♪♪♪ ♪♪♪
♪♪♪ So, Dr. Corsi, in this morning's broadcast, we were lamenting a little bit about how the path to victory for President Trump was looking a little windier and bumpier.
And then you also said that at a certain point in time, something might happen that would be a game changer.
What do you think?
Well, I want everybody to understand that I haven't wavered a single bit on Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is going to win.
I'm 100% confident that I always have been.
And what I was saying this morning is simply that our side, the others, you know, the left, this radical Marxist left will probably want to burn down Washington if Joe Biden isn't president.
I'm saying our side is a little more civilized than that.
But I think increasingly the sides are hardening.
If Joe Biden wins, he's not going to have any legitimacy.
He's going to be a completely illegitimate president.
And we are at a crisis of our government because of this hard left coup d'etat revolution.
And it absolutely has to be stopped.
Now, when Sidney Powell this afternoon filed this Supreme Court case, and I read it, this is her filing of the Kraken, the sea monster, which is going to destroy Biden.
That's the whole idea here.
I read this case.
I'm very impressed with it.
I think it's a strong case.
I think it's a strong recovery.
I don't want to say recovery, adjusting to what the Supreme Court said in the Texas case, which the Supreme Court denied standing on.
I think Sidney Powell has very brilliantly crafted a case here that's going to be much more difficult for the Supreme Court not to take.
And again, I think in the Texas case, I thought the law was 100% on the side of Texas.
I think Donald Trump had the law.
The Supreme Court never looked at the law.
The law was a very clear Second Amendment, I'm sorry, Second Article Two argument about how the state legislatures should in fact be the only body who determines the rules of voting.
I thought that was a very, very clear argument.
But the Supreme Court dodged it on standing.
These two parties really aren't in dispute.
It was a really dodgy argument by the Supreme Court.
This one I think is solid.
And it's got a much better chance of being heard, and I think winning.
Now, to back that up, I just want to go first, this article that appeared in the conservative brief as soon as it came out and got filed.
And so we're doing a special broadcast.
It's our second broadcast of the day.
And we showed you this morning how the evidence is really very strong.
In favor of Donald Trump that there was fraud.
And now what we're showing you is that and by the way, I think the psychological operation to say there's nothing here is cracking.
And we showed you some good examples of how it's really a pathetically, you know, Baghdad Bob type of nothing to see here argument.
Well, this argument is pointing out that the Already the hard and intolerant left, these Marxists that are taking over the Democratic Party, are so intolerant, they're so hateful, that when Sidney Powell has filed this lawsuit, and it's in now the Supreme Court's docket, which means it's on the docket to be heard.
We have to wait to see when the Supreme Court's court schedules for briefs to be filed, and then hopefully for hearings to be actually held.
Let's argue this case.
The city of Detroit, there was a complaint filed to a federal judge this week against Sidney Powell, and the Democratic-controlled city is apparently not happy with Powell after she filed one of her infamous Kraken lawsuits against the city, alleging massive election irregularities.
And this Law and Crime also had an article saying the city of Detroit wants Sidney Polliner's self-styled Kraken team to face serious sanctions for, quote, frivolously undermining the people's faith in the democratic process and the trust of our government.
Now, that isn't a laugh.
I was trying to hold it in so it wouldn't come out on the mic, but there it is.
There's the laugh.
What a laugh.
You know, these guys are, you know, they committed Armed robbery in the middle of the daylight.
It was filmed on camera.
They got the forensic evidence.
They say that daring to indict us is going to demean the public's confidence in banking because we were just in there making a little withdrawal.
After hours withdrawal.
With weapons.
Somebody else's account.
What's that orange dye all over you?
And of course this, you know, the motion was filed by Mark Elias, who is this Perkins Coie lawyer who's all over the Democratic Party.
He loves it.
He's the one who filed—was working for Hillary throughout the election when she was stealing money from her victory club from the different state parties.
I mean, this guy Elias is a piece of work.
He is hard, hard left.
And Perkins Coie, Dr. Corsi, isn't that how Hillary Clinton laundered the money into pay for the GPS?
The money that paid for the Steele dossier from Hillary Clinton's campaign, and Hillary Clinton personally in the DNC, The money went into, from Hillary Clinton, into Fusion GPS, which is the firm, Glenn Simpson's firm that did the Fusion GPS, did the Steele dossier.
They financed and paid for it with money provided in part by Hillary Clinton, laundered through Mark Elias of the Perkins Coie law firm.
So it appeared as if the law firm was buying services from Fusion GPS rather than Hillary Clinton's campaign paying for a hit piece of completely slanderous Russian propaganda hit piece against Donald Trump in 2016.
Perkins Coie is also the law firm that defended Barack Obama on the birth certificate.
You remember that, Craig?
Oh, absolutely, and I think you had something to say about that at the time.
And so this is, you know, Perkins Coie is going, they're having a kitten over this.
They're, you know, they're just screaming up and down about how this is completely outrageous by Sidney Powell to file a lawsuit against them for cheating and stereotyping to steal an election.
