Need to Know: The Fetzer Report Episode 102 - 05 January 2021

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Giuseppe Vaffangulo from the District of Criminals and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.
We are here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with the President's rally in Dalton, Georgia.
It was really quite a wonderful event in my take.
Here's a part of a sketch about it.
He arrived to campaign for Senator Loeffler in Purdue ahead of the state's runoff election today.
There's no way we lost Georgia, no way it was rigged.
He spent a fair amount of time talking about evidence about how the election had been stolen, including in Georgia.
He also expressed a desire that Mike Pence come through for us.
I hope our great Vice President comes through for us.
If he doesn't, I won't like him quite as much, but he's a great guy, wonderful, smart guy.
Pence, of course, oversees a joint session tomorrow during which the vote of the Electoral College will be certified.
Here's another of Trump's images.
He said, the mission for Georgia is to make sure the radical left can't take your voice or votes in Washington.
I know Perdue and Loeffler well, he said, respected people, love their state, love their country.
Democrats are trying to steal the White House.
You can't let them steal the Senate.
He praised both D.O.P.
Senators for their support of his trade deals while along the U.S.-Mexican border, Second Amendment rights in the military, and both backed the $2,000 stimulus payments that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell shot down.
Pretty embarrassing.
Meanwhile, It turns out that Georgia state senators and those from several other states have written to the vice president to ask him to officially delay the count.
We're going to get it to him tomorrow morning, adding more senators might Add on, people are saying there's something wrong here.
There's something just doesn't pass a smell test.
The ballots and voting machines need to be forensically audited, especially in Fulton County.
The biggest concern he has is a State Farm Arena's vote tabulation center in Atlanta, where an election monitor was absent for part of the process.
And of course, we know we have the video there.
What Mike Pence could do, and what he should do, is direct the question back to the state legislatures when there are competing slates of delegates from these six states.
He can ask that question and say, well, state legislatures, you know I have an oath of the Constitution to uphold the Constitution as written in Article 2, Section 1.2, which has the state legislatures direct the manner in which electoral delegates are selected So tell me, which of these two slates was selected in the manner that your state General Assembly has designated?
Very, very appropriate.
Since Congress meets one day, a special session before they meet is not an option because the governor of Georgia is refusing to hold one.
State Senators in other states have started a similar push.
I think several from Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona have also written letters to the Vice President telling him we would like a delay of 10 to 12 days to sort it all out.
That seems eminently sensible to me.

Well, it's amazing, Jim.
We're coming up to a pivotal day tomorrow, January 6th, where the divide in this country has never been greater.
It's amazing that to monitor the lunacy of clown world, I'm on a bunch of email lists from young hipster journalists and the Rolling Stone and Washington Post.
And they absolutely all vilify Trump.
I mean, beyond disrespect, they vilify Donald J. Trump.
and then you look at the uh list from from rational americans and they're like we have to fight this we have this this election has obviously been stolen and rigged to such a a vulgar level that it's undeniable.
I mean, you look at, as we've said in weeks past, the statistical improbability is as if Groper Joe Biden was playing heads or tails with a quarter and he got 1,000 straight tails.
It's just absolutely impossible.
And I saw an article yesterday where they graphed out the insane jump in Kenosha and Brown County in Wisconsin.
So Republicans clearly had a lead.
They were on track to win both those counties and then all of a sudden there's like a rocket jump in the graph and all of a sudden the blue Republican line goes up two inches and is clearly above the Republican line which didn't change and was still being accurately counted.
Disappointingly, I don't hold high hope for Pence.
I've never been very impressed with him.
And all these people locked into the deep state or the big machine that is the federal government are going to go along to get along because there's a lot of money involved.
A lot of these people make six figures, seven figures, and they don't want that to go away.
That's the carrot and the stick.

