Matthew 24:21 Reading Begins
00:06:26
|
|
| Hello and welcome to the Jim Baker Family Show coming to you from the Village of Morningside, USA, nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. | |
| Today our special guests are author and conservative political and economic commentator and former Washington DC attorney Michael Snyder and security and preparedness expert Karen Parker. | |
| Our co-host today is Reverend Mondo de la Vega. | |
| And now, live from Gray Street at Morningside, USA, here's your host, Pastor Ricky Baker. | |
| Hello, you're watching Jim Baker's PTL Television Network. | |
| Thank you for tuning in with us today. | |
| Mondo, it's always exciting. | |
| There's hundreds of thousands of different things that people could be doing watching, but you choose to tune in with us. | |
| And for those watching on video and demand, thank you for using the PTL television app. | |
| Hey, I want to lay the groundwork for this show right at the beginning. | |
| This is a video from Pastor Jim Baker, your friend, the founder of PTL, reading from Luke 17 and Matthew 24. | |
| Take a look at this. | |
| All right, here we are, Luke 17, 24 and through 29. | |
| For as the lightning that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven shineth unto the other part under heaven, so shall also the Son of Man be in his day. | |
| In other words, as lightning flashes, that's the quickness of the coming of the Lord. | |
| But first, verse 25, must he suffer many things. | |
| He's been rejected of this generation. | |
| He's now being rejected again. | |
| America was built on foundation in God. | |
| America was built on the word of God. | |
| Isn't that right, Pastor David? | |
| This country was built, they used the Bible, Mondo, in classes, in schools. | |
| And as it was, listen to me, in the days of Noah, so shall it also be in the days of the Son of Man when he comes back, when Jesus comes back. | |
| In Noah's day, it goes on in verse 27. | |
| They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage until the day that Noah entered into the ark. | |
| In other words, life just went on. | |
| They weren't waiting for him. | |
| They weren't waiting on a hilltop. | |
| They weren't praying in an upper room. | |
| They just went on living. | |
| And they were so wicked, God said, that he had to destroy the world with the flood. | |
| So the flood came and destroyed them all, Mondo. | |
| Likewise, verse 28, as so as it was in the days of Lot. | |
| Nobody wants to talk about this part. | |
| Right. | |
| I'm reading the same scripture. | |
| They did eat. | |
| They drank. | |
| They bought. | |
| They sold. | |
| They planted. | |
| They builded. | |
| Mondo, what's that? | |
| They were living life. | |
| They were living life and life. | |
| Actually, they were wealthy. | |
| They were, things were happening. | |
| It wasn't just that they were all partying and drinking and all that, and they were, but at the same time, things, progress was being made. | |
| But verse 29. | |
| But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. | |
| There it goes again. | |
| He destroyed them all. | |
| He destroyed in Noah's day. | |
| He destroyed them all in Sodom and Gomorrah. | |
| God's given us a roadmap for the last days. | |
| This is Matthew 24. | |
| One of the greatest questions the disciples could have ever asked at that time was, how would we know? | |
| What are the signs of your return, of the end of the age? | |
| Yeah. | |
| Into the world even. | |
| Matthew 24, I'm going to start reading with verse 21 right now. | |
| For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time. | |
| No, no, never, ever shall be. | |
| And except those days be shortened, that's where we are right now. | |
| Yes. | |
| There should be no flesh be safe. | |
| The wickedness, the evilness, the bombing of one another. | |
| There's going to be bombs dropped on the world and in the world in these days to come, in these years to come. | |
| It's going to be perilous time. | |
| But look what God says. | |
| But for the elect say, who are they? | |
| That's the saved. | |
| Yes. | |
| Are you one of the elect? | |
| Raise your hand if you want to be in that number. | |
| Thank you, Lord. | |
| Amen. | |
| Everyone's hand should be raised after you ask that. | |
| Today we have Darren Parker with us today. | |
| He is an expert on national security and preparation. | |
| We also have Michael Snyder. | |
| He's a conservative, political, and economic commentator. | |
| He's an author and a former Washington, D.C. attorney. | |
|
Saudi Arabia's New Alliances
00:15:26
|
|
| Michael, are you on the broadcast with us right now? | |
| I'm here. | |
| It's such a pleasure to be with you today. | |
| Awesome. | |
| God bless you. | |
| Hey, since the last time that you were with us, what is new in the world of the news that maybe our broadcast needs to know about? | |
| Yeah, so much has happened just since I was last on with you. | |
| And people need to understand the trigger for why things are suddenly going crazy. | |
| I believe it was the election of Donald Trump because all of a sudden Donald Trump gets elected and the Western elite and people in power around the world decide, well, we've got to hurry up between now and January 20th and get everything done we want to get done before Donald Trump takes power on January 20th. | |
| So that's why we saw Europe and the Biden administration give Ukraine authority to fire long-range missiles, NATO missiles, into Russia. | |
| And Russia says, look, you're bringing us to the brink of World War III. | |
| And that is why we've seen the unprecedented developments we've seen in the Middle East just within the past few days with Syria getting overthrown. | |
| The Assad regime and Assad was a really bad guy, a brutal dictator. | |
| He's gone. | |
| Sunni rebels, radical Sunni rebels, that people need to understand. | |
| These aren't freedom fighters like sometimes they're described in the mainstream media. | |
| These are radical Sunni jihadists. | |
| Their philosophy, their worldview is very much associated with the Islamic State, with al-Qaeda, with the Taliban. | |
| They plan to impose Sharia law. | |
| Christians in Syria that previously had at least a certain amount of freedom to practice their faith, they're not going to have that anymore. | |
| People need to understand conditions for Christians in Syria are going to get worse with this new regime. | |
| But they've taken over. | |
| They've come flooding in. | |
| Now, how in the world did this happen, Ricky? | |
| How in the world did this take place where a bunch of ragtag Islamic rebels overthrew the government of Syria, defeated the Syrian army? | |
| Well, the truth is, they had help. | |
| Of course, they had help from the United States and Europe and Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states. | |
| But people need to understand: the number one supporter of these Islamic rebels, all you got to do is look right to the north of Syria. | |
