This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased to be joined together today by David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
♪♪ ♪♪
♪♪ We begin with the vote for the second impeachment of Trump,
which took place with stunning speed.
This was a snap impeachment.
Looks completely shabby, totally contrived.
Democrats in the House were joined by 10 Republicans in a 232 to 197 vote yesterday.
to 32 to 197 vote yesterday.
Single article alleges he incited an insurrection that resulted in the breach of the Capitol on January 6.
They held no hearings.
In fact, if you just look at the timeline, it's obvious he cannot possibly have incited the insurrection because the breach of the Capitol was taking place before he'd even finished speaking, much less his people had arrived at the Capitol.
Nevertheless, Nancy Pelosi not being inhibited by facts or evidence, we know that the President of the United States incited this insurrection, this armed rebellion against our common property.
I don't know where she came up with armed rebellion.
She's just making it up.
He must go.
He's a clear and present danger to the nation we all love, where every Democrat voted in favor of impeachment.
The Republicans who joined them included Liz Cheney, John Cateco, Adam Kinzinger, Fred Upton, Jamie Herrera-Beutler, Dan Newhouse, Anthony Gonzalez, Tom Rice, David Valadao, and Peter Measure.
All completely phony and contrived.
Instead of moving forward as a unifying force, observe Representative Tom Cole from Oklahoma, a Republican of sound mind.
The majority in the House is choosing to divide us further.
I can think of no action in the House could take that's more likely to further divide the American people than the action we are contemplating today.
Moreover, at his rally, President Trump urged attendees to peacefully and patriotically make their voices heard.
No mention of violence, let alone calls for action, said Representative Guy Reschenthaler, another Republican from Pennsylvania, former Navy prosecutor.
President Trump's words would not even meet the definition of incitement under criminal statutes.
That's impeachable?
That's called freedom of speech, said Representative Tom McClintock, another sane Republican from California, noting the president also threatened to oppose Republicans in future elections who didn't support objections to the slate of electors.
So what?
That's called politics.
If we impeached every politician who gave a fiery speech to a crowd of partisans, the Capitol would be deserted.
I watched this speech.
There was nothing inflammatory about it.
And when you look at the difference, when rioters did this, arson, looting, rioting, the Democrats got down on their knees.
So spare me your bullshit.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, that picture you showed was both humorous and disgusting at the same time.
It's very clear that we have two sets of rules at play here.
And what's more is we have a highly politicized justice system, and especially the FBI, which is a very dangerous thing.
The rule of law is essentially going right out the window.
And I'm shocked by all this.
And you know, it was funny, I was talking to some people Here in Ecuador today and even people down here know that Groper Joe stole the election I had two different people talk about it to me today, and these are locals not Americans and so even people in South America know that Groper Joe stole the election which I think is pretty amazing and
Well, he was a pathetic candidate and he'd run three times and until South Carolina had won a single caucus or a single primary.
He has no charisma.
He's cognitively incompetent.
He's a pedophile.
There are all kinds of reasons why no one would turn out to vote for Joe Biden.
And no one was turning up for his rallies as a sign.
Well, we get more people in the chat room at Revolution Radio than show up to a Joe Biden.
Absolutely!
And look, how did Liz Cheney become the number three person in Congress?
That's scary.
And of course she's a turncoat.
She's going along with all this.
Of course she is.
She's a deep state operative.
And you know, this idea that Trump is a clear and present danger.
Nancy Pelosi has watched too many movies.
I can't believe they're even using the word insurrectionist.
Because, you know, a real insurrection would have been heavily armed people going in there and trying to kill everybody in the building and take the building over and possibly, you know, put these people on trial and hang them right there in the building.
That wasn't even close.
It was a comic book version and basically a bunch of misguided people that were led into that building by Judas Goats.
Who are essentially trained CIA operatives, I believe.
Yeah, yeah.
It was an MTF on BLM.
It was a Democratic op.
And Nancy Pelosi coordinated it with the mayor of Washington and with Capitol Police.
I mean, it's a scam.
Carl, your thoughts?
Tragic comedy!
The polarization is becoming complete after this drive-by impeachment, after having nothing to quote Trump by and for what he said in the impossible timeline, as you said, Jim.
It's just getting to be such a show, but the White Hats have yet to fire a shot or to Use the ammunition that they have.
But again, the U.S.
military, the quieter the better.
And all of these people are going into a controlled military area with 20,000 troops in a no-fly zone?
Whose house are they entering into?
Now, if this is a show, and I think that it is all the show, it's definitely a show, it's a PSYOP for sure, but if the White Hats are in command, and I'm just projecting that good people like us are in charge, then I would even wait until the day of the inauguration, give them all the opportunity, and then arrest them on national TV.
That would be perfect.
Carl, I like it, I like it, I like it, and I'm desperately hoping that, in fact, the good guys are in charge.
And just let this sink in, as Scorpio was observing.
Total double standard, no crackdown, when real writhing was going on all over the nation.
This was a pathetic alternative.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Turley, the Senate, should reject the impeachment.
My primary objection to this action is the use of a snap impeachment that dispenses with a traditional hearing or inquiry of impeachment.
No opportunity to debate the language or the implications of the language.
The House gave the President a threshold challenge based on this process.
With the addition of a possible trial after Trump leaves office, the rush to judgment could become a parade of constitutional horribles.
The use of impeachment to remove a president who's already left office is ripe for challenge on the Senate floor and later in federal court.
This is an embarrassment what's supposed to be a great house of the people.
On the merits, I do not fault those who view the president's words as impeachable.
I think he's mistaken about this, having listened to exactly what he said.
