An official report has been filed in Ohio as a cryptographic algorithm was found in the Ohio State Board of Elections' voter rolls. It is the reference, of course, to the David and Goliath story, where David picks up Five smooth stones from the brook, and they're the exact ones God wants him to use to get Goliath.
Now the story, we have a sub-stack out, and there's quite a bit on the website, if you take a look at the website.
The story is that we have found in Ohio, we filed it with the Ohio office of Franklin Rose, who's the Secretary of State.
There's a cryptographic algorithm In the Ohio State Board of Elections official voter registration database that they didn't know exists.
Now, what these algorithms do is these algorithms code the database of the voters, and it's a scheme that's based on modular mathematics.
It's complicated, but what it does is it rearranges the voter registration IDs.
This is kind of like a, the kind of cryptographics here.
Cryptographics just means how, you know, a code is placed into things.
How, when the military wants to communicate with the military in battle, they can't just send a message in plain English.
It would be read.
So they have to put it into a code.
Well, a code is a scheme and it changes how the program runs.
So if voter data is looked at as a deck of cards, With each voter being a card, the key in a card marking scheme is you've got to shuffle the deck.
You can't put marked cards into a fresh deck, because they'd stand out.
The cards, when they come from the manufacturer, are ordered from the highest suit, top card in the highest suit, to the lowest card in the lowest suit.
And so they would, you know, marked cards would just stand out as the ones out of order.
Now, what they do is they take the data registration and they remove that from the database when they're giving voter ID numbers, because then they can create spaces between contingent, you know, one voter number one comes in to get voter ID number one, voter number two comes in to get voter ID number two.
So they add 11 or 12.
So voter number two is actually, you know, voter number 13.
Or voter number 12, or whatever the interval is.
And in there, they can insert other records from other places in the file that are not in chronological order.
What that means is you can also insert false non-existent voters, clones that you make up, or ghost voters that you create.
Now, Dr. Andrew Paquette, PhD, Uh, he is just a genius of being able to find these codes and figure them out.
So what he says is there is a, uh, in, in three of the counties in Ohio, which are Franklin, Lucas, and Montgomery.
And these are near major cities near, um, you know, Frank there's three, the three major city that the democratic vote in Ohio is in cities.
So, Franklin County includes Columbus, which is the capital of Ohio.
Lucas County includes Toledo, which is a city on the west of Ohio, going to Indiana.
And Montgomery, which includes Dayton.
Also, he found that in Cleveland's Cuyahoga County, there was a large surge in the boat harvesting.
Now, these are all techniques to get Voters who are non-existent.
Because when you go out and vote Harvest, you're just getting names, people signing things, and bring them into the board of election, they'll just give you a voter registration.
They don't go out and see if that person's real.
So the gaming here is to get a non-existent person to get a legitimate state board of election ID to vote.
So that then can be stuffed back into the deck of cards as a marked card.
Those are one of the marked cards you want to use if you're going to rig an election.
Because if I'm the guys who created this, you know, scheme, and by the way, it is a complicated scheme because it involves getting access to the mainframe computer of the Ohio State Board of Elections, and then rigging it with this code.
I can use my non-existent voters to get mail-in ballots whenever I want to.
And they get their mail-in ballots, they run them through the tabulation machines.
It's the same number, voter ID, as requested the ballot, as shows up on the outer envelope of the mail-in ballot.
So that's a certifiable vote.
That's a vote that looks legitimate, even though there's no one there.
Completely made up.
Now, if you go on to God's Five Stones, and Chris will show you this, there's a lot there.
That's the Paquette Paper.
The Paquette Paper is complicated, and it's mathematical.
I'm sure there will not be everybody who's going to be able to read it.
But again, there's lots of things on the website that summarize it.
So for instance, if you take a look, clicking on the Ohio, first thing you've got there is the letter from Thomas Connors.
Let's take a look at the letter from Thomas Connors.
What Thomas is saying, this is a letter that went to the state, to Ohio State, Brian Katz, who is the public integrity officer, Thomas Conner is a member of the Mendenhall Law Firm, which is in Akron.
Dr. Burkett's initial review of Ohio voters attached shows that voter identification numbers in certain counties are assigned by an algorithm that permits a hidden means of tracking voter registrations.
His work, while preliminary and not comprehensive, is consistent with his examination of the New York voter rolls that showed an algorithm that also permitted such tracking, which his analysis shows was tied to false registrations.
This hidden tracking system effectively functions as a third ID number in New York and appears to present a significant election system risk.
It also appears to violate the requirements of the Help America Vote Act related Ohio statute, which requires that all election officials be able to obtain immediate access to the information contained in a statewide voter registration list.
Okay, so now this is a, the second paragraph is important too.
An example of the Ohio algorithms in question is found in Lucas County.
Lucas County voter identification numbers are assigned using a complex modular arithmetic scheme.
Numbers are grouped into discrete sets based on their remainders when divided by 8.
That's modulo 8, values 0 through 7.
