So, Dr. Corsi, is this déjà vu all over again?
We start the year and we may end up with another impeachment over a perfect phone call?
Oh, I don't know.
The Democrats, if Trump is inaugurated, I think he will be on January 20th.
I continue to be 100% positive of this.
I know everybody says it's crazy.
How can it possibly succeed?
How can Trump win?
But we'll explain to you how Trump can win today.
You know, I think the Democrats are so insane right now that they will immediately impeach Trump like they did over a phone call with Zelensky.
Zelensky.
Zelinko.
No, Zelinko is the doctor.
Zelensky.
Oh, that's right.
The guy in Ukraine.
Yeah, Zelensky.
Zelensky was the president of Ukraine. Right. And look, Dr.
Zelenko is off the ban from Twitter.
Yep. Of course, our tele-MD program is doing extremely well.
The censorship is intense and it looks grim.
I mean, it looks like we're about to have the country stolen by a bunch of woke loom ticks who, you know, can't even end their prayer in Congress.
That prayer yesterday, the minister opening the House of Representatives said, amen and a woman.
Oh my goodness.
That's how he ended his prayer.
Oh my goodness.
Mocking God, mocking religion again.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
Today is January 4th, 2021, and we are two days away from the Congressional Joint Session, which is to certify the Electoral College vote.
And the Electoral College vote is in great dispute right now.
And we'll spend a good deal of time today discussing that and explaining how I believe there is a path here that should be taken and needs to be taken in order for this election to be fairly decided.
We're going to start, however, with the conversation I'm here with my producer, Craig, and Arthur, who does the Prayerful Patriot, may be able to join us later on.
We'll see.
But at any rate, today, the focus is going to be for the next three days, at the beginning of this week, on this joint session of Congress.
Now, yesterday, Nancy Pelosi very barely, very narrowly got reelected as Speaker of the House.
And had there been a challenge, had there actually been even the GOP suggesting that someone like Vernon Jones of Georgia or one of the other Black Caucus members might have been a better Speaker of the House.
Of course, none of the Republicans voted for Nancy Pelosi.
And she barely got by, by bringing in two people who have COVID into the house and kind of quarantining them in the back of the room and letting them vote, violating her own social distancing and other rules for COVID.
And, uh, she barely pulled it through.
Now I think Nancy Pelosi is again, out of touch.
And you've got between her and Joe Biden, some of the oldest leadership you've had of a political party in a long time.
And this is again, I think a sign, I mean, Biden appears even to be undergoing a form of senior dementia.
It's insane that this is even considered to be not just a joke in American politics, but we're facing this as a reality.
It's making a caricature of our, Uh, politics are looking like a, you know, a comedy hour show.
But the point is yesterday there was a conversation between president Trump and, um, it was the Rassenberger who was the, uh, who is the, uh, uh, governor in.
Uh, in Georgia and on the line also was the secretary of state of Georgia, et cetera.
And they were, the conversation got leaked by Georgia, by Rasenberger to the Washington post, which of course immediately published a version of it, which was biased, but was, you know, determined to make president Trump look bad.

And I want to look at that for a minute.

