Well, this is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, with Giuseppe Vef and Juul Lo in District of Criminals
with our update about what's going on out there in the world.
Biden is now claiming he never called for a nationwide mask mandate.
I think if you want proof that he's losing his cognitive competence, this is it.
Transcript Joey did it twice, one of which was during the Democratic National Convention when he accepted.
It's absolutely stunning.
In a speech he denied he would institute a nationwide mask mandate if he become president, saying this is now trying to make amends.
No, no, he said, I'm a constitutionalist.
You can't do things the Constitution doesn't allow you the power to do.
Fact-checkers, however, remind people that Biden said very specifically during his speech, this is at his national acceptance, we'll have a national mandate to wear a mask.
I remember him saying at the time, I was fairly floored because I was certain it would work against him.
Here's Jen Kirkman, we'll have a national mandate to wear a mask.
Joe Biden, Shouldn't be, but those are brave words, she thought.
The week before that, Biden said, let's institute a mask mandate nationwide.
Every single American should be wearing a mask when they're outside for the next three months at a minimum.
He added, every governor should mandate mandatory mask wearing and then claimed the policy would save 40,000 lives.
I don't think there's any room for debate about this.
Giuseppe, he's contradicting himself.
And as I say, if you want proof that he's lost his ability to think, I suppose this is as good an example as any.

Joe Biden has serious cognitive health issues again and again.
They're trying to hide him in his basement.
And you go back even farther when Joe Biden was in all his glory in the 90s, his only occupation has been professional politician.
And sadly, in the United States for like the last 40, 50 years, politicians believe they can lie with impunity.
And Biden was caught, I think it was 2008, Oh Giuseppe, you got that right.
plagiarized an entire speech from a British politician and claimed it was his own and
then lied.
He said, no, I didn't.
When he finally got caught, he's like, you know, this guy's a professional liar.
And now that his faculties are waning a bit, it's even worse.
Oh, Giuseppe, you got that right.
And in fact, it's shocking to me that the Democrats could run this candidate.
Here's a recent campaign commercial from Trump.
He went, he went, he became president.
I didn't go and I'm still vice president.
And, uh, and in addition to that, uh, in addition to that, we have to make sure that we, uh, we are in a position that we are.
Think about it.
Everybody has known from day one how smart, how bright Hillary is.
Everybody knows how tough she is.
You know, the rapidly rising, um, uh, in with, uh, with, uh, I don't know.
So be successful.
I sincerely hope some of you become millionaires and billionaires.
I mean that.
But engage!
Um, you know, there's a, uh, during world war two, uh, you know, where
Roosevelt came up with a thing, uh, that, uh, you know, was totally
different than a, than the, the, it's called, he called it, you know.
Democratic presidential candidate Joseph Biden today faces a controversy.
Three weeks ago at a debate at the Iowa State Fair, he used phrases identical to those delivered by British Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock.
Biden seemed to be claiming Kinnock's vision and life as his own.
Why is it that my wife is sitting out there in the audience, is the first in her family to ever go to college?
Why is Janice the first woman in her family In a thousand generations, you'll be able to get to university.
My ancestors who worked in the coal mines in Northeast Pennsylvania don't come up after 12 hours and play football.
Eight hours underground, and then come up and play football.
It's because they didn't have a platform upon which to stand.
There was no platform upon which they could stand.
The notion that every thought or notion or idea You'd have to go back and find and attribute to someone I think is, quite frankly, ludicrous.
The problem here is that Senator Biden told his audience he'd just been thinking about these things, and he failed to give any credit at all to his famous British speechwriter.
You know, I was thinking on the way over here.
Now that's a little too much, because as you point out, what's behind the words?
What's there?
And a lot of people, a rap on Biden has always been, it's just a surface.
I should have said, to paraphrase Neil Kinnock, It's the only time I didn't.
In all the times I've ever used it.
But CBS News found a tape of a second instance.
It reappeared in the New York Times with a new charge that Biden had appropriated a famous litany from the late Robert Kennedy about what the gross national product cannot measure.
Cannot measure the health of our children.
The health of our children.
Quality of our education.
The quality of their education.
The joy of their play.
Or the joy of their play.
Biden gave Kennedy no credit.
He has also quoted or paraphrased John Kennedy, Hubert Humphrey, and British Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock.
All without credit.
Joseph Biden admitted today that he committed plagiarism when he was in law school.
He said it was a mistake, but that it was unintentional.
He quoted five pages of someone else's work without proper citation.
I've done some dumb things.
and I'll do dumb things again.
He was given an F.
Ladies and gentlemen, I've been dumb.
To the political community in Washington, it all seems of a piece.
Plagiarism at law school, plagiarism on the stump.
The great communicator.
Strike that.
The great imitator.
You don't steal verbatim, or when you do, as he did 99% of the time, you give credit.
Biden's critics say he sells himself as a man whose words and visions can inspire a new generation in politics, but if the thoughts, phrases, and visions really belong to others, it's a form of false advertising.
Is it a wise idea, though, to take something that personal, anyway, from another politician and try and appropriate it to your own campaign?
I think it was a stupid thing to Appropriate material that was really very personal.
That was someone else's.
Most people didn't know who he was, you know, Joe Biden.
And now they're going to say, oh yeah, he's the guy who plagiarized.
Politically, that's devastating.
These clips are devastating.
He looks like a Joe Biden wind-up doll with somebody else's words coming out.
If they're going to do things that are stupid as well as immoral, then they're probably too dumb to have the job of president.
Voters are going to have to decide whether he was dishonest or dumb.
Senator Joseph Biden may have more explaining to do.
The new questions stem from taped remarks of Biden during an April campaign appearance in New Hampshire.
I went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship.
Went back to law school and in fact ended up in the top half of my class.
I was the outstanding student in the political science department at the end of my year.
I graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school, 165 credits, only needed 123 credits.
Biden now concedes he did not graduate in the top half of his law school class.
That he does not have three degrees from college, and that he was not named outstanding political science student in college.
Newsweek says Biden actually went to school on a half scholarship, ended up near the bottom of his class, and won only one degree, not three.
Joe Biden ranked 76th in a class of 85 at the University of Syracuse Law School.
I mean, this guy comes off this whole thing as a flyweight.
Now Biden says Newsweek is right.
His memory had failed him.
And I'd be delighted to sit down and compare my IQ to yours if you'd like, Frank.
Joe Biden was victimized by the truth.
Bye-bye Biden.
He may not know it yet, but I think this is going to be very difficult for him to recover.

