This morning we had, I think, a very important broadcast with Patrick Byrne, who was at the conference over the weekend with President Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Sidney Powell that was so raucous.
And today, President Trump is in Mar-a-Lago for Christmas.
Of course, Cipollone and these other attorneys up there that are planning to do him in and make millions of dollars in their new salaries with their best friends in the Washington establishment law firms because they punked Trump with bad advice.
I guess they're still back in DC, right?
Cipollone and all the others in Meadows.
I'm sure they're in a little room together exchanging lumps of coal.
Christmas pleasantries?

Okay, this is a very important broadcast and I want to get right into it.
Now, Donald Trump is in a situation where I think most people think it's about as grim as it can get, and the psychological operation is to make you think he's already lost and why don't we just pack up and get out of here and Save everybody the trouble.
Donald Trump did end the transition national security briefings with Biden last week, which meant he's building a case that Biden is a national security risk and there's not going to be a transition.
I take that to be very serious and we're going to explain here why.
And of course, lots of bad news continues to get broadcast all day.
Trader John Roberts is pulling another fast one here.
He says he's going to hear the Pennsylvania case and the Trump election challenge two days after the inauguration.

Yeah, well, it's fortuitous timing for the Biden crime family, but let's hope there's a different result and a different, you know, the continuation of President Trump on the 20th.

And I believe that the repair of these relationships, Donald Trump's very forgiving guy.
And once he understands what was done and how it was done and why it was done, in terms of trying to divide him from Sidney Powell.
General Flynn, of course, is a great hero, American hero.
And I'm very pleased to see that he will be back in the fray.
He's not gonna be excluded either.

We're about to head into 2021.
I hope it's going to be a more less rancorous year once this coup d'etat stops.

Really watched Patrick Byrne describe what it was like being in that meeting.

And to have Patrick Byrne describe how disrespectful these lawyers are, including President Trump's general counsel, Pat Cipollone, to deal with him that way is just totally a disgrace.
Screaming at him, putting him down like he's a child, telling him to sit down in his chair and listen to what they had to say, huddling to see how they were going to refute everything.
You can't do this.
The press is going to write this.
You know how this will look.
New York Times is going to... These are guys simply own, especially looking for their own future.
Getting rid of Trump, they'll be rewarded in a, the big law firm in New York, in Washington would pay them a million and a half dollars a year for starters.
That's their reward for getting rid of Trump and let China rule the United States.
Well, I'll let you know, it's not gonna happen.
It is not gonna happen.
Now, let me explain why it's not gonna happen.
Number one, the U.S.
military is loyal to President Trump.
That's a very important fact.
The US law is very, very important fact that the military is loyal, uh, to president Trump and, and is willing to be used, is willing to be used in the, um, future to preserve the Republic US military.
Okay, now we're supposed to say, oh, the Trump military op is Maggie Haberman, little lying.
Don't get me on that theme.
But in the White House, complaining she has to work on Christmas Eve, and then these lawyers in Meadows go out and leak lies about that meeting, saying martial law was discussed and marshal this and insurrection act.
Okay.
Well listen, that was not discussed according to anybody I can talk about in the meeting with Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, and Patrick Byrne over the weekend, but it was made up in order to demonize Trump by these people who are supposed to be supporting him.
If Trump wants to survive, he's got to have patriots around him who will fight for him.
Okay, and I'll fight for him.
I know that Sidney Powell will fight for him, and General Flynn will fight for him, and Rudy Giuliani will fight for him.
These others, get them out of there.
Fire them.
And who cares what anybody says?
Presidency has mighty powers.
And Donald Trump is not about to go out whimpering, you know, taking, going, I think, I think Patrick Byrne said it correctly, this idea of walking out to his helicopter and going off golfing.
That's like a perp walk.
I want a perp walk from Trump leaving the White House.
It's not going to happen.
It's in their wet dreams.
Let them think about that.