Unbelievable.
You know, these lawyers filing these frivolous cases that undermine democracy must pay a price.
That's the attorney who filed the lawsuit against Sidney Powell.
The nine page motion says, as this court has noted, plaintiffs ask the court to ignore the orderly statutory scheme established to challenge elections and to ignore the will of millions of voters.
What do you mean?
They took this into the Michigan courts, now they're going to the Supreme Court.
What's the big deal?
Define voters.
You mean the dead and the dominion voting machine voters?
The right to vote is among the most sacred rights of our democracy.
These guys went to the Baghdad Bob school of Chinese propaganda.
The right to vote is among the most sacred rights of our democracy and in turn uniquely defines us as Americans.
Can these guys be serious?
They struggle to achieve the right to vote.
It's like a Marx Brothers routine.
been both hard fought and cherished around our country's history.
Who's stopping them from voting?
We just don't want all the fraud.
It's like a Marx Brothers routine.
They paid them too well.
They voted too many.
Oh, Chico.
That's who we need.
Oh boy, I'll tell you.
Okay, so let's look at the lawsuit.
Let's get into the... that's the propaganda operation.
The lawsuit is in Ray in the matter of Timothy King and others, so there's a whole list of names here.
Mary and Ellen Sheridan, etc.
They're the petitioners versus Gretchen Whitmer in her capacity as governor of the state of Michigan and Jocelyn Benson in her capacity of the Michigan Secretary of State and the Michigan Board of State Canvassers, which is basically their board of election.
And all these are hard Democrats, hard left Democrats that hate Trump.
Okay, now what the lawsuit is about is they start out by noticing This is on the beginning of the discussion of the case, the facts.
There are several other previous filings in the Supreme Court.
There are, on December 11th, there was a petition for Rule 20, a writ of mandamus to force action with respect to the presidential election in Michigan.
Another one, these were all actions essentially To allow the Republican electors to meet.
These are Republican legislatures even though the governor, for instance, in Michigan is a hard Democrat.
And what Sidney Powell points out is there are 53 total electoral votes at issue in these cases alone.
That's simply the cases of Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia, which would be enough to turn the election victory to President Trump and Vice President Pence.
As I'm saying, any one decision, any one act can change the whole picture here.
And now we have to buttress the Supreme Court to have the courage to take this.
And, you know, Supreme Court justices can be impeached under Article 2, Section 4 of the Constitution.
For instance, let's say if they have taken undue money from all maybe foreign actors like China.
I don't know if that's a fact, but I'm telling you, these Supreme Court justices, I believe, are going to have to take this case.
What they're pointing out is that on December 14th, 2020, the Michigan Republican slate of presidential electors, including petition electors, attempted to meet and cast their votes for Donald Trump and Michael Pence, but were denied entry to the state capitol by law enforcement.
In fact, we this morning showed that video, didn't we, Craig?
Yeah, we did.
So what page are you on in the brief?
Oh, this is page two.
Okay.
Yes, we did.
We showed that video with them being barred at the door by the police saying that the electors were already in the building when the Republican electors were outside.
So the tender of their votes was refused.
Instead, they met on the grounds of the state capitol.
They were refused.
The state police were standing at the door saying, you're not allowed in the building.
What?
And then he says, he says, only electors are allowed.
They say, we are the electors.
And he said, well, well, we've already got the electors we want.
That's basically what he said.
You are the stink of electors we want.
As a result of the foregoing, there are now competing slates of electors from the four states at issue in the related cases above, as well as Nevada, Pennsylvania and and New Mexico. These Republican slates of
electors have received the endorsement of the Republican majority legislatures in each of these
states. That's an important fact. The state legislators, majority Republican, these electors have their
endorsement, whereas the other electors are operating under a state law which gives the electoral
votes to the winner of the popular presidential election in the state.
Okay, because the argument here is that the electors are picked by the legislature, not by the voters.
Only by the voters if the state legislature assigns that.
But as we're going to see, that right can be taken back at any time.
So, Craig, I think this is right at the heart of my book, Troy, Trump Wins.
And if this case goes forward, and I mean, I think it's going to be completely outrageous if it does not.
Because there's clearly standing here.
Standing and merit, and those seem to be important things to me.
Well, I hope they'll be important to John Roberts and Breyer and the others in the Supreme Court.
Okay, so number of the page, this again, I'll pay the next page on page three or page three as we go down it.
In Michigan, a preliminary report issued by Russell James Ramsland of Allied Security Operations Group Summarizing the results of the Allied Security Operations Group court-ordered forensic audit of the Dominion voting systems equipment used in Antrim County, Michigan was released on December 14, 2020.
We covered that on Monday.
And a copy of that report is here in Exhibit A. The report has the following preliminary conclusion.
We conclude the Dominion voting system is intentionally and purposefully designed With inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.
The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.
The ballot errors are then transferred for adjudication.
The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail.
This leads to voter or election fraud.