The Washington Post, by the way, has also just taken millions of dollars from the Communist Chinese.
The Communist Chinese paid it $19 million in ads.
It was paying newspapers $19 million in ads.
China Daily, the newspaper owned by the Communist China Party, has paid more than $4.6 million to the Washington Post and nearly $6 million to the Wall Street Journal.
I mean, again, Chinese are buying all the coverage they want in the United States, and they're basically owning our media by paying for it.
Now, this call yesterday, Rafsenberger, who was on the call with Secretary of State Brad Rafsenberger, Ryan German, and Deputy Secretary of State Fuchs.
Okay, now, is Ratzenberger, he is the Secretary of State, right Greg?
Correct.
Yes.
Yeah.
And Ryan German and Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs.
This was really with the Secretary of State's office in Georgia.
And President Trump was basically saying throughout the call that He went through a lot of specifics.
Uh, basically we have at least two or three, anywhere from 250 to 300,000 ballots were dropped mysteriously onto the rolls.
Much of it had to do with Fulton County, which has not been checked yet for 4,502 voters who voted, but weren't on the voter registration list, but 18,000 vacant address voters who did not fill in their address.
Uh, they should not have been counted, but out of state voters and president Trump had a lot of the, uh, the definite details here.
Uh, president Trump objected.
You sent us into Cobb County for checking the names, which we didn't want to go into it.
You said it would be open to the public.
So we had our experts there.
They weren't allowed into the room, but we don't want Cobb County.
We wanted Fulton County and you wouldn't give it to us.
Now, why aren't we doing signature and why can't it be open to the public?
So this lawyer, Ryan German says, we chose Cope County because that was the only county where there'd been any evidence submitted that the signature voting verification was not done properly.
Which is ridiculous.
It's not just an admission of wrongdoing in the state, but an admission of selectively applying rigorous standards and refusing to allow the president's team into the most populated county in the state.
The consent decree.
This had to do with an agreement signed by Republicans and Democrats in advance of the election, why President Trump said far left Georgia activist Stacey Abrams had outplayed Republicans by getting them to sign an unconstitutional decree.
The agreement itself is a word salad about what constitutes signature matching on ballots.
If no side intended to defraud the election, one might argue such an agreement would have been required.
Okay, the point is, everything that was done in Georgia was done in order to gain the election.
Basically, the Washington Post audio left out references to this Ruby Freeman, and they, of course, when President Trump ended it by saying, we just want the truth, That was not a pressure-filled call where he's demanding that somehow 11,000 votes be found to swing the election to him, which is the way it was reported.
If you read the full transcript, I think President Trump is going out of his way to establish the record here that not only did Georgia not Conduct a fair election, but they rigged it with the many different ways, the computer fraud, the, um, mail in ballot fraud.
We have video of it.
We have from, uh, from Jovan Pulitzer, clear evidence that the, uh, Republican precinct ballots were sent mail in ballots, which I told the Dominion machines not to count the vote until it was adjudicated.
These are clear, clear violations.
Now, what President Trump is also approving by this call, and this call will be, I'm sure, reviewed Wednesday, is evidence that the state is not allowing there to be an open and transparent investigation of the facts.
Which is obvious, as soon as the Georgia State Senate voted unanimously after the hearing that Pulitzer would be allowed to examine the Fulton County mail-in ballots, then Patrick Byrne was there and supplied the money to go and get operatives to go inside the center where these ballots were stored in Fulton County, where Atlanta is, and you saw them being packed in trucks, Enterprise rental trucks, to be taken and shredded.
I mean, they're shredding the evidence, which is again another crime.
And yet the Department of Justice is doing nothing.
We have, again, the Supreme Court doing nothing, the courts in general not wanting to hear these cases and doing nothing.
It's a complete breakdown of our constitutional system, where the only thing protecting President Trump and the Constitution, President Trump, his team, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, patriots like ourselves who are out there every day arguing that this is simply a steal and an obvious steal.
The ballots that were photographed in that center before they were carted off to be shredded were printed.
Thousands of ballots on pallets, obviously never folded, clearly fraudulent.
And yet, this phone call is twisted by the Washington Post, another fraudulent media again, the woke media, the leftist media.
So the left are controlling the institutions right now.
They control the House of Representatives, which can again impeach the president.
Another impeachment trial in the Senate.
We do that probably all year long or all four years long when President Trump is president.
Then the mainstream media and the Silicon Valley media are censoring.
So anyone who doesn't agree with this steal or this woke culture is going to be silenced and probably pursued for some kind or other of violation or to be carted off on false charges and thrown into prison forever.
This is essentially a communist Chinese takeover of the United States with a totalitarian regime coming in through the Democrats.
who are avowed Marxists, and again, despite all the reasons this looks like it's going to work, I'm going to explain to you why I don't think it's going to work, even today.

Right, absolutely.
And Dr. Corsi, I think the significance, just to go back to what you were talking about with those ballots that Peter Byrne sent in an operative to take some pictures of, you've got to understand, if the ballot is not folded, That means it was not mailed, so it could not have been a mailed-in ballot.
It was a fraudulent ballot that was injected into the system at the last minute to create a vote for Biden.
And I mean, this is just to me outrageous that you could have this type of an obvious fraud and not have it investigated in the United States of America.
I mean, to me, I never thought I would be in the United States or live to see this kind of a corruption of our fundamental politics.
Now, the reason I don't think it's going to work is fundamentally because it's against the law of God.
And these people think they can mock God and there's going to be no consequences.
They don't really believe in God.
They don't believe in anything beyond their own power.
And that's not been a formula for success in world history.
It's a formula for war, for destruction, death, and disease is what these people are all about.
And yet we're headlong rushing into saying, just concede, just concede.