Secret Service says it destroyed records from Biden's 2009 breast cupping incident.
We had to cancel the VP Christmas get-together because Biden would grope all our wives' and girlfriends' asses.
Look at him with his hands under her breasts.
Conservative accountability watchdog Judicial Watch shooting for records of the altercation following a 2017 report from the Gateway Pundit in which another former Secret Service agent revealed Weinstein's Weinstein-level sexual abuse.
We had to cancel the VP Christmas get-together at the Vice President's house because Biden would grope all of our wives and our girlfriends' asses.
He would mess with every single woman or teen.
It was horrible.
As for the 2009 assault, the victim's husband reportedly was suspended for a week after shoving Biden, who had groped the man's wife while the couple was posing for a photo.
The situation got so heated, others had to step in and prevent the agent from hitting the then Vice President.
Nevertheless, the Secret Service insisted that the records had been destroyed due to retention standards.
Judicial Watch regarded it as a victory.
We have not been able to confirm whether the report about the alleged altercation might be true until the Secret Service itself acknowledged it had destroyed the records.
In the wake of the Me Too movement, greater scrutiny has been placed on such indiscretion involving powerful men.
Hollywood mogul, longtime Democrat, mega-donor Harvey Weinstein serving present time for his casting couch rapes.
Former Senator Al Franken was forced to resign over a photo showed him cupping the breasts of a woman while she slept.
Actually, that was only pretending to do so.
Many of Biden's uncomfortable and uninvited gropes have been caught on camera, including a widely publicized video of him massaging and sniffing the hair of Stephanie Carter, wife of then-Secretary of Defense Ash Carter.
Another notorious video depicts Biden intimately whispering into the ear of Senator Chris Coons' underage daughter, much to her obvious discomfort.
Well, former Congressional aide Tara Reade came public with a credible account of sexual assault that garnered headline this year.
Biden has continued to stonewall it.
This was actually involving a digital penetration of her vagina by Biden, but look at this, Giuseppe.
He leaned down to Chris Goon's daughter and said, do you have any idea how horny it makes me to be standing next to a 13-year-old girl?
What a disgrace.
Professor, I've seen videos on YouTube edited together of 47 such instances of Groper Joe inappropriately fondling children and young curvaceous women at those Senate photo opportunities.
The guy's clearly got an issue and is a deviant.
And this guy wants to be President of the United States?
I don't think so.
Giuseppe, how could the party have been so stupid as to nominate a candidate who had a history of blunders?
Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson has been doing some brilliant research.
He raised the question of who's been paying for the riots and the looting, because it's expansive.
It turns out it traces back to an organization called Black Visions MN, Black Visions Minnesota.
Here's one report about them.
I'm out reporting a rally in Minneapolis.
Organizers have rolled out a scroll of people in Minnesota killed by law enforcement activity.
That's coming from Black Visions MN.
Here's Tucker's report from last Thursday.
And let me tell you, Giuseppe, Tucker's been setting new records for cable television, averaging over 4 million for the first quarter.
This show, last Thursday, drew a record 4.8 million viewers.
Seems like just the other day, because it was, that the media and their handlers in the Democratic Party were browbeating anyone who noticed there were riots going on.
There are no riots!

