To have the opportunity to talk about what may be the greatest sting the world has ever seen.

Always a honor and pleasure to have you here.
Well, Michael, there's so much going on on multiple fronts, and the world has yet to learn of the enormous evidence that substantiates theft of the election on a scale beyond the imagination of most Americans.
It was calculated to be that way.
Let me remind everyone of a bit of the background here.
That Joe Biden received more votes for president than any other president in American history, even though he campaigned from a basement, even though he had a history of verbal gaffes, even though he appears to be demented, certainly not cognitively competent, even though his son Hunter's laptop reveals The existence of a Biden crime family involving Joe, his brother Jim, his son Hunter involved in criminal enterprises ranging from Russia and Ukraine and Iraq to China with a laptop also includes a whole mess of 40,000 emails and all kinds of videos and photographs of salacious activities by Hunter, including
The apparent torture and rape of a young Chinese girl.
I mean, these are just a few of the aspects of what the FBI and the mainstream media have been concealing from the American people because the FBI had this laptop since around last January and yet didn't reveal the content so that Christopher Wray in this The 2020 election has played a role very much like James Comey in the 2016 election, where the FBI had come into the possession of the Anthony Weiner laptop, which had all kinds of horrendous evidence of god-awful crimes involving child abuse and sacrifice and drinking of blood, where the practice is to terrify a child so much that their adrenaline pumps into their blood.
And then kill them and drink their blood, which is supposed to have age-restoring properties, where I frankly have no doubt that Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin, and a host of others have engaged in these activities.
And as depraved as it sounds, I've done an extensive study about Pizzagate, as the American franchise of Pedogate, which you can access On my website, jimtheconspiracyguy.com.
But brace yourself, because you're going to need a strong stomach to handle what you're going to learn.
I have in the meanwhile, and at the time that the Anthony Weiner information was coming out from the NYPD, spoken with Jim Rothstein, who's an NYPD gold shield detective who cracked many Pedophile cases only to see them quashed by the district attorney on political grounds.
And when I shared with him some of the details, and that's where he's surprised, he explained to me, not at all, because based upon his experience, 70% of the American political elite is engaged in pedophilia.
I mentioned this as background because Donald Trump appears to be taking a very strong stand To not only drain the swamp, but to deal with these pedophile operations where there are reasons to believe that when these U.S.
Navy emergency ships were respectively in New York Harbor and in Los Angeles, that they were actually helping to save children from underground tunnel networks where they were being used and abused and even killed.
There's much more to that, but this is a parallel where the The corruption of the FBI is being manifest again and again in relation to the 2016 election by Comey in relation to the Anthony Weiner laptop in 2020 by Christopher Wray in relation to the Hunter Biden laptop.
And it appears that one of the reasons why Wray has not been willing to move on this is because he himself was complicit in some of the corruption.
Business transactions involving the Biden crime family.
Now, if you just think about all these facts, which the media has done a great deal to suppress, you realize Joe Biden was not a viable nominee, not a viable candidate for the presidency of the United States.
In fact, this was the third time he ran, and Michael, in his previous tries, Joe Biden had not succeeded in winning a single caucus or a single primary until South Carolina when Jim Clyburn endorsed him and Google appears to have come to his aid by sending out reminders to everyone they knew based on information obtained by Facebook on virtually all of us who would be disposed to vote for Joe Biden if they reminded him that he had been
For example, Barack Obama's vice president, Kamala Harris, similarly, was the very first of this large group of Democrats to drop out because nobody liked her.
Nobody liked her.
And if you want further confirmation that the combination was not stronger than either of them individually, when they were each pathetically weak, Just observe that Joe Biden couldn't get 10 people to a campaign rally.
When Donald Trump came to Kenosha, which is just a couple hours from where I reside near Madison, Wisconsin, he had a string of citizens out to greet him five blocks long.
When Joe Biden came to Kenosha, believe it or not, Michael, there was one woman, a school teacher, out to greet him.
Similarly, when he was in Minnesota, in Duluth, where I resided for 19 years as a member of the faculty on the Duluth campus of the University of Minnesota, when Joe Biden had his rally in the Carpenters Union Hall, there were a total of 12 people there, 12.
Meanwhile, Trump was elsewhere in Minnesota drawing tens of thousands.
Everyone acknowledged the enthusiasm gap was simply overwhelming.
I mean, the people supporting Trump really, truly believe in him, even adore the man.
Tucker Carlson did a couple of valuable things, though he's, I think, lost his way here with regard to some of the most recent revelations, to which I shall return.
Right.
A fellow, Boo Belinsky by name, who actually was a business partner of Joe Biden and Jim Biden and Hunter Biden.
