	This is Jim Fetzer, The Conspiracy Guy, joining you this evening to address how the elitist globalists are using idealist socialists to take out Trump and reduce America to rubble.
	While I had invited Carl Herman to join, he was unable to do so, and I hope he's enjoying the season with family and friends.
	Most of you know I'm a former Marine Corps officer, retired university professor, who specializes in bringing together groups of efforts to dissect complex and controversial events of our time, beginning with JFK, 9-11, subsequently Sandy Hook, Boston bombing, and more.
	This coronavirus has been especially challenging, but there's a mountain of evidence to promote it.
	We had a lawsuit over the use of the coronavirus to steal the election as a cover by mail-in ballots, where the Supreme should have taken the Texas lawsuit.
	21 states joined with Texas, bringing a suit before the Supreme Court.
	The evidence summarized in the suit was abundant and compelling.
	It left no serious grounds for doubt about having violated the state's rights.
	Even gross statistics about the election exposed it as a massive fraud.
	So here we have an illustration of the 21 states that joined together, all together, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida joined Representing roughly 42% of the American population, suing 8%, specifically the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
	A summary of lawsuit provided by Robert Manson provided a brilliant illustration of how those four states had flagrantly violated their own election laws by materially weakening or doing away with security measures Moreover, according to the Constitution, the legislatures of each state representing their citizens have absolute authority and responsibility for how presidential electors are chosen, which is expressed through state law.
	Look at Pennsylvania.
	It began with a vote tally of 3,445,548 for Biden, 3,363,951 for Trump, a margin of 81,597.

	Now that margin is crucial because in general courts won't take a case of this kind unless
	they can show the outcome would make a difference by overcoming the margin of victory.
	In Pennsylvania, requests for mail-in ballots were 70% for Democrats, only 25% for Republicans.
	They increased by a staggering number from 266,208 in 2016 to over 3 million in 2020.

	Obviously a mechanism for stealing the election under the guise of the pandemic.
	Violations of election law, the Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated
	signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
	The Pennsylvania Supreme Court changed existing deadline for receiving mail-in ballots from 8 p.m.
	the day of the election to three days after, adopted the presumption that non-postmarked ballots should be considered as valid Election officials in Philadelphia and Allegheny counties did not follow state law permitting poll watchers to be present for the opening, counting, and recording of mail-in ballots.
	The Secretary of State directed election officials to remove ballots before 7 a.m.
	the day of the election in order to cure defective mail-in ballots, but it was only done in Democrat-majority counties.
	Moreover, election officials did not segregate ballots received after 8 p.m.
	on Election Day, thereby breaking the promise they had made to the Supreme Court, specifically Associate Justice Alito, to make it impossible to identify or remove those ballots as he had required.
	Evidence of fraud?
	Ballots with no mail date, 9,005.
	No evidence they were ever even sent to a voter.
	Ballots returned on or before the mail date, 58,221.
	Ballots returned one day after the mail date, 51,200.
	Perhaps not impossible, but highly unlikely for the average voter to receive a ballot, fill it out, place it in the mail, and have it returned the next day.
	Notice already you have 109 plus 9, 118,000 ballots in dispute, which is more than the 81,000 margin.

	the day before the election, Pennsylvania reported 2.7 million ballots had been sent out,
	but by November 4th, that number had increased to 3.1, over 400,000 mail-in ballots at election
	time with literally no reasonable chance of being used by legitimate voters.
	Clearly, clearly overwhelming the margin of victory.
	Georgia, Vote tally 2,472,098 for Biden, 2,458,121 for Trump, a
	margin of only 12,670.
	Mail-in ballots distributed 6 65.32 for Biden, 34.68 for Trump,
	mail-in ballots again increased hugely from 213,033 in 2016 to 1,305,659 in 2020,
	an excess of over a million mail-in ballots.
