| This is going to be an incredible conference, friends. | |
| We're going to be asking the hard questions and we're going to get those hard questions answered through a biblical perspective. | |
| The only perspective that I think really is key and vital and matters right now is what does the word of God say about this? | |
| Are aliens real? | |
| Is AI something that we have to be concerned about as believers? | |
| And is this Antichrist figure a metaphorical figure, an allegory? | |
| Is it a physical person that'll be walking this earth? | |
| We're going to be asking these men, I mean, some incredible men like L.A. Marzulli, Dave Robbins, Carl Gauss, we're going to be asking them very difficult questions. | |
| And I know with the Holy Spirit's help, they're going to come with an answer. | |
| I think the game changer is artificial intelligence. | |
| Yes. | |
| I think the church has been discussing the Antichrist for a long time. | |
| We've talked about UFOs and aliens for a long time. | |
| But artificial intelligence is changing everything about our daily lives. | |
| Yet, what does the Bible have to say about that? | |
| Where do we align biblically? | |
| But more importantly, how do we prepare for the changes? | |
| Because technology, as we're speaking right now, is being implemented. | |
| When you have our government, Ricky, investing $500 billion on artificial intelligence, I think we need to pay attention what the future is going to look like. | |
| And when I say the future, I'm not talking about 10, 15 years from now. | |
| I'm talking about on a daily basis, there are companies right now that are changing economically everything about the world. | |
| That's right. | |
| You know, we had the great race to see who could get to the moon first, and we tried really hard to see if we can get to the moon first. | |
| We achieved it over Soviet, Soviet Russia, Soviet Union, that area. | |
| We achieved it. | |
| But Mondo, the new thing is we had an arms race. | |
| We had an arms race. | |
| Who could create a nuclear weapon? | |
| We had all these races. | |
| But Mondo, I believe the next race that we are right in the middle of right now is this race for hyper-con quantum computing, where AI can not only develop itself, it can rewrite itself, it can create something eventually to the point where it doesn't need human help or interaction. | |
| Experts have said that the next war will be fa over technology. | |
| Yes. | |
| He who owns the data will own the world. | |
| It's the most valuable substance, they say, on the earth now. | |
| It's more valuable than gold, silver, oil, anything. | |
| They say data is the most important thing because, like you said, if you own data, you own the world. | |
| Friends, we're going to be asking the difficult questions. | |
| We're going to be getting these difficult questions answered. | |
| Ready now Expo 2025. | |
| Go to readynowexpo.com and there's a banquet. | |
| It's free. | |
| If you're here in person, again, if you come here to Morningside, if you're a part of our community here, it's a free event. | |
| And then we will have a banquet you can sign up for as well. | |
| It is also a free event. | |
| F-R-E-E free. | |
| Make sure people know that. | |
| It's a free event. | |
| Come. | |
| There's limited seats for that, though. | |
| That banquet. | |
| There's going to be limited suits. | |
| And what that's going to do is we're going to take all the guests who are here in person. | |
| We're going to go down to our tabernacle building. | |
| We're going to have a Q ⁇ A with them where you'll be able to sit down and ask them the questions that maybe they want to answer on television. | |
| And maybe they have time to think about it. | |
| Special surprise. | |
| Huge surprise. | |
| That you're not going to want to miss because I'm starting to learn a little bit about it. | |
| And I'm not going to miss it. | |
| I got friends from Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout the country that already signed up to be just to be at the banquet. | |
| That's right. | |
| Friends, we want you to be here. | |
| Readynowexpo.com. | |
| If you are tuning in right now, this is the PTL Television Network. | |
| Friends, we have a great show for you. | |
| Rick Joyner, who is the founder of Morningstar Ministries. | |
| Rick also has a best-selling book, Mondo, one that I just finished rereading a couple weeks ago. | |
| And I saw it in your hands just a couple weeks ago. | |
| I was reading the trilogy, though. | |
| You had the original. | |
| You said this is the original copy from, I think it was like 98. | |
| Signed by Rick Joyner. | |
| Oh, you got your signs. | |
| I didn't even get mine signed by Rick Joyner. | |
| But friends, we have him, the final quest author, Rick Joyner. | |
| He's known for over 50 years of accurate prophetic dreams, visions, and revelations from God. | |
| And he is also on the Morningstad USA Board of Directors, a wonderful board member. | |
| He's helped make a lot of critical decisions here over the last couple decades. | |
| But you know what? | |
| We love Rick Joyner. | |
| We want to say thank you, Rick Joyner, and welcome him to the broadcast. | |
| Oh, glad to be back with you. | |
| Been too long. | |
| Amen. | |
| Rick, I know there has to be something that you have to say. | |
| There has to be a prophetic word you're about to give because the last three times we've tried to have Rick Joyner on the broadcast, we couldn't connect on Skype Week. | |
|
One of the Best Times
00:05:50
|
|
| There's all these technical issues. | |
| I'm thinking there has to be something good. | |
| Rick, give us an update on how you are, the ministry, your health. | |
| And then if you have a prophetic word, I'm saying you can start the show off with that. | |
| Well, I do have one for every believer. | |
| It's called Read Your Bibles. | |
| Amen. | |
| And we'll just stick with that right now. | |
| But you send me a list of great questions and I would like to address them. | |
| I'll start with my health. | |
| I did have a stroke a couple of years ago, and it was one of the best times of my life. | |
| It was one of the things I feared the most. | |
| And I knew since 2014, there was a time coming when I would have a stroke. | |
| Now, the reason is one of the biggest fears that I had was my father died with a stroke. | |
| and his death was dragged out for a long time of great suffering. | |
| My father-in-law, the same thing. | |
| But you say, why would I have to face such a major fear and go through the same thing? | |
