It looks like the Biden Administration's FBI is preparing to clamp down a bit more against the political opposition. In a Wednesday Newsweek article, Arkin reveals that the vast majority of FBI investigations into “anti-government” activities are of Trump supporters. First story I want to cover today has to do with a warning that OPEC is giving. OPEC,
the head of OPEC, yesterday in a statement said that the underinvestment in petroleum
products, oil, specifically oil drilling, is a dangerous threat to energy security.
And And he dismissed the idea that renewables alone will be able to meet the future energy demand.
This is realism, finally, coming into the market.
This hysterical climate agenda is, first of all, scientifically false.
Carbon dioxide is not the temperature knob of the Earth's temperature control knob.
It's not.
It's a minor molecule, and there's many, many much more significant forces, including the Sun, and we covered that yesterday.
But the problem here is that this under-investment in the oil industry is dangerous.
This is what the Secretary General of OPEC was saying yesterday.
He was interviewed on CNN.
He said, I believe it is critical that the world gets this right, that by under-investing, we're actually endangering energy security.
The world will require at least $12 trillion of investments globally for the oil industry from now to the year 2045.
There are serious possibilities of prices.
The volatility will be increasing as the demand grows.
So, immediately, what this Mr. Gaius, or Gais, I'm not sure how you say his name, at any rate, we're going to see oil push to $100 a barrel again.
I think oil could go to $200 a barrel.
I think there's cutting off of production in the United States, this whole renewables craze, wind and solar, and all the idea that we could go to wind and solar as a major source of power in the immediate when the grid is not ready to do that.
The electric grid can't handle 50% of all cars being electric.
We would burn out the entire grid in about a month.
The transformers need to cool at night.
If people are recharging electric vehicles at night, we're going to burn out the electric grid pretty quick.
We'll require massive billions of dollars, maybe trillions of dollars of investment in the electric grid to be able to seriously go to wind and solar.
So, the situation here is that this whole global hysteria over climate change is predicated on the fact that we could do this switch to easily, you know, just throw a switch and just now we've got wind and solar.
Well, it doesn't work that way.
And for the last, you know, 20, 40 to 40 years, going back to World War II, which is now, you know, 1945, we've got A whole experience of the world being dependent on oil and natural gas.
It's still 80% of all electricity.
Wind and solar are a minor percentage.
They don't contribute very much.
And these ESG policies are putting pressure on oil and gas, again, because they drive down the investment.
This is what the head of OPEC is saying.
If ESG-driven prices are implemented with an automatic bias against any and all conventional energy projects, the resulting underinvestment will have serious implications for the global economy, for energy affordability, and for energy security.
Okay, so unfortunately, that's exactly what is happening.
The cost of capital for oil and gas projects has risen due to a higher perceived risk, and capital scarcity is a common phenomenon driven by ESG.
So there's 114 banks now which have, representing 38% of global banking assets, they've signed this commitment To the statement of the UN Net Zero Banking Alliance, which is NZBA.
And they pledged to transition their lending portfolios to net zero emissions by 2050 or sooner.
Now the only good thing about that, and so banks involved in this include Bank of America, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo.
In addition, an investor-led initiative called Climate Action 100 Plus has received support from 700 investment companies representing $88 trillion in global assets, and the aim is to ensure that the world's largest greenhouse gas emitters take necessary action on climate change.
So, this hysteria predicated on faulty science Is going to throw the world into a situation of much higher energy prices.
And I think OPEC is correct.
And OPEC is already limiting supply.
Their prices are going up on oil and natural gas.
As we get into winter, this could become a crisis.
And it's again, one of the factors I see that could lead to a global crash.
Now, the next story I want to cover is in the same vein, and I follow the economics extremely closely because, again, the economics are fundamental to our ability to manage society.
We will completely destroy the middle class with increasing energy prices and increasing food prices.
Now, another story is a little bit technical here, but it's important.
The yields on bonds have been going up.
And some analyses that have been done recently have said this is related to the deficit.
In other words, in the emerging markets of the 1990s and the global financial crisis of 2007, 2008
and the pandemic of 2020, Treasury had the unmatched capacity to borrow
and it came to the rescue of each of these crises.
Okay, by spending massive amounts of money.
