Teaching Hope Amid Peril

| We know that more perilous times are coming. | |
| How does someone have hope in the midst of everything we see in the world right now? | |
| Right. | |
| So the thing is, is that when we teach prophecy, I teach a message of hope because Jesus did as well. | |
| Jesus, a lot of people have said, well, how are we going to function under the reign of a world government? | |
| The entire New Testament happened under the reign of a world government. | |
| Rome ruled the world during that time. | |
| But the apostles had a mission, and that was to teach and preach the gospel of the kingdom of God to the entire world during their era. | |
| That's our job as well. | |
| The Bible says, for we know that all things work together for good to them that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. | |
| So I put my hope and faith and trust in Jesus Christ, and he's never failed me one time. | |
| So I know that what I'm looking for is great end time revival and the second coming of Jesus Christ. | |
| And I'm preparing as many people as I can for that. | |
| That's my hope. | |
| The Bible calls it our hope. | |
| And so I'm looking for, I know what's coming. | |
| Will I have to go through a few things before then? | |
| I believe that we will. | |
| But so did the apostles. | |
| But the fact of the matter is, give me a group of Christians that did not have to go through something. | |
| Come on. | |
| It's simply, that's history. | |
| And so I know that in the time, I mean, my water heater goes out. | |
| I have flat tires. | |
| I'm a Christian, but things still happen. | |
| That's right. | |
| But the fact of the matter is, that doesn't mean God said, oh, man, I forgot about Dave Robbins today and something happened. | |
| No, Christians go through things. | |
| But the fact of the matter is, I've got a great commission from God. | |
| I'm supposed to teach and preach the gospel of the kingdom of God, win souls, and then I know my great hope is coming. | |
| And that's Jesus Christ splitting them clouds wide open, sending his angels to gather the elect. | |
| That's our hope. | |
