We're going to be talking about the election fraud.
You know, I'll tell you something.
I looked at the calendar today and it feels like a lifetime ago that we've been through this nightmare of fraud.
But in fact, it's not even a full month yet.
The election was November 3rd and today is November 29th.
That is 26 days ago.

And if we are already in this nightmare of a Joe Biden as president-elect, can you even
conceive of the horror show that's coming if in the first 30 days of a Joe Biden presidency?
Thankfully, we have a good, solid opportunity to fight this fraud so that we never have to find out what a horrifying, corrupt, vile dictator Joe Biden would be.
Because dictator is what he is.
He is a fascist.
They want censorship of ideas.
They want violent.
They're ready to use Antifa to enforce violent suppression of ideas and conversation.
They want to force socialism on the people of the United States.
They want to force court hacking on the people of the United States.
They're going to destroy the integrity of our system just like they've already done in Pennsylvania, in Detroit, Michigan, in Atlanta, Georgia, Baltimore, Maryland, Chicago, Illinois, California, the state of California, everywhere the Democrats have run Colorado, they have destroyed the societies that they are supposed to be leading.
So today, we are fighting to stop the fraud, and we are not giving up.

It's just a great pleasure to be back on Truth Frequency Radio with you again.
Here are some of the top headlines.

I mean, Susan, it's really serious how much corruption took place that is being exposed now.
And there's a great deal going on here that I believe is all but going to guarantee that Joe Biden will not be inaugurated on 20 January 2021.
Praying to God, it's true.
The corruption and fraud that these people will sink to, they deploy it just shamelessly.
We don't care if we're crooks.
We don't care if they faked the election results.
We don't give a damn.
We want Joe Biden and we don't care.
We don't care.
I mean, I got to tell you, if that's the attitude before they're in power, imagine the horror of what will happen to this country if they ever get in.
And I just want to say, but on the other side here, Jim, it's got to move fast.
And the problem that we have, and which is, I've got to tell you, it's a little scary.
We have until December 14th to stop this thing.
Now, the great news is that the election, and I've got to be positive.
I'm trying to be positive.
I've been urged to be as positive as I can.
The election was 26 days ago.
We spent the first five days counting ballots till Saturday.
And even then, it showed that North Carolina, which was supposed to be, you know, a big win for the Democrats, had gone straight to the Republicans.
Solidly to the Republicans.
It wasn't even close.
Trump won by 60,000 votes in North Carolina.
And so some of these states, Iowa, Maine, Montana, Texas, what we found was that wherever Biden ran in a non-controversial state, Biden underperformed Obama's results.
Biden underperformed Obama in Texas, in Iowa, in Montana, all across, even in Illinois, outside of Chicago, in every, all over the country, even in Democrat strongholds, Biden underperformed Obama Except we're supposed to believe in these super highly contested states of Georgia, Michigan, he underperformed in Ohio, but he overperformed in Michigan and Pennsylvania and somehow he got a 110% voter turnout in Wisconsin.
And in Nevada, dead voters, people were so, the excitement for Joe Biden was so real that dead voters were coming out to vote for him!
I mean, seriously!
We're supposed to accept his fraud!
The dead had to rise up to vote for him in Nevada and Pennsylvania and Michigan.
And what's scary to me right now is, you know, I want to say, These teams I am so impressed by.
I'm so impressed by Sidney Powell.
I love that woman.
She's a hero to America.
And I am thrilled that Rudy Giuliani is fighting.
But I do think that we have got to get this to the Supreme Court now.
We need to run.
Do not walk.
And get this to the United States Supreme Court because the corruption factor is so scary.
I just, you know, every time I think that, okay, this time it's going to work.
This time the courts have got to see the fraud, the evidence of fraud is staggering.
Why are they not letting, and they're like, we don't care.
The elections are the sacred blood of the United States and if we want to poison them by pollution, that's our right.
No, it is not your right to have fraud.
I mean, I could not believe on Friday the appeals court, the United States appeals court in Pennsylvania declared that Rudy Giuliani's case didn't make any sense because there was, you can't just overturn elections because you feel like it.
Well, there's fraud.
And that's why I'm, anyway, back to you.
I'm getting very upset.
Susan, you're making great points about how the non-swing states that weren't going to matter were allowed to conduct a perfectly legitimate on-its-face vote and that in those cases Trump handily beat Biden who, as you observed, did not do as well as Barack Obama.
And who in the world would think he would?
Barack Obama was intelligent, articulate, charismatic.
Black had a persona that was very appealing across the board to Americans of all backgrounds and races.
He was a sensation.
Joe Biden is precisely the opposite.
He's dim-witted.
He is cognitively impaired.
He is corrupt in so many different ways.
He stayed in his basement.
He couldn't draw 10 people to a rally.
The very idea that he would have had over 70 million votes, more actually than ever before in history for a candidate, is preposterous on its face.
And just to add another element of the obvious proof this is the case, just as you observe the difference between non-swing states and swing states where they were manipulating the vote, You also need to contrast the top of the ballot with the rest of the ballot, because the Republicans took 27 House seats that were contested and even gained in some Democrat House seats that had been in some seats that had been leaning Democrat, which means that the people were speaking.
If you compare the bottom of their ballot with the top, When the claim is being made, they were voting for Biden, but then on all the rest of their ticket for Republicans, it makes no sense at all.