Well, one bit of good news is I did hear that Mike Pence cancelled his trip to Israel the following day on the 7th, apparently.
So, I don't know what that means.
It sounds like it might be a bit of good news, but I have to agree with Giuseppe.
I've never trusted Mike Pence.
I've always considered him to be a dark player.
Kind of like, you know, LBJ was to John F. Kennedy, only it didn't get deadly at this point.
But, you know, hopefully something will happen.
But, you know, it just seems like they've got this all graphed out, and they have very big plans for Groper Joe if he makes it into office.
And I also found it quite disturbing that Mitch McConnell shot down this $2,000 Deal it's very bad optics to happen right before this Georgia election And you know as I said before I don't trust Mitch McConnell either.
I think he's a globalist that's pretending to be a Republican and a patriot and I just pray and hope that these Democrats don't take the election in Georgia All indications is that they might be able to do it because they cheated once and they're going to do it again.
That'll give them free reign to enact all kinds of crazy stuff that they have planned for us.
Well, I certainly share both of your concerns about the Vice President who, God forbid, may turn out to be as much of a traitor to the United States as a Chief Justice, the Speaker of the House, and a host of other miscreants who are Mucking over the United States for their own benefit and their own agenda.
Meanwhile, a rather fascinating article.
Are the Democrats moving to depose Biden?
This came from a Jewish news service.
It's rather extensive.
I picked out a few highlights.
About what could happen here.
It's difficult to know what's more implausibly far-fetched.
That, as the Republicans claim, that was pervasive electoral fraud on a scale so massive that it determined, indeed inverted, the outcome of the ballot.
Or, B, that, as the Democrats claim, A lackluster and lackadaisical candidate, perceptibly frail and aging, managed to amass the highest number of votes ever in a presidential election, surpassing former President Barack Obama's previous 2008 record by almost 12 million votes.
Making this scenario even more difficult to accept is that Biden's running mate, Kamala Harris, was hardly an electrifying vote-getter, having been forced to drop out early in her own party's primaries for its choice of presidential candidate.
Meanwhile, the judicial reluctance to deal with allegations of widespread fraud leads us to another manifestation of partisan reticence.
Namely, the mainstream media, in their pre-election coverage of news highly pertinent to voters' decisions, has drastically subsided in the wake of the election.
Arguably, this was best encapsulated in the December 10th headline in an established Tennessee daily, uninterested before the election.
National media now find the Hunter Biden story worth mentioning.
The ensuing editorial shrewdly observed, Too late to help the voting public form an objective opinion about their presidential choice, the national media suddenly decided the Chinese business dealings of Hunter Biden are worth a mansion.
It continued, we have long believed and said that the younger Biden's business dealings and his father's major or minor role in them was at least a disqualifying criterion for the elder Biden's Presidential election, it's clear after all.
The younger Biden would never have been involved with various businesses in Ukraine and China had his father not been vice president.
Meanwhile, just to show how much they're reversing course, leaked recordings exposing CNN's president and political director blocking coverage of the New York Post expose shady business dealings have been revealed.
On October 14th, Eric Political Director was heard on a conference call instructing, obviously we're not going with the New York Post story right now on Hunter Biden.
Two days later, CNN's president, Jeff Zucker, informed his staff, I don't think we should be repeating unsubstantiated smears just because the right-wing media suggests we should.
CNN anchor, October 22nd, Jeff Tamper, told his colleague, Marika Sellers, the right wing is going crazy with all sorts of allegations about Biden and his family.
Too disgusting to even repeat here.
Meanwhile, the Media Research Center has reported out of a total of 73.5 hours of news programming, less than 17 minutes, 16 minutes and 42 seconds spent on the latest scandals involving Joe Biden's son.
With the election over, however, there's been a perceptible shift in the media attitude.
For example, CNN anchor Tapper now seems to have gone a change of heart as the gravity of the allegations went prior to the election he dismissed.
Several weeks after, with Biden to become the 46th president, he expressed qualms raising the subject publicly and the Biden business ties began to gradually emerge as fair game.
A similar shift was evident with other media.
The LA Times, for example, As early as March 6, it ran an editorial.
The GOP's Senate investigation into Hunter Biden is a charade, and they know it.
Proclaiming the entire probe was little more than flimsily disguised political shenanigans.
However, post-election, they have changed.
Now, on December 9, they had a headline, Hunter Biden Tax Inquiry Examining Chinese Business Dealings.
It disclosed The Justice Department's investigation scrutinizing Hunter Biden's taxes has been examining some of his Chinese business dealings, among other financial transactions.
Indeed, a month after the polls had closed, it conceded that young Biden has a history of business dealings in a number of countries, and the revelation of a federal investigation puts a renewed spotlight on the questions about his financial dealings.
So, what's going on here?
Could it herald the onset of a far-reaching political shift within the Democratic Party?
After all, in contrast to accusations against Trump of colluding with Russia and conniving with Ukraine, based largely on third-party hearsay and innuendo, the evidence accumulated against the Biden family is far more solid and compelling, including first-hand witness accounts and emails whose authenticity has yet to be denied.
As coverage on the alleged Biden scandal continues, and it would turn out that he has been untruthful about his own complicity even during the presidential debates, his continued incumbency is likely to be increasingly challenged.
Until it is no longer tenable and he's compelled to transfer power to Kamala Harris.
Rumblings for changes in leadership have already begun with AOC calling for structural change for the old guard to replace with younger legislators to promote the radical policy she advocates.
She's even called explicitly for the replacement of the party's congressional leadership, both Chuck Schumer in the Senate and Nancy Pelosi in the House.
With an even more critical press and more radical intra-party opposition, we may well be on the cusp of a new American, or rather, un-American revolution, in which a cardboard cutout president is driven from office by people imbued with a political credo, forged by figures and ideas not only different from, but entirely contrary, those that made America, America.
It's indeed a scenario that risks transforming America into a de-Americanized post-America, an unrecognizable shadow of its former self, which may be the terrible price the American electorate has inflicted upon itself for submitting to the fit of Puero and Petulant Peak that molded its choice this November.
Giuseppe, I thought that was extremely thoughtful of your considerations.
I like the alliteration at the end, too.

