This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, with David Scorpio, the exotic land of Ecuador, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.

♪♪♪ Some of which you may not like at all.
I begin with the report from the Office of National Intelligence that their remarks about foreign threats during the 2020 election have been delayed.
Remember, this has to do with The Declaration of Donald Trump, the Executive Order of 12 September 2018, that enables him to seize the assets and prosecute the personnel of any foreign entity involved in the U.S.
election, Dominion based in Canada, Central based in Spain.
It looks as though he has a powerful weapon at his disposal, but it's dependent upon a report from the Director of National Intelligence about foreign threats.
We're told now that career intelligence officers, intelligence community will not meet the December 18th deadline.
That's tomorrow.
The office confirmed the upcoming report includes information about relevant foreign threats.
Yeah, and I see that the intelligence community has received relevant reporting since the election.
A number of agencies have not finished coordinating on the product.
What that tells me is there's a massive fight going on behind the scenes over this.
Richard Grenell, who I regard as a good guy, wrote on Twitter just prior to the eruption that the current director, Radcliffe, is standing up For career analysts who want their views to be accurately heard, in other words, fighting to keep intelligence from being politicized, my concern here being that the career intelligence analysts seem to me to be the ones who are the most corrupt.
The office of the director didn't respond to a request for comment from the Epoch Times.
Earlier this year, Radcliffe had said the biggest threat to the election security is the Chinese Communist Party.
Intelligence officials said Beijing is concerned that Donald Trump will win re-election, adding the intelligence community is brief.
Hundreds of members of Congress raise their concerns about China, that China is an economic threat and that China prefers Trump not win the election.
Scorpio, I'm very worried that there's a monster battle going on here to keep this report from reaching the office of the president so we can act your thoughts
oh i agree and uh you know the influence of china uh keeps growing uh within the united states and that's a
very dangerous thing and of course the chinese are are not really
communist anymore it's sort of a hybrid system of you know uh communism and um totalitarian capitalism
crony capitalism that's what they really have and Their influence grows daily by the globalist sellouts who are willing to compromise American freedom for easy access to Shuckles.
So this is a very precarious situation, Jim, and we'll just have to see how it plays out.
Yes, yes.
I couldn't agree more.
Carl, your thoughts?
It's definitely crazy.
So we're on the sidelines.
We have a limited view of what's going on.
None of the Trump cards have been played.
If NSA has all the comms of the Blackhats, then they can roll out whenever they want the inside communications of the criminal conspiracy with the factless Russiagate, the crimeless impeachment, the illegal prosecution of General Flynn, and then the big ones, which is Hunter Biden's laptop.
Anthony Weiner's laptop, Maxwell, Epstein.
So they, it really hasn't gone on offense yet for the Trump team to be able to demonstrate election fraud.
And it may just be to draw in all of the, all of the criminals into their pentagram before closing the door.
So I'm not at all worried.
I, because we have no power.
Carl, that's fascinating.
You know, I like that.
And certainly some are emerging that I would never myself have anticipated, as we shall discover before the break today.
It's a shocking stop.
Meanwhile, multiple witnesses testify in election irregularities at this Senate hearing that is being headed by Ron Johnson, a Senator from Wisconsin, the head of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, of whom I am Very proud.
Republican senators said they believe fraud did occur, taking an honest look into the growing amount of evidence necessary to preserve democracy 100%.
Those who claim that these investigations into the fraud and the use of machines is to upset the will of the people ignore the obvious point that the will of the people is being suppressed and violated by the theft of elections.
Democrat senators largely used their time to attack the hearings, declaring the American people had already spoken and Republicans were spewing disinformation.
I'm very, very glad that Johnson is pursuing this.
The fact that our last two presidential elections—remember how the Democrats would not accept Trump's election—have not been accepted as legitimate by large percentages of the American public is a serious problem that threatens our republic and needs to be analyzed.
Meanwhile, Holy moly!
Signature matches for absentee ballots in Georgia do not match at all.
Aren't we surprised?
Meanwhile, Dominion Audit contains bad news.
The ballot error rate was at least 85,000 times higher than the Federal Election Commission permits.
Meanwhile, Texas will win back on October 26, 2020.
SCOTUS ruled 5-3 that mail-in and absentee ballots have to be in election official's hands on November 3rd, raising further questions about how in the world the Supreme Court could have declined to accept a Texas case.
I find that quite shocking, even now in reflection.
More to come.
Scorpio, your thoughts.
Well, Jim, you know, if you boil it all down and get away from the emotion and all the confusion, the real attack on our democracy is COVID, not questioning the efficacy of this election.
COVID is what's being used to dismantle freedom and a sense of free speech.
And the very way that our human society has been structured, that is the real attack on democracy, and it's the mainstream media that keeps parroting the corona narrative to help destroy democracy.
You know, it's not President Trump questioning the election results.
We need to have a real look inside these machines, this notion that they have I couldn't agree more, Scorpio.
you know special formulas and and you can't look at how the machines are run or how the software
works. This is outrageous and people need to start questioning what we are being told.
Oh I couldn't agree more, Scorpio. Carl, your thoughts?
The evidence for election fraud is slam dunk.
The history goes way back.
There are academic papers, as I've mentioned time and time again.
Princeton and Stanford have been at the forefront of this for 20 years.
As Scorpio says, if you have a secret program, I'm sorry, that no longer qualifies as an election.
End of story.
The single data point that I wrote An article upon is in Pennsylvania that one batch of votes 600,000 for Biden 3000 for Trump 200 to one ratio, the odds of that not being election fraud is a number with 50 to 60 zeros behind it.
So again, the idiot that I am, I'm not worried at all.
The tool, the legal tool to stop this is called an arrest!
That is what you do when there is evidence of an apparent crime in process.
You use an arrest to stop the participants of the crime and then you go ahead and you gather that evidence and you have that person in front of a legal body to answer for that evidence.