It's obvious proof that this was a manipulated election with a predetermined conclusion.
Yeah.
And the question is, how do we stop it?
I mean, I got to tell you, I am frightened of these people.
This is a frightening thing.
This is just, I mean, I had a lengthy conversation, like an hour long conversation at One o'clock in the morning with a dear beloved friend of mine and he was like, Susan, you have to fight positive.
You have to you have to inspire people to believe that we can solve this problem.
And the thing is, what I can say to you is we have got to fight.
We've got to fight right now and fight for the next month, for the next six weeks.
Our future is hanging in the balance and guys we can win this and that's what I want to say to you we have the capability to win this because we won the damn election and if you and and but but I you know but but we have because of federalism we have to fight each of these states it's not just Pennsylvania that's enough I mean Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada had 40,000 illegal votes
Wisconsin has, and they have petitioned the courts to strike 40,000 illegal votes.
And in Wisconsin, they've petitioned the court to strike 153,000 illegal votes.
In Pennsylvania, they have argued to strike, they won two lower court cases.
They have already won them 100,000 votes plus 2,569 votes.
Two cases.
Totally 102,569 votes.
Okay.
Why don't we in Pennsylvania, it makes sense to me, run to the Supreme Court tomorrow morning and say, hey, we want you to order them to strike these votes before signing the electors.
And then we've won.
Now, the Pennsylvania Republicans are going into court tomorrow challenging the constitutionality of the mail-in voting and the changes to all these things and that may be enough because of there's so much fraud but also the constitutionality question is so great they may be able to strike Pennsylvania tomorrow but if they can't
There is an alternative and that is to go back and say that we want to strike just 102,000 votes and then we win!
Same thing in Wisconsin.
You strike the 153,000 votes that are all illegal and we win!
You strike in Nevada.
Strike the 40,000 votes from dead voters.
3,000 votes that are all illegal and we win. You strike in Nevada, strike the 40,000 votes
from dead voters. There was 14,000 votes in a dump five days after the election. They
knocked on the door in the middle of the night and said, hi, here's some cases of Biden voters
for you.
And the poll workers watched them filling out ballots in the van that carried the ballots.
They couldn't believe what they were seeing.
Why are those votes allowed into the count?
And here's the thing, everybody.
All these ballots are date and time stamped.
You can literally go through and say, Strike!
Strike!
Delete!
100,000 times and it's done.
OK?
You can go into Nevada and say, OK, these 14,000 votes came in this night.
They're gone.
They are formally deleted.
That's what should be happening right now.
Same thing in Wisconsin.
They know exactly which votes those are.
Get rid of them!
They're all date and time stamped.
They can be gotten rid of.
We can fix this problem.
And if we can't fix it, the election should be nullified.
Okay?
The election should be nullified.
But the thing is, there's six states remaining.
And for the sake of time, Each one of those states has to be adjudicated separately and individually.
And so for the sake of time, get what you can, strike out whatever we can, and then go back and fix Wisconsin and Michigan.
Because Wisconsin and Michigan call for nullifying the election entirely.
But that's what's got to happen.

entirely. But that's what's got to happen. This has got to be nullified and then we
have a constitutional provision Jim, tell us about the constitutional provision.
Well, let me give a little further background here about some of the states because we want to separate.
There are two different types of activities going on here that could change the disposition of the electors in the individual states.
You mentioned in Pennsylvania, for example.
Well, it was actually a Trump-appointed judge who rejected the Trump campaign's appeal in Pennsylvania, claiming they had no merit.
U.S.
District Judge Matthew Braun dismissed the case, saying he had no authority to take away the right to vote of even a single person, let alone millions of citizens.
The campaign appealed to the Third Circuit on the narrow ground that Judge Braun did not permit Trump's lawyers to amend their lawsuit a second time.
But the third circuit said the district court did not abuse its discretion by refusing to grant Trump's lawyer's request.
Reacting to the decision, Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis, who by the way is quite brilliant, speaking for Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, who is not, said the activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud.
We're very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof of the facts of the Pennsylvania State Legislature, Ellis tweeted, on to SCOTUS.
Now, two things are happening here that are important.
One is that the Pennsylvania Legislature itself is determining that it wants to cast, determine the ballots to be Assigned by the state to the Electoral College, they have themselves, the legislature, filed a joint resolution to overturn the election results to reverse the previous state certification and the sponsors promise they'll take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.
This is a fascinating resolution that lays out exactly what's going on with the legislature and everyone wants to bear in mind The Constitution specifies that the state legislatures will
determine how the electoral votes of the state are cast.
There have been a tendency in the past not for the legislatures to be assertive in this
manner because everything has been more or less in accordance with standard electoral
processes where there were no major reasons to dispute the outcome so that the electors
of being assigned in accordance with the vote as it was tabulated in the state has not raised this
issue. But in Pennsylvania and other states you're mentioning, the situation is completely
different where the individual states, and we're talking really primarily about these six states,
are looking at what they will do.
I believe this may happen in Nevada.
It may happen in Arizona.
It may happen in Georgia.
It may happen in Pennsylvania.
And, of course, Wisconsin and Michigan, too.
Now, the other point, though, is while you have these efforts going on within the states to correct The outcome, based upon the legislatures conducting hearings and being convinced that massive fraud, vote switching, vote suppression took place, where the Trump people are doing a very convincing job, most of which is being broadcast live, there's a completely separate judicial track up to the Supreme Court.