Pay no attention to the guy with the BLM tattoo on his neck assassinating a Trump supporter.
It's a mirage, and if you believe it, you've fallen for Russian disinformation.
Well, on Monday of this week, they changed their position 180 degrees.
They had to.
Their poll numbers were tanking.
They were being blamed for the riots they started and encouraged.
So now everyone agrees that violence and rioting are, in fact, happening.
We should know who's been paying for all of this.
Rioting doesn't come cheap.
So we looked into it, and tonight we can report that elected Democrats, office holders in Congress, in local governments, along of course with their allies in Hollywood, bankrolled it.
They were major financial backers for the domestic terrorism that ravaged entire cities, entire neighborhoods in Minneapolis, for example, this summer.
You remember that in May, Memorial Day weekend, after George Floyd died, rioters caused half a billion dollars worth of damage in Minneapolis.
Two people died.
At one point, the mob torched a police precinct after the city's mayor, Jacob Fry, ordered authorities to abandon it.
Well, now we know that a Minnesota group called the Black Visions Collective was the primary organizer of those violent riots.
The New York Times has called that group, quote, integral to the protest movement that erupted following the killing of George Floyd.
Just a few weeks after the precinct burned down, a woman called Miski Noor, she's an organizer with the Black Visions Collective, told Vox.com that the riots made her, quote, extremely hopeful.
She's a nihilist.
Miski Noor referred to the riotings as an uprising and a rebellion, quote.
Meanwhile, the director of the Black Visions Collective, a woman called Candace Montgomery, publicly humiliated Mayor Frey for not committing to totally abolishing all law enforcement in the city.
Watch.

The main effect of this unrest is to give an awful lot of power to the dumbest, least
creative, least interesting, most violent people in our society.
Thank you.
And there's a reason they have more power, because they've been collecting a lot of money.
During those riots, donations to Noor's group soared.
The Black Visions Collective received $19 million in donations online since Floyd's death.
And his partner organization, Reclaim the Block, got $11 million.
Much of that money came because top Democrats raised it for them, effectively.
The day after the police precinct burned and Joe Biden voters demolished dozens of local businesses,
Sandy Cortez, who is a sitting member of Congress, tweeted this, quote,
now is the time to step up for the frontline organizers who've been engaged in the struggle
for justice in Minnesota. She urged her mindless followers to join Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley,
Rashida Tlaib, the usual, to raise $50,000 for the Black Visions Collective and reclaim the block.
Separately, this is hard to believe but it's true, former Obama Cabinet Secretary Julian Castro called for donations to Black Visions Collective and reclaim the block.
He urged Democrats to, quote, provide support to those who are on the front lines demanding change.
The front lines?
Like this is a war?
That's what they think it is.
They don't believe in our justice system.
They think things should be adjudicated with violence in the streets.
And because none of these riots affect Beverly Hills, celebrities also joined in to raise money.
Here's talk show host Jimmy Kimmel in June, desperately hoping he won't remember he has worn blackface and used the N-word several times.