| Well, I asked the Lord that, and he said, the father scourges every son that he receives. | |
| I said, well, that doesn't sound good. | |
| And I knew right at that time that I would face the stroke. | |
| But if I went, you know, into it with the right attitude, it would be a great and very edifying time. | |
| And I tell you, it was one of the best times of my life. | |
| The Lord had told me that one of my worst flaws as a person was my impatience. | |
| And when you're half paralyzed and you can't do almost anything for yourself, totally dependent on others, and it takes you 10 minutes to button up your shirt, you learn patience. | |
| And through that patience, which I determined to go into this trial with Thanksgiving, it says, in everything give thanks. | |
| And, you know, we enter his gates with thanksgiving. | |
| And it says, in the presence of the Lord, there's fullness of joy. | |
| And as soon as I realized I just had a stroke and called the ambulance, I started thanking the Lord saying, this is it. | |
| It's finally here. | |
| And I'm going to enjoy it. | |
| I thanked him through every part of it. | |
| Said, I know I needed this. | |
| I asked you to help me with my impatience. | |
| Nothing has helped me more than this. | |
| And it really was an incredible time. | |
| I felt the Lord's presence so close through the whole thing. | |
| And it became such a good time with the Lord. | |
| I started seeing him in places I'd never seen him before. | |
| I started seeing him in ways I'd never seen him before because I was usually charging off so fast, so determined, driven by my impatience to get stuff done that I didn't, you know, he could hardly interrupt my days sometimes. | |
| And I miss many divine connections, many seeing many miracles. | |
| I should have seen that, you know, all of a sudden, through this stroke, I'm down and I am seeing things I've never seen before and on a level. | |
| And it was so great. | |
| Since then, I've been recommending them to all of my friends. | |
| You need this experience. | |
| And it truly was wonderful. | |
| But I still remain. | |
| I have a perpetual dizziness that I'd like to get rid of. | |
| It could be because of some of the medication they given me. | |
| I have, you know, a few challenges. | |
| After I had the stroke, when I finally got back so I could walk again, I broke my leg and was sat down again. | |
| And I'm still rebuilding my legs and muscles in some areas. | |
| But, you know, being thankful for everything, if we enter his presence where there's fullness of joy and the joy of the Lord is your strength, listen, you're going to be encountering him in ways that it is just so worth it. | |
| Now, I don't think everybody has to have a stroke to go through that. | |
| A lot of people, most, I hope most, are smarter than I am. | |
| And we can judge ourselves lest we be judged. | |
| And I think there's some things we could just discipline ourselves, but I needed that. | |
| I'm so thankful for it. | |
| I'm thankful for every challenge, knowing that I need it. | |
| It's a part of his disciplining me and preparing me. | |
| But yeah, I have gotten much closer to the Lord himself through this time. | |
|
Knowing the Father
00:09:16
|
|
| And that's, you can't put any value on that. | |
| That's worth far more than anything else. | |
| And I feel like I've started getting to know the Father. | |
| And that was what, when I asked Jesus, what does it mean to be a son of God? | |
| He said, to begin with, you've got to know the Father. | |
| You've got to know him as Father. | |
| And, you know, he came to reveal the Father to us. | |
| He came to reconcile us to the Father. | |
| And there's so much about that in scripture. | |
| And the Father so loved the world that he gave his son for our redemption. | |
| And he wants that reconciliation with us. | |
| And anyway, I feel like I've entered into some realms of my personal relationship to the Lord. | |
| They're just far beyond anything I had been experiencing. | |
| And it continues to increase. | |
| Now, I had asked the Lord to understand the book of Revelation. | |
| I started asking that many decades ago. | |
| And just to tell you a little thing about Jim Baker one time, he was staying up in Moravian Falls in one of our cabins. | |
| And I was in my cabin. | |
| And I started praying to the Lord to give me an understanding of Revelation chapters 14 through 16. | |
| And right when I'm praying, that a knock comes on the door. | |
| And I go to the door and open it. | |
| It's Jim. | |
| He's got both arms full of books. | |
| He says, I've got to speak to you. | |
| I've got to show you something from Revelations chapter 14 through 16. | |
| And I said, come on, God, you're right on time. | |
| But that was just one of the experiences. | |
| I've been on a trail to really understand that book. | |
| I asked the Lord to send me the angel that spoke to John, the messengers that spoke to John, to help me to understand everything in there. | |
| And I asked him for the same thing with the angel that spoke to Daniel, that we know it's Michael and all. | |
| And that has not happened yet. | |
| But I see angels a lot. | |
| But I've asked him, Lord, I need to sit down and talk to him. | |
| I need to have them talk to me. | |
| And I ask you for that kind of teaching on those books that are so crucial for this time. | |
| I think I'm close. | |
| I think I'm very close to starting to have those experiences, but I've still been getting revelation, especially on the book of Revelation, what different parts of it mean, how they fit into this. | |
| Now, I'll tell you one thing. | |
| You know, since the 1844 Advent movement, almost everything in the book of Revelation has been attributed to the future, to the end of this age, to the end times. | |
| When the book of Revelation itself refutes this, from the first verse, it says these are the things which must shortly come to pass. | |
| And they start unfolding immediately after John had that revelation. | |
| And they have unfolded through the entire church age. | |
| And we need to see this. | |
| Now, the Protestant eschatology is very different from what, you know, the church, I call it the advancing church, has embraced since the 1844 Advent movement when they projected everything into the future. | |
| But you go back to the Protestant eschatology. | |
| It has some remarkable insights into the book of Revelation, Daniel, what all these things mean. | |