| And who's to the north of Syria? | |
| It's Turkey. | |
| Turkey supplied the weapons, much of the weapons to these fighters, gave them food, gave them support, financed them. | |
| When these fighters would be injured, they would be treated in hospitals in Turkey. | |
| And so it was really Turkey, a Sunni Islamic power. | |
| And Turkey has been one of those that have been wanting to overthrow the Assad regime for a long time because they've had a hostile power just to the south of them. | |
| And they were very interested in setting up a Sunni puppet regime that they could control just to the south. | |
| And so Turkey, they made their move before Trump could get in. | |
| Turkey and, you know, of course, the U.S. and Europe and Saudi Arabia were involved too. | |
| But they said, look, we've got to hurry up and overthrow the Assad regime while we can, while we have this window of opportunity before January 20th. | |
| So Syrian rebels that were armed by Turkey and other Western powers came flooding in and overthrew the Assad regime. | |
| So Assad is gone. | |
| That's good. | |
| But Ricky, Mondo, we've got a situation now where we've essentially got the radical Islamic terrorists who they've said on camera, they're saying, now that we've conquered Syria, Israel's next. | |
| And we're going to liberate Jerusalem. | |
| That's their goal. | |
| That's what they intend. | |
| So it actually makes the Middle East more unstable. | |
| Israel's extremely concerned. | |
| And I believe this brings us even closer to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, even closer to the potential destruction of Damascus. | |
| So this is a really big deal. | |
| I want to watch that video from BBC News as crowds celebrate the downfall of this Syrian regime. | |
| Watch this. | |
| Tears of happiness. | |
| Gunshots to celebrate the moment many Syria waited for decades to see. | |
| They are free of the Assad regime. | |
| And their country is at a turning point. | |
| It was an astonishing campaign by rebels. | |
| They advanced quickly. | |
| Last week, they took Aleppo. | |
| On the weekend, homes. | |
| And in a matter of hours, they were in Damascus. | |
| In some places, they faced no resistance. | |
| The army was unable and apparently unwilling to stop them. | |
| This is the end of a brutal regime that didn't tolerate dissent. | |
| The Assads crushed any kind of opposition. | |
| They killed, arrested, and tortured their critics. | |
| When the rebels arrived in the capital, they went straight to a well-known prison to set the emit free. | |
| This is their leader, Abu Muhammad al-Julani, head of the Islamist group Hayat Tahid al-Sham. | |
| He took a victory tour of Damascus, visiting the historic Umayyad Mosque. | |
| My colleague Feraz Kilani was there for BBC Arabic. | |
| A historic moment in every sense of the word. | |
| Ahmad Shara Abu Muhammad Julani here for the first time in the great Umayyad Mosque. | |
| The rebel commander has been playing down past links to al-Qaeda, saying he wants to build a Syria for all its people. | |
| The president fled as the rebels closed in. | |
| A statue of his father was pulled down, and his residence in Damascus was stripped bare by looters. | |
| People carried what they could without anyone to stop them. | |
| For Assad himself, Russian state media says he and his family are now in Moscow and that they will be granted asylum on humanitarian grounds. | |
| His fall is a major setback for his allies, Russia and Iran, but has been welcomed in the West. | |
| We will engage with all Syrian groups, including within the process led by the United Nations, to establish a transition away from the Assad regime. | |
| We've taken note of statements by the leaders of these rebel groups in recent days. | |
| And they're saying the right things now. | |
| But as they take on greater responsibility, we will assess not just their words, but their actions. | |
| Syrias are hoping for peace, but they fear chaos and even more violence. | |
| This is a fractured country. | |
| Different groups with different goals control different areas. | |
| Many are celebrating now, but the road ahead is far from clear. | |
| Mike, I want to ask you the question. | |
| People are asking, where is the Syrian leader now? | |
| Well, Assad has left the country. | |
| Originally, it had been feared that his plane had been shot down, but then it's being reported he got to Russia successfully. | |
| The Russians have given him asylum there inside of Russia. | |
| And so Assad is safe. | |
| He got out. | |
| I'm sure the rebels would have liked to get their hands on him. | |
| But this is a big blow for the Russians because for Russia, Syria was their strongest ally, their closest ally, I should say, in the Middle East. | |
| Of course, Russia had military bases there. | |
| They still got a port on the Mediterranean Sea. | |
| Are they going to be forced to give that up? | |
| You know, for the Russians, this is a major strategic defeat, the loss of a key ally in the Middle East, a huge blow. | |
| So, of course, it's also a huge blow for the Iranians. | |
| For the Iranians, Syria was an extremely important ally in their attempt to dominate the Middle East. | |
| And the Iranians would often fly arms into Syria and then transport them into Lebanon to supply Hezbollah. | |
| Those supply routes are gone now because the people that have taken over hate Iran and hate Hezbollah because the people that have taken over are Sunnis. | |
| And of course, Iran and Hezbollah are Shiites. | |
| And all this is part of the grand chessboard in the Middle East, the struggle between the Sunnis and Shiites for domination in the Middle East. | |
| So Iran has lost such an important ally. | |
| They've lost their supply routes to Hezbollah and Lebanon. | |
| The Iranians are reeling from this. | |
| This is a devastating blow to them. | |
| Now, the United States, a lot of people don't realize the U.S. has about a thousand troops inside Syria right now. | |
| And as the Islamic forces were taking over Damascus and marching forward, well, the U.S. conducted about 75 bombing missions. | |
| They were hitting other groups. | |
| They say they were hitting ISIS targets. | |
| Of course, all these Sunni radicals are essentially ISIS. | |
| They're essentially Islam. | |
| They all want to set up an Islamic state in the Middle East. | |
| But there's a difference. | |
| The people that took over are controlled by Turkey. | |
| The West thinks they can potentially control them. | |
| The targets that the U.S. hit were groups that are not under the control of Turkey in the West. | |
| And so they were wanting to kind of eliminate them in order to give the groups that they do control the best opportunity to consolidate power there in Turkey. | |
| Meanwhile, since this, all this has been happening, Israel has conducted more than 200 bombing missions inside Syria. | |
| It's just being reported today. | |
| Israel has destroyed the Syrian naval fleet. | |