Based on our study, we conclude that the Dominion voting system should not be used in Michigan.
We further conclude that the results of the Antrim County election should not have been certified.
Now, this came as a result of a judge in Michigan who on Monday, this past Monday, December 14th, allowed this report to be made public.
And once it was public, Sidney Powell now has in her hands what she needs to bring the case.
I want to, by the way, this also points out the interim report finds that the Dominion software was updated between the November 3rd 2020 election and the subsequent recounts that the updated software inexplicably produced wildly different results from the election day version.
This was initially signed as a glitch or a human error, but as we're going to see in a minute, this was a result of the way the Dominion system was made to operate so that votes could be created in this case for Biden.
All right.
Now, Craig, I want to show the videos that we have on this, which I think are quite good.
I've got them here.
I can, uh, give you the, uh, pull up on this in just a minute.
So we can go to Twitter and find them.
Cause I did save them here and, uh, hopefully they won't be hard to find.
Hold on.
Here we go.
And I'll pull these up here for you in a second.
There we go.
That's not quite the one I want.
Hold on a second.
Take me a minute to get this to you here, Craig.
Here we go. It's the um, is this correct? Koa is.
I'll give you the name of the person on Twitter and we'll have to find it that way.
The name of the person is Helmuth Hahn.
It's this Michigan Kanekoa.
Remember the Kanekoa?
K-A-N-E-K-O-A on Twitter.
So we go to Twitter and we look up At K-A-N-E-K-O-A.
Canecoa.
There we are.
And I'll go down here and see if I can find the videos that are critical.
It might take a second because we'll have to scroll down through them to find them.
Ah, here we go.
Okay, Craig.
This is the video I want to show right here and hold on.
Sorry taking a minute, but I did find it.
Here it is.
Okay.
And let me give this to you over here.
Okay, so let's play that video when you get a chance.
So what we're saying is we've got the report by Russ Ramsland, and it does show that the computers create like a 60% error factor.
They call it an error, but what it does is it creates these ballots for adjudication.
Now ballots for adjudication are ballots that Some reason to believe the voter may have mismarked it, and you're trying to figure out what the voter intended to, who they intended to vote for.
So the vote is put aside, and then a Republican, Democrat, non-partisan group is supposed to look at these from the board of election and decide what the voter intended to do.
It's adjudicated.
And this is like, according to Federal Election Commission standards, about 0.0008, you know, a fraction of 1%, a very small fraction of 1%.
And here's over 68% of these ballots in this machine were sent to adjudication.
Let us show you what this means.
Tell me when you're ready, Craig.
Okay, so you want the one that The one that says, um, this is, did you hear him in the background?
I don't know why they approve such a system.
Got it.
I got that one.
And I'll, I'll mute myself and then let's watch that one.
Okay.
Okay.
Here we go.
Nothing voted on this ballot.
Everybody agree?
It's a 100% blank ballot.
And I can tell it to scan and adjudicate all ballots.
I can go and vote that blank ballot.
Oh wow.
Show us.
Oh my.
It's just, it's just wallop after wallop.
Misty, can you stand a ballot more than once?
I've just done it.
I'm talking about you just.
You just keep standing it.
I just kept scanning that same... I just scanned the same batches that y'all just voted.
I never got any more until that one.
It's supposed to do blank ballots, so let's see if it does the blank ballots like it's supposed to.
Let's see.
It scanned it.
I'm going to accept it into the system.
And now let's see if it goes over for adjudication.
Okay, it sent it to adjudication.
And there's my batch.
My blank ballot that I want to adjudicate.
And I'm going to vote for Doug Collins.
I'm going to vote for Bubba.
And I am going to complete it.
And I just counted that vote.
Say that one more time.
I said it works fine for honest people.
Those who intend to do wrong, though, certainly can.
That's right.
So there's the voters that they're talking about in Michigan right there.
And okay, so this is what you see here is that the system is producing,
she said, I'm gonna put a blank ballot in.
It said, can you do that from, I could put the same ballot in as many times
as I want and scan it.
Then it produces a batch over here and she did 100% for adjudication.
So none of these votes were counted, they went to adjudication.
And instead of getting impartial poll workers and send it in a different division for adjudication,
she just sits at that machine and in a batch, she votes them off for whomever she wants to vote them for.
And then she punches a key and they go off and they're counted.
But she did.
She wanted Bubba to win and Bubba got a vote.
Yeah, whoever Bubba was.
Okay, that doesn't bother you, does it, Craig?
Nothing wrong with that, right?
Oh man, this is like, it isn't even an election.
It's a selection.
If this is accepted by the Supreme Court, we don't have a country anymore.
If you could do this, and I'm going to show you the proof that it was done.
Okay.
Let's play the second video.
The second video is the one that says, um, Dominion voting machine flaws.
Uh, and, uh, I think it's different.
Let's play that and, uh, get a look at it.
Okay.
And, uh, I'm gonna, I'm gonna mute here.
Hang on one second.
If it isn't different, we'll, we'll play the next one, but I just want to get a sense here.