| And I think they are far more accurate and make far more sense than a lot of the modern eschatologies that really in some basic ways contradict themselves. | |
| But anyway, I'm not saying there's no merit to those that have come since the 1844 movement, but it leaves out much of what has happened in the church age and what unfolded very accurately according to the book of Revelation in the book of Daniel. | |
| I'm just saying I don't have time to get into that anymore, but I'm doing good. | |
| That was all to explain to you my health and what I'm doing. | |
| Also, you asked about Morningstar, and we're doing great. | |
| You know, we've had a, you know, a bunch of, I don't want to call it persecution, but a lot of attacks this year. | |
| Well, that always encourages me because if you're not taking flack, you're not over the target. | |
| And every time this has happened in our past, which it has, it's preceded a major breakthrough into a whole new area. | |
| And, you know, we just sense it around here. | |
| We're on the verge of something. | |
| And the meetings here, the presence of the Lord with us is increasing. | |
| And I'm not just talking about church services and meetings and conferences. | |
| I'm talking about even admin meetings with my team leaders and department heads. | |
| And there's just a new sense of the presence of the Lord with us. | |
| And that's more valuable than anything. | |
| So, yeah, we're doing great and expectant. | |
| And anyway, I better let you go ahead and get into some of the other questions or we won't get to them if I just keep on. | |
| But I hope that helps you. | |
| Amen. | |
| Yep. | |
| You know, one of the favorite things he said, I want the angel who delivered the message to Daniel. | |
| I want the angel who delivered the message to John the Revelator to come and explain these things to me. | |
| One of my favorite passages out of Revelation chapter 15. | |
| I'm going to read it to you. | |
| If you have your Bible, open it up right now. | |
| Revelation chapter 15. | |
| And we're reading out of the Christian Standard Bible. | |
| Starting in verse 3, it says, they sang the songs of God's servant Moses and sang the song of the Lamb. | |
| And here's the song. | |
| Great and awe-inspiring are your works. | |
| Lord God, the Almighty, just and true are your ways. | |
| King of the nations, Lord, who will not fear and glorify your name? | |
| For you alone are holy. | |
| All the nations will come and worship before you because your righteous acts have been revealed. | |
| You know, Rick just gave us a beautiful synopsis of his health journey from his stroke. | |
| And he said, you know what, I'm looking at this as a positive thing that has happened to me. | |
| But you know what? | |
| When we realize that the Lord is good and only does good, we can have that perspective. | |
| When you stand on that as a pillar of your faith, so Rick, I want to say thank you for being an encouragement because I know there are people who watch this right now who have suffered going through a stroke, suffered going through a heart attack, suffered going through a physical trial and tribulation on their life. | |
| And they're saying, well, this must be the end of it for me. | |
| This must be the end of my ministerial road. | |
| This must be the end of me being able to be with my children, my grandchildren, having the calling that God had called me for. | |
| But friends, this is not the end of a journey, friends. | |
| You do not end the journey until the Lord calls you home because that is when this marathon called life is over. | |
| Continue to press in. | |
| Continue to get a good word from the Lord. | |
| And friends, continue to seek the Father's face. | |
| Because when you know the Father's face, you will know his Son and you'll know his Holy Spirit intimately. | |
| You'll know it intimately. | |
| Amanda, there's nothing more important in the world we are living in than intimacy with the Holy Spirit. | |
| In order to get perspective that Rick is talking about, I wrote down what he said. | |
| And I hope you wrote it down and start. | |
| You see, how Rick explained how he talks to God and what he's asking God is different than the rest of us. | |
| Here, the rest of us are asking, God, give us a car, give us this, give us that. | |
| Here's Rick Joyner asking God if he can meet with the angel that met with Daniel. | |
| I'm going to steal his prayer. | |
| I'm going to see if God will answer my prayer before he answers Rick. | |
| I'm going to see if I can meet with these angels. | |
| That's called spiritual maturity in my book. | |
|
Wildfires and Prophetic Significance
00:05:01
|
|
| And Rick, when it comes to the events that we have witnessed, let's say in California, we have watched a ravaged wildfire just ravage California like I've never seen before. | |
| I'm from California, Los Angeles, to be exact. | |
| I've never seen anything quite like this. | |
| But can you give us a prophetic perspective? | |
| And do you see any prophetic significance in the wildfires that affected Los Angeles and changed people's lives? | |
| Yes, I do. | |
| One thing, LA has given us some of the great moves of God, some of the great men and women of God in these times, and especially thinking about the Azusa Street that, you know, is still in some ways, that fire is still burning. | |
| The fires of revival that came out of that, one of the greatest moves of God, I think, of the church age. | |
| And many have come from California, many great ministries such as, you know, in Reading with, you know, the folks there, you know, and many other great ministries that have merged, emerged from California. | |
| It has been a blessing to all of us, but it is really in need of help. | |
| And believe it or not, these fires were help from God. | |
| Now, they're going to reposition a lot of things in California. | |
| There was a lot of mismanagement that has been highlighted. | |
| A lot of things are really just wacky out there in administration and government. | |
| I think, you know, you're going to see Hollywood is not going to be in Hollywood anymore. | |
| The center of movie making, you know, television and everything else is going to be distributed to several places. | |
| I think it has been for some time because it's so expensive to do any kind of filming or recording or anything in Hollywood in California. | |
| But it's being distributed. | |
| I think those fires, you know, that affected a lot of people in the movie and entertainment industry, a lot of the executives, a lot of the actors and actresses. | |
