This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin with Giuseppe Vaffanjulo from the District of Criminals and Scorpio from down under, Ecuador.

♪♪♪ And in this case, I think no one is going to be surprised
that we begin with the hearings of Amy Conant Barrett, who explains her past criticism of rulings on abortion and
Obamacare.
Don't signal how she'll vote now.
She spent most of the second day batting away Democrats' predictions she'd provide the final
vote needed to invalidate the Affordable Care Act and rein in abortion rights.
But she sought to reconcile assurances she had an open mind with past writings showing
strong opinions.
She's explaining that her personal opinions and her rulings are totally separate matters.
She consistently refused to comment about her views on issues likely to come before
the court, which is consistent completely with past practice.
You're not allowed to express opinions about issues prior to them appearing before the court.
It's significant.
As a Notre Dame law professor in 2013, she signed a public letter criticizing Roe v. Wade, called for the unborn to be protected in law.
In 2006, she signed on to an ad that called for an end to the barbaric legacy of Roe v. Wade.
She said she signed on to the ad On the way out of church as a private citizen, and it was consistent with the church's views and pro-life viewpoint.
She said while she has personal feelings about abortion, she would set aside her Catholic beliefs on the bench.
Completely appropriate.
In response to a question from Amy Kovachar, she acknowledged she doesn't view Roe v. Wade as a super precedent, a scholarly term used to describe a Supreme Court decision so widely accepted that it's at no risk of being overturned.
She did say she viewed the anti-discrimination ruling Brown v. Board of Education as a super precedent.
But would Roe in that category, because the public is divided on the issue and calls to overturn the decision, continue?
I think, in fact, actually on the court she would treat it as a precedent, but she would vote to defund public support or financing for abortion.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Jim, I think she's really conducting a tour de force of how to be a reasoned law professional and a fine candidate who will, of course, be approved for the Supreme Court.
The interesting thing with these Democrats, and it's both sides, the Republicans did it to some of Obama's nominees is it becomes a culture war
circus and it's all a dog and pony to show that I'm standing for my side in this in this show trial. The
reality is what I loved about what she said is very reminiscent of what the great John F
Kennedy said when he was running for president. He stated I'm not running as a Catholic, I'm
running as the Democratic nominee for the the presence of the United States.
And that's exactly what she's doing.
Everybody has personal beliefs, ranging from wild religious zealot to atheist.
But that doesn't mean that you can't act as a professional when you're put in the position to be a professional.
This woman has displayed a clear understanding of her role as a judge in applying the law to a case versus her personal opinions and feelings.
She's as excellent a candidate in this regard as any I could imagine.

Well, what I find impressive, frankly, is that she's managed to avoid stepping in a lot of questions that these Democrats threw at her to try to make her look bad.
And she always managed to go over and above the question and come out with high integrity.
So she's certainly a very intelligent woman and knows how to stay out of the Out of the muck, let's say.
And isn't it interesting, you know, when Ruth Bader Ginsburg was Nominated as a judge, her judgment daily, that was not a big deal.
It wasn't even, it was sacrosanct, it couldn't be questioned.
But of course, they're making a big deal out of this woman's faith, which I find strange.
And lastly, even if Roe versus Wade was somehow overturned, which I don't think will happen, even if it was, it would just go back to the states.
And it's, you know, it's not like every state's going to make it illegal.
Only a handful would anyway, so it's sort of a non-issue.
It's a big emotional charge people are supposed to get out of it.
Well, it would make it a patchwork quilt for women who lived in states that were suppressing the right to choose.
I think it's better to have a federal law.
We don't want to return to back alley abortions with coat hangers.
So many women died miserable deaths just because of the failure of their birth control methods
and so forth.
I was astounded when I was offering courses and we discuss abortion, we talk about all
the methods of birth control that were available and all the ways they could go astray, that
you could have an unwanted pregnancy.
My students dumbfounded me.
They knew methods of birth control I'd never heard of before.
These students to whom it meant a lot, of course, needless to say.
So they knew their stuff, let's say, in this area.
Fascinating.
Meanwhile, Biden gains 19 newspaper endorsement in just one week as the election draws near.
I find this dumbfounding.
The 19 endorsements span 14 different states, including swing states like Arizona, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
Endorsements also came from newspapers out of Iowa, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New York, Texas, Wisconsin, and more.
This is, in my opinion, stunningly outrageous.
It should happen.
Notice this guy here is not Joe Biden.
This is a sub.
Notice how the ears come in.
Vote Joe Biden for President of the U.S.
to restore our soul, our standing, and our good sense.
Publish the Houston Chronicle after touting his accomplishments.
Meanwhile, the leader our nation needs now, the New York Times editorial board endorses Joe Biden.
Once again, no earlobes here.