If this is different.
Okay, here we go.
It's different.
I'm going to I think, Dr. Corsi, what this one is, is maybe showing the setup for that video we just played?
Let me scrub forward.
I think it is, too.
It may not be as critical.
It's a detailed, more detailed, but it actually shows them in use.
We're trying to see the screen.
It's an eight-minute video.
It's a little bit long.
Let's go to about two minutes and ten seconds into it and play a couple minutes there, okay?
Here we go.
We're going to shut the door to the gym's room.
That's an up-close view.
We're trying to see the screen.
We're trying to see what Misty's doing through a window that looks into her office in the gym's room, and I can't tell.
I'm probably around seven, eight feet max from the screen, and I can't tell what she's doing.
Can any of you board members see what Misty's doing?
No.
Not accurately.
Okay, so we're all in agreeance that while we've stepped out of the gym's room that there could possibly be some fraud going on behind our back that we have no clue of.
So, Dr. Corsi, I played the first minute from that point on, and what it shows is that if you're even like 8 or 10 feet away, you can't tell what the person with the computer input and the screen is doing.
And a lot of these Republican poll watchers were required to be 60 feet away, 80 feet away.
There's no way they could see what was going on.
Yeah, that's the beginning.
That's a longer version of the one we just saw.
So let's go down here to the Fulton County.
Yeah, it's only a minute.
Mr. Vote. Yeah, the same machines were used all over the place. And listening to him talk about
how many votes were adjudicated in Fulton County, which is Atlanta in Georgia. This,
this one's pretty shocking. The other one was pretty shocking, too. But I'm going to put it
on hold and we'll go from there. Okay. Yeah, it's only a minute. Here it goes.
So far we've scanned 113,130 ballots.
We've adjudicated over 106,000.
Those have been published on the site.
So those results are already posted.
We are, as you can see, like we've been doing all day, we've been opening ballots.
We open them at these machines, then they go over to where they're flattened, and then they go over to the scanner.
So it's a time-consuming process.
Once they get to the scanner, we send them over to English Street.
There's a vote review panel over there, and we're adjudicating them from there.
The only ballots that are adjudicated are if we have a ballot With a contest on it in which there's some question as to how the computer reads it.
So the vote review panel then determines voter intent.
The panel determines voter intent.
On 106,000 out of 113,000 and some change ballots.
So how in the world did all of those ballots fail the initial pass and end up in the adjudication bucket?
Give me a word.
Good question.
I mean, it's pretty pathetic, isn't it?
Oh, man.
Let's go back now to the report that we have from Michigan.
On page two, this is Russ Ramsland's report.
You see, on this Antrim County, which is a northern county in Michigan, which Sidney Powell has now picked as the focus of her Complaint.
This is a county that typically votes, I don't know, 32 of the last 34 elections.
It votes GOP.
And suddenly on election night, Biden has a 3000 vote edge over 3,200 vote edge over Trump.
So, you know, Biden who couldn't draw 4,000 people to hear his speech after the electoral college met on the internet, 4,000 people didn't listen to him.
He drew this plurality as majority of the votes.
And then a couple of days later, they say, oh, we had a computer error and they fix it.
And suddenly Trump's got 9,700 votes and Biden has his 72, 80, 89.
Suddenly they found a lot of Trump votes that somehow or other disappeared.
And then when they finally get it all figured out, there's 2000 of the Biden votes that go away.
In other words, this was clearly, and they said this was due to human error, a computer glitch.
Point number five, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's statement on November 6, 2020, that the correct results always were and continue to be reflected on the tabulator totals tape was false.
What?
She's basically saying, That, you know, we didn't make any mistakes here.
This was basically a computer error.
Nobody was flipping votes.
The conclusion here is that the established rate by the Federal Election Commission is 1 in 250,000 ballots go for adjudication, .0008.
We observed an error rate of 68.05 percent.
This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.
The election result totals in the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable.
This is not a result of machine and or software.
This is a result of machine and or software error, not human error.
But the error is creating these errors in order they can be adjudicated and flipped.
The tabulation log for the forensic examination of the server for Antrim County
for December 6, 2020 consists of 15,676 individual events of which 10,667
were or 68.05 percent of the results were recorded as errors, just needed adjudication.
These errors resulted in overall tabulation errors or ballots sent to adjudication.
This high rate proves the Dominion voting system is flawed and does not meet state or local, state or federal election laws.
Okay, and essentially, I think they've caught them cold here.
And this is a clear attempt at what they have demonstrated to be voter fraud.
Let's go back to the legal case.
Let's now see how Sidney Powell argues this when it's now before the Supreme Court.
And hold on a second, I'll get right there.
Okay, and hold on.
Okay, here we go.
This is back, I think.
I have to find the case now, Craig.
I managed to have so many files open and I don't know where I am.
Fairly... You want me to send it back to you?
Yeah, I'll just send it back to you.
That's probably the best thing to do.
Okay, here it comes.
Thank you.
That's good, thank you.
Okay, great.