So, you know, if the White Hats are going to bust a move, they are just employing a combination of science and art for this.
If the White Hats aren't going to move, then we're totally hosed.
I couldn't agree more, Carl, that any software program for voting that is supposed to be proprietary and private is unacceptable and they shouldn't even get a contract.
I mean, it's just absurd on its face, because obviously the only reason for making it proprietary and private is to promote the theft of an election.
Meanwhile, we have an exclusive bombshell.
Documents released by Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office reveal millions funneled to Hunter Biden and To the John Kerry family.
This is stunning.
We're getting money transfers from foreign sources into former President Obama's Vice President and Secretary of State's families.
Linked documents indicate complex money transfers from foreign sources into the control of a slush fund owned and operated by Devin Archer, John Kerry Sr., John Kerry Jr., Heinz Jr., and Hunter Biden.
How bad is this?
According to counterintelligence in Latvia, around $4 million was obtained by Burisma Holdings Limited, then transferred to Hunter Biden and Devin Autcher.
Burisma Holdings then sent $3.5 million via Morgan Stanley to Hunter Biden and the John Kerry family.
Money was transferred, and then Burisma was no longer under investigation.
As the Gateway Pundit has reported, and they're doing a great job of it, the payments from BRISMA to Hunter Biden and the Kerry family included 38 payments for $83,000 apiece, totaling over $3.1 million.
The BRISMA investigation shut down after Biden withheld $1 billion in aid to the Ukraine.
The quid pro quo with the Ukraine involved Joe Biden and John Kerry, not President Donald Trump.
Meanwhile, Obama lets a cat out of the bag.
He's got plans to make Joe Biden his stooge transcript.
And I used to say, you know what, if I could make an arrangement where I had to stand in a front man or a front woman and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff, then I could have sort of delivered the lines, but someone was doing all the talking and ceremony.
I'd be fine with that.
This ought to be embarrassing for Biden, given Obama is effectively letting word slip out that he intends to be Biden's backseat driver, telling the old dodder what to do behind closed doors, maybe even from some basement.
Not exactly a vote of confidence, even as Biden presumably assumes the reigns of the richest and most powerful nation on Earth.
Everyone suspected, however, that this was the real idea, Biden serving as a placeholder for a third Obama term while Obama called the shots.
Biden's smallness, venality, and malleability makes him a perfect frontman for Obama, which is pretty obvious to normal people.
Obama recalls the long history of contempt for Biden, stating nobody could scoot them up the way Biden could, advising Biden as he contemplated his presidential run, saying, Joe, you don't have to do this.
Not good luck or best wishes.
Redstate points out Biden's now got the lean and hungry Obama-linked Kamala at his side, and worse still is larding up his cabinet with former Obama administration retrans such as Tom Villaseca and Susan Rice.
Ben Rhodes and Valerie Jeff, we assume, won't be far behind.
It's not a pretty picture.
Presumably Biden has a presidential legacy to think of as the ascendant of the ranks of history.
Presumably he'd want to make his own marks, but I think he's basically a non-entity.
It's not even the real Joe.
This is all just ridiculous to think it's serious.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Oh, I agree.
This is not the real Joe Biden.
Will the real Joe Biden please stand up?
And you know, Obama is a manufactured character as well.
This man's life story does not add up in any way, shape or form.
And what they're doing, they're just packing the Biden administration with, you know, Obama retreads.
And what it comes down to, it's a return to normalcy, a normalcy of the globalist agenda that, if nothing else, Trump has been able to put the brakes on, on this agenda.
Maybe he hasn't accomplished a whole lot, but he has put the brakes on this globalist agenda.
And as far as John Kerry goes, the man is a billionaire.
John Kerry is a billionaire.
He married the heir to the Heinz fortune.
And they actually own a castle in Europe.
So the man actually owns a castle in Europe as well as eight houses.
He's a Skull and Bones member.
And he's been named the Climate Change Envoy for Groper Joe's administration.
And what that amounts to is he's going to force us back into this Paris Climate Accord.
But he's already said that's not nearly enough.
We have to go way further.
And the intent is to destroy American industry, what's left of it, and control all of the world's resources for the globalist criminal cabal.
Yeah, yeah, it's disgusting beyond belief.
Carl, your thoughts?
Pay to play or quid pro quo is how the elites roll.
It's an empire, baby.
And until we get white hats to just shut it down and show the American people how foolish they've been.
And again, the American public, you talk to people anywhere around the world about Americans and they'll say how sweet we are and we talk in line and we're friendly, but we're so gullible to believe our political leaders aren't crooked.
If you look into the streets of Paris now, there are probably a million people out there because they're done being played.
The American public are still trusting, still gullible.
So until those arrests are exercised by good people in government as the lawful tool to stop these apparent crimes in process of transferring tens of millions of dollars, No doubt about it.
Americans seem to be extremely gullible, have a very low learning ability.
Here's a stunning piece by Conrad Black that has, I'm sorry to say, a powerful afterthought.
Supreme Court is turning Constitution into a two-legged stool by failing to adjudicate Texas lawsuit.
Very significant.
The refusal of the court to hear the suit of Texas and actually 21 other states not alleged to have not conducted fair elections on the grounds of Texas' lack of standing is an egregious abdication.
The claim of Texas and other states was that failing to protect against fraudulent voting on a large scale, affecting the outcome for every state cumulatively, was in violation of Texas' right to an adequate level of assurance that constitutional processes of selection would be followed.
The Attorney General of Pennsylvania called the Texas lawsuit a seditious attempt to disenfranchise the people of his state.
Trump-hating media gave the usual total immersion in reflexive mockery.
Official processes aren't more important than the election of the president.
No right is more fundamental than the assurance of the constitutional selection of the president.
The Supreme Court's decision can only be seen as another illustration of the determination under notoriously controversy averse Chief Justice John Roberts to avoid any judgment that might produce a partisan backlash.
