God's Blessing on America
00:03:48
|
|
| You're never too old to preach the gospel. | |
| And you can't retire, Lily. | |
| That's right. | |
| Young Lily here, 85 years old. | |
| Can you imagine that? | |
| 85, 85, and she's singing. | |
| Wow. | |
| Wow. | |
| Wow, she sings. | |
| Wow. | |
| Do another song. | |
| Would you do another song? | |
| What do you want to do next? | |
| Pick anything you want. | |
| You tell me what you feel like you led. | |
| I was thinking about the fact that God so loved the world that He sent Jesus. | |
| Yeah. | |
| Jesus was willing to go to the cross to redeem us. | |
| We're here today because of Him. | |
| Yes. | |
| And I'm thankful for America. | |
| Come on. | |
| As I said, I've traveled 52 countries in the world. | |
| Wow. | |
| And I always cried when I came back home. | |
| So if you don't mind, I'd like to just this Thanksgiving day say, God, thank you for blessing Americans. | |
| Amen. | |
| Here she is. | |
| The treasure. | |
| She's a treasure of Christianity. | |
| The gospel singer of all singers. | |
| Amen. | |
| I'm thrilled to have her here in the house, and she's welcome anytime she can come back. | |
| And at 85, she's still traveling all over the world. | |
| Here's the one, the only lily known. | |
| This is your prayer today. | |
| I'll sing it through and then I'll bring you in. | |
| God bless America. | |
| It's a land that we love. | |
| Stand beside her and guide her through the night with the light from above. | |
| From the Adirondack Mountains to the Kansas Prairie to Hawaii's ocean, wide with foam. | |
| Yes. | |
| God, we ask you to bless America, our home, sweet home. | |
| God, thank you for blessing America. | |
| It's our home, sweet. | |
| Everybody help me sing. | |
| Come on, everybody say. | |
| God bless America. | |
| Yes. | |
| It's a land that we love. | |
| Stand beside her and guide her through the night. | |
| To the prairie. | |
| To the ocean. | |
| White will. | |
| You have blessed America. | |
| Our home, sweet home. | |
| Thank you, Lord. | |
| Thank you. | |
| You have blessed America. | |
| God, until Jesus comes and takes us to the place He's prepared. | |
| This is our home, sweet home. | |
| Thank you, Lord. | |
| Thank you. Thank you. | |
| Praise you. | |