	You can see it's obvious already the pattern here of using mail-in ballots to steal elections where even third world countries don't use mail-in ballots because they're so amenable to fraud.
	Violations of election law.
	The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
	The Secretary of State authorized opening and processing mail-in ballots up to three weeks before the election, when the law prohibits that being done until after the polls open on election day.
	The Secretary of State materially weakened the security requirements for ballot rejection based on signature verification or other missing information.
	Evidence of fraud.
	The mail-in ballot rejection rate for missing or inaccurate or for non-matching signatures
	decreased from 6.42% in 2016 to 0.36% in 2020. Even merely rejecting 2020 ballots at the same
	rate of 2016 would have resulted in a net gain of 25,587 votes for Trump, twice the number
	needed to overcome Biden's victory.
	With a six-fold increase in the number of mail-in ballots, moreover, reason would indicate that the rejection rate would increase, or at the very least stay the same with so many first-time mail-ins.
	Michigan.
	Facts.
	Vote tally.
	2,796,702 for Biden.
	2,650,695 for Trump.
	2,650,695 for Trump, a margin of 146,007.
	Now in 2016, 587,618 voters requested mail-in ballots.
	But in 2020, it had skyrocketed by over two and a half million to 3.2 cast by mail-in ballots.
	Democrats voted at a rate approximately twice that of Republicans.
	So two out of three mail-in ballots, roughly speaking, were Democrat rather than Republican.
	Violations of election law.
	Once again, the Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
	The Secretary of State sent out unsolicited ballots to all 7.7 million registered voters, contrary to election law, which requires a voter to request a mail-in ballot through a process that includes a signature to be matched with a voter registration.
	The Secretary of State also allowed absentee ballots to be requested online without signature verification.
	Local election officials in Wayne County containing 322,925 more ballots for Biden than for Trump
	opened and processed mail-in ballots without poll watchers present. Local election officials in Wayne
	County also ignored the strict election law requirement of placing a written statement or
	stamp on each ballot envelope indicating that the vote signature was in fact checked and verified
	with a signature on file with a state.
	Evidence of fraud.
	174,384 mail ballots in Wayne County alone have no valid registration number, indicating they likely resulted from election workers running the same ballots through the tabulator multiple times.
	and already notice that 174,000 is greater than the margin of victory of 146. 71 percent of Wayne
	County absent voter counting boards were unbalanced where the number of persons who checked in
	did not match the number of ballots cast.
	Wisconsin, facts, vote tally, 1,630,716 for Biden, 1,610,151 for Trump, for a margin of 20,565.
	The mail-in ballots increased again enormously from 146,932 in 2016 to 1,275,019 in 2020 by over a million.
	Violations of election law.
	The Wisconsin Election Commission positioned hundreds of unmanned illegal drop boxes to collect absentee ballots.
	The use of any drop box, manned or unmanned, is directly prohibited by Wisconsin statute.
	Any alternative mail-in ballot site, quote, shall be staffed by the municipal clerk or the executive director of the Board of Election Commissions.
	Ballots cast in contravention of the procedures specified in those provisions may not be included in the certified results of any election.
	The WEC encouraged voters to unlawfully declare themselves indefinitely confined in order to avoid security measures like signature verification and photo ID requirements.
	Nearly 216,000 voters said they were indefinitely confined in 2020, nearly four times as many as 2016.
	Strict laws requiring mail-in voters to certify by signature, including the signature of an adult witness, were ignored or circumvented by election officials.
	Gee, it's almost as though they wanted all these illegal ballots to be counted.
	Evidence of fraud.
	100,000 ballots were supposedly missing and directed to be found after Election Day.
	Notice, 100,000.
	That's five times the margin of error.
	Meanwhile, just gross.
	Look at the situation.
	Obama got 69 million votes out of 873 counties.
	Biden drew huge, huge, huge crowds.
	Biden allegedly got 81 million votes in 477 counties, but he could hardly get anyone to show up.