If we review all that we've gone through, for three years we were told by the mainstream media that Donald Trump was an agent of Russia.
Now I stood up and told Mueller I was not going to take his plea deal.
They did not indict me.
That broke the back of Mueller.
It took one person.
To say, I'm not going to lie to make your case against Donald Trump.
I did not have a contact with Julian Assange.
They wanted me to say I did so that they could say that was the way the collusion occurred.
By the way, today, Julian Assange, the judge voted that Julian Assange will not be extradited to the United States.
And I think that's a great victory for Julian Assange and a great victory for freedom.
I'd like to see president Trump now pardoned him.
This would again be another triumph that we could celebrate of freedom.
And when it comes down to having to have Julian Assange for the better part of about 10 years, he's been in this lockdown situation in the Ecuadorian embassy or arrested since 2012.
That's eight years going on nine years.
Because he dared to publish documents that embarrassed the United States and other governments.
Why do we have documents classified that are hidden because they are so embarrassing we can't afford the people to see them?
And Craig, I think this is a fundamental rot at the core of where we've gotten to be as a nation.
Should be open transparency across the board.
By selling out on these little, well, that's okay, we'll let this lie be told, we'll let that lie be told, then we'll cover it up with classification, which I think has been going on for a long time in the United States.
I believe, and I've argued this before, that I want to write a book on this, that Franklin Roosevelt architected Pearl Harbor to happen, and didn't warn It didn't warn our troops in Hawaii when we knew the Japanese fleet was approaching Hawaii to do a sneak attack.
A type of sneak attack had been rehearsed by the U.S.
Navy and shown to be the way to attack Pearl Harbor going back into the 1930s with exercises that were done.
I can show them to you.
And same thing with JFK's assassination.
Again, a big cover-up.
Who blamed Lee Harvey Oswald, who was conveniently killed two days after Jack Kennedy was shot.
These, I think, are the lies in American history that have led to where we are today.
And Donald Trump did not get impeached or convicted or indicted over Russian collusion because it wasn't true.
And he did not get removed from office in the impeachment trial in the Senate over Ukraine, because it was Joe Biden who was corrupt.
And that I think has been abundantly proven, but yet where's Joe Biden?
Mainstream media is not talking.
If Joe Biden were a Republican, or if he were a family member of Trump, you could, the Washington Post would be screaming this from every, every rooftop in America.
But that's not what's going on.
He's a Democrat, so therefore it's covered up.

To get back to the theme, Donald Trump beat the Ukrainian Issue in the Senate, the impeachment trial, because it wasn't true.
Then we had COVID-19.
I said, it's a bad flu.
We shut down the entire economy.
We're still having trouble with the Democrats opening the economy.
New York City and the other cities are dying under Democratic control.
And we did not get another COVID relief bill passed because Mitch McConnell was standing in the way and did not go along with removing the provisions that Donald Trump insisted be removed before the bill was applied and approved.
That was according to a 1974 law signed under Richard Nixon, where he could basically sign it with the demand that various provisions be rescinded or removed from the bill.
They weren't removed.
Well, there was no COVID-19 relief bill.
But again, we have kept the economy going, and we have managed, even under this shutdown, to not go into complete collapse.
Again, we've got the Swiss America program there.
The strain we've had on our economy, we better open up the economy soon, or we will be in collapse.
Okay, now, We have Antifa and Black Lives Matters in the streets and everybody's saying Donald Trump has to resign.
Look at this.
Even the military, even Secretary of Defense Esper said, well, we've got to take a knee to Black Lives Matter because they're racial protests and under the First Amendment, they have the right of free speech.
Then they burn and tear down the city.
Well, the American people see that that's Marxism and that Antifa is a Sociopathic group that is simply anti-society, anarchists.
And again, Donald Trump does not leave office because what was thrown at him was not the truth.
Then the 25th Amendment was going to be used.
I said, go get Vice President Pence's support because the 25th Amendment will not remove the president from office if the vice president disagrees.
And Pence evidently did disagree.
Again, it isn't the truth that Donald Trump is mentally incompetent.
He's a brilliant guy.
He's just not liked because he's challenging and he's in the face of this Democratic Party, the globalists, the socialists, the Marxists.
Now, again, what we're facing is an election.
I said this would be the last chapter.
If you read that book, and I also said Donald Trump would win.
Now, why?
Because it's not true that these elections were fair.
These elections were rigged.
The American people know it.
And now they're trying to game a process.
We showed you.
Let's put up that article from Professor Foley again.
I've made a point of this.
Finally, people are catching on to this.
I think we, Corsi Nation here, are about two or three weeks ahead of everybody in terms of Understanding where things are going.
I think we're going to be ahead of everybody again today.