You can see these are clearly two different people.
Embarrassingly bad.
There's the brown eyes versus the blue.
Scorpio is correctly observed.
The pattern of wrinkles around the eyes is discernibly different.
The New York Times, nevertheless, has endorsed Joe Biden as the leader our nation needs now.
I find this frankly embarrassing.
A President Biden would embrace the rule of law and restore public confidence in democratic institutions.
He would return the respect for science and expertise to the government.
He would stock his administration with competent, qualified principals, individuals.
He would stand with America's allies and against adversaries that seek to undermine our democracy, like China.
He would stand with China, I have no doubt about it.
He'd stand with AOC.
He'd stand with Elon Omar and the other members of the squad.
Mr. Biden, they concede, Isn't a perfect candidate, and he wouldn't be a perfect president.
But politics is not about perfection.
It's about the art of the possible and about encouraging Americans to embrace its better angels.
That's embarrassingly bad.
In 2016, the board dismissed Trump and fired back and backed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for president.
You can see how successful they were while their influence has Well, Jim, it's not unexpected that these newspapers, which are owned by globalist transnational corporations, which are owned by globalist international banksters, would want to endorse a 47-year-old
elected operative and Joe Biden who serves the globalists and who wants the New World Order, the Great Reset.
You said 47, you meant 74.
No, no, he's been 47 years a politician.
A puppet, a puppet.

And so, and sadly, what happened with Trump, who is, even though he can't admit it, a nationalist, he Loves the United States of America, the sovereign republic, the great experiment.
The globalists hate the sovereign republic.
They want us to migrate, to break down, and the great reset, to build back better.
Their latest vile euphemistic slogan is they want us part of the North American Union.
They want us to be A satellite state, much like the Soviet Union had in the 60s and 70s.
And so, they don't want the power in numbers of the silent majority, the people who are proud to be American, who are nationalists, to wake up, rip off the masks, and stop this globalist attack.
They're doing everything they can, which is, of course, telling the newspapers they own to endorse the traitor Biden.
That slogan certainly came from Hillary Clinton.
Build back better, you know, stronger together.
This is that kind of Clinton-esque.
And her whole effort to keep Biden from ever conceding, no matter how massive his loss, is classic Hillary.
She's just disgusting, undemocratic, authoritarian Scorpio.

Well, Build Back Better has got to be the worst campaign slogan I've ever heard in my life.
It may not be incorrect English, but it's certainly bad writing.
It's embarrassingly bad, as you would say, Jim.
And isn't it interesting how there's 19 endorsements, not 20, not 18, but 19.
Joe Biden is always saying, it's even mentioned in that article, that he's going to bring back trust in science.
He's going to trust the science.
Well, that's sort of code for the coming technocracy that they want to bring forward, and this whole COVID operation is part of bringing forward technocracy, because here we have to listen to the scientists about what to do and how to live.
David, you're 100% correct about that, this emphasis on science.
And I'm puzzled, what is Jill Biden's role in relation to this man who's replaced her husband because he's wearing adult diapers?
I mean, it's really stunning to contemplate how she can go out there and stump for someone who's not even her husband.

Tuesday, October 13, 2020, IRS colluded with Clinton Foundation to cheat taxpayers out of $2.5 billion.
I repeat that.
We're not just talking about chump change.
We're not just talking about $2.5 million.
We're talking about cheating taxpayers out of $2.5 billion.
As revealed on the Thomas Paine podcast, a federal judge has pegged the IRS For illicit contact in sheltering the Clinton Foundation for having to pay as much as $2.5 billion in unpaid federal back taxes.
In what the broadcast describes as a rare overture, the judge in the case is sided with pro se litigants and Clinton whistleblowers John Moynihan and Larry Doyle allowing their case against the Clinton Foundation to proceed.
Meanwhile, the IRS has been smacked down in its efforts to cover both for itself and for the Clintons.
Nothing about the Clintons' finances makes any legal sense.
Moynihan and Doyle have been probing the inner workings of the Clinton Foundation for the last five years.
What they have uncovered has been nothing short of eye-opening, eye-popping, though not surprising to those familiar with how the Clintons operate.
Back in 2015, they were solicited by a sizable contingent of wealthy, high-profile people, according to every magazine who wanted them to investigate the Clinton Foundation.
Now that they are, bombshells are dropping almost daily about the Clinton Family Crime Syndicate That have been a long time coming.
In the early days of its existence, the Clinton Foundation had been penalized for improper registration in some states, which it conveniently did not acknowledge in others as required and stated under penalty of perjury.
Much more was also revealed by Clinton Foundation's CFO, Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Kessel,
who called Moynihan the day after Hillary lost the 2016 election to spill the beans.
This is all very significant.