This gentleman clearly is tactfully pointing out that the globalist parasites thought they had it all locked down when they were going to install Queen Hillary Clinton in 2016, and then the American patriot movement, the real citizens of the United States, Pulled the rug out from under them and elected Donald J. Trump as president, and now they're really exerting their insidious power by installing an incompetent, a career political rectum licker in Groper Joe Biden with the most votes ever.
It's just every which way you look at it, this is such an obvious scam.
And the way they set it up, you know, they're incredibly devious and calculating.
They set it up with this enormous COVID-19 scam to scare people into staying home so there can be mail-in balloting.
And they get a two-for-one because they're hell-bent on trying to transform humans into some kind of weird mutated transhuman a side of beef that's controlled by these injections
and this nanotechnology that Bill Gates has patented with names like luciferase, the enzyme that will light you
up when a certain frequency of light is shine on your body
to show that your vaccines are up to date or his patent 060606.
They just mock real thinking Americans.
And now they do feel as though they have it locked down.
And I know there's going to be a big rally and protest tomorrow
here in the District of Criminals.
And hopefully that sets the stage for removing the totally corrupt Biden.
And this woman, Kamala Harris, half Jamaican, half Hindu Indian, who just, I don't
know if you caught her latest lie, that she was in a stroller during the 1965 Freedom
marches.
And then she talked to Dr. Martin Luther King or something.
And she said, what are you here for?
Freedom, like a little kid would say.
And it's a total made-up lie.
She wasn't there.
She plagiarized it just like Groper Joe from an actual Martin Luther King speech back in the 60s.
So this is the mockery.
This is what they think of sovereign Americans.
And this You know, this is a parasite attack on our very freedoms.
They want the United States, the sovereign republic, to become a balkanized vassal state where everyone's in huge debt.
You don't own anything, as the World Economic Forum now infamous video outlines.
They're trying to steal everything from us.
I think you're 100% correct.

Yeah, I agree with what Giuseppe was saying, especially his final statement about that they want to take everything.
Dr. Vernon Coleman has been making some extraordinary videos and his newest one, he basically says they want to put everyone in debt and make everybody poor before they bring out this great reset.
You know, it's kind of funny.
In that article, I was really surprised that they used the term the right-wing media.
I'm not aware that one exists.
It's kind of funny.
There's no such thing.
We have a Globalist media that portrays itself as some kind of neoliberal fantasy party.
But all we really have is a globalist media that spoon feeds the agenda to the people.
There isn't much else going on.
I don't think anything's going to happen from this Hunter Biden business.
It should.
I mean, the guy should go to jail for a long time and all of his associates should as well.
But I think we need to face, you know, I mean, I hope that, you know, Trump gets in and that
we stop this Joe, Groper Joe thing.
But I think it's time to face that we have a government that's completely corrupt and
it's actually working against us.
It's now the enemy and our mission now is to find a way to counteract what they plan on doing because it's basically going to be the complete destruction of our society, our economy, and even the way human beings relate to one another.
So, and lastly, I'd say, you know, it's easy to make fun of AOC for being an idiot and being a, you know, a vacuous, shallow fool.
But unfortunately, I believe that she is sort of a harbinger of a new kind of politician that's going to bring in a much more radical agenda.
that Groper Joe and Nancy Pelosi are gonna be even to the right of what is planned.
So we'll just have to wait and see how this plays out, but it's time to face up
that this government is now our enemy.