But now our national debt is about 125% of our GDP.
It's certainly over our GDP, measured by different... I get different measures of how much over, but I think there's consensus that we are now paying a trillion dollars a year in interest on the debt.
And with the modern monetary theory, we just print that money up, which again is inflationary, because we're just throwing more money into the economy that is hypothecated out of nothing.
So, what is happening is that this inflation picture has gotten marginally better.
Federal Reserve is not it's not done raising rates.
They've made that very clear and they're going to have a long period with rates at least at five percent because they consider this to be their their new neutral where they can hold five to six percent interest rates and inflation doesn't get wildly out of hand and unemployment doesn't escalate.
But the problem is we've had this these larger deficits Over the past 20 years, and the interest rate models are not working to predict the future in terms of where interest rates and inflation are going to go.
So yields are increasing on bonds because investors asked to buy new bonds.
Gradually make room in their portfolios by buying less of something else, such as equities.
Eventually, the tax-adjusted returns of these assets equalize, which means higher bond yields and lower price-earnings ratios on stocks.
And that's beginning to happen.
And if these markets move this way, you can see that it heads us towards... I don't think the United States is going to, at this point, be facing a debt default.
But if this continues, we're going to have a harder, harder time selling our bonds, which is bad news for the Treasury.
And remember, Fitch Ratings already downgraded the U.S.
credit rating once, which is another very bad sign.
So these, to me, these factors add up to suggest that we're going into the beginning of a global crash.
I also noticed today in reading the economic news that the consumer spending has slowed down.
Now, they're not sure yet whether that's going to be a lasting trend or not, but it is slowing down.

Now I want to cover one more economic story, then Chris I'm going to give you a chance to comment.

The story is that the United Auto Workers are finally making it clear that one of the reasons they're striking is because they're concerned they're going to lose their jobs from the EVs.
Biden's policies, which are going to demand by edict From the Environmental Protection Agency, that we go to maybe 50% of all cars or some percentage being made as electric vehicles within a very few years.
Now, if that happens, the 25,000 auto workers across the United States in the UAW who are striking against General Motors, Ford, and Stellantis, Which is a new one in the auto industry, but at any rate, they've announced, the strike was announced about a month ago, and two things they want is they want higher wages to keep up with inflation.
People realize the purchasing power of the dollar is diminishing.
Food and energy are taken out of the inflation index.
So you're not getting an accurate picture when the Fed says they're making marginal progress, slowing interest rates, only on what they choose to measure.
And the fact is that at the grocery store, you're not getting a lot of groceries for $100.
they're not getting a lot of groceries for $100. So these 25,000 workers want higher wages
and they want to guarantee that they're going to keep their jobs, that Biden's EV
mandates are not going to put them out of work.
So the Evie mandates essentially could be the end of the road for the job workers of these, of the American auto industry could basically die.
This has been a concern to me for a long time, that the EVs don't go long distances, we don't have enough infrastructure to handle them, not enough charging stations, they operate differently, and they have a lot of operational problems, including that the batteries take an enormous amount of hydrocarbon fuels to mine the rare earth minerals to go into these batteries, they're very heavy, and they tend to burn.
So people are not buying EVs and China is positioning with a subsidized government subsidized EV market to try to take over the EV market globally.
Now, when Biden visited the striking auto workers last month, he didn't say anything about his EV agenda.
But when Trump visited the same UAW meetings, he was saying people have no idea how bad this is going to be.
You can be loyal to American labor, or you can be loyal to the environmental lunatics, but you can't be loyal to both, Trump said.
And he said, Joe Biden is siding with the left-wing crazies who will destroy American automobile manufacturing.
He said, I side with the workers of America.
Now that's a strong appeal.
And going into an election year, Trump is well aware that his indictments are actually boosting his ratings.
Chris, do you want to comment?
Well, you have the entire left establishment patting themselves on the back over the new EV revolution, so it speaks.
But we've been covering stories over the last many months that nobody's buying them.
I talked with EV manufacturers when I was sub-hosting for the Money Matters Show, I guess over the last two decades.
The big questions were, how are you going to get people to buy them?
Are they going to have enough strength?
And will there be enough infrastructure?