However, the language of the article of impeachment is sweeping and raises serious concerns about the standard for future presidents.
While I do not view the president's words as amounting to criminal incitement, I did view them as insightful, reckless, and wrong.
I'll simply say I did not.
Which is why I'm more concerned with the use of stamp impeachment.
I'm hopeful no president will ever engage in such inflammatory actions.
I'm really seriously concerned whether he actually watched what the president said or not.
Make no mistake about it.
This ignoble moment was earned by the president and there he loses me completely.
He's worried about the implications of impeaching a president for being obnoxious or narcissistic.
My God!
He must be talking about Pelosi and the Democrats because the President is actually empathetic, which they are not.
The question, however, is how costly it'll prove to be for the Constitution.
That's why I argue for condemnation by both House and both parties and a resolution of censure.
Look at the timeline.
The protesters first showed up at the Capitol at 12.40.
The Capitol Police Chief sees officers attacked at 1pm.
At 1.09, the Capitol Police Chief requests National Guard.
Trump was speaking that whole time.
His speech didn't conclude until 1.11.
It was a mile and a half away to the Capitol.
The Capitol was breached at 150.
Trump people didn't even show up to 156.
This is insulting beyond belief.
They don't give a damn about facts or evidence because their whole objective is propaganda and to score political points and try to tarnish a great American.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, you know, this is so absurd.
This is really the theater of the absurd.
They're talking about impeaching Trump after he leaves office.
And, you know, at the same time, oh, Groper Joe is going to unify the nation.
I mean, this is just the most obscene thing I've ever seen.
And it's also, on another note, it's further evidence That this whole COVID thing is a scam and a hoax because if it was real, they wouldn't have time to impeach a president who's already left office.
This is just outrageous and it's silly.
Also, this is an attack on free speech on multiple levels.
We have the President of the United States, whether you love him or hate him, being censored by oligarch tech companies that essentially are a monopoly.
And I just can't believe that this is being allowed.
And, you know, it's funny, they talk about these rioters.
You know, if you watch the footage, when they first went in the building, they followed the little guide, uh, you know, the, I don't know what you call them, the little, the little guide rails that, you know, they got, like, knock over the guide, guide rails, and they followed inside the guide rails as they went inside the building and took selfies of each other.
That's hardly, um, a, a dangerous mob.
Not, not riotous behavior, Scorpio.
Yeah, they're very polite, very polite.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, if they had only passed that $2,000 benefit to Americans as fast as they voted for impeachment, huh?
Jonathan Turley.
Jonathan Turley, I love him.
Now, he was back with impeachment.
He was on the liberal side, and he said, you know, no crime was committed here.
But I don't think Jonathan prepared as much for the article that he I saw one grammar error in there, as a matter of fact.
But I think that Turley's article is perfect because he displays... I mean, this is a top-notch lawyer, okay?
And he displays the cognitive dissonance that I don't know about you guys, but I'm seeing with my friends and family.
They're just going more to the extreme.
So, in political theory, polarization is what you want.
And that's the area where, exactly as Q said, the whole world is watching.
And if you think, if you just take since the assassination of President Kennedy in 1963, starting with 200 generals formatting this Q plan and using supercomputers to chart outcomes, I think that they would game this thing out to achieve the maximum polarization and the maximum audience to teach these poor, sheeple-ized people around the world.
Carl, those are wonderful points.
I love it.
But when you just look at the timeline, you see the absurdity of the whole thing, that it's absolutely 100% contrived, that it has no basis or substance in fact, which is why, of course, they couldn't conduct a hearing or an investigation because it would have revealed the whole operation that condemned the president was unadulterated bullshit.
But it doesn't end just politically.
Now you've got the mayor trying to attack him on the basis of economic arrangements, actual contracts, terminating 17 million in Trump contracts.
Turns out it has to do with two ice rinks and a carousel in Central Park, as well as a golf course in the Bronx.
This is just absurd what he's doing here.
Meanwhile, the Trump Organization fired back.
They slammed de Blasio for his blatant disregard of the facts.
Indeed, there's no criminal conduct involved here.
That would have to be the result of a criminal court hearing, and there has been none.
For him to claim the President incited a rebellion That killed five people and threatened to derail the constitutional transfer of power as hyperbole, where de Blasio has demonstrated again and again that he's the dumbest mayor in America with the most important city to manage, and he's doing a god-awful terrible job about it.
Meanwhile, they might look at what happened to the $850 million de Blasio's wife can't account for.
Staggering amount of taxpayer money.
The New York mayor gave her for a mental health project.
Reeking of corruption.
There's no legal right to enter our contracts, observed the Trump Organization.
Another example of Mayor de Blasio's blatant disregard for the facts.
If they elect to proceed, They will owe the Trump Organization over $30 million.
More importantly, they point out de Blasio's actions aren't about seeking dissociation from criminal activity, but just another example of cancel culture.
This is nothing more than political discrimination.
and attempt to infringe on the First Amendment, and we plan to fight vigorously.
de Blasio, of course, is only one of many extreme leftists engaging in economic and free speech attacks against the president.
Where Trump has been banned permanently from Twitter, YouTube has announced they were suspending his channel, Conservatives jump to other platforms like Parler only to have Amazon pull the plug on hosting, which is already in the courts as we speak.
It's completely outrageous.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, there's no question that Blasio is either the most incompetent mayor in the history of New York City.
I think it's a lot more than that.
I think he is actually deliberately destroying the city.
I think he was tasked with this job.
Um, you know, for example, you know, he actually set up a police perimeter around the entire area so nobody could see that, you know, the big ball dropping on New Year's Eve.
But him and his wife were down there dancing in front of the of the ball in Times Square.
