Candace Owens VINDICATED Over Ft. Huachuca With New Evidence!
Jimmy and Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss claims circulating online confirming that Erika Kirk is connected to Arizona's Fort Huachuca and was seen there with people tied to a now-unmade film project linked to defense and technology themes. Candace Owens and her source, Mitch Snow, provided the basis for this claim, and pushback from others was focused on attacking the informant's character rather than addressing the substance of the assertion, Jimmy says. The discussion also dives into speculation about broader connections between pundits, intelligence bases, Hollywood projects, and military contractors, mixing personal history with suspicion about influence and "handlers." Plus segments on TPUSA threatening legal action over a critic who pointed out fraud within the organization, Russian plans to nuke Western Europe if the Ukraine War goes south and a Miami Beach resident who was harassed by police over a social media post critical of the mayor. Also featuring Thomas Massie, Stef Zamorano and Mike MacRae. And a phone call from JD Vance!
Hey, come see me live on tour, February 20th at Lansing, Michigan, February 21st in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Establishment media sets on this lighting, so good luck.
Bullshit we can't afford why he's fomenting this Watch and see as he's jacked off the meaty He eats and jumps the medium and hits him head on It's the Jimmy Tore Show Candace Owens has reported that she has an informant, a guy who was at, what, is his name Nick Smith?
That's the guy's name, right?
Mitch, that guy knows Mitch.
Yes, checkered background of spousal abuse, like most special forces guys.
Yes, that's right.
Mitch Snow happened to be at Camp Huachuca and saw Erica Kirk there with, I think she said she saw him with Charlie Harpole, the head of Charlie Kirk's security team.
And so they immediately went nuts.
So whenever you see them react to something, you know, like they did, over the top, going complete 100,000% character assassination on what's the guy's name?
Mitch Snow.
And they weren't attacking what he said.
They were attacking his character.
And that's always the sign of, oh my God, he's on to something because we use a lot.
And they go, look, he's got this bad background.
His kid doesn't like him.
He did this.
So we use informants all the time in court.
Like the government uses criminals who were cellmates to people as credible testimony against the criminal.
So again, that doesn't make sense.
I don't care what.
If he's abusive, that means he probably did work for the government.
That's right.
That lends credence to him.
You think they wouldn't work.
They worked with Epstein.
You think they wouldn't work with Mitch Snow morons?
So they inadvertently confirmed Mitch Snow's account that he was there.
They were trying to say he wasn't even there.
And one of these podcasters brings on Mitch Snow's son, who hasn't talked to him for 20 years, to try to debunk Mitch Snow's story that he was at Camp Wachuca.
And he inadvertently said, yeah, I got a call from Camp Wachuca asking me about my dad being there.
And that, oh, so they inadvertently actually confirmed Mitch Snow's account that he actually was there.
And now we know Candace Owens has uncovered, did you know this?
That here's Erica Kirk.
And this is a movie poster for a movie she did called November Renaissance.
No, they didn't do the movie.
They were trying to get funding on GoFundMe.
Or not fund.
You know, it's one of those like crowdfunded kind of things, Jimmy?
Yeah.
So they did a GoFundMe to get money for it.
I guess they didn't get enough money because they never made the movie.
But everybody who was involved in this movie, turns out, has a direct connection with Camp Wachuca.
And so let's listen to Candace Owens is going to break this down for you.
I watched this last night.
This was kind of amazing how she's got, it's amazing the information she gets and how people try to pretend she's not doing great work and she is.
But here, let's, well, this is a couple minutes long, so let's just enjoy it.
That she did some acting or reality TV.
I don't know how we would phrase it.
We know that she was pursuing the stage, obviously.
She was involved in pageants.
And yeah, we're checking out this movie poster before I tell you what it's all about, what the movie itself is about.
By way of association, virtually everyone involved in this movie, the actors, the stunt double men, they are involved with Fort Huachuca, okay?
Involved with the military at the very least.
The person they said she was really close to was Clayton Haugen.
I hope I'm saying that last name right.
H-A-U-G-N, maybe it's just Hogan.
And he does marketing for the defense contracting firm Dylan Aerospace.
There's Don Fry.
Now, you might just think of him as a fighter, but he actually graduated from high school in Sierra Vista and then trained in judo at Fort Huachuca.
There is Peyton McCormick.
Her grandfather is Colonel Pete McCormick.
Her father is Lieutenant Colonel Alan McCormick, once stationed at Fort Huachuca.
Peyton was also, by the way, Miss Teen USA in 2006, Priscilla Annewell.
And again, we can pull up that poster, Skyler, so they can just keep going through the names here as well.
Her father was a lieutenant stationed at Fort Huachuca.
Whoa.
There's also Chantel Thuy.
I didn't have too much time to go through that person's background.
I bet I could find a clear connection to Fort Huachuca since that's the theme.
But we can tell you that her dad worked for an artificial intelligence for IBM.
So I'm thinking maybe he had something to do with Fort Huachuca.
And then that Price Mitchum, that just gets dark.
I mean, that young man or older man got put in a psych 5150 hold.
And I mean, I don't know where that direction heads to.
Long family of actors.
I've got to prod that narrative a bit more.
The point is, is that they told me there's absolutely no way that she's not familiar with Fort Huachuca.
I don't know why that was said by Andrew Colvett.
She most definitively was just by nature, like I said, of what her mom did.
And also this poster proves it.
Okay, that narrative is officially over.
This whole, oh, this is crazy.
What are we talking?
Okay, that's just done.
We can end that.
Okay.
So the whole pushback was that this is crazy.
That she's, oh my God, now you're saying Erica Kirk is involved in Camp Huachuca and Psyops and somehow she's involved.
And this is that is just crazy talk.
Well, now it's confirmed that she's not, she's well known on the base to a lot of people.
Okay.
And she was doing a movie and everybody involved in the movie is connected to Camp Huachuca and that she's regularly at the Camp Huachuca.
So let's look a little bit more.
Let's listen.
Erica in this film was set to play a character named Evelyn Mathis.
We know this because we found the remnant of a Kickstarter that was still available to the public.