He was a guy who actually had a business degree.
He knew how to make these things work.
And when Tony Boo Belinsky was on Tucker's show, he had a record 7.8 million viewers.
Michael, this is unprecedented.
In fact, Tucker, the first The first part of the year had averaging four million viewers.
The 7.8 is the highest for a show ever on a cable or news program, period.
I mean, it was just astonishing.
So he did wonderful work.
He also was very good at covering Trump rallies, for example.
He spent a fair amount of time talking about when Trump was going to five states a day and Joe Biden Might not even hold a single press conference.
When he went to Butler, Pennsylvania late in the evening, Tucker just ran this marvelous footage of these hills out in this obscure remote area, covered by tens of thousands of people.
And Tucker was explaining they were there because they loved Donald Trump.
And the reason they loved Donald Trump was because Donald Trump cared about them.
I'm sick and tired of Washington politicians who could care less, who are there to benefit themselves, whereas this guy was actually doing good things, benefiting the American people, just to offer an example.
Back in December, Rasmussen did a poll of black likely voters, and he discovered, astonishingly, that as much as 40% of black likely voters intended to vote for Donald Trump.
Well, I believe this sent shivers through the Democratic Party, because they count on virtually 90 or more percent support from the black community to win elections.
And it was in the aftermath that we were hit with a coronavirus.
Remember, after all, for Incumbent campaigning for re-election, his strongest attributes are the performance of the economy and the stock market.
Sure, sure.
And Trump had brought us the most robust economy in our history and a soaring stock market that was virtually setting records every single day.
Well, Michael, one of the benefits of that soaring, of that robust economy was that the lowest Working wage earners were finding their wages rise at the highest rate.
This included a whole lot of black and Latino workers, where Trump clamping down on immigration from the southern border was giving them additional job security, because otherwise, and heretofore, those Illegal immigrants have been coming in and willing to work at even lower wages and fewer benefits and taking jobs away from this community.
So, for like the first time in American history, we actually had a president who was benefiting the black and the Latino communities.
Not only that, but because Kamala is such an extremist, And because she was, you know, supporting so many of these so-called progressive programs, this was very alarming to the Latino community, particularly, for example, in South Florida, who are, you know, progeny of humans who left because of Fidel's imposition of socialism in Cuba.
By the way, Jim, I hate to cut you off, but Noel said that you're the man.
I appreciate that.
I so appreciate that.
So Trump was headed for just a magnificent, overwhelming re-election.
Now, Trump knew he'd lived through these attempts to To delegitimize his administration even before his inauguration.
We lived through Russiagate, all these false claims for which there was never any evidence.
And what eventually emerged was the so-called Russian dossier on which the FISA warrants and so forth had been based was actually written by a MI6 agent by the name of Christopher Steele, while in the employee, as an employee of the Clinton campaign and the DNC, which he openly admitted in sworn testimony to a British court where the magistrate was simply dumbfounded, and where the efforts to go back and disentangle all this, of course, led to congressional hearings where there was no substantiation or support.
In fact, it turned out Robert Mueller, Who was supposed to be the head of this investigation, which endured over three years, didn't know the content of his own report, and was very clear that there was no substance to it.
The Democrats, nevertheless, went forward with another effort to impeach him over a phone call with the President of Ukraine that was perfectly appropriate and innocuous, where the three key witnesses to Congress about it all acknowledged There was nothing illegal or unlawful about the phone call.
It was simply they disagreed about the policies of the president.
Where if you study the Constitution, the President of the United States has virtually complete control over U.S.
foreign policy.
So that meant there was no substance to the Ukraine issue either.
They nevertheless went ahead under the, you know, inspiration.
I mean, this woman is so corrupt.
It bothers me to even describe her as a leader.
But Nancy Pelosi pushed forward with an ill-fated impeachment.
Everyone knew it was going to go nowhere.
The House didn't file articles of impeachment.
And of course, the Senate dismissed them very appropriately because there was no case to be made.
Meanwhile, the coronavirus was enveloping the country.
And Trump was given false information based upon a Neil Ferguson model out of Imperial College to which Bill Gates had given some $180 million that suggested that if the nation's economy were not shut down, as many as 2.2 million Americans could die from the coronavirus, as well as 500,000 Brits.
Well, Trump Because he cares about the American people, actually was affected, knowing full well that it would potentially damage his prospects for re-election, and shut it down under the tutelage of Dr. Anthony, Tony the Rat Fauci, and Deborah Birx in the Ferguson model, which of course has turned out to be wildly inaccurate.