| The Syrian navy is destroyed. | |
| They didn't want that falling in the hands of the terrorists. | |
| They've destroyed the air bases in Syria. | |
| The Syrian Air Force has been essentially destroyed. | |
| They've hit Syrian military bases, weapons production facilities, facilities that were potentially involved in the production of chemical weapons. | |
| Israel has hit any target that they thought could potentially produce weapons or leave weapons that could fall into the hands of these radicals. | |
| So Israel's extremely concerned. | |
| Plus, Israel has moved into Syrian territory to a certain degree, establishing a buffer zone inside Syria because Israel knows these guys want to come after Israel. | |
| They want to liberate Jerusalem. | |
| So we got to fight them. | |
| We want to fight them inside Syrian territory. | |
| We don't want them to come up to the border. | |
| So Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says this is just a temporary thing, but Israel has moved forces into Syrian territory to create this buffer zone in anticipation of a potential conflict. | |
| All right, that's a lot to unpack on that statement that you just made. | |
| Yeah, I want to go back a few steps because I want to remind you viewers, our amazing partners, about the prophecy that Pastor Jim had regarding watch Turkey. | |
| We are watching the rise of a superpower that I don't think anybody intended for, let alone be ready for, with Turkey, Michael. | |
| How critical are the next few weeks as we watch Turkey move in to become what they're considering the king of the Middle East? | |
| Mondo, I'm so glad that you brought this up that Pastor Jim had a prophecy and he was warned to watch Turkey. | |
| And so now this is the biggest move we've ever seen Turkey make, where now they are essentially going to have a government in Syria that they control, basically expanding their Sunni sphere of influence all throughout. | |
| Syria is one of the biggest countries in the Middle East. | |
| And so, and of course, Saudi Arabia is thrilled because the Sunni sphere of influence now includes Syria, which previously Syria had been under the Shiite sphere of influence. | |
| But Turkey, in conjunction with Saudi Arabia, they're setting up and expanding the Sunni kingdom in the Middle East. | |
| And the goal, of course, the Sunnis wanted to completely defeat the Shiites, defeat Iran. | |
| Iran is the big prize now, and everyone's looking at that. | |
| And the goal ultimately that is shared with the West, the United States and Europe, and they want to overthrow Iran, get rid of Iran, defeat the Shiite Empire, if you will, and establish a Sunni empire in the Middle East. | |
| And ultimately, the goal is for the entire world to come under the influence of Sunni Islam. | |
| And that's what they want. | |
| And that's the goal. | |
| And Turkey wants to be a big player in that. | |
| And of course, Turkey has had some very harsh words for Israel. | |
| The president of Turkey recently suggested that they could even send troops at some point into Israel. | |
| Turkey's very upset about the war in Gaza, about the battle against Hamas. | |
| And so the relations with Israel have broken down. | |
| And now what this conquest of Syria gives them is a potential land bridge from Turkey through Syria into Israel if Turkey was inclined to send troops or if Turkey was inclined to support their proxy forces inside Syria now that have taken over Syria to go into Israel at some point, setting up a potential proxy war between Israel and Syria. | |
| This is huge. | |
| You know, a lot of people want to know where is China in all of this? | |
| Because we know there's deep ties, there's deep relationships there. | |
| Where do you think they lie with all of this? | |
| Well, China, what we're seeing in the grand scheme of things is a fracturing of the world and an alliance between we've got the Western powers, the U.S., Europe, and Saudi Arabia and Turkey, and ultimately Israel's allied with the United States. | |
| And then on the other side, we've got the Eastern Alliance in broad terms with Russia, Iran, and now Syria has been conquered, and Hezbollah. | |
| But China is allied with Russia and Iran and North Korea and kind of the Eastern Alliance. | |
| So this is a big blow for the Eastern Alliance. | |
| Now, China didn't do too much directly with Syria. | |
| China didn't have any forces inside Syria. | |
| But this is a blow to the Eastern Alliance, of which China is a part. | |
| And so China is, of course, very alarmed by this. | |
| China and Russia have been getting a lot closer. | |
| And now they've just seen the West conduct regime change in Syria using proxy Islamic radical fighters. | |
|
Syria's Refugee Crisis
00:02:59
|
|
| And they've seen regime change. | |
| We've seen regime change in Libya. | |
| We've seen it in Iraq. | |
| We've seen it in Ukraine. | |
| Over the past decade, we've seen regime change in so many places. | |
| And now Russia and China are watching this. | |
| And they know that in the long run, the Western alliance, the Western powers, U.S. and Europe, they want regime change in Russia and in China eventually too. | |
| So the Eastern Alliance, which includes China, is watching all this with quite a bit of alarm. | |
| You know, you are an expert in these situation scenarios. | |
| You've really dedicated your life to studying what is happening globally, but also kind of how it plays into the United States. | |
| And speaking of the United States, you know, I want to ask you this question. | |
| Maybe most people wouldn't, but how was then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton instrumental in starting the civil war that caused a major refugee crisis that we're seeing right now in Europe? | |
| Yeah, all this goes back to when Barack Obama was in the White House. | |
| Remember, Barack Obama was in the White House, and Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State for a time under Barack Obama. | |
| And at that time, the Western powers led by the United States decided, you know what? | |
| We've been successful overthrowing a number of other governments around the world with these color revolutions. | |
| Let's have a color revolution inside Syria and overthrow the government of Syria. | |
| So protests started. | |
| They became violent. | |
| The protesters were armed. | |
| Of course, arms were coming, funneling in from Turkey and other places too, because Turkey was involved all the way back then. | |
| And they sparked this massive civil war under the Obama administration inside Syria. | |
| And of course, that resulted in millions and millions of refugees flooding out of Syria, ultimately into Europe, caused that massive refugee crisis in Europe, in Germany, and Scandinavia and other places, which we still see to this day. | |
| But the horrible refugee crisis, many people remember back then, it got so bad. | |
| But they tried to overthrow Syria, but at that time it didn't work. | |