Now, I have a research colleague who sent me a wonderful piece here on case law versus constitutional law, which I think represents the big picture.
And I just want to emphasize, this is separate and apart from each of the state legislatures taking control of the outcome in accordance with the Constitution and casting the votes as they determine.
The Constitution says, as the state shall determine, because they're convinced that what took place was fraud.
Now this is from my colleague Ron, case law versus constitutional law.
SCOTUS, that's the Supreme Court of the United States, will not accept hearing anything but constitutional law.
Trump must file with SCOTUS under the assumption that the voters have been treated unfairly due to the extent of the fraud, and must not argue the fraud itself.
Donald Trump cannot- Whoa, whoa, sorry, sorry, sorry.
Say that again more- repeat that.
Yeah.

Donald Trump cannot, or should I say SCOTUS, will not hear anything about a case trial and or lawsuits with Dominion, for example, because that normally would all be handled in lower courts.
It must be about constitutional law and not case law.
They'd laugh Donald Trump right out of the court otherwise.
I'm saying all of this inclusive of a comment about Roberts, that's Chief Justice Roberts, as he has a history about being firm on equal rights.
He'll say that the elections are a sham and full of fraud, of which the fraud cannot be fixed herein.
So SCOTUS will throw their hands up toward the fraud and revert to the Constitution.
Fraud can't be fixed at the SCOTUS level.
SCOTUS will then vote, and through majority rule, move this to the House and the Senate.
Roberts will vote with a yes, and in my humble opinion, rightfully so.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Sorry, sorry, sorry.
Sorry, let's back off.
This moves to the Senate?
Okay, I'm sorry.
I'm asking you to repeat some things because I have not heard them before.
And I believe you're right, but I need you just to say it again.
Because it's so important, and I've never heard this before.
I believe you.
Please understand everybody, I'm not challenging what Jim said.
It's just we're all so ignorant.
I need you to say it again.
Yes, yes, yes.
Fraud can't be fixed at the SCOTUS level.
SCOTUS will then vote, and through majority rule, move this to the House and the Senate.
Because the voters have not been treated with equal protection under the law, Susan.
That's the key.
Roberts will vote for a yes.
He's very devoted to equal rights.
And in my humble opinion, rightfully so.
That's Ron's side, but I agree.
To sweeten the pot, Biden is the one who drilled him back in the day during the sexual harassment issue, so you'll bet Roberts is waiting for some payback.
Now, here to put it in other words, Susan, what's going to happen, it appears, and there's another report I will have for you subsequently about this as well, The court can't deal with a fraud specifically to correct issues of the fraud, but given that there appears to be manifest fraud, which is provable on so many different levels, the appeal to the Supreme Court is that there's a violation here of the 14th Amendment.
Which guarantees every American citizen equal protection under the law.
That certainly includes having their vote being treated in the same way every other vote was treated.
But we have massive discrimination here in the evidence they present that Republican votes and Republican voters were treated completely different than Democratic votes and Democratic voters.
That's a violation of the 14th Amendment.
That would lead to invalidating the consequences of the election, invalidating the election, and sending it to the House and the Senate, where the Constitution prescribes that the House will determine the President, the Senate, the Vice President, where the procedure in the House is as follows.
Each state casts one vote.
There are 50 states.
The Republicans control 26.
There's one Independent and the Democrats 23, which means that Donald Trump will be elected through this constitutional procedure by the House, ironically, since Nancy Pelosi especially has been at the very core of this corruption, where In case anyone didn't get the memo, she was predicting the blue wave, I believe, because she knew the fix was in.
Her chief of staff turns out to be the chief executive officer of Dominion Voting Services, where Dianne Feinstein's husband is a principal stockholder in Dominion.

Every time I hear that song, before I was, when I was, there was a time, there was a time, but now I hear that song and I kind of get a little blushing, blushing red.
Okay, Jim, I want you to pick up where you left off because this is absolutely critical.
Keep explaining this to all of us like we're dummies because I, you know, I'm learning about this too.
And so even if I ask you to repeat something, I'm not criticizing you.
I'm going to be clear.
I'm not saying that I don't believe Jim or that I doubt him.
I'm saying that we all need to, this is just, this is just, we've never had this situation.
The last time this happened was in the 1800s.
Oh, but it has happened before.
It happened when Sam Adams was president.
Well, the Democrats are, you know, making a big deal of whether the Supreme Court should decide the outcome of the election, but that's not in the works.
What the Supreme Court could decide is that it has to be sent back to the individual states for resolution in the House of Representatives.
Where there are 50 states, each of which is able to cast one vote, and where it turns out the Republicans control 26 of those votes, the Democrats 23 with one independent.
Which means, assuming that under the 14th Amendment, the Supreme Court concludes, which would be Overwhelmingly reasonable and responsible, given the mountains of evidence we have that different voters were treated unequally, that Democrat voters were given preference over Republican voters in violation of the 14th Amendment, that they invalidate the consequences of the election and send it back to the Congress for the determination, then because each state... Let me interrupt you.
Let me interrupt you right there.
Is it necessary to do that for each and every state?
No, no, no, no.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Bear with me, because there are six states that this is a problem for.
There's six of them.
Now, Arizona may be good.
It may be good.
