This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin with Giuseppe Vaffanjulo from the District of Columbia
and Michael Ivey from Asheville, North Carolina, bringing you what you need to know.
♪♪♪ And today that includes a whole lot about the Supreme Court
nominee of Donald Trump.
He's nominated Amy Coney Barrett.
For the Supreme Court.
She had clerked for the late originalist Justice Antonin Scalia.
She said his judicial philosophy is her judicial philosophy.
A judge must apply the law as written.
Judges are not policymakers and they must be resolute in setting aside any policy views they might hold.
She's also a devout Catholic with seven children, two of whom are adopted and from Haiti.
Her youngest has special needs.
It's clear that the Democrats are going to attack her, especially on health care.
Here's Chuck Schumer.
A vote for Amy Coney Barrett is a dagger aimed at the heart of the health care protections America so desperately need and want.
Meanwhile, here's from a surprising source, a liberal.
I disagree with Trump's judicial nominee on almost everything, but I still think she's brilliant and deserves to be on the Supreme Court.
This is quite significant.
I got to know Barrett more than 20 years ago when we clerked at the Supreme Court during the 1998-99 terms.
Of the 30-some clerks that year, all of whom had graduated at the top of their law school classes and done prestigious appellate clerkships before coming to work at the court, Barrett stood out.
Measured subjectively and unscientifically by pure legal acumen, she was one of the two strongest lawyers.
The other was Jenny Martinez, now dean of the Stanford Law School.
When assigned to work on an extremely complex, difficult case, especially one involving a hard-to-comprehend statutory scheme, I would first go to Barrett to explain it to me, then I would go to Martinez to tell me what I should think about it.
We have a Supreme Court nominee who's a brilliant lawyer, a genuine and good person, someone who holds views about how to interpret the law that I think are wrong and in certain respects misguided.
I hope the senators at her hearing treat her with respect.
And when she is confirmed, I'm going to accept it as a consequence of the constitutional rules we have and the choices we collectively and individually have made.
And I'm going to be confident that Meredith is going to be a good justice, maybe in a great one, even if I disagree with her all the way.
Here's a photograph of her family.
Very, very impressive.
I'm curious about her youngest special needs, wondering if they're vaccine related.
Meanwhile, a number have observed that Roman Catholics are predominating on the court.
We have in the past had six Catholics and three Jews, and now we're gonna have an increase, a replacement of one, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who is Jewish, with another now, Who, Barrett, who is Catholic.
Interestingly, both Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi are Catholic.
Anyone who attempts to attack her on religious ground is going to run afoul of the constitutional provision that no religious test may be imposed for a federal office.
Here, they're claiming Ruth Bader Ginsburg had as her last wish that the next president should appoint her.
That appears to be completely apocryphal.
Here's one less so.
My most fervent wish is that Trump will pick Ginsburg's replacement.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Jim, I think Comey Barrett definitely has the bona fides to be placed on the Supreme Court, and I can't see any way other than stall tactics that the Democrats can prevent it.
I think the sad fact about the modern Democratic Party, which is Yorgie Schwartz, George Soros' golem, is they serve the weaponized minorities, they serve the violent black Burn loot and murder types.
They serve the bizarre LGBTWTF types.
They serve the radical communist Bolshevik 2.0 Jew types.
And the problem with that is the great majority of people believe in what Amy Comey Barrett believes in.
That is the population segment of the United States that must be served, not these fringe, lunatic, weaponized minorities.
Well, it's an interesting situation.
I think she's going to be a terrific justice.
I believe she will oppose federal funding for abortions.
I do not believe she will move to override Roe v. Wade.
Michael, your thoughts?
As soon as I heard her name and researched her a little bit, she was immediately the one that I said, oh man, I hope he picks her.
And nothing that's happened so far has dissuaded me from that.
I've heard a couple of things that, for instance, you mentioned whether or not her youngest child was vaccine damaged.
And I did hear that she was all in for vaccines.
So that would be one negative factor.
But overall, especially in the way of The phrase, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
When I see Chuck Schumer attacking her like this, I say, okay, yeah, she's definitely the one we want.
Yeah, I think that's right.
In my opinion, if they want to make health care the centerpiece, they ought to have nominated Bernie Sanders, not Joe Biden.
Meanwhile, he refuses to answer a question about whether he's willing to support what many Democrats have proposed, namely packing the court.
Biden can't answer any serious questions, apparently.