Now, I wish I had given to this when it was first called espionage put up back in 2012, 2013, because I would then be able to open all of these posters and learn more about that particular character.
But I can tell you definitively that this was a movie about corporate espionage, assassins, and technology, nanotech, all used to help the government and corporate financial institutions maintain power.
I am not kidding.
I'm going to read you the description here before showing you a video.
It says, in the world of tomorrow, the mind has become a hard drive linked to the internet.
And once the present divide between technology and humanity has become next to non-existent, driving this world forward are the many emerging multinational corporations that have grown in power far beyond the control of world governments.
In this reality, financial institutions vie for dominance through corporate black ops.
These clandestine endeavors are carried out by figures known as proxies, cloak and dagger assets that are hired in secret to remove rivals from power or to protect corporate capital from harm.
And it tells us about the elites, the proxies.
And I'm going to let you just actually listen to the director Clayton himself describe a bit about what this was intended to be about.
I say intended because when you start reading the comments in the Kickstarter campaign, you realize they never delivered.
They promised to deliver it in 2013.
That didn't happen.
Here is the director, Clayton Hogan, speaking about this movie.
You guys just saw there was a visual pitch to really give you a feel for the atmosphere.
But as far as concept goes, we really developed it around a number of questions that we were asking ourselves.
Now, these questions range from anything from how can we manipulate someone's senses enough so that they believe a false reality when in reality, something else is going on entirely.
This is the director of that movie that Erica Kirk was set to star in that they never made.
This is him telling you what this is about.
It's about implanting fake memories in people's brains to make them believe a false reality.
This is right up your alley, Kurt.
This is.
Well, let me be a real Normie Norman and say, well, he's just talking off the Matrix, but I would still be haunted by that.
Yeah.
So there's more to listen to this guy go on.
Or even, how can someone like the class geek pirate and steal, say, the varsity quarterbacks, you know, knowledge and skill set?
Or even more so, how can the knowledge and skill set of a Navy SEAL be copied and transferred to somebody else?
And this concept became possible when we really pushed the boundary on what's called nanotechnology.
That's tiny little microscopic machines that carry out their function on an atomic level.
Now, with nanotechnology, we were able to create this plausible and believable mind-bending and reality-bending concept that is grounded in developing physics theories out there and developing science.
So, really, the question you should ask yourself is: what happens in a world where the brain is a hard drive, your eyes become video cameras, and knowledge is not learned so much it is just programs that are installed onto you?
Yeah, so that's not going to help matters any in the world of us conspiracy theorists who kind of think that that's what happened.
So, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Yeah, well, this stuff, dude, I wrote a script, a treatment before I got the job on Chappelle's show.
I wrote a treatment for the $6 million man remake for Bob Weinstein for the system, okay?
And I did all this research and I made the $6 million man, where it was about nano machines.
This is about 20, this is like 20 years ago, okay?
And that was already a thing they were talking about back then.
But since then, they've the same as the brain chip from Elon that was invented in 1970.
It's not a new invention.
The fact that they're like, hey, the blind will see and people will walk, that means the military has already gotten every possible use out of it that they could get.
And the fuckers that actually control our military got all the use out of it.
And now they're going to let some blindies see, but mostly it'll be for control.
And they all are narcissists that want to make a movie about the shit they're doing.
Going back to E. Howard Hunt, he's got a series of James Bond spy novels.
That guy that helped kill Kennedy from Watergate.
Turning Point's Demands00:15:24
All of them write a book.
James Barr's father from that school where Epstein taught, he wrote a crazy book about oligarchs having sex slaves in space that they keep under a glass case in the school at that school that all the greats go to.
Like the one working for Biden that signed his name with the auto pen.
I'm forgetting his name.
All these people are such narcissists.
I'll bet you could learn a lot from their fiction they write.
You know that.
Well, so it turns out she's not a honey trap.
She's just a roach motel.
And now you're really stuck.
So different people grieve in different ways.
You know, the way when I suffer a bad loss, I take a shower, play music that we both enjoyed.
But other people like to strategize the collapse of democracy.
Yeah.
You do you.
I'm going to need a lot of pyro for this.
And, you know, Charlie Kirk went to a special school.
Did you know that?
High school?
Yes, I did know that.
I'll bet she did too.
And I hope Candace has put it together because listen, these are all great takes.
Her defending that scumbag from Scientology, Danny Masterson, who went to prison for serial whatever, and her defending Weinstein are two weird missteps.
And I think that's from John Mappin, the Scientologist who is her billionaire.
So maybe she's putting it together.
I hope so.
But John Mappin introduced Charlie and Erica.
That's who introduced and introduced her to her husband.
So I'm curious about that.
I really am.
I have no quarrel.
I love her telling the truth about things, but keep in mind, wait for the other shoe to drop with all these people because most of the pundits were picked out a long time ago.
And some of them don't even know it.
Charlie didn't.
Well, she even talks about how she realized that Charlie had handlers and that she didn't realize that she had handlers.
And then she did realize it.
So it sounds like she's certainly onto it pretty good.
And so she's putting a lot of info out there that is good to get out there.
Yes, she's definitely.
I don't know about that John Mappin guy or his influence or whatever, but she's onto it.
And that's amazing.
The fact that the stuff that she keeps coming up with, and of course they went nuts when she talked about Camp Wachuca because she was 100% over the target.
Fort Hawk 2 is well known to people as being an MK Ultra programming spot.
Lockheed's in there.
They used to call the saying is they give you a bowl of LSD, the soldiers would talk about it.
So the fact they got all up in arms, and I was surprised who got up in arms about it.
That tells you somebody kicked the anthill revealing that.
That's how I take it.
So I say more power to Candace Owens.
She's going against everybody and everything.
And so, of course, they immediately call her a left-winger, just like they immediately called me a right-winger when I was telling the truth about the Democratic Party, Russia Gate, the Ukraine war, COVID.
That's their flex.
So they're doing the same thing to her.
They called me a right when they call her a level.