This creates several parallel sequences, each with its own modular-based pattern.
For instance, mod 7, mod 3, and mod 0.
The structured non-consecutive assignment sharply contrasts with a natural consecutive numbering found in many other counties in Ohio.
These groupings show other patterns that subdivide them into subgroups as discussed in greater detail in Dr. Paquette's preliminary report.
It's a very important letter because it's laying out a scheme which should not be in any voter registration database in the country.
Yet we're finding them, and we've now found them, in New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
And we're about to publish and find it in several others, including Texas.
Now, what I'm considering here, and this is the bottom line, is that it looks to me As if the intelligence agencies, which have been rigging elections overseas since the 1950s, have decided to start rigging elections here in the United States.
Now, Chris, I'm going to ask you to comment on this in a minute.
I want to cover one more point and then I'd like to get your, I'd like to have a little dialogue on this.
The second thing, so we did a press release also on the Ohio algorithm and I've done a sub stack.
Okay.
All of these are out there.
And what I'm saying is that the algorithm that Dr. Paquette found on the Ohio voter registration list involves a complex form of modular arithmetic, which the identification numbers are assigned by a mathematical scheme that disregards the date of registration as the chronological natural order in which voter identifications are naturally ordered.
Okay, so this is a criminal scheme.
And what it does is it facilitates fraudulent mail-in voting, or also fraudulent just simply registrations in the cities like Ohio, where this vote harvesting has gone on, and anybody can show up and be that person and vote.
As long as they have the name, they can show up and be that person.

You were on with Tony Schafer a little while ago when you talked about how this may have been around since 2007.
Right.
Back in 2012, there was an argument over some Democrat districts or some districts in Ohio voting in favor of Barack Obama, but with more votes than voters in some ways.
I should say there were more voters voting in that particular election in those districts than Uh, actual voters.
Now we may have found the, we may have found, I'm not at this point, all we're doing is asking questions.
We were asking questions about, and we were, we were, uh, silenced.
Well, again, I'm not accusing anyone of voter fraud at this point.
Right.
And I'm not saying any election was stolen, or we're not at that point of proof yet.
And so I'm not going to make a claim that's outside of our ability to prove something.
Fair.
Fair.
Just a question from my end.
It's a legitimate question.
What we can find, however, and I think you're going to find that Seeing these algorithms is going to explain a lot of the anomalies people have observed in voting over the past few years, and I think this is maybe one of the more important discoveries that I've made in my career, is to identify these algorithms are there.
Now, the preliminary report by Andrew Paquette is difficult, but it's necessary, and Getting through these numbers, not everybody's going to be able to do it.
But experts are going to be able to do it.
And so therefore, this becomes an expert analysis.
And I think experts are going to find that this is very disturbing.
Because these kinds of schemes should not be imposed on a database as sensitive as the voter database.
Because the key is, you know, in designing voting systems, you've got to realize that people want to cheat and people want to steal elections.
It's been going on since time immemorial.
So you've got to design a system that's foolproof.
If it can be penetrated and you can put algorithms into the database that allow you to hide non-existent voters, to create and hide them, And that's key, because Ohio says, well, we've gotten rid of all the people who are dead, and we've gotten rid of all the people off our border roll who have moved, and things of that nature.
Those are not the files that these criminals are looking to use.
These criminals create their own files and bury them into the deck.
As clones, or just completely ghost voters.
And there's a lot of anomalies, even in the Ohio databases it remains.
There's some 3,500 clones.
There's I think 170,000 voters who don't have a registration date, or the registration date is fictional.
Well, those are not good records.
And there's also things about the scatter plots, which we will go through that, that Ohio has a very wacky system for assigning numbers.
They assign numbers from 700 million to a billion, you know, and they've got a huge database of numbers here to work with.
So there's a lot of gaps in the way they assign their numbers.
And these gaps are not good because these gaps create the opportunity for anomalies.
Does that not make it easier to hide?
Yes, it does.
It makes it easier to hide things.
The whole thing is to make it easy to hide things.
That's what this whole scheme is about.
And to lie.
So now that we've found it here, it's going to take a little bit of time for this to become a major story.
First of all, people are saying, oh, well, nothing's worked on a challenging election so far.
Because they're challenging a certified election.
Right.
The trick here is to get a non-existent voter to have a certified vote.
Once you can do that, you can get enough of these mail-in ballots voted surreptitiously and run through the computer by the criminals.
This could be an inside job entirely, that it doesn't even require someone on the outside to get the mail-in ballot, because that person doesn't exist.
You're not mailing a ballot to anybody.
You're doing this entirely within the computer.
And I think it's international, because if we take a look at the last European parliamentary election, which was just done, you'll see that what happened there was that on the first ballot it looked like The conservatives were winning.
Then the second battle is, oh, the left woke up and the left surged.
Well, as I called Italy and I called France, I found out that there was no surge in the polls.
People weren't showing up.
The surge was in the computers.
And it's a frightening thought that the CIA may have taken its ability to interfere in foreign elections and decided to start interfering in the United States elections.