Well, and they're trying to invoke that image of Nixon going out to the helicopter and waving, you know, the victory signs to the crowd as he was leaving office in disgrace.
And so they want that image to be in the American public's eye as they think about it.
They're there, like you're saying, their dream, and I don't think their dream's going to come true.
I had to make it as exactly what I think about them.
I understand.
The whole idea here is that this is coup d'etat.
This is treason.
And a lot of people have been paid by the Communist Chinese, including a lot in the Senate, a lot in the House, a lot in the governors, a lot in the mayors.
And I'm going to show you a couple documents here today which will show you how much work has been done on this.
And a legal group that has been very quiet is ready to spring into action to use.
And President Trump has taken some really decisive actions to bring control over the, he got rid of Esper, who is the Secretary of Defense, who in June said we ought to take a knee to Black Lives Matter's peaceful right to dissent for racial issues.
That, what a joke!
It's a modest organization already with Antifa to burn down St.
John's Episcopal Church across from the White House.
Beautiful little church every president has prayed in since Monroe.
Not going to happen.
It's not going to happen.
That church is going to be there hopefully for another 1,000 years or 4,000 years because it's a natural, it's a shrine to God Almighty in the acknowledgement that this is a In God we trust.
Okay, now a lot of things are going to start happening when the military is involved.
Number one, McConnell.

This is the first time in the history of our nation that a foreign government, namely China, thought that they could take over the United States internally by rigging an election, buying politicians, buying Wall Street, buying the Biden family with Hunter Biden, and get away with it.
And I'm trying to confirm today whether it's true or not, but the reports I've been getting all day long are basically that it's going to happen and that we could well see, next thing we're going to see is Chinese troops on the border with Canada.

They've already been up there, by the way, and on the West Coast, Trudeau invited the Communist Chinese, and it turns out that this has been going on for years, to participate in military exercises and the actual sharing of military information back and forth between the two countries.
Yeah, I mean, wasn't there a military exercise scheduled?

I believe that Pompeo and others put pressure on Trudeau to knock it off, and I believe it was cancelled.
Yeah, right, okay.
And I've got Pompeo's speech up there.
It goes on for 20 minutes, but I've got it up there with him standing in front of the governors.

And here is Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in front of the governor's meeting 2020.
I was out in Silicon Valley a couple weeks ago to talk to America's leading tech companies about this very set of issues, and I need your help too.
What China does in Topeka and Sacramento reverberates in Washington and Beijing.
If you go to 9-11 in the video, Dr. Corsi, he is talking to them about, he had just visited Silicon Valley and he was talking to them about what was happening in China.
And now I think he's headed towards pointing the governors out as well.
That's where I'm at.
And far beyond.
Let's go ahead and play it up from there and see what we come up with.

In fact, I would be surprised if most of you in the audience have not been lobbied by the Chinese Communist Party directly.
He is talking about, and I'll stop it there for a second, this is his preference, a preface.
He has said to them he knows that they have been lobbied directly by the Communist Chinese.
Okay, let's go.
Chinese Communist Party friendship organizations, like the one that I referenced earlier, are in Richmond, Minneapolis, Portland, Jupiter, Florida, and many other cities around the country.
But sometimes China's activities aren't quite that public, and I want to talk about some of that today.
Let me read you an excerpt of a letter from a Chinese diplomat.
It was China's consul general in New York sent a letter last month to the speaker of one of your state legislatures.
Here's what the letter said in part.
It said, quote, as we all know, Taiwan is part of China.
Avoid engaging in any official contact with Taiwan, including sending congratulatory messages to the electeds,
introducing bills and proclamations for the election, sending officials and representatives to attend the inauguration
ceremony, and inviting officials in Taiwan to visit the United States."
End of quote from the letter.
And so, Dr. Corsi, he just quoted a letter that was sent from the Communist Chinese to a governor in the Midwest
about Knock it off. Don't talk about Taiwan.
Taiwan is part of Communist China, and we're not going to be happy if you don't heed the call to consider Taiwan part of Communist China.
Keep going.

Think about that.
You add a diplomat from China assigned here to the United States, a representative of the Chinese Communist Party in the New York City sending an official letter urging that an American elected official shouldn't exercise his right to freedom of speech.
Let that sink in for just a minute.
And this isn't a one-off event.
It's happening all across the country.
Chinese consulates in New York, in Illinois, in Texas, and two in California, bound by the diplomatic responsibilities and rights of the Vienna Convention, are very politically active at the state level, as is the embassy right here in Washington, D.C.
And so he's reminding the governors at about 11 minutes into the video about how the communist Chinese are actually interfering in the way that our governors and mayors in the country actually do their business.
We have covered this before and he gets to the point where he's talking about and many in the room have been paid by China.
Right.
He knows who they are.

And while these might seem like local matters to some, the cumulative effect is of enormous national importance and international significance.
So he was talking about the international significance of this, and that shot into the crowd showed the governor of Guam sleeping, pretty much.
That's what she was doing.