I'm going to drop it in here.
This is an article by this Professor Foley, and he is obviously the lawfare brains
behind this entire scheme, because he wrote this article, and this article was written and published in 2019.
Okay, so fully a year before the election, he knew that in fact, there was gonna be this blue shift,
in other words, a huge surge of votes coming in late that would give Biden the lead.
So they were planning the voter fraud with mail-in ballots back then.
And he goes through all of the different ramifications.
We have two slates of electors.
He was predicting that in 2019.
That's what we have now for seven states.
Then he was predicting that this meeting on January 6th was going to be a mess, and that the election was going to continue past the January 6th.
He broke it down.
He said, what's going to go on from the election to December 14th?
And he basically predicted there would be two sets of electors.
Well, I'm going to continue following his predictions.
Because what he also predicted was when you go through this, it's on page of his article, it's on page 321, Craig, if you can show it.
From January 6th, 2021 to January 20th, 2021, he says, as January 6th approaches, the two parties take to cable news and social media to test various arguments as to why their candidate is the winner.
Some Republicans take the especially aggressive position that Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, has the unilateral authority under the 12th Amendment to decide which certificate of electoral votes from Pennsylvania, which is the state he had in contention, is the authoritative one entitled to be counted in Congress, and that he accordingly will
count the certificate from the electors appointed by the state legislature, because the
Constitution authorizes the state legislature to choose the method of appointing electors. Okay, now we
don't have a slate of electors for Trump in a contested state, but yet Mike Pence could say he is not
going to accept the Biden electors.
In fact, he's going to reject these states altogether, under which Biden will not have 250 electoral votes.
And Pence can make that decision.
What this professor is expecting is that that's what will happen.
Okay?
And even if they break into the two chambers, There would not be a 250 electoral vote winner coming out of the January 6th meeting.

