This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, with my colleagues Giuseppe Vaffangulo from the District of Criminals and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.
We're bringing you all the news you need to know.
♪♪♪ Remember, the election is far from decided.
There are legal challenges in seven states.
Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania represent 94 electoral votes that are still in play.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden's top ally made a shocking admission about elections.
This is where this guy is named Klain, Ronald Klain, and this is in 2014, and he was responding to a tweet from Vox saying 68% of Americans think elections are rigged, and Klain acknowledged that's because they are.
This guy is now Biden's chief of staff.
Meanwhile, an anti-Trump Dominion voting system security chief participating in Antifa calls not only posted an Antifa manifesto letter to Trump online, there's this guy named Eric Cooner, but he admitted when a member of the Faith Election Commerce United revealed Antifa.
And got into conversation with Antifa members.
He discovered Eric from Dominion was allegedly part of the chat.
And Oatman explained, he asked who was this guy.
He explained that Eric was telling the Antifa members they need to keep up the pressure.
When Oatman asked, who's Eric?
Someone answered, Eric, he's a Dominion guy.
Oatman said, as the conversation continued, someone asked, what are we going to do if effing Trump wins?
And Oatman paraphrased out, Eric, the Dominion guy responded, don't worry about the election.
Trump's not going to win.
I made effing sure of that.
And in a recent presentation by the Biden people, they brought out none other than Eric Coomer.
Meanwhile, Sidney Powell is announcing we're getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states.
The bombs are going to start dropping today.

Dominion voting systems say they categorically deny any and all of President Trump's claims that their voting machines caused any voter fraud in key swing states or electoral fraud.
But reports contradict that claim.
In 2016, a senior executive at Dominion told the Illinois State Board of Elections That it is possible to bypass their election system software.
Here's what the vice president of engineering at Dominion at that time, Eric Coomer, told the board during a meeting in good old Cook County.
No, we are not allowed to do routine updates without having to go through a recertification effort, but we do routinely give guidance on how to best secure systems and also going back again to the final Mitigation against all of this is a robust auditing and canvassing process, which all of our jurisdictions have implemented.
Coomer said no updates can be done without recertification, as you heard.
Mr. Coomer's assurances of a secure system, however, are contradicted by the fact that various vendors, election officials and others, Reportedly can access the voting machine code without an update being required.
And we know that there were updates on those machines a day before the election.
Well, joining us tonight is Sidney Powell, a member of President Trump's legal team, General Flynn's defense attorney, a great American and prominent appellate lawyer.
Great to have you with us, Sidney.
Let's start with Dominion.
A straight out disavowal of any claim of fraud against the company, its software or machines.
Your reaction?
Well, I can hardly wait to put forth all the evidence we have collected on Dominion, starting with the fact it was created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez.
Then shipped internationally to manipulate votes for purchase in other countries, including this one.
It was funded by money from Venezuela and Cuba and China has a role in it also.
So if you want to talk about foreign election interference, we certainly have it now.
We have staggering statistical evidence.
We have staggering testimony from witnesses, including one who was personally in briefings when all of this was discussed and planned.
Beginning with Hugo Chavez and how it was designed there and then saw it happening in this country.
As soon as the state shut down on election night and stopped counting, those are the states where the most egregious problems occurred.
We also need to look at and we're beginning to collect evidence on the financial interests of some of the governors and secretaries of state who actually bought into the Dominion systems, surprisingly enough.
Hunter Biden type graft.
to line their own pockets by getting a voting machine in that would either make sure their election was successful or they got money for their family from it.
Well, that's straightforward.
It may take, you're going to have to be quick to go through and to produce that investigation and the results of it.
The December, the December deadlines are approaching for electors and just as we saw in 2000 with Bush v. Gore.
How critical are those deadlines and how urgent does that make your investigation and discovery?
Well, for fraud this serious, I think even if the states are stupid enough to go ahead and certify the votes where we know the machines were operating and producing altered election results, if they're stupid enough to do that, then they will be set aside by the fraud also.
I mean, we are talking about hundreds of thousands of votes.
President Trump won this election in a landslide.
It's going to be irrefutable, and patriots are coming forward All every day, all day, faster than we can collect their information with testimony they're willing to give under oath about how their votes were stolen and how the machines operated.
They were updated the night of the election, sometimes after the election.
We've got statistical evidence that shows hundreds of thousands of votes being just put in and replicated.
It's going to be There needs to be a massive criminal investigation and it's going to affect millions of voters and elections.
With these allegations, these charges, is the FBI already carrying out an investigation of these voting companies where their servers are domiciled?
And in at least two instances, three instances, we know they're in foreign countries.
Tell us where the Justice Department is in all of this.
I wish I knew.
I'm not on the inside, so I'm not privy to that information.
I know that even Democratic senators and congresspeople for years have reported problems with this system to the FBI and to the government, and nobody's done a blooming thing about it.
The people in the election security part of the Department of Homeland Security need to be fired yesterday.
They're absolutely ridiculous.
Of course, Chris Wray needs to be fired too because the only FBI interview of any witness was to intimidate him and try to get him to change his truthful testimony for hours by an anti-Trump FBI agent.
They still have politics infecting the FBI instead of just following the law.
We are on the precipice of This is essentially a new American revolution and anybody who wants this country to remain free needs to step up right now.
These are federal felonies.
Altering a vote or changing a ballot is a federal felony.
People need to come forward now and get on the right side of this issue and report the fraud they know existed in Dominion voting systems because that's what it was created to do.
It was its sole original purpose.
It has been used all over the world.
To defy the will of people who wanted freedom.
Sidney, at the outset of this broadcast, I said that this is the culmination of what has been over a four-year effort to overthrow this president, to first deny his candidacy the election, but then to overthrow his presidency.
This looks like the effort to carry out an endgame in the effort against him.
Do you concur?
Oh, absolutely.
And it's been organized and conducted with the help of Silicon Valley people, the big tech companies, the social media companies, and even the media companies.
And I'm going to release the Kraken.
Well, good, because this is an extraordinary and such a dangerous moment in our history.
I really am very concerned for the country.