| It's really a hard thing, but you're going to see good come from it. | |
| And you're going to see an awakening in California. | |
| You're going to see things really shifting in every way, right down to its politics. | |
| But the Lord's not through using California. | |
| But I think he needed to distribute a lot of people who were living there to other places. | |
| And that is happening. | |
| And it's been happening for a long time because of other factors out there. | |
| But also what happened in North Carolina. | |
| I felt like the floods that came here was something I was shown way back in 1972 that I didn't understand, but I knew it was going to be the beginning of a major revival. | |
| And I believe the end time harvest would start with floods in North Carolina that went from the mountains to the sea. | |
| And, you know, if you went over there, which I did again just recently, a week or so ago with some friends, you cannot believe the devastation in Western North Carolina. | |
| It's like that whole thing happened just last week. | |
| And they're cleaning up. | |
| They've removed and cleaned up. | |
| They've been working hard. | |
| They had almost no help from the government. | |
| But you know what happened? | |
| They started discovering their neighbors, getting to know their neighbors and helping each other. | |
| And they've been doing a job, but they're still, if you go there, you'd think it's like the floods just happened yesterday, but they have cleaned up millions of tons of debris and everything from that region. | |
| And you'll see in a few years, it will be back better than ever. | |
|
Rediscovering Leadership's Mission
00:06:26
|
|
| Listen, I've lived through many hurricanes that have absolutely devastated a place. | |
| And two years later, it's better than it was before. | |
| We are really good at rebuilding, restoring. | |
| I believe we need to do the same with people though that have disasters in their life and shipwrecks of their faith and everything. | |
| We need to get them back. | |
| We need to be as devoted to far more devoted to restoring people than we are stuff. | |
| But this is the beginning of a great move of God. | |
| I am so thrilled with the way Donald Trump has come into office. | |
| And you've got a question on here about what did I see for his first 100 days? | |
| Well, I think he accomplished most of it in the first 100 hours. | |
| He is, I think, come into that office with more boldness, more decisiveness than I've ever seen in my lifetime in any leader we've ever had anywhere in the world. | |
| Never seen anything like this. | |
| And the creativity of his thinking. | |
| And you know, the Lord really loves creative people. | |
| He's a creator. | |
| He makes every snowflake different. | |
| He really loves creativity. | |
| I believe creativity is one of the highest forms of faith. | |
| And I was shown this one time. | |
| It's one of the ways we most identify with the creator. | |
| And yet, why is the church so boringly uniform? | |
| If he makes every snowflake different, every one of us, why is every church service so boringly uniform? | |
| To me, that's an affront to God. | |
| God is the most interesting, exciting being, person there will ever be, has ever been. | |
| And I think when we come together to meet with him, it should be so exciting. | |
| It should be the most exciting thing in our life. | |
| Every time we come together to meet with him, every time we personally meet with him in prayer or whatever, the true Christian life is the greatest adventure we can ever live. | |
| We've got to rediscover that adventure. | |
| Now, I am so awed and so thankful for our political leadership, the way this new administration is coming together. | |
| I really think we've been given an amazing gift from God of Elon Musk. | |
| I don't know what he thinks of God or whatever else, but he is mightily being used by God. | |
| And he is one of the most brilliant people in our time. | |
| And he's come here to us to help us. | |
| I think he's a part of what the Lord showed me. | |
| He was going to send us missionaries from Africa and other places where we have sent missionaries. | |
| But there were missionaries from those places coming to us to help us. | |
| And we tend to think of missionaries as just those who preach the gospel and all. | |
| But listen, there is a whole lot more to having a mission from God. | |
| And I believe they're doing an amazing job. | |
| Thankful for it. | |
| But there is a vacuum of leadership in the church. | |
| Now, our country, I believe, reached the low point morally in many other ways as far as leadership and government, business, just in the church, just about every area. | |
| I believe we had hit a low point. | |
| And now we've been given and are seeing one of the greatest leaders, I think not just of our time, but one of the greatest of all time. | |
| Who in the world could have thought of using the Gaza Strip to make it into this beautiful paradise like Trump just announced he was going to do? | |
| But that's the way he thinks. | |
| I was watching Nadan Yahoo while Trump is announcing this. | |
| We're going to buy the Gaza Strip. | |
| America is going to buy it. | |
| Now, I think we'll do it with a number of countries together if it can get done. | |
| But who would think of it but a brilliant entrepreneur businessman who thinks like that? | |
| But he is over the top creative. | |
| And even if that's not accomplished, something really wonderful, much better than it was, is likely to be accomplished in the resolution of that whole thing. | |
| I'm just saying, but why doesn't the church have the best leadership in the world? | |
| We're following the King of Kings, the greatest leader there will ever be. | |
| What's happened to the church? | |
| Where are the great voices in the church at this time, the great leadership, those who are doing extraordinary and bold things that like we're seeing the government? | |
| And I hope what we're seeing through the Trump administration provokes us. | |
| We've got to break out of the malaise that we're in, the lukewarmness. | |
| Now, I know all kinds of scandals and all have hit the church, but I tell you, that's not what's hurting us. | |
| It's how we're reacting to the scandals that I believe started back in the late 1980s, starting with Jim Baker and the way the church responded to his mistakes and the things that he had done, which was absolutely horrible. | |
| I believe it was contrary to the nature of Christ. | |
|
How Can We Help?