| The civil war happened. | |
| The country was kind of divided, and you had forces taking over different parts of the country. | |
| But the Assad regime remained in control of Syria's biggest cities, including Damascus, and they were supported by the Russians, by the Iranians, and by Hezbollah. | |
| Now, what has happened over the past few years, the Russians have been caught up and distracted in Ukraine. | |
| They have their hands full in Ukraine, so they haven't been able to support Syria to the same level. | |
| Hezbollah has been, they've been fighting Israel, and they've been, and in recent months, they've been heavily defeated to a large degree by Israel. | |
|
Window of Opportunity
00:15:19
|
|
| So, they haven't been able to help Syria as much. | |
| So, Syria was vulnerable at this time. | |
| We have this window of opportunity right before Trump gets in. | |
| So, the Western powers were like, let's finish the job. | |
| What we started under Barack Obama, let's go in, let's launch the surprise attack, let's arm the rebels, let's give them tons of arms, let's let them go at it and try to overthrow the Assad regime one more time before Trump gets in. | |
| They were successful. | |
| They finally completed the goal, what they were trying to do ever since the Barack Obama administration under Hillary Clinton as she was Secretary of State. | |
| Wow. | |
| Man, I hope you're taking notes. | |
| I'm going through some things with scripture. | |
| I'm looking at different notes because what Michael is explaining to us is a lot to really unwrap here. | |
| And I hope you're paying attention to the news. | |
| I hope you're not getting caught up with gossip. | |
| I hope you're not getting caught up with the church gossip and all the noise. | |
| That's the enemy trying to deceive you in the season that we're in right now. | |
| Pray for the church. | |
| Pray for the ministers. | |
| Pray for ministries. | |
| Listen, don't be the first one to throw the rock and judge. | |
| We don't know what happens behind the scenes in some of these ministries. | |
| But while all this is happening, Bible prophecy is being fulfilled on one side, yet the church is being caught up in another cycle. | |
| There's a season right now that we are a warfare. | |
| There's things as watchmen on the wall we need to keep watch for. | |
| There are things that are developing so fast that the news media can't keep up with everything that is happening. | |
| Yet the Bible has warned us about. | |
| This program has served you for many years, bringing you prophets and prophecy and developments to help you understand the times and the seasons that we're in right now. | |
| Yet it seems like the church is asleep. | |
| It seems like the church is caught up in so many different negotiations on what I don't even have time to go into it. | |
| Yet we are watching the world. | |
| We're watching Israel. | |
| We're watching politicians. | |
| We're watching regimes being thrown out. | |
| What used to take decades is now being taken over by in ours. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| We are watching some of the most historical events, yet the church is asleep. | |
| We are right in the middle of Bible prophecy that could be Isaiah 17 in Jeremiah 49. | |
| Yet, does the church even understand what that means? | |
| Oh my goodness. | |
| Michael, I got to ask you: now that the Syrian regime is under Assad, has fallen and rebels has captured the city of Damascus. | |
| What does this mean? | |
| Because the Bible has talked about this in Isaiah and Jeremiah 49. | |
| Could we be seeing Bible prophecy play out and being fulfilled? | |
| Yeah, yeah, the Bible talks about the destruction of Damascus, and I believe we're closer to that than ever before, because as I mentioned earlier, these rebels, you know, just within the past few days, they've been on camera saying, hey, be patient, Hamas. | |
| We're coming to help you. | |
| Be patient, Jerusalem. | |
| We're coming to liberate you. | |
| So their goal is to see the destruction of the state of Israel. | |
| They want to see the liberation, in their mind, the liberation of Jerusalem. | |
| So that's their goal. | |
| And Israel knows that they are coming. | |
| That's why they just destroyed the Syrian Navy. | |
| That's why, because they didn't want it to fall into their hands. | |
| That's why they just destroyed the Syrian Air Force. | |
| They don't want these weapons falling into the hands of these radical terrorists that want to destroy the land of Israel. | |
| And that's why the IDF has moved into Syrian territory. | |
| Now, this is very dangerous for Israel to do because the terrorists may interpret this as, well, they're coming in. | |
| They want to take over Syria. | |
| We've got to fight them. | |
| So Israel needs to be careful not to push too far into Syrian territory because that may provoke the terrorists to come and attack and to fight them immediately. | |
| So we could see a massive conflict between these conquering Islamic hordes in Syria and Israel at any moment, at any time they could start fighting. | |
| In fact, there's already been a report that Israel, that apparently, these terrorists were coming against a UN peacekeeping mission there in Syria, and Israel rescued that UN peacekeeping mission, drove the terrorists away. | |
| But we could see a full-on, full-scale conflict between these two forces. | |
| And Israel's already been bombing targets inside Damascus as all this chaos has been taking place, hitting strategic targets. | |
| But if a full-scale conflict erupts, Israel may decide, well, hey, we've got to just go and take out the whole city. | |
| So we are literally on the verge of so much. | |
| Meanwhile, let's not forget about Iran. | |
| Today, today, in the news, the mainstream news was reporting Iran, because now they feel cornered, and a cornered predator is the most dangerous kind of predator. | |
| Iran feels cornered. | |
| In the news today, it said they're ramping up their nuclear program because they feel like, hey, we're next. | |
| They just conducted regime change in Syria. | |
| We better get nuclear weapons really fast because Iran knows that they're coming for them. | |
| They want regime change in Iran. | |
| So the Iranians, they're a very dangerous, cornered animal right now. | |
| Mark, I want to ask you, what is the role in the United States of America? | |
| I should say, what is the role of the United States of America if this conflict, like you said, continues to escalate? | |
| Yeah, well, as I mentioned earlier, the U.S. actually has troops in Syria right now, you know, and so they're potential targets. | |
| They could potentially be involved in any conflicts that erupt. | |
| The U.S. has been bombing, as I mentioned earlier, 75 or more targets inside Syria in just the past few days. | |
| And so any war in the Middle East that threatens Israel, the Biden administration says that we're going to be involved. | |