Most people believe something will be contrived to ensure that he never faces President Trump in a debate.
In an interview, Biden again dodged the question.
What I am going to say is that I urge the Democrats to go out and campaign like the devil to make clear that what the President has done, what he's attempting to do, he's probably going to be able to do it.
He doesn't answer the question.
It's very clear he's reluctant to do it.
He also won't release a list of his proposed nominees.
Here's something many Democrats have thought would be the pool of gold that would undo Trump, namely his tax returns.
But while the New York Times has done his best to put a spin on it, it doesn't seem to be playing out.
They claim the documents show Trump losing millions from his golf courses, vast write-offs, an audit battle, hundreds of millions of debt coming due, that Trump earned 73 million abroad.
Here's a recap.
Trump paid no federal taxes in 11 of 18 years.
He's reduced his tax bill with questionable measures.
Many of his signature businesses have losses that helped him lower his taxes.
The financial pressure on him is increasing.
While even declaring losses, he's managed to live a lavish lifestyle.
Ivanka Trump, working as an employee of the Trump Organization, appears to have received consulting fees as president.
He's received money from foreign sources and U.S.
interest groups.
The report fails to show, unless the New York Times has saved the kicker for another article, there appears to be no wrongdoing, no Russia ties, nothing of substance beyond what most corporations do.
The Times also failed to include details of the returns Claiming the Times declined to provide the records in order to protect its sources.
But the fact of the matter is, over the past decade, Trump has paid tens of millions of dollars in personal taxes to the federal government, including paying millions since announcing his candidacy in 2015.
And they have found nothing wrong, nothing illegal, nothing criminal here.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, the wealthy tax lawyers who get to write the federal tax code, write it to benefit the rich, not the working class or the middle class.
That's just the nature of the modern America, which is not of the people, for the people, by the people.
It's of the parasites, for the parasites, by the parasites.
And I would point out that Donald Trump is old-school wealthy.
He's done it in real estate, physical assets, and there's all kinds of depreciation schedules and amortization schedules and ways to benefit yourself using the tax code in that capacity.
I wish the Bolshevik 2.0, traitorous New York Times, would focus on the fact that people like Amazon, Google, pay no taxes, like GE and Westinghouse pay no taxes, and they are generating true profits, especially in the case of Amazon, underpaying their employees significantly, while Bezos becomes the first publicly stated $200 billion man.
If the New York Times wasn't so utterly corrupt and useful for one thing, training puppies, they would cover that fairly.
I think you make wonderful points, Michael.
Just for a moment, going back to the chart that in the previous story of the religion of the Supreme Court.
Yes.
Read and heard several commentators and researchers say that Sonia Sotomayor is Jewish in origin.
Yeah, she's a crypto Jew.
Yeah, so that would have been Three out of the nine, is that correct?
Before... Well, Breyer, Kagan, and... No, that would have been... That would have been four out of the nine.
Yeah, yeah, it would have been four out of the nine.
And I just wanted to bring that up for a second.
And, uh, let's see this photo of Biden and a couple of photos of Biden showed him with black masks on.
And I've started to wonder, uh, we know that this is a massive brainwashing operation and you see big corporations in their advertising on TV.
I have people wearing masks and the whole thing.
And, um, A great percentage of them are black.
And what made me curious about that was the issue of whether we're dealing with some sort of occult ritual here.
I don't know if it's just a fashion statement among those who want to wear masks, like they're being goth or something.
There was a book that was written about the facts of 9-11 called The Most Dangerous Book in the World by a guy named S.K.
Bain and the point of the whole book, there it is right there, Was to point out all of the ritualistic aspects of the events of 9-11.
So now I'm wondering whether there's somebody out there who can point out the ritualistic aspects of this fake phony virus meme that they've put upon us.
Well, you're making a really good point because, of course, masking is a form of silencing.
It's a form of subjugation.
What they want most of all is to revert the population to the status of serfs or slaves.
So I do believe you're spot on that it has that kind of symbolic significance and that it's important That we're breaking through.
Governor DeSantis has reopened the state's economy.
He's banned mask mandate penalties.
This is sensational.
Awesome.
Governor Rick DeSantis lifted all restrictions on restaurants and other businesses in Florida on Friday.
Banned local fines against people who refuse to wear masks as he seeks to reopen the state's economy despite the coronavirus.
This is a fantastic move.