00:15:29
|
|
| And it's still happening that way. | |
| We condemn and shoot our wounded. | |
| Our first response, if we really are spirit-filled people, the Holy Spirit is called the helper. | |
| I tell you, our first response to hearing about anyone having a fall or anything should be, how can we help them? | |
| Not how we can destroy them, remove them, and they're such an embarrassment to us. | |
| And that's the main reason we treat our fallen people so harshly, is we feel like the church has been embarrassed. | |
| Do you know the churches never embarrass the Lord with all the crazy madness that has been done in the church? | |
| The Lord is not bothered by any of that. | |
| He wasn't bothered by all the accusations against him. | |
| And, you know, you can, I've read the Bible 50 times at least because I read it once a year. | |
| I've been a Christian over 55 years now, but I have never found a single thing that Jesus said or did that did not get criticized. | |
| And he did not get attacked for. | |
| And, you know, I read this study recently where back in the 1950s and 60s, America was considered the most optimistic nation in the world, where we were the can-do people. | |
| We were full of faith and vision. | |
| We're going to go to the moon in this decade. | |
| You know, we had that kind of thing. | |
| And even in the last study I read, but it was over, the study was done over 10 years ago. | |
| America was the most cynical and faithless nation on earth, the most doubting. | |
| Why is it we react so negatively to mistakes people make instead of saying, you know, by the grace of God, we're going to help you through this. | |
| And it's going to turn into good because he says all things work together for good. | |
| And this is a doll thing. | |
| And we're going to walk with you through this until it is turned into good in your life. | |
| And something that was a weakness becomes a strength in you, which happens to all who come to the cross, who come to the Lord. | |
| I'm just saying, but there's a negativity right now in the church in America that I think is as great as what manifested in the Pharisees when Jesus walked the earth. | |
| And you know, it wasn't the demons that were a problem for Jesus. | |
| He easily dispatched them. | |
| They would bow the knee to him quickly. | |
| Even Legion, he had no problem with that. | |
| It was the religious conservatives that were his worst enemy and that eventually had him crucified. | |
| And I tell you, the same has taken its seat in the church and is displaying itself as being God. | |
| It's called the Antichrist spirit that was working in the first century as we read. | |
| And as I've gone back and studied the early church fathers and those who had studied John's revelation, who knew John, who had talked to him about that revelation, you know what they thought the Antichrist was going to be, how it was going to be manifest? | |
| Not a single one saw a new temple being built in Jerusalem where he would take his seat. | |
| They all said he is going to be manifested in the church because the church is now the temple of God. | |
| Some antichrist spirit is going to take its seat and dominate the church for a time. | |
| And I think it's already happened. | |
| I think that's what we're seeing dominating the mentality of the church today and how we're reacting to many things in a spirit that is exactly contrary to the nature of Christ. | |
| You know, he had incredible grace and mercy for people who failed, people who had fallen into sin or whatever, even caught in the act, he would have mercy for them. | |
| But he had no mercy for the self-righteous, for the religious among us. | |
| We really need to know Jesus, who he is. | |
| And I tell you, there's an antichrist spirit right now in the church that has more influence in the church than the Holy Spirit does. | |
| Amen. | |
| I'm consistently reminded as you talk, you said this is a Christ-like spirit. | |
| And friends, we need to be in the business of restoration. | |
| Restoration is a messy business. | |
| Yes, there will be those who fall down, but brothers and sisters, we should continue to strive to pick each other up. | |
| Galatians 6 says it perfectly. | |
| Brothers and sisters, if someone is overtaken in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual, restore a person with a gentle spirit. | |
| Watch out for yourselves so that you won't also be tempted. | |
| What does it say? | |
| Carry one another's burdens. | |
| In this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ. | |
| For if anyone considers himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. | |
| Let each person examine his own work and then he can take pride in himself alone and not compare himself with someone else. | |
| For each person will have to carry his own load. | |
| Mondo, it's very important that we understand those who are spiritual, those who are, and that's not spiritual in the sense of religious, pharasitical, spiritual, because that's a different spirituality. | |
| That's not even a godly spirituality. | |
| Those who are intimate with the Holy Spirit, those who have relationship with the Father, those who know the Son and the Son knows him. | |
| When a brother and sister falls on this race that we call life, your first reaction should be to pick them back up. | |
| But Mondo, sadly, the first reaction of the church most of the time is to look around first to see, is someone going to see me helping this person? | |
| Am I going to be associated with this person who has fallen? | |
| Am I going to look bad? | |
| It's going to be an image on my ministry. | |
| Friends, our first reaction as believers every single time should be immediately the hand extended out to say, get back up and keep running the race. | |
| Because friends, I'll tell you right now, that's what Christ does for us. | |
| When we fall, and friends, we do in this lifetime. | |
| Some of us, many times a day, some of us many times an hour. | |
| You'll fall. | |
| You'll stumble. | |
| Every single time, the Holy Spirit is faithful to extend the hand out and say, get back up and keep running. | |
| Get back up and keep running. | |
| Get back up and keep running. | |
