| You're going to see acts of treason by the Chief of Staff of the President and by his General Counsel. | |

| President Trump has been buried in lead. | |
| I was in the room when President Trump, so at one point Pat Cipollone and one of his hissy fits, yelled at the President, stood up and was yelling at the President. | |
| I almost decked this guy. | |
| He's a rude little son of a bitch. | |
| And Flynn stood up. | |
| I mean, Flynn is a real gentleman, as gentlemanly as it gets. | |
| And he even took to his feet at one point at three lawyers who were screaming. | |
| And I went, And I'm standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Flynn and facing off with these guys. | |
| It was almost a fistfight. | |
| Trump said, President Trump said later, there's probably not been a meeting like this in 200 years in the Oval Office. | |
| I can tell you that I saw President Trump, Cipollone, the General Counsel, said something like, if you really, you don't even need me, you can just do this verbally, if you really want to appoint Sidney Powell Special Counsel, you can just say it. | |
| And, and, and uh, And after 15 more minutes of arguing, President Trump said, you know what? | |
| You said, you don't even need a pencil and paper if you want to do this, but if you do this and that. | |
| And 20 minutes later, Trump said, you know what? | |
| I've made my decision. | |
| Sidney Powell, you're appointed White House Special Counsel. | |
| And somebody objected, well, she needs a clearance and that's going to take X money, this and that. | |
| And President Trump said, you know what? | |
| I have the ability to give a clearance with my word. | |
| I hereby give you a TSSCI clearance. | |
| This is done, this decision is done, we're going. | |
| The next day, Sidney Powell, this was in front of Mark Meadows, was on the phone, this was in front of the legal staff, and it was in front of myself, Flynn, Sidney, General Flynn, Sidney, and the other lawyer, who came for her own security, I don't want to use. | |
| The next day, Sidney Powell called Mark Meadows and said, well, now that I'm White House Special Counsel, I'm going to need an office at the White House. | |
| And Mark Meadows said, oh, Sidney, I don't know if we can really do that. | |
| And Sidney said, well, okay, I at least need a pass so I can come and go. | |
| And Meadows said, I don't think we can really do that either. | |
| So they are directly, directly are refusing to execute an order from the president. | |
| Yesterday or today, yeah, today's Tuesday. | |
| On Monday, Cindy Powell went to go over to the White House and was refused, actually | |
| I was with her Sunday night, and she was refused admittance. | |
| I mean, we got into the White House, but they refused. | |
| They will not inform him, even though he has directly said, I heard him say that they do not have to worry about access. | |
| He and Michael do not have to worry about access. | |
| They have direct access. | |
| His people are refusing to execute his orders. | |
| That's how crazy it's gotten. | |

| And today, the same thing is going on. | |
| And since then, everyone we know has had a lead wall come down around him. | |
| His own staff, Mark Meadows and Pat Cipollone have taken control of the Oval Office and they are refusing to follow President Trump's orders. | |
| It's the craziest thing ever. | |
| I heard this little weasel on the spot for the way he talked. | |
| It was all I could do not to slap the guy. | |
| He was so rude to the President. | |
| This is explosive. | |
| I just want to stop for a second and just kind of recapture here because Maggie Haberman has done a real disservice to the country putting out information that's categorically and patently false and you are here dispelling what exactly went on. | |
| I had the opportunity to speak to General Flynn yesterday and he sort of recaptured a little bit of this but I was talking to General Flynn in terms of this is President Trump's Abraham Lincoln moment right now. | |
| I mean, there's so much evidence of fraud thanks to the work you and your team have done. | |
| Sidney Powell, Rudy, Jenna, the whole team has worked really quickly. | |
| And of course, the Army of Digital Soldiers that, you know, General Flynn patented and coined the name for, right? | |
| There has been more information revealed by the Army of Anons out there than what you see going on in the Oval Office, with the exception of you, Sidney, and General Flynn in that meeting on Friday. | |