A major ally of President Trump, DeSantis acknowledged the pandemic is far from over, but he said the threat is eased.
The time has come to reopen for business.
He's 100% correct.
The governor reluctantly closed bars and nightclubs on St.
Patrick's Day due to the outbreak.
Days later, restricted restaurants to take out dining.
Amusement parks ground to a halt.
The closures battered the economy, leaving hundreds of thousands of Floridians unemployed.
Since March 15th, more than 2.5 million have sought unemployment benefits.
He's now making the right move, with the economy and his political standing floundering.
DeSantos has been under pressure to revive the economy, much of which in Florida, of course, depends on tourism.
As the state has reopened, DeSantos and tourist-dependent businesses have been trying to woo back visitors.
I tell you, it's going to work.
Meanwhile, let me add, CDC and Fauci's NIAID added non-pneumonia death to U.S.
COVID-19 tolls unlike other countries.
If these deaths were removed, there would be a total of 86,000 COVID-19.
And if you took out, of course, as we previously reported, comorbidities, it would be lower than 10,000.
So Fauci and Burke shut down the U.S.
economy, ruined the lives of millions of Americans for disease, with a slightly higher death rate than the strong flu.
Actually, it appears to be even lower, frankly.
Meanwhile, another report, it's a scam.
After 48,299 COVID-19 cases at 37 U.S.
universities, only two hospitalizations, and zero deaths, you're more likely to be killed by a dog, or for that matter, to be struck by lightning.
This is shocking, but perfectly consistent with everything we've been reporting up to this point.
Utter confirmation.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Jim, the pandemic is nothing more than a scam-demic, and Governor DeSantis has it right.
If you look to the country of Sweden, they understood the Bill Gates scam from day one, the Fauci scam from day one.
And they let it run its course, and they're back to normal.
No one wears masks.
The whole country is back to normal.
The other joke of the vile Bolshevik 2.0 Soros-entrained Democratic Party is this idea of the nanny state that, oh, you're the perpetual child, little liberal.
You have to trust us.
Wear your mask.
It's such a joke.
You know, that article about down to 86,000 deaths, they only have it partially right.
If you factor out all comorbidities, comorbidity means you have heart failure, you have COPD, you have late stage kidney disease.
If you were going to get any year, you get the flu with that, it kills you.
That's the comorbidity, just because you may or may not have had The novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2.
The joke of it is, Jim, to this day, they still do not have an accurate test for that bioweapon, SARS-CoV-2.
So this is a complete and utter laughable scam, a 10-year effort by the satanic psychopath, the lowlife Bill Gates, trying to become the vaccine messiac and build a vaccine empire, when he was asked by CNBC about Becoming such a philanthropist, he goes, well, you know, vaccine is 20 times return on investment.
And it's all just, this guy should be taken off the chessboard.
Yeah, it's all about making the big bucks.
And as you imply, actually, when you factor out comorbidities, there are fewer than 10,000 deaths that can be attributed to COVID-19.
Michael, your thoughts?
That's good stuff, Giuseppe.
Yeah, it's really good to see cracks in the brainwashing armor like this, especially at the governor's level.
I wish we had a governor that thought like that here because I'm sure he's trying to keep this stuff in places.
As long as possible.
I heard the other day when I showed somebody that child abuse ad for Roy the Rat Cooper, say that he had actually been up to visit with Cuomo during this thing, probably to get his marching orders.
So that shows you where the control is coming from.
Let's see, I had something else.
The story about the college students and how few of them had been affected by COVID.
There you have that picture of the three being carried with those black masks again.
And I think since you're more likely to be killed by a dog, I think Giuseppe should start Social distancing from his Huskies.
Well, I don't know.
I think they would rather die protecting me than do anything to me.
I'd like to interject one other thing that there's statistics, and I'll put them on the screen while I'm saying this when I edit the video, that show that 99.9999% of people under the age of 19 Have no worries about the coronavirus, novel coronavirus.
So it's criminal what they're doing to these young children with this social distancing and wearing masks in school.
It's absolutely criminal.
And people like Fauci and Birx and Fredo Cuomo and Gavin Newhouse, they should be tried and publicly hanged for crimes against this country.
Oh, one more thing.
One more thing relative to the DeSantis story and masking.
I was told by my friends in Texas, I think this order went out about two weeks ago, but it wasn't covered by the media very much, that the governor of Texas actually said that the mask mandates should not be enforced in Texas.