But Otis, that's completely absurd.
The whole point of the Supreme Court is to resolve political disputes.
Political disputes.
It's political controversies that lead a case to come before the Supreme Court.
They have an obligation to accept it.
The fatuous theory that the 18, actually 22 altogether compliant states have no right to be comfortable that the people that elevated to the national office have been constitutional elected, this isn't conscientious legal decision making.
The failure to fill the judiciary's role of what happens in this country is a very disturbing Something ultimately will have to be done to end this meretricious and destructive process of trying to mobilize partisan legislators to convict political opponents of crimey rights in relation to attempts to impeach on political and policy grounds, which I omit here, or you can find the whole on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
Unless a judiciary fulfills its constitutional status as a co-equal branch of government, It's to this depth of squalid, bloodless assassination that the government will be reduced.
It's now a country with a totalitarian left-of-center press and a judiciary that is politically biased by or intimidated by the left.
Where?
Because of the pusillanimity of the Supreme Court.
It's now the law that elections may be rigged with no oversight except within the state where the rigging occurred.
With a bench that is incapacitated in the most politically important matters, Madison's magnificent triumvirate of equal branches of government—the executive, the legislative, and the judiciary—will degenerate into a two-legged stool in which the president will be a virtual dictator when his party controls the Congress, and will be constantly vulnerable to harassment and threat of most capricious removal when his opponents control the Congress.
The judiciary is then reduced to arbitrate the immense mass of civil litigation that afflicts and throttles daily and commercial life in the United States, and to be a rubber stamp for the prosecutocracy that enjoys a 98% conviction rate, more than 95% without trial.
Such a country with a studded judiciary will shortly fall into a state of institutional discreptitude, where its highest courts no longer have the moral authority to bring down judgments on the political leadership, even if they had the will to do so.
This may all seem a bit remote, but when the Supreme Court creates a vacuum by abdicating, as it did last week, the vacuum created doesn't cozily await the return of justice, It will be filled by the power accredited politicians and the legislative and executive branches.
The judiciary's task is to assure that the Constitution is upheld.
If it doesn't play that role, the Constitution won't be upheld.
The United States could ultimately replicate Rome, where 22 of the 30 emperors elevated between Tiberius and Diocletian died violently.
Presumably, there have been in these 17 centuries of intervening decadence enough refinement of political thought and practice that hasty departures from the presidency won't be violent.
If the deterioration of the quality of the media, the courts, the elections, the candidates, at least superficially, the cultural standards of the people is not temporary, the consequences will ultimately destroy the American Republic.
Confirming Benjamin Franklin's famous premonition when asked, what have you given us?
To which he replied, a republic if you can keep it.
And I'm dumbfounded that Lin Wood has now tweeted In discussing Donald Trump in phone conversation on August 19th, Justice Roberts stated he would make sure the mother effer would never be re-elected.
Roberts engaged in phone conversation with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.
I am stunned.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, you know, John Roberts is a member of a secret society called the Knights of Malta, and it's no longer a Catholic organization.
You know, for example, Mayor Bloomberg is a member of the Knights of Malta.
All kinds of heavy hitters are there, and so it's not surprising his behavior, given the allegations of, you know, his sexual predilections, that he'd rather keep secret.
You know, and one real criticism I have towards this Texas lawsuit is that it did not address the issue of voter fraud.
It addressed the issue of the rules being changed by the various states that were illegal.
And, you know, I'm disappointed that the case did not address voter fraud.
And to me, it's an indication of potential or possible I think that's a misreading of the case.
from within by some of the people on the insiders of Trump's team.
So I think that's a mis...
Go ahead, Scorpion.
No, go ahead.
That's about it.
I think that's a misreading of the case.
They wanted it to go directly to the Supreme Court.
They have procedural issues that were clear cut, violations of the Constitution here,
easy, clean.
They gave evidence that implied massive voter fraud, where the facts they presented were not in dispute.
Very general facts that implied voter fraud.
If they had to bring the cases of voter fraud, they would have had to work their way through the Circuit Courts and the Appeals Courts and the Supreme Courts of the state, which is now happening.
But only because the court refused to accept.
This was an elegant lawsuit, Scarpio.
There was no sabotage from within.
This was sabotaged by John Roberts.
I can see it now.
I have not understood.
And I'm interested in your remarks about his sexual orientation.
Is this guy A gay?
Is he a pedophile?
What's the deal?
Well, the allegations have been for many years that he is a homosexual and that, you know, that's been his sexual predilection and that's been the method of blackmailing him since he was first installed into office.
Because, you know, if you notice, the guy's flip-flopped at the most important moments more than one time.
Yes, yes, yes, he has.
Like, the absurdity that Conrad Black pointed out of describing Obamacare as a tax Which is completely ridiculous.
I'd always understood it was because he'd adopted a couple of children, but it hadn't been a properly, legally proper process, and therefore he was being threatened with loss of his children.
But what you're suggesting is much more selfish and self-centered on the justice, and the idea that he would not fulfill his role for partisan purposes is disgusting beyond belief.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, that earlier story on SCOTUS ruling that you cannot accept any late votes, that is the first I've heard of that.
And if that were true, those mechanisms would have been applied to stop the states from counting votes after the election date.
So that raises a big question for me of, did that happen and why haven't we heard about it?
And in addition, you know, if SCOTUS really were white hats for the American people, they would have grabbed that case.
Leaders resolve controversy, or at least make the issue clear so that then the American public and the legislative branch will have a say about how to proceed.
The most generous thing that you can say from my view of the Supreme Court decision is that it was a lateral move for procedures or just to buy time.
But on its face, it's an abandonment of duty.
And it's an abandonment of duty because the job of the judicial branch is to settle a legal argument.
Look, in a sports game, if you can stop the play, And you have experts taking a look at the facts as available on film, and then other experts, the court, ruling and helping to sort out how you apply the rules to the situation so that the game can proceed.