What I think mostly I was excited about with the Black Visions Collective is it's all Black Lives Matter.
The website is blackvisionsmn.org.
If you'd like to go to it and join us with a donation, Flacking for a revolutionary group, advertising their website, effectively soliciting money for them on TV.
That's not a political disagreement.
That's not liberal versus conservative.
That's just wrong.
That's disgusting, actually.
Democrats raised all of this money.
A woman called Aluchi Omiyaga, who co-founded Black Visions Collective and works with Reclaim the Block, made it clear what the group really stands for.
She declared that looting is a form of reparations.
It's not stealing, it's reparations, and she called for more of it.
Watch.
I know that the things that are being taken are being redistributed to the community.
I don't have an opinion on, like, what is it?
Is it good or is it bad to loot?
But I do understand the use of Reparations in this time looking like kicking from corporations and giving back to people who actually need the resources.
And now we're seeing that we're able to give those people those things because Target was looted, because Capuz was looted, and they're able to redistribute that to the community.
They're being redistributed to the community.
Right.
So everyone gets a new pair of sneakers.
Poor people don't think that's true.
Poor people know what stealing is.
It's stealing.
Looting is stealing.
You'd have to go to some private college to come up with a view as stupid as the one that person has, and no doubt that person went to some private college.
Bottom line is, these are radical organizations, genuinely radical, and Democrats knew that well before the rioting started in Minneapolis.
Back in 2015, the leaders of the Black Visions Collective spent 18 days occupying a police station, but the money flowed in anyway.
Several months before a newer organized uprising, the Black Visions Collective received a $25,000 grant from the city of Minneapolis.
The irony, of course, is obvious, and in retrospect, it's tragic.
They gave money, taxpayers gave money to an organization that helped destroy their city.
The Minneapolis city government effectively funded its own destruction.
Of course, no Democrats have repudiated their support for Black Visions Collective or Reclaim the Block, just like they haven't renounced the Minneapolis Freedom Fund, which bailed out many of the rioters.
In fact, they haven't renounced BLM or Antifa either, both of which are radical violent groups.
The Minneapolis Freedom Fund was promoted by Kamala Harris directly.
Joe Biden's staffers endorsed it too.
They redirected donations to the Black Visions Collective.
The point Isn't just that Democrats won't condemn the people behind these riots.
The point is, they want these riots to happen.
They're paying for these riots.
How much have they spent trying to rebuild our cities?
None so far.
That tells you everything.
I thought that was perhaps the most important presentation Tucker's made the whole year.
Meanwhile, it's well summed up here.
Look, son, rioters, arsonists, and looters are here to teach us about peace and equality.
Giuseppe, the situation's absurd.
Tucker's setting records for telling the truth.

No wonder Tucker Carlson's ratings are going through the roof.
The great silent majority is not going to vote Democratic this Autumn when November presidential elections come around.
In fact, I hadn't seen that commercial that Trump's team did.
That is shocking.
Now, granted, they're going to pick Biden's worst moments and put it in, but just the fact in five years he's so degenerated and he's coming to his end of days, that poor guy, and there's no way he should be running for president.
You know, Trump has this gift for picking out words to sum up candidates like Elizabeth Warren is Pocahontas.
And in the case, of course, of it's slow Joe Biden, how appropriate.