But but I'll tell you, in Georgia, Sidney Powell did a bang up job exposing a lot of fraud.
My God.
Wow.
Who knew Georgia had the dirty crooks?
Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta.
Fuck FUBAR.
FUBAR!
Okay, but do we have to fight every single one of those states in order for this to happen?
Or, here's what I'm afraid, the Supreme Court will say, well first, we're going to send it back to the Secretary of State to ask the Secretary of State to fix it.
That's my worry.
This is what I don't understand.
Will the Supreme Court send it back to the Secretary of State?
I don't believe so.
They're not even, they're not even parties here.
I mean, this is a case being brought by the, you know, representatives of the president for the violation of the 14th amendment.
You got to realize this, this Gina Ellis is completely brilliant, but bear in mind, Susan, There is more than one way this can turn out.
Because as I said at the state level, many of the state legislators are conducting hearings now, including in, I believe, both Arizona and Nevada.
Certainly we know all those in Pennsylvania more are going to take place.
And if they decide how the electors are to be cast, which is their prerogative under the Constitution, it's their responsibility And determined to send Trump electors, which I expect would be the outcome, then maybe he secures more than 270 votes even independent of the Supreme Court taking any action at all.
So it's entirely possible he's going to win at the state level.
The point being that if he does not, there is yet the Supreme Court resolution of this matter on the basis of Overwhelming evidence of the violation of equal protection to voters because the Republican and Trump voters were treated completely differently than the Democrat and Biden voters.
Absolutely.
Oh, absolutely.
I can see why that, why Pennsylvania works.
Here's my, here's the problem.
Here's the problem that I see that I don't understand.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I can see that, but also Pennsylvania's only one state.
Let's just say they strike out Pennsylvania.
There's still other paths for Biden.
If it's only, okay, if it's only Pennsylvania that gets struck, there's still other paths to 270.
And they have to strike out more than Pennsylvania to get to 270.
They have to strike Pennsylvania plus Michigan Plus Georgia, and I'm afraid that we are all, and plus Wisconsin, I'm afraid that if they only focus on Pennsylvania, we're going to miss all these other states, which are also critical.
I mean, listen, if Arizona goes up, if Arizona and Nevada and Georgia go to Biden, we don't lose.
They don't win and we don't win.
If they get Wisconsin, even if you strike Pennsylvania, that's not enough.
Do you understand that?
It is not enough.
Giuliani is saying, by all means get Pennsylvania, but you also must get Michigan.
You also must get Georgia.
You must get Wisconsin to strike all this out.
And there's corruption by all means.
The only state That I have seen that that argues for legitimacy is Arizona.
Only Arizona, because Arizona is so tough and fear.
And I know this from because I have gazillions of relatives in Arizona.
They are ferocious about, they check every ballot, they do follow-up, they check signatures, they fix things, they make you, if you're going to fix a ballot, they have to do it very carefully and rigidly.
So they make it hard to cheat.
And I love Arizona for that.
I think that Arizona is so committed to integrity that Arizona would Well, Susan, I think you're talking about yet a third set of circumstances.
What I was addressing is that the state legislatures decide that even though the popular vote in their states went for Biden, That they are convinced by the evidence presented during the hearings they have conducted that that was unjust and unfair and violated the rights of their own citizens and therefore determined to send their electors to support Trump.
But hold on, but the Democrat governor of Wisconsin will not do that.
He doesn't have the choice, Susan.
This is up to the legislature.
But you're in Wisconsin.
You're in Wisconsin.
Is it not true?
And this is a question you need to tell me because I don't know.
Isn't it true that, am I correct, the governor is a Democrat?
Who controls the legislature in Wisconsin?
The Republicans or the Democrats?
The Republicans.
Well, I did not know that.
Both houses.
Okay.
Well, that's the point I'm making, Susan.
It's the Republican legislatures in these various states that have the responsibility under the Constitution to determine how the state's electoral votes are cast, not the governor.
See, I'm learning, I'm learning.
So Pennsylvania is showing us a way that really could work.
Oh yeah, 100%.
You're going to love this, okay?
Even the mainstream is starting to realize that this may be how it plays out.

CNN delivers somber presidential election update to viewers.
The outcome would be to re-elect Donald Trump.
Much to the dismay of their viewers, CNN's far-left host, Fareed Zakaria, explained President Trump's path to re-election.
Zakaria told CNN's viewers that our elections are not simply a matter of whoever gets the most votes wins.
There are legal and constitutional remedies that could enable Trump to stay in office without actually winning the vote, he explained.
In other words, there are remedies for Trump to win the election if enough evidence is provided that a massive number of votes were negated by fraud or illegal votes causing lawmakers to reconsider.
The system of electing the president is complicated because it was not designed to be directly democratic, Zakaria explained, adding.
The Constitution calls for states to choose the electors who in turn gather to vote for the president.
Over time, states passed laws that ensure their state's popular vote for the presidency would determine the electors, but those are laws, not a constitutional obligation.
Farid Zakaria explained a hypothetical situation whereby President Trump is leading in the election until mail-in ballots are counted and Republicans file suits objecting to tens of thousands of illegally cast votes in states and Democrats file countersuits, essentially throwing chaos into the election.
At that point, legislatures could choose the electors themselves.
Here's the worry, he warns viewers.
Of the nine states, eight have Republican-led legislatures.