You know, we do that with sports, but we're not doing it here.
On its face, this is a demonstration of corruption of the high court.
Well, I'll tell you my opinion.
We're in a much, much more dire situation than I adhere to for surmise, even with all of the controversy that the Chief Justice is out to deny the American people the right to the constitutional preference for president because he does like Trump.
That is disgusting beyond belief.
He has to be taken out of office.
He has to be removed.
He has to be eliminated from this equation.
The situation is far more dire than I have supposed.
This is very, very troubling.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
Get this.
We've been censored by YouTube again.
Why?
Because we have content that advance false claims that are declined, that widespread fraud, errors, or glitches change the outcome of the U.S.
2020 presidential election, which is not allowed.
This is our episode of December 9th.
How outrageous is that?
We now return.
More evidence shows that total deaths in 2020 are no different than in prior years.
Open the economy!
This comes from the Gateway Pundit.
Remember, we reported a study at Johns Hopkins was taken down because it showed total deaths in the U.S.
in 2020 were no different than prior years.
We reported the Gateway Pundit.
Now, an article in a newsletter published by Hopkins showed total deaths not increased in 2020 compared to prior years.
Which of course implies that it's not making a difference.
We provided more on this unfortunate situation after we reported the actions of Balkans.
The university claimed the study they took down should be considered with what the WHO and CDC say.
We didn't buy this because we learned in early March data from the WHO was garbage.
We also know the CDC has not been forthcoming with their reporting on COVID.
And in fact, when they've gotten specific, the CDC has quietly updated their numbers to show only 9,210 Americans have died from COVID alone.
The others had serious weaknesses, whereas we're reporting they're translating died with COVID to died from COVID, when it doesn't apply to the overwhelming majority.
We also reported basically the same thing, overall deaths, nowhere at the 2020 than they were before.
Because authorities in the U.S.
and across the world use various standards to determine if a death should be considered coronavirus, the numbers should not be trusted, even in the U.S.
Therefore, we believe the only measurement we can use to see the impact of COVID is overall deaths.
This is because we really have no faith in the deaths being classified as COVID.
It's just a re-description, as John Rablaport and Edward Hendry have explained.
Looking at the overall deaths, we find the deaths aren't any higher than in prior years.
Another source provides the same support.
Big media, big tech, big pharma.
Here's one.
2020, 2.5 million.
You don't know. Here's one. 2020, 2.5 million. 2011, 2.5 million. 2019, 2012, 2.5 million, and so forth.
There's data indicating COVID is not as terrible as China and U.S.
medical professionals want us to think, which is why this report from Hopkins had to be taken down.
Meanwhile, Paul Craig Roberts, is there no flu this year or is flu the second wave of COVID?
Don't expect any honest answer from health authorities.
They have the fear of running strong.
So strong, most people are submitting to needless lockdowns that are causing economic havoc to their lives and mask mandates that do more harm than good.
What is it all about?
Is it simply vaccine profits for Big Pharma?
Or is it about getting people accustomed to arbitrary orders unsupported by legislation?
Isn't what we are experiencing a takeover of our lives by the executive part of government?
What is it about reducing human fertility?
Experts report the American vaccine contains anti-fertility elements that'll make a percentage of the female population infertile.
Why is there no public discussion?
There are also expert concerns about the novelty of how the vaccine is supposed to work, an approach never used before, not had sufficient trials to know the consequences.
Why the rush for a vaccine with so many issues when there are two known inexpensive cures for COVID?
HCQ and Invermectin.
Inexpensive proven cures with far fewer side effects than the vaccine.
Yet health authorities in league with Big Pharma prevent their use.
Why?
I would add, by the way, the NEMA has just reversed itself to no longer oppose the use of HEQ, which we've all known since 2005 is a wonder drug.
It'll not only cure it if you've got it, but prevent it if you don't.
It's cheap and readily available and in use for 65 years.
Why?
British health authorities claim a new, more highly contagious strain has broken out.
It frightens people.
But no claim has been made that the new strain, perhaps only the seasonal flu, has a higher death rate.
The prostitutes keep the peer pressure on.
300,000 dead.
But the CDC's own data shows that almost all the deaths ascribed to COVID correspond to the presence of 2.6 comorbidities.
In other words, they were going to die anyway.
When a person dies, the death is blamed on COVID, regardless of the cause.
Keep in mind, the PCR COVID test is known to produce a high percentage of false positives, on the order of 98%, and the high number of infections are the result of the false positive.
Treating a case, which is a positive test, is represented an infection, when almost always it does not.
You can tell this crisis is being manufactured because these issues are prevented from being publicly examined.
Indeed, social media and print, TV, NPR, presstitutes ban mention of the many experts who take issue with a controlled explanation.
No, some media are not COVID experts, but claim to have the only correct explanation.
How is that possible?
How can media possibly know when expert opinion is surprised?
The presidents are simply reading a storyline handed to them.
The COVID hype has all the hallmarks of a conspiracy, indeed on a grand scale, perhaps the greatest ever in world history.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Oh, I agree.
It's probably the greatest conspiracy in world history.
This makes 9-11 look like a little blip on the screen.
And, you know, kudos to Paul Craig Roberts for using the C-word.
This man has continued to go further and further out on a limb to try to tell people the truth about what's going on.
And, you know, about YouTube censorship, you know, my channel with Giuseppe has been, you know, knocked down two different times just in the last two to three weeks for supposedly propagating false medical information.
And all we were doing is questioning the corona narrative and questioning the efficacy and safety of vaccines, or quacksenes, as Giuseppe likes to say.
And, you know, even though there's more holes in the COVID and vaccine narrative than a piece of Swiss cheese, I mean, this thing isn't holding together for anybody that looks into it with any, you know, kind of a microscope or even a pair of looking glasses.
