This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm joined today by Giuseppe Fafandulo from the District of Criminals and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.

Meanwhile, the inauguration committee fails to pass a resolution acknowledging Biden as president-elect.
That's very appropriate, since the electors have not cast their ballots.
He's not president-elect.
There are three Republicans and Democrats on the panel.
House Speaker Pelosi, Minority Leader McCarthy, Majority Leader McConnell, Minority Leader Hoyer, Roy Blunt, and Amy Klobuchar.
Republicans said they made the decision not to acknowledge because there are election-related processes that need to play out first before a president-elect can be determined absolutely correct.
But Stanley Hoyer issued a statement denouncing the Republicans.
The extent to which the Republicans are refusing to accept the outcome of the election and to recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as our next president and vice president is astounding.
But of course, it's only astounding if you're not paying attention.
Hoyer obviously is making a propagandistic statement, very insulting.
For example, the Trump legal team in Michigan celebrates after a court order.
This is quite telling.
Rudy Giuliani, who's doing great work for the Trump team, big win for honest elections after a Michigan judge allows investigation into 22 Dominion voting machines.
The Michigan case began when an Atrium County resident filed a complaint his ballot wasn't counted on November 3rd and requested an investigation into the county's voting machines.
Atrium County became notorious for an error that saw 6,000 votes for Trump allocated to Biden instead.
When the problem was resolved, the county flipped from a Democrat to a Republican win.
This is a very significant development, and there's much more we'll be reporting on today.

Jim, it's stunning the level of election theft and voter fraud that's occurred, and it's good that it's finally being expedited to make it to the Supreme Court, which is the only way it's going to get overturned.

Well, yeah, I think the Supreme Court's about the only option left here.
I'm just astounded by the level of corruption on all sides of this thing.
I think it's going to be difficult for them to walk this back.
Joe Biden's got his whole cabinet and his administration picked out already.
It's going to be a very strange thing if this actually happens.
I hope it does.
It is odd that, you know, Rudy Giuliani supposedly has COVID, which is odd.
And Trump said he's in the hospital but has no temperature.
That doesn't really make any sense to me.
So, I don't know.
Well, it doesn't make sense, but obviously moving forward with his administration is just public relation.
That's part of a coup.
You just make it look as though it's already a fait accompli.
There's nothing to look at here.
Just move forward.
All insulting and embarrassing.
And Stanley Hoyer and the other Democrats are a part of it.
Here's a professor who proves the probability of a Biden win was less than one in a quadrillion.
This is an economics professor, Charles J. Caschetti, PhD.
His calculations show the probability of Joe Biden winning the popular vote in the four states independently.
This is Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Given Trump's early lead in those states as of 3 a.m.
on November 4th is less than one in a quadrillion.
In fact, for him to win all four states collectively, the odds reduced to less than one quadrillion to the fourth power.
One in a quadrillion times one in a quadrillion times one in a quadrillion times one in a quadrillion.
Meaning it was essentially impossible.
Meanwhile, Louisiana has joined Texas in their motion against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
After SCOTUS denies the Trump allies' bid to decertify Biden's Pennsylvania win, the turndown is much less important than what's going forward here.
Only the Supreme Court can ultimately decide cases of real controversy among the states under our Constitution.
Just hours after the deadline for the petition's deadline, they rejected a request by Trump ally Mike Kelly, a Pennsylvania Republican, to nullify Biden's victory, who argued that virtually all of the state's mail-in ballots were unlawful.
They did so without an explanation.
But it's much more important that now the state of Texas has filed a lawsuit at the Supreme Court against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin on the grounds that various changes to their voting rules or procedures, either through the courts or via executive action, Violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they did not go through the legislatures, and lo and behold, eight more states have joined the Texas SCOTUS case.
Take a deep breath.
It turns out that there's already a precedent A legal analyst revealed the U.S.
Supreme Court already ruled in 1997, Foster v. Love, that all ballots received after midnight of Election Day are null and void.
This means the vote stuffing, early morning rigging, and subsequent ballot discovery schemes by the Democrats are all unconstitutional and therefore null and void.
It also means all the swing states that simultaneously pass their ballot counting on the evening of November 3rd, deliberately allowing post-election ballot fraud to take place, shall have their own elections nullified, along with all of their electoral votes.
This appears to be proceeding forward.
The Supreme Court of the United States has accepted the case.
Not only that, but they have now directed that each of the states must reply by 3 p.m.
tomorrow Eastern Time.