I think Biden at most may have about 250.
At any rate, what he says in his analysis here is important. 323.
Procedures for handling a disputed presidential election that reaches Congress are regrettably and embarrassingly deficient.
The country was spared the agony of having to suffer the invocation of these procedures in 2000.
The dispute over that year's presidential election did not last all the way to Congress.
Instead, Al Gore refused to carry this dispute forward, despite the contrary urging of his advisors, including Ron Klain, After the United States Supreme Court ruled against Gore and Bush v. Gore.
There is absolutely no guarantee that a disputed presidential election in 2020 would not reach Congress.
Indeed, as explained above, the analysis here is premised on the assumption that Trump could easily take a dispute over an outcome-determinative blue shift in the overtime count all the way to Congress.
Trump could do so by having that state legislature send a second Certificate of Electoral Votes, one supporting him, to compete in Congress against a conflicting Certificate of Electoral Votes from the same state.
That's exactly what has happened.
This professor gamed the whole thing out a year ago, precisely.
That doesn't happen by accident.
The Democrats are following a script.
And it's important that you understand that.
This was all scripted.
They knew they were going to steal the election.
They knew Trump was going to win overwhelmingly, and they were determined to make the steal take place and hold.
That's what we're dealing with now.
Again, another lie.
Just like Russian collusion, they were going to sell a lie.
They are going to try to sell a lie again.
Now, if we continue reading here, what he says is, Thus, a part of an effort to prepare for the risk of a dispute election in 2020, it's imperative to consider how embarrassingly deficient procedures might operate if they're actually called into play.
The Constitution itself says remarkably little relevant to this topic.
What it does say is shockingly ambiguous.
Here's the applicable text of the 12th Amendment.
President of the Senate shall in the presence of the Senate and the House of Representatives open all the certificates and the votes shall be counted.
The person having the greatest number of votes for president shall be president.
If such a number be a majority, the whole number of electors appointed And if no person shall have such a majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as president, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately by ballot the president.
Okay, so it can be thrown into the House of Representatives here under the 12th Amendment.
And that's very clear.
Okay, so the first thing to observe about this that I'm continuing to read is the Constitutional language is that the critical sentence is written in the passive voice.
The vote shall then be counted.
Here, thus, is the first frustrating ambiguity.
It could be the President of the Senate who does the counting.
Or after the President of the Senate has finished the roll of opening certificates and the whole Congress in this joint session collectively counts the electoral votes.
Either way, this language contains no provision for what to do in the event of a dispute.
Whether the respect to the certificates to be opened, or to the votes contained in them, certainly says nothing about what to do if the President of the Senate has received two conflicting certificates of electoral votes from the same state.
That's the case we're in.
The next page, as the distinguished jurist Joseph Story observed in the 19th century, this crucial constitutional language in the 12th Amendment appears to have been written without imagining that it might ever be possible for this type of a dispute to arise.
Well, it has arisen.
Okay?
What the 12th Amendment states, again, is that the House is going to vote by delegation.
And under the Constitution, the Senate and the House of Representatives Only act separately as entirely distinct legislative chambers.
They have no constitutional way to act together as one amalgamated corpus.
Thus, they can only watch as the President of the Senate opens certificates of electoral votes from the state and announces the count of the electoral votes contained therein.
This interpretation of the 12th Amendment is bolstered, moreover, by the further observation that the responsibility to definitely decide which electoral votes from each state are entitled to be counted must be lodged ultimately in some singular authority of the federal government.
If one body could decide that question one way and another body could reach the opposite decision, then there is inevitably a stalemate unless there is a single authority that is identified with the power to settle the matter once and for all.
Given the language of the 12th Amendment, Whatever its ambiguity and potential policy objectives, there is no other possible single authority to identify for this purpose besides the President of the Senate.
What this means is that Pence is going to have plenary authority.
He's going to be able to make decisions in this meeting as to how he chooses to interpret All these historical disputes, the disputed election of 1876, that was invoked by Republicans, and the President of the Senate was one of their own at the time.
Okay, after that resolution, the argument was resurrected by some during the congressional debates that led to the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
And again, this act is potentially considered unconstitutional as it interferes with the exclusive authority vested in the President of the Senate to determine which electoral votes from the states to count.
That creates a procedure of the 12th Amendment, which is also in Title III, That if there's disputed electors, the House and Senate separate, and each House votes which slate of electors to accept.
If they agree, then that's the slate accepted.
If they disagree, then it's the slate that was certified by the states.
But here, since the slate certified by the states is considered to be illegitimate, illegal, fraudulent, Pence cannot allow this procedure to be used.
He's going to basically have to say, from the chair, he rules that this is in such a mess that nobody gets those electoral votes.
And when he does make that ruling, what's anybody going to do, Craig?
Other than if it comes out adverse to their desires, they will scream and yell if they're on the left, and if they're on the right, they will then continue to pursue legal action.
They'll scream, but the proposal that is put forward by Ted Cruz calls for an electoral commission to be created.
Now, that was the solution that was used in 1876.
And the vice president can say he wants an electoral commission put forward, which could also give about 10 days in which the states would again be meeting in the state legislatures.
And you could have proof that the state votes were fraudulent by that time, which would give the ammunition for the state legislatures to certify a Trump slate of electors.
Clearly.
This commission is going to have the authority to tell Raffsenberger, the Secretary of State of Georgia, to sit down and shut up, even if they need to bring in federal marshals or federal troops.
They're going to get the ballots, and when they find that the ballots in Fulton County were shredded, rather than being Uh, available for inspection.
The entire Georgia election is going to considered be considered either thrown out or, or awarded to Trump because that will eliminating that quantity of, uh, ballots for mail-in or saying that the mail-in ballots in these states were fraudulent because they were put into place by the, not by the state legislators, which under article two, a plenary power.
And again, what I'm doing is I'm trying to show you that the argument that won in the Russian collusion, the argument that won in the Ukraine collusion, the argument, namely, there wasn't any Russian collusion.
There wasn't any President Trump colluding with Ukraine.
COVID wasn't a fatal disease the moment you caught it.
It's a bad flu.
And if we'd had the hydroxychloroquine and the zinc, like Dr. Zelenko had recommended, we could have probably avoided it being even a serious flu.
That's certainly what the doctors are telling us.