All those questions were never really answered and danced around by these manufacturers because they thought things were going to be taken care of by the government.
At least, that's my editorial comment on that.
Fact is, it hasn't happened.
The Secretary of Energy proved that, by the way, in her little road trip.
Yeah.
I mean, she couldn't find a place to charge her EV.
You know, it's a, with all things, a public place to flop, you know, that's, and people, an EV is okay.
If you are just going around town and you're not doing anything terribly serious and you've got time to charge it, et cetera, but don't charge it in your garage.
It might catch fire and burn down your house.
Exactly.
You know, I mean, that's the problem.
And when you're asleep, you don't want a fire starting because you're charging your EV in the garage.
And in the winter, when the energy demands are high, and these EVs are being charged at night, the grid is going to burn out.
We do not have this grid built to handle.
This is a grid that's built to handle electricity that is generated by hydrocarbon fuels, which have an energy density.
Their energy physics function, measured in joules, is far more powerful because it does not have to be stored in a battery.
Energy from hydrocarbon fuels is used when it's ignited, internal combustion engines, and they're very efficient because the fuel can be refined, petroleum products refined to make gasoline or diesel fuel, stored and used when needed.
It doesn't have to be stored in a battery, which requires an electric conversion From the generation of the electricity into the storage of the electricity, and there's loss of the energy in that storage.
And then coming out of storage is also loss of the energy.
It's too complicated for people to follow.
They only care about the optics.
We joke around about this, but the current administration and a lot of the people on the left Really care about optics more than reality.
Everything, if it looks good, it's going to be fine.
And we'll make sure everything happens.
It's going to be nice on the surface, but the rest of you are going to have to suffer.
But it does look nice on the surface.
Well, my main themes these days, the truth about energy, they lie about the science.
And this book will be out here in a few days.
And this is why they lie about the science, because they're Neo-Marxists, and they're cultural Maoism.
We're going through a cultural revolution, and what they think they can do as postmodernists is that they can be John Lennon and imagine the world the way they want it, because they don't think there is objective reality.
Well, this is just schizophrenia.
This is mental illness.
There is objective reality, and part of the objective reality has to do with the physics of energy.
And if you don't understand that, or you don't understand the physics, the mathematics of climate, you don't have a chance of doing anything except deluding yourself into these fantasy fears that we're all going to die because we're using hydrocarbon fuels.
Now, I want to pick out a couple more stories on this, but first I want to cover the... I'll cover one more.
Berlin is now realizing that they're going to reactivate the Coal-fired power plants for winter.
Now, this is revolutionary because Germany is probably one of the leftists, which is ironic after Germany was, you know, so Nazis were left.
It was National Socialists.
But again, the leftism and the Maoism And cultural Maoism in Germany is fairly alarming, and they're basically going to undermine the EU, which is in the process of happening.
I think the EU is in the process of breaking up, and so I believe is NATO.
Germany is predicted to be the only major European economy at the moment that's experiencing a recession, at least a measurable recession, two quarters of negative growth.
And this net zero climate policy move has been what's, to a large extent, thrown the German economy into a tailspin.
Germany shut down its nuclear plants.
It's de-industrializing because it's too expensive to manufacture in Germany.
And like the UK, where the government is saying, we're not going to implement a lot of these net zero policies because people can't afford it.
They can't afford to put in these new heaters, these water heaters or pump heaters that they have designed to be on renewable fuels.
It's going to be extremely costly to replace gas and electricity, gas and natural gas and use in manufacturing of heat for homes, etc.
And to replace that all with renewable devices is going to cost a huge amount of money.
And it would throw the UK into recession, if it isn't already in recession, and it would bankrupt the middle class.
Well, Germany's realizing the same time.
So, it looks like it's time for Germany to, quote, tame green politicians and their climate cheerleaders for dooming their energy stability.
The country has recently led to a decarbonization movement by ditching fossil fuel power generation for this unreliable wind and solar.
In spring, the country had the genius idea of phasing out its last nuclear reactor.
These are suicidal.
Rolling the economy, the last thing Germany needs to be worried about is less than one degree Celsius rise in global temperatures in the past hundred years.