Evidence of votes switching from Trump to Biden is now secured on Dominion machines in Georgia.
Georgia's election is null and void.
Governor Kemp's daughter's boyfriend was killed in a fiery explosive wreck.
I would infer in retaliation for his willingness to go forward with signature comparison.
Joe Post, a CIA psychiatrist who profiled Trump, has died of COVID at the age of 89.

Dramatic video shows bomb attack on a Michigan Trump supporter's home from Zero Hedge.
A Michigan owner said he was targeted in the middle of the night by a bomb attack that left a hole in his living room, likely because he's a well-known Trump supporter.
He has multiple pro-Trump signs and banners on his front yard.
Many elected officials were never actually elected.
We need to vacate many members of Congress hold new election with paper ballots and nationwide voter ID.
Sidney Powell, Democrats have been stealing elections for years.
There's no telling how many congressional and senate seats, even governorships, we've lost because of this election fraud.
They've been telling us the country's been trending blue.
It has not.
That is an abject lie.
We have collected the data.
American elections have been just as rigged as elections in third world countries.
Here, as I say, SCOTUS has accepted the case.
They've required Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin to respond by 3 p.m.
tomorrow.

Well, it'll be really interesting to see what the replies are by those four states.
It's funny that they could have cited as many as a dozen states with similar anomalies.
Even in Virginia, where I live just outside the District of Criminals, other than the northern Virginia, which is Bolshevik 2.0, the rest of the state was offended deeply by the globalist governor northrop and by the uh... writing and looting
and murdering and so
trump won virginia but within uh... minutes of the closing the polls they
claimed that uh... trump was uh...
lost and even though and all the sudden they had a they they they stopped the
fairfax county counting where i live
and all the sudden when they came back half a million votes have gone to biden
so it's widespread that scam of turning off the dominion
software resetting it and then giving
uh... the lead which makes it look close but were you know steals the election in
biden's favor and finally i've seen uh... a statistical data analysis
of uh...
biden's bizarre jump at certain points in the number of votes
it is a candidate to joe biden flipping a coin one thousand times and it only coming up heads one thousand
times That's how abnormal and the proof is in the data putting.
Actually, the report I just gave you shows it's even more remote than that, but you're absolutely spot on.
That's a perfect illustration to show the absurdity of what happened.
It's not real because it was a form of theft.

Well, that's certainly an interesting article about the Supreme Court.
We'll have to see where that goes.
I'm a little jaded when it comes to the legal system.
I just hope that corruption hasn't overtaken the entire system.
And about, you know, Kemp's daughter's boyfriend being killed.
uh... one interesting little fact about that is that witnesses heard the
explosion over a mile away that is not a normal gasoline explosion gasoline explosions
are just a lot of you know
uh... flame there's not a whole lot of sound associated with it so
something screwy was going on there uh... and it may have been a message uh...
to the governor of georgia and uh... just at the reference the uh...
the uh... election in in virginia I remember we were doing our, our live show during that and, uh, Trump was ahead.
And then an hour later, uh, they declared Biden the victor.
I just thought that was really weird.
And just another sign of the blatant fraud that happened in this election.
It's really disgraceful.
Yeah, the retaliation against the daughter's boyfriend is going to be irrelevant because the case has gone too far, but clearly a form of retribution for his having taken an appropriate stance.
Much to happen here.
Meanwhile, the judge, this is Judge Jeanine, just hit William Barr with a massive reality check.
In an interview with the AP, Attorney General Barr claimed to date We have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.
He tried to walk back the comments.
I thought they were absurd at the time.
Some media outlets have incorrectly reported the department has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election, a spokesman said.
That's not what the AP reported or what the AG said.
The department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud, but it was too late.
On her Fox News program, Justice with Judge Jeanine, Jeanine Pirro tore into Attorney General Barr, repeating him as a compromised swamp creature, and that the times require extraordinary leadership, which Barr, where Barr has failed to test.
Trump did not deny rumors he's considering firing Barr after telling reporters to ask him again in a few weeks.
Barr has now leaked that he's considering stepping down before January 20th, that Biden is sworn in as president.
Durham's investigative team has said it's possible that a political opinion's impacted one of the investigators.
Donald Trump dropped this bombshell.
He's saying Speak with me about this in a couple of weeks.
Trump asked his ominous warning about firing Attorney General Barr.
Ask me that a couple of weeks from now, he replied.
I think Barr's days are numbered.