I think Bill Gates got exactly what he wanted, namely an instrumentality to Well, David Icke was completely brilliant about what was going on here.
That was an effort to destroy small businesses and the middle class in America.
And when you eventually learn of what's being called the Great Reset, This is really the New World Order.
You begin to understand what's in the offing because if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris actually are inaugurated on 20 January, the Great Reset will envelop America.
Biden wants to reimpose another national lockdown.
He's already acknowledged he wants to have a universal face mask mandate.
Right, and that's happening.
And of course, the social distancing, where study after study that I've published on my blog at jamesfetzer.org establishes that none of those are efficacious.
I mean, as one critic observed, if the masks work, then why do we need social distancing?
And if social distancing works, why do we need a lockdown?
And the fact is, David Icke got it right, because the whole idea is to destroy The ability of Americans to make money.
The whole idea is to make the American people solely dependent on the government as a source of income, where this whole project appears to be engineered by the World Economic Forum, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank, where the proposals are going to be coming forward from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris if this whole business were to move forward entails you're getting the guarantee
of an income, a place to live like 300 square feet, and forgiveness of any debts you've
acquired, including your mortgages, your bank loans, credit cards, the whole bit, if you agree
to surrender all your property and assets and to subscribe to a vaccination program without end.
How fun, Jim.
It's just stunning.
It's stunning, Michael, to get the big picture.
It really is.
It really is.
And Jim, before you carry on, I just wanted to quickly mention your thoughts and opinions on, one, Trump Jr.
contracting COVID.
That's Trump's oldest son, Don Jr.
He tested positive this week.
Well, but the whole thing is a scam, Michael.
Look.
These tests they're using, the PCR test, was not designed as a diagnostic tool.
Kerry Mullis, who invented the PCR test, explained that.
And if it's, you know, the way it is being used, it picks up any fragment of the coronavirus family, which includes that you have had a cold, that you've ever had the flu.
You're going to have a fragment that can be picked up by a PCR test and classified as a coronavirus test, which, while it hasn't been widely reported, the World Health Organization and the CDC have stopped reporting on the seasonal flu.
Because they're running all those statistics out as though they were COVID, when they're not at all.
And I take you back to 2017, when we had the most remarkable prediction from Tony the Rat, who was saying that the Trump administration would not only have to deal with HIV-AIDS and with the seasonal flu, but with a surprise pandemic When Fauci is saying this in 2017, how can it be a surprise?
And when Fauci is the official in the government who's designated to deal with pandemic preparedness, why didn't he prepare?
And of course, the reason is because he was in on it.
In fact, Fauci has known at least since 2005 That hydroxychloroquine, which is a milder derivative of chloroquine, is a wonder drug with regard to coronavirus.
It will not only cure it if you have it, it'll prevent it if you don't.
It's all over the world.
It's been in use for over 65 years for anti-malaria purposes.
It has virtually no side effects.
When all this was originally coming forward, and I was studying the international statistics It was very obvious that countries where they had to deal with malaria and were taking HCQ had very, very low rates, practically non-existent, and there were many physicians right here in the U.S.
who were giving the most stunning reports about having dealt with, you know, hundreds upon hundreds of patients and giving them HCQ and reviving and surviving, even if they had to adhere to formative and dire straits.
Now, what this means is Nobody had to die.
And Anthony Fauci has known that at least since 2005, which leads me to the following observation, that this man has done more damage to America than all of our foreign enemies combined Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Emperor Hirohito did vastly less damage to the United States than has Anthony Fauci.
If there were ever an evil figure in America who's being widely praised but is in fact an instrument of destruction, it's Anthony Fauci.
Now, all of this comes together in a very big package to try to get Donald Trump out of office.
The reason being that he's a threat to the establishment.
He was a president who was never supposed to be.
Well, having gone through all of these efforts to, you know, delegitimize, get him out of office, including, by the way, what I surmise is over a dozen efforts to assassinate the man, one of which actually took place at the State of the Union, where Nancy Pelosi She had poison in her palm.
She had like a little strip of poison, and she extended her hand in kind of an odd way so you couldn't see this little strip, which the president declined to shake, clearly having known what was coming here, where a woman who's a lip reader, you know, the wife of an enlisted military guy who cares about Trump, was studying all the Video from the conversations going on in the rotunda prior to the State of the Union, and almost everyone there was talking about what it would be like in Washington after Donald Trump was dead.
I'm telling you, it's that bad, Michael.
Now, what I'm observing is the following.
This guy is a very, very smart guy.
He's widely underestimated.
He anticipated, because he lived through it, in 2016 the election was rigged for Hillary.