	Trump, on the other hand, got 74 million votes.
	There were staggering numbers who turned out to his rallies across 2,497 counties.
	2497 counties.
	And I'll just look at the number of counties Trump won.
	2497, vastly greater than Obama, 873.
	873.
	Which was itself overwhelmingly greater than Biden at 477.
	Obviously, obviously things don't add up.
	The Chief Justice, however, headed the rejection of the Texas suit, claimed no judicially cognizable interests have been shown by Texas.
	Even Alan Dershowitz believes Texas had established its standing.
	There's a parallel here with the Dred Scottmachism of 1857.
	Where Dred Scott was also denied to have standing, he being a slave who had reached a free state and has solicited the Supreme Court to hear his right to freedom, which it denied.
	Will this decision, like that one, therefore, contribute to another American Civil War?
	Here we get a report.
	Supreme Court rejects Texas lawsuit challenging Biden's election wins in four key states.
	Here was the order.
	This was a totality issued on December 11, Texas versus Pennsylvania et al.
	The state of Texas motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article 3 of the Constitution.
	Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.
	All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
	Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins.
	In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a Willa complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction.
	By which he means, conflicts between states can initially be submitted to the Supreme Court, which has a constitutional obligation to adjudicate Conflicts between states.
	All other issues have to proceed through the state courts at the district or circuit level, the appellate level, and then the state Supreme Court before reaching the U.S.
	Supreme Court.
	Alito adds, I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill a complaint but would not grant other relief and I express no view on any other issue.
	Here we have Dershowitz offering his opinion that the court didn't want to get involved.
	Retired Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz said Friday's decision by the court to turn away a lawsuit from Texas and actually 21 other states challenging the election results show they didn't have that they didn't have standing indicates the court just didn't want to get involved.
	Appearing on Newsmax TV's Stitchfield, Dershowitz agreed with Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, who indicated Texas did have standing, saying they get the better of the argument, but that the court just didn't want to deal with what may be perceived as political.
	Let me just say, this is completely absurd because every case that comes before the Supreme Court is political.
	That's the nature of the Supreme Court.
	It's our non-violent, civil way of arbitrating political disputes between parties of the highest order of significance for the United States as a nation.
	That they should decline to hear this was completely, utterly indefensible.
	Here's Dershowitz's take.
	The Supreme Court decision sends a message.
	The majority, including the three justices appointed by President Trump, and they all said, we're not going to hear the Texas case.
	We're not going to get involved in this election.
	I think this sends a message.
	It's not a legal message, but it's a practical message.
	The Supreme Court is out of this game.
	Well, there are reasons I think maybe it's not going to be that easy.
	For example, Lin Wood claims he has proof of a conflict of interest and that the Chief Justice should step down.
	Supreme Court Justice Roberts, as a controversial job avoided by George Bush, at the time considered a conservative scholar, Well, he spent more than a decade delivering a deep betrayal to the American people as one of the more radical left justices on the Supreme Court.
	Answers to two simple questions below will tell we, the people, all we need to know about Chief Justice Roberts.
	We, the people, are entitled to answers.
	You work for us, Chief Justice Roberts.
	Answer these questions.
	They will not go away.
	You cannot fly truth away on an Epstein jet.
	Woods also claims to have proof of a damaging phone call between Roberts and another justice proving Roberts should step down.
	Actually, I believe, resigned from the Supreme Court entirely.

	In discussing the real Donald Trump in a phone conversation on the 19th of August, Justice John Roberts stated he would make sure, quote, the mother-effer would never be re-elected.
	I repeat, this is Justice Roberts in a phone call with Justice Stephen Breyer stating he would make sure, quote, the mother-effer would never get re-elected.
	How's that for an impartial justice of the Supreme Court?
	This was when Roberts was engaging in a phone conversation with Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.