Well, Attorney General Barr, along with the federal operative Kreb a couple of weeks ago, coming out and saying there's no issues with this election, are just so clearly serving their globalist masters, and have become essentially traitors to the sovereign republic of the United States.
You know, we're in for some bizarre times when the Supreme Court starts to point out that there are some bizarre, undeniable aberrations to this election, and who knows what they'll decide, but you have to guess at a minimum they're going to Invalidate the results and perhaps call for a new election or something, but it's going to be... No, no, no.
What will happen is they invalidate the electors from the four states.
That means neither Biden or Trump get 270.
Then, according to the Constitution, they send it back to Congress.
The House will vote.
Each state getting one vote.
The Senate will determine the Vice President.
Because 26 states are controlled by Republicans, we ought to have a clean Real action of Donald Trump as president.
That would be how it goes.
And I'm predicting a 9-0 vote by the Supreme Court.

Well, yeah, you know, William Barr is a swamp creature par excellence.
This guy's been in the bowels of the swamp for, what, over 30 years?
More than that, going all the way back to the MENA situation, and it's no surprise that he would stab Trump in the back, to me at all.
And good riddance to bad rubbish, as my grandmother used to say.
Let's get him out of there.
And we'll just have to wait and see with the Supreme Court.
I just can't imagine that that's actually going to happen, but I hope it does.
We're going to be in for a wild ride if this does happen, though.
I'll tell you that.
Well, since there's already a precedent, I can see how it cannot happen.
The 1997 ruling invalidating any ballots cast after midnight the day of the election.
It could not be more clear-cut.
And Chief Justice Roberts was the author of the decision.
He's not going to go back on it.
At the very worst, it would be 6-3, but that's too much reflecting a political character to the court.
It's going to be 9-0, I predict.
An easily testable proposition, because this is going to happen fast.
Meanwhile, A huge break, major national security issue in relation to China's connection to Dominion voting machines.
Turns out they had an app on the voting machine that comes from China.
It's actually much more serious than that.
According to an internet hero, Eda Viselgo cellular modems are used by Dominion.
The cost for the cellular modem is listed in the inventory needed for the Calhoun County, Michigan.
They should never be used in U.S.
elections.
They turned out to allow an individual remotely to access, monitor, and even manipulate the voting machines and data on a real-time basis.
The documents regarding the election are extensive.
There's no doubt about it.
There's additional information about Michigan's contract with Dominion showing a diagram with a Cell Go connectivity device embedded.
In Georgia, these devices were also included in the request for information prepared by Dominion.
This is a massive national security risk.
Why is the U.S.
using a connectivity device with voting machines in the first place?
And why would we ever use connectivity devices connected with China?
Meanwhile, it's even worse.
China owns Dominion, controls all the officials who run the machines at every level of government.

The Pentagon has appointed two close allies of President Trump, Corey Lewandowski and David Mosse, to a defense advisory board, continuing a post-election purge in the final weeks of the administration.
That's, of course, a premature statement, since I believe it will be ongoing.
The acting Secretary of Defense, Christopher Miller, installed by Trump on November 9th after he fired then-Defense Secretary Esper, said in a written statement nine members of the Defense
Business Board have been replaced with the appointment of 11 new members. Turns out Dominion
is owned by Communist China, which also runs the tech giants, the left-wing media, and
most of the Democrats in Congress.
I would qualify that by saying, really, the Zionists, Israel has massive control over the
mainstream media, but it's certainly a revelation here that China has a player with a minion machine.
I mean, just showing how absurd is the situation we're in.