And as a As a follow-up to that, she asked me, and I went out in the last few days looking at people in public places, and you know how many people have stopped wearing masks?
None of them.
They're still doing it.
That's the brainwashing.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's very significant because the masks actually do harm to you physically and kill your brain cells, among other of its effects.
We'll be right back.
Yesterday, I did an update on the DNC COVID conspiracy, how BLM and Antifa and the Democratic agenda fit together on Kenosha and Louisville with Danny Sears, who has an extensive background in law enforcement.
I think any American who wants to understand the political situation here needs to watch this.
It's on my Twitter account.
You can play it directly from my Twitter account at Jim Fetzer.
And we'll be also at jimtheconspiracyguide.com.
This is one you don't want to miss.
Meanwhile... Also at the BitChute channel.
Yes, yes, yes.
Meanwhile, the Democrats' seven-step strategy to win the election causing vote-by-mail chaos.
This is very significant.
Here are the key points.
Use the pandemic to push for a nationwide vote-by-mail scheme.
Enlist all the messengers at your disposal—Hollywood, corporate, media, big tech, post courts—to push for vote-by-mail.
Get millions of questionable mail-in ballots into the system.
That is the key.
Then send Democratic lawyers to key districts to fight for every challenged ballot.
Use the courts and progressive election officials to keep the count going as long as possible with as little verification as possible.
Set expectations the election will not be decided on November 3rd.
Claim for mass protests in the street.
Scare people into believing Trump won't leave office should he attempt to challenge the results.
Challenge the results yourself in court with the help of election officials and district attorneys that George Soros has spent years getting elected.
Let Chief Justice John Roberts or the new justice pick the new president or let Nancy Pelosi do it.
Give us a break.
If the Supreme Court does intervene or if the court has split in a 4-4 decision, which is now being precluded by the appointment of Barrett, and neither Trump nor Biden has an electoral college majority by November 14th, the date the electors must cast their vote, The House of Representatives could decide the election.
The 12th Amendment states if no candidate has an electoral college majority, the House shall choose immediately by ballot the president.
As Breitbart's Joel Polak recently noted, the word immediately suggests the current Congress could choose the president in this scenario.
But there's a catch.
The 12th Amendment makes clear in choosing the president, the vote shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote.
So even though the House has 435 representatives, a majority of whom are Democrats, there will be only 50 votes cast, one for each state delegation.
And here's the kicker.
The Republicans control more state delegations than the Democrats.
The Republicans currently are the majority in 26 delegations, Democrats the majority in 23.
Only Michigan is evenly split, suggesting therefore that even under those circumstances, the Republicans would prevail.
This now is from a retired professor of law who's been surveying the situation.
I ask for his assessment.
The Fourth Clause of Article 2, Section 1, which survived the Twelfth Amendment and remains still in effect, says Congress may establish a day universal across the nation on which presidential electors shall be appointed and a day on which they shall cast their votes.
Several states this year have delayed the counting of popular votes until mail ballots arrive, which they can do for a short while as courts in those states have held.
But Congress has enacted a statute, 3 U.S.
Code Section 7, which stipulates, in effect, plain enough, that electors in each state must cast their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December.
So delay in counting popular votes cannot exceed that deadline.
Hence, in Bush v. Gore, the Supreme Court handed down their decision before the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December, so the electoral votes of Florida could be counted.
Also, the first section of Amendment 20 says the term of Congress ends on the 3rd of January and the new session begins as the term of the President ends at noon on the 20th of January, which means that Nancy Pelosi will cease to be Speaker of the House before Donald Trump completes his current term in office.
Nancy will automatically become acting president if the fantastic plan of the DNC is attempted.
My conclusion, however, is that those on the DNC are incompetent in understanding the Constitution as they are nutty in their political ideas.
My message to them is, it won't work, guys.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Well, if you think about it, Jim, Mike Bloomberg George Soros have, traitors Jews, have spent literally billions of dollars trying to rig this election for a bad candidate in Joe Biden and a traitorous Vice President in Kamala Harris.
And the reality had the Democrats just acceded leadership to A sane new generation of moderates and they ran Tulsi Gabbard who should be the next President of the United States.
She would easily beat Trump because Trump has not delivered on his promises to the Great Middle.
He has not pulled the troops out of the Middle East.
He has not brought manufacturing back.
He has not really improved Michael, your thoughts?
the day-to-day lives of people, and especially he didn't fight strong enough against this
scam-demic.