| Of course, Trump is going to defend Israel as well when he becomes president on January 20th. | |
| So the U.S. military has already been on high alert. | |
| We've already had aircraft carriers in the region. | |
| We've already sent a military at more military assets into the region, you know, in case Hezbollah and Israel, in case that got really crazy. | |
| So the U.S. military's already been on alert, already deployed assets to the region. | |
| And I believe at some point that there will be this war in the Middle East, the conflict will get so crazy that the U.S. military will be more directly involved there. | |
| So, this is just one of the potential major wars that the U.S. could potentially find itself involved in in the coming year or beyond. | |
| You know, because we've got the Middle East, of course, we've got North Korea threatening to invade South Korea. | |
| We've got Russia and Ukraine. | |
| We're on the brink of a direct war with Russia there because now NATO missiles are being fired, long-range NATO missiles being fired by Ukraine into Russia. | |
| And Russia's saying, hey, we're at war now with NATO because NATO's fired their missiles at us. | |
| Russia considers that the U.S. and Europe is at war with them now. | |
| That's how the Russians view it. | |
| And of course, China, just in the news today, the Chinese have sent their biggest fleet so far toward Taiwan, dozens of aircraft, once again, simulating what a blockade of Taiwan would look like. | |
| China is practicing a blockade of Taiwan, a permanent blockade of Taiwan would be the first step toward invasion, and that would spark a war between the U.S. and China. | |
| And so the U.S. is potentially facing four major wars in 2025 and beyond, potentially. | |
| And the U.S. could find itself potentially involved in all four of those conflicts I just mentioned. | |
| But of course, we just had the big hearing in Congress where the whole point of the hearing was that the U.S. military is not prepared to fight one major war right now. | |
| You know, Mother, we believe it's important to be prepared, especially as the church. | |
| Friends, I want to urge you, prepare your church, prepare your home, be ready for anything. | |
| Because, Darren, I have you here on the broadcast. | |
| I want to thank you for being on with us. | |
| But when a global crisis strikes, typically these nations have to pay for it. | |
| And it's the civilians of those nations. | |
| Yes. | |
| Yes. | |
| And they get stuck. | |
| They're the ones who got to pay the price tag of it. | |
| That's right. | |
| They're the ones who get essentially at the foot of the bill. | |
| That's kind of what we're saying here. | |
| But that's why we believe in preparation at a church level, not a national level. | |
| It's amazing because when we are removed from the situation, we never think about the people. | |
| Yet God has blessed America by we used to be, I don't know if the numbers are right anymore, but we used to be one of the largest missionary send out nations in the world. | |
| There are churches where we're bombing and where we're seeing bombings and where we're seeing war. | |
| Darren, we have seen the American church establish churches in those areas. | |
| That tells you how critical and important the church is in the role of a community. | |
| How would you challenge a church today? | |
| Because the church is still the key. | |
| The church is still the answer to feed people when there's still war going on. | |
| How critical is it for churches to not just give up on the fight, but to continue to stock their rooms with food, get water ready? | |
| How critical is it for a church to still continue to do that? | |
| If you looked into history, every time things fall apart, they always look to the church. | |
| Yes. | |
| And so again, every time, if you look into the history of it, every time things fall apart, it's always the church that comes and helps or bails out. | |
| And so if the church is prepared to help, then what better message or what better opportunity do we have to put the message out? | |
| Wow. | |
| There still need food. | |
| We had a church order several thousand dollars worth of new mana food to be sent to the Philippines. | |
| New MANA is working right now with a ministry in Canada to be able to get this food over Canada. | |
| I want to tell you something. | |
| Call the number right now, 1-888-988-1588. | |
| If you're a pastor, if you're an evangelist and you're doing mission works in Ukraine, if you're doing mission work in the Middle East, call us right now. | |
| It is in your best interest to get information in your hands on how you can be a ministry of hope in the middle of a crisis. | |
| Amen. | |
| This ministry cannot go on without your support. | |
| This ministry depends on your prayer, your financial support. | |
| And we are right at a critical point. | |
| Once again, seems like God keeps testing our faith. | |
| It seems like God continues to stretch our faith. | |
| How can you boys not give up? | |
| It's because we have faith. | |
| We have seen a good God supply every opportunity and every need on every level on this ministry. | |
| We have been attacked. | |
| We have been, I mean, one of these days, we're going to sit down as a family and share with you really the behind the scenes. | |
| You need about four hours. | |
| Yeah, absolutely. | |
| We got to do it because I want to tell you something. | |
| You would not believe that we're still standing. | |
| Amen. | |
| There's days that we are even amazed ourselves that we are still standing strong. | |
| But it's because of your prayers. | |
| It's because of your support financially. | |
| When you order the products, not only you're helping yourself, you're helping the businesses, but you're helping this ministry continue to do what we're doing. | |
| We're not going to give up if you don't give up. | |
| But I want to tell you something. | |
| Your monthly support helps this ministry continue to go forward. | |
| Ricky and I and our family are committed to go forward no matter what happens. | |
| We want to bring you the truth. | |
| We want to be that next generation of the watchmen on the wall because there are things that are happening. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| Ministries today are folding if they're not doing the right thing. | |
| Truly. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| God is calling his older generation to go home. | |
| But yet the next generation has to stay and keep warning the people. | |
| And this is where you and us come in, where we need to continue to partner together. | |
| Why? | |
| I've seen a lot of ministries don't continue to go forward, not because of sin, not because they've done something. | |
| It's because as the older generation, you know, goes home, who's going to support the next generation? | |
| Support this ministry today. | |
| Stand with us. | |
| Let us know that you're watching. | |
| Let us know that your support every single month is going to help us continue to do what we're doing. | |