Doctor after doctor is saying the hydroxychloroquine works with the zinc and the azithromycin.
Okay, so it wasn't true that Antifa and Black Lives Matter were peaceful protesters for racial justice.
They were anarchists.
It isn't true that there was no foreign interference.
The Dominion system was communicating with Iran and China.
We have ample proof of that.
A commission can get into these states and prove that, and Donald Trump is going to dump a ton of proof in the beginning of this chamber.
And he's going to have the patriots in town on this march for Trump Millions of patriots coming into Washington and Trump's going to speak to them.
And he's going to say, I will not allow a fraudulent election to put in place Biden and Harris, who did not win the election.
And he's going to have a huge voice, not only of truth and law and the constitution, But he's going to have a mechanism now in order with Pence standing firm.
And for a while, I was questioning whether Pence would stand firm.
The pressure on Pence is huge because you've got the mainstream media, got everybody screaming at Pence to just take a knee.
Now, what I was pleased about and actually thrilled to see Was that Pence, at the end of last week, issued a statement and said he would welcome the challenges of fraudulent election.
He's going to get plenty of these challenges.
He's going to have the ammunition from the chairing the meeting as president of the Senate.
He'll be chairing the whole joint session.
He can make the rulings the way he sees fit.
Okay.
And there's nothing that the Democrats can do about it.
There's nothing they can do.
Now, the way this professor Foley games it, the, um, the controversy continues.
So there is no president elected on the 20th of January.
And Nancy Pelosi is the next in the line of succession speaker of the house gets appointed temporary president until Until they can have a process somehow or other in the Constitution to settle the 2020 election.
Now again, I don't think that's going to happen.
I don't think it's going to go that long.
I think ultimately it could be thrown into the House and the Senate.
We might try 10 days where we try to get these states' legislatures to convene, but if there's absolute proof that the Georgia election was fraudulent, The country must not allow this joint session of Congress to award Georgia's electoral votes to Biden.
And that, again, is the same way every one of these crises this year, if you'll look back at what I've written, if you'll go back and read those books, I said that in the end, God would win.
That Donald Trump moved our embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
Biblical event.
Now, in fact, I also see that behind Mike Pence's decision.
Mike Pence is a born-again evangelical Christian.

That happened in 1948.
And Harry Truman won a very heavily contested election.
In my book, Trump Wins, I have Trump with a picture, you know, just like Harry Truman in 1948, holding up the lying newspaper that proclaimed in 48 that Dewey had beaten Truman, or that Biden had beaten Trump.
It didn't happen.
And it won't be allowed to happen here.

Yeah, I just wanted to back up to what you were saying about the significance of the shredding of these ballots and everything that's been going on across the country to cover up the crime, the stealing of the election.
And that is that those materials must be kept for 22 months.

And so by them doing this, what they're doing right now is in clear violation and obvious to cover up the crimes they have committed.

Mike Pence is held out as the potential savior of a fair election.
There's an article that basically looks at the constitutional ramifications of what's going on.
The first paragraph, for the most part, Americans assume that the vice president lacks power.
In 2020, the vice president's the most powerful man in America.
This is Ivan Reiklin, a constitutional lawyer, claims that the constitution gives Mike Pence the power to overturn a manifestly fraudulent election.
On December 22nd, Reiklin sent out a tweet urging Trump to inform the secretaries of states of the six contested states that because of the overwhelming evidence of fraud, he cannot accept the certifications.
The tweet has attached a memorandum for President Trump, basically saying that under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, the six disputed states ran fraudulent elections, and because their legislatures did not dictate fraudulent elections, there is nothing to certify.
Now, that, I think, is a solid argument.
You can't certify a fraudulent election even if the state certified it, because the state itself could be committing the fraud.
You know, so criminals can't pass a law that it's okay for them to rob a bank.
A group of criminals, let's say everybody in the U.S.
Congress was actually a thief, and I'm apparently increasingly thinking that might be the case.
And they pass a law, it's okay to steal.
That doesn't make it okay to steal.
A group of criminals merely means that the process has become so invalid that there's no legitimacy in the system any longer.
And that does not allow you to, wink, wink, accept a process that is fraudulent.
This professor is exactly right on what he's saying.
Okay, now I want to pull out another article here.
And these two articles, I think, this is from the NOQ report.
Yeah, I got that.
And it says there are a number of cases heading to the Supreme Court, but again, none of them got there.
But when you are Um, looking at the certificates, the vice president has the plenary authority making rulings.
Hence, basically we'll have information about criminal investigations, including any that might be going on in the department of justice, the election district offices, the FBI field offices, anything starting in the attorney general's office, US postmaster.
This was postal fraud.
He's also going to have access to security, national security information on foreign interference in our election.
And that information is not available.
It is not available to Congress.
Now president Trump has retweeted this thread from this professor Reikland.
And I'm going to go to, um, see if we can pull up this professor Reichen's tweets, uh, and show them to you.
But basically you, this is, I think what you're seeing is president Trump is onto this.
And so is the, if he's onto it, uh, so is the, uh, um, so is the council for the white house.
And so is Pence.