Jim, first 10 years of my adult professional career, I was a paid journalist for the largest morning daily
in the state of Wisconsin.
And if there were real journalists around, they'd be all over the fact that right before the 2016
election, Hillary Clinton had amassed $1 billion with a B in donations to the Clinton Foundation
because everybody was buying a piece of that pie for the favors that would be sliced up and doled out.
And so the Clintons are so corrupt.
And that's shocking that the IRS, of course, under Obama's auspices, would allow such largesse
to go the ways of the Clintons.
And this is a huge story because it leads back to Biden, his son, the whole Burisma BS.
They're all so dirty in this globalist democratic traitors.
That's all you can say they are.

Well, you know, this article where they said Hillary Clinton has a 91% chance of winning, what an irresponsible thing to ever print.
Because what it's really saying to the viewer is, don't bother to vote.
Clinton's already going to win, so don't even bother to vote.

And as far as the Clinton Foundation, It was a global pay-to-play operation, a money laundering operation, a criminal organization.

It's absolutely unbelievable the kind of criminal activity they were involved in.

It's an absolute fact that you are depriving your body of vital oxygen for long periods of time with a mask.

We now return to a CIA whistleblower as implicated, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama.
Friends, we have a bombshell news report, a whistleblower, a CIA whistleblower dropping hard evidence that implicates Biden, Obama, Hillary, Brennan, that they
actually executed SEAL Team 6 and covered it up, and there is audio, video, and documentary
proof.
But before I get into this, if you're new...
Let me say, what he's reporting there, I believe is 100% true.
But there are other aspects of this report involving Iran that appear to be 100% false.
I had previously reported about the whole involvement with Osama.
The raid on the compound in Pakistan was a complete fabrication and fake.
Osama was not killed on 2 May 2016.
He actually died in Afghanistan on or about 15 December 2001, buried there in an unmarked grave in accordance with Muslim tradition.
Local obituaries reported his death at the time.
Even Fox and CNN confirmed it.
They both published reports of his death on 26 December.
Nick Kohlstrom has published about it.
Osama bin Laden, 1957 to 2001.
David Ray Griffin has a book about it.
Osama bin Laden, dead or alive.
And Scholars for 9-11 Truth has written about it.
There were problems with the alleged raid.
Local residents had never seen Obama.
They identified the man in the photo as the compound's owner, who has not been lauded.
The SEALs performed their task and were gone.
A photograph of the President, the Vice President, and Secretary of State was widely circulated, as engrossed in watching it go down in real time.
But the photo itself would turn out to have been staged.
Leon Panetta, director of the CIA, let the cat out of the bag by noting there'd been no visual footage of the raid during its first 20 to 25 minutes, which was more than the lapse time for the whole event.
The body was allegedly identified by DNA comparisons in less time than scientifically possible, and then dumped into the sea in accordance with Islamic practice, which was a ridiculous contention.
Here is Nick Kollerstrom's blog, Osama Bin Laden, 1957-2001, including some of the fake Osamas that we have seen so much about.
In Orwell's novel, 1984, there was a figure, Emanuel Goldstein, who functions as an all-purpose enemy Even though we gather he may actually have died sometime before.
Osama Bin Laden has been used in a similar manner by the powers that be by a process of identity theft during the last few days of his life.
In reality, there have been no sightings or reports of him since 2001.
I here argue that he died on or about December 15, 2001, in consequence of the intensive bombing of his then residence in Tora Bora, caves in eastern Afghanistan, and that he had no event involvement in the events of 9-11.
In fact, it turns out, as I have likewise reported, That Osama bin Laden was our man in Afghanistan.
He was instrumental in getting Stinger missiles into the hands of the Mujahideen that they used to drive the Soviets out of Afghanistan.
While I was head of scholars, we reported, we gave press relief, so Osama tape appears to be fake.
Experts conclude already on 28 May 2006, hardly surprising, He actually was an officer in the CIA, Colonel Tim Osman.
He was visited in a hospital in Dubai shortly before his death by an official of the agency, a professor at Duke, Rupert Lawrence, Who has, is the leading expert on Osama Bin Laden's statements, published a report about a tape released on January 17, 2006.
There's nothing in this from the Koran, Lawrence said.
He, by his own standards, is a faithful Muslim who quotes scripture in defense of his actions.
No quotation from the Quran in the excerpt we got.
No reference to specific events.
No reference to past atrocities.
You also observed the tape ran only 10 minutes, whereas the shortest previous tape of 18 minutes was nearly twice as long.
This is all reason to think what we're being presented with is totally fake, and we're going to pursue it.
But just your reaction to what you now know about Osama and his actual role In the Middle East and so forth.
And non-involvement in 9-11.