All right, let's continue with the case.
So as we get through to... we're on page... Is this the case?
Let me see, Craig, if this is the case.
That's the petition.
That's the petition.
No, I want the... this is the petition for certiorari.
Okay.
And we'll come back to that in a minute.
Okay.
I wanted to get, uh, let me just get the case itself here.
I've got it right here.
I found it.
Okay.
Page four.
Can you push it to me?
Oh yeah, sure.
Here we go.
There you are.
All right. Thank you. Bye-bye.
All right.
Okay, so point number 12, and this is on page 4.
The interim report finds that the ballot adjudication process is a major avenue for election fraud on the Dominion system.
Further, it finds that the adjudication log entries are missing from the system, further evidence of tampering, destruction of evidence, and a violation of state law.
Their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious.
since the files exist for previous years using the same software.
The interim report finds that all server logs prior to 11.03 PM on November 4th, 2020 are missing.
Even in the best light, it is extremely alarming and suspicious.
The interim report finds that on November 21, 2020, an unauthorized user successfully attempted to zero out election results And basically, number 15, the interim report shows multiple grade problems with the accuracy and vulnerability to hacking and evidence destruction of the Dominion voting system machines in Antrim County, Michigan.
The report is relevant to each of the related cases because in each of the states in question uses Dominion equipment, all these states that are included here in this filing.
And The findings are consistent with the expert testimony provided by Mr. Ramsland during Dominion's vote manipulation in the petitioner's November 25th complaint in the U.S.
District Court for the District of Georgia, and the testimony in related cases, where he, Ramsland testified that 96,000 mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast in Georgia.
And they're going through all of the different attempts they've made to bring this to attention and get effective relief on it.
On December 14th, 2020, the Wisconsin Supreme Court decided two related cases involving Wisconsin's absentee ballot procedures in Jefferson County versus Dane County.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court held that the policy announced by Dane County And the governor that everyone in Wisconsin was considered quote indefinitely confined with COVID and therefore not to require to show a photo ID to vote an absent ballot was unlawful under the Wisconsin election code.
That's article two.
That the state legislature is the only one who can set practices, procedures, rules for a presidential election in a state.
And the related Wisconsin petition, Freehand et al. versus Wisconsin Electors Commission,
petitioners presented expert testimony that 213,000 Wisconsin voters claimed
indefinitely confined status, but that 45.23% of this number, or 96,435,000,
were not actually indefinitely confined.
Okay.
And then when they get into the argument, they're saying that the Republican majority state legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin exercise their plenary authority under the U S constitution's electors clause by permitting the full slate of Republican nominees to cast their electoral votes for Donald Trump on a contingent basis.
The power and jurisdiction of the legislature to elect electors is exclusive.
This is a 1892 case.
This power cannot be taken from them or modified by statute or even the state constitution.
There is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume that power at any time.
The state legislature may delegate the authority to the state's executive and judicial branches to conduct elections or implement and interpret election laws, but whereas here these branches have abused their authority to make non-legislative changes to the law, eliminating voter fraud safeguards, enabling and facilitating fraud, and then covering up that electoral fraud by preventing any state law enforcement or executive agency investigations, and consistently dismissing private lawsuits, Then the state legislature may resume its exclusive and plenary authority under the Electors Clause of the Constitution to directly select the presidential electors.
Okay, and then going through the various states, but the basic nature of this case is that the election was fraudulent.
because of the way these machines operated.
They have forensic proof of it.
They showed that votes were flipped in this Antrim County.
They attributed it to the adjudication process.
And they're saying that essentially under article two, this is on page nine, the top of the page, under article two of the constitution, this is a live case of controversy.
Federal constitutional rights were violated in the election conducted by respondents and the right to seek relief and the contingent sites of electors and the four states necessarily implicate the 12th amendment to the constitution and the electoral count act of 1887, which is codified at this three USC sections one to 21.
I think they've got a fairly, a very solid case in standing.
They've got a solid case here on the merits, and I think this could well be the case that defines that the election as conducted by these democratic governors in these democratic states was unconstitutional.
All right?
This is the end page, just before the conclusion.
The statistical impossibility of the results in these four states, according to expert witnesses proffered by the petitioners, the related cases is highly probative of fraud and or irregularity and provides compelling justification for further investigation and the equitable and extraordinary relief sought in these petitions, which is to essentially allow these Republican electors To be able to have the electoral votes for the state from the majority Republican legislatures that they represent, not the Democratic electors.
Okay, so it's challenging essentially how the electors were forced.
This whole thing has been, the Democrats just jamming this fraud down our throat as if nobody was awake or nobody could see it happening.
And I think now they've been caught and this law case goes one step further than we saw in the filings of, there were previous filings of the court on the Texas case.
I think this is a stronger case.
Craig, what do you think?
Alright, and bottom line is, you know that the Army of Darkness realizes that all they need is one of these cases to go forward with both standing and merit, and their whole house of cards is going to fall apart.