That's quite the shocking information reveal that China owns Dominion.
I mean, It could be, in my mind, you know, the globalists are still hell-bent on trying to start a physical hot war, and hence Israel's multiple attacks on Iran, and, you know, everything's being blamed on China these days, but if they do own dominion, holy cow, that's more on the level of 5G warfare, where you conquer

And here's the thing, though.
China didn't do this on their own.
They had to have known.
Everybody inside the loop had to have known that China owned that company.
They did it on purpose.
As part of, I believe, a plan to hand the torch of power over to the Chinese.
We're seeing it on so many fronts right now, and of course the Democrat Party has been closely aligned with China ever since the Clinton era with Chinagate and other scandals that happened.
You know, Diane Feinstein having a Chinese spy as her personal chauffeur for 20 years, and now this new scandal with the Honeypot Chinese Um, you know, a lover going around and cozying up with all kinds of people high up in the Democrat Party food chain.
A perfect example is, I just got the report, Eric Swalwell was having sex with a Chinese Communist spy, and Swalwell has just been put out there all over the place.
He's even on the House Intelligence Committee, where the Chinese have been boasting That they have ends with the American government, including at a high level, Swalwell appears to be one of those they had in mind.
Absolutely.
And Jim, I would just add two things.
That video of the Chinese guy talking about they have friends in high places, I think they're talking about people much higher up than Swalwell.
And of course, Swalwell was squawking about Trump being a Russian agent for the last three years to make it all the more ironic.
Right.
He's completely disgusting.
Well, I would suppose Nancy Pelosi and Dianne Feinstein are included among those who are in the pockets of the Chinese.
That would not surprise me at all.

Get this.
Kamala Harris just delivered bad news for every parent in America.
They act like they won the election even though nothing's official.
Hearings are providing dramatic evidence of voter fraud.
In an interview with former Democratic campaign operative Jake Tapper, Kamala delivered the awful news that a potential Harris-Biden administration would defer to the teachers union, the most powerful players in Democratic politics, on if schools should reopen for in-person instruction.
Harris claimed unless Republicans gave into the Teachers Union blackmail for a $100 billion bailout, they would keep schools closed.
I think it's a false choice.
Both.
Both.
The public health experts, of course, must be leaders in this conversation because we're having the conversation.
Because of a public health epidemic, a pandemic.
So they must help inform the decision.
But our educators are our educators.
They are on the front line.
They are the most knowledgeable about the educational needs of our children.
So they have to be participating.
But I find this completely outrageous.
Online schooling has been a complete disaster.
In Fairfax County, for example, the number of students failing two or more courses jumped 83%.
In California, an 11-year-old boy committed suicide.
Teachers unions are keeping their members out of work, keeping the schools closed, holding their student health and well-being as hostages.
If Kamala Harris and Joe Biden take office in January, they will side with the hostage takers.
It's completely disgusting.
Meanwhile, John Rappaport, no more fake news.
Florida is forcing labs to report the number of PCR test cycles.
As I've reported, COVID testing labs never tell doctors or patients how the CPR test is run.
This means the number of cycles is a secret, where each cycle is a step up in amplification.
Even Tony Fauci, the rat, As asserted, tests run at 35 cycles or above are useless.
Turns out the FDA has recommended 40 cycles, a direct hustle.
It guarantees false positives and higher COVID numbers, uses justification for lockdowns.
Now Florida is doing something about it, demanding labs report the cycle threshold for every test they run.