If one or more decide that balloting is chaotic and marred by irregularities, they could send what they regard as a legitimate slate of electors, which would be Republican.
Democrats may object and file lawsuits.
In some of those states, Democrat governors or secretaries of state could send their own slates of electors to Washington, That would add to the confusion, but that may well be part of the Republican plan.
When Congress convenes on January 6th to tally the electoral vote, January 6th, there would be challenges to the legitimacy of some electors.
It's possible some Republican members of Congress could decide that disputed states should simply not be counted.
Okay, but here's my... Okay, let me just stop you right there.
Here is the problem.
Before January 6th, we have an electoral college on December 14th.
And in December 14th, what's going to happen is the secretaries of state are ordering their electors, they're choosing the electors to go there.
They're choosing the electors to go there.
And in Pennsylvania, it's a Democrat.
Let me come back to that, particularly in Pennsylvania which is a fascinating case.
But here's the problem.
Pennsylvania's not enough.
Pennsylvania's doing the right thing.
Susan, I got it.
We got it.
We're talking about 270 electoral votes.
Pennsylvania doesn't have 270 electoral votes.
You're spot on.
You're completely right.
It could be that neither candidate would get 270 votes because, for example, if the state of Michigan were disputed, causing a deadlock at that point, the Constitution clearly directs the House of Representatives to vote to determine the president, but it does so with each state casting a single ballot.
Now the bad news for CNN viewers.
Zakaria explains there are currently 26 state delegations that are Republican and 23 Democrat with one tie.
So the outcome would be to re-elect Donald Trump.
Now that's one of three different scenarios we're talking about here.
Okay, hold on, hold on.
Let me just tell you.
Right now, if Arizona and Nevada go to Biden, Biden has, let me, this fact, if Arizona go, Arizona is likely to go to Biden because of lack of corruption.
Okay.
Right there, Biden has 238 electoral votes versus 232 for Trump.
So let's just say that Arizona, we even, even though it's only a margin of like 8,000 or 10,000 votes, Arizona goes to Biden.
OK, that's 238 versus 232 with five states.
Let's just say that Pennsylvania can be struck, but Nevada and Georgia go to Biden.
Nevada and Georgia.
Now, Georgia is a Republican, but they appear to hate Trump.
So let's just say they go to Biden.
Now Biden has 260 votes to 232.
So what I'm saying to you is if Nevada, Arizona and Georgia go to Biden, now Biden has 260 votes
versus 232 for Trump. Now we have Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Those are the three states.
If, if, if even one of those three states go to Biden, Biden wins.
So right now we have to stop.
Just I'm just speaking truth.
But Pennsylvania, which is on track, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Now I ask you, I want to be very clear because I don't know the answers to this.
Pennsylvania is doing a great job on its own.
We're going to say that Pennsylvania succeeds because the Republican legislators, whether they're the majority or the minority, they're doing a fantastic job.
But let's come to Wisconsin and Michigan because I do not know the answers and I got to ask you, which party controls The legislatures in Wisconsin and which party controls the legislature in Michigan?
I don't know the answer.
Well, I've explained.
In Wisconsin, the Republicans control both branches of the state government.
What about Michigan?
Michigan, I don't know off the top of my head, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
But the key point is this, Susan.
Biden already won officially the electoral vote, right?
I mean, you know, according at least to all the reports we have so far.
So what's interesting is not how Biden retains what, you know, has been all but formally declared, but how Trump upends it.
So you're talking about giving states that were officially called to Biden to Biden doesn't
seem to me to be responsive to the point that the state legislatures are in the position
to seize the initiative and to reverse the vote based upon their own constitutional.
But here's the problem.
If they're Democrats, they don't want to seize the initiative.
It only depends on the Republicans to do that.
Listen, I think there are a total of 38 states where there are Republican legislatures.
OK, so the Republicans control most of the legislatures in most of the states.
What's crucial is that 21 of the states that would be voting in the House, where there are only 50 votes, 26, which is more than half.

Michigan legislature.
Controlled by the Republicans.
22 Republicans versus 16 Democrats.
Michigan House of Representatives.
This is the state House of Representatives.
58 Republicans, 52 Democrats.

Let me go through the situation here in Pennsylvania because it's illustrative of the situation in these other states with Republican legislatures.
Here's the resolution in Pennsylvania.
This is a resolution that has been drafted by members of the Pennsylvania legislature.
Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 general election to be in dispute, whereas Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to prescribe the times, places, and manner of conducting elections and Where as article 2 section 1 clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures including the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States and
Whereas the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has exercised its authority to establish election administration procedures for the Commonwealth, known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, and whereas the Pennsylvania Election Code requires all mail-in ballots to be received by 8 o'clock p.m.
on the day of the election, and Whereas the Pennsylvania election code requires election officials at polling places to authenticate the signatures of in-person voters and
Whereas the Pennsylvania Election Code requires that county boards of election shall not meet to conduct a pre-canvas of all absentee and mail-in ballots until 7 o'clock a.m.