So the fact that she's taking the fire from her own side from quote-unquote conservatives, just like Tucker Carlson, you know, they're onto something and they're telling big truths that they're not allowed to say.
Just like I was telling big truths I wasn't allowed to say.
So they had to 100% assassinate my character, which they did over Seth Rich.
They did over Russia Gate.
Again, they did over Force the Vote.
They did over Ukraine.
They did over COVID.
And that's so they don't ever talk about any of the things I'm actually saying.
They just go after my character.
Someone did it with Scott Ritter when I was in Vancouver.
This guy urgently wanted to tell me that Scott Ritter's bad.
And I'm like, okay, look, I don't know the guy, and I also don't give a shit.
Could you tell me his lies?
Because if he's bad and he lied, what was he lying about?
Yeah, what are you lie?
He goes, no, but I mean, can't you go talk about the person?
I'm like, you can, but like I said, if he's really bad, that just proves he worked in the government.
That's all that proves.
I don't care.
You don't have to like Candace.
You'd be like, I think she's an idiot.
What does that have to do with anything?
It's not high school, assholes.
So, You know, when it comes to Erica Kirk, you think someone who wants to come out on stage looking like a cross between a baked potato wrapped in aluminum foil and a disco ball, there might be right after her husband is publicly assassinated.
There might be something a little shady happening there.
Like she might be programmed, that she might be conditioned for this moment.
Who brings out a rapper with multiple personality disorder?
Yes.
So they can sit down and Nicki Minaj.
She brings out Nikki Minaj, who Charlie Kirk said is a bad role model and would never have at Amfest.
There she is, putting her on stage and propping her up.
Somebody with multiple personalities.
She admits it.
She has these.
It's a matter.
Well, it's just stagecraft, Jimmy.
You're being silly.
Yeah.
It's just people that are like, Candace is dumb.
All that happened is you didn't look at any of the things she said.
You did the high school thing.
And I'm speaking directly to a friend of mine I just spoke to.
You just looked at, geez, bad, like high school nonsense.
And you're not looking at the evidence and you're not looking at actions.
Look at these people's actions.

So do you remember this guy?
Yes.
So this guy is from the Wolves and Finance podcast and Twitter account, and he's exposed a lot of fraud that appears to be going on inside TPUSA and all their shell companies.
Also, Tim Waltz before that fake Shirley kid.
This guy had a whole great thing on Tim Waltz's skullduggery.
So he's exposing that they're sending millions of dollars to a UPS mailbox at a strip mall, and they're trying to pretend like this is normal, and they got all the money moving in and out.
And so, and it seems like Charlie caught on to this, and that's why he ordered a Doge-style accounting effort inside TPUSA.
Be specific.
And then eight days later, he was killed.
So this guy's been exposing all this, and we've showed it to you before.
Well, guess what?
TPUSA is so stupid and they're so bad at what they're doing, which is covering up stuff.
They're so bad at it that they tried to intimidate him.
They had a legal letter sent to him.
And let's listen.
Turning point states in the letter: turning point entities are not looking for litigation.
Rather, their interest is in the truth and making sure the public record is accurate.
So they are claiming they do not want to sue me.
But I view this letter as a threat to sue.
And I think any reasonable business person would do the same.
A cease and desist letter is the first step towards a defamation lawsuit.
I interpret this letter as turning point telling me to shut my mouth or they're going to sue me.
I do not understand what Erica Kirk is doing.
Out of the hundreds of people posting on social media about I don't think she understands what she's doing either because obviously she's a product of MK Ultra and I had her mind wiped a long time ago.
Yeah, also, she's not in charge of it.
She's the figurehead.
She's right.
The person in charge doesn't put on a sparkly suit and shoot fireworks off.
That's right.
Five minutes after her husband was assassinated.
Yeah, that's the dancing monkeys got to do that after they kill her husband.
Turning point.
Why?
Out of the hundreds of people posting on social media about Turning Point.
Why are they targeting me?
Why?
Because he's over the target.
That's why.
Because he's really uncovered something.
That's why.
Yeah, those P.O. box.
That's right.
Why are they so worried about what I am saying that they're sending me legal letters?
I am one of the smallest YouTube channels in my market segment.
Who do they think I am?
I'm a working accountant with a small YouTube channel.
I have no money.
I have no power.
I have no influence.
I don't know how much money they think they're going to get from suing me.
All I have is the truth.
And I'm not going to stop speaking the truth because Erica Kirk doesn't like it.
The one good thing about a lawsuit is that everything will be out in the open.
And Turning Point will quickly find out that I have nothing to hide.
The letter came from a lawyer named Paul Edgar Harold from South Bend, Indiana.
I'm going to guess they're not sending their best.
Yeah.
Have you ever seen Not a Pedophile Face, Jimmy?
Yeah, that guy.
He's not a pedophile.
No.
Named Paul Edgar Harold from South Bend, Indiana.
It seems like this is Turning Point's lawyer.
I looked him up, and I cannot find that he has been admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in order to practice law in Arizona.
So I'm not exactly sure how he's going to sue me in Arizona, but maybe he's working with other lawyers.
In the letter, they order me to please confirm that you will publicly correct your false statements immediately.
This is not what I was going to talk about this week.
But Turning Point is demanding that I communicate their statements publicly.
So here we go.
Here we go.
They include a whole list of statements they claim are false that I have made in my videos about Turning Point.
Now, I'm not interested in spreading false information.
So I'm glad that Turning Point reached out to me because if I said something wrong, I am happy to correct it.
So let us go through the statements where they have a problem.
And you're going to want to hear this because some of these are wild.
On November 16th, I posted a video called Bombshell, Did Turning Point USA Commit Fraud?
They say these are false claims.
Charlie Kirk ordered a Doge style audit that was never conducted.
Here's my first problem with this letter.
They do not include the actual quote that I said in the video.
This is a paraphrase statement of what I said, and they are saying that the paraphrase statement is a lie.
You have to tell me exactly what I said that was supposedly a lie.
And they do this through the whole letter.
So my request to this lawyer in future letters, because I'm assuming there's going to be more, please include the actual quote that I said so that I can respond to your accusation.