The polls were ridiculous.
They were contrived massively.
Google was involved.
Robert Epstein, who's the editor-in-chief of Psychology Today, testified to Congress that in 2016, Google was responsible for between 2.4 and 10.2 million additional votes for Hillary, and that in 2018, the reason the Democrats retook control of the House was because of Google intervention.
And looking forward to the 2020 election, that Google would be responsible for somewhere between 15 and 20 million votes.
Because they're dedicated, as well as the mainstream media, as well as the Democratic Party and the globalists, to getting Trump out.
Trump is doing too much good for the American people.
He's strengthening our sense of independence.
He's making our lives qualitatively better.
He's supporting the Second Amendment and, you know, the right to possess guns, which was frankly reinforced dramatically.
By all the looting and rioting and arson in the aftermath of the George Floyd death, which actually was staged.

If you pull up the highest quality video of 1999, Britney Spears' NBA award show, the song, Hit Me Baby One More Time, It was 1999, so two years before 9-11.
She's on stage.
She's in a classroom.
Well, Bush was in the classroom when they found out about the tires coming down.
She's saying in this lyric, hit me baby one more time.
Well, World Trade Center first got attacked in 1993, so hit me baby one more time.
There's numbers on the lockers, though, and it's hard for me to see the numbers.
In the background of the stage, You got the Twin Towers clearly falling over, broken in half, and then you have just the head of the Statue of Liberty.
Why just the head of the Statue of Liberty?
Because the Wahhabist radical Muslims chopped heads off.
They blame 9-11 on the Muslims.
But I've never seen anybody speak about it or I've never seen anything about it on YouTube or anywhere and MTV, right at the anniversary of 9-11 this year, MTV's YouTube channel actually posted that video right around that time, right before it.
But I'm sure, James, if you look into it, you'll find something that I missed.
But they were clearly telling us two years before what was going to happen.
Well, we're certainly glad you brought it up, and I appreciate your bringing that to our attention.

No, what's fascinating, Michael, is that the anti-dementia medication they were given to Joe Biden in preparation for the first debate had the debilitating side effect of incontinence.
We have from a defecting staff member reports they actually had staff meetings to decide what type of adult diaper he ought to wear that would be least conspicuous through his clothing and not crinkle when he urinated, which leads me to believe he has a future after politics making commercials for the pans.
But we're in preparation for that first debate.
We already knew that the Biden camp had the questions in advance.
You may recall Chris Wallace, the moderator, and he might as well have pulled up right beside Biden.
James Wood actually tweeted that Donald Trump crushed his debate opponent, Chris Wallace, and that there was another fellow there on the stage who was mumbling and muttering to himself.
But the fact is that they knew that.
We also knew Joe Biden has had a skull implant with an electronic device so he can take instructions from offstage by radio waves.
Doesn't need, therefore, a wire.
But the Biden people had asked for a break every 30 minutes.
Well, it's only a 90-minute debate.
The only reason they could need a break every 30 minutes is to change his adult diaper.
campaign declined, Michael, they went with plan B. And they sent out a body double. And because of
all the work I've done in this area, whether it's regarding Lee Oswald or the Sandy Hook kids or
Paul McCartney or Hillary especially, I was aware that that might happen.
And it was fairly easy to ascertain that although he sounded like Joe Biden, he was not Joe Biden.
The ears are very distinctive and not subject to surgery, and Joe Biden has ears that curl up where they attach to his head, meaning he's got a pendant earlobe.
Yeah, I remember we talked about that the last time you were here.
Where's the real Joe Biden then, Jim?
Where is he at?
one here now. Because what me this means is the guy they're planning to inaugurate as
an ex President of the United States is not even Joe Biden.
Where's the real Joe Biden then, Jim? That's a great question. He's in a basement somewhere.
He may even be, you know, completely out of it. They may have run him out of the country
for all I know. You never know. But it's absolutely fantastic, Michael. And I've been trying to
get this out into the public domain, because this would be the most obvious possible evidence
that this whole election was fraud, Jim.
By the way, Jim, Wilfred in the chat says that you are a lot better looking than Joe Biden.
Well, I appreciate that.
Now, continue.
The Donald anticipated this and he took several measures.
He knew they were going to try to steal the election.
Steve Pucinich, shortly after the voting was cast, though obviously not completely counted and not certified, which hasn't even been completed to this day, gave a report that in anticipation, Trump had made sure that the paper that would be distributed to all the states for casting ballots had a watermark, and it was such that it could be traced using something called bit chain technology.