These are wonderful young people.

But they shouldn't have to fear the long arm of Beijing, which often reaches out via groups like the Chinese Students and Scholars Association.
So, Dr. Corsi, this is the part of his speech where he's talking about the long reach of the Communist Chinese, that even when they send students abroad, they keep a short leash on them, and they're actually supposed to be used as spies for the Communist Chinese Party.

So here's the lesson.
The lesson is that competition with China is not just a federal issue.
It's why I wanted to be here today, Governor Hogan.
It's happening in your states, with consequences for our foreign policy, for the citizens that reside in your states, and indeed, for each of you.
And in fact, whether you're viewed by the CCP as friendly or hardline, know that it's working you.
Know that it's working the team around you.
Competition with China is happening inside of your state and it affects our capacity to perform America's vital national security functions.
Dr. Gorcey is telling the governors that they are on a list that the Communist Chinese are maintaining and that list classifies them as whether they're friendly or unfriendly to the Communist Chinese.

What if your new friend offered to invest big money in your state, perhaps in your pension, in industries sensitive to our national security?
These aren't hypotheticals.
These scenarios are all too true, and they impact American foreign policy significantly.
Indeed, last year, a Chinese government-backed think tank in Beijing produced a report that assessed all 50 of America's governors on their attitudes towards China.
They labeled each of you friendly, hardline, or ambiguous.
I'll let you decide where you think you belong.
Someone in China already has.
Many of you, indeed, in that report are referenced by name.
And then as soon as he makes the statement, some of the people here are referenced in that report by name.
I've frozen it on the crowd shot and you should see the faces on these governors.
Yeah, they don't like it.
This is why they want to get rid of Trump right here.

They want to get rid of him because he knows they're coming after them as traitors.
Well, guess what?
When the military knocks on their door and Donald Trump says, I'm done with the coup d'etat, it's over.
And declares that we are now possibly even in a state of war with China.
And asked Congress if it's capable of making such a resolution, which I don't think under his powers as Commander-in-Chief in the Constitution, he has to do very much except say, I'm stopping a coup d'etat.
And the Bidens are arrested.
Now, these are extreme measures.
But I think that Mitch McConnell and Pence, by the way, I'm told Pence is not going to, this Pence plan, he's not going to refuse to certify the different states where their electors are questionable because of fraud.
In fact, I'm told that President Trump knows that Pence has on his schedule On January 6th, after the meeting in Congress, a flight to Israel.
So I guess Pence is not planning on there being any contest after the 6th of whether or not Trump is going to be president because he's going to certify Biden.
Otherwise, why would he have a plane flight the day after to go to Israel?

I don't know how long that appointment has been on the calendar or if it will be canceled.
But something smells fishy about being out of the country at that most critical time in American history.
Okay, now I want you to know I was asked to come on to make this special broadcast today, and in the process to also tell you a couple things.
Not only, number one, military actions on the table, and number two, The rift between Giuliani and Sidney Powell, which seems to have risen up because of these lawyers, Cipollone and Meadows and the others meddling after the meeting in which Donald Trump did appoint Sidney Powell as special counselor, that rift has been identified and I believe is in the process of being resolved.
So I don't think the door is going to be shut very long to Sidney Powell and do Rudy Giuliani.
I think that there's going to be overtures and, and expect explanations, et cetera.
And, um, what we are seeing now is the other thing I was asked to make sure everybody understands, not only is the military in support of Donald Trump under Esper.
But a small group of military top- Under Miller.

Esper's gone.
I think Millie knows what he's going to do now.
I don't think Millie is in the position without Esper there to steal him up.
I think Millie will do his duty.

Chairman, before went along with Esper in June, saying that Trump was a little crazy
to think about the Insurrection Act against a peaceful protest group like Black Lives Matter.