| Friends, we need to do that for each other as well. | |
| Rick, I want to say thank you for addressing this because it's a key and it's critical for the church today to realize we are a restoration center. | |
| If you've opened at a church and you call yourself a pastor or a deacon or an elder or congressional member, you are now in the restoration business. | |
| Congratulations. | |
| You should put a new title on your business card. | |
| You are a restorer of the brethren. | |
| You have to be. | |
| Friends, it's a mandate that we're given from Christ. | |
| It's not an option or an, you know, I'll take the opportunity if it comes up and I can make sure no one sees me helping someone that has fallen down. | |
| Friends, we need to take the opportunity when it rises. | |
| Mondo, I know restoration for Pastor Jim Baker came in a mighty way. | |
| We talked about it just the other day. | |
| If people, which a lot of them were, were afraid to rally behind him after he exited prison, he wouldn't be the man he is today. | |
| But there were key figures. | |
| There were key figures like the Barnetts, like the people from the Dream Center who said, you know what? | |
| A man had fallen, yes, but he got back up and he's continuing to run this righteous race. | |
| So let's rally around him like Aaron and Hur did. | |
| Let's lift up his arms. | |
| Let's undergird his arms and let's let him keep running. | |
| I want to remind our viewers and our partners that the reason why we are here right now, Ricky, is because of Rick Joyner willing to restore. | |
| And he put his ministry, his family on the line, his reputation on the line, and made himself of no reputation in order for restoration to take place. | |
| And if he didn't do that along with leaders that he brought to the table, this ministry would not be here today. | |
| There's no way because everybody wrote off Jim Baker. | |
| He's no good. | |
| He's not able to be up preaching. | |
| Yet Rick Joyner had a different idea because he discovered the power of restoration. | |
| And through that, Ricky, I came along, you came along. | |
| And now the Jim Baker show has been on the air almost 20 years because one man decided to risk it all and believe the scriptures. | |
| He believed the Bible. | |
| I talked about Rick Joyner believed the Bible that those who are spiritual restore. | |
| And the reason why we're here is because the power of restoration. | |
| So don't allow yourselves to think for one second that Ricky and I are not going to extend our hands of mercy to someone that has fallen. | |
| A preacher that's fallen. | |
| You may know that preacher. | |
| That preacher may be in trouble right now. | |
| Don't allow yourselves to ever think that we are not going to be identified because we are products. | |
| This ministry, you watching are a product of restoration. | |
| That's right. | |
| What does it say in the text? | |
| Restore a person with a gentle spirit, watching out for yourselves that you also won't be tempted. | |
| Friends, you're going to be tempted in this life. | |
| You may fall in this life. | |
| Get back up. | |
| If you're laying on the ground right now and you have fallen, get back up. | |
| The Holy Spirit's hand is there ready to pick you up and continue to guide you through this journey that we're calling life. | |
| Friends, we are called to love one another. | |
| We are called to be there for one another. | |
| I've heard many times in the church, and it's very, very sad to hear it. | |
| Well, I'm not my brother's keeper. | |
| I don't need, you know, I'm solely responsible for me. | |
| They can't backpack off my faith. | |
| They can't, you know, I've heard all these phrases in the modern church. | |
| But friends, we should hold each other accountable. | |
| We should be there to undergird one another, friends. | |
| It is very difficult for a one-strand rope to support any weight. | |
| It is two and three and four and five. | |
| Mondo, the rope that I used to rope my cattle with, it's 17 strands. | |
| I thought, oh, that might be overkill. | |
| But then I realized those things can yank me and drag me across the field. | |
| The more strands, the more unity we have, the more people in the body of Christ that we say, you know what, we're willing to cross denominational lines. | |
| We're willing to talk about theological differences, but we're willing to stand unified on the salvation issues. | |
| That's when I believe we'll see a church that once again can send missionaries around the world, a church once again that can be the lighthouse for the world, a church once again that can say, we are the standard of what the gospel is supposed to look like. | |
| Friends, you need to be a part of that church. | |
| If you haven't ever given your life to Jesus, today's the day. | |
| There's never been a better day to do it. | |
| Friends, it's not someday or the next day or when I have some time on my hands. | |
| We're not promised any more time than what we have right now in this moment. | |
| Friends, give your life to Jesus. | |
| This will be the most important decision you ever make. | |
| Call that number. | |
| It's 1-888-988-1588. | |
| We want to walk through the steps of salvation with you. | |
| We want to talk this process out with you. | |
| We want to help you find a good Bible-believing church in your area. | |
| Go get baptized. | |
| Go post on Facebook, X, Twitter, whatever you want to call it, Instagram. | |
| Go post it on your LinkedIn for all your professional people to see. | |
| Go tell everyone, I am now a member of the body of Christ. | |
| I have made the most important decision. | |
| And friends, you are now called to go out and tell the world, Jesus is king. | |
| Jesus is returning soon. | |
| Jesus loves you and he wants to have a relationship with you. | |
| You know, we believe in spiritual preparation as the most important preparation while we are here because what we do here on earth spiritually will affect us for eternity. | |
| We also believe in physical preparation, Mondo, because we have seen the Immaculate Floridas. | |
| We've seen the Houston, Texas. | |
| We've seen the hurricanes on the Eastern seaboard and the fires on the western seaboard. | |