Now, this is pretty sophisticated stuff, I immediately started seeking to have confirmation and got rather rapidly from individuals with contact with the White House explaining it was true, which meant they could track every single vote that had been cast, where it had gone, who'd cast it, what had happened to it.
And because the Democrats were unaware, the truckloads of fake ballots they were using did not have the watermark.
Now this is absolutely fascinating, and let me just add one additional sign that this is indeed the case is that on the 3rd of November, Melania was wearing, you know, she is so fetching, was wearing a very attractive dress with an unusual blockchain pattern.
I think this is true, and it turns out that Trump had created a cybersecurity and infrastructure agency to protect the integrity of U.S.
elections, particularly from foreign intervention.
And of course, how could the Democrats complain about taking measures to protect against foreign intervention, where the bill is so strong?
And if there's any company engaging, you know, in affecting the U.S.
infrastructure with regard to a vote, they can have all of their assets seized and they can be, you know, prosecuted and punished.
I mean, this is huge.
Now, the reason that's especially important is because The software that was being used in 30 different states is Dominion Voting Systems headquartered in Canada.
The Dominion Voting System is the key to the entire scam.
Nancy Pelosi, we all know, was boasting there was going to be a blue wave, though obviously, from looking at the rallies, you'd have no reason to think so.
But they had rigged so many of the polls so that the polls were showing Biden with these huge, virtually insurmountable leads, just as they had done for Hillary back in 2016.
No one had any reason to think they were actually true, but we were hearing them from every source.
Well, the reason Pelosi was pushing was because she knew that the whole election was rigged using the Dominion voting systems.
How could she be so confident?
Well, it just so happens that Nancy Pelosi's chief of staff is a chief executive officer of Dominion voting systems, Michael, and it turns out that Dianne Feinstein, A senator, where Pelosi of course is a representative from California, husband, is a major stockholder in Dominion Voting Systems.
Now, what Trump did was to lay out a foundation for ultimately seizing the assets of any entities that were cooperating in this massive intervention in the U.S.
election.
Which, I'll tell you, appears to me to include within its scope ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post.
I'm telling you, the scope of this order appears to be so vast that what Donald Trump appears to have done was to lay a trap for the greatest political sting in world history.
And I believe there are indications that that's exactly what happened.
Right.
And Jim, you fully believe that the Democrats stole this election.
Say again?
Do you believe the Democrats stole this election?
Oh, there's no question about it.
Let me tell you further.
Trump and other of his closest allies, and you know, they weren't advertising all this, actually watched the voting take place in real time in a secure location.
And they knew, and Louie Goldmark, who is a representative from Texas, actually in a tweet revealed that the actual electoral map was a huge landslide for Donald Trump.
He won, Michael, brace yourself, 410 electoral votes, including California and Minnesota.
Let that sink in.
He won 410 electoral votes, including California and Minnesota.
Now, what's happened is that a voting official in Michigan noticed that there'd been a switch—she was referring to it as a glitch—of 6,000 votes cast for Trump that had been counted for Biden.
Now, ponder, if you got 6,000 taken away from Trump and given to Biden, that's actually a 12,000-vote shift.
That was in one county.
Well, Michigan has over 80 counties.
Pennsylvania has over 150 counties.
If, for the sake of calculation, we just assume various states have 100 counties on the average, the Dominion voting system was using 30.
So you got 30 times 100.
Times 6,000, that's 18 million votes, and if you double because you're subtracting from Trump, that's 36 million votes that were under control of Dominion voting systems, Michael.
Right, the system you're talking about, there was a glitch apparently in the computer program.
Yeah, except of course it wasn't a glitch, it was deliberate.
Now let me tell you a little more.
It turns out that they had underestimated the outpouring of support for President Trump.
I mean, anyone who watched Hunter covering all the, you know, the tens of thousands of people who were adoring of Donald Trump when he arrived in Butler, Pennsylvania, would have told him this was going to be a landslide, but it was going to be red, not blue.
Now, what has happened in addition, therefore, is that special forces have been used to seize the servers that were counting the U.S.
vote, which were actually in Germany and owned by a Spanish company named Civil.
I'm telling you, this is just enormous.
Now, Sidney Powell, I've been explaining about how the servers had been seized at the time she wasn't aware of whether the good guys or the bad guys got them.
But I was very confident the good guys had got them.
You remember the recent change in the Department of Defense?
Where the Esper was taken out and a group of his colleagues went with him.
I have no doubt that's because Trump needed to have dependable people to exercise this operation of seizing the servers.
It appears, in other words, that we now have all of the data we could possibly have.
Approve the theft of the election by Dominion software system.
Hillary, Nancy, Schumer, a host of others are all involved.
