during the call.
	Representative Marjorie Greene, Republican of Georgia, said on Saturday that she had received a call from former President Donald Trump during which he expressed his support.
	I had a great call with my favorite POTUS, President Trump.
	She wrote in a string of Twitter posts, I'm so grateful for his support.
	And more importantly, the people of this country are absolutely 100% loyal to him because he is 100% loyal to the people in America first.
	She didn't elaborate on the details of the call.
	Trump's office did not respond to a request for comment.
	Democrats have hyped up attacks against Greene, a staunch supporter of Trump's policies as president, after she filed articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden on the first full day of his presidency.
	She vowed that she will not back down.
	I won't back down.
	I'll never apologize and always keep fighting for the people.
	For me, it's America first.
	America last policies are policies for sellouts and losers.
	Now, one of the most fascinating aspects about her stance is not only that she announced her impeachment articles, Which were introduced on January 21st concerning his alleged actions involving the quid pro quo in Ukraine that I've sketched and alleged abuse of power by allowing his son, Hunter, to siphon off cash from America's greatest enemies, China and Russia.
	She said in a statement a day after Biden was sworn in as the 46th president.
	An inauguration, by the way, that appears to have been pre-recorded with multiple takes and does not appear to be legally valid.
	Let me explain a few of the elements here.
	A copy of the inauguration showed up in Spain seven hours in advance.
	I was watching in real time and astonished that was occurring before noon.
	Eastern time at 10 or 15 minutes early prematurely, which is invalidates the whole exercise because President Trump's administration continues until noon and you cannot inaugurate a new president until after the term of the old president had expired.
	We also know that persons shown in the video move around, indicating that it was done in multiple takes.
	So you got a woman in blue and a woman in pink that in some times are over on the right, others over on the left.
	We even have Jill Biden's shoes changing color from tan to blue to tan.
	So there were multiple takes here.
	I also have a correspondent who saw the inauguration taking place on different channels showing different parts of the inauguration.
	Now, obviously, if there were a single real live inauguration, that would be impossible.
	They claim to be following it live, but different channels were showing different parts of the inauguration at the same time.
	Ergo, I'm convinced this is all totally fraudulent.
	He has not been inaugurated, and even if he were or had been, it would be as president and vice president of a defunct corporation.
	Within a week of Greene's announcement, a Democrat said he plans to introduce a resolution to expel Greene, citing numerous reports revealing her reported endorsements of sedition, domestic terrorism, and political violence.
	Her very presence in office represents a direct threat against the elected officials and staff who serve our government, and it is with their safety in mind, as well as the security of institutions and public service across the country.
	He introduces this, said Representative Jimmy Gomez, in a statement where the Gomez sounds like a complete hack and a moron, As we have spelled out, the Federalist explained there was no incitement, there was no insurrection, so she most certainly cannot have been supporting sedition or incitement or domestic terrorism for that matter.
	What I find especially fascinating is that Green has also spoken out about Sandy Hook and Parkland.
	And this to me is really stunning, because from my own research, of course, and publications, I've long since established that both Sandy Hook and Parkland were false flags, staged events, presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
	Very, very bad, but were the mainstream and others I've been doing everything they can to suppress it, whereas everyone here, I believe, knows.
	I brought together 13 experts, including six current or retired PhD professors, Where we established the school had been abandoned by 2008.
	That was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards damaged by a hurricane.
	There even turns out to be a major flood in the area in 2007, of which I was at the time unaware, where Sandy Hook is in a flood basin and it did extensive damage.
	Uh, that there were no students there and therefore no students to be killed or no students to be evacuated and no evacuation took place, contradicting the official account by a state The state's attorney, Steven Sidinsky, who took a year to write it up, claiming there were 489 students there.
	If you subtract the 20 allegedly killed, that meant 469 had to be evacuated, along with some 70 members of the staff, the secretaries, the principal, the other administrative officials, the cafeteria workers, the janitors, none of which took place.
	I mean, it's all outrageous where we even have the FEMA manual for the two-day exercise, technically a mass casualty exercise involving children, where the book was too good.
	So that, well, went on sale on 22 October 2015 and has sold nearly 500 copies.
	By the time it was banned on 19 November and I release it for free as a PDF, it was a necessary step in suppressing, to which I've been subsequently subjected to a lawsuit for a purported defamation.
	An allegation that not only had no merit, but was not even established in the course of the hearing, which violated the protocols for summary judgments, where among other points, I was denied the right to present all the evidence I'd amassed that Sandy Hook had been a female exercise, a judge, simply ruled it out.
	That meant there was a structural failure in the hearing because I was not allowed to present my defense.
	Where the focus was on a death certificate and its authenticity, where I introduced a testimony of not one but two expert document examiners who supported my position that this was not an authentic death certificate because it lacked state and town certification and even a file number.
	Where they not only concluded that I was correct, but that three other death certificates that had been introduced during the course of the case were also fabrications, where the judge simply set their testimony aside as someone else's opinion, when expert opinion have special weight, and which meant that the key issue in the case, the authenticity of the death certificate that had been published in the book, Remained in dispute in which case the judge was obligated to send it to a jury for trial But which he did not do and went ahead and ruled in violation of summary judgment protocols Even overlooking to find that I was at fault.
	They never established I was at fault in any of my research and Although I agree that two of the arguments I made in relation to the death certificate were flawed arguments, as I have learned since I've acquired more information about how death certificates are put together, my conclusion nevertheless was supported by the two document examiners, but since the ruling I'm precluded
	From even talking about the lack of authenticity of the death certificates, I cannot make that assertion.
	So I am merely describing to you what the case was about.
	They wanted to do this in order to have a grounds to stop those who are sharing the PDF of the book, which I released to the public for free when Amazon banned it, which they had not anticipated.
	Well, a friend who follows these matters has explained to me that it's been downloaded over 10 million times.
	So with his court ruling, which I expect to be contradicted by the appellate court in due time, but not too distant in the future, they've been able to shut off a number of sources from which the PDF of the book was available to the public for free.
	I've also done extensive research on Parkland, bringing together another group of experts where we discovered that the event occurred on Valentine's Day because it was a holiday.
	They sent the students home early at 1 p.m.
	Even David Hogg, who turns out to be like a spokesman for the official narrative, who seems to have been a plant at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, having graduated, it appears, from Laguna Shoals High School as much as two years before, but he has a very boyish look about him.
	So he was enrolled again as a high school student to play a propaganda role Well, one of the students who appeared in interviews with him actually stated that to her, it was like a movie.
	It looks so real, but it felt so fake.
	And where I even have a 47 second video that LiveLeak released where you can see they use a black training dummy with no head and no arms and fake blood inside a classroom.
	And where you can see persons in police uniforms rushing in and out, it's all proof, conclusive in my opinion, that this was a staged event.
	And even the parties rushing in and out cannot be Parkland cops because Parkland gave up his police force to save money over a decade before this event unfurled.