| Because I want to tell you something. | |
| Go to the website right now and go to the affiliate programs of Grid Down, Chow Down and learn about the freeze-dried meat. | |
| Learn about the new manna grabbing gold bags. | |
| Learn about the lion energy supply. | |
| If nothing else, go to the website and learn and see what fits for you. | |
| And I want to tell you something. | |
| You don't want to miss an opportunity before a crisis takes place. | |
| Do it before something happens. | |
| Do it while you can. | |
| There are things coming down the pipeline that we're going to talk about in the next few shows that are going to wake you up that this will be a Christmas to remember. | |
| Right now, we are already watching poultry changing. | |
| We're watching the prices of meat skyrocket. | |
| We're watching a bird flu that no one wants to talk about. | |
| Yet people are dying. | |
| But yet this ministry is willing to risk everything we have because God has called you and us to be a watchman on the wall. | |
| And if you want to continue to go forward, will you stand with us and send a Christmas gift to this ministry and help us move forward? | |
|
Martial Law in Georgia
00:14:12
|
|
| The number to call is 1-888-988-1588. | |
| Amen. | |
| Amen. | |
| Thank you for standing and supporting this ministry. | |
| Like Rhonda said, this is the reason we get to continue to bring guests like Michael Snyder and Darren Parker and talk about the real issues happening around the world, friends. | |
| It's your support, your donations to this ministry, and your prayers to keep us lifted up during these times. | |
| Friends, something's happening right now in South Korea. | |
| We are seeing that there is a martial law kicking in. | |
| But friends, I want you to watch this video. | |
| And Michael, I want to get your take on what's happening. | |
| Darren, I'd love to ask you as well, what's happening right now in South Korea? | |
| South Korea's opposition Democratic Party legislators have vowed to hold an impeachment vote every single week until President Yoon-suk-yo is impeached, riding a tide of anger that we witnessed with our own eyes Saturday night at a massive, massive rally outside the country's legislature. | |
| That's the National Assembly. | |
| It's estimated about 150,000 protesters had gathered from across the country to pressure lawmakers supporting the president to impeach him. | |
| And that's because he declared martial law last Tuesday in what appears to be a huge miscalculation to consolidate power, to try to break political deadlock with the Democrats and blaming North Korea, but still with no evidence that he has provided. | |
| But that impeachment vote on Saturday failed because most of the lawmakers of the president's own ruling conservative party walked out of the chamber. | |
| The Democrats chanted at them to come back, but they did not. | |
| And that meant there weren't enough lawmakers to even qualify to hold a binding vote. | |
| Before that, I interviewed the Speaker of the National Assembly. | |
| His name is Wu Wong Shik. | |
| And he said that South Korea's democracy is not that fragile. | |
| Take a listen. | |
| That's why we won't retreat. | |
| We will risk everything, even my life. | |
| South Korea's democracy will continue. | |
| It will be difficult for any forces to regress the country's democracy. | |
| And South Korea's democracy has existed since 1987, born out of repressive authoritarian governments who use martial law themselves. | |
| And that's why so many South Koreans were so enraged because the president's own martial law declaration brought up horrors of the past. | |
| Now, the next vote to impeach the president is set for this Saturday. | |
| But this political K-drama, if you will, could last weeks, months, and possibly even years through 2027, because that is when the next presidential election is currently still scheduled for. | |
| We have Darren Parker on the broadcast with us today. | |
| Darren, what's your opinion? | |
| What's your perspective going on right now and what's happening in South Korea? | |
| Yeah, so it's interesting because South Korea and the United States aren't very different. | |
| We have conservatives, we have liberals, the left, we have the right and the left. | |
| The same thing over there. | |
| Now, I don't know the specifics of exactly what is going on over there, but I do know that the president is under the conservative part of the government. | |
| And I know that the left dominates the house. | |
| I guess it would be the house, the equivalent of the house. | |
| And not unlike the tactics that Democrats use here, but they've done a lot of impeachments or tried to do a lot of impeachments. | |
| Now, again, I don't know the particulars of this whole case or situation. | |
| I'm not saying that him calling for martial law was a good thing or not. | |
| Obviously, he made a move that completely went against the country. | |
| Yeah, they're what they've got. | |
| But it's interesting. | |
| It's interesting because they deal with the same kind of stuff that we deal with. | |
| That's right. | |
| Michael, what are you thinking right now? | |
| A South Korean president tries to invoke martial law. | |
| Why did he do this? | |
| Well, there were massive protests there in South Korea, which is kind of odd because South Korea is normally such a calm country. | |
| We don't expect this sort of thing in South Korea. | |
| But obviously, this leader on the right there in South Korea has upset someone. | |
| And so these protests have been organized in an intent. | |
| Someone out there really wants to get this guy out. | |
| So we see this, he's enormous protest threatening the stability of South Korea. | |
| And of course, this comes at a time when North Korea has been threatening to invade South Korea. | |
| So we want to keep an eye on the Korean Peninsula because it's very important. | |
| Meanwhile, in the country of Georgia, not the state of Georgia, I'm talking about the country of Georgia. | |
| You know, it's located there not too far from Russia, right? | |
| Okay, but the country of Georgia, there's a color revolution going on there. | |
| There's been protest in the streets. | |
| And in that particular case, that appears to be a color revolution, which is being fomented by the Western powers in an attempt to overthrow another democratically elected government there in Georgia. | |
| Of course, the government in Georgia has been moving away from the EU. | |
| They're saying we're not sure if we want to join the EU. | |
| And they've been getting a little bit closer to Russia. | |
| And so I believe the Western powers are saying, look, let's overthrow this democratically elected government there in Georgia. | |
| So that's another hot spot that we're witnessing right now. | |
| But we're seeing so much instability and unrest all over the world right now. | |