And, uh, you know, just incidentally, the CDC has merged the figures for COVID, pneumonia, and the flu all into one category to pad the numbers.
And, you know, uh, guys, this, uh, this is simply an example of mind control like we've never seen.
I've talked to several people who thought that they had COVID, and it turns out they just had the flu, because I asked them, well, you know, what happened?
You had COVID, what happened?
Oh, I was sick for three to four days, and I had to stay in bed, and you know, I mean, that's what people used to say when we got the flu.
Oh, I was sick for a couple of days, but I'm okay now.
The mind control of this is simply astounding.
And one last thing, Jim.
I'm noticing people that I see that wear the mask all the time.
They are not looking well.
They're aging very badly.
And they do not look healthy.
That's just my own personal observation.
I think this is why the Deagle projection of the loss of two-thirds of the American population in five years is probably going to be fulfilled, because we are killing ourselves out of our medical ignorance, our gross stupidity, and our incapacity to challenge what we're being told by people who are fake authorities and not real ones, who really do not have our interests at heart.
And it's a matter of, it's a form of selection to eliminate stupidity.
I mean, it's tragic to say because we all have friends and relatives.
We wouldn't want to describe that way, but I'm sorry to say that's the effect from an evolutionary point of view.
Carl, your thoughts?
Spot on, Jim.
Yeah, that COVID data is obviously corrupted.
Zero Hedge had a great article talking about, so we're hearing this, oh the ICUs are near capacity and Zero Hedge said, come on dumbass, the hospitals are run to maximize their profit and the ICU is designed to run at near capacity with the legal authority that they have to be ready to double that, that fast if needed.
The idea that you can have an emergency forever?
No, not in America.
The idea of limited government is if you set in emergency provisions, you always, always, always set in a time limit because we don't have dictatorial government here.
Let's see, what else?
Oh, I saw a little snippet today of a press conference with a hot mic moment.
This was in Canada, in Ontario, and it was either the national health minister or Ontario's health minister.
And they just said, they were laughing and they were saying, yeah, well, I don't even know why I bring the data in.
I just read what I'm told to tell people about COVID.
And the other person laughed too.
Yeah, me too.
That's completely disgraceful.
The failure of the media has been a major contributing factor to our plight.
But a couple of good things is that, you know, we talked about our friends and our families and we love them.
And I see them just getting more and more triggered and upset.
And perhaps they're feeling more and more of the friction of what they know is what professionals do.
My family is highly educated and they buy the story.
But as the story goes on, maybe their being upset is a function of their perceiving the contrast and they can't hold it together anymore.
Candace Owens, the commentator, she's maybe a 30s black woman.
She was censored and she sued one of those people saying, all right, so you're saying I'm giving false information.
Okay, let's go to court.
I'm suing you for defamation.
Let's see if you can prove that in court.
And then those fact checkers just backed out.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, I think Scorpio's making a very telling point.
Even in the emergency room, they only use masks for a short time, they get rid of them and they add extra oxygen in the OR to compensate.
They're not designed to be worn for long periods of time.
They're massively destructive.
We're going to kill lots of children, not just older people, but lots of children.
I think your observations, Scorpio, are very, very telling, and Bokor's profoundly disturbing.
Meanwhile, the World Economic Forum declares private property and privacy will vanish by 2030.
The only economic system in the world that called for the abolition of private property is technocracy, where resources would be held in a global common trust administered by technocrats, scientists, and engineers.
The World Economic Forum's Great Reset is total annihilation of the status quo.
The World Economic Forum was founded 50 years ago, has gained more and more prominence, become one of the leading platforms of futuristic thinking and planning.
The WFO brings together leaders in business and politics with intellectuals.
The main thrust is global control.
Free markets and individual choice do not stand as their top values, but rather state interventionism and collectivism.
Liberty and property are to disappear from this planet by 2030, according to the projections and scenarios coming from the World Economic Forum.
Individual liberty is at risk again.
What may lie ahead was projected in November of 2016, when the WEF published eight predictions for the world in 2030.
According to the scenario, the world would become quite a different place.
How people work and live will undergo profound change.
The scenario is more than just a forecast, but a plan Whose implementation is accelerated drastically with the announcement of the pandemic and the lockdowns.
According to the projections of the Global Future Councils, private property and privacy will be abolished in the next decade.
The coming expropriation will go further than even the communists demand to abolish the property of production, but leave space for private possessions.
The WEF says consumer goods too would no longer be private property.
If it should come true, people would have to rent and borrow their necessities from the state, which would be the sole proprietor of all goods.
The supply of goods would be rationed in line with a social credit point system.
Shopping in the traditional sense would disappear along with a private purchase of goods.
Every personal move would be tracked electronically.
All production would be subject to the requirements of clean energy and a sustainable environment.
In order to attain sustainable agriculture, the food supply will be mainly vegetarian.
In the new totalitarian service economy, the government will provide basic accommodation, food, transport, while the rest must be lent from the state.
The use of natural resources will be brought down to its minimum.
In cooperation with a few key countries, the global currency would set the price of CO2 emissions at an extremely high level to disincentivize their use.
In a promotional video, here are their predictions.
1.
People will own nothing.
Goods are either free of charge or must be lent from the state.
2.
The United States will no longer be the leading superpower, but a handful of countries will dominate.
3.
Organs will not be transplanted but printed.
4.
Meat consumption will be minimized.
5.
Massive displacement of people will take place with billions of refugees. 6.
To limit the emission of carbon dioxide, a global price will be set at an exorbitant level.
7.
People can prepare to go to Mars and start a journey to find alien life.
That's dubious in the extreme, in my opinion.
8.
Western values will be tested at the breaking point.
Actually, they'll just be abandoned.
In a publication for the Weald Economic Forum, the Danish eco-activist Ada Alken, who served as the country's Prime Minister of the Environment for 2011 and 2014, has elaborated a scenario of a world without privacy or property, and welcome to 2030.