A true let them eat cake moment.
And I think these Democrats are going to be in for a big surprise.
I think the hatred for these people is going to be seething all over the world.
And their little plan isn't going to go as they think.
I really do believe that.
I'm glad to hear that, Scorpio.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, and when the ball was dropping, the mayor's wife had a mask on with pedophilia symbols all over it, which has me think that it is so in your face!
It's gotta be a show!
Now, what you guys may not know, so we get the so-called Biden inauguration on Wednesday the 20th.
Tuesday the 19th is National Popcorn Day.
And there have been, like I haven't gone back to check the Q posts, but the idea of get your popcorn ready.
What if the declassification with the really damning evidence, not just game changing, but game ending evidence is released in the day before or the few days before Wednesday for the inauguration and you're just baiting for Biden to put his hand on the Bible and to say yes before you Shut down the show.
I think that's what we're going to be seeing.
But if we're not.
What we're seeing is we're moving to a one party state where it just becomes the most ridiculous propaganda.
They don't even care anymore because it's all, what are you going to do?
Sue them and then go to a show trial where you're, these virtue signalers are saying that they're upholding democracy and freedom while they get rid of all of your rights.
So I'm optimistic, but it's a very, still very dangerous and on the edge of your seat time.
I would let him take the oath of office.
I think that's creating too precarious a situation, but seize him and arrest him prior to that.
The actions by the mayor of New York aren't the only.
Swalwell, this is really ridiculous.
And Eric Swalwell was one of those who was directed to lead the impeachment of Donald Trump, given he's been a bang, banging, fang, fang, a Chinese spy.
During a recent PBS interview, he stated Trump had radicalized his conservative reporters and compared him to Osama bin Laden.
PBS Judy Woodruff said, another argument the Republicans are making is, yes, those who stormed the Capitol should be held accountable, but Trump himself wasn't part of the mob.
They keep citing one of the words he used in his speech.
They said he used the word peaceful.
He wanted them to be peaceful.
Among many other words he spoke, they're saying holding him accountable is different from the people who are directly involved.
Swalwell responded, well, Osama bin Laden did not enter U.S.
soil on September 11th.
But it was widely acknowledged he was responsible for inspiring the attack on our country.
This is absurd on so many grounds I can't believe he would even say this, but he's part of an elaborate propaganda apparatus given that Osama bin Laden was our man in Afghanistan, that he was instrumental in getting Stinger missiles into the hands of the Mujahideen, that he actually was an officer in the CIA, Colonel Tim Osman, Where an official of the agency visited him in a hospital in Dubai shortly before his death on 15 December 2001.
Swalwell also goes after him for using the word fight as in political fight.
And he said that with the speakers that were assembled that day who called for trial by combat, we have to take names and kick ass, hate speech, that inspired and radicalized people to storm the Capitol, except they'd already stormed the Capitol before Trump's people showed up.
Woodruff asked, are you then comparing President Trump to Osama bin Laden?
And he replied, I'm comparing the words of an individual who would incite and radicalize as Osama bin Laden did to what President Trump did.
Really quite obscene.
Mainstream media outlets jumped in with CNN calling for networks to first watch events attended by Trump before determining what they want you to see and hear.
Forbes threatened companies not to hire associates of the president.
This is really grotesque.
Businesses associated with Trump are being deplatformed.
The Trump Organization, TrumpStore.com, is taken up by Shopify.
The Trump Campaign's e-commerce site is closed by Shopify.
Shopify says it closed websites associated with President Trump after the riot at the Capitol.
Even the PGA, and I damn them for this, announced the 2022 PGA Championship would no longer be held at Trap Bedminster in New Jersey, of course, owned by the Trump Organization.
I mean, this is grotesque beyond belief.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, you know, what's disturbing to me is, you know, how it seems like every corporation, and we're supposed to believe that they're all independently owned, but somehow they all hold the same values, they all have the same corporate culture, And we're supposed to believe that these are all independently owned organizations, which I think, you know, the ownership of these big corporations are in far fewer hands than we've been led to believe.
And the idea that you're going to try to destroy people's Livelihood because of their political beliefs is incredibly dangerous and you know it trickles all the way down from the president down to the average Joe that post the wrong thing on Facebook or Twitter and somehow gets punished for it.
This is insane and I just I don't think Americans are gonna put up with it much longer.
I really don't.
And you know, Judy Woodruff, she looks like the Crypt Keeper, and she is such an elitist.
I mean, these people on PBS are just the most elite people you'll ever see in your lives.
They just reek of arrogance and hatred for the average American.
I watch the PBS NewsHour from time to time just to study enemy war footage, and their hatred of the average American is palpable.
Scorpio, those are great points.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, it's Mockingbird Media, and they do just report their talking points.
And the key thing that they're saying now is incitement to violence or incitement to insurrection.
And it's just, as Jim said, it's absurd on its face.
So what would Swalwell say about that photograph of Senator John McCain hanging out with Al Qaeda leadership if he's so concerned?
About that.
And for the PGA, wow!
I think that they just took a 9-iron to their own golf balls on that one.
I think they did too, just like the NBA and the NFL have really forfeited a lot of followers because of their absurd investment in politics when we really only want sports.
Now this turns out to be an ambiguous report.
The Capitol has a special agent by the name of David Bailey.
It suggests here that it was he who shot the woman whose name is Ashley Babbitt, but actually he doesn't look like the fellow who held out his arm, who is wearing a suit.
On the other hand, he's a Brazilian immigrant and a Black Lives Matter militant.
What is he doing as a Capitol Police officer?
Earlier today, Red Mill Media released an exclusive report identifying Ashley Babbitt's killer as U.S.