Well, Jim, when I was a little boy, Vince Lombardi and the Green Bay Packers used to run the vaunted power sweep again and again, and he would just dare people to stop him, and the psychological operators in the deep state used the same technique, whereas they, you know, kept bringing back bad doubles of Obama, and now they're doing it to this day with Al Baghdadi, who's died about five times.
It's just sad that the These mind rapists understand how easy it is to pull these off.
I mean, clearly, since 2001, that was not Colonel Tim Osman.
It was someone else.
The pictures are so bad.

Well, you know, it's interesting, this story about Navy SEALs were assassinated.
You know, if you read history, it goes back to Roman times where you kill the assassins who'd come in a loose end that needs to be tied up.
And especially in a situation like this because some of them had to have figured out that they didn't even kill Osama bin Laden and that wasn't his house.
So, this is an old technique that goes back to history.
And isn't it amazing about, you know, bin Laden how, I'll never forget this, the day of 9-11, within an hour of the buildings coming
down, they knew that it was Osama bin Laden.
Watch the planes hit the towers.
I was watching with my roommate.
It was approximately several minutes after the first plane had hit.
I saw this plane come out of nowhere and just ring right into the side of the Twin Tower, exploding through the other side.
And then I witnessed both towers collapse, one first and then the second, mostly due to structural failure because the fire was just too intense.
Obviously, there were a lot of people inside the buildings at the time.
Two guys from the 7th Precinct.
I mean, they had a pre-packaged bad guy ready to go, just waiting to open up the package for us.
Scorpio, you're 100% correct, and I do believe the part of the story about taking out the SEAL team is correct.
Here you have a CIA whistleblower explaining Bin Laden's alleged role with the death of the SEAL team, Biden's alleged role with the death of the SEAL team, and having documented truth.
This is Joe Biden, therefore this is highly relevant, dated the 13th, breaking.
In this article is a full interview of CIA whistleblower Alan Harrow-Parrott, interesting choice of name, who's being interviewed by Charles Woods and Nicholas Ngo.
It surfaced on Sunday, shows the three talking about a blackmail extortion of $152 billion in U.S.
dollars by the Iranians, otherwise they would threaten to expose it.
That is a crock.
That is 100% false.
The $150 billion that was given back to Iran Was Iran's own money improperly frozen by the United States?
It was nothing to do with extortion.
In the video, the CIA whistleblower said the following.

The video On what the Trump campaign reminds us is the eighth anniversary of when Democrat Joe Biden lied in a debate about the security needs of the Americans in Benghazi.

He and Hillary were involved there.
There's no doubt about it.
Meanwhile, on a Tucker show, we seem to have confirmation of some of the details.
One day after Osama bin Laden was killed, Well, I think saying that the Seals was right, but it had nothing to do with Osama.

Remember when Obama and Biden claimed they had no idea there was a need for more security at the Benghazi compound?
Biden lied about it.
They knew their negligence resulted in American lives being lost.

They say Osama was one of the people who benefited from the funding, but that's undoubtedly false.

Meanwhile, I negotiate with Iran to transfer Osama bin Laden to be put in a neutral zone.
I had him in tape.
That was agreed to.
I went to Bill Richardson, who agreed to receive bin Laden.
It turned out bin Laden had been transferred.