She envisioned a world where I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.
By 2030, so says their scenario, shopping and owning have become obsolete because everything that was once a product is now a service.
In this idyllic new world, people have free access to transportation, accommodation, food, and all the things we need in our daily lives.
All these are free of charge.
It ended up making sense for us not to Not to own much.
No private ownership in houses, nor would anyone pay rent, because someone else is using our free space whenever we don't need it.
A person's living room, for example, will be used for business meetings when one is absent.
Concerns like lifestyle diseases, climate change, the refugee crisis, economic degradation, completely congested cities, water pollution, air pollution, social unrest, and unemployment are things of the past.
The author predicts people will be happy to enjoy such a good life, so much better than the path we were on, because it became clear we could not continue with the same model of growth.
This is absurd beyond belief, but it's being pursued very aggressively.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, this is the future they have planned, but this is a very rosy picture they're painting of this.
Because, first of all, if you're any kind of a political dissident, guess what?
You're not going to get your allocated amount of carbon credits or anything else.
Make no mistake.
And what's going to have to happen, these people are going to declare martial law worldwide in order to get the new system in place.
Make no mistake about it.
And I would urge everybody, go on to the World Economic Forum and read the documents.
Read Klaus Schwab's book, COVID-19 and the Global Reset.
He lays it all out.
They're very straightforward about what they have planned.
But again, they're painting a very rosy picture of what this is going to be like.
It's going to be a totalitarian system.
You know, there's no question about that.
And look, our private property might be abolished, but do you think that John Kerry is going to give up his castle in Europe?
Come on guys, let's not be naive.
We're going to give up our personal property, but the elite will not give up theirs.
This will be a neo-feudalism, a type of totalitarianism that the world has never seen.
I agree, I agree.
Technologically implemented.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, again, until we have arrests to stop these people from looting tens of trillions of dollars, then we can't have any consideration of any ideas, and all these ideas from these criminals have to be rejected on its face.
Now, that said, as somebody with published economics research, I'm very attracted to and interested in the idea Yes.
of economic needs being revisited, whether we want to have that be private or public.
Just one simple example that we can all appreciate, if you get a 30 year home loan mortgage, the
cost of the interest is more than the cost of the house.
Therefore, three times, depending on the interest rate, it can be.
It is cheaper.
Oh yeah, that's common, yes.
Yeah, it's cheaper, therefore, to give everyone a 2,500 square foot home than in the existing system.
But there's no way that people can wrap their heads around that or consider it under the criminality of the current system without arrest.
My friend and mentor, Bucky Fuller, in the, I think this was in the 1950s, he designed an entire city And demonstrated absolutely that you could design a city that would be a paradise of open spaces that is cheaper than the existing system in the private system.
And the Venus Project as well has excellent documentaries of what is possible in a redesigned system whereby, for example, public transportation.
It's stupid to have to pay for some sort of metro or a BART.
Just hop on if you need it.
And if technology is emerging as it is, you could get a little personal transportation car to pull up to your house and then go to where you need to go to connect to broader transportation.
So there's a lot of possibility there, but we just can't get to any honest consideration until the criminals are arrested.
Yeah, I think all that works well on a local level.
But if you want to travel across country to different states and all that, or, you know, it seems to me it rapidly falls apart.
And what they're really attempting to do is to reduce us to the level of the social insects, the wasps, the bees, the ants.
They want us all to be homogenized.
They want to suppress.
Freedom of choice, freedom of interest, creativity, initiative, intrapreneurism, all for this model where the few own the entire planet and the rest of us are left in a life of servitude.
It is a disgrace.
Let me just add something.
I totally agree with what you're saying.
And as far as Carl's points go, Such a so-called utopia could only be accomplished with decentralized control.
As long as we have centralized control, it will devolve into a dictatorship and a totalitarian system.
Make no mistake.
I think you're absolutely right, Scorpio, and this is what we must resist.
This is why right now, right now, the fate of the world, not just the nation, is in the balance.
Former Facebook fact-checker reveals social media is being used as a weapon to force compliance with global communism and medical Marxism.
A former fact-checker explained how fact-checking really worked.
That it's rapidly censoring anyone who doesn't go along with their controlling guidelines.
They only allow information on COVID-19 if it supports the narrative of shut down, mask up, separate, isolated, vaccinate.
Facebook's belligerent censorship of health freedom advocates, conservatives, and patriots is only the beginning.
Facebook is being weaponized to manipulate users into intellectual submission.
Forcing acceptance of left-wing policies, medical Marxism, and global communism via the Great Reset.
I can't say this on Facebook, but I feel it's important.
I was a Facebook fact checker, and your conspiracy theories about Facebook are more true than you realize.
The company is located in Canada and coordinates with a company in India to stifle the free speech of Americans in the United States.
He said Mark Zuckerberg cannot directly censor because Facebook is supposed to be an open platform.
So instead of censoring outright, Facebook uses third-party companies to fact-check.
This is how they censor users legally and control the narrative across a social media landscape.
Facebook, like other big tech companies, controls a significant portion of information people see and read on a daily basis.
Knowing this, Special interest governments and those with political and business agenda are constantly trying to influence the leaders of Facebook.
If the special interests can restrict this flow of competing information, snuff out dissent on important topics, then they can brainwash entire swaths of people into accepting their plans, their products, and their vision.
Facebook is being used as a powerful instrument to manipulate the world.
Rich and powerful figures like Al Gore, Justin Trudeau, Bill Gates, George Soros, Klaus Schwab, working toward a new world order, a global reset that institutes a new global economy.
They are in cahoots with Zuckerberg and will control content across Facebook to mirror their vision of the future.
He observed content is sent directly to fact-checkers if it contains conservative ideas and terms.
When left-wing posts are flagged, the fact-checkers ignore them, even if they violate Facebook's Terms of Service or federal law.