But I'm going to at least try to interpret what they are saying.
I spoke in my video about a memo that Charlie Kirk wrote eight days before he was murdered.
In the cease and assist letter, they say, indeed, Turning Point USA's COO announcement concerning the Doge effort never used the word audit.
So this is breaking news.
Turning point's attorney has now confirmed that the Charlie Kirk memo is authentic.
We now have legal confirmation this did happen.
It seems like their problem with my video is that I called it a Doge audit when in the memo it is written as Doge effort.
So they want everyone to use the word effort and not use the word audit.
This letter is seriously hurting my head.
Whatever word you use, the memo is clearly talking about an evaluation of Turning Point.
But we cannot use the word audit.
We have to call it an effort or they are going to sue you.
The letter goes on to say, the announcement makes clear that Turning Point USA was doing what it has always pledged to donors, ensuring it was being efficient with its funds and time and making changes to foster greater efficiencies.
Moreover, Turning Point USA hires a third-party audit firm to conduct an audit every year.
This is all just their opinion.
This is how they are interpreting Charlie Kirk's memo.
They think that Charlie Kirk wrote this memo and they think it means that they do not have to do anything.
How convenient.
They think that Charlie Kirk wrote a memo just to tell people to keep doing business as usual.
Well, my opinion and the opinion of many other people was that Charlie Kirk's memo meant something different.
This is not a statement of fact.
It is an opinion.
This is another problem I have with this letter.
Most of the statements they mention are opinions just like this one.
If you are going to accuse me of defamatory statements, they need to be facts, not opinions.
If I have a fact wrong, let me know and I will happily correct it.
But I will not change my opinion of this memo to whatever you want.
But since it is so important for Turning Point, I have no problem with specifying that Charlie Kirk's memo used the words doge effort, not Doge audit.
The next statement is, someone at Turning Point decided not to file 990 forms.
At the time I made that video, those forms were not publicly posted.
Those forms were posted after I made that video, and I've already made a correction about that.
The next statement is, in 2023, $650,000 may have been funneled from Turning Point USA through Turning Point Action to Turning Point Pack to evade campaign finance restrictions.
They are referencing this chart from my video.
They claim money actually went from Turning Point Action to Turning Point USA as a reimbursement for event expense.
There was nothing nefarious about that transfer.
I'm not sure they are contradicting what I am saying.
According to their own statement, Turning Point USA used their own donor funds to pay for an event on behalf of Turning Point Action, freeing up Turning Point Action funds, which they then transferred to Turning Point PAC.
They are saying that later, Turning Point Action reimbursed Turning Point USA for that event.
But that doesn't change what I was saying.
Additionally, in my video, I specifically said, again, this is not necessarily illegal if they structure their transactions correctly and utilize campaign finance loopholes, but it certainly looks unethical.
That is my opinion.
This money did move between the organizations.
I'm allowed to have my opinion.
On November 30th, I posted a video called Explosive, More Fraud at Turning Point USA.
They say these are false claims.
There was more fraud at Turning Point USA.
I assume they are referring to the title of the video here.
They, of course, are saying that there is no fraud at Turning Point USA.
The content of the video is me going over the evidence of fraud and sharing my opinion.
Now, technically, a true statement would be that no one has been convicted of fraud at Turning Point USA, but whether fraud is going on right now is an opinion.
This is what happens in every criminal court case.
Both sides look at the facts.
One side gives their opinion that they are innocent.
The other side gives their opinion that they are guilty.
Turning point is looking at the financials and claiming that they are innocent.
I understand that.
I'm looking at the same financials and thinking they look suspicious.
I did not even say in my video that they committed fraud.
I think I'm very fair and balanced when I say, now for legal reasons, I have to say that I do not have any evidence of a crime.
We would need an investigation of the books at Turning Point to know for sure.
What I am saying is that there are red flags in the financials at Turning Point and a lot of questions that need to be answered.
That sounds to me to be pretty fair and balanced, and the complete opposite of what they are accusing me of saying.
They cannot take my statements out of context and accuse me of defamation.
I have the right as a journalist to report on Turning Point's financials.
Their opinion that they have not committed fraud is just an opinion.
My opinion is that it looks suspicious.
Now, it is nice that we have this letter with their official statements, but the letter does nothing to change my suspicions.
It does not address most of my questions.
Instead of answering my questions, it is the precursor to a lawsuit unless I change my statements.
That does nothing to reduce my suspicions.
For the sake of avoiding miscommunication, I can change the title of the video if that makes them more happy.
I already changed it from more fraud at Turning Point USA to more fraud at Turning Point USA, allegedly.
The next statement is that America's Turning Point had ghost employees.
The letter explains, America's Turning Point had 80 employees in FY23 and 108 in FY24.
There was, however, an inadvertent error in America's Turning Point filing, which failed to note to these employees, and America's Turning Point is in the process of rectifying that inadvertent error.
So I was right.
There was something wrong.
They did put incorrect information on the 990 form.
Yes.
There were missing employees.
They were not reporting.
They have confirmed it.
And just to be clear, this was not some minor mistake.
This was around 80 employees that were somehow missing.
Their complaint is that it's not correct to use the term ghost employees.
I don't know if I necessarily agree with that opinion, but that is their position.
I find this incredible.
Incredible.
How are they going to sue me for this?
They admit that I am right that the employees were not reported correctly.
They don't like the wording I used.
How is that defamatory?
Boyer Debunks Turning Point Claims00:06:48
The next statement is that donations to Turning Point Action increased from $10.7 million in FY23 to $27.2 million in FY24 and suggested that Tyler Boyer may have been recruiting these donors away from Turning Point USA to undermine MAGA and benefit himself.
Again, this is not exactly what I said.
And I find their paraphrasing of my statements a little silly.
They are claiming that Tyler Boyer never tried to undermine Charlie Kirk in any of his decisions.
Tyler Boyer never tried to benefit himself in his role at Turning Point.
I find those claims a little excessive.
What I actually say in my video was sharing my opinion on the financials, which I'm allowed to do.