| And I believe that we're going to see similar things happen here in the United States where Donald Trump, they're planning, the left is planning massive protest for Election Day. | |
| I mean, I'm sorry, not Election Day, but Inauguration Day. | |
| They're planning to get tons of people down there. | |
| There will be a lot of Trump supporters there, but there will be a lot of people on the left that will try to cause protest and potentially violence and instability in Washington, D.C. on January 20th, and of course, beyond. | |
| So right now, we're seeing a lot of things going on all over the world. | |
| There's protests today in the UK. | |
| Farmers are protesting in the United Kingdom. | |
| But I think that 2025 will be a year of civil unrest, of civil disorder, not only in the United States and North, I'm sorry, South Korea, but literally all over the globe. | |
| I want to ask you this question. | |
| Why has the South Korean Justice Ministry imposed a travel ban on their own president? | |
| Yeah, that's very, very unusual. | |
| I think they want to keep him in the country to try to face the music. | |
| The left wants to take him down. | |
| His party wants to keep him in place. | |
| So this type of governmental instability is not good. | |
| It's not good at all. | |
| Of course, it's not just we're seeing this kind of political fighting in South Korea, but also in France. | |
| The government of France just collapsed there. | |
| For the first time since I think the 1960s, we just saw in Germany a tremendous amount of political shaking, political infighting. | |
| So, and all this political infighting in Europe, the European economy is headed in the wrong direction. | |
| The Chinese economy is messed. | |
| Of course, things here in the United States after four years of Bidenomics rapidly moving in the wrong direction. | |
| So a tremendous amount of economic and political instability all over the globe as we move toward 2025. | |
| You know, we continue to see the intense fighting on the front lines in Russia and the Ukraine war that's been happening. | |
| I just want to switch the gears here and ask you, how has President Biden's authorization for Ukraine to use long-range missiles against Russia affected those front lines? | |
| And how will this directly affect Donald Trump come February when he's president of the United States of America? | |
| Well, the long-range missiles are not really having an effect on the ground on the front lines. | |
| In eastern Ukraine, the Russians are steadily marching forward. | |
| They're steadily moving forward. | |
| In fact, the mainstream media has admitted it's at the fastest pace since the initial invasion in 2022. | |
| So the Russians are winning the war. | |
| Now, the only way Ukraine can win, people need to understand, Ukraine is going to lose this war unless, unless they get NATO forces to get directly involved. | |
| And so, and now we're closer to that potentially than ever before, because by allowing Ukraine to fire NATO missiles, missiles provided by NATO, which once they're fired by the Ukrainians, they're literally guided to their targets by the U.S. and NATO. | |
| People need to understand, hitting Russian targets, killing Russians inside of Russia, the Russians saying, hey, look, NATO missiles, which are being guided to their targets by NATO, are landing in our territory, killing our people. | |
| You are at war with us. | |
| So, but I believe the whole goal of the Western elite is to get the Russians to do something really dramatic and which will cause NATO forces to get directly involved in Ukraine before Donald Trump can even get into office. | |
| I think that's the ultimate goal because that would give Ukraine the opportunity to win the war. | |
| If NATO comes in and starts fighting on the side of Ukraine directly with NATO tanks and NATO troops, well, then all of a sudden that could turn the tide of the ground war there in eastern Ukraine. | |
| But of course, what would that do? | |
| That would literally put us on the brink of nuclear war. | |
| Okay, so now Russia on their side, they're hoping, man, we just want to get to January 20th. | |
| We want Donald Trump to come in because we want to talk to Trump and see if we can work something out. | |
| And so Trump is saying, hey, Ukraine, you've got to be willing to make some concessions. | |
| You've got to be willing to do something. | |
| But Ukraine, in fact, just this week, Zelensky met with Trump and Zelensky made it clear: hey, look, we're not going to accept any peace agreement that does not involve, at the end of the war, NATO troops being on our soil to guarantee our security. | |
| And the Russians have already said, look, that's not acceptable to us. | |
| Ukraine cannot join NATO. | |
| No NATO troops can be on Ukrainian soil. | |
| No NATO missiles can be on Ukrainian soil. | |
| That's completely totally unacceptable. | |
| We will only accept a peace agreement that has Ukrainian troops, I'm sorry, NATO troops not on Ukrainian soil. | |
| So it doesn't appear that a peace agreement can be agreed to at this point by the two sides. | |
| Trump's going to try to do something. | |
| But at this point, before Trump gets into office, there's been this massive rush to escalate the conflict, potentially drawing a response from Russia, which would justify NATO troops going into Ukraine. | |
| And once they're in there, well, Trump's not going to be able to get them out. | |
| But so far, Russia hasn't taken the bait. | |
| But literally, we are closer to a direct war with Russia than we've ever been before. | |
| And we are also closer to nuclear war with Russia than we've ever been before in our entire history. | |
| Darren, I want to ask you, do you think that Trump would be able to get Russia and Ukraine to stop their war? | |
| Yeah, before I answer that, I just want to touch on what he just said. | |
| It never ceases to amaze me the length that the Democrats will go to. | |
| I mean, look at the danger they are placing the United States in by doing the things that they're doing. | |
| He just said it, nuclear war. | |
| And Russia has every right to do what they're doing. | |
| They're lobbing our bombs in there. | |
| It's just mind-blowing. | |
| As far as Trump being able to work out or stop this war or whatever, on day one, on the first day, I don't think he's going to be able to do that. | |
| But don't underestimate Trump's ability to negotiate with opportunity. | |
| The man is a negotiator for sure. | |
| And so, look, both sides have lost a lot of people. | |
| Ukraine, I mean, and they're running out of money. | |
| Ukraine, they wouldn't even be in this thing if we weren't supplying them with the money and the weapons. | |
| So he's going to leverage all the opportunity he possibly can to see this thing stopped. | |
| But it's going to take compromise for sure. | |
| I don't see them, I don't see Russia leaving without having some land. | |
| I think it'll be something like North of South Korea. | |
| I think they'll draw lines and they go, here you go. | |