Capitol Special Agent David Bailey, which I'm questioning.
But get this, he's the same man who let U.S.
Representative Steve Scalise nearly get shot to death in 2017.
This is pretty damn bizarre any way you cut it.
Meanwhile, you have former FBI Director Comey saying the Capitol attack was a planned assault.
That's very damn interesting coming from Comey.
There's no doubt there were at least some conspiracy, he said.
This was organized.
People wandering around exercising First Amendment rights don't bring ropes and ladders and sledgehammers to a spontaneous event.
This was a planned assault, like going after a castle.
Very interesting.
And of course, he was on CNN reporting it.
Meanwhile, other investigators are pursuing signs that the Capitol riot was planned.
Evidence uncovered so far, including weapons and tactics seen on surveillance video, suggests a level of planning that has led investigators to believe the attack was not just a protest that spiraled out of control, a federal law enforcement official says.
Among the evidence is that the FBI is examining or indication some participants at the Trump rally left the event early, perhaps to retrieve items to be used for the assault on the Capitol, but they're obviously not Trump supporters.
No Trump supporter would leave where Trump was speaking Because to them it would be a precious historical event.
A team of investigators and prosecutors are focusing on the compandant control aspects of the attack to see if they can build a case similar to a counterintelligence investigation.
We are following the money.
By Wednesday, the FBI reported it had received more than 126,000 digital tips from the public regarding the attack.
Some appear to show members of Congress with people who later showed up at the Capitol riot.
This doesn't mean members of Congress and the staff are under investigation, but the FBI is checking the veracity of the claims, which obviously is highly appropriate.
At least some of the arrests are part of a strategy used in countering terrorism to find even a minimal charge and try to take a person of concern off the street to ease the possibility of threats.
That's all significant, but I'm convinced this was a Nancy Pelosi Capitol Police, Mayor of Washington.
We even have videos of Antifa members being driven up in five black SUVs to fulfill their role here.
And obviously, if this was planned in advance, it cannot have occurred as a spontaneous result of some alleged incitement by the president.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, I agree with that, Jim, but I would just add that I'm convinced that intelligence agents were at the very front of the line there because there's a place called The Farm in Virginia where they train CIA agents into insurrections and toppling governments and how to lead a crowd.
It's a science.
About how you manipulate, get a crowd all jacked up, and then convince people to do what you say.
That's a scientific thing.
They've been doing it for over a hundred years.
So, I'm convinced that intelligence operatives were involved in this as well.
And, you know, this shooting of this Ashley Babbitt woman, to me, you know, I'm kind of vacillating on it.
It's pretty iffy.
The problem I'm having with it is that, you know, if you get shot in the neck, Uh, there'd just be a tremendous amount of blood, uh, spraying out of you.
Uh, and, you know, there was very little blood.
I'm not convinced that happened.
It may have.
I'm sort of, you know, on the fence about that one.
Um, and we should look into it more thoroughly.
I'm not on the fence.
I agree with you 100% that it was staged.
Yeah, because there's not enough blood.
It was planned.
She fell out the window.
But as you say, no blood.
It's not possible to be shot in the neck without blood going everywhere.
You're spot on, Scorpio.
I agree 100%.
Yeah, and the other weird thing, Jim, is they keep saying that five people were killed at this event.
I'm not aware, like, I know they say this, you know, guard, this D.C.
police guard guy was killed by being hit over the head with a fire extinguisher.
They don't show any evidence of this.
Apparently, they're going to arrest some poor soul for it, but to me, I just don't think it's very plausible that Somebody killed somebody hitting them over the head with a fire extinguisher.
It sounds like something out of that board game Clue.
And who are the other three people that were killed?
They were natural deaths in a very large crowd.
Three persons are supposed to have died of assorted ailments, but they were not murdered.
They just died.
So it's wrong to say they were killed.
So this is another abuse of language here for propagandistic purposes.
Very good point, Jim.
And there's so much hyperbole going on right now with all these words, you know, insurrectionist and all these words.
It's the totally wrong use of language.
And the other thing I find very disturbing is the FBI is rounding up hundreds of people associated with this and they're going to just ruin these poor people's lives.
They're going to be looking at 20 years in jail or longer and a humiliating show trial like something right out of the Soviet Union, Jim.
Oh, I'm apprehensive.
You could be exactly right.
Carl, your thoughts?
It's a sigh up, and I just get a better sense of humor watching it go down, because who knows what's going on?
And the language that you're looking for, gentlemen, you're correct.
All that other language.
What you really need is to get on board with domestic terrorists.
That's what they're really going to go for.
And Comey getting in front of the narrative like that.
I mean, that's what they do.
That's part of their training.
And they get in front of the narrative, they identify potential dangers, and then they twist it and they make it their own.
And then they're going to go ahead and blame white supremacists for planning this out and that it was obviously them in the foreground.
If white hats are in charge, then all this is good.
It's just more evidence.
It's more of the show.
If black hats are in charge, then none of this matters because they're just going to go ahead and twist it.
And then we're going to have a different type of American Revolution 2.0 rather than the white hats wrapping it up next week.
Oh, those are excellent points.
And remember, Lieutenant General McInerney reported that James Comey had sold China hammer and scorecard they could use to steal the election.
I mean, this guy is...
He's a traitor to the United States in a dozen different ways.
And it was he who, of course, kept the lid on the Anthony Weiner laptop that would have been totally discrediting for Hillary's campaign, just as Christopher Wray kept the lid on the Hunter Biden laptop.
I mean, we're seeing a pattern here of corruption.
In every single case, they're benefiting the left, the Democratic candidate.
You never see an instance where it favors the right.