This is going to be massive.
It's going to be stunning.
It's going to be the true draining of the swamp.
Now, many of you may be aware that the Trump legal team, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Janet Ellis gave a report to the public here about different modes of the theft, where they weren't actually spelling out the bigger picture aspects about the seizure of dominion, but mentioned dominion in passing, just about the many modes of fraud that were taking place in the key states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada.
Let me just run through a list of these, Michael.
Key allegations the lawyers presented.
Observers, first.
Observers were allegedly preventing from watching mail-in ballots being open.
They were doing this on the ground of, you know, say, social distancing.
But that's absurd.
They were keeping observers, Republican observers, so far away they couldn't tell what actually was taking place.
Allegedly, an unequal application of the law in Democratic counties.
What they were doing were votes that were coming in from Democratic counties that were missing an address or a signature were being processed as though they were legit, but ballots that were coming in from Republican counties that were somehow flawed were being excluded.
Third, voters allegedly arrived at polls to discover other people had voted for them.
This happened again and again and again.
As Rudy observed during this press conference, they have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.
Affidavits, of course, are sworn statements about Voter impropriety that have to be, you know, certified by a notary public and which, as Rudy observed at the time, are evidence so that when you have the mainstream talking about these baseless conspiracy theories, not only they're not baseless, but the evidence here is simply overwhelming, including the servers that are going to leave this matter beyond any debate.
Where Sidney was reporting that there's more than enough evidence here to reverse the outcome in several states, where I'll just tell you, by way of anticipation, I have no doubt, this case will make its way up to the Supreme Court.
That the Supreme Court, confirmed with a mass of data, is going to have to declare a national election invalid and thereby nullified.
That the constitutional remedy then will be to send it to the House to determine the President and the Senate, the Vice President, where each state gets to cast one vote.
So you got 50 votes that will be cast to determine the President, where the winner Well, we'll become the president then.
And a similar process with which I'm less familiar in the Senate is actually how they calculate.
But in the House, it'll go back to the state legislature.
Now, let me just observe.
At present, the Republicans have an overwhelming preponderance of state legislatures under the Control 38.
So that I think it's highly unlikely we're going to see Joe Biden and Kamala Harris emerge from this process intact, which is a damn good thing.
Because as I'm pointing out, the guy that they want to inaugurate is not even Joe Biden.
Here are further points they made during the press conference.
Four, election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots and to backdate ballots.
That's very significant.
In Pennsylvania, there was a decision made by the Secretary of State to allow ballots to be accepted and counted for three days after the election.
But that was an illegal determination on his part.
Even Justice Alito, who is the Supreme Court Justice, who has responsibility for legal issues in that district, Well, you know, each of the justices have various districts, meaning groups of states from which they're responsible, ruled that that was an inappropriate decision, that those ballots had to be segregated and not counted as though they were part of the rest, because it's up to the legislatures.
They have to pass laws.
They are responsible for determining how voting takes place in their states.
Fifth, Alex Cassey votes for Joe Biden and no other candidate were allegedly run several times through machines.
Well, think about it.
You see, what happened here was while Nancy Pelosi was declaring there was going to be a blue wave, they actually wound up in a situation where there was such a massive landslide for Trump that the Democrats lost around 25 seats in the House.
I mean, Nancy was declaring they were going to pick up.
Depending upon the outcome in Georgia, where we have two contests yet to be determined, the Republicans could retain control if they win both.
Or if they win one, they'll retain control of the House.
If they lose both, then it would be 50-50.
If there were a Biden-Harris administration, that would mean the vice president could cast the deciding vote.
So that if Biden and Harris got in and the Republicans were to lose both of those contests, then the Democrats would in effect have control not only of the House with a far weakened majority, but also of the Senate with the narrowest possible, because the Senate would actually be divided 50-50 with a vice president making the determinative vote.
Six, absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first.
Now, I actually experienced that because I wound up having absentee ballots sent to me by my wife here, and we had not applied for that.
But that's inappropriate and wrong, and may invalidate votes for which there was no application.
She and I actually did go down to our local precinct.
And with witnesses there, you know, filled out our votes in advance so that we wouldn't have to wait in any lines and so forth.
And just because that was my wife's preference of how we do it.
So our votes were counted.
We neutralized one another.
Nice.
Because we voted for the opposing party candidates, but they were properly cast, whereas a mass of others were not.
Seven.
There are allegedly overvotes in some precincts actually requiring more voters than residents, among other problems.
What they're talking about actually is more votes than voters.
In some districts you have, you know, 110, 120.
I think they may have gone in Detroit as high as 300% more ballots were cast than voters available to cast them.