on election day, during which time defects on mail-in ballots would be identified, and whereas the Pennsylvania Election Code prohibits the counting of defective absentee or mail-in ballots, and Whereas the Pennsylvania election code authorizes watchers selected by candidates and political parties to observe the process of canvassing absentee and mail-in ballots, and whereas the Commonwealth conducted an election on November 3, 2020, for federal offices, including selecting electors for President and Vice President of the United States, and
Whereas officials in the executive and judicial branches of the Commonwealth infringed upon the General Assembly's authority under the United States Constitution by unlawfully changing the rules governing the November 3rd, 2020 election in the Commonwealth and Whereas, on September 17, 2020, less than seven weeks before the November 3, 2020 election, the partisan majority on the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania unlawfully and unilaterally extended the deadline for mail-in ballots to be received, mandated that ballots mailed without a postmark would be presumed to be received timely and could be accepted without a verified voter signature, and
Whereas on October 23rd, 2020, less than two weeks before the November 3rd, 2020 election, and upon a petition from the Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ruled that mail-in ballots need not authenticate signatures for mail-in ballots, thereby treating in-person mail-in voters dissimilarly and eliminating a critical safeguard against potential election crime and Whereas on November 2nd, 2020, the night before the November 3rd, 2020 election, and prior to the prescribed time for pre-canvassing mail-in ballots, the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth encouraged certain counties to notify party and candidate representatives of mail-in voters whose ballots contain defects and
Whereas heavily Democrat counties permitted mail-in voters to cure ballot defects, while heavily Republican counties followed the law and invalidated defective ballots, and whereas in certain counties in the Commonwealth, watchers were not allowed to meaningfully observe the pre-canvassing and canvassing activities related to absentee and mail-in ballots, and Whereas in other parts of the Commonwealth, watchers observed irregularities concerning the pre-canvassing and canvassing of absentee and mail-in ballots, and whereas postal employees in Pennsylvania have reported anomalies relating to mail-in ballots, including multiple ballots delivered to a single address with unfamiliar addressees, ballots mailed to vacant homes, empty lots, and addresses that did not exist, and
Whereas witnesses testifying before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on November 25, 2020, have provided additional compelling information regarding the questionable nature of the administration of the 2020 general election and Whereas there remains ongoing litigation concerning the administration of the November 3rd 2020 election in the Commonwealth and whereas in 2016 Pennsylvania's general election results were certified on December 12th 2016 and on November 24th 2020 the Secretary of the Commonwealth unilaterally and prematurely certified results of the November 3rd 2020 election
Regarding potential electors despite ongoing litigation and whereas the Pennsylvania House of Representatives has a duty to ensure that no citizen of this Commonwealth is disenfranchised to insist that all elections are conducted according to the law and to satisfy the general public that every legal vote is counted accurately.
Therefore, Be it resolved that the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, one, recognize substantial irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting, pre-canvassing, and canvassing during the November 3rd 2020 election, and
Two, disapproves of the infringement on the General Assembly's authority pursuant to the United States Constitution to regulate elections, and three, disapproves of and disagrees with the Secretary of the Commonwealth premature certification of the results of the November 30th 2020 election regarding presidential electors.
And four, declares that the selection of presidential electors and other statewide editorial contest results in this Commonwealth is in dispute.
And five, Urges the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on in the 2020 general election and urges the United States Congress... We're talking with Jim Fetzer of this uncharted territory.
We have discovered in the past 20 days, 26 days, extraordinary lawlessness.
Now, I have to tell you, this is moving fast.
And that's a good thing.
The election was 26 days ago.
The election results were counted until about Saturday, from the 3rd to the 7th.
And then from the 7th to the 29th, that's only 22 days.
Twenty-two days ago, immediately, the reports of fraud were flying.
It didn't take even to Saturday.
Immediately, there were reports of ballot fraud and ballot dumping.
On Saturday night, on Saturday the 7th, Nevada received 14,000 mail-in ballots From a Biden van, a van of Biden supporters parked out in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center where the ballots were being counted.
And there was a van sitting out there filling out ballots, carrying cases of ballots into the Nevada Convention Center.
And the poll workers were like, what the hell is going on here?
But the supervisor said, oh, yeah, yeah, we're going to count these ballots.
We're going to count these ballots.
Well, hello.
Thankfully, the FBI was brought in by Monday morning.
The FBI was right there and that game stopped.
But the 14000 ballots are date and time stamped and can be removed.
Also, the Nevada GOP did a great job tracking dead voters who cast ballots apparently multiple times.
They were so enthusiastic to vote for Biden, they voted more than once.
And 20,000 ballots were cast in multiple jurisdictions in Nevada.
Some of them were cast by California residents.
6,000 of them were cast by California residents who do not even live in Nevada.
And as Jim was saying, some of these are getting, they're using addresses that are empty lots, vacant lots.
They're using businesses as addresses, as home addresses.
These are people who are criminals.
They're engaged in, this is a felony.
Okay, this is fraud.
Why should, the argument is that illegal votes dilute and disenfranchise legal voters.
Whatever your political persuasion, legal votes should not be disenfranchised by acts of crime against the state.
And that's what we're seeing in Nevada, in Wisconsin.
In fact, that's the argument that's in the Wisconsin lawsuit, which is superior.
Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
Sidney Powell has done a remarkable job in filing lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan.
She's just dropped the one in Michigan and I have not seen that one yet.
But what she discovered in Georgia, Jim, if you could like dig up some stuff on that while I'm talking, Georgia's lawsuit is devastating by Sidney Powell.
I'm like a citizen like you at this point saying, I got to tell you, any time you bring courts into things, oh my God, oh my God, why do they not just do things the way they should do it?