And Jim, can I just add one thing?
I totally agree with you about the FBI.
You know, there's been a culture of corruption within the FBI since the days of J. Edgar Hoover, and it's probably gotten a lot worse since then.
So, that's a defunct organization.
It needs to go.
And it's actually being turned on the people of the United States.
It's terrible.
You know, I really like your observation about ordinary citizens in Ecuador being aware that this election was stolen.
I mean, the guy stayed in his basement, for God's sake!
I mean, it was absurd!
It's insulting!
And remember, he came out and told us, we have the greatest voter Broad organization in history and that I don't need your help to be elected.
I mean, what could be more blatant than telling us they're going to steal the election right to our face?
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
I want to repeat this.
How to legally decline a vaccine.
Number one, do not refuse a vaccine, otherwise you'll be considered to be belligerent.
Instead, you politely decline the service by doing the following.
Ask the doctor, does the vaccine have MRC5 in it?
They all do.
These are aborted fetal cells and other DNA.
If the vaccine contains MRC5, you have the right to decline.
Also ask, Is there the possibility of a laterogenic reaction, that is to say an adverse reaction caused by multiple compounds or drugs interacting with each other from the vaccine?
They all do.
When the doctor says, yes it does, that's your get out of vaccine free card.
Thank the doctor for their offer and walk away.
Remember, Doctors have sworn the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm.
They must honor it.
This is how you can legally and respectfully decline their offer of a mandated vaccination and there's nothing they can do about it.
Share with everyone you care about.
Does a vaccine have MRC-5 in it?
Aborted fetal cells and other DNA?
If it contains MRC5, you have the right to decline.
Is there the possibility of an electrogenic reaction, an adverse reaction caused by multiple compounds or drugs interacting with each other?
They all do.
When the doctor says, yes it does, that you get out a vaccine-free card, thank your doctor for the offer and walk away.
Meanwhile, Dennis Prager.
The Capitol siege was vile, but the left's suppression of free speech is worse.
The left in the United States is totalitarian, is the theme.
Radio talk show host and columnist Dennis Prager said in his interview with the Epoch Times that while last week's violent siege was vile and disgusting and worthy of condemnation, The ongoing suppression of free speech by the left poses a larger threat.
He is responding to a question about criticism leveled by media against conservatives, whom they accuse of being much more concerned about denouncing censorship and curtailment of freedom of speech rather than criticizing the riot.
The two are incomparably imbalanced in terms of the actual threat they pose to America, Prager said appropriately, while the Nancy Wendy Zanresi argued it doesn't threaten the U.S.
a fraction as much as the suppression of free speech.
The whole point of America is freedom!
The left is oppressing the greatest feature of the United States.
I agree with this 100%.
A First Amendment, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press.
What threatens the country?
A foolish, stupid, wrong-headed vile attack on the Capitol, which reopened for business within hours?
Or the ongoing suppression of free speech?
It's not symmetrical.
There's no comparison.
The disgusting events of January 6.
And I think he's exaggerating because we know it wasn't all that serious.
But the point he makes is, do not threaten this country nearly as much as the suppression of free speech.
The left suppresses liberty everywhere it takes power.
There is no exception, he said, noting the presence of numerous examples in the last hundred years of communist regimes committing egregious acts of oppression against their own people.
And it is happening incredibly in the country of the Statue of Liberty and the Liberty Bell, for which they have contempt.
Adding, he sees evidence the left is exploiting the Capitol siege to dial up restrictions on freedom of expression.
There was no exception in the last 100 years to the left taking power and not suppressing free speech.
They're using January 6th as the excuse.
Amazon taking down Parler is a perfect example.
In reply to a lawsuit, Amazon said, this was not a case of suppressing free speech.
It's not about a conspiracy to restrain trade.
Instead, the unwillingness to remove content that threatens the public's safety, such as inciting and planning the rape, torture, and assassination of named public individuals and private citizens.
That fairly blows me away.
We would never condone it.
We have done a lot of things in place to stop it, said the CEO of Parler, in relation to inciting violence.
Parler is about free speech.
Meanwhile, social media giants Twitter and Facebook announced stricter measures on their platform.
Facebook is targeting content with the phrase, stop the steal, related to election fraud.
And Twitter The QAnon movement.
This is all completely outrageous.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, interesting little article on the vaccine.
Another strategy, too, that's definitely legal is to say that you have severe allergies.
They're already warning people that have severe allergies not to take the vaccine.
So, hey, I got severe allergies and I have asthma, so I can't wear a mask either.
So, hey, sorry.
Can't go along with it.
And, uh, you know...
That article from Prager mentioned, you know, the China hawks, people that are, you know, too tough on China.
It was interesting, the PBS NewsHour, I watched part of it just this morning, they had a whole section on how Trump is really making China angry because he is opening up more diplomatic relations with Taiwan.
And that's terrible.
He's really fouling things up for Joe Biden.
This is awful.
It's terrible.
We need to appease the Chinese, you know.
Amazing.
And, you know, really, if you look at this, what happened at the Capitol building, essentially all it is...
Breaking and entering and trespassing.
That's about it.
If you remove all the hyperbole and the wrong use of language, that's really all you end up with.
And notice, no statues were toppled over, were they?
No paintings were destroyed.
Maybe if they had knocked over a couple of statues, they would have been on better terms with the FBI and law enforcement.
And here's the last thing, you know, just imagine this.
Groper Joe, Sniffer Joe, is going to be inaugurated while the National Mall is on lockdown.
That means there'll be no public allowed to come to see the inauguration.
Only, you know, elite political people will be allowed to see it.