| If not, look, if they pulled funding from Ukraine, what's Ukraine going to do? | |
| Nothing. | |
| Die. | |
| Yeah, they won't be able to do anything. | |
| Well, no, this is the times we're living in right now. | |
| You know, Matthew 24 talks about wars and rumors of wars. | |
| Now, I know every generation has faced their wars and rumors of wars, but we're now seeing the culmination of all these revelation-style events happening at the exact same time. | |
| We spoke about this on another broadcast, where we're not just seeing wars and rumors of wars. | |
| We're not just seeing pestilences and diseases. | |
| We're seeing the culmination of all of them. | |
| Michael, I want to ask you this because you talk a lot about these types of issues on your blog, which before I get into that, if people want to read your blog, where do they need to go to be able to find all the stuff that you write? | |
| Yeah, if you want to get all my latest research, you can find it at michaeltsnyder.substack.com. | |
| That's michaeltsnyder.substack.com. | |

Flu-Like Disease Spreading Wildfire
00:03:39
|
|
| And then my new book entitled Why is available on amazon.com. | |
| Awesome. | |
| I want you to go support this, read his articles, purchase his books. | |
| Michael is someone that we enjoy having on our broadcast because he brings knowledge. | |
| You know, Michael, we're seeing right now this wars and rumors of wars. | |
| We're seeing the pestilence, but we're now seeing a flu-like disease that is spreading like a wildfire in Africa. | |
| We just have a few minutes left on the broadcast, but I want to watch this. | |
| I want to get your opinion with just a few minutes left. | |
| Dozens of people in the Democratic Republic of Congo are dying from a mysterious illness, and health officials are now racing to identify its origin while the government is on high alert. | |
| During a news conference Thursday, African Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said, in the next 48 hours, medical experts should know more details about the outbreak. | |
| However, right now, preliminary tests point to a respiratory disease. | |
| Africa's CDC says deaths have been reported during a 15-day period in November. | |
| Hundreds of people are still falling sick, with almost half of cases being tied to children under the age of five. | |
| The Ministry of Public Health, Hygiene, and Social Security made a statement on X saying the unknown illness was tracked to a remote area in a southwestern province of Congo, where the World Health Organization dispatched epidemiologists to collect samples for lab analysis. | |
| International teams are working in unison to rule out common illnesses before moving to other pathogens, while at the same time, gathering risk factors, those infected by the outbreak have in common. | |
| The head of Africa CDC said the disease is plaguing Ponzi, a zone already considered to be fragile when it comes to health care infrastructure, paired with 40% of residents already experiencing malnutrition. | |
| Congo's health minister urged everyone to avoid contact with dead bodies to prevent contamination. | |
| He also called on other countries to send medical supplies as Congo deals with the health crisis. | |
| Local leaders say the hospital where people are being treated is not equipped with medicine to fight against symptoms, and patients are being treated by traditional practitioners. | |
| The unidentified illness comes as officials in the Central African country are still dealing with a monkeypox epidemic. | |
| So far, more than 1,000 deaths have been reported, and another 47,000 others are suspected to be infected by the disease. | |
| Michael, just a minute left in our broadcast, what is happening right now, and do you think this will affect the rest of the world? | |
| Yeah, interestingly, do you remember all that hubbub a few years ago about disease X? | |
| Well, health officials in Africa are calling this new disease disease X. | |
| It's a flu-like illness. | |
| Hundreds of people, including women and children, have caught it so far. | |
| Dozens have died and they don't know what it is, but it's spreading rapidly there in the Democratic Republic of Congo. | |
| Meanwhile, on the other side of that same nation, we've got the new strain of monkeypox is running wild. | |
| It's gotten out of there. | |
| Cases are popping up around the world. | |
| It spreads much more easily than the previous version of monkeypox, and it's much more deadly, much higher death rate. | |
| Meanwhile, Marburg virus has gotten loose in Rwanda. | |
| Health officials are concerned that it could start spreading elsewhere. | |
| Meanwhile, we've got bird flu, which has killed over 100 million chickens and turkeys around the world. | |
| Now it's gotten into cattle, killing cattle all over the United States. | |
|
Next Great Global Pandemic?
00:01:52
|
|
| Dozens of cases in humans have been confirmed in the United States. | |
| We're being warned that could be the next great global pandemic. | |
| Meanwhile, we've got all these other diseases which are raging. | |
| You know, we really are in a Jesus warned us in Matthew 24 that this would be a season of pestilences. | |
| And I believe that's going to be, I believe that, Ricky, this is going to be a major theme in 2025. | |
| Wow. | |
| You heard it here. | |
| Yeah, a major theme in 2025. | |
| We're seeing that. | |
| I mean, 2025, I think we were all praying that it would slow down and give us maybe an easy year, but it doesn't look like that's going to be the case. | |
| But, friends, when you have Jesus in your heart, whenever he's reigning and ruling in your life, there's going to be trials and tribulations on the outside of you. | |
| There's going to be things that try to attack you and knock you down, friends. | |
| But we serve Christ Jesus, which means we can move forward. | |
| Give your life to the Lord. | |
| There has never been a better day to do it. | |
| Don't say someday. | |
| Maybe someday I'll do it, friend. | |
| Today is the day you need to make that choice. | |
| Call that number. | |
| It's 1-888-988-1588. | |
| Or go submit our prayer box at jimbakershow.com. | |
| We'd love to pray that salvation prayer with you. | |
| We'd love for you to come into the family of Christ. | |
| And for those who watch it and are supporting the ministry, we want to say thank you. | |
| It is because of you and your support that we could continue to broadcast the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. | |
| Or we're going to have Michael Snyder back for a second show. | |
| Are you not going to want to miss out on that? | |
| Tune into that. | |
| And we are going to see him back for some more really wondo breaking news. | |
| Friends, I want you to remember this. | |
| God loves you. | |
| He really does. | |
| Bye-bye for today. | |
| We would not be able to be here without you. | |
| If you want to see more from us and our family, go to watch jimbakershow.com. | |