Governor DeSantis is to be highly recommended.
Cycle threshold values and the reference ranges must be reported by laboratories to Florida Department of Health via electronic laboratory reporting or by fax immediately.
We can assume there's only one reason for this order.
The governor and Department of Health are aware tests run at 35 cycles or higher are useless and misleading.
Imagine what happens if the trend of new COVID cases in Florida takes a sudden dip and keeps on falling because labs are finally telling the truth.
And imagine other states following Florida's example.
I do have a few concerns, says Rappaport.
The term cycle threshold is taken to be more or less synonymous with number of cycles.
I prefer Florida simply say, all labs must report the number of cycles for each PCS test they run.
And then In the Florida Memo it says, if your laboratory is unable to report CT values in the reference range, please fill out a brief questionnaire attaching this memorandum and submit by facsimile.
Unable to report?
Why would they be unable to report?
The questionnaire offers two bizarre Alternatives.
First, although the qualitative result is generation based on CT value, the assay instrument does not provide the user with the actual CT value.
But if that were the case, that would mean the PCR equipment is internally pre-programmed to run the test in a certain number of cycles and the lab doesn't even know, can't find out, can't demand the manufacturer disclose, which is absurd.
Second, The lab does not have a separate mechanism to report CD values to the Florida Department of Health.
Since CD values don't get reported to the submitting provider, no mechanism for reporting sent one up.
Email, fax, pencil, paper, carrier pigeon, also observed.
I'm sure many labs will try to avoid reporting.
They don't want to be exposed as the charlatans they are.
Memo to Governor DeSantis.
Don't let the labs weasel out of this.
Don't give them excuses.
Don't let them off the hook.
Failure to report true facts should shut them down.
Drag them into court.
Put fear into them.
You're on the right track.
You've made a major breakthrough.
You see the con at work.
You don't want your state pressure and lockdowns based on fake numbers.
Make sure your enforcement personnel crack down.
Go the distance.
If labs have equipment preset, if they don't know how to get to find the number being imposed, it will do the job.
You will uncover a major scandal, I believe.
Much of that equipment will be preset for 40 cycles.
Keep updating the public, blow the crime wide open, keep a close eye on your public health officials.
Among them, you will find agents who do not want the truth to emerge.
They'll try to sabotage your efforts in every way they can.
Don't let them do it.
Giuseppe, I think we all have our hats off to Governor DeSantos.
Right, I'm really amazed that John Rappaport who's been so Lucidly accurate in reporting so much gives any credence to the PCR test.
The polymerase chain reaction test created by Dr. Kerry Mullen in 1985 is a research tool and he, up until his death, insisted that on every box sold it say, this is not a diagnostic test.
And what it does is it can find a small DNA or RNA level snippet of anything and then it runs
cycles which multiply the so if you find one
RNA snippet of HIV and you multiply you have two then four then eight exponentially you until you get to a level
where it will it will deliver a positive
But the point is is just because you can find that snippet and exponentially grow it
doesn't mean the patient has any disease.
And so essentially, it's all false positives.
And so what they're looking for is a snippet of a corona, which is the common cold virus.
There is no way to accurately test for the novel coronavirus to differentiate, which is called SARS-CoV-2.
So, I would have rather Rappaport come out and said, good for you DeSantis, but the reality is, this whole test is worthless, which it is.
Yeah, well he's actually blasted the PCR and other columns.
I think here he wanted to give DeSantis support.
He has gone further in other columns, just sadly.
Perhaps he should have added more here.