There's no concrete evidence, I'm just reading out of the article, concrete evidence of any significant climate crisis and all the people who tell us a crisis is right around the corner do so while taking in billions in funding from government dollars To produce, to reinforce this hysteria, that's what the think tank institutions do and the academics, and to pour more billions in subsidies into reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
So the Germans are finally realizing they need to bring back coal or they're going to go broke.
They're going to freeze and go broke in the winter.
And that's the reality.
Reality is starting to set in on the climate change movement.
And I think it's the beginning of what I'm calling here the truth.
Once the truth starts really setting in, people are going to see how crazy this agenda is.
Now let's cover another story.
The FBI has created a new division to look at mega extremism.
So now the FBI has become involved with domestic politics.
And it's targeted that Catholics who believe in the Latin mass are extremists, are terrorists, because they don't go along with the woke agenda.
You know, they've targeted pro-life because pro-life want to preserve babies in the womb.
Well, if the agenda is we got to kill babies because a woman has a right to choose, doesn't want the pregnancy, just eliminate it, kill a life.
But don't consider that a life, just call it a group of cells.
Well, you know, that's an evil agenda.
But to the evil agenda, anything that is light or God or truth, they have to suppress.
And so, therefore, the FBI is in the truth suppression business and the elimination of political free speech, going after the MAGA movement because it doesn't go along with their cultural revolution.
Same thing happened in China.
Churches were destroyed.
Now, if the FBI is going to target the MAGA movement and start infiltrating it, like they have done before, we're going to see that the FBI is going to lose all credibility with the American people, because it's become a Gestapo, it's become a Stasis, it's become a government totalitarian unit designed to censor speech, to arrest anyone who doesn't agree with official orthodoxy, Government lines, government lies.
And if you don't tolerate and believe and parrot the government lies, you're going to be considered an extremist who is a domestic terrorist because you will not comply.
That's an extremely frightening story, but it's happening.
And I think you'll see the American public is rejecting the FBI's move to become a domestic political enforcement agency.
Uh, and that, that's a story that I think merits a lot of concern and attention.
And I think it's going to get more as we head into the Trump, uh, indictments and the Trump, he's got one trial going in now with the fraud case.
Uh, I think already it's been determined that about 80% of that case, the statute of limitations was already expired.
Uh, that case is rapidly disintegrating.
But we'll see.
There may be substance to some of it, and it'll have to, I'm sure, be appealed if Trump is convicted.
That's a civil case.
It's about money.
It's not about going to prison.
The last story I want to cover today is Zelensky, and he's just made the tour of the United States, been to Congress, been begging for money.
Well, he didn't get it in the current, when we had this last budget agreement.
Where Kevin McCarthy lost his job, the Ukraine funding was taken out.
And this is following a series of moves.
Poland said they're not going to give any more arms to Ukraine.
What is developing, what the story is about, is that this is beginning to be a Ukraine war.
People are tired of the war, war fatigue.
The war's going on and on and on and on.
All you're doing is making the arms manufacturers, the arms dealers rich.
And Zelensky himself is even admitting that fatigue is setting in.
NATO is not unified in backing the Ukraine war continuing.
The Ukraine war looks like it could be turning into another perpetual Afghanistan.
And NATO is beginning to fracture, because do we really want to be at war with Great Britain sending troops on the grounds, which they're talking about, into Ukraine?
That's going to lead to Great Britain being at war with Russia.
So far, it's a proxy war.
We're providing the arms and weapons, but we haven't provided troops.
We can say we're not at war, even though Russia understands correctly that we are indirectly at war with Russia right now.
And Russia has nuclear weapons sitting in Belarus, which they are willing to use, if in fact we up the armaments and start attacking their ships, their naval ships in the Black Sea.
We start sending these advanced rocketry into Russia and attacking Russia targets on Russian territory.
And these are steps that some of the military nutcases within the Pentagon would be happy to do, just as they were happy to have war with invade Cuba with the Cuban missile crisis.
Jack Kennedy had to stop them and realize that he put his life at risk and so doing.
Now, if we don't see an end to this war, we don't see rationality come in, the likelihood is it will escalate.
And the arms manufacturers are getting their payday just like the pharmaceutical companies got their payday under COVID.
Again, these are constructed realities.
The State Department has wanted to put Ukraine in NATO and Finland in NATO because they want to expand right up to the border with Russia, which is insane.