Strike out the facts.
Bloody illegal ballots!
If Nevada's 40,000 votes were struck, as they should be, the lower courts should order them to be struck.
The lower courts should say, we want these 40,000 ballots struck.
You've made a mistake by certifying the elections without striking those ballots.
Okay, strike those ballots.
Guess what?
Trump wins!
Strike the 153,000 illegal votes in Wisconsin.
Guess what?
Trump wins!
In Pennsylvania, two lower courts did act on illegal votes.
It's only a portion, a tiny part of the total.
But the lower courts in Pennsylvania did order 100,000 votes in one case and 2,659 votes in a second case to be struck.
But the court ordered it to be done.
But the Secretary of State refused to do it.
She said, I don't care if the court ordered me to do that.
I'm not going to do it.
I'm a Democrat.
I'm not going to do that.
You can't make me.
What the hell is going on here?
You strike the illegal votes in those three states, and Trump wins!
How can this be so hard?
How can the courts allow... I mean, if you know that they're illegal votes, bloody strike them!
The courts should be saying, you're not gonna... These election results cannot be certified.
You cannot appoint electors until these votes are struck.
And, you know, I gotta tell you, I don't get it.
Why are, you know, the courts should be, that should be an automatic remedy that should be just, you know, and it's such common sense.
Is that not common sense?
Tell, Jim, educate me.
Well, Susan, I mean, both Lin Wood and Sidney Powell have been doing massive proofs of voter fraud and election theft in Georgia.
I mean, it's simply overwhelming.
There's a very nice piece of mine I have published about Sydney and releasing the Kraken, which for those who may not know, the Kraken is a Department of Defense cyber warfare program that can perform, get this Susan, a thousand trillion operations per second.
I repeat, a thousand trillion operations per second.
Well, the Kraken is used to control or follow operations by other computerized systems in this place, including the use of the Dominion voting machines to manipulate the election.
So that when Sidney talks about release the Kraken, she means they know where every vote went, exactly how it was manipulated.
There's never before been a situation of this kind where the president signed an executive order Back on 12 September 2018, where he realized that the Democrats were going to go all out to steal the election, he signed an executive order against any foreign intervention in our election with very severe penalties, including
Prison terms and fines, but also seizure of assets.
It turns out that the key two instrumentalities used here to interfere with our election were Dominion voting systems, which is headquartered in Canada, and the Scylla counting tabulator system, which is headquartered in Spain.
Well, the actual servers that were being used for our election were in the American embassy in Frankfurt, Germany, where Trump directed a special operation strike there to seize those servers, which were being run, it appears, by Gina Haskell of the CIA to steal the election from the American people.
I mean, Susan, This may turn out to be the greatest sting in the history of the world, where Trump laid a trap and his enemies, in their eagerness to get him out of office because he represents such a threat to their special interests, eagerly engaged in... It hasn't happened yet.
Let me just tell you something.
Let me interrupt you guys.
On Saturday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is dirty and corrupt.
On Saturday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned an injunction filed earlier in the week by a lower court that had blocked the state of Pennsylvania from continuing with its certification of the 2020 presidential election results.
Actions taken by 26 Pennsylvania House Republicans and 8 Penn State Senate Republicans could potentially make the court's late action moot.
Oh my God, what is... My fucking computer just froze up, God damn it.
Susan, Susan, Susan, yeah.
Okay, but hold on.
They had issued a temporary injunction which the... Oh my God.
Oh my God, the state Supreme Court has overturned the state Supreme Court.
See, this is why I don't understand it.
Everything you just said, the Pennsylvania state Supreme Court has overturned it.
Your mistake ensues.
No, I'm not.
I'm looking at it.
It's the Kelly thing.
Susan, I'm trying to explain to you there are multiple levels of this.
You're focusing on one.
You're focusing on the judicial level.
The legislature taking control and determining how the elections are cast is not a function of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania, I'm just giving you a breaking news announcement.
Breaking news announcement the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court overturned the injunction filed by the agreed to by the lower court with a hearing tomorrow.
The Pennsylvania court has rammed through the Democrat presidential fraud.
I mean this is like very serious question as to what the hell is going on in Pennsylvania.
And what I'm seeking to explain, Susan, is that is not the end-all and the be-all.
At the judicial level, yes, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has overruled a lower court ruling that enjoined the certification.
The Pennsylvania legislature is on its own and in accordance with the Constitution moving to reclaim control of the electors that will be cast by Pennsylvania and The judicial process is moving forward.
Remember, Jenna Ellis said, on to SCOTUS.
That's where they will produce all this evidence of the violation of the 14th Amendment.
And there's every reason to believe the Supreme Court will rule this was a violation of the Equal Protection Clause that invalidates I get it.
I get that.
I get that.
But here's the problem.
Let me just put it to you another way.
for determination where the House will decide who is president, 50 states each with one
vote a piece, 26 can vote by Republicans.
I get it.
I get that.
I get that.
But here's the problem.
Let me just put it to you this another way.
I understand the process once it gets to the House, but the problem is that there is wild
opposition to fighting fraud.
Even when they're confronted with fraud, the courts are upholding the fraud rather than strike.
That's why I went into the whole detail about Nevada.
Why did the Nevada Supreme Court allow them to certify that election when the fraud is rampant?