Organization funding Black Lives Matter and Antifa terrorism linked to the Biden campaign.
It's not just Black Visions Minnesota.
It gets much deeper.
Actually, the Ford Foundation, which many of us in the past have supposed was a responsible organization.
Claiming to be America's second largest private foundation, they've thus far poured nearly $2 billion into groups that have the stated goal of disrupting systems to advance social justice.
Members include not only Biden and Kamala, but Kamala's sister Maya, Kamala's ex-campaign chairwoman, former vice president of the Ford Foundation, Biden's now senior advisor, Christobal Alex, also served as a program director of the Ford Foundation during the Obama years.
Several of Obama's top staffers are now Ford Foundation uppercross.
Xavier Duce, Susan Briggs, who served as Obama's associate director of the Office of Management and Budget, is now top brass at the Ford Foundation.
What it appears, my friend, is that Barack Obama has been actually promoting the overthrow of the government of the United States, along with all these rioters and looters that he's profoundly involved.
Not after the collective of activists was given $200,000 by Obama through the Ford Foundation back in 2016, they almost immediately went to Durham and tore down an historic monument.
Many were arrested only to be defended for free by lawyers from the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, also a grantee of the Ford Foundation.
With seemingly endless cash coming from Ford, in other words, these so-called activists continue to protest.
That is, to destroy property, wreak havoc, and cause chaos throughout the streets of America.
The Ford Foundation likes what it sees in the alleged criminal gang rights slow drachma for the Federalists.
This year, the wealthy non-profit gave the group $750,000, more than tripling its inaugural donation.
Bringing Ford's total contribution to SVA so far to $1.2 million.
Various Marxist-Leninist groups are also on the dole from Ford, including Dream Defenders, a group run by Bernie Sanders' senior advisor Philip Agnew.
That seeks to release criminals from prison and put an end to the capitalist system in the United States.
That's pretty disturbing.
Meanwhile, CNN's Van Jones admits the Democrats control the riots.
Obama administration official and CNN pundit Van Jones admitted Wednesday on CNN that the Democrats control the violent riots taking place across America.
What he doesn't understand by his admission, he's also virtually conceding the Democrats are holding the nation hostage.
It's a simple hostage situation.
They will hold America's major cities in their grip until we elect Joe Biden and the Bolsheviks who come in with him.
Also sounds like a national extortion racket.
Pay us in votes or the riots go on.
What Jones neglects to mention is that Democrat governors, not the president, have been responsible for the virus response in much of America.
When a Republican's in charge, like Kristi Noem of South Dakota, the effects have been much less severe than in Democratic-controlled states like New York and California.
The longer we talk about violence and unrest and how he's handling it or not handling it, it all advantages Trump, Jones began.
In other words, this campaign is going well for Donald Trump because we're not talking about the economic devastation people are experiencing and the virus reality.
I think it's time for us to recognize we're in a very perilous situation.
If you want to see a change in November, In other words, Giuseppe, he's acknowledging that rioting and looting have made law and order the central issue of the campaign, and the country is responding overwhelmingly in favor of Trump.
Well, Van Jones is acknowledging what we have been pointing out for months now, that this communist lunacy by the globalists controlling the Democrats is gonna hand-deliver the victory to Trump.
You know, it's interesting, the tragic irony of how you describe the Ford Foundation is Henry Ford was a living example, an American hero, of how capitalism should be done properly.
He created the mass assembly of the Ford automobile, the Model T and later the Model A, and he realized that he should pay his workers a living wage so they could buy his automobiles, supporting the classic phrase, a rising tide lifts all boats.
And now Henry Ford is Rolling over in his grave because Henry Ford also understood the true enemy of the United States since 1913, the globalist bankster, the internationalist Jew.
And if listeners and viewers want to have an eye-opening reality check, you should You should go on to Bing or some search engine and look up Henry Ford, the internationalist Jew.
He paid professional journalists a lot of money to research the entire scam of the intent of this small, dark, Kabbalah, which is not the Jewish population.
These are just deviants hiding behind the Jewish people, the internationalist Jew, the globalist parasite.
And what he laid out in a series of printed newspapers back in the 30s is more true today than ever.
Giuseppe, what you say, no one is going to hear from the mainstream media, which is dominated by Zionists, dual U.S.-Israeli citizens, as we previously observed, and where we're not talking about the Jewish people generally, but the banksters, the fraudsters who benefit from compound interest and who have, as a consequence, been driven out of over 100 nations during the history of the world.
It's a stunning sequence that has occurred here.

Throughout the two-minute ad, as reported by the Daily Wire, Pelosi is repeatedly referred to as Nancy Antoinette, a reference to Marie Antoinette, the last Queen of France before the French Revolution, who when told, but the people have no bread, well then, she said, let them eat cake.
Clearly a superficial elitist who cared little for the people.

They're moving the wrong way for Biden.
A post-Republican National Convention poll showed Trump taking a firm lead over Democratic presidential nominee Biden.
The Democracy Institute Sunday Express poll found Trump ahead of Biden by 3 percentage points, 48 to 45 nationally.
A North Carolina poll showed in the battleground state he's even doing better.
Now he's a Democratic nominee by two points in the key battleground state of North Carolina, 49-47, and it's getting worse.
Joe Biden and the Democrats haven't done themselves any favor this year.
Just this summer, Democrats were applauding wild riots that destroyed many cities.
They defunded the cops, contributing to a rise in crime.
That's me far factoring in Joe Biden's off-putting gaffes and apparently racist remarks.
The polls come as no surprise.