| We have been there. | |
| We've been able to send truckloads of food through your partnership with us, and we want to continue to do that. | |
| But friends, we need to continue to prepare. | |
| Pastor Jim Baker has said 2025 is going to be a year of the suddenlies. | |
| We're going to see a lot more suddenlies. | |
| While the political climate has changed for the better, while the political charm has changed to where there are more good things happening, that does not mean that the hand of God has left completely when it comes to his judgment. | |
| Friends, 64 million plus children, babies aborted in our country, and we expect God to turn a blind eye to it. | |
| This isn't a doom and gloom message. | |
| This isn't a hellfire and brimstone message. | |
| This is common sense. | |
| Absolutely common sense. | |
| And friends, there is nobody in the United States of America that is to blame but the church. | |
| It is the church's responsibility to get out there, to counter, to be the ones in the Senate seats, to be congressional members, to be presidents of our country. | |
| Friends, it is the church's responsibility to deal with sin issues. | |
| And abortion is a sin issue. | |
| That's right. | |
| We need to become biblically literate again. | |
| I challenge you, friend, be the most scholarly, biblically literate person that has ever existed in your bloodline to date. | |
| Become the apologist of your family. | |
| Become the person who knows the word of God, not in a pompous way to say, well, I know more scripture than you. | |
| Well, I know more of the text than you. | |
| I've memorized more than you. | |
| No, in the way where you said, I have fallen so in love with Jesus, I want to consume every word he gave us as a guideline for this life. | |
| In a way that you can say, friends, do our thoughts, our actions, our morals, our business conduct line up with the Bible. | |
| Friends, I challenge you, become that person in your family because I promise you will be a beacon of hope. | |
| When people are going through hard times, they'll be able to turn to you and say, what does the Bible say about this? | |
| People are going through trials, tribulations, they're down, they feel like the weight of the world is on their shoulders. | |
| You'll be the person they call, and they'll say, I just need someone to talk to you. | |
| And what they're saying is, friend, I need to hear the good word of the Lord. | |
| Friends, God is good and He only does good. | |
| We stand by that statement. | |
| We understand there are physical perils that happen in this world. | |
| Rick, I want to ask you this question. | |
| I think it's very important. | |
| The church's physical preparation: how important is that in the times that we are living in? | |
| Well, there's many aspects to that, but I think it's very critical. | |
| I think it's like it was in the times of Joseph and others in scripture. | |
| You know, this is one thing that I think you guys have been a forerunner in: warning the world. | |
| And, you know, there's, of course, most of the world did not experience the floods or the fires or the earthquakes or all the things that have happened. | |
|
Preparing for Tribulation
00:09:54
|
|
| But those who were in those zones that had prepared, they are so thankful they did. | |
| And I think there's going to be a time when almost everyone is going to be thankful. | |
| Our supply chain is very fragile. | |
| And though I think we've got brilliant new leadership that's going to fix a lot of things, we still have some really big holes in our administration of our supply chain from, you know, just about every aspect of it. | |
| And I think we're going to have natural disasters and human-created disasters where we're not going to be able to get a lot of the goods, including food, water, things like that, that we need just to survive. | |
| And now's the time to be prepared and don't do it with fear. | |
| Do it with faith. | |
| And do it also thinking about your neighbors. | |
| We love our neighbors. | |
| Always set aside a little more than we may need personally or just for our family, just so we can be a blessing and help others in their time of need who maybe did not hear the word, did not hear the warnings, and prepare. | |
| But I think it's very crucial. | |
| And I think as we saw going back to some of the disasters with those who had prepared with their buckets of food, that they didn't have to stand in lines for food for eight hours a day or whatever to get one meal. | |
| And they could use that time for helping their neighbors, witnessing, imparting hope to them. | |
| And I tell you, right now, I just ask you: also remember, as you're preparing things in the natural, think of the spiritual parallel that we should be storing up books, Bibles, videos, and video players and things like that that can be used for the harvest. | |
| Because the most valuable thing that people are going to need in the times that are come, and the shaking's not over by any means, but the most valuable commodity we can have is hope. | |
| And we have the greatest hope, the greatest message of hope the world has ever heard or ever will hear. | |
| It's called the gospel of the kingdom, the good news of the kingdom. | |
| And we're told in Acts 14, 22, Paul said, through many tribulations shall we enter the kingdom. | |
| In every trial, every tribulation, there's a gate to the kingdom that we can enter. | |
| And our first response should be to a trial or tribulation. | |
| Where's the gate? | |
| Where's the door I'm supposed to go through in this? | |
| Because every one of them is meant to bring us out the other side in much better shape than we went in in every way. | |
| Amen. | |
| Amen. | |
| Wow. | |
| That's powerful. | |
| You wrote something down while he was speaking. | |
| What did you write down? | |
| Don't do it out of fear. | |
| Do it out of faith. | |
| I think that applies to so many things in life. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| But I want to tell you something. | |
| The misconception about preparing with items that are essential that can change and save your life and give you an opportunity to share the gospel is food, water, essentials that can be the gateway to enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ. | |