And I would think then that the Supreme Court is going to find a hard, it's going to be a lot harder for them to dismiss any other cases in other jurisdictions.
Let's go back to the petition for Kser Tsirari that you had up earlier.
And...
Got it?
Uh...
There's some pretty strong arguments here.
Number one, the trial court erred when it denied the petitioners the emergency motion without even a hearing or an oral argument.
This is on the first page?
Yeah, this is on page one of the petition, all in capital letters.
So in Michigan, where they didn't even hear the case, the trial court, as to whether or not the Republican electors could be excluded, Just dismissed it.
Whether the petitioners have presented sufficient evidence to support three claims pursuant to this 42 U.S.C.
statute, violation of the Elections and Electors Clause, violation of the 14th Equal Protection Clause, denial of the 14th Amendment due process clause, and a violation of the Michigan Election Code, So they've got a lot of complaints about the district court and how it just dismissed the case.
That's important because they did bring it to a trial court and it was dismissed.
And so they're now arguing they've got standing.
The plaintiffs are registered Michigan voters, are nominees of the Republican party to be a presidential elector in Michigan.
All of these are electors.
They have standing to bring this action.
And I think basically it's a much stronger case on both standing and on the arguments being made and on the nature of how the evidence of this fraud was produced by the analysis from Russ Ramsland.
Now, I want to go to my book for a minute, Craig, because again, I know everybody has been kind of Down.
As I say, this is going to be a long process.
There's going to be ups and downs.
There's going to be high points and low points.
But one of the arguments, I think, for being advanced in court today, and it's important, is that we are Seeing now that we've got two sets of electors in these key states, and there's a strong argument that the Republican electors should be the ones that are advanced to the electoral college, not the Democratic electors.
And by doing so, these states have made the election an unconstitutional process in those states, which is problematic, of course, and could be reversed to the detriment To the detriment of the Democratic Party and to Joe Biden, which I think is, again, a very, very strong argument and one that I think we've got to take seriously into consideration as a case that needs to be heard.
Now, when we go to my book, and I want to take a look at that for a minute, If you, Craig, go to the part about, this is Trump wins.
And listen, Trump is gonna win.
It's gonna be a long process.
Any one event can change it.
One day, everything is gonna look different.
The Supreme Court hears this case with arguments being made.
I think Sidney Powell and her team are gonna have a very, very strong case to present here.
And this is one I'm enthusiastic about.
I was enthusiastic about the other one, but I think the arguments in the case were very strong.
I couldn't believe the Supreme Court wouldn't take it on the standing issue, which is, you know, again, like a technical excuse not to hear the case.
We've got the Constitution at stake.
We've got our freedoms to vote at stake.
And I think this is the kind of case that really now is framed properly, and it really must be heard.
And I think a lot of us are gonna be very angry if it's not, and wanting to investigate what's going wrong with John Roberts and the rest of these guys, if they can't take a case that is this well founded in the law and in the facts.
Now, I write on page, in my book, my book is a good book for the understanding how the Constitution works, and I may add to it a little bit now for some of the developments that we're seeing, for maybe over the weekend I'll add some to it to update it a little bit, for the current version, and I'll try to go back to everyone who's bought the book already and send them the updated version without any additional charge, of course, so that they are kept current.
It'll take a little bit of screening and work to do that, but I think we can do it.
At any rate, what I'm pointing out here is that the And I guess the best point to take here is the quotations on page 54.
And these quotations come from the Bush v. Gore decision in the recount in 2000.
The Supreme Court there said... 54?
Page 54 of the book.
It's a two indented quote.
I searched for plenary, it's on page, it's the beginning of how the Constitution authorizes state electors to select electoral, presidential electors.
Okay, I got it.
Okay.
First quote says, the individual citizen has no federal constitutional right to vote for electors.
We do not vote for the electors.
We vote for the presidential candidate, and that may be by state law that we're voting for the electors for Trump or the electors for Biden, but that's not a federal constitutional right.
That's simply delegated by the state law.
So we have no federal constitutional right to vote for electors for the President of the United States unless and until the state legislature chooses a statewide election as the means to implement its power, its power, to appoint members of the Electoral College.
And this is under the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1.
This is the source of the statement in this 1892 case, McPherson v. Blacker, that the state's legislative power to select the manner for appointing electors is plenary.
Which means that if the state wants to, it can take that power back and it can do it however it wants.
Let me call you back.
I'm just finishing a podcast.
Okay.
Now, it can take that power back even if there's a state law saying that the people vote for the electors.
It's the legislature that has the right.
And they're saying history has favored the voter in that each of the several states, the citizens themselves vote for presidential electors.
When the state legislature vests the right to vote for president in its people, the right to vote as a legislature has prescribed is fundamental.
And the source of its fundamental nature lies in the equal weight according to each vote and each dignity owned to each voter.
The state, of course, after granting the franchise, The context of Article Two can take back the power to appoint the electors to itself.
State legislatures are in charge.
In a sense, the state legislatures pick the president.