And I have a feeling that most Democrats are first Americans and not Democrats.
They have to be as alarmed as any one of us.

Well, Jim, I think We'll see if the power of the globalist control of the media, of the new social media, of the government, of people like Christopher Wray is enough with the constant gaslighting.

Yeah, you know what's interesting is that, you know, right now the electoral vote count as it stands is 306 Groper Joe to 232 Trump.
And what's interesting is that's the exact opposite as the electoral vote count in 2016.
Trump, you know, had 306 in 2016.
I just find that awfully strange.
It almost seems like it's a message from Hillary and company like, A little revenge message coming forth with these numbers.
I find it a little odd at the very least.
But anyway, Jim, I honestly don't think they care who knows that they cheated now.
This is all out in the open.
It's just a raw grab for power.
And I don't see how the mainstream media walks this narrative back at this point.
They're just going for it.
I don't think they care who knows anymore.
Of course, I hope I'm wrong because there's no question that Groper Joe is going to work to destroy what is left of this economy immediately with a national lockdown.
That's why we're hearing this fury of, you know, 180,000 cases a day now to get people softened up and to accept this coming lockdown.
And, you know, if we're going to put our hope that the FBI is going to do something, people are going to be sadly disappointed.
The FBI isn't going to do diddly squat.
It's a completely useless, corrupt organization now.
And unfortunately, you know, the Justice Department is still full of Obama-era cronies.
So I don't expect much from them either.
And you know, Jim, the worst part about this is that if they get away with this
fraud, this massive stealing of the election, this will mark the end of any
kind of fair election in America in perpetuity, it'll be the, the, the, that'll
be it.
They'll have a rigged election from now on in perpetuity.
If Joe Biden is inaugurated on 20 January, 2021, Game on.
Meanwhile, RNC Chair Rhoda McDaniels says she has 500 sworn affidavits of 11,000 incidents of voter fraud.
These are real, and anyone who cares about transparency and integrity should want this to proceed to the discovery phase.
That's in a legal context.
General Flynn, this is as serious a constitutional crisis as our nation has ever faced.
We will only be the beacon of hope for the world if we're willing to stand with courage
and integrity and defend our republic. Here's saying all hell is about to break loose.

Meanwhile, Democratic candidates warned of potential vote switching by Dominion prior to the 2020 election.
This is pretty fascinating.
In 2018 alone, voters in South Carolina were reporting machines that switched their votes after they'd input them, scanners that were rejecting paper ballots in Missouri, busted machines causing long lines in Indiana.
In addition, researchers recently uncovered previously undisclosed vulnerabilities in nearly three dozen back-end election systems in 10 states.
What's interesting is we're talking about four Democratic senators who are complaining.
Meanwhile, Rudy alleging there's enough unlawful ballots to turn the election in Trump's favor, of which I have no doubt.
He alleges there are more than 300,000 unlawful ballots in Pennsylvania and a similar amount in Michigan.
The Trump campaign has multiple witnesses regarding irregularities.
He emphasizes the voting machines that cause the most discrepancies.
Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands have gone into Washington, D.C.
to rally on Saturday to stop the steal.
I honestly don't think the combined force of the courts and the evidence that Sidney Powell has amassed are going to be able to be thwarted by the bad guys, my take, but I certainly understand your position.