Voting machines and software allegedly owned by properties with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros.
Now, this is getting into the Dominion business because it appears that the Dominion machines were originally designed to be used in Venezuela to ensure That the leaders there could determine the outcome to remain in office.
Now, what's most interesting about the design of the Dominion software is it's the only software tabulating system that includes a printer, Michael.
So what can actually happen is Dominion can actually print or reprint ballots as a part of its process.
I mean, it's so corrupt, it's absolutely unbelievable.
Let me mention in passing, too, while we're speaking about Dominion, The Pennsylvania legislature is so troubled by the many, many ways in which the vote was affected there.
And let me say, they were principally using this Dominion software, doing two types of corruption.
One was they were switching ballots from Trump to Biden.
And by the way, we're aware of no instance in which any vote was changed to benefit Trump.
They were changed only from Trump to Biden and In Pennsylvania, for example, over 900,000 votes were lost.
And I'll guarantee you, every one of those 900,000 plus votes that were lost was a vote for Donald Trump.
Number nine, the Constitution provides a process for electing a president.
The vote is corrupted.
Now, we knew Sidney Powell.
We knew Rudy Giuliani.
And frankly, these are some of Rudy's best He's been very good about going into the Hunter Biden laptop issue, which the mainstream media has massively suppressed.
You'll hardly find a single word or peep about it.
But when the legislature in Pennsylvania, to complete that thought, asked Dominion to come in and testify, they refused.
They've not only refused Michael, but Dominion executives, their Facebook pages have disappeared.
They seem to have vacated their offices.
They seem to have lawyered up.
And among the various stories I'm reporting these days is that someone with a background in the law says this is very, very troubling.
The fact that Dominion isn't bringing any countersuits for defamation, you know, for defaming their good name by denying these allegations, it leads to the fairly obvious inference that's because they're true and they know that the government can prove that they are true.
Now, as I mentioned already, we have this method as to how it's all going to be resolved, I believe, ultimately.
Here's a report about the point I was just making—breaking.
Dominion Voting Systems backs out from testifying before Pennsylvania State House Committee.
What are they hiding?
Now, I have a wonderful comment on my blog, and I have really good commentators at jamesfetzer.org.
Here's one from Edward Hendry, who's fairly well known on his own.
He said, okay, let's break this down.
A party that's subpoenaed cannot back out.
A subpoena is an order to appear.
Failure to appear is enforceable against that recalcitrant party, up to and including being jailed.
The only basis to refuse to appear and testify is to assert a constitutional right against self-incrimination.
Dominion appears to be asserting their Fifth Amendment right to self-incrimination.
How can any polling be certified when the company contracted to count the votes says their testimony about how the count was performed would incriminate them in a crime?
The above analysis assumes a subpoena was served on Dominion.
If Dominion's appearance was by agreement, which is sometimes the case, then the next step is to compel their appearance by subpoena.
If the committee knows what they are doing, and I suspect they do, then a subpoena should be issued forthwith by the committee to Dominion.
It is at that point, the only way Dominion can refuse to testify is by asserting its Fifth Amendment right against compelled self-incrimination.
But such an assertion would reverberate throughout the country and be understood as a virtual admission of guilt.
Either way, Dominion's refusal to appear and answer questions is damning in and of itself.
So Michael, that's where we stand right now.
I could give you a breakdown of how they went through what is called the drop and roll, which is when they were going through each of the various states and they were looking at the vote, There was a surge.
There were so many votes for Trump, they actually had to stop the vote and recalibrate to give a massive offsetting vote for Biden.
But they did it in an amount of time that would have been impossible to tabulate.
Now, this is called the drop and roll.
Here's how it works.
Steal the Trump landslide.
Dump a massive number of tons of thousands of unexplained votes.
The roll Fix the remaining value counts thereafter in exact proportion to keep the lead.
Here's a perfect example.
Trump was up by as much as 57% to Biden's 42% in Georgia.
Then dumps of unexplained ballots were given to Biden for hours until he took the lead.
Thereafter, the next 53 batches of votes counted, every single batch had exactly a 50.05% to 49.95% victory margin for Biden.
And they did it in Georgia.
They did it in Michigan.
They did it in Virginia.
They did it in Pennsylvania.
The election was stolen.
They stole it for Trump using a drop and roll, but they got caught.
And Michael, I'll tell you, we have so many different lines of proof.
I published a blog, for example, from a Las Vegas oddsmaker who said the fix was in, Trump was robbed, the election was stolen.
He points out how bettors are very astute when they follow the way the vote is coming in and they adjust their bets accordingly.