Code, constitutional lawyer Ivan Reikland says it's Vice President Mike Pence's duty to instruct the states to expeditiously send their election college certificates immediately if they've not been received.
Okay, now he's done that and he's received them.
Okay, now when he and his legal team begin to go through how they're going to conduct this January 6th meeting on On Wednesday, Reikland told the National File that Pence will essentially force the states to reclaim their constitutional power to appoint electoral college votes.
That forces the state's legislature's hand.
He says he basically can say that these certifications by the states are illegal.
Therefore, not acceptable because the elections were fraudulent.
That's basically coming down to saying there is no Russian collusion.
There is no Ukrainian collusion.
There was Antifa, Black Lives Matter, are not peaceful protests.
The 25th Amendment did not get used, and no, a fraudulent election will not put Biden into the presidency and Kamala Harris into the vice presidency, and they know it.
Yesterday, Kamala Harris took the oath of office for the Senate again, which she had no reason to do if she expected to be vice president.

Right, absolutely, and the bottom line is the Army of Darkness is going to fight back because they have no alternative.
They have to fight to the last man, to the last woman, amen, a woman, they have to do that because they have no alternative.
If President Trump and he will be re-elected, that's the end of the game.

The Reichland is maintaining the Constitution will allow the states where there is a fraudulent certification of electors to be completely stricken from the Electoral College if Pence doesn't accept them.
And the number of Electoral College votes required to win would shrink from 270 And Trump would win under a simple majority of electoral votes, 232 to 227, without any risk of triggering a contingent election.

I'd like to get that one on to show what he's saying in terms of this Epoch Times article and Okay, if you'll play, I guess it goes in for a few minutes before I want to start playing it, but he goes in when he's starting to really give his interview a couple minutes into it, three minutes into it, when he's talking about, past when he's talking about the 2000 Gore-V, but you know, when he goes into, I guess it's,
About three or four minutes into it, play a little bit of this because what he is saying is that this is by no means clear.
It's by no means settled what's going to happen now.
That there are quite a few different things that can happen and quite a few different scenarios that can happen.
Let me see.
I get exactly where I want to start.
It's at about 4.22.

Play about a minute of that and let's hear what he has to say.

And in that case, they couldn't decide what to do.
So they created a commission.
Five House members, five Senate members, and five Supreme Court justices, and they let that commission decide for them.
There are other times where there's been multiple slates.
In this case, you've got multiple slates from seven states.
Some of those states, really four of those seven, you have really clear out front violation of state law and the Constitution itself, where you had a governor or a secretary of state change election law without the legislature involved.
Constitution very clearly gives the power to the state legislature.
So there's no question they broke the law in this case and violated the constitution.
So it really would be fairly easy for the vice president to say, Hey, in those states, they messed up their election so bad by changing the law at the last minute.
I'm not even going to count those.
That has happened before.
It could happen in this case, depending on how many states vice president Pence would do that with.
Um, it would determine the outcome of this election.
So having two slates of electors.
really does open up some variables here.
Not new, it's happened before, it's not unprecedented, but it is confusing and there's not a very clear way this would be handled either by the Vice President or by the Congress.
So Dr. Corsi goes through the routine and then ends up with, it's not perfectly clear, but there is clearly a path that Vice President Pence could use in order to reverse this theft.
And the path that he is saying is it's going to be murky.
It's going to be tough to follow.
I think people are going to be needing, you know, we're going to continue explaining it here at Corsi Nation.
I want to cover one more subject, but what I'm going to end on this is saying, I do not think it will be over Wednesday.
I think Wednesday will be just another chapter in the drama.
And I expect this to go on right up until Inaugural Day.
And if Cruz is proposing an electoral commission, because Cruz and Pence the same day came out and affirmed that they were going to fight this, I think that the White House Council has formulated a plan where this electoral commission will be the result of the meeting on Wednesday, January 6th.
And we will continue for 10 more days looking at these elections.
I think we've got to get a definitive statement that these elections were fraudulent, and that needs to be done.
Because we don't want to game this end result.
We want to prove fraud here so that we can have a clear basis on changing these laws.

going to make this huge data dump on all of this evidence on the 6th, right at the same time that