| Are these people all about self-preservation at this point because they think there's no way for the president to win and they're just kind of throwing in a towel? | |

| and then caucusing with each other to try to figure out what the reason is for the no. | |
| But they're just in the mode of no. | |
| I have talked to, for the last two months, I've met a lot of people in this administration | |
| and I can tell you I'm being told in the White House the message is going out from Pat Cipollone | |
| and the legal team as well as Mark Meadows, just get the president to concede. | |
| We just want to get him into transition mode. | |
| Meanwhile, on the same day I'm being told that, that they are telling that to people beneath them, I'm in the Oval Office with them, and they're telling the President, oh no, we weren't doing our best, but we just don't see a way. | |
| It's the craziest thing I've ever seen in my life. | |
| This is so discouraging. | |
| This is how out of touch Washington, D.C. is with the rest of us out here that are fighting. | |
| You know why they're doing it? | |
| Because the signal has gone out. | |
| If you're good boys, and you get the President out on January 20th, there's a million and a half dollar... In fact, President Trump said to one of the people there, it was one of the three lawyers, it was his last night, and he was leaving that night. | |
| He stayed to midnight with us, but President Trump said, you know why this guy's leaving | |

| He just got an offer for 10 times the salary from another law firm in DC. | |
| What's happened is all these people know that if you get the president out on January 20, | |
| there's jobs waiting for them at law firms and lobbyists for a million dollars and up | |
| jobs. | |
| But if they don't get him out, And if they do, they're going to be invited to the right socialite parties in New York. | |
| Hey, I've been to those socialite parties. | |
| You aren't missing anything. | |
| It's slumming as far as I'm concerned. | |
| Hang out with a better class of people than going to hanging around that group in New York. | |
| So they're being tempted with offers like that and they're being told, I'm told by people involved, they're being told if you don't get him out on January 20th, all of that goes away. | |
| So these people are privately being offered massive jobs if they just get President Trump out. | |
| Well, we have further confirmation, but here are the guys that are betraying the president, Mark Meadows, a North Carolina politician. | |

| And we need to know their faces to take a citizen's arrest should it become necessary to do so as they seek to egress from the White House. | |
| Sidney Powell has observed, confirmed that White House officials have blocked her from speaking to President Trump. | |
| She told the Washington Examiner access to Trump's been cut off since Friday when the president Here it says, reportedly floated the idea but actually appointed her to be a special counsel. | |
| I haven't met or spoken with him since Friday night. | |
| He knows the election was stolen but he's not getting the support he, the Constitution, and the Republic deserve. | |
| She added, I haven't spoken with a DNI, Director of National Intelligence, on these issues in all my efforts to educate Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani on demonstrable foreign interference in the election, including multiple CISA and FBI findings have been met with irrational hostility. | |
| I've been blocked by the White House Counsel and others from seeing or speaking to the President since I raised the public formal findings and even more evidence of foreign interference from Iran and China. | |
| Gina Ellis, meanwhile, has had enough of Barr, puts him in his place for good, took to social media to blast Barr after announcing he would not appoint a special counsel to investigate alleged fraud and take over the Hunter Biden tax affair issues. | |

| And you know, it's interesting that the mainstream media is now calling Sidney Powell a conspiracy theorist. | |
| Because that's, of course, the worst thing you can be today. | |
| And what a conspiracy theorist essentially is now is someone who questions the official | |
| narrative of anything. And that term is going to be used more and more to try to stop people | |
| from thinking for themselves. And essentially what we're seeing here is the deep state is | |
| flexing its muscles. And all the powers that be have aligned themselves against President Trump. | |
| The media, the political operatives, and all the forces of the deep state have aligned against Trump. | |
| And what it comes down to, Jim, is we do not have the form of government that we've been told we do. | |
| We're seeing that come out into the open now with this behavior towards the president. | |

| Yes, Pence does have a role on January 6th, but he's actually got a role today, believe it or not. | |
| Will Pence tomorrow—this was published yesterday, meaning today—step in and throw out state electoral college picks that are based on fraudulent results? | |