And if this case represents a trying to force the popular vote to select the electors without letting this Michigan state legislature To say, wait a minute, we don't want the Democrats' slate, even though Biden supposedly won the vote in this state.
Popular vote because it's fraudulent.
So we're going to pick the Trump electors because we know Trump won except for this fraud.
Now that's a very solid case and it's at the core of what went on in this in this election.
This is at the heart of the fraud and the Supreme Court is going to do its job.
It will take this case and it will decide the key issue.
And that is, do the state legislatures control state elections or not?
Are we going to follow Article 2 or are we going to throw it into the ash can?
That's the question, Craig.
Yep.
And I think it's one where we're now at the heart of the issue here, and that is that the gauntlet's been thrown down by Sidney Pollan, said, are you going to let this fraud go on?
It's obvious to anybody with eyes to see How far do we have to go?
Now, I think this is one of the initiatives.
I think another initiative is also going to be Donald Trump trying to get the ace card, you know, the evidence of the actual logs of what was going on in this Dominion computer night by night.
And I think that's one of the reasons why we see this special committee being formed by the Director of National Defense.
DNI.
Radcliffe.
DNI.
Radcliffe.
With the Cybersecurity Bureau, our division within the Defense Department.
They're probably the best, I think, to analyze this right now.
The NSA probably has the Dominion data too.
And this committee, which is a committee that is, I don't think it's going to include the CIA.
I think the CIA was excluded from that.
Let me just double check that to make sure.
But this is a, Special group that Radcliffe has put together because he has, I think, noticed and has evidence that, in fact, the Dominion computer has backdoors for China to enter into it and adjust the data.
And we covered this before.
I think the computer also has backdoors for Serbia to adjust the data.
And this, I think, with the SolarWinds computers that were seized in Austin, Texas earlier this week, one of the plugins from the SolarWinds that was sitting on top of the Dominion Voting Systems IT program could have kept a complete log of everything, all the votes being taken that night, and that could be endgame.
But again, This, I think, is a solid case.
I'm going to go back and check the composition of that committee.
I want to get it right.
This was also announced today.
There's been quite a few of these developments today, and every day right now, and I think for a while, every day, we're going to get some new developments.
And that's why I think we have to wait through each day and try to evaluate what's going on each day, because these are developments that could, any one of these developments, could win the case for Trump.
By the way, the members of the UK Parliament request an urgent meeting With Julian Assange citing concerns about press freedom and political extradition, I do think there is a pardon of Assange in the works.
And they're all, Lin Wood, Attorney Lin Wood is calling for Chief Justice John Roberts is corrupt and should resign immediately.
He went scorched earth against Roberts as this case was being filed.
And I think that this is important too.
Hold on a second.
Uh, just finishing a podcast.
Let me call you right back.
I muted you.
You're still muted.
you You're still muted.
Sorry.
No problem.
I shouldn't take phone calls during podcasts, but everybody's calling me right now and I want to make sure I let them know I'm going to be attentive to them.
Yeah.
Okay.
So here we go.
This is the article I wanted to cite here.
Right here.
Okay, and what we found today is that the DNI, Director of National Intelligence Radcliffe, has put together this special group which includes the Office of DNI, the FBI, and this Defense Department Cybersecurity Unit, not the NSA.
Not the CIA.
I think they have the SolarWinds computers.
I believe they'll get the actual log data.
And I think that this is a Key issue.
There's a lot of discussion of Chief Justice Roberts today, and there's a lot of discussion of Barr and all the money they've made and where it came from.
Remember, if it can be found that Barr was paid by China, and I'm not saying that's been found, or Roberts, they may not only get an impeachment trial for Roberts to remove him from the court, But he might be in serious trouble, legally, and I don't know that that's the case.
But at any rate, we'll find out fairly quickly.
The special committee that's put together, and tomorrow the DNI report is supposed to be due according to that executive order, I think it's going to be delayed because certain parts of the intelligence community, there's 17 different agencies, like much of the federal government, are still resisting President Trump and are still trying to resist.
So this special group, I think, is going to get the goods.
And if we get the goods here and have actual log data that shows, time-stamped, how the votes were switched, I think that's game-changing.
That's game over.
And I think we're going to have some game over data.
I don't care what the Democrats are going to, you know, go on the streets and scream and all the rest of it.
President Trump, under that executive order, can still issue an emergency decree and use extraordinary powers.
And I think we're a long way from the 6th of January when the Congress meets in joint session to certify the Electoral College votes.
And by the way, this contest can continue with new evidence developed and new court cases being filed all the way until the 20th of January 2021.
So we've got, you know, more than a month now yet in which this case is going to be duked out. And I think in
duking it out, Donald Trump will win, because this is a fraud. It was a violation. It's clearly
catching a crime. And I think, despite all the corruption in Washington, the corruption we
see now in the Department of Justice, and the corruption we see in the intelligence
agencies, the corruption we see in the Democratic and the Republican Party, with McConnell
saying, oh, well, just take a knee and It's okay.