Russia as a nation state needs a sphere of influence, a buffer zone.
Countries like Poland, et cetera, are important to Russia that they're not, you know, Russia would like to have those backed under communism again.
But of course, Russia is not communist.
That's why the left hates Russia because Russia, the fall of Berlin Wall, renounced communism.
While our America left, our democratic party has become a communist party, a neo-Marxist party, more appropriately.
They understand that the workers of the world aren't going to rise like Karl Marx thought in the 1848 European revolutions.
It didn't happen.
But this is Gramsci where they're destroying the culture.
The culture is being rapidly destroyed as people are being taught not to believe in God.
We are not training our children in fundamentals of American history.
We're not teaching them critical thinking skills like reading, writing, and arithmetic.
And what we're doing is indoctrinating children in schools to be neo-Marxists.

Well, the joke was always over the years, keep them stupid.
They'll follow anything.
I think that's what's happening now.
And again, I might be off base, but I kind of doubt it.
Thumb down on the quality of education.
You tell people, uh, objective reality is racist.
Math is, uh, uh, math can be subjective.
Now spelling, invent your own words.
And you don't even have to write an essay form anymore.
It's, um, it makes people, it makes younger people.
And again, not all of them, but it makes enough of them, uh, enough of the future generations lazier and probably thinking, Hey, let's trade convenience.
Let's let's trade freedom for convenience in the future.
Right.
I mean, you know, when you can choose your gender and men can have babies.
And you call it science.
This is the pro-science group that says there are 59 plus genders and men can have babies, like you just said.
The sun doesn't matter when it comes to global warming.
This is the so-called science-friendly side.
Well, they present scientism, which presents itself as a religion.
It's a religion.
It's a secular religion.
It's a matter of ideology.
It is not a matter of fact.
And they don't care that it's a matter of fact, because as postmodernists, they believe they can create their reality, their utopian reality, and we all have to accept it and live into it and make it be.
Imagine a world without God, John Lennon sang.
Imagine a world without borders.
Well, I'd rather prefer to imagine a world without John Lennon.

Is Biden going to be impeached?
These votes, it was a surprise that McCarthy was ousted, but it was a sign of the degree to which the American people are unhappy with government in whole, the whole government.
I mean, my solution to government is simple, move all the bureaucracy, move the entire government, To Death Valley and let them have all the sun and solar they want to heat their Quonset huts.
It's a little hot out there, but they'll do fine.
Then the winter will be nice.
And that's the only way to get rid of the civil service bureaucracy is to move them out of Washington.
And we're at a point where.
With the amount of money we're spending and the amount of the inability to pass a budget, the inability to control the economy, the economics are going to destroy the country if the woke doesn't do it first.
But this is insanity.
When people realize what they're being asked to do, look at the results of what these people want you to do.
Do you really want your children to have gender change operations?
Which means mutilations of their bodies, perhaps permanently, when they're prepubescent.
They don't even know what sex is.
These are monstrous ideas.
Stop using hydrocarbon fuels because they work.
Go to something that doesn't work because it doesn't emit carbon dioxide.
Well, it does.
I mean, where do you think we get all the wind and solar and all the manufacturing of the devices that produce wind and solar?
And they have to have the grid, have the ability to switch back to hydrocarbon fuels when the sun doesn't shine.
Guess what?
Sun doesn't shine at night.
That's why it's dark.
Well, you can't generate solar energy when it's dark.
Wind's not blowing, you can't generate wind turbines.
Wind turbines sit out there and rot and become junk, rust.
Well, the point is, these are insane ideas and they're asking us to do things which are intentionally designed to destroy capitalism and to destroy modern industrial society, because the underlying agenda is depopulation.
We exhale carbon dioxide.
And that's why the left wants us to think that we are greatest blight on the earth.
This is not the message, go forth and multiply.
This is the message, kill your unborn children.
Well, I think it's fundamentally satanic.
And I mean that literally.
God will win.
In the spirit of 2 Chronicles 7, 14, let's get on our knees and ask God's forgiveness for taking God out of our hearts, our schools, our city squares, And for killing so many millions of babies in the womb, cutting them to pieces before they've had a chance to be outside the womb for an instant.
