Sacrifice and Restoration 00:02:30
I really feel like God is doing something here.
There's many a times I ask Miss Kim how she books the guests.
And the funny thing is, is it all just kind of falls into place?
You know, there's many times that she's told me, you know, it's just really when they're available.
And the fact that everybody's available at this specific time at the beginning of the year with the word, literally to speak the word, to speak the word over yourself and your family, to declare these things that God has said about you and for you and how he sees you is quite an amazing thing.
It's a lost truth.
That's why.
Wow.
This is something God wants to restore to the church because we need it.
We need this.
We desperately need this.
These are tools that you need to include your family in because we have to confess life over them.
The power of the tongue brings life or death.
Unfortunately, the power of the tongue has brought too much death in recent days.
Let's get our tongue speaking life.
We have the power of speech.
Let's speak life.
Here's how you speak life.
Let's talk about the power of confession because I know we all grew up confess with your mouth, right?
But what is behind the power of confessing the word?
I'm glad you asked.
Let me, can I just insert one thing?
Please.
The scripture we looked at, which is the basis for Adonai or Yudhe Vavhe, the Tetragrammaton, Yahweh, provider, comes from Genesis chapter 22, where Abraham is about to sacrifice his son.
This is so powerful.
This is where Yire comes from.
He's about to sacrifice Isaac.
Poor Isaac is looking around saying, Lord, where's the sacrifice?
He's had to carry the wood.
You got to appreciate Isaac.
And he's got the knife.
Abraham has the knife up over his son.
And then there's a ram caught in the thicket.
And that's the provision.
That's amazing.
God himself, as part of his nature, provides the sacrifice so that Abraham doesn't have to sacrifice his son.
When you think about this, this is so powerful.
I'm getting very excited.
We'll let you make the time this time, Carl.
I'll see it, bro.
God himself.
This is a picture of Jesus.
This is a picture of Jesus.
Yes.
Back in the Old Testament.
Abraham's ready to sacrifice Isaac, and God stops him because he is Adonai Yire.
He's our provider, and he provides the sacrifice.