So, instead, they're running a despicable character like Biden, and Trump's going to
win.
But this election is going to be unlike no other.
There is a great mass of mail-in ballots that are just going to create a cluster F.
Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, Jim, I want to thank you for that analysis of the constitutional implications and interpretation
I didn't know a lot of that detail.
Going back to the very first slide that you had in that last story with all the, there's a photo collage below Mansoor and Pinkerton.
Yes.
The upper left shot of Michael Obama.
Take a look at that.
If you, that was it.
Yeah, there you go.
If you take the earrings off and cut the hair, you've got a middle linebacker there.
Yes, I know.
You're absolutely right.
It's so embarrassing, Michael.
It is so embarrassing.
Well, let me say, while I agree with With Giuseppe's critique of the Democrats, I'm not quite as critical as Trump.
He is trying to pull our forces back.
He has done some stupid things in the Middle East I don't like.
And if they had run Tulsi, I'm such a fan, that would have been tough for me.
But I think under the circumstances, there's no question about it.
Meanwhile, Sanders tells Mayer there will be a number of plans to remove Trump if he loses.
Sanders said liberals must ensure Democratic presidential nominee Biden wins the election, but they will have a contingency plan or plans to remove Trump from office.
The bottom line is there are things we have to do now to make sure Biden wins, and if Trump attempts to stay in office after losing, There will be a number of plans out there to make sure he's evicted from office.
We're going to have to see what happens.
You know, I've been complaining very strongly about the ballots.
The ballots are a disaster, Trump told House Briefing Wednesday.
Get rid of the ballots and you'll have a very peaceful — there won't be a transfer, frankly.
There'll be a continuation.
He added when pressed, referring to debunked theories about the susceptibility of mail-in ballots to fraud, except there's massive evidence that mail-in ballots are subject to fraud.
He just reviewed the Democratic game plan.
So that's ridiculous.
Sanders has repeatedly sounded the alarm over the remarks, giving a speech casting the election as one between Donald Trump and democracy.
Never in a million years did I ever think I'd have to give a speech about what we do if a president refuses to leave office, if he loses.
I never, ever thought I'd have to give that speech or anyone else, but that's where we are today.
Listen to what his Trump, what saying he was, don't brush it off.
Just sadly, your thoughts about Bernie, who in my opinion ought to have been the candidate, especially because of the coronavirus context.
Well it's interesting, if it was 2016 Bernie, he would have probably had a good chance of beating Donald Trump when he was serving the progressive agenda, especially regarding healthcare.
But 2020 Bernie tried to serve the Soros corrupt DNC, Democratic National Committee, and he floundered.
Going to the idea of the debunked theory of mail-in ballots, I sent you gentlemen a video last night of a postal worker throwing away thousands of mail-in ballots.
I continued to research it, and I found multiple videos and pictures of, in the last month, ballots being thrown away by Minority employees of the post office of various parts of the country.
So this is not a debunk theory.
It's just pathetic.
That's right.
The Democrats want to get a situation where they can control the outcome because they know if it's legitimate, they don't have a prayer.
Mike, what are your thoughts?
Yeah, I loved that video that you sent.
Presumably those were all absentee ballots because you can tell from the The envelopes, that's where they're going?
Do you know that, Giuseppe?
No, I didn't.
I don't know that differentiation.
It's interesting.
Well, I guess they had to be absentee ballots in some manner.
Anyway, yeah, this whole thing about earlier in this show, Jim, you Showed a slide that had bullet points on it of the Democratic plans to turn over the election no matter what happened.
And one of them was to issue this construct and put this construct in everybody's mind that Trump's not going to leave office even if he loses.
And this story about Sanders saying that very thing just looks to me like You know, these people that are doing media appearances have their talking points, and that's one of them.
I think you're right.
I think they're right.
They've got their script.
And they're adhering to it, and that's one of the elements, as though Hillary had graciously stepped aside when she lost.
Meanwhile, as campaign heats up, Trump woos Latino and Black voters, may I add, with a great deal of success.
At a Black Voices for Trump event in Athens, Trump announced what his campaign dubbed a Platinum Plan, laying out his promise to Black America if he wins a second term, including a push for economic development and loan money And a plan to designate Juneteenth as a federal holiday.
General Juneteenth commemorating the end of slavery is so named because June 19, 1865 is when the slaves were freed in Gableston, Texas.