When you see Tyler Boyer's organization growing so much faster than Charlie Kirk's organization, that looks to me like a corporate takeover from the inside.
That is my opinion, which I'm allowed to have.
Now, of course, I cannot know what is going on inside Tyler Boyer's mind, but that's not what I said in my video.
I was not speaking about his state of mind or his motivation.
I do not know that.
The letter goes on to explain that donors naturally direct more money towards election activities in election years, especially to organizations like Turning Point Action that can engage in lobbying and political activity during election years.
Accordingly, you are wrong to assert that the increased donations at Turning Point Action evinced any sort of wrongdoing on Mr. Boyer's part.
So their explanation is that all the changes in the financials can be explained by the election.
That is their official explanation.
I do not believe it, and that is my opinion.
On December 7th, I posted a video called Top 10 Clowns of the Year.
In this video, I called Turning Point my number one clown of the year.
I talked about the now infamous interview with Turning Point's chief security person talking about the day that Charlie Kirk was murdered.
I point out the massive contradiction where he says they were not allowed to fly drones.
Then I show the interview with Frank Turek, where he says he was watching drone footage with Charlie Kirk.
This part is breaking news because I'm not aware this has ever been discussed.
The lawyer in this letter says the following.
There was no discrepancy.
UVU prohibited Turning Point USA from flying drones for security purposes during the event, but did allow a Turning Point USA media production drone to briefly fly over the location before the event to collect limited B-roll footage.
So you're telling me that they allowed a drone flight just for BS B-roll media coverage, but they wouldn't allow a drone flight for security?
And you, as security, accepted that from them and just didn't break that rule because that's insane.
And I thought your million-dollar security, you know, Epstein's million-dollar security did everything he wanted.
First of all, how could this be defamatory if I had no idea about any of this?
Second, I find this explanation absurd.
You are telling me that the security team was not allowed drones, but the media team was?
That is the official explanation from Turning Point's lawyer.
My honest opinion is I do not believe that.
But if that did happen, that is really silly, and it may have cost Charlie Kirk his life.
On December 14th, I posted a video called Timpool Rants about Turning Point.
They say these are false claims.
Asking whether money sent to 110 LLC was to bribe Jake Kaufman.
Again, that's not exactly what I said.
They are complaining that I'm not allowed to ask questions.
I cannot ask questions about 110 LLC.
I cannot ask questions about Jake Kaufman.
I think those are fair questions to ask, given that Turning Point sends them millions of dollars as one of their largest independent contractors.
This is America.
I'm allowed to ask questions.
But I think it is fair for Turning Point to also state their official position.
They claim Turning Point contracts with 110 LLC for legitimate services.
The money you ask about is spent on marketing and advertising services.
So you saw that UPS mailbox there?
That's the company that TPUSA is sending millions of dollars to.
That mailbox.
That's the man.
And that's supposed to be this, oh, this marketing clan.
That's what it's all about.
It's a marketing company running out of a mailbox at a UPS strip mall.
What's wrong with that?
Any claim that's a bribe is false.
It's just a normal transfer of funds in a P.O. box in a strip mall.
So it looks very shady and fraudulent and like there's a bribe happening.
Claim that it is a bribe is false.
The second statement is asking why America's Turning Point lists its COO Tyler Boyer as an independent contractor.
Now, watch this one.
So they do.
Again, they are saying I'm not allowed to ask questions.
Does Turning Point see the irony in this?
Charlie Kirk died under a tent with the slogan, prove me wrong.
His whole college campus tour was about asking questions.
And now Turning Point is sending out legal letters to small YouTube channels accusing them of defamation for asking questions.
I was asking the question why their COO was an independent contractor.
I think that is unusual.
That is my opinion.
Turning Point is now stating their official position.
America's Turning Point lists its COO as an independent contractor because his substantive role for America's Turning Point is more in line with the contractor classification.
So this is new information.
What?
Now we know Turning Point is intentionally doing this.
This is not a mistake.
They are intentionally classifying their COO as an independent contractor, which means they are not withdrawing payroll taxes to send to the IRS.
Now, if I were their CFO, I would not do this.
But for some reason, their CFO, the politician Justin Olson, has determined with all of his accounting expertise that this is the best way to classify their employees.
Whatever the reason, this is Turning Point's opinion about an IRS classification.
It is not a statement of fact, and I'm allowed my own opinion.
The letter also states, more generally, you have accused the Turning Point entities of being shell companies.
This too is false.
They are arguing about what can be defined as a shell company.
They don't want anyone to call Turning Point's multiple organizations shell companies.
Personally, I do not agree that it is an incorrect use of the definition.
Turning point is moving money between organizations like some kind of shell game.
A shell game is a classic street hustle and magic trick.
So in my opinion, I think it would be appropriate to call them shell companies.
But if Turning Point is so upset about the word shell company, I have no problem calling them something else from now on.
On December 28th, I posted a video called Shocking, Turning Point Fraud Gets Worse.
They claim you recklessly repeated many of the previously described falsehoods and again directed viewers to the home address of Mr. Boyer, which has resulted in threats to Mr. Boyer's safety.
Let me explicitly state that I condemn any violence, any threat, any harassment being sent to any employee at Turning Point.
Do not even harass them on X.com.
Do not retweet at them.
Do not send them angry messages.
Keep your comments in my comment section.
Just for the record, I will repeat what I have previously said.
And I have to tell people, please do not go to Tyler Boyer's house.
That is not appropriate.
I was in no way calling for violence against Tyler Boyer, and you are absolutely false in claiming that I was.
In the video, I blacked out Tyler Boyer's address, which I did not have to do.
He put the address himself on a public document.
That's not my fault.
That's his fault.
Don't blame me when I have tried to protect his privacy.
So that is the letter.
There are more paragraphs of legal language that I skipped, but that is pretty much the letter.
I have to say that in general, most of the things they brought up were nitpicky little things.
Like they don't want me to use the word audit or the word shell company.
Those are not even facts.
But I am going out of my way to adjust for some of their requests.
And I want to mention something else.
Take a moment and think of all the statements they listed in this letter as problematic.