	Well, not only do we have evidence he flew on an Epstein jet to Orgy Island, but here's a photograph of Justice Roberts with Ghislaine Maxwell, who has a reputation for her mastery of the art of fellatio.
	And let me suggest here, this is Ghislaine, We have a Chief Justice who appears very satisfied by a sexual favor provided by guest Lane Maxwell.
	How disgusting is this?
	And here we have a log from the Lolita Express showing John Roberts was a passenger on the way to Orgy Island.
	I find this disgusting beyond belief.
	We know we've been played for suckers and saps, where the CDC has, you know, a positive result means you've had a cold, where the common cold virus is in the same family as the COVID-19 virus.
	Just think about shutting down the economy over the common cold.
	And most black Americans don't want fewer police, they want more.
	The bombshell, up to 90% of COVID-19 positive test results are false, where the test kits match dead viral fragments that pose no infection risk whatsoever.
	Shocker!
	CDC admits COVID-19 positive result just means you previously contracted the common cold, which is true of practically everyone.
	So look at the ingenuity here.
	Donald Trump observing accurately, in a certain way, our tremendous testing success gives the fake news media all they want, cases.
	In the meantime, deaths and all-important mortality rate goes down.
	You don't hear about that from any of the fake news, and you never will.
	Anybody need any ventilators?
	I mean, think about it.
	We've just had a recent confirmation from Johns Hopkins that the death rate has remained stable over the last several years.
	When I first began doing research on coronavirus way back in May, Ole Domogar suggested I take a look at European mortality tables.
	They, too, showed no increase.
	Well, if there's no increase in the mortality tables, that means that what has been called a pandemic isn't leading to increased deaths, which means it's false to call it a pandemic.
	Here we have provisional death counts for coronavirus disease, which are all tending towards zero already by August.
	Already tending towards zero, even with the fake accounts.
	Meanwhile, a CDC update on COVID death numbers shows fewer than 10,000 have actually died from the from the COVID alone, if you assume it's legitimate.
	And if you start combining, you know, looking at worldwide deaths, this is one of the Elementary fallacy is being perpetrated on the American people.
	Not only is there a case being treated as a fallacy of equivocation, because it's being interpreted by the public as meaning infected individuals, when all it really means is positive test results.
	We're over 90% of the test results are false positives, so the American people are being given all this fear porn over the staggering number, but the actual number of deaths is relatively modest.
	Look here for the first quarter of 2020 from January 1st through April 1st.
	COVID deaths attributed to COVID, 46,438.
	But the seasonal flu, 121,993, three times higher.
	Malaria, 246,121, six times higher.
	Suicide, 269,076.
	Traffic fatalities, 338,715.
	121,993, three times higher.

	That's nearly 10 times higher.

	We have been played.
	It's because the media is performing what is known as special pleading, only citing
	the evidence favorable to its case, where the media is in lockstep with the Democrats
	in promoting the fake coronavirus as a pandemic.
	We're getting all this misleading attention on numbers that, comparatively speaking, when you look at the big picture, are relatively modest.
	Indeed, even in the insert for a COVID test, it says the test cannot distinguish COVID from a cold or measles or Ebola.
	It cannot distinguish between a live virus and non-infective RNA left over from a past cold.
	So why are we still testing?
	Meanwhile, deception is indispensable to the Democratic agenda.
	They have a pseudo-justification for mail-in voting, which they can easily control, a pseudo-justification for shutting down rallies and campaign events, a pseudo-justification for a virtual Democratic convention in Milwaukee, and a pseudo-justification for keeping blue state economies shut down.
	Look at this.
	About all these new positive COVID cases, state health departments are manipulating the data, changing the definition.
	Really stunning.

	The definition of COVID-19 infections is likely the biggest background cause in a dramatic upswing.
	Just outrageous.