He unveiled what he termed a vision for health care in North Carolina.
Polls show him and Democratic A candidate Biden effectively tied.
He held a rally in Jacksonville, Florida.
He carroted Hispanic voters near Miami, black voters in Atlanta, another rally in Newport News, Virginia.
Biden is reported to be ahead of Trump in that state, but the location is close to key North Carolina counties that are difficult for the president to visit.
He's going to do fantastic.
Trump complained in Atlanta that Biden never goes out, said losing the November 3rd election would sting even worse if he lost to a man who never campaigns.
This was the humorous side.
Trump also made reference to the recent killing of black men and women at the hands of police.
Plus, Mark Massey protests that the nation grieves for the senseless deaths of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and Aubrey will continue to lash out at demonstrators.
But I was very thorough with Danny Sears last night about Breonna Taylor and explained how she was complicit in criminal activities that they've even discovered a dead body in the trunk of her car.
And that George Floyd was completely fabricated and fake using an African-American windpipe training torso to be kneeled upon.
The whole thing was a scam.
This is why the public needs to watch that show.
Meanwhile, Since Trump is making gains in Florida, Bloomberg is seeking to compensate.
He's throwing in millions to help Biden, where he recently had a five-point advantage, but used to have a 16.
Florida law prohibits felons from voting until their sentences are complete, which includes paying off any fines or sentences, court fees.
That's where Bloomberg comes in.
He's working to get around the law, helped raise $16 million from the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition.
Sounds like a good thing, doesn't it?
But it's not!
In turn, they'll help approximately a million felons who can't afford to pay their fines, court fees, or restitutions.
Once they pay up, their sentences are fulfilled and they can vote.
But he's only doing it for Blacks and Latinos.
Bloomberg also said he believed that 90 to 95% of Blacks support Democrats despite polls showing Trump could have the support of between 15 and 20 or more.
I believe it will be much more.
According to Governor DeSantos and Attorney General Bloomberg violated Florida election law.
Moot has sent a letter to the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement to look into the issue.
I think there's just one more way the Democrats are trying to cheat their way to a victory, but I think they're going to be ensnared in the law and it's not going to pan out.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
I think that's a clever plan of Trump to woo the blacks and I think he's definitely making inroads.
You can see at these various rallies that more and more black conservatives are coming out wearing their MAGA hats and being quite vocal in their support of Trump.
Yeah, I look forward to Juneteenth Day as a national holiday.
I mean, it's always a spectacle of good, clean, wholesome fun.
It's nice the President can be in the position to make those promises and follow through.
Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, I fully expect that for the bulk of level-headed, smart, black folks out there, that they're just as disgusted with what's going on in their name Uh, the, uh, burn looting and murdering and, and rampant brainwashing that you see on every sporting event.
They're just as, uh, frustrated with that kind of thing as they are with any perceived, uh, discrimination.
So I think they're being pushed into Trump's column as well.
That's what I would expect anyway.
Um, I certainly hope that, uh, this investigation into Bloomberg funding criminals and only blacks and Hispanic criminals so that they can vote.
And it reminds me of that famous statement that was made in a book by Israel Cohen.
And Israel Cohen, you can see his ethnicity, but at the time he was speaking as a Advocate for the Communist Party and the communist takeover of the Western world and the statement that he made Is we must realize that our party's most powerful weapon is racial tension By propounding into the consciousness of the dark races that for centuries they've been oppressed by whites We can mold them to the program of the Communist Party
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
They're trying to do it.
I don't think it's working.
After electing a black president twice, when we have so many prominent political figures being black, not to mention celebrities, including our most celebrated athletes, I just don't think that it's possible.
But they're doing their best.
It won't fail for lack of trying.
And it's very clear Bloomberg is trying to buy votes, which of course is clearly a violation of campaign laws.
I think Bloomberg is going to come to an unhappy ending over this precise issue, and deservedly so.
Meanwhile, here are some absurdities reported by Zero Hedge.
A World War II memorial was canceled for being too white.
I mean, this is just ridiculous.
Here's a 65-year-old artist who's still alive to see his artwork being cancelled.
Students complain of the lack of diversity in the mural.
Made them feel uncomfortable.
Too many white people depicted.
Not enough minorities.
How ridiculous.
Meanwhile, New Jersey doubles down on chasing the rich away.