And just imagine, there's going to be no crowd for the first time ever of a presidential inauguration.
This is going to be bizarre.
And meanwhile, Groper Joe is going to be surrounded by 20,000 troops around the city.
This is going to look like a military dictatorship meets a zombie movie.
This is going to be absolutely surreal.
Scorpio, they had to make up an excuse for nobody being there because nobody was going to turn out.
Exactly.
So they started dismantling the inauguration stand because nobody was showing the least interest in coming to a Biden inauguration.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, however we want to characterize what happened at the Capitol.
So you have that happen, and then the people on the left, the leadership of the left, are saying, oh, you've got to impeach Trump.
These people need to be fired from their workplace.
You need to strip that Olympian of his medal.
But if you just go back a couple of months, so that's their business, Capitol.
But when it's our businesses getting burned and looted and destroyed, they call that the summer of love.
So this is just extreme hypocrisy.
And again, I just hope that this is the last act of the show, gentlemen.
Oh, I hope you're right, Carl.
I do.
I fervently do.
And Jim, can I just add one thing real quick?
Isn't it amazing that this woman that actually did bomb the Capitol building back in the 1960s was pardoned by slick Willie Clinton.
Rosenberg actually pardoned and she sits on the board of this company that essentially doles out the money to Black Lives Matter.
I mean, what a double standard and what a hypocrisy.
They actually set off a bomb.
It went off and did serious damage, but that's down the rabbit hole.
Great, great addendum, Scorpio.
Excellent.
I'm really glad you added that boy.
Meanwhile, Parler has filed a response in the lawsuit against Amazon, saying that Amazon Web Services is only concerned with silencing Trump and completely shutting down Parler's ability to retain its millions of users, attract advertisers, and generate any revenue.
AWS has knowingly inflicted lasting damage to what was until very recently a thriving business.
Now what's interesting about this is that means they can get damages, punitive damages, which could be in the billions.
Amazon expressed no concern with Parler's content moderation, adding the same Amazon representative repeatedly asked whether the president join or would join.
Now that he was blocked by Twitter and Facebook.
Meanwhile, Arizona lawmakers introduced a bill to hold big companies to account for censoring political views.
I'm very impressed they're doing this.
The legislation is a direct response to actions taken by social media companies to remove users like President Trump or content from their sites based on an individual's political point of view.
In Arizona, if you do that, you deplatform or somehow interfere with, you censor or interfere with free speech.
You'll be assessed a fine that will be set by the Attorney General's office.
He said the purpose of the legislation is to incentivize social media companies to act like platforms and not publishers.
He pointed out those who have a cause of action against social media under the House Bill 2180 would not just be the user whose content is taken down, but everyone in the case of Twitter, for example.
So if there were 7,000 retweets, Twitter could be fined 7,000 times.
It also protects these companies from liability for restricting access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be objectionable, whether or not it's constitutionally productive.
So it draws the distinction between a neutral platform and a publisher, That was the original intent of the Internet Decency Bill and that Clause 230.
They were supposed to be neutral platforms, but where their censorship has converted them into the role of publishers through massive, extensive, unqualified censorship!
It provides that those engaged in the business of allowing online users to upload publicly accessible content on the internet and that exercise a level of control over the uploaded content for politically biased reasons is thereby deemed to be a publisher and not exempt from liability.
If enacted, the law would empower either Arizona's Attorney General or an online user who claims to have suffered damages to break legal action against the online company.
That's a wonderful move by Arizona, which I applaud.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, I agree.
You know, how can a company be responsible for the content of individual users?
That doesn't compute in any legal way.
There's no way it does.
And furthermore, how can two companies, Apple and Google, take action against another company that destroys their business?
That violates antitrust laws and RICO laws.
And it's just another example of the rule of law going right out the window and to standards
of justice.
It's outrageous.
And again, isn't it interesting that all of these tech companies, supposedly they're all
owned by different people and they're not interconnected.
Somehow, they all have the same moral code, the same political beliefs, and the same worldview.
I think we're being played, guys.
And these companies are owned by far fewer people than we are led to believe.
Those are very telling points, Scorpio.
And this legal issue you raise is being decided right now by a federal judge.
We'll see the outcome.
We may know it by tonight or tomorrow.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, it's an obvious violation of contract to shut down a whole company.
And if the Blackhats are managing this, then it'll be a show trial and they'll have some virtue signaling propagandas that we American people are against the incitement of violence to overthrow the lawful election of Joe Biden.
They'll come up with something.
It won't matter.
But on the other hand, if the White Hats are in charge, then all their assets are going to be seized and they'll be over.
Yeah, what's fascinating about this case is it's so flagrant that these big companies gang up against parlor that nobody can miss it.
Everyone can see it.
It's another case of giving them enough rope to hang themselves, as I see it.
And just one other thing, Jim.
Carl, violation of contract, that's brilliant because that implies massive damages, man.
If you violate a contract, you're liable for huge damages, especially when you're talking about companies this large.
Yeah, see the fact is they can show they had a financial loss.
That's the key to these punitive damages.
You have to be able to document that you actually suffered a financial loss, which I think in the parlor case will be effortless.
Effortless.
And the loss of your reputation as well.
Oh yes.
Oh yes.
But of course, that's harder to quantify in terms of dollars and cents.
Meanwhile, John Rappaport, we're looking here at part one of a brilliant piece about the operation to squash protests in America.
The DOJ has announced it's mounting a full-scale operation to arrest and charge people who broke into the Capitol.
There'll be a wide-ranging menu of charges, starting with criminal trespass, ruling all the way to weapons possession, theft of national security data, assault and sedition.
It's meant to impress the American people.