Trump had retweeted an article on 1013.
While you people in DC have gotten disgustingly wealthy over the last 20 to 30 years, we have suffered horrors.
This needs to be investigated.

CIA whistleblower exposes Biden's alleged role in the death of the SEAL team.
They wanted the SEAL team dead because they knew it was a fake raid and the Osama was not there.
This had nothing to do with Iran.
That part is totally fake and worries me that they're trying to set up a false narrative to attack Iran.

I mean, the only reality is that the Deep State wanted those SEALs killed because one of them eventually would have told the truth.
They shot some bin laden double it wasn't bin laden so they needed to silence them and they were set up to be in an old military helicopter overloaded which was a slow easy target that much is true everything else especially the lie that Uh, the money that was frozen was Iran's own money.
And so, you know, it's just the list of lies associated with Obama and Bin Laden would make the kind of mega roll of toilet paper in an 8-point font that would make Oprah Winfrey proud to use.

Fighting with Iran is a national interest for the United States, that's for sure.
And, you know, if we do get into some kind of a conflict with Iran, it's not going to be a walk in the park like Iraq.
It's going to be a real war.
Iran is a mountainous country.
The terrain is very difficult.
You're not just going to march in there like they did in Iraq.
It's going to be a whole different deal.
And I think it will not end well if it happens for the United States.

Meanwhile, Facebook announces a ban on anti-vaccine ads.
Just think about this.
Facebook is now telling us about how to conduct our medical or health.
They have no qualifications.
Facebook Tuesday announced no longer allow any advertising that discourages people from getting a vaccine as part of a series of policy changes targeting Misinformation, which is false information.
But how the hell do they know what's true and false, especially about medicine?
This is just disgusting.
Our goal is to help messages about the safety and efficacy of vaccines reach a broad group of people.
We'll tell that to the Indians who lost 500,000 Children who have now been paralyzed by a Gates vaccine.
Tell that those who took the NIH-1 vaccine and were brain-damaged.
Tell them those who take the conventional vaccines and now have autism.
This is disgusting beyond belief.
We already don't allow ads with vaccine hoaxes that have been publicly identified.
By leading global health organizations, such as the WHO and the CDC, as though they were beyond corruption.
Now if an ad explicitly discourages someone from getting a vaccine, we'll reject it.
Just outrageous.
Meanwhile, and this is truly fascinating, the cultural failure that makes spouting nonsense about Trump possible.
The unutterable nonsense that President Trump is somehow responsible for the plan of a group of lunatics in Michigan to kidnap their governor, Gretchen Whitmer, succeeds the asinine threat that Trump was endangering the health of his security unit by driving around the block at Walter Reed Hospital in his car last week, waving to well-wishers.
Like an immense mythological monster, media Trump hate must be hurled Each week, sometimes more often, in an arsenic-laced dosage of malicious fiction at the Trump campaign.
There have been so many, very few can now be remembered, even those that were momentarily taken seriously by reputable observers, such as the idea that lawyer Michael Cohen was paying blackmail to Stormy Daniels, constituted an illegal campaign donation.
Since Trump paid Cohen's bill for allegedly unspecified services, it wasn't a donation.
And since Stormy was trying to do the blackmailing, it was only an offense in the demanded imagination of CNN's momentarily favored candidate for president, Stormy's beleaguered counsel Michael Avenatti, whom she soon fired over overbilling.
It goes on and on.
Nothing could be simpler.
The week has not gone by in which a president has said or done something or failed to do or say something which must be assumed to be the cause of a real or apprehended unpleasant event.
Look at this.
I see a horse.
I see an angel.
I see Donald Trump kicking a puppy.
You need to stop watching CNN.

Only when schools actually teach students to do necessary things, to develop some intellectual curiosity and critical thinking ability, some aptitude to study and concentrate, and universities are obligated by those who fund them to observe reasonable standards of objective truth and teaching the humanities, and to avoid squandered excessive quantities of their resources on subjects of no possible relevance to any but a handful of the curious and the eccentric, Well, the population slowly developed the intellectual ability necessary to demand better service from news and entertainment providers.
Whatever the outcome of this election, this is a profound problem that will ultimately threaten our entire society.
A more educated population is necessary to produce a more accurate media to increase the value of the nation.