Why, when there's 40,000 votes that are rampant?
Why did Wisconsin not stop the fraud?
Why did Pennsylvania?
Why are the courts allowing this certification to go forward when the fraud is demonstrative?
I don't get it!
Because they're corrupt!
Because they're Democrat!
Because this is political, Susan!
I mean, these are the realities!
The point is you have to defend this massive effort to steal the election, to violate the Constitution, and deprive the American people of their constitutional right to select a President of the United States.
There's nothing surprising about these activist Democrat corrupt courts ruling as they do in spite of the evidence.
I went through it here in Wisconsin myself at the much lower level in relation to a completely contrived lawsuit over the publication of my book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
Believe me, politics is endemic to the lower level court system and even in some cases to the higher.
Where I have every reason to believe the appellate court in Wisconsin will overrule the mistaken judgment in my case at the circuit court level.
In other states, you have corruption all the way through the state Supreme Court.
And you're right to say that if the courts were operating as they ought to be operating, there'd be no issue.
It would be cut and dried, and it would already be straightened out.
The Democrats and the globalists are flexing their muscle by utilizing these corrupt courts to promote a massive election fraud on the American people, which, as you observe, has been demonstrated every way to Sunday.
Every way, even the lower courts of Pennsylvania said, yep, this is fraud.
You see, this is the thing that blows my mind.
The Pennsylvania court said, yes, this is fraud.
And then they found out that they agreed, yes, it's fraud.
The same Pennsylvania, here's the thing, the same Pennsylvania Supreme Court that just struck this down, said the other case was 100,000 fraudulent voters.
So, they have allowed, even though the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did it, they have allowed those votes, the Secretary of State to refuse to strike the ballots.
Let me ask you this question, could the United States Supreme Court, could Giuliani, Or whoever, or whoever, one of the attorneys, the Trump legal team, the Pennsylvania legislative legal team, go to the United States Supreme Court and say, Your Honor, why did they do this?
Why don't they strike these damn ballots?
I told you!
Can they make, can they, can, hold on, can the Supreme Court order them to strike those ballots?
The answer, roughly, is no.
That's a case law issue.
The Supreme Court will only accept constitutional issues, as I've sought to explain.
The SCOTUS filing, the Supreme Court filing, must be on the ground that the voters were treated differently in these various states, that the Democrat voters and votes were treated one way, the Republican voters and votes another, which is a violation of the 14th Amendment.
That's a constitutional issue.
The Supreme Court can rule on that.
It cannot muck.
With this issue going on in the lower courts, but they can invalidate the election and send it to the Congress to be resolved as I have explained.
Okay, but hold on hold on.
Okay.
Okay, that's Okay, could the Supreme Court take that I mean the fact that they did like in Nevada refused to Yes, I think it is.
the illegal votes, that dilutes and disenfranchises the legal votes.
So is that not a potential argument to say that by that action, that proves the violation
of the 14th Amendment?
Yes, I think it is evidence.
So that is how they could do it.
They'll have evidence from all these states, Susan.
They'll have evidence from all these states.
So I'm being dumb.

There's evidence from all these things.
So I'm being dumb.
I'm being really dumb and I don't know.
So don't yell at me.
But in each of these cases, if they're saying that the lower court ordered them to do it and then they refuse to do it, that discriminates against legal voters.
That's an argument that could be used, yes.
But I mean, if they're giving priority to illegal voters, illegal votes dilute and it's in the Wisconsin law, it's a beautiful argument.
Wisconsin law, it dilutes and disenfranchises.
So then, the Nevada people could go in and say, the refusal to do this dilutes and disenfranchises the legal voters.
Therefore, if they can't strike it, then they have nullified their own election.

The problem as I see it, this is from my legal expert who sent me this note, is that the Supreme Court does not try cases with disputed facts, so it may have to be referred to a trier of fact according to case law.

The Wisconsin recount in Dane and Milwaukee counties was just completed And that, by the way, wound up with Biden picking up, I don't know, 100 or whatever additional votes, 132 more votes.
But another of the participants discovered over 100,000 fraudulent votes in in Dane County, where Madison is located, Susan.
So this is a very live issue.

The first is the fallacy of equivocation.
They've used the word case, meaning the number who have reported positive on the so-called COVID test as though it meant infections, but they don't mean the same thing.
90% of the tests turn out to be false positives.
The second fallacy is called special pleading, only citing the evidence favorable to your case.
So they talk about the alleged over 200,000 deaths that are supposed to be responsible, ignoring the fact that we have like every year four times that many deaths from the seasonal flu and double that many deaths from the seasonal flu for malaria and vastly more from automobile accidents, cancer, smoking.
In other words, Even if you took the most exaggerated number that the government has been offering, that people like Fauci and Gates and the World Health Organization have been touting.
It's peanuts.
It's minuscule.
The number of deaths is trivial, insignificant.
No justification for lockdown, social distancing or masks.
The third fallacy is the fallacy of popular sentiments.
Just because most people believe something to be true doesn't mean that it is true.
Most in the past at one point thought Earth was flat.
Well, we know from, you know, thousands of years of study of astronomy and physics, Earth, like the other heavenly bodies, is oval, spherical, technically an oblate spheroid, slightly thicker at the equator than it is from the north and south axis, because, I mean, this is how we explain the days of the Earth rotating on its axis with one I get it.