Chris, what's your thought?
Um, let's put it this way from what you're saying.
Again, we're not challenging elections.
We're not challenging certified elections here, but what, what we are, what we want to do is inform people that this kind of thing can happen or that there are fails.
Yep.
Can happen.
And there are fail safes.
Let's say if an undesirable gets elected, there was a guy I ran some years ago in Wisconsin named absolutely nobody.
Remember that?
Yeah, but see, here's the point for this, before we go there.
Well, that's what I'm saying.
This is the political system.
They want to make sure that somebody that they don't want in doesn't get in.
This is a possibility.
Again, these are all possibilities.
Well, okay.
Here's the point.
If the mail-in ballots are this vulnerable, and the scheme is designed so you can create false people to get certifiable numbers and use mail-in ballots fraudulently, if this is a possibility, The fail-safe is you're gonna have to start having forensic sampling of the mail-in ballots before you count them.
In other words, okay, we've got 100,000 mail-in ballots.
Well, you better send out people to look and see if a sample of those, like, you know, go see 500 of those people.
Go see 1,000 of those people.
See how many of them.
Pick them randomly.
See how many of them exist.
See what the failure rate of those is.
In other words, They've got the mail-in ballots, got the numbers, you can trace who that voter is in the system.
So you go get that voter, and now you go out and see if that voter is really there.
Is that a person?
Is that an address?
Is that person qualified and eligible to vote?
Then you can get some kind of a basis for understanding how many of the mail-in ballots might be illegitimate.
You probably can't go and check every one of the 100,000, but with a sample you can estimate that, again, at some point or other that the mail-in ballots are not reliable.
That's ultimately where we're going, is the mail-in ballots are, I think, one of the easiest ways to cheat in an election.
I think, quite frankly, that's why they were created.
The New York Times has started this already, pulling out their obligatory article about a few days ago, saying, well, the election results, the count could take a little while longer than election night.
Once again, this is like 2000.
They're preparing us for another, well, the mail-in ballots.
Look, the election day might cause this red mirage.
Remember the red mirage from 2020?
I remember, they're going to say the red mirage again, you know, that didn't show up.
Right.
They're just preparing us for a, well, election night's results may not work.
We might find some votes a few days later and then call it for the other person.
Okay, this is beginning to look like a classic psychological operation of an intelligence agency.
Right.
So first you get rid of Biden because his numbers are too poor, and then you get in Harris, And you start gaslighting her.
Start saying, oh, she's now really brilliant, and look at all the things she's saying, and her polls are really good, and she is winning in the popular election, but she needs more votes in the swing states.
They've got all these narratives, and once these narratives are pumped out by the intelligence agencies into the mainstream media, the echo chamber takes over.
So you've got CNN, you've got all the different stations, all with their own versions of this story, which is a made-up story to begin with.
Kamala Harris is probably the most unlikable person in politics.
Even her own staff quits on her.
Almost as unlikable as Hillary, right?
It's a toss-up.
But let's juxtapose this red mirage.
Again, see, the New York Times and people who are viewing this podcast right now will get to see another mirage as a sub-headline.
So they're using these words and these little ways to gaslight us.
Let's juxtapose that to your research and Andrew Paquette's research, whereas now with this algorithm states can kind of, and again I'm not saying they're going to do this and they are doing this, but I said they can.
They can cook up The idea that they can cook up the idea that there was a mirage where not enough mail-in ballots were counted that one day.
So, yes, it's plausible.
Everything's plausible.
And they can produce data to back it up?
If you're sitting there in New York and you're running this criminal scheme, you're the one who's got control of the algorithm.
And you've got 300,000 non-existent voters you can vote.
Okay.
And decide to start.
You could say, basically, do you want Kamala Harris to lead in the morning?
Do you want to win by 1%, 3%, 5%?
Do you want to have a, have it go to the next day?
Tell me how you want to play this.
Cause I can vote those non-existent mail-in votes throughout the day, depending on how many I needed at any given time to produce a result in the ongoing toll and the numbers.
Now, especially at the end of an election.
You know, when you're trying to then say, how many do I need?
If you fall short, you can stop the count, and then you can overnight produce the ones you need to win.
That's the pattern that we saw in so many of these elections, including the Venezuela election, which was just held.
Now, if you take a look at the material on God's Five Stones and read it, you're going to see this is really in-depth work, and it's validated.
The numbers—this is math.
In other words, what Paquette has done is he said, okay, here's the sequence of numbers in the Ohio voter list.
Here's how they're assigned.
And so therefore this algorithm explains the assignment of the numbers and it works out.
So again, applying the algorithm is how the next number is determined.
And he shows that.
Now again, this is not hypothetical because it's actually, he's demonstrated it with the way the numbers actually are assigned, the voter ID numbers in Ohio.
Now, the same scheme shows up in Texas, and we've got New York State and New Jersey.
I'm beginning to suspect that we're going to find these algorithms in quite a few states.