New Obama State Department emails, which have now been released, show the Ukraine prosecutor general was pitched high-level access to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.
Judicial Watch announces received 38 pages of records from the State Department revealing that then-United States Deputy Chief of Mission to Ukraine and current Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs George Kent Send an email to then-Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch stating that the Ukrainian prosecutor, General Yuri Lysenko, informed Kent that he was offered high-level access to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign by the same firm that represented Burisma Holdings.
The offer was made by Karen Taramonto, who is an assistant to President Clinton and Deputy White House Chief of Staff.
She is the CEO of Blue Star Strategies, a Democrat lobbying firm hired by Burisma to combat allegations of corruption, meaning to fend them off.
In the same email, Kemp stated he responded to Lutsenko by recommending he not take the offer to corruption concerns with Burisma and the Clinton Foundation.
Judicial Watch obtained these documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
The lawsuit asks for all records of communication between Department of State and representatives of the Ukrainian government Regarding actual or proposed investigation of these entities, all records concerning any media or telephonic conversation between the former ambassador and the former Ukrainian ambassador, all records related to the list of individuals and entities provided to Lutsenko by Yovanovitch in late 2016,
Indicating, including an email from Kent to Yovanovitch and other colleagues detailing about what Lysenko had said.
In the same email he added, he suggested Lysenko not take the offer because Blue State star represented Burisma and also mentioned the corruption concerns related.
A connection of Blue Star.
I noted the representation.
He got the drift.
This email is inconsistent with Yovanovitch October 2019 testimony under oath before the House of Representatives and the Trump impeachment inquiry.
Where she claims she knew very little about Burisma and the Long Rain corruption investigation, stating it just wasn't a big issue.
The smoking gun ties Hunter Biden's Burisma lobbying operation to an influence peddling operation involving the Clinton campaign in the 2016 election, said Tom Fenton.

It further confirms the Obama-Biden deep state targeting of President Trump to cover up and distract from their own corruption, which we've reported here many times.
The Judicial Watch also has uncovered records that confirm their prior reporting that the Ukraine embassy under Yovanovitch monitored In potential violation of law, Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani, and major journalists on Twitter, with regard to their commentary about Ukraine, Biden, Merisman, George Soros, the targeted persons including Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Rudy Giuliani, Dan Bongino, Sebastian Gorka, John Solomon, Jack Probspierre, Ryan Sivatra, Sarah Carter, Donald Trump Jr., Michael McFaul, Lou Dobbs, and Pamela Geller.
The search terms that were flagged to be monitored by state on social media included Yovanovitch, Ukraine Ambassador, Ukraine Ambassador, Ukraine Soros Clinton campaign, and Biden Burisma.
It's not surprising, but what Judicial Watch is doing is nailing down the corruption with legally admissible proof.

Well, it's unfortunate that the American public has such a short memory and the globalist propaganda machine never covered the extent of just four years ago when Queen Hillary was running for her coronation.
She had racked up over a billion with a B in pay-for-play donations to the Clinton Foundation.
She had gotten $200 million from The Arab Emirate Republic, hundreds of millions from the Chinese and the Ukrainians down the line, and it was all, you know, oh it went to the foundation to do good for the world lie.
And so the level of corruption with these globalist marionettes Like the Clintons, Biden, Obamas.
It's just off the chain.
And yet, if we don't have a media that actually covers this nonsense, instead we have a gaslighting bureau of lies that points to anyone telling truth like the Fetzer Report need to know as right-wing conspiracy nuts.
And it's like, these days, if you're called a conspiracy, you're telling the truth.
Yes, I couldn't agree more.

Well, what's interesting is that certain conspiracy theories are perfectly acceptable, like, oh, Russia bought a bunch of, you know, Facebook ads and somehow, you know, manipulated the election and made Trump win.
There's all kinds of conspiracy theories that seem to be acceptable.
It's when you go outside the ones that the government tells that you're running into problems.
And we've all experienced that personally.
And Judicial Watch has done some great work.
And like Giuseppe pointed out, if we had a media that actually covered what these people are doing
in terms of uncovering massive evidence of corruption, it's just pretty much just swept under the rug instead.
And what we have is every organization has a culture and Washington DC, the federal government
has been creating a culture of corruption for generations now.
And what's happened is that nobody has been punished in many, many years, at least two generations.
And so what happens is just human nature The corruption builds on itself and it gets worse and worse.
And any kind of bizarre behavior becomes normalized over time if it's allowed to continue for long enough.
So we've gotten to a situation now where the federal government is just a business for corrupt politicians to get in there and grab all they can.
And as long as they follow the orders of the globalist agenda, they're allowed to loot, plunder, and steal all they want.