Yeah, that's true.
Rappaport has nailed this thing before with the testing.
And, you know, he's been one of the few writers that was on to the trail of this hoax since the very beginning.
He didn't publish one article even questioning, like, oh, maybe this is all real.
He, from the very start, called this out as a hoax.
And he's also a very clever writer.
His style of writing is very, very good.
Yeah, as far as the teachers go in the Biden administration, Uh, or consulting the teachers.
This is going to be a shakedown.
They're going to want like all kinds of raises and more, more things, more goodies, more pensions, more everything to reopen the schools.
And just think even one year of lost schooling is extremely detrimental to children.
It'll be hard to ever make it back up.
And like you said, Jim, these kids aren't learning a damn thing online.
It's just basically play time.
Oh, Giuseppe, your point about devastating their education is 100% on the mark.
This is terrible, terrible, terrible.
Suicides up, domestic violence, child abuse.
I mean, the consequences are immeasurable.
You've got people who have no income.
They're going to lose their homes.
There are projections of millions of people out on the street come January 1st.
I mean, this is devastating.
And we can thank Anthony Tony the Rat for spearheading this move to destroy, to kill America.
He's as despicable as any figure in American history.

It's panic, porn, clickbait.
Media scare stories about hospitals are misleading.
When I did my very first report on coronavirus back on 24 May, I reported how we got one after another claim that hospitals were overrun and yet citizen journalists went there and they were empty.
It's happening again.
They're playing it again.
Instant replay.
Totally fraudulent.
Either they have no idea what they're saying or they're seeking to mislead because if you go to the hospitals you'll find they're empty and yet we're getting these reports.
Hospitals in Idaho, Pennsylvania, Texas overwhelmed by COVID-19 patients.
Absolutely unbelievable.
That's a scary headline, but it's also false.
We have data on this.
Idaho has 12, four, 57% of inpatient beds used, 14.6 COVID, 74% overall ICU, 90% of inpatient beds
and ICU is normal, even 100% ICU is normal.
57% is staggeringly low, like, oh my god, we're all going out of business now.
ICU of 74 is also low.
Even 100% of ICU is not full, since they can go up to 125.
Most ICUs can even flex 250 to 200.
They just do not leave the bed staffed when they're not needed.
It's too expensive.
Hospitals are like airlines or hotels.
They seek to be full, not empty.
Building capacity you do not use is how you lose money.
Meanwhile, again, even in Pennsylvania, 17% COVID, 73% all beds, 82% ICU.
Those are all low numbers, especially for this time of year.
December and January are peak flu and pneumonia season, and of course, they're counting them all as COVID.
California hospitals face a war zone of flu patients and are setting up tents to treat them.
Again, from 2018, remember panicking all about it?
Yeah, me neither.
It's like the whole world egged on by median government seeking to frighten and inflame, rather than inform, has lost all the historical perspective this year.
They're telling it like it ain't.
It's panic, porn, clickbait.
There's no excuse for reporting like this in an age when anyone can check this tool in seconds and see the actual figure.
But of course, that's because this is not a medical emergency.
This is a political pandemic.
Just sampling your thoughts.
Right, and it's not just some of these fringe sites.
It's fear porn on every major newspaper and media outlet, as well as the new brand of micro news coverage like The Patch and Nextdoor and all of it.
It's just insane.
It's as though There are two realities.
The gaslighting reality where all the wet mask wearing normies are so afraid and freaked out.
And the reality like us where we know it's a scam and don't wear masks and not going to take the shot.
It's really a war of realities at this point.
Yeah, unfortunately, mainstream has the ear of most of the public who, alas, sad to say, can't bring themselves to realize they could be lied to on such a massive scale.

Well, that's a great point, Jim.
And it is hard for most people to fathom that they could be lied to on such a massive scale.
So that old adage about, if you're going to tell a lie, tell a big one, because the public will be more likely to believe it, is absolutely true.
And you've got to wonder, In the future, if they're not going to look back on this deceptive media that we have lying to us about almost everything, the way this will be recorded in history if we ever have, you know, a exposé of what's really going on.
If we have a history.
These field hospitals are totally bogus.
They're completely empty.
They're just a bunch of tents with people walking around in them doing nothing.
If you recall, too, the most famous field hospital that was set up was the Javits Center and the one in Central Park some time back, both of which were completely empty.
This YouTuber named Lincoln Kareem spent quite a bit of time at both of those locations filming them.
Proving that nothing was going on and that empty ambulances would pull up.
They'd take out a stretcher that was empty and wheel it in there and then wheel it back out 20 minutes later and, you know, do that again and again and again all day just to make it look like something was happening.
Completely fraudulent.
The scope of this fraud, Jim and Giuseppe, is just hard to fathom, especially for someone that has faith in the system.
You're so right, Scorpio.
It's mind-boggling, the massiveness of the fraud being perpetrated on the American people.
Meanwhile, the federal judge finally dismissed the case against Michael Flynn following the pardon.

District Judge Emmett Sullivan, a Clinton appointee, finally Said the case is dismissed.
In an accompanying 43-page memorandum, Sullivan said the dismissal was due to Trump's pardon, not the Department of Justice motion earlier this year requesting a dismissal based on fresh findings of how Flynn's case was treated by the FBI.
He defended his refusal to grant the government's motion filed in May, arguing Flynn had admitted lying to the FBI during an investigation into a phone call he shared with a Russian ambassador to the United States during the Trump transition in 2016.
The rationales for dismissal were dubious to say the least, Sullivan wrote in a self-serving memorandum that said the close question became moot when Trump barred Flynn, the retired lieutenant general.
Good for Trump!
Trump defenders and Flynn lawyers attempted to paint Sullivan as a judge acting outside his purview by not adhering to the DOJ motion to dismiss.
The department announced in May it was moving to drop the case.
The FBI's January 24, 2017 interview of Flynn was untethered to and unjustified by the FBI's counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn and conducted without any legitimate investigative basis, the department said.
The move came after U.S.
attorneys reviewing the matter.
Jeff Jensen recommended to Attorney General Barr to drop the case.
Democrats were upset with a turn in the pardon.
House Speaker Pelosi, who's as big a scoundrel as the nation has ever seen, called the pardon an act of grave corruption and a brazen abuse of power.
After the pardon, Flynn thanked people for praying for him.
All of that was totally appropriate.