New Jersey has lost hundreds of millions of dollars of every year from this one guy, billionaire David Tapper, who left New Jersey and moved to Florida, which has no income tax, four years ago.
But it wasn't only Flea New Jersey's 8.97% income tax rate.
In 2018, Jersey lost 5,700 millionaires.
It's also the same year they hiked their income tax.
Now their massive government budge falls, so they're going to increase their taxes again.
Meanwhile, an election supervisor investigates a toilet.
A homeowner in Michigan put a toilet on his front lawn, along with a sign that says, place mail-in ballots here.
For anyone familiar with the state, the display was an obvious joke.
However, the local election supervisor thought it was a crime show, so she called the police to investigate.
How ridiculous!
This is far more serious.
Former Marine commits suicide after mob targets him.
A Nebraska bar owner, Jake Gardner, was inside his bar when the windows were shattered by peaceful protesters.
A former Marine who served in Iraq.
He went outside to try to defuse the situation.
Watched his father, a man in his 60s, shoved violently to the ground by peaceful protesters.
Still maintained his composure.
Tried backing away from three men when they attacked him.
He wound up on the ground with an attacker on top of him.
Fired his weapon, the attacker died.
The county prosecutor reviewed the video and confirmed that Gardner acted properly and in self-defense, and stated he would not charge Gardner, but the mob was unwilling to accept the outcome, so they surrounded the courthouse and peacefully protested, at which point The grand jury caved and decided to charge him with manslaughter.
This appears to have put him over the edge and he took his own life.
Meanwhile, Tayson arrested for not wearing a mask.
This is, in my opinion, equally outrageous.
An Ohio mother sat with her family in the stands at her son's middle school football game.
They were outside 15 feet from any other fan.
But the school resource officer confronted the woman, asked her to put on a mask.
She refused, citing asthma, which, by the way, is perfectly legal, medically acceptable.
She wasn't sitting there in anyone properly distanced.
She posed no threat.
That should have been the end of it.
Instead, she was tased.
Forcibly removed from the stand.
Ironically, the police officer has a mask hanging around his neck the whole time.
Another officer wasn't wearing a mask at all.
In the end, it doesn't even appear the school's mask mandate was legally enforceable.
They charge her with trespassing at her son's football game.
And here you see Tony the Rat Fauci in the stands.
And here you see the woman.
It's okay for me, but not for thee.
Disgusting.
Beyond belief.
Giuseppe, your thoughts.
That's the operative word, Jim.
Disgusting.
That's the bitter fruit of the traitorous Jew, Georgie Schwartz, now renamed himself George Soros in his color revolution.
It's just absurd with the toilet bowl and the other instances.
I mean, how dumb is it for New Jersey to try to keep upping its tax rate to bleed You know, the funny thing is, if you live in the Washington, D.C.
area or the greater New York, New Jersey area, having a million dollars isn't that much money because they tax you every which way.
So, you know, why don't you tax the corporations like Amazon and Google who pay no taxes but have a big presence in New Jersey?
And sadly, Jake Gardner was another hero.
In self-defense just like Kyle Rittenhouse, and I was really saddened to see that Gardner Allegedly took his own life.
He may have been suicided because that he was clearly self-defense and once again, that's the weaponized in mentally unhinged minorities and and rabble-rousers that Soros is trying to Cull together as a bizarre zombie army to try and destroy the sovereign Republic United States and create some communist North Atlantic Union.
It's just insane, and why people are going along with this, I just do not understand.
One of the reasons the President has observed that mob justice is not justice.
Michael, your thoughts?
Yeah, the story about the Nebraska guy, Jake Gardner, and Reminds me of Kyle Rittenhouse as well.
Same general type of situation.
They're being physically attacked and they shoot a guy and the guy dies.
And so the story about their initially not having charged him and then because they've got a mob around the courthouse, they decided to charge him with manslaughter.
Is that not just the rule of the mob?
Yeah, right.
When I learned about the backgrounds of the criminals who were attacking Kyle Rittenhouse and ended up dying, I thought, oh, okay, well, this is instant karma then.
And what are those guys doing on the street anyway?
Yeah, you're absolutely correct.
These are terrible, terrible stories.

This is on the report of 21 September from John Doe.
Vaccine production seems to be a show.
One should consider the long-term objective is microchip.
The only vaccine could possibly be a placebo with no side effects.
But as long as testing continues, the virus remains leading to a more effective vaccine in the form of a microchip with the goal of microchipping everyone and magically the virus will disappear.