Well, Jim, I think you can look at going all the way back to Bush v. Gore, where the Supreme Court stepped in and said for the good of the country.
And I recorded over the weekend, and I'll insert it in a moment, this insane Orwellian newspeak where hundreds of local news stations across networks all read the exact same script, essentially going, we are the truth, we are the truth, don't believe the Twitter, don't believe Facebook, we are the truth, we are the truth, Don't take our word for it, see for yourself.

Well, I have to agree with Giuseppe, and again, I hope I'm wrong.
Groper Joe is going to work to destroy the United States.

It's just like, they just swept it under the rug after spending two years just trashing the guy.

I don't think that's true anymore.
Because we have two generations of young people that went through this, you know, cultural Marxist school system that taught them to hate the country and to hate the people in it.

And, you know, the other thing that worries me is that, you know, Rudy Giuliani is, you know, coming to Trump's defense.
But, you know, Giuliani had to know something stunk to high heaven.
About 9-11.
He had to have known.
He was too close to the events not to.
And then, you know, Mike Pompeo is the other guy that's defending him right now, who I think will end up being a turncoat and stab him in the back.
Pompeo is a dirty scumbag.
I don't think you can trust him.
But again, you know, I really and sincerely hope that I'm wrong.
I think it's going to come very soon that people need to realize there is not a political solution to this now.
Well, the Supreme Court is completely different than it was in 2000.
There are new laws on the books, including in 2018 a law against election interference from abroad that is applicable in this case.
As Sidney Powell was pointing out, Trump knew this was coming.
Pompeo has already declared we're going to have a smooth transition to a second Trump administration.
I declare he's got it right.
Dominion voting systems and their servers have been seized in Germany.
This is a huge development.

Special Forces raided Siedle in Frankfurt, Germany, confiscating all the computers and servers.
An outlet in Germany first reported the raid yesterday.
Newsmax picked it up and led with it.
Sabrina D'Souza, the CIA agent Brennan burned in Italy, whom Trump, I believe, pardoned, has written So Haspel's visit to Senate Majority Leader's office may have gone like this.
Mission accomplished.
Dominion voting machine sequestered.
And then there's this thread by Sidney Powell.
Powell and Giuliani are the lead working with Sukelau, Trump's lead attorney in this mess.
Powell, in my opinion, would never be loose with the facts by retreating something this alarming.
And then there's Giuliani's interview with Dubs.
Giuliani says Dominion has ties with Smartmatic, which served as the main technology supplier for Venezuelan elections, including the elections of Hugo Chavez.
Giuliani says Dominion's lobbyist is Georgia Governor Brian Kemp's former chief of staff.
Meanwhile, who knows what this means, but it sounds good to me.

Does that mean there's a double meaning beside the obvious implication?
In November 2018, Trump's DHS established a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, CISA, to protect the integrity of U.S.
elections.
CISA itself oversees another sub-agency to develop the products needed to assist DHS in working with public safety partners involved in interoperable communications at all levels of government.
In other words, If something like blockchain communication embedded in a watermark was indeed added to the ballots, this particular subdivision of CISA as a subgroup of DHS would have been tasked with setting up the sting operation by working with private vendors and public safety partners.
And the name of this subgroup is National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators, official acronym being NCSWIC, which also matches Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming.
Meanwhile, Melania, on Election Day, was wearing a dress with a blockchain pattern.

Well Jim, it feels as though you're telling us to trust the plan, and I've been hearing that for 40 years, and the whole Q thing never came about, and I just think that we live in a post-truth, post-fact reality.

So what they're testing for in the PCR test, you can find anything.

It should never be used as a diagnostic tool.

saying you cannot use this as a diagnostic tool, yet they're using it as a diagnostic tool.
And the same is true of Trump.
He got screwed.
He won in a landslide, but they're going to install Joe Biden.