Of course, an impressive list could have been leveled against thousands of people who participated in Antifa, BLM-led burning, looting, theft, and assault across the U.S.
over the past six months.
But that didn't happen.
Those violent riots were a form of insurrection, but the label was never applied, and Big Tech never considered banning social media users who planned and supported the riots using their media of communication.
From here on out, people will need to announce quite specifically what they're protesting against.
I'm talking, of course, about protests against the brutal COVID-like knockdowns.
Because you can be sure the government media complex will paint such people with a capital-breaking brush.
That's part of this operation to quash dissent.
On a related note, social media are censoring users.
News media are censoring their own talent.
If the issue of stolen election continues to be raised, however, there is no expiration date on accusations of vote fraud.
Remember, after Trump won the 2016 election, Democrats spent the next three years claiming he didn't win, but instead was part of a Russian conspiracy that handed him the presidency.
Who was censored for saying that?
Back to the protest.
Equating distinct events and thus turning them into the same event is part and parcel of mind control.
A hundred bereft business owners who've been driven to bankruptcy by the COVID lockdowns, gathering near a governor's office to protest, We'll be acquainted with crazy dangerous Trumpers who believe the election was stolen.
This is no accident.
It's standard operating procedure in the world of intelligence agency campaigns, to which both of you have alluded.
If the CIA wants to maintain a foreign dictator in office because he makes favorable deals with megacorporations to loot and plunder his own country, they'll spread vast disinformation about the rebels who want free election.
The rebel force threatening to unseat the president is led by the cult of child killers who've been ravaging families in the countryside, for example.
Closer to home, imagine something like this.
A group called Citizens for a Free Nation, who showed up at the governor's mansion last week to protest COVID safety measures, lockdowns, mass marriage, social distancing, is largely composed of unhinged anti-vaxxers and Trump supporters Some of whom may have attended the January 6th rally at the Capitol, which resulted in an act of insurrection.
Police and FBI are investigating.
Behind it all, a determination to suppress resistance to the COVID lockdowns, aka mass imprisonment.
The police state no, the months of lockdowns and economic destruction have driven more and more people to the wall.
The U.S.
population is a dry tinder forest in a season of high heat and no rain.
Controlling the population is a major problem.
Those who stand up and visibly break out of jail have to be made into despicable illustrations of something else.
What label is at hand?
My mere coincidence.
Insurrectionists who broke into the Capitol on January 6th, a day that will live in infamy.
That label can now be applied anywhere.
It's a major item on the game board of intelligence agency operations.
When dissenting heads pop up, paint them with it.
Nevertheless, protests are still legal and legitimate.
People who run them need to articulate what they're about over and over in a very clear fashion.
Americans who live with more freedom and security than those in other parts of the world tend to think their government, when it muscles in, signifies the end and total defeat.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Freedom never dies.
It is an eternal quality.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
You know, what's interesting about this, using this language, a day that shall live in infamy.
You know, it's kind of funny because, first of all, they're trying to compare what happened at the Capitol to Pearl Harbor, which of course is absurd.
3,000 people were killed at Pearl Harbor, something like that.
And, of course, Pearl Harbor was a false flag.
Oops!
Maybe they shouldn't have used that one.
They're kind of tipping their cards here.
And, you know, as far as John Rappaport goes, the guy nails it just about every time.
To my knowledge, he was probably one of the very first columnists to call out this COVID thing as a hoax and a ruse.
The guy just nails it, like, pretty much every time.
Great writing on his part.
And, you know, this idea that the Russians bought some Facebook ads and then that somehow handed over the election to President Trump, I mean, how much more absurd can you get?
And, you know, it's kind of like these intelligence agencies have taken a dump in their own well, if that's the best they can come up with.
It's kind of pathetic.
Oh, I couldn't agree more, but they've been singing this song for nearly four years now.
I mean, this is incredible.
Carl, your thoughts?
And that is the test.
As paper-thin as the propaganda is, Americans have to break through it.
They have to be able to see it.
And it's really the Department of Justice who are the domestic terrorists.
They're the ones who are terrorizing and frightening and refusing to uphold the basic rule of law here.
And that would be the future on The Biden path is to crush any resistance.
If it gets too big, then you just have a false flag and you call them all terrorists and you plant some evidence and you would call them pedophiles instead and just have a show trial and execute them for the... But insurrectionists, that's too hard to say.
I think they're going to have to go to domestic terrorists.
It has a federal ring to it.
Yeah, I think they're already making the transition, Carl.
They like that.
So that any Trump supporter is going to turn out to be a domestic terrorist and deserve a severe punishment.
I mean, it's as un-American and as democratic as it gets.
Meanwhile, the Joint Chiefs call the riot a direct assault on the Constitution and affirm Biden as the next Commander-in-Chief.
These are the most senior uniformed leaders at the Pentagon condemning the riot as a direct assault on Congress and affirming that Joe Biden will become the nation's 46th Commander-in-Chief on January 20th.
In a memorandum that represented a rare step for U.S.
military leadership that sought to keep the American Armed Forces out of the nation's rancorous partisan politics in recent years, the violent riot in Washington, D.C.
on January 6, 2021, was a direct assault on the U.S.
Congress, the Capitol building, and our constitutional process.
We mourn the death of the two Capitol policemen and others connected to these unprecedented events.
Not being very clear and discriminating, they broadly affirmed the military would continue to obey lawful orders from civilian leadership and protect the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic.
I want to emphasize that point.
They broadly affirm the military would continue to obey lawful orders from civilian leadership and protect the U.S.
Constitution against enemies, foreign and domestic, while, of course, helping ensure public safety in accordance with the law.
As servicemembers, we must embody the values and ideals of the nation.