| It turns out, according to this constitutional expert, law prohibits Pence from accepting electoral votes from fraudulently certified states. | |
| This is even rakened since Vice President Pence can request states send electoral college slates that actually reflect the will of the people. | |
| This is something he can do today. | |

| Code 12 explains when no certification of vote enlists mentioned by sections 911 of this title from any state shall have been received by the President of the Senate or by the Archivist of the United States by the fourth Wednesday in December, which is today, After the meeting of the electors shall have been held, the President of the Senate shall request, by the most expeditious method available, the Secretary of State of the State to send up the certificates. | |
| Beyond the allegations and evidence of widespread fraud, we have states sending competing slates of delegates to Washington, D.C. | |
| Republicans in Pennsylvania and Arizona have asked the Congress not to accept the votes accepted by the State Secretary of State. | |
| Should Pence take this action, he is then instructed by the law to request these states to immediately send accurate electoral college certificates before January 6th. | |
| Rankin told National File, Pence will essentially force states to reclaim their constitutional power to appoint Electoral College votes. | |
| That forces state legislatures' hands, said Rankin. | |
| Pence can force the legislatures to reclaim their constitutional power, hold a session, and appoint the Electoral College votes themselves as the Supreme Court to not address the issue. | |
| Meanwhile, the Georgia Judiciary Committee has already voted, agrees there's enough information to decertify their votes for Joe Biden. | |
| Arizona is going to certify a vote for President Trump tomorrow. | |
| That would be today. | |
| It's all taking place now. | |

| They're saying they want his emails, they want this, they want that. | |

| It's, uh, as Giuseppe said, nothing's been breaking news today, so I don't have much faith in Pence. | |
| I think he's a dark actor, personally. | |

| A huge move to declassify the untrustworthy election coming from the Georgia State Senate Committee. | |
| Their conclusions are damning. | |
| Here's what part of their report includes. | |
| The November 3rd, 2020 general election was chaotic. | |
| Any reported results must be viewed as untrustworthy. | |
| The subcommittee took evidence from witnesses, received affidavits sworn under oath. | |
| Subcommittee heard evidence that proper protocols were not used to ensure Jane accustody of ballots after the opening of ballots prior to the election and during the recount. | |
| They heard testimony it was possible, even likely, large numbers of fraudulent ballots were introduced into the pool of ballots that were counted as voted. | |
| No way of tracing the ballots after they've been separated from the point of origin. | |
| The subcommittee heard testimony of pristine ballots whose origin looked suspicious, which could not be verified in the inability of poll workers to distinguish between test ballots and absentee ballots. | |
| Signatures were not consistently verified according to law in the absentee balloting process. | |
| Poll watchers testified they noted ballots were not secured, seals and security tags were not used, chain of custody was often lax, Or non-existent. | |
| During the recount, monitors observed similar patterns of unsecured ballots and in broken seals, open cases of ballots lined around for hours or overnight in unsecure locations. | |
| There was a lack of enforcement of the law, sloppy handling of ballots by those counting, deliberate covering up voting members by workers, lack of following the process during the recount, unsafe handling of military ballots, and insecure data such as laptops and flash drives. | |
| According to submitted testimony, there were also many equipment failures where ballots would not go through the machines other times when they were counted more than once. | |
| A great deal of testimony supported evidence of coordinated effort to prevent a transparent process of observing the counting of ballots during the absentee ballot opening period and on election night. | |
| Witnesses testified to hostility to Republican poll workers during the recount. | |
| Directional signage was unavailable. | |
| Doors were locked. | |
| Republican poll workers sent home early, given marginal assignments. | |
| On November 3rd, the election was chaotic. | |
| This is what they're reporting. | |
| Also, a recount confirms Trump won a county the media had called from Biden. | |
| This is Antrim County, Michigan, where Biden was in the lead on election night. | |
| Officials are now confirming the real winner was actually Donald Trump. | |
| On Tuesday, November 3rd, workers said Biden was ahead by thousands of votes, which seems strange because it was expected to be a solidly red county. | |
| Two days later, officials changed the vote. | |
| Tally showed the president by 2,500. | |
| Weeks later, he was winning by 4,000. | |
| By December 14th, as forensic gothic of the Dominion voting machine trial, the president did indeed win. | |
| The auditor's report said the system intentionally generates errors. | |
| If this county had problems with the machine, how many others did too? | |
| We know the answer to that question. | |
| Senator Ron Johnson has republished, tweeted, what Senator Hawley of Missouri observed. | |
| After four years of having been told the last election was fake, The same people are telling us now, if you have any concerns about election integrity, you're a nutcase. | |