I think it's around 11 statements they are claiming are false.
Now think about all the things I've talked about in my videos on Turning Point.
There are a lot of other things that I have said in my videos that were never mentioned in this letter.
They did not say I got those statements wrong.
Nuclear Threats in Europe00:07:57
I think that is very telling.
Again, I have no desire to spread false information.
Some of their statements in this letter were actually very helpful in answering some of our questions.
So I hope that this video cleared up any confusion.
I will be honest with you guys.
Getting a legal letter like this is scary.
I don't know why Turning Point is attacking me like this.
I don't have a lot of money.
Lawyers are expensive and I'm going to need a good one.
So I'm going to ask for help.
If you like my videos, consider signing up for a membership.
That is money that I would use if this turns into a lawsuit.
If you want to provide additional support, you can also donate directly from the homepage of my website on wolvesinfinance.com.
I really appreciate all my members and I'm so thankful for your support, especially in times like these.
I'm Zach from Wolves in Finance.
Thank you for watching.
So everybody, if you can and you care, go donate.
Help him fight back against the $150 million corporation that is Turning Point USA.
They probably have more money now than that.
But anyways.
Or just subscribe.
Yeah.
You know, I mean, the show doesn't have a lot of engagement and you would never get a letter.
When he hit that PO box, that really got to that.
That's a big deal.
That's what we could discern from this.
Yep, that was a big deal.
Tucker Carlson in an interview with this advisor to Putin, and he told him that they're willing to do nuclear war.
Let's listen to a little bit of that.
But none of those concerns.
So all the concerns that we've been talking about, none of them, according to Tucker.
Are even close.
Even close.
To what's happening in Eastern Europe, what's happening between Russia and Ukraine.
Russia, and prepare yourselves because this is the global headline.
Russia is actively considering the use of nuclear weapons against Europe.
Not against Kiev, against Europe, specifically the Uk and Germany, just taking out the Uk and Germany with nuclear weapons.
That's a fact.
Now we're going to explain why we know that that's true in a moment and at the end of this open we're going to play an interview we did a few hours ago with a man called Sergei Karnagov, who is a longtime political advisor to Vladimir Putin and one of the most famous public intellectuals in Russia, been around for about 35 years.
So here's what he actually said.
So Tucker asks him.
Talking about that.
What is defeat of Russia?
What is the defeat of Russia?
So they're talking about this.
So Europe wants to defeat Russia.
So does NATO.
So what is the defeat?
What does it look like?
And here's what he says.
Just Russia comes close to a defeat.
That would mean that Russia now would use nuclear weapons and the Europe will be finished physically.
So, I mean, it's simply impossible even to think about it.
But they have been talking because they need a war to rationalize their stay in power, to rationalize their existence.
And it is not about even defeat of Russia now.
It is simply keeping on with the fading European Union, with the fading economy, with fading European positions in the world.
Everybody in the world now laughs at Europe, which used to be, by the way, one of the core centers of world power.
Now it's a joke.
Of course, I'm not speaking of all Europe.
We know that there are decent Europeans, there are smart Europeans, though in my class, political class of European thinkers and European foreign policy and defense, et cetera, et cetera.
There's only one or two men or persons left.
I wouldn't name them because that would jeopardize them in the eyes of the audience.
But nobody else.
I do not have any interlocutor, almost any interlocutor in Europe anymore.
So he's saying that they'll use nuclear weapons.
He asked them point blank, what countries?
If there were nuclear strikes from Russia into Europe in the next year or two, as you said, there may be, what countries would that include?
But my choice would be Britain and Germany.
He says it, Britain and Germany.
So that's how come that's not the headline in every newspaper?
Because of course, that's why you have nuclear weapons.
If Russia feels like their defeat is imminent, they're going to use them.
And that's what he's saying.
But it's so just could you respond to that?
It seems crazy.
And why isn't Trump ending this war?
The question also is, how did we get here?
It's because our foreign policy has been dictated by people like John McCain and the Bushes.
And frankly, people who have no party, who are at the State Department, who have insisted on expanding NATO over and over and over again to basically the humiliation of Russia.
So I say Putin is a Cold War relic who was elected due to another Cold War relic, NATO.
And, you know, the thing, the reason he's still in power is he represents pride.
Like people, there's national pride.
We're all proud of America.
And there are Russians who are proud of Russia.
And by continually sticking our finger in their eye, we have, they felt, or Putin did, and he stayed in power.
He's not been overthrown like the predictions, you know, in the early stages of Ukraine.
Remember, they said, oh, his country is going to turn on him.
Oh, look, he's dying of cancer or something.
There were all of these predictions.
This will be over quickly.
And it's not because that's what's at stake for them now is their pride.
And that's where we are.
It's a wounded bear and there are nuclear power.
And we've always been playing with matches near gasoline to be involved in Ukraine.
And it's a place we never should have been.
And we never should have.
We wouldn't have had to provoke Russia into their action of going into Ukraine.
If you looked at Ukraine, you know how in the United States, there's the blue counties that I was going to say Biden.
I forgot they put Kamal Harris on the ballot instead.
But there's the blue counties that Kamal Harris won.
And then there's the red counties that Trump won.
And you can see where the coasts are, and you can see where Chicago is and the biggest city in every state.
Well, if you did a blue versus red map in Ukraine long ago, it was a continuous, like it went from red to blue and it was purple in the middle.
And it's always been that way.
And there's just varying degrees of Russian culture on one side and, you know, non-Russian European culture on the other.
It never made sense to make it all one or the other, frankly.
And when this is over, assuming we don't get into a nuclear war, the end game is going to be largely what it started out with, which is three or four of those territories that were predominantly dominated by Russia are going to be dominated by Russia.
If we can get to an endgame that's not nuclear war or something totally crazy.
I've lived long enough to be through a bunch of wars now, and it's always the same story.
And I can't believe that the Americans, after Iraq twice, after Afghanistan for 20 years, after Libya, that they fell for it so easily again in Ukraine.
It's just amazing that they fell for this propaganda and that people, oh, we got to go.