	But look at this.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats cannot easily achieve mail-in voting, which they desperately need in key battleground states in order to control the outcome.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats cannot shut down rallies and political campaigning efforts of President Trump, which they desperately need to do in key battleground states.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats cannot block the campaign contrast between an energetic President Trump and a physically tenuous, mentally compromised challenger.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats do not have an excuse for canceling the DNC convention in Milwaukee, thereby blocking team Bernie Sanders from visible opposition while protecting candidate Jimmerish from himself.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats do not have a mechanism to keep voters isolated from each other, limiting communication and national debate adverse to their interests.
	COVID-19 panic pushes the national conversation into the digital space, where big tech controls every element of the conversation.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats cannot keep their blue state economies easily shut down and continue to block U.S.
	economic growth.
	All thriving economies are against the political interests of the Democrats.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats cannot easily keep club candidate Joe Biden sealed up in a basement where the electorate is not exposed to visible signs of his dementia.
	Without COVID-19, it becomes more difficult for big tech to censor voices that would outline the fraud in the scheme.
	With COVID-19 panic, they have a better method and an excuse.
	Without COVID-19 panic, Democrats cannot advance, influence, or organize their preferred presidential debate format, a virtual president debate series.
	All of these and more strategic outcomes are based on manufactured weaponization of the COVID-19 virus to achieve a larger political objective.
	There is zero benefit to anyone other than Democrats for the overwhelming hype surrounding COVID-19.

	What we're actually seeing is the systematic implementation of the fall
	of the Republic and the rise of the corporation of the United States.
	Every major event is a step in the ladder to achieve that end.
	COVID is just another rung in the ladder, which is why there's a deliberate mixing of all the wordplay, right?
	I mean, we should stop calling it, you know, quarantine.
	That's a term designated for people that are verified sick.
	This is a house arrest mandated by the state.
	You should stop calling it, you know, social distancing.
	There's nothing social about forced isolation.
	We should stop saying safer at home when millions of Americans don't have basic necessities adequate to fit their needs.
	It assumes that everybody's home is equally as safe as the people that are making the statements.
	We should stop saying, you know, this is for the greater good.
	Right?
	When you close the economy, killing millions of businesses that families have worked generations to establish, that's anything but good.
	We should stop saying, this is the new normal.
	That's just blank mind control drivel.
	There's nothing normal about forced isolation.
	You know, treating your neighbor like they have the plague, breathing your own bodily waste, wearing masks, living in constant fear of contamination.
	That's normal?
	I mean, after all, the virus is so deadly, why hasn't it wiped out the homeless who don't social distance, wash themselves regularly, let alone, you know, live in or have access to a sterile environment?
	Last year, 1.5 million people died of tuberculosis.
	Why were you not wearing a mask during the tuberculosis pandemic?
	You were endangering, you know, public health and safety along with billions of other people around the globe.
	So why didn't you wear a mask?
	I'll tell you why.
	Because the mainstream media didn't tell you to wear a mask, right?
	Because 1.5 million people died from tuberculosis.
	There was no tuberculosis pandemic, any more than there's a coronavirus pandemic.
	What you're really participating in is a beta test for AI systems and facial recognition.
	See, these cameras work best when people are, you know, distance apart.
	Now they're actually testing through machine learning how to recognize, you know, a face that's partially covered.
	It's also a way to easily determine who's compliant and who's not.
	Who does the propaganda work on and who it doesn't.
	Now get this, you know, there's some ironies that are here, right?
	A society that kills millions of babies a year for convenience has shut itself down to prevent adults from dying.
	People that on the one hand slaughter babies in the womb, by the millions are now preaching to the masses about the sanctity of human life.
	It's double-speak, double-talk.
	It's the two-doctrine policy.
	One for the initiated, one for the uninitiated.
	One for the inner circle, another for the masses.
	It's like saying, if I violate the stay-at-home order, I can be arrested, but you're letting convicted criminals out of prison so they don't get coronavirus.
	Thesis, antithesis, synthesis.