Turns out they're going after the fellow assigned to do the forensic audit.
First, they took out Nashville with a bombing, which appears to have been a missile strike.
Then they take out the guy assigned to do the audit.
Our team members who live in Atlanta are being attacked.
One team member, his home, took five shots through the windows in a drive-by, right through his daughter's bedroom window.
It turns out that Jovan Bulitzer, who did that brilliant work exposing what they had done by putting a barcode on Republican ballots so they'd be rejected, is among those who is being targeted, where a handful of papers stuck to the side of the shredding bin, which included an unshredded ballots, which two federally certified forensic examiners have affirmed do not match the legitimate ballots.
They even have a shipping receipt from the Chinese firm that printed the ballots in Chinese.
I mean, it's astounding what they're turning up.
And yet you have every Democrat in the country insisting it was the cleanest election in history.
What pathetic bullshit.
Meanwhile, we have a Wisconsin pharmacist accused of deliberately sabotaging more than 500 doses of the COVID vaccine because he believed they were unsafe.
Not just unsafe, but he believed that they were going to alter our DNA.
Not safe, could harm them, change their DNA.
Meanwhile, they are told, according to Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, there's no evidence to suggest COVID-19 vaccine alters people's DNA.
Some companies, such as Moderna and Pfizer, use mRNA technology that introduces a small part of the virus's genetic code to teach the body how to fight off the real, but it doesn't change a person's DNA.
Well, that seems to be pretty inconsistent with what our Dr. Andrew Wakefield has to tell us.
Namely, this is not a vaccine, it's irreversible genetic modification.
Listen to what he has to say.
So let's talk about this COVID vaccine, because you just brought it up.
M-R-N-A.
Right.
What does this mean?
Let me try and characterize this.
DNA The oxyribonucleic acid, the basis of our genetic structure, if you like, in every cell, is turned in encodes for protein.
And it transfers its information to make the protein through messenger RNA.
So messenger RNA is an intermediary between the gene and the product, the protein.
It's the protein That ultimately elicits the immune response, not the RNA.
If you want to make a vaccine, it's protein that you give, whether it's bacterial protein or viral protein, whatever it is, it's the protein to which the human immune system develops the immune response.
So, by definition, an RNA vaccine isn't a vaccine at all, because it doesn't elicit an immune response.
It has to be turned into protein and it's the protein in turn that creates the immune response.
A messenger RNA vaccine is actually genetic engineering.
That's what it is.
It's putting genetic material from an RNA virus into your cells and asking the cellular machinery with the RNA to produce protein from your cells to which you then mount an immune response.
What could possibly go wrong?
You have cells in your own body that are producing protein to which your immune system is going to mount an immune response?
That's called an autoimmune disease.
So, the potential for this to go horribly wrong is enormous.
It's never been used in humans before.
It's never been tested out and yet it's been rushed to market in these circumstances in the Pfizer vaccine.
And we're already seeing some major problems occurring.
I think there were two cases of anaphylaxis.
I think there have been deaths that have just been reported.
So what is going on?
We need to know.
Firstly, a vaccine for this is a misnomer.
It is not a vaccine.
It is an intermediary product which leads to the production of a protein that generates a so-called vaccine.
And it is genetic engineering that has never been tested out in human beings before.
And if it causes a problem a year, two years, five years down the line, and it's already been given to billions of people worldwide, It's too late.
You can't take it out.
You can't switch it off.
You can't stop it.
It's in there.
It's like, if I can, as a filmmaker, it's rather like Jurassic Park that is about to escape the island, in my opinion.
I think that was quite a brilliant summation, Giuseppe.
I'm keen to have your views.
It is quite brilliant and it's very tactful.
What he doesn't explain is that instead of animal testing on guinea pigs, we now have Human goyim testing on guinea peeps because this is literally the CRISPR technology where they insert an enzyme that acts as a scissors to cut out our god-given divine genetic code, insert a little mRNA snippet
That goes into the cell and starts to produce the protein that elicits the antibody response.
Well, that's dangerous enough and reckless enough, but what they ignore is the fact that it's the coronavirus, which is so ubiquitous, so common.
It's everywhere.
It's in every human.
It's in every mammal.
It's in every reptile.
It's in the dirt.
And so what you're doing is telling the body to attack itself because eventually changed,
mutated strains of the natural coronavirus will enter the system.
This hardwired new protein factory will see that and mistake all coronavirus for an attack
and it will explode.
Like Dr. Judy Mikevich says, the entire body goes on fire, inflammation called the cytokine storm,
Mike if it says it The entire body goes on fire inflammation called the cytokine
storm at which point you literally I'm on the low end you have like anaphylaxis where your
at which point you literally, on the low end, you have like anaphylaxis where your lungs swell up
lungs swell up so much You can't breathe and then on the deadly end your your
so much you can't breathe.
And then on the deadly end, your lungs fill, Coronavirus for an attack and it will explode like dr. Judy