He had to sell his house to pay the legal bills, and his reputation's been sullied.
So it's just an absolute egregious abuse of power.
I predict a rapid rehabilitation for General Flynn for his reputation and future in the Trump administration that will be ongoing.
They had to get rid of him because his National Security Advisor, he knew where the bodies were buried.
He knew all the shenanigans of the Obama-Biden administration.
He knew Hillary Clinton's corrupt acts.
He'd opposed the creation of ISIS.
He was going to be an invaluable aid to Donald Trump in dealing with the intel community.
They felt he would compromise their ability to manipulate the President, and they had to see him gone.
They were willing to pull out all the stops to achieve it, even to their utter disgrace.

This morning, I listened to a talk show hosted by an astute lawyer practicing in Phoenix, lasting an hour and 45 minutes.
I learned a lot from this fellow.
It now appears that the critical date for intervention of the court is January 6, 2021, early in the next session of Congress, when the votes of electors are open and counted, not necessarily December 14th, when the electors cast their votes in their respective states.
Presidential election is one of the most difficult and arcane areas of American constitutional law and has been since the Philadelphia Convention of 1787.
I've not read the 12th Amendment and 20th Amendment closely enough together.
There is plenty of time for Sidney Powell to arrive at the Supreme Court, and the Court is now becoming increasingly tempted to become involved in May.
The election is not over until it's over.
So far, all attempts to secure judicial findings have been dismissed on pseudo-technicalities, for example, standing, matches, and wanted jurisdiction, which judges have used to beg out of the contest, as may be humanly understandable, And thereby avoid consideration of the merits of the truly shocking and massive evidence we have of election fraud on the merits, both on newfangled computerized votes counting, which is being handled by Sidney Powell, and old-fashioned ballot stuffing being done by Rudy Giuliani.
Never in American history have we ever had such fantastic corruption in the form of election fraud.
This year we have something really unique, unlike anything we've had before.
The framers of the 12th Amendment meant to allow the legislatures of the several states broad discretion to prescribe popular election of presidential electors, but beyond doubt, they contemplated votes cast in person and counted or recounted by hand.
The evidence on election fraud of November 3rd, 2020 by computer software is much more powerful, material, and decisive than most of us can even imagine.
And half the country appears to be aware of it.
So as of now, there cannot be a peaceful transfer of power unless extraordinary events gives legitimacy.
And if by mistake, fraud, impossibility, urgency, an act is not done when it should have been done, a correction, especially by judicial decree, relates back to the time the act should have been done.
We have the authority of the Supreme Court on this proposition, so the court will have time to act.
We might avoid armed revolution and prevent destruction of the republic by denying the people of the United States a free election which guarantees election free of outside interference and comes to us from the Anglo-American legal tradition including the eighth article of the English Bill of Rights of 1689, which is one of the richest sources of our civil rights, and the Ninth Amendment, which is full of wonderful surprises and incorporates the English Bill of Rights of that year.

There's a precedent as fresh as 1997 that yielded a 9-0 decision.
That ballot submitted after midnight of the date of voting this year, 3 November, are invalid and void.
I believe the court will rule 9-0 that all ballots that were cast after midnight of 3 November are invalid and void.
That will nullify the electoral votes of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
The court will send it back to Congress in accordance with the Constitution.
Irony of irony, I predict the House of Representatives will re-elect Donald Trump as President of the United States in Nancy Pelosi's domain.
She is despicable.
She deserves to be prosecuted for her violations of the law.
She was no doubt among the masterminds of this desperate effort to defraud the American people of their most precious right under the Constitution, the right to participate in the election for the President of the United States.