But of course, that was the big purpose of RussiaGate also was to prime the pump for this war because they've been planning this war for 10, 15 years.
Endless War Propaganda00:03:06
And that's what this was about.
And, you know, you can't talk sense to people.
Why do you think Donald Trump, he promised to end this war in 24 hours?
And here we are a year into his presidency.
And he's still funding it.
And he's still sanctioning Russia, which is just the most self-destructive thing we could do.
Why do you think he's doing that?
He's not completely in control.
That's part of it.
I don't believe that he was disingenuous when he campaigned and said he was going to end the war and he was going to get us out of Ukraine.
I just think you wake up in the morning and you're the president and you got a lot of stuff on your plate.
You got to tweet something mad about Thomas Massey and then you got to tell Canada you're going to invade them and then you've got to go about the other business of the day.
And I just think he's left too many things up to other people, but I'm not Not giving him a pass anymore.
Used to, you know, in the first administration, we said, oh, he made some hiring mistakes.
He hired John Bolton.
Right.
He hired Bill Barr.
Those were mistakes.
And that's that, you know, he won't, especially like you, you know, when he was shot in the ear, I thought, okay, now here's a man who's been shot.
There's no way he's going to get in there and fall for the same slop again and hire bad people who are at odds with the things he campaigned on.
But that's, I mean, that's where we are.
And with the $300 million going to NED, how to, you know, even if you're the president, you've only got so many hours in the day and you just spent $300 million for other people to figure out how to get you to do the things you said you weren't going to do.
But here we are.
And this is.
So when you say he's not in total control, like what?
So who is in control of this Ukraine situation?
It's the people who've always been in control.
The people in 2014 who led the revolution there in Ukraine that instigated that.
The CIA.
The CIA.
What's the woman's name?
If you said it, I would remember it.
She's like a bad penny.
She shows up everywhere.
Yes.
Yeah, Victoria Newland.
That's it.
Yeah, it's those people.
It's those people who get into government and they're there regardless of who the president is.
And they're moving around hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars, regardless of who the president is.
They're making phone calls and doing business.
And in Congress, the bodies that are supposed to have oversight over this, like the Intel Committee, they pick those folks either for not being, I'm going to get in trouble for the say of this.
Mayor Persecutes Political Opponent00:07:42
I'll just say they're uncurious.
The people they put on the Intel Committee are for the most part uncurious.
They don't ask questions.
And whatever you tell them, they're conditioned not to question authority.
And then they do have some bright people on there who are basically former, I'll say former deep state, are going to be deep state later in their lives.
They're in one door of the revolving door, and they just happen to be on the Intel Committee or the Foreign Affairs Committee in Congress right now, waiting for their job at the CIA or maybe they were at the CIA and we didn't know it when they got elected to Congress.
There are people, you know, there are people who run for Congress and say, hey, I was in the CIA and I protected this country.
And then there are people in Congress who were in the CIA and you never know it.
Yeah.
And they go back to the CIA when they're done.
This is Randy Fine.
He's the Zionist maniac from Florida.
He's a congressman.
And this is from April 27th of 2023.
They made a secret trip to Jerusalem with Governor DeSantis so they could sign a bill.
They literally went there to sign a bill taking away people's free speech in Florida for Zionism.
Yes.
Why wouldn't you go on a secret trip?
Can't he sign it in Florida?
Like, why do it there?
I don't get it.
Why go to Israel?
Yeah, to talk about it.
To show that you're a bigger cuck than you have to be.
So Florida passed an unconstitutional hate speech law in 2023 that was signed into law by DeSantis.
Now, less than three years later, Miami Beach police are going door to door asking American citizens about their social media posts that are clearly protected speech under the First Amendment.
So, this woman here, her name is Raquel Pacheco.
She's a Miami Beach resident, veteran, and a repeat candidate who has been openly critical of Mayor Stephen Minor and of Israel.
And guess what happened to her?
Well, the cops, right?
Yeah, I think so.
So, a cops came to her house, and this is what happened.
Is that your account?
I refuse to answer questions without my lawyer present.
So, I really don't know how to answer that.
Like I said, you're not going to be able to get freedom of speech.
This is America, right?
All right.
And I agree with you 100%.
We're just trying to see if it's you, but if we're not talking to the right person, we want to go see who the right person is.
Okay, how can I help you?
So, pretty much it's just a statement that was made as far as you know.
It says the guy who consistently calls for the death of all Palestinians tried to shut down a theater for showing a movie that hurt his feelings and refuses to stand up for the LGBTQ community in any way, even leaves a room when they vote and on related matters, wants you to know that you're all welcome.
Clown face, clown face, clown face.
So, they're literally reading her Facebook post.
Cops are at her house to talk to her about an insulting Facebook post.
Hang on, there's more to this.
I'm not going to answer whether that's me or not.
Okay, the concerning part and not concerning for the person who's posting it, we're just trying to prevent somebody else getting agitated or agreeing with the statement.
We're not saying it's true or not.
I understand that guy who consistently calls for the death of all Palestinians can probably incite somebody to do something radical.
That's what we're using.
Oh, God.
And we wanted to get your side of it.
Was you that posted that?
To, I would think, to refrain from posting things like that because that can get something insightful.
Yeah, we're here to intimidate you from posting things that are critical of Israel and the mayor.
That's what we're here to do.
We're here to intimidate you with my gun, with my police badge, and a special trip to your door to read to you your social media post back in your face and tell you you better refrain from that.
Jimmy, shouldn't he have a mask on or something?
He should have something on.
I appreciate you coming out here.
Okay, that's it.
That is it.
And we're going to maintain my amendment rights to not answer the question about what you're doing.
I hope that's interesting.
All right, we appreciate it.
Thank you for you as well.
Thank you.
Take care.
Two cops.
Shouldn't they be out fighting crime, trying to make their city safer?
Shouldn't they be trying to.
You got nothing better to do?
So here, can I just say F you and F Israel?
How about that?
Can I say that?
And I can actually say that whenever I want.