| But most Christians, they base things and their opinion on preparing on fear. | |
| And it takes a lot of faith to do what we're doing. | |
| It takes a lot of faith to stand up and say, get your bag ready. | |
| If you have to grab and go, do you have one ready? | |
| What if do you have enough water? | |
| Do you have enough food? | |
| I mean, Rick, we want to present you with, because I know you started preparing with food, but we want to put you in contact with grid down chowdown that created this freeze-dried fresh beef that can be available to your partners as well. | |
| Because I know you believe in preparing the church, but this is an item that we have been looking for for almost 20 years. | |
| And God brought two young men that are faith-filled and spirit-filled. | |
| And they love the word, but they also love to get you prepared. | |
| And it's helping American farmers. | |
| It is made here in the United States. | |
| And I'm telling you, this right here, what I'm holding, is going to be worth more than oil and gold in just a few more years. | |
| Yet most people don't have enough faith to believe that you can have something that can change people's lives. | |
| And if you want more information about this, I want you to give us a call, 1-888-988-1588, or go to the website, jimbakershot.com and start getting your list in order because the affiliate pages that we're working with are making it easy for you to afford this where you can buy now and pay later. | |
| And that is with a new mana product, Cardio Miracle, the Lion Energy, the Grid Down, Chow Down. | |
| I can go down the list, but it's so crucial that you get prepared today and not wait one moment. | |
| Don't do it out of fear. | |
| Do it out of faith. | |
| That is a Rick Joyer quote that I'm going to use forever to remind you the hour to be prepared, Ricky. | |
| It is now. | |
| That's right. | |
| We want you to call that number. | |
| First and foremost, make sure you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. | |
| The most important, the most critical, the most vital choice you will ever make. | |
| And it will be the best choice you have ever made, friends. | |
| That relationship with Jesus Christ. | |
| Call that number. | |
| It's 1-888. | |
| I was about to get my cell phone number out. | |
| Call that number. | |
| I really was about to say it. | |
| 888-988-1588. | |
| Call that number. | |
| We want to pray with you that salvation prayer. | |
| I pick up the phone sometimes when I'm walking through the call center. | |
| I think you've seen me do it. | |
| They have their headsets on because they don't have to hold the phone up to their ear. | |
| They can type. | |
| So I'll just go up and I'll get the headset and I'll put it on. | |
| I'll talk to partners. | |
| So if I've gotten the opportunity to talk to you, I want to say thank you. | |
| Thank you for standing with this ministry in prayer. | |
| First and foremost, thank you for standing with this ministry financially. | |
| And thank you for standing with this ministry through whatever the world would throw. | |
| But friends, we know we're doing the good work of Christ. | |
| That is to tell people, King Jesus is returning soon. | |
| And the church needs to be able to facilitate feeding people, clothing people, making sure we visit those in prison, making sure that we take care of the orphan and the widow. | |
| Friends, we are called to do that. | |
| We are mandated to do that. | |
| And we will continue to do that until Christ comes through, ripping through those clouds in all of his glory. | |
| And he says, come on home. | |
| We're going to spend eternity together. | |
| You know, I'm reminded of Ephesians 1, chapter 20, or Ephesians chapter 1, verse 20 says, He exercised this power in Christ by raising him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavens, far above every ruler and authority, power and dominion, and every title given, not only in this age, but also in the one to come. | |
| And he subjected everything under his feet and appointed him a head over everything of the church, which is his body, the fullness of the one who fills all things in every way. | |
| Friends, that's the Jesus we serve. | |
| That's the God we serve. | |
| And we want to continue to tell people about Jesus and that he's the only way to heaven. | |
| I said it on another broadcast: every major religion in this world points to Jesus as an archetype. | |
| They say, well, he was a good prophet, but he wasn't God. | |
| He was a good man, but he wasn't God. | |
| Friends, every major religion points to Christ. | |
| But when you look at Christ, what does he say? | |
| If they're all pointing at him, then we must have a value of what he says. | |
| He says, I am the way, I am the truth, and I am the life. | |
| Nobody comes to the Father except through me. | |
| Friends, there's one way to heaven. | |
| There's one way to the Father's heart, and that is Jesus Christ. | |
| Have that relationship with him today. | |
| It will be the best decision you have ever made in your life. | |
| Rick Joyner, I want to thank you for being on this broadcast with us today. | |
| It's always an honor. | |
| It's always a privilege. | |
| And I can't wait until the next time you can be here in person with us at Morningside. | |
| Thank you for being on the broadcast with us. | |
| Thank you. | |
| I miss being out there with you guys, but I am so impressed with the way you're carrying on. | |
| It's very, very impressive. | |
| Amen. | |
| God with you in spirit. | |
| Amen. | |
| I know. | |
| I know whenever Rick Joyner makes it here in person, you guys will see Pastor Jim. | |
| I don't care where he is at. | |
| He will get here. | |
| They're like best friends. | |
| Two P's in the pod. | |
| We love, love you. | |
| We want to thank you for everything you have done for the body of Christ. | |
| And until next time, I want you to remember this at home. | |
| Don't let anybody convince you otherwise. | |
| God loves you. | |
| He really does. | |
| Bye-bye for today. | |
| Thank you. | |
| God bless you. | |
| Join Jim and Lori Baker every day as they welcome anointed teachers. | |