When the government cracks down on Facebook, the social media company passes the blame to the foreign fact-checkers, a matter out of the government's jurisdiction.
Facebook created a program that feeds posts automatically into our service.
Facebook algorithms are actively analyzing content and posts and sorting out common images and lines of text.
Anything on their blacklist is automatically flagged and sent overseas to the fact checker.
They don't search for conservative posts.
It's Zuckerberg and his team who automatically detect and send them.
He said, as long as we all push the same ideas, what we say becomes truth.
That's standard psychology.
Americans are the easiest to manipulate.
We only allow members to join us if they pass the test, an opinion-based survey.
But they may all answer left-leaning or they're not allowed to join.
China understands the system, doing everything it can to make sure all evidence of election fraud is whitewashed, that the coordinated attempt to overthrow a duly elected president is made complete by mass manipulation of the American people.
Many members of Congress are in on the Great Reset, including Biden and Harris.
It's part of their plan to spark a race war to create insurrection, as was done through 2020 by Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well yeah, you know, you touched upon the concept of medical tyranny and I would urge everybody out there to check out a set of talks called the New Order of Barbarians.
Just put that into a search engine and it'll come up.
It's basically a prediction of medical tyranny from an insider dating back to 1969.
And again, you know, whether it's Facebook or the federal government or any other system, if it has a centralized power, centralized control, it will always lead to tyranny.
So decentralization is something we have to think about.
That is the key to liberty.
Centralized control will always lead to tyranny.
Very nice.
Very nice.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, the name of the game of our wannabe masters is to have us be the most sophisticated work animal as possible.
To be able to do the most amount of work, to have the most amount of autonomy to work for them while not questioning the narrative.
This idea of trying to force us by destroying the middle class through these lockdowns so that we are fed by the state, housed by the state, and then chipped and shot by the state with the so-called vaccines, that's so that we can be totally controlled and experimented with.
We're their lab rats.
We're just work animals for them.
And I think that they would be most happy and the direction is is that they want to make us infertile so that they can just grow us in labs and that'll be their their workforce that they can control and contain.
I wish I could find a reason to disagree with you.
I'm still stunned by Scorpio's observation that The people he's dealing with, who are wearing masks, are not looking well.
Meanwhile, Marxists never rest.
Leftist attorneys demand Kim Paxton and the 18 attorneys general who supported the Texas case be disciplined.
Actually, 22.
How ridiculous is that?
Meanwhile, the city of Detroit is trying to get Sidney Powell banned from court for her Conspiracy Theory Election Lawsuit.
City of Detroit is trying to get Sidney banned from practicing law in Michigan.
St.
Hurt Falls Hill filed a lawsuit seeking to overturn the election, undermine people's faith in the democratic process and their trusted government.
How absurd can you get?
She is showing the reality of the situation and the truth with real evidence.
Completely absurd.
The motion, which has not yet been filed, could trigger a sanction process for Powell, asking the judge to ban her from practicing law in the state and refer to the state bar for grievance proceedings.
Meanwhile, the National Center for Public Policy Research observes, after four years of CNN incessantly trying to drive President Trump from office, his absence may end up being the final nail in the network's coffin.
Word on the street suggests CNN may be up for sale as its parent company, AT&T, seeks to pay down its own massive debt.
CNN's headquarters in Atlanta is already slated to be sold.
The question is, who's really in the market for a one-time news station that may not have Trump to kick around anymore?
This is really stunning.
Once upon a time, everyone tuned to CNN when big news broke, but those days are long past.
No sensible person would contest that CNN has become a simple adjunct of pretty hard leftism.
Even AT&T's head brass, themselves both piously and performatively woke, have grown concerned about the effect of CNN's descent into parody.
And so are looking to dump the network, not just to pay down the company's significant debt, but to protect AT&T from its noxiousness.
The tarnished CNN's brand and the overall leftist tilt at the establishment paints a grim prospect for anything but a fire sale price for the talents of Chris Cuomo, Anderson Cooper, and Don Lamont.
After four years of spitting, spiteful, vitriolic partisanship, CNN could hardly hope to ever regain its reputation as sort of neutral arbiter of straight news, even if it tried.
None but left-wing partisans will voluntarily watch CNN for anything, regardless of what's going on in the world.
There is a suggestion Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos want to buy CNN.
After all, he bought the Washington Post and dropped anything but both the thin-tissue rhetorical pretense of objectivity.
Don't rule out the possibility that Trump might be interested in buying CNN.
Wouldn't that be a shock to the system?
Meanwhile, Lin Wood issues a warning.
Make sure you have plenty of water.
Better to be safe than sorry.
Make sure you have plenty of water, food, flashlights and batteries, candles, radio, Second Amendment supplies, meaning arms and ammunition, a plan to meet with leaders of your communities.
Remember, we only have one president at a time.
Our leader is Donald Trump, not Joe Biden.
I think that's fascinating.
You put together what we're getting from Lin Wood.
I think we get a pretty good picture of what's going on, what's about to happen here.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, yeah, you know, Carl touched upon this idea of, you know, growing, you know, people in little test tubes and, you know, in a laboratory.
And, you know, again, this talk from 1969, The New Order of the Barbarians, one thing that the guy said, this insider said, was that we will have sex without procreation and procreation without sex.
That was predicted in 1969.
And, you know, trust in government has to be earned.
You can't just say, hey, you have to trust government because we say so.
No, it has to be earned.
That's how the world works.
That's how human nature works.
But, of course, they want to blur all the lines on that and just make people walk around like automatons.
And, you know, let's be honest here.
CNN does not make money.
It's not a money-making operation.
It's a big loser, but it is a weapon, and that's why Bezos bought the Washington Post for $500-something million, because it's a weapon, not because he intended to make money with it.
These are weapons of propaganda to control people's minds, and nothing more.
You're 100% correct, Scorpio.
Carl, your thoughts?