kidneys fail It's a horrible way to die and yet and there's no way to
fix it that literally they'll just have Great wings of a warehouse where they put people to die
that way, you know They'll put them on morphine or some type of fentanyl to
ease their pain I mean, it sounds like a horror movie and yet that is a
realistic potential of what we face The arrogance of these pseudoscientist quacks that they understand the genetic code.
What they don't understand is the quantum energy that links all things, the quantum
energy that is needed to create life, right?
They know what the genetic code is of a human now, but they cannot create human life the
way its so-called lie began on earth.
You need some type of energetic matrix to fill out the code, just like the movie, The
Matrix.
They don't understand that.
They think that because they understand the genetic code and they know how to use CRISPR
to snip out a little piece.
They're like playing checkers on two-dimensional when the actual function of life is like 64 levels high cosmic chest and the level of arrogance that we're on the borderline of them destroying all human life on earth.
That's how how disturbed I am about this.
This seems to me perfectly consistent with the Deagle projections of losing 230 million Americans between 2020 and 2025.
The mechanism will be what's supposed to be the cure, but actually is an instrument of death.

Yeah, you know, this Andrew Wakefield guy is a brilliant man and he's also a courageous man.
you know some years ago he came out uh... with the study that really
provide quite a bit of proof that uh... vaccines are connected to autism
and of course they trashed him they said that all he was phony science and he was using
the manipulated data uh... and he was a fraud
well you have to ask yourself why would he do this what was his motive like
i think i'll throw my career away and uh... but publish a fraudulent paper on vaccines

A New York state lawmaker has introduced a bill that would allow the government to detain those deemed potential health risks, concerned that the COVID-19 crisis is being used to usher in an era of authoritarianism.

Here's the bill, A416, calling for the removal and or detention of individuals who are identified as case contact or carrier of a contagious disease.
Such person or groups of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises.
The sweeping powers would be Employed in the event of the state government declaring a health emergency due to an epidemic of any communicable disease, it states the government must provide clear and convincing evidence the health of others is in danger before ordering a person or group to be detained where their removal
Those being removed would have the right to legal representation and are allowed to supply the phone numbers of friends or family to receive notification they've been taken.
The law allows a governor or health official to unilaterally approve these detentions.
A court order is required within 60 days, but judicial view is also required if the individual is still in detention after 90 days.
No doubt they're already going to be among the deceased, the dear departed.
Citizens placed in detention will be released once health authorities determine they are no longer contagious.
The bill also allows the governor of relevant health authorities to require people deemed potential health risks to submit for medical examinations.
As well as undergo a prescribed course of treatment, preventive medication or vaccine.
It does not specifically mention coronavirus, which in my opinion makes it even all the more worse.
Current iteration of the proposed law will be reviewed by the Assembly's Health Committee next week, although it's still all far off from adoption.
It's caused considerable consternation on social media.
Where some have tweeted, there's a New York State Senate proposal to put disease carriers in detention camps.
I knew Cuomo was a bit of an authoritarian anti-Semite, but I never thought the state would go literal Nazi.
Conservative commentator Ariels Milestone wrote, referring to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who had previously been accused of imposing draconian crackdowns on New York City Jewish community, which has resisted many of the COVID-19 restrictions.

SCOTUS does not have to rule on the issue of fraud itself, but merely on who is given the constitutional duty to certify the electors in any dispute.
If SCOTUS sends a matter back to the state legislatures and choose not to act, then SCOTUS can remove their electors from the electoral count.
However, if a state legislature in the next few days chooses one slate or another, no one should be allowed to override that constitutionally.
Supposedly, Wisconsin is set to certify Trump as the winner of its electoral college votes on Thursday, but don't celebrate until it happens.