We don't need Donald Trump anyway.
Biden's not so bad.
Biden's going to be horrible.
And by the way, I'm told that today that Boris will be back on Monday for a full show.
Wow.
His data.
Boris is joining us on Monday for the entire show.
And people have got to understand that you don't just get Biden, you've got all the people that he would pull in with him, and it's a horror show.
You'll recall that Boris is our intelligence expert, and he comes and goes as he chooses, but when he wants a show, I grant the wish.
Boris is back.
And I'm very pleased about that.
I'm delighted, and we're going to pay full attention to what he has to say.
Now, if you would please, I mean, we can do this.
The donations are extremely important.
They keep us going.
They allow us to do this research.
They keep us in the game here.
I mean, I'm doing this virtually.
We're not even talking about the hydroxychloroquine and the tele-MD or the Swiss America program.
I mean, I've abandoned working for, this is what I'm doing now full time.
And Craig is virtually too.
I don't know, Craig.
I mean, Craig's motivation is largely his devotion to Jesus Christ, I'd say entirely.
And I want everybody to know that Craig is, I've tried to compensate Craig, and Craig insists upon, I don't mean to embarrass you, Craig, but I consider that to be something the audience needs to know, if you don't mind.
No, that's fine.
Bottom line is I'm looking for just a slightly larger mansion when I get to have it.
I'll be there hoping to be your advocate saying you deserve it.
You're doing yeoman's work, putting up with me.
But the point is, show them, Craig.
I'm selling my entire library of books.
There's a lot of good books here.
I think they're going to be classics.
I think things I've been writing are going to be read for a long time.
I've won a lot of battles.
Back to Unfit for Command.
I've still got the books from Unfit for Command, some of the originals.
I've still got some of the Abomination and some of the Birth Certificate book.
I don't have money.
And when they're gone, that's probably going to be it.
There's two books, Kudetai and Silent No More, which I think will be my historic fight against Mueller.
We've closed down Mueller, and now we're going to close down Biden.
I'm getting increasingly confident that we're going to get the data we need to do this.
And when I earlier was suggesting that our side doesn't fight in the streets, I don't see any way the patriots are going to accept a Biden presidency.
I think that's now done.
We're not going to accept Baghdad, Bob.
We're not going to accept communism.
We're not going to accept the violence in the street any more than the COVID hoax and the mask.
These people are communists.
They're totalitarians.
They lie.
They use psych operations.
Those two books and the other two I'm signing for a hundred dollars are the America for Sale, which I wrote in about 2012, arguing that basically we were headed down this path where China was coming and we were just willing to sell the country.
There's the multinational corporations and the left and also the late great united usa which i was arguing and showing you that basically we have the concern here and we should have the concern here that um that we should have the definite concern here that george w bush wanted to security and prosperity partnership in north america so we get a north american union
Like the European Union, we go to globalism.
Obama wants to do world trade, all these world trade organizations.
And with this list of communist Chinese around the world, who penetrate the United States, who penetrate our government, who buy the Bidens, who are owned by the communist Chinese.
This is a fight for our future, our freedom, the freedom of our children, and the freedom of our grandchildren.
It could not be more important.
With your help, we can win.
And I greatly appreciate it.
We'll continue doing this whether people donate or not.
By the way, New York rushed into $1 billion in deals.
What's this all about?
New York spent a billion dollars on virus supplies and it wants its money back.
New York's bankrupt.
The Democrats are destroying New York City.
These Democrats think that we have to subsidize their spendthrift ways, tax dollars.
By the way, there's a developing story here with this overstock CEO, Patrick Byrne, who said he bribed Hillary Clinton with $18 million on behalf of the FBI.
I bet Boris is gonna have something to say about that on Monday.
Craig, any final comments?
I think this is a very important lawsuit.
We wanted a special broadcast to highlight it.
Right.
And once again, fear not.
You know, God has his plan.
We have ours.
His supersedes ours.
And stay strong and stay united.
Trump is going to win.
And if you want to get the update on how I'm going to update this, Trump wins over the weekend.
And I'm going to make sure everybody who buys it gets the updated version.
No additional cost.
We'll get everybody that updated version.
And that's going to be the scorecard and the plan as to how this is going to win.
This case by Sidney Powell is a brilliant case.
I think it would be disgraceful if John Roberts doesn't take this case.
I think he's going to put his career on the line.
This is Dr. Jerome Corsi.
This has been a special broadcast here on Thursday, December 17th.
I want to say, stay with us, and fear not, and have confidence we're going to win.
We're going to have Arthur back, possibly tomorrow, to talk about the Prayer Warrior.
He's been moving, but I want some updates on the prayers so we get them updated to cover these current versions.
And we'll cover that tomorrow.
In the end, God always wins and God will win here too.
Dr. Jerome Corsi at special broadcast December 17th, Thursday, 2020 with my producer Craig.
And we will be back tomorrow on Friday at 11 a.m.
Eastern time with our daily podcast.
Thank you for joining us.
Goodbye.
God bless.