| The point being is Trump was turning away tens of thousands, and legitimately his vote count of 75 million was unprecedented for a second term Republican. | |
| So the real tally was probably Trump 75 million, Groper Joe about 52 million. | |
| Trump probably won every state except for New York and California. | |
| And yet that's not the reality we're expected to drown in with this tidal wave of gaslighting. | |
| Actually, it looks like it was more like $53 million to $23 million, a gap of as much as $50 million, and he appears to have taken both California and Minnesota. | |

| Wisconsin judge testifies over 200,000 votes were not valid. | |
| Sidney Powell potentially signaling a different kind of military involvement. | |
| Both Trump and Jenna Ellis have indicated no plans to use the Insurrection Act and impose martial law. | |
| However, there are other routes to take using military involvement that Sidney Powell may be suggesting through her Telegram channel. | |

| Powell's channel is growing fast. | |
| Here's what she may be suggesting. | |
| Powell has pinned to the top of the channel a post reporting she'd been considered by POTUS to be a special prosecutor to in fact investigate election fraud. | |
| He actually made the appointment Friday, but the Chief of Staff and General Counsel are seeking to obfuscate the fact. | |
| Second, She posted two stories on military involvement in domestic politics after the much-reported late-night meeting at the Oval Office. | |
| One is an excerpt from a U.S. | |
| military joint-doctrine publication on civil-military operations stating, Military government is a supreme authority of the military exercised by force or agreement over the land's property and the IPIs of domestic, allied, or enemy territory. | |
| When required to achieve national strategic objectives or protect national interests, the U.S. | |
| national leadership may decide to intervene militarily. | |
| U.S. | |
| forces in support of the U.S. | |
| government stabilization effort support an election process in order to confirm the legitimacy of the government before all sovereign responsibilities are restored to the new government and U.S. | |
| political will is enforced. | |
| The second is a tweet by the president saying reports he will impose martial law are fake news. | |
| The upshot is this. | |
| These both seem to paint the picture. | |
| POTUS has possibly made a decision to move forward with some type of military involvement, possibly to hold new elections in disputed states. | |
| Powell is implying POTUS will not be imposing martial law. | |
| Temporary military control of the nation's domestic affairs. | |
| Last, a special prosecutor will likely be named to investigate the massive electoral fraud, which has already happened here Friday night, but they're trying to pretend it hasn't and deny her access in as blatant a form of treason as I have ever witnessed in my life. | |

| Another member of Congress has pledged to challenge the Electoral College vote submission when the joint session of Congress meets on January 6. | |
| Representative Lance Gooden of Texas wrote, as Senator Ted Cruz and John Cornyn, I intend to object to the certification of the electoral vote submissions on January 6th and ask you to stand with me. | |
| Neither Cornyn or Cruz have publicly said they would challenge. | |
| The process requires at least one House member and one senator. | |
| We must stand up for the tens of millions of Americans who want answers to the irregularities surrounding this election. | |
| It's our duty to ensure the integrity of our election is unwavering. | |
| The further noted allegations of repulsive voter fraud are looming over the validity of the November 3rd election. | |
| Foreign countries, big tech, fake news, and the Democrats work together to rig this election against a real Donald Trump and the American people. | |
| Americans must have faith in the process. | |