Meanwhile, what is Bill Barr going to do?
A lot of Trump supporters are very frustrated, even angry, with the silence of Attorney General Bill Barr in the wake of last Tuesday's attempted Democratic heist of the presidential election.
But there are indications that Barr, who understands what it takes to fight the entrenched bureaucracy that is aligned with a conspiracy that involves the media, Tech companies and computer software companies supplying voting machines is preparing to move in a dramatic far-reaching strike to expose this fraud.
Look at his actions on Monday.
Barr, following DOJ protocols, sent a letter authorizing federal prosecutors across the U.S.
to pursue substantial allegations of voting irregularity.
The same day, the DOJ official in charge of voter fraud investigations, Richard Pilger, resigned.
Pilger is a compromised deep stater.
I believe his resignation was at the minimum encouraged by Barr.
In tandem with the DOJ move, President Trump fired Secretary of Defense Esper.
The reason, I believe, is simple.
Trump wanted to ensure he had someone running the DOD who was not going to meddle in domestic politics.
He followed up by installing Kash Patel, a National Security Council official, And former congressional aide is chief of staff to new acting defense secretary.
Trump and Barr are not rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
They are making sure loyal people are in place to ensure the orders of the president are enforced.
To understand what Barr is preparing to confront, you must understand the following.
I will put it simply.
There was an organized conspiracy to interfere in the presidential election and thwart the will of the voters.
First, Six states stopped counting the vote on election night at approximately the same time.
Five of the six are ruled by Democrat governors.
Second, millions of dollars flowed to Black Lives Matter and was rerouted to Act Blue, which in turn deposited the money into the coffers of the Democrats.
Third, hundreds of thousands of ballots suddenly appeared in the middle of the night in several of the contested states where Trump was ahead.
Fourth, ballots were also filled out for voters without their knowledge and did not reflect their true choice.
Fifth, the voting machines were controlled by entities closely tied to Democrats in the far left, Dominion voting systems especially.
Sixth, the media and social media companies made no pretense of opposing Trump and favoring Biden.
The major media polls falsely and wrongly claimed Biden had an enormous lead over Trump.
Most of the polls, especially those used by Fox, CNN, and MSNBC, were absurdly wrong.
Methodological error?
No.
A deliberate information operation designed to discourage Trump voters.
Fortunately, the Trump crowd ignored the propaganda.

That's a great article by Larry Johnson, who lays out the magnitude of the fraud.
In a world where we lived in a functioning sovereign republic, it would be a slam dunk.
A lot of these people would be going to prison.
But we live in clown world, globalist, internationalist, Jew clown world.
And so, hey, I hope you're right, Jim.
I'm praying you're right.
But I just see what satanic subhumans These operatives are, and they were under such a level of gaslighting, and Scorpio made an excellent point that I thought immediately when Lou Dobbs said it.
There aren't Democrats that value the sovereign republic.
The Democrats now are under the real pandemic is Trump derangement syndrome.

So it's These are just dark, dark times, but hey, I'm hoping for you.
I'm just pointing out how it looks to me as a cynic.
Remember that Nancy Pelosi's chief of staff is a chief executive officer of Dominion Voting Systems.
It's that bad.
And Dianne Feinstein's husband is a principal stockholder in Dominion.

Well, Jim, yes, that's the modern Democratic business model.
You know, you cheat and you make money at the same time.
That's how they do things now.
And, you know, when we were doing the live coverage of the election, you, Giuseppe, and myself, You know, we were up till almost midnight Eastern time doing coverage, and at that time, I mean, Trump was ahead in pretty much every state, every swing state that mattered.
It looked like a landslide.
I stayed up until almost 1.30 that night watching things, and it looked the same at that time.
And then, of course, when we all woke up, it was all different, and they changed everything under the cover of night.
And that's when they brought in the phony ballots and stopped the counting and started all the shenanigans.
No question about it.
Again, Bill Barr is another one of these guys that I don't trust.
I don't think he's going to do shit point five.
He was a fix-it man for both the Bushes and the Clintons, going all the way back to mean Arkansas days.
He's going to flap his gums and go through the motions, and I think that'll be about it.
But again, like Giuseppe said, I sincerely and I pray that I hope I'm wrong.
But we'll see.

I'm now going to say something I hope will not be twisted or misunderstood, but I've spent more than 20 years in Washington, so I'm not overly optimistic.
In any event, here goes.
The pandemic has resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty.
Notice what I am not saying or even implying.
I'm not diminishing the severity of the virus threat to public health.
Putting aside what I will say shortly about a few Supreme Court cases, I'm not saying anything about the legality of COVID restrictions, nor am I saying anything about whether any of these restrictions represent good public policy.
I'm a judge, not a policymaker.
All I'm saying is this.
I think it's an indisputable statement of fact.