Another.
Agree with a view of a specific synthetic combination followed by fraudulent testing enabling the pandemic narrative to be effectively promoted.
An analysis of the data shows no increased deaths between previous years.
No increased deaths, yet positive test results are incessantly repeated.
A positive test result means nothing as the value of the test result could be caused by a number of other factors having nothing to do with a specific virus.
And a comment on the 24th of September show.
John Doe.
BG is not even Bill Gates.
Not even a computer geek.
He purchased an operating system to create his company.
And tried to eliminate his partners with underhanded tactics.
And another on the 25th of September show.
The idea that this leftist globalist movement is entirely Jewish is unfounded as many Hebrews can be found on the right side of the equation.
Ben Shapiro, Daily Wire, Blaze TV are just a few of the Jewish right-wing stalwarts.
Meanwhile, tomorrow night we have the first presidential debate, assuming that Joe Biden shows up.
The six topics chosen by debate moderator Chris Wallace are the Trump and Biden records, the Supreme Court, COVID-19, the economy, race and violence in our cities, the integrity of the election, subjects to change, Wallace will moderate six segments of approximately 15 minutes each.
He'll open each segment with a question.
The president and the nominee will have two minutes to respond after that.
Trump and Biden can respond to each other while Wallace will balance time between the two.
We shall see.
Meanwhile, anyone who is eager to support my efforts with the Legal Defense Fund could write, send a check or money order to James H. Fetzer, Legal Defense Fund, 800 Violet Lane, Oregon, Wisconsin, 53575.
Or make an electronic transmission to jfetzer at d.umn.edu using Zelle.
Meanwhile, our final thoughts.
Giuseppe.
Well, tomorrow's the big day.
I'm very curious to watch the debate and just see what synthetic drugs and methamphetamine cocktail they have Joe Biden on and see how he acts for two whole hours.
And then I'll be also curious the following couple days to see the price that extracts from him for being so heavily medicated.
Michael, could you include about BitChute, that wonderful archive you've created of these shows and other shows of mine, including my latest on Jim the Conspiracy Guy.
What is the best way to find that website?
Well, that's a good question because the BitChute search engine is so horrible, but I'd say the best way is just to To search for your name and then look down the list, Jim Fetzer, because that's the name of the account.
And then just look down the list that you get and find one that is from your account.
There's a lot of Jim Fetzers on BitChute that are not from that account, but that's how I would tell people to find it.
Well, I think Bitshoot hyphen Jim Fetzer may be a successful way too, Michael.
Okay.
Or, of course, they could go to Jim the Conspiracy Guy and click on any of those shows which are archived on the site you have created, and that way they could gain access.
I don't think those links at Jim the Conspiracy Guy connect to BitChute, do they?
Yeah, yeah, they do.
Oh, they do?
Okay, sorry.
That's how I've established them.
All right.
Yeah, any further, anything else you'd like to add?
I'm so appreciative to you and Larry for establishing this archive.
Sure, thanks.
Yeah, but for a closing thought, I wanted to address a situation that I haven't heard discussed very much.
There are three really good video bloggers out there who specialize in science and earth changes and the approaching the electrical nature of the relationship between the earth and the sun and the approaching grand solar minimum.
One of which goes by the blogging name of Ice Age Farmer.
His name's Christian Westbrook, and he's giving a presentation at this coming weekend's Red Pill Expo that G. Edward Griffin is putting on, saying the title of his presentation is, Engineered Food Shortage is Underway as a Weapon for Political Control.
And a description is, he shows stunning evidence that there is a globally orchestrated campaign underway to deliberately hinder the growth of food crops, destroy crops that exist, destroy food storage facilities, to prohibit people from growing their own food, and to terminate traditional methods of farming and ranching.
The purpose of this agenda is to create food shortages so the masses will be so preoccupied with receiving emergency food from the government that they'll be forced to comply with all government directives no matter how harsh or starve.
Henry Kissinger observed long ago, if you want to control a government, control its finances.
If you want to control the people, control their food.
This is Jim Fetzer from Madison, Wisconsin, thanking Giuseppe Vaffanjulo from the District of Criminals, Michael Ivey from Asheville, North Carolina, for the excellence of their commentary.
We'll be back tomorrow on the eve of the first presidential debate with more information you need to know to understand what's going on here today.
We look forward to seeing you there.