It's literally, it is my right to say that because unlike the modern Ashkenazi state of Israel, we actually have a constitution in the United States.
And you have the right to feel hurt by what I said, just like you have a right to go fuck yourself.
How about that?
No one can take away your right to go fuck yourself, pigs.
So, no, of course, they're not there to intimidate.
They're part of Florida's new grammar police.
They're citing you for spelling the word you're wrong.
It's got an apostrophe, R.E.
So, and we also, as we all know, facts are anti-Semitic, especially if the truth upsets ones the truth is about.
I missed this in the earlier slide, but so she's been a candidate before.
So that sounds to me like the mayor is persecuting a political opponent using the sheriffs.
It's pretty common Florida.
Well, every state, really, you know?
That's why they focused on her.
You are correct because here's that cop.
Oh.
And by the way, I think is he wearing the exact same thing?
It looks like it's his same casual uniform.
He's wearing the exact same thing.
So this is the mayor.
I see his shoes, the same shoes, too.
Oh, same shoes.
So there's the Miami Beach Mayor Stephen Miner addresses attendees at a campaign event in October.
On the right, is the same officer who questioned Raquel Pack Pacheco at her door this week and can be seen at Tim leaning against the wall, wearing what appears to be the same clothes he wore at Pacheco's doorstep.
So that's a crime that you would think.
You'd think that the Miami Beach mayor too cheap to buy his henchman a second outfit.
Yeah.
Or even some masks so they aren't doxxed.
Right?
By the way, anytime you see a police officer, a politician with a suit and sneakers, just know they're getting ready to run if they need to.
That's what that's.
Oh, I thought they're like Gavinoosa and they're getting ready to put their legs behind their head and suck their own dick.
Well, either either that or this guy, let me show this guy.
Show the thing.
Either that or the mayor has Jerry Seinfeld dressing him every morning.
I find that very suspicious that he's dressed exactly like Seinfeld, passing significantly.
Candace Owens tweeted it out and said, nothing will catalyze anti-Semitism in America faster than this right there.
No doubt about it.
No doubt about it.
Showing up, asking someone about a social media post critical of pals of Israel and guys who support Israel.
Oh, is this England?
Right?
No, right?
Finger Wags & Trump Doctrine00:05:27
This is bitch-ass England.
I feel, yeah.
I feel it is like England.
Hey, this is Jimmy.
Who's this?
Hey, man, it's JD Vance.
Hey, Mr. Vice President.
What a pleasure.
How are you?
Fuck you.
And I'm giving you the middle finger into the phone, just FYI.
Why?
What did I do?
That's a perfectly justifiable response.
To what?
Just whatever.
Look, the president responded that way to Heckler the other day, and the White House spokesman said it was appropriate behavior from a sitting president.
So now we are all doing it here at the White House to normalize it, like it's no big deal.
We're flicking each other off and saying, fuck you.
Okay, all right, I see.
And especially me, because I have an important new role here at the White House.
The normalizer in chief.
Is that a formal title now?
No, it's still pretty cash, but it's an important job.
The more Trump does things that are, say, unconventional, the more we are going to need to, say, mitigate the unconventionalness of them.
Like saying, fuck you.
What, you've never said that?
Fuck you.
Okay.
Take Greenland, for example, as in Donald Trump wants to take Greenland.
A president just unilaterally announcing he's going to be seated an entire nation, quote, or else.
Totally normal, dude.
Is it, though?
Yes, fuck you.
Because, Jimmy, it's just all about the security of the United States.
And the United States government and military has always taken hegemonic steps to protect the security of its citizens, even at times violating the sovereignty of other nations when necessary.
Like that or not, this is not new.
Wow.
Nicely done.
And what security threats would be neutralized by us invading Greenland?
Jimmy, any number of securities?
Take your pick.
I'd like you to actually name one, Mr. Normalizer.
Okay, let's play devil's advocate.
The left is always talking about climate change and rising sea levels, right?
Yeah.
And where would all that new water be coming from?
Melting ice in the Arctic.
And what's between us and the Arctic?
Greenland.
Boom.
How would we, what, how would we stop the water?
The Navy would do something, idiot.
They're the water, dude.
How?
How would the Navy stop rising sea levels?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Maybe put out a bunch of those ropes that have white and blue floaty things on them that separate the shallow end from the deep end at public pools.
My point is, we got this.
I don't think that's how water levels work.
Oh, what?
Are you a hydrologist now?
Fuck you.
Okay.
And then there's Venezuela.
When asked who is currently running Venezuela, President Trump said, I am.
And everyone clutched their monocles or whatever that thing is that fancy people do.
But guess what?
Big deal, breaking news.
F you.
How is that okay?
Oh, like presidents have never run other countries before, have never kidnapped world leaders before?
Yes, they have, but they have used flowery language about spreading democracy because a U.S. president running another country is not supposed to happen.
Well, he's just saying the quiet part out loud now.
Isn't that somehow better?
Admitting that there are no norms or guardrails on U.S. foreign policy?
Not when he campaigned on doing the exact opposite.
Well, that was then and this is now.
We didn't know about Greenland then.
You didn't know what about Greenland?
That it was there?
Whatever.
I don't know.
Point is, there is now a Trump doctrine, and that doctrine is simply, fuck you.
You personally, to the world, to other nations, do collectively agreed upon norms.
Fuck you.
Wow.
Okay.
But that's totally normal.
Just like what ICE is doing.
We've always enforced the laws, Jimmy.
There's nothing new about any of this.
Shooting women in the face for driving has always been a part of enforcing the laws.
You know, Mr. Vice President, I think you're smart enough to realize that this tactic is simply not going to work on a lot of people.
I, of course, do know that, and we have a message for those people.
Oh, I'm pretty sure I could guess what it is.
Blow me.
Oh, curveball.
You juked me.
I know.
Pretty slick.
I like the opposition on their toes, sort of my job.
Keep Freaking Them Out00:01:14
Well, you're doing really great at it.
We got to go now.
Talk to you later, Mr. Vice President.
Okay, cool.
But also, fuck you.
Fuck you also.
In addition to blow me, fuck you.