And it's really low level propaganda at that.
The idea that you would admonish Sidney Powell for bringing a case to the Supreme Court that lost in a mixed vote decision.
I mean, this is just crazy stuff.
And then Chris Cuomo, Anderson Cooper, Don Lemon.
Really, seriously, if you can listen to them for five minutes without having your body tense up and wanting to run away.
And even Barack Obama, he is the worst.
I can't figure out what he's saying.
He is the expert at sounding and acting like he's saying something, but they're actually saying nothing at all.
And then finally, with Lin Wood saying, stock up on supplies.
When this gets to the actual endgame, which I don't know how long is going to be dragged out for, it's entirely possible that this war that has been in the background will take a much more conventional look, and people do need to be prepared.
And my impression is it could be sooner than later.
Stock up.
Meanwhile, We want to hear from you.

Here's a comment from my blog.
Rolf, according to your line of thinking, Trump is a Zionist stooge whose main function is to draw citizens into a hopium dream of patriotic delusion while Jewish aims are realized.
A stooge?
Or maybe he's a conman just waiting to cave to Biden on this whole stolen election thing while our Jewish masters snicker.
Or he gets a second term while our Jewish masters snicker.
Either way, trust the real plan, ZWO, Zionist World Order.
Consider this.
All concessions to Israel, along with the multiple peace treaties with Arab states, are meant to defang Israel.
What is the bedrock of Jewish cohesion?
We are a victim among the nations.
If it is not hated by its neighbors, what will be the basis for Israel's warring behavior?
This is the start of de-escalation in the Middle East.
Now consider this.
The immediate threat is the Chinese Communist Party.
Check out its entanglement with Dominion Software, as detailed in the election fraud documentary from Epic Times, or the video we played on our Fetzer Report so recently.
The politicians and government agencies that are defending the election as free and fair are compromised and bought off.
They are implicated in the fraud.
But never have so many citizens seen through the facade our government presents.
9-11 didn't do it, not Sandy Hook.
Those sloppy exercises convinced the manipulators they could get away with stealing the election.
But Trump voter enthusiasm was too widespread.
There were too many volunteer participants who saw fraud with their own eyes to get away with debunking conspiracy theory games anymore.
This is the real battlefront.
Communism, as corny as it sounds, to propagandizers is the real threat.
Trump is at the head of the battle.
Not all Americans are good with a gun, but we're all armed with our votes, and we feel pretty strongly about that.
Frankly, as I'm sure you are aware, communism is a Jewish idea in practice.
Your analysis doesn't account for the Jewish revolutionary spirit that now animates the Chinese struggle for power over American life.
It must be defeated.
And this is our chance by vindicating Trump's election.
The obverse is too horrible to contemplate.
Meanwhile, we know we got the real Joe versus the actor Joe Biden, who's admitting his complicity in all of these events, even acknowledging that we have put together the greatest vote fraud organization of all time.
I recommend everyone go to falseflagconspiracies2020.com and check out the archives there.
We have like 26 presentations.
You can get the whole shebang for 50 bucks.
It's a great bargain.
I recommend it for Christmas.
Send your friends a complimentary to the Volkswagen Conspiracy 2020, where the secret of freedom lies in educating people, while the secret of tyranny in keeping them ignorant.
We know what matters here.
Finally, our final thoughts.
Scorpio, yours.
Well, Jim, as bad as this election fraud is, the one bright spot in it is that we have probably 80 million people that are being red-pilled as we speak.
These people know there's something seriously wrong with all of our venerable institutions and with the election itself.
Eighty million people ready to be red-pilled.
That is a very positive development.
And, you know, that was a great email you just read.
And, of course, the author mentioned the Jewish Revolutionary Spirit, which is the title of a book by E. Michael Jones, a top-shelf researcher and author.
I interviewed him with Giuseppe on last Saturday's show, Operation Scorpio.
The man is absolutely brilliant, and I highly recommend people reading that book.
Oh, excellent.
Yeah, no, I know.
Michael Jones, excellent.
Yes, I agree.
Carl, your final thoughts?
Yeah, that was a great comment.
The idea of spreading peace is a huge deal.
And, you know, one of the many failures that I've made is that War is illegal.
We've had two world wars.
There are treaties after both.
Under Article 6, under the U.S.
Constitution, war is illegal.
The whole purpose of the United Nations, which is a treaty, is to stop these wars of aggression, and war is only lawful if another nation attacks or there is an imminent threat.
We'll see.
It is crazy times.
The false flags and conspiracy shouldn't be just a Christmas gift.
It should be high school curriculum for people to know the planet that they've been born onto.
So it's crazy times and we'll see what happens next.
I am hopeful.
That's a marvelous suggestion, Carl.
This is Jim Fetzer and Madison thanking David Scorpio and the Exotic Land of Ecuador and Carl Herman for their excellent, penetrating commentary, let me say.
It's dumbfounding to me to discover that the Chief Justice of the United States is as much a traitor to the United States as Aaron Burr or Benedict Arnold.
This man deserves to be hauled out of the court and strung up from the nearest lamppost After, of course, we give him a fair trial for the guilty bastard.
And remember, someone's guilt or innocence is a question of whether they did or did not perform a certain act, not whether they're found formally guilty or innocent in a court of law.
That's simply to entitle the state to exercise its power by taking from someone their property, their liberty, or their life.
John Roberts appears to me to qualify on all counts for removal from the Supreme Court.
I am outraged.
Meanwhile, let us pray that our president will prevail here, that we will be able to regain control of our own country for the future.
Nothing is set in stone, and it may be of necessity that we who believe in America must come to the defense of the nation.
As Thomas Jefferson observed, the tree of liberty must be nourished from time to time with the blood of patriots.
I stand with Nathan Hale, that I regret I have but one life to give for my country.
We're glad you're here with us.
We'll be back tomorrow with more of the news you need to know.