We support and defend the Constitution.
Any act to disrupt the constitutional process is not only against our traditions, values, and oath, it is against the law.
Meanwhile, we know the entire global economic system all depends on what Trump does next as to how this is all going to play out.
The deep state communist Bolsheviks are moving forward with their plan to push the global reset.
Everything is now riding on what Trump does next.
Small businesses are now seeing the truth.
People understand that the great reset is not in their best interest.
The next phase of the global economy will be decided soon.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, the Global Reset isn't going to be in anybody's best interest, except for the Masters at the very top of the pyramid.
It's going to be the end of freedom, the end of the ability to have any hand in determining your own destiny.
And, you know, this thing with the Joint Chiefs of Staff is disturbing.
You know, a lot of people believe that the CIA is in control of the military, and the CIA is controlled by the bankers.
So, this is not surprising in some ways.
We'll just have to see how it all plays out, because there's so many complicated issues going on behind the scenes, and it's hard to know who's pulling the strings and who's the puppet.
Yeah, my further thoughts about this are that there's a tension between the idea of Biden becoming the 46th Commander-in-Chief and upholding the Constitution.
And I believe the underlying theme is they're going to uphold the Constitution.
This is my interpretation.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, with the Joint Chiefs, that was interesting.
And I'd be interested to take a look further at that source document, because the article said twice that the Joint Chiefs were supporting Biden's inauguration, but they didn't quote the Joint Chiefs.
And saying it twice without a quote, they might have said something just like Trump said, that we're looking forward to a peaceful transition of power, which could be read two ways.
Excellent, Carl.
Excellent.
Keep going, keep going, I mean.
Oh, that's all, that's all I got.
Wow, very nice, very nice.
I think that's a great point.
Yes, Trump has talked about a smooth transition to the next administration, which we interpret to be the second Trump administration.
Meanwhile, Fan Mail Pro or Con, we want to hear from you.

Here are a couple of comments from my blog.
It's very idealistic to suggest that Supreme Court justices, as corrupt as the majority has proven to be by rejecting the Texas lawsuit on the specious grounds of lack of standing, would demand a new election.
As fetching a dream as that might be, their New World Order owners probably wouldn't stand for such with their talons wrapped so firmly around our neck.
What expects either Trump to step up to the plate with the Insurrection Act, or a whole country to go to hell in a handbasket, but nothing in between?
Ultimately, only the people can save ourselves, just like always.
So, non-violent peace and love riots might work, or the other kind 80 million strong.
Meanwhile, in response to Joseph for Truth, it's extremely disappointing for Prager and so many Republican congressmen to accept the false narrative that there was mob violence at the Capitol.
There was actually very little violence.
And it appears most, if not all, of that was caused by Antifa infiltrators.
Trump supporters have a long history of peaceful rallies and pro-police behavior.
I mostly agree with you, Jay, for Antifa and the violent left are making America and working for the elites, not China.
I think in this case, both.
Remember, it's not about the virus.
It's all about control.
And I repeat now, the archives for False Flags and Conspiracies 2020 are available at falseflagconspiracies2020.com.

Remember, the secret of freedom lies in educating people, the secret of tyranny in keeping them ignorant.
Final thoughts.
Scorpio.
I thought there were some good points made in those emails.
And, you know, Dennis Prager is a hardcore Zionist.
So, you know, the guy is only going to give you a little bit of truth and some BS mixed in.
So, you know, it's not surprising.
And honestly, I think if Grouper Joe does get in, People are going to have to stop complying and refuse to accept Grover Joe as a legitimate president.
He's not.
He's a criminal.
He stole the election and people just have to refuse to comply like I was telling you before the show.
Just today, it's been announced that 50,000 restaurants in Italy are going to open back up at the same time in contradiction to the so-called lockdown rules that are in Italy.
People have to refuse to comply and go about their daily affairs because the whole point of this is to destroy the economy.
It's got nothing to do with COVID and nothing to do with keeping you safe.
Oh, you got that right, Scorpio.
Carl, your thoughts?
The main thing is for people to be strong in faith and facts, because the military has not yet made their move.
They are in ambush mode.
And what's happening next week, which we'll be able to talk about a week from today, is that I think that the military will strike, and they're going to strike fast, hard, fatally, and it'll end the game.
If not, then we do have two pathways to go down.
One would be the Dr. King and Gandhi path, which In contingency planning, I already have some things that I'm going to do.
In California, there are also a million signatures now to recall Governor Newsom.
But if the Deep State does get in and the White Hats are absent, then what they're going to do is any type of protest will be false flagged and will be labeled insurrectionists and domestic terrorists.
And they've already telegraphed where they want this to go into a Hunger Games or Elysium movie type of society where we the people are culled and just kept as the most harshly treated work animals possible.
So I do hope that after National Popcorn Day on Tuesday, We'll have something to celebrate on Wednesday.
Everyone can see why I am so thrilled to have colleagues like David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, who have made one brilliant point after another today.
We are coming to a fork in the road.
And the question becomes, where is the nation headed?
It's only a matter of days before we shall discern clarity out of the smoke of fog and misinformation And deliberate distortion with which we're doing our best to sort out, but where I believe very firmly that Carl has it right.
They weren't talking about Biden specifically, but a peaceful transition.
And they were affirming their dedication to the Constitution, which implies a legitimate election.
And I therefore believe on that basis, as well as a multitude of other sources, The White Hats really are in charge, and this is going to be a great day for America.
But if it ain't, buckle up, because we're in for a rocky ride, and it's not going to be pleasant.
Jim Fetzer and Madison, Wisconsin, thanking you all for joining us today.