	If there's a real pandemic, does it require, you know, faulty virus models, rigged test results, 81% false positives, inaccurate news reporting, staged hospital overruns, manipulated death certificates?
	Nope.
	You know, when the government shuts down, you know, millions of small businesses, but doesn't lay off any government employees, it's not about the health.
	Hmm?
	When the state bans dentists from practicing but deems it necessary for abortion clinics to stay open.
	It's not about your health.
	When the state prevents you from buying seeds for your garden but allows you to purchase lottery tickets.
	It's not about your health.
	An institution that has the ability to destroy all of Earth through alleged nuclear warfare should not regulate personal self-defense.
	An institution that's caught trafficking drugs shouldn't be able to regulate plants.
	An institution that's racked up $23 trillion prior to coronavirus in debt shouldn't be allowed to manage the retirement fund.
	An institution that was caught spreading STDs should not be allowed to run healthcare.
	And people are really concerned about public health and safety, you know, in general.
	But, you know, they don't care if people, you know, eat garbage, drink poison, smoke cancer, and take prescription drugs, but think that toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and masks are going to protect them from the boogeyman coronavirus.
	You know, this is a special kind of stupid that I can't address here.
	You should ask yourself a couple basic questions.
	When did you consent from, you know, you creating a government to serve you, to you serving the government ruling over you?
	If you want to know, you know, who's in charge, just think about who you can and can't criticize.
	That's just so brilliant.
	Just so brilliant.
	I think he is spot on.
	Meanwhile, Minnesota State Senator Scott Jensen, who's also a physician, was the first to report that hospitals were being paid $13,000 to list patients as COVID and $39,000 to put them on a ventilator.
	He revealed Medicare is determining that if you have COVID-19 admission, you get $13,000.
	That if you go on a ventilator, you get $39,000, three times as much.
	He was troubled when he got a directive from the Minnesota Department of Health to list COVID-19 as a cause of death on death certificates, even if patients were never tested.
	When asked why officials would want to inflate the death certificates, he observed, fear is a great way to control people, and I worry about that.
	Meanwhile, it's very clear, and we have further confirmation from the Johns Hopkins study to which I alluded, That they're simply taking the normal deaths and declaring them to be deaths from COVID.
	Just a pattern is perfect.
	Works out exactly right.
	The average life expectancy 78.54 years in 2017.
	That's where they're maxing out over COVID.
	And remember, as I observed, we now have a new study from Johns Hopkins confirming That, in fact, there's no surge in deaths in 2020, that the number of deaths is the same, which means there is no pandemic, and yet it's treated as a pandemic.
	Here's a chart that just shows how they've gone overboard.
	All kinds of attention, lockdown, social distancing, destruction of the economy over what were then originally only 2,405 deaths.
	Compared to, say, the H1N1 flu, which at 12,469 was said to be a pandemic, we got a little bit of attention, a special vaccine program which turned out to be harmful, the H1N1 vaccine causing brain damage.
	But look at all the other contrast cases.
	Annual seasonal flu, 2017-18, 61,000.
	Wasn't called a pandemic.
	No special emergency.
	Media just slept right to it.
	There was a routine vaccination program, that's all.
	Cancer in 2019, 606,000.
	Look how many multiples that is of the original COVID death at this point.
	Or heart disease, 647,000.
	Even just diabetes, 83,000.
	Medical errors, 250,000 or more.
	Everyone slept through it all.
	Meanwhile, the states have stopped recording flu and pneumonia deaths since COVID started.
	This is only the only time it's ever happened.
	And they're doing it to inflate the statistics.
	Meanwhile, Dr. Fauci, I refer to him affectionately as Tony the Rat, because he has done more damage to our nation than all our foreign enemies combined.
	Add up, Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Emperor Hirohito.
	Tony the Rat has done more damage.
	Back in 2017, he was predicting Trump would be challenged not only by the annual flu and HIV, but a surprise disease outbreak, a surprise pandemic.