I think Milley, the Joint Chiefs, now understands that his duty is to do
what Acting Secretary of Defense Miller tells him to do.
And the rank and file of the U.S.
military is prepared to defend the United States of America and does not want to see the Constitution ruined by a bunch of conniving politicians that have been paid off by China, Mitch McConnell or Pence, whatever his current problem is.
And I've been asked to, you know, let you all know that Pence is probably not going to be Vice President for long.
He might have gotten reelected in the ticket, but his resignation can be asked for at any moment at the president's choosing, as in Spiro Agnew.
You remember him, Craig?
Absolutely.
He was Richard Nixon's first vice president, and he then was forced to resign.
He was involved in some corruption back in his home state, and that was the end of Spiro Agnew.
Yeah, he was found with a drawer envelope of cash and bribes.
And he resigned.
I actually saw him give a speech, Agnew, in Portland, Oregon to the American Legion Convention, I think this was about 1970, during the People's Army Jamboree protest against the American Legion up in Portland.
I wrote a book about that, a little I'll put a pamphlet on that for the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration while I was working at the Lundberg Center for the Study of Violence at Brandeis University while I was a graduate student at Harvard.
And what we see here is that the vice president, if he's not loyal to the president, and Pence has been playing this game since before Donald Trump was inaugurated, back when the Democrats were talking about these Hamilton electors and trying to get the electors not to vote for Trump because he was a bad character.
What he didn't comb his hair right.
He tweeted too much.
He wasn't part of their payoff Washington deal.
Go back and listen to what Patrick Byrne says about the bumping elephants and elephants bumping together at one of these cocktail parties.
That was a great interview this morning.
So Donald Trump is not prepared to lie down and this is not by no means over.
This is just getting started.
I'm going to repeat.
Patriots got to get ready to come to Washington, D.C.
the 4th, 5th, and 6th of January.
The commander-in-chief is asking for a show of support in Washington to the Patriots.
Let's get the car caravans, the boat caravans, let's get back going again.
Donald Trump needs to know that he's got the support of the American people.
And the American people are not only going to say no to McConnell and to the Democrats, we're going to say hell no.

while he's off at Mar-a-Lago.
And I guess Mar-a-Lago doesn't want him to build a home there.

These people all think they're getting rid of Donald.
Oh boy, we're getting rid of Donald Trump.
We can have a party.
Yeah, well, you're welcoming in the communist Chinese who are going to enslave you and end the last great hope of human beings on the face of the earth.

Okay, now this is a group of lawyers who have been working behind the scenes very quietly, and they circulated to me this morning, actually.
I had a phone call last night.
They circulated to me this morning a couple of their documents.
I want to put them up here.

Or one of them.
The first one you gave me is up.
Red Dog One.
It's up.
Objective one, immediately begin prosecuting U.S.
officials for egregious crimes that include, one, unlawful enabling of spying on political rivals, Congress, the Supreme Court, and journalists by making vulnerable for exploitation multiple segments of the United States telecommunications surveillance network, which has allowed foreign cyber intrusions on government agencies and citizens.
Two, The deliberate suppression of intelligence and Russia collusion hoax to defraud the United States.
Three, election fraud by the same criminals in an effort to cover up their involvement and continue their crimes.
The breach of our telecom, cyber and surveillance network is a national emergency that the president can exercise the present COVID-19 national emergency declaration powers, but first has to Place personnel loyal to our Constitution in place.
Major crimes were committed against the American people, the U.S.
Constitution, and the United States President, beginning in 2016 through present day, including previous election fraud 2016, and they cite some sections of the U.S.
Code.
Illegal spying making our national surveillance network vulnerable, read Brennan Clapper.
Sedition, including conspiracy by U.S.
officials and media to remove and interfere with the duties of the president.
I guess that would include the entire Obama team, Hillary, Zucker, Dorsey, the Zuckerberg, Silicon Valley, mainstream media.
Criminal activity.
Maggie Haberman.
Maggie Haberman.
Publishing untruth, publishing CCP lies.
Political and financial alliances and obstructing justice, defrauding the U.S.
election fraud, and more.
These are crimes that will need to be immediately adjudicated, and maybe some of them are gonna have to go before military tribunals.
They're proposing hiring 15 former USG, IC, and military composed of CIA, FBI, Treasury, DIA, NSA, et cetera, Navy, Marines, DoD, attorneys who will follow the rule of law in bringing these prosecutions.
Some of the people identified, Brennan Law Center, National Public Radio, etc.
They have it all outlined here as a plan in which the president can side with the American people and can use the National emergency, the Five Eyes telecommunications and surveillance network being breached by former U.S.
officials, and basically a seditious, treasonous coup d'etat being planned throughout Donald Trump's first term.
And it's laid out here and they've begun to identify the officials who they believe, in a conspiracy to commit this offense or to defraud the United States, have engaged in treason.
And people are named.
In the second Red Dog document, you know, you get even more precise and specific.