And Trump was up to 8-1.
He was going to win 8 out of 9 times the way the election was going when something suddenly happened and he dropped to 2-1 because they came in with this vast influx of votes for Biden.
Now, what I conclude by saying is this.
It appears that the good guys have all the ammunition they could possibly need to prove the election was stolen, and it was on a scale heretofore unprecedented.
As I previously observed, it appears The side hall servers actually showed that an honest count would have shown Donald Trump won with 410 electoral votes, including California.
And Minnesota, Michael.
And frankly, that's very much what I was anticipating.
I went so far as to say it could even be a clean sweep.
I have a number of contacts in California.
Californians were particularly upset with Gavin Newsom, who turned out to be a monster.
I mean, it's just outrageous.
There were every reason to believe Trump was going to win a massive landslide.
Not Biden.
And in fact, that's how it happened.
If all the legal votes cast were to be counted, I tell you, this is in the works.
It takes time to get all this together from the point of view of a legal procedure, but it appears to me to be in very good hands, Michael.
Understood.
And of course you mentioned your wife earlier, and of course the audience loves hearing about the wife and you getting into it here.
And has she pestered you?
Is she rubbing the Joe Biden presidency in your face, Jim?
No, no, but if I seek to explain to her that, you know, things aren't as they're being reported, she just looks at me like I'm a loon, you know.
Oh, no.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know, she was really good and supportive of all my research on JFK.
She and my daughter as well about research on 9-11.
They became a little antsy and less sure when I got involved in doing research on Sandy Hook and, of course, all that has transpired since.
And I just reiterate, you know, after Amazon banned, nobody died at Sandy Hook, where I brought together 13 experts, including six current or retired PhDs.
Well, we established that the school had been abandoned by 2008 because it was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane, even a major flood in the air in 2007, of which I was unaware at the time we published, where many of us, I mean, had a vast background in doing research on Sandy Hook before I took the best of the best.
Dr. Ewan, for example, who's just published a wonderful piece on my blog, if you go to jamesfetzer.org right now, giving a summary about the press conference and all the kinds of evidence that was presented there, had already published 80 articles about Sandy Hook.
I'd already published 30.
So, you know, we knew what we were doing at the time.
The book was published on 22 October 2015.
Amazon had Twenty books altogether about Sandy Hook, 19 of which were defending the official version in one form or another, some of which were quite absurd, frankly, including a first grade teacher claiming she'd saved 15 first graders by cramming them into a three-by-four bathroom, which had a door that swung inward.
I mean, just make a calculation.
Fifteen kids, if they average 50 pounds, 750 pounds, a teacher another 100, 850 pounds, a squirming little kid in a three-by-four bathroom with a door that swung inward.
They have no difficulty publishing an absurd story like that, which was a complete fantasy.
But my book, no, they banned it on the 19th of November, even though it had sold nearly 500 copies.
So that Mike Palachuk, who is my series editor, who suggested the title, whereas I brought all the chapters and authors together.

And I know we talked about this slightly the last time you were here a couple of weeks back, but I've been saying it for months, Jim, that you will be required to carry some sort of ID indicating that you have been vaccinated.
Let me address this.
This is a part of the Great Reset.
Yes, jump in there, Jim.
A COVID pass.
It's like a vaccination passport in order to travel.
Initially it would be for plane flights, internationally, then domestically.
If they're able to clamp this down, then, you know, if you can't show you've been vaccinated against what is basically, you know, having had a cold, because 97% of the results of these tests are false positives.
And they're having a massive effect on our life.
They're destroying our businesses.
Suicides are going up.
Young people are being deprived of education.
These are consequences that are going to affect them for the rest of their lives, and they're all very bad.

First responders, firefighters, law enforcement, they will all be required to obey the new law here.

And what we've been speculating for months is actually finally being implemented, Jim.
The shot they want you to take will be virtually identical to the flu shot, except this is a very nasty virus, Jim, with HIV homology in it.

I have no interest in taking any vaccine.
Since the Nuremberg Code was passed in the wake of World War II, where Dr. McGladly was experimenting on prisoners without their consent, it's been universally recognized that no one can be subjected to intrusive medical procedure absent conformed consent.
A whore is of vaccines are well known if you study them. A Gates
vaccine was used in India that paralyzed 500,000 Indian girls. Another in Africa that led to many,
many deaths. The H1N1 vaccine causes brain damage.

Michelle was born Michael LaVaughn Robinson and is not actually even a man who had a sex change, but a man who had breast implants and a huge shaving bill.

I mean, after all, Hunter was the son of Obama's vice president.
